(00:01):
Did the President get exammed by adoctor or did he get a neurological scan?
A neurological scan. Look, whatI can say is that, just
to take a step back, itwas a bad night. We understand that
it was a bad night. Andthe President has spoken to this and he
(00:24):
understands that. And so I cannotspeak to anything beyond what I just shared.
The President has regular annual physicals thatwe release in a thorough report.
We're going to continue to do that. I don't have anything else beyond what's
a bad night. You know,it was a bad night, just you
(00:48):
know, a night, just theone night. It was a bad night.
I'm so tired of them saying thatbecause it's not a bad night,
and don't let them off the hooksaying that either they're trying to let themselves
out the hook and saying, oh, it's just a bad night. He
just had a bad night. Anddid you hear the latest excuse that came
out last night? The latest excuselast night was, well, you know,
he he traveled, he was onthis international flight. Guys, he
(01:12):
was traveling from Italy, you know, because he had the G seven.
He was traveling from Italy, andso he you know, he was just
he's tired because of the travel inthat and that ultimately, you know,
that was part of why he wasjust so out of it and sleepy.
Dare I say, is he sleepy? Yeah? So that's that's what it
(01:37):
was. And so it was justa bad night and there's no reason to
freak out. That is what youwere hearing over and over again. So
they know that they can't make thisgo away. So now the tactic what
they're trying to do is reduce thedamage and try to They know again,
(01:57):
they know that they cannot make thisnarrative go away. So what they're gonna
have to do is massage the narrative. They're gonna massage the narrative. They're
gonna make it. You know,it's it's just one night, guys.
It is one bad night. Sothat's what they're doing. And that's what
you're gonna hear ad nauseum. Iswear to you if I hear one more
(02:20):
time, I'm gonna throw something. That's what you're hearing. It's just one
bad night. How many nights? How many bad how many nights are in
forty years? Kane? Honestly,I don't even think he said one good
night. No, no, hehasn't. He no, he has not.
He has not had even one goodnight. Come on, all right,
(02:42):
So we've got a lot to unpack, especially if you get my emailed
newsletter. I'm not even gonna apologizefor hammering you yesterday because there's stuff that
you needed to know, but youneed to sign up for it if you
haven't, because you get you knowall of this stuff way ahead of time
and moment that something comes out,like there's a narrative I predicted. I
called it first yesterday. Now you'regonna start hearing it all over the clyburn
(03:07):
the Clyburne card. So again, welcome to the program. Dana Lash with
you top of this first hour onIndependence Day Eve. So yesterday I had
said, and you'll forgive me here, I'm pulling up literally I thought I
had this piece pulled up, butit was another piece that like just like
it because it's another lawmaker. Soyesterday I had said, and I was
(03:29):
trying to remember when did this happenyesterday? It was when Lloyd Doggett came
out yesterday afternoon. It was likeon our second hour into second hour.
So yesterday Lloyd Doggett, who isan elected representative from Texas, came out
and said, you know, JoeBiden's got a he's got to resign.
He's or not rere saying he's gotto withdraw from this race. He's got
to withdraw from this race. That'swhat Lloyd Doggett was saying. And what
(03:50):
did I tell you yesterday? Whatdid I say? He was the first
elected official to come out and sayit. So now the others are going
to There's going to be more. There will be more, and lo and
behold, the floodgates are starting toopen. There are a number of lawmakers.
(04:12):
There was another lawmaker that came outlast night, another one this morning.
They're all coming out now and they'reall saying the same thing that Okay,
now it looks like it might betime. Looks like it's time.
We need to have Biden step down. We need so you have more and
more Democrats. They're trying to fightto contain this debate fallout. So where
(04:35):
to even begin? Biden's staffers areabsolutely terrified, they do so here's where
all the blame is going. Letme let's first start there. Let's where
where have you heard all the blamebeing apportioned to debate preppers, right a
cold international travel debate, preppers, his staff, et cetera. So apparently
(05:00):
part of the excuse that came out, and this was a political piece yesterday
that Biden campaigned staffers are terrified tomake him angry, so when he gets
his White House briefings, they editout the bad stuff and Kamala Harris doesn't
even read hers. This came outin Politico yesterday. This is a Democrat
leak. So there is right nowa civil war in the Democrat Party.
(05:21):
It is blowing up. Biden staffersterrified to make him angry, so they
edited at all the bad stuff.Kamala doesn't read hers. That's one leak.
The second leak was, oh,well, you know, maybe it
looks like he was blaming international traveland then he just decided to go with
it, I think. But theproblem is that that's part of your job,
dude. So then you have anotherDemocrat. These leagues start coming out,
(05:46):
so you have Lloyd Dogger comes out. Then another league start coming another
elected Democrat, Jared Golden from Maine. He's saying it's time for Biden to
go. He thinks that he expectsTrump to now he said, quote Biden's
poor performance in the debate was nota surprise. More and more elected officials
(06:08):
are starting to say this, Butthis wasn't the hammer that dropped. I
called this first yesterday, and Icalled it back during twenty twenty when James
Clyburn saved Joe Biden and made itto where Democrats had a president. So
now James Clyburn has come out. This is the shot across the proverbial bow.
(06:31):
James Clyburn has come out, andhe has said there's not going to
be a replacement unless it is KamalaHarris. And the way he said this
wasn't the way that a lawmaker whois speculating kind of as a pundit would
say. He said this as thisis the Bolendall audio sound bye six,
(06:56):
listen to this. I will supporther if he were to step aside,
but I'm going to support her goingforward. Sometime in the future. I
want this ticket to continue to beBiden Harris and then we'll see what happens
after the next election. Now yousee that. So James Clyburn, who
(07:17):
made Joe Biden President of the UnitedStates because he went in and saved him,
delivered for him South Carolina, deliveredfor him Black voters. This is
the shot across the bout because JamesCliburn is a king maker. And what
he's saying right here, he's tellingthe Democrat Party don't count on my help
if you have anybody but Kamala Harris. Don't come to me if you have
(07:41):
anybody else but Kamala Harris. Andhe's also reminding Joe Biden, because word
is that the reason that Kamala Harriswas added to that ticket was that was
part of the deal with Cliburn.Remember, Kamala Harris is an Obama team
player. Joe Biden has always kindof been on his own. He was
added to the ticket in two thousandand eight to give it some gravita,
(08:01):
to give it, you know,an older statesman kind of guy, I
know, rollalized, but that's whythey did it. But this right here,
this is a shot across the bow. There's a little bit of a
power struggle here. So Cliburn's goingon and saying it's gonna be Kamala Harris.
And then you got Gavin Newsom. You know that the Democrat governors are
(08:22):
having a phone call today. GavinNewsom is not content with a phone call,
so he flew to DC last night. Gavin Newsom is in DC.
Now he could be a consigliary. He could be you know, say he's
gonna give Biden some advice on allof this stuff. I think that he's
playing all sides right now. Ithink that he's looking at it. Newsom
is like, I'll be number twoor I'll be number one. That's how
(08:45):
Newsom's looking at this. There isso much stuff that is underway. But
the Clyburn that was a shot acrossthe bow. That was a huge,
huge moment in the Democrat race, with the primary, with all of these
people. Now, all the vulturesare gathering now. As I said,
Biden's holding this phone call with Democratgovernors. Newsom's gonna be there. Though.
(09:09):
While all of this is happening, the media is rushing to cover its
ass. Have you seen all ofthis yesterday with the media. Have you
heard some of this yesterday with themedia. We're gonna talk more about that
coming up, because they are rushingto save any appearance of credibility. And
in the meantime, the bidens arecircling the wagons. One of the biggest
(09:33):
hints at this is that Hunter Bidenis now taking White House meetings with his
dad. This was not reported byconservatives on Twitter. It came from NBC.
This was NBC, and I thinkwe have the audio from this.
Play this audio down by one. This was one press report. Well,
(09:54):
first let's get to the report.I want the report first, and then
we'll get to the press briefing. So there was a report that came out.
It was NBC and it was inslack last night. There was a
report that came out and this wasOkay, thank you audio, somebody's seventeen
thousand, Thank you, Steve.Go ahead, play Well, these are
new details coming into our team.Chris, along with my colleagues Christin Welker,
(10:16):
Mike Emily, and Sarah Fitzpatrick,we have learned from sources familiar with
the situation at the White House thatHunter Biden has been by his father's side
ever since they were at Camp Davidthis weekend of the family where they had
some discussions about the president's potential pathforward here and his re election campaign,
(10:37):
and that since he returned from CampDavid last evening with his father, we
understand that Hunter Biden has even joinedsome meetings and conversations that have taken place
between the President and some of hismost senior advisors and senior staff. The
way that they're trying to explain thisaway is crazy. Have you all heard
(10:58):
this. It's because he's closed withhis dad, guys. Audio sound byte
one. So after this report cameout, this report came out in NBC
like literally as we were getting offarea yesterday, and then you had the
White House Press briefing that took placeright after our radio program yesterday. This
is one of the reporters asking KareemJean Pierre about this story. Listen,
(11:22):
we're reporting that Hunter Biden has beenin some meetings with senior advisors. Why
is the president's son involved? Soa couple of things, I do.
I saw that reporting as I wascoming out, So a couple of things
there. Look, the President,as you know, is very close to
his family. Oh boy, thisis a holiday week, fourth of July.
He spent time with his family,as you all know, and reported
(11:43):
at Camp David Hunter came back withhim and walked with him into that meeting,
that prep, that speech prep, and you know, and he ended
up spending time with his dad andhis family that night. That is basically
what happened. It is a weekwhere there's going to be more family members
who are going to come to theWhite House. I'm sure you'll see some
(12:05):
of them on fourth of July. Many more are expected to be here being
in the White House. The question, though, would be is he participating
in meetings with senior advisors. WhatI can say is that he came back
with his dad from Camp David. He walked him into the speech prep and
he was in the room. ThatI can tell you he was in the
room. Anything else coming out ofthat reporting I can't speak to. But
(12:28):
I can say that you know he'sclose to his family, which is not
unusual. They were together at CampDavid, they came back together. You're
going to see a lot more familythis week. He's close to his son.
Guys, he's close to his son. We have so much to unpack,
but here's one big takeaway. Asthe Democrats are self destructing, a
(12:50):
friend of mine made a very goodpoint. He wrote, the way Trump
is remaining completely silent while the Democratsself destruct is kind of scary. He
says, it's like that scene inJurassic Park where the veloc erector has learned
to use the door handle. He'slearning and that is the smartest thing he
(13:13):
could do right now. Oh mygosh, we have so much to get
into real quick. We got wegot culture, I got polling for you.
I've got brand new polling. Therealso is they haven't released the internals
for Democrats yet, the internal numbersfor Joe Biden. Apparently they are getting
ready to try to soften the blow. But it's disastrous. Our partners that

another industry. After Seattle imposed aminimum wage for delivery drivers, customers,
drivers and restaurants saw less orders andlonger wait times. When government messes with

the free market, it fails everysingle time. Check out the Watchdog on

now all of the news you wouldprobably miss. It's time for Data's quick
five. So Hurricane Barrel is growing. That sounds like barrel, you know.
Hurricane Barrel is growing to a Catfive. It's been blowing through Caribbean
(15:09):
islands. Grenada went in through Barbados. It's now barreling to Wolts. It's
gonna be heading towards Mexico. Specificallyright there at Monterey, and it's picked
up some steam and there's a lot, I mean, there's I mean,
this is kind of crazy. Idon't think I mean, it can't intensify
anymore. There's not a cat sixright. This thing is huge. This
(15:33):
sucker is huge. So it wasstill wiping out the Southeast Caribbean yesterday,
was on track headed south of Jamaicatowards Yucatan Peninsula, and that's the trajectory
though so far. The last stronghurricane to hit was Hurricane Ivan twenty years
ago, which killed dozens of peoplein a number of different island nations.
Uh and the Barbados Minister of HomeAffairs said that they've got drums up the
(15:58):
moment after barrel passed, when thewinds were safe, they got drones up
and they were trying to assess thedamage. That's actually amazing technology to have
now that you know think about it. You didn't have it twenty years ago.
So that's really good. So thisstory pretty sure it's not any kind
of injection. Mini strokes got problemsscientists see see links to an old bout
(16:19):
of COVID from the Wall Street Journal. I don't believe you Yeah, they
think that there's the culprit. Itmight still be the COVID that you got.
No, it's it couldn't be theinjection though. Right, this is
a horrific story. A sixty nineyear old woman was killed in front of
her horrified husband. Armed robbers brokeinto Newport Beach Mall. This is in
California, Newport Beach Mall. Sixtynine year old woman and her husband.
(16:42):
They were outside of Barnes and Nobleat the Fashion Island Mall at three thirty
pm yesterday and a number there weretwo men that approached. They were one
of the men fired several runs withthe handgun. They dragged her out of
the parking lot, hit her witha car, everything, And yeah,
California, and they were arrested.Just I mean, it's a horrific,
(17:02):
sad story. I'm sure they'll probablyget a risklamp stick with us. You've

Absurd Truth podcast posted daily from TheDana Show. Is anyone in the White
House hiding information about the President's healthor his ability to do the job day
to day. Absolutely not, giventhe fact that it's more than a bad
night when his political future is threatened, would he be willing to provide more
(18:37):
medical information? Would he be willingto have doctor O'Connor provide more to answer
these questions? It looks Lego certainlyunderstand the question, appreciate the question.
But what we have provided has beenvery transparents has been watch but February February
was this year. It wasn't toolong ago. It was indeed this year,
(18:57):
and we were we were we providedtransparent report for any Americans who were
concerned about his capacity. Oh mygosh, I can't even deal. Notice
the press, first off, welcomeback Dane lash with you notice the prices.
So they're like, wait, wecan ask these we can ask these
questions again, guys, hurry up, let's ask these questions to pretend like
(19:19):
we've been asking them all along. So can you tell us Karne uh the
president is he doing his day today job? Because you know, it
came out yesterday that he has adaily nap. There's like so many leaks
coming right now. I can't.I've just I feel like a drunk gold
digger in the middle of a waterfall, just just like taking everything in my
(19:42):
pan. I don't even know howto deal with this. Kana O popcorn,
Danny, you should take the seriously. It's about the future of our
country. Have you met me?So? I love first off that the
media is like, oh, it'swhere the reporters us, Now we get
(20:03):
do it because they haven't done anyof this. Look at how hysterical they
are. They're running around the newsroomsin disarray. They're probably knocking each other
down because they're so desperate to makeit look like they've been reporting on this
all along. Look at them showup with their pencil tuck behind their ears.
So you're telling us, Karne, wait, who the hell is you?
Where did you start asking questions? You've been silent four years. For
(20:27):
four years, you've been quiet. Now all of a sudden, you're asking
questions because you see the power shifting. They go where the power is,
right, they go where the poweris That's like, that's like Talladega Knights
when Ricky Bobby lost his wife andshe's like, I go with the rice
car driver, I go with him. Like when Ricky got into his accident
(20:49):
before his daddy rehabilitated him with aPuma in the backseat right, and he
ended up losing his wife and shewent with the other that travels fall power.
The media is just like that. They're like Ricky Bobby's wife from Talladega
Knights. They follow power. Sonow they're going to start asking questions.
They see these leaks coming out. That's a signal to them. Oh,
(21:10):
it's okay to start asking these things. Now we can start asking these questions.
Yes, that's so as anyone hidinginformation like this audio sound by two,
listen to these questions. Now listen, I'm going to ask something delicate
and you may not like it.The President may not like to hear it
(21:30):
if it's watching, But I thinkthe American people need to get a yes
or no answer on this. Oh, does President Biden at eighty one years
old have Alzheimer's? Oh my god, that form of dementia or degenerative illness
that caused these sorts of lapses. And it's a yes or no question.
And if you don't know, whydon't you, as one of his senior
(21:55):
staff members, know, hey's youranswers for you? Are you ready for
It's a no And I hope you'reseeing the other guy the same exact question.
Oh I am so there. Listento it, there there, Please
don't beat us. I'm gonna askthis question because we got the green light
that it's okay to ask it.Now. Please don't kill us. Is
it okay? Like he's flinching, like he's, you know, waiting,
(22:18):
like he's waiting to get hit. These people are rat bastards. You know
why, because they didn't ask asingle one of these questions for four years.
They knew it. They're culpable init. I saw this tweet from
what is it Big tat over atseeing it? He was seeing it anymore?
Yeah, yeah, yeah, sorry, he goes. I swear to
you. He tweeted this hands tosky, big Tater spending. Geez,
(22:41):
He's tweeted my humble message for everyoneenraged at the news media right now.
The crisis of fast and Biden's capabilitiesas not a media creation. Democratic Party
officials are the ones driving this conversation. I'm sorry, Hold up here,
tator, hold up. Let's pullthis prius over for a second, have
a little convo. What do youmean that the crisis of faith in his
(23:03):
capabilities is not a media creation. Are you kidding me? You fluffers hit
it for four years. You hitit for four years. You didn't hide
it. We all saw it,and we all asked questions. And what
y'all do? You called us conspiracytheorists, You called us names, You
said that we were making fun ofhis stutter, you said all these things.
(23:26):
I mean, surely y'all remember this, because I remember it just as
claire as day. I mean itliterally a couple of weeks ago, the
Washington Post, when the White House, when Karine Jean Pierre forgot that it
was deep fake and called it cheapfake, they gave four pinocchios to these
(23:49):
videos that showed by I mean, clearly Biden is about to defecate his drawers,
right, He's like barely cognizant ofwhere he is. And it gave
it dismissed. In fact here whatit was it was a quote pernicious effort
to reinforce an existing stereotype. WashingtonPost was telling everyone that you were lying,
(24:12):
and they gave you these little cutiepinocchios. You get a pinocchio,
you're gonna get a kick in thebutt. Can give me a pinocchio?
This is true. We all seethis. We see him, We see
him falling down on flat surfaces, not remembering where he is, calling on
dead people at events that have beendead for quite some time. We see
(24:33):
all of this, and you allwere saying, just two weeks ago,
oh, well, you know youyou're gonna have to get four pinocchios.
I mean, they're leading people withcheap here's the headline, cheap, fake
Biden videos and rapture right wing mediabut deeply mislead. This was the Washington
Post two weeks ago. A particularlyeffective attack on a political candidate can come
(24:53):
in the form of a video snippetthat appears to reinforce an existing stereotype.
The social media feed of the rn C regularly turns out misleading clips of
President Biden intended to show that heis too old for the job. Oh
and they keep going. They quoteWhite House Deputy our White House Press Secretary
Andrew Bates saying that, well, you know, fortunately some are President Biden's
(25:18):
right. When critics don't respect theirreaders, they're basically saying that, you
know, they're they're you're all stupid. And then they add in their pinocchio's
tests the use of these clips isan especially pernicious couple of a couple of
examples of manipulated video? Could youuse more like bad grammar? Thank you?
What we label isolation under our guideto manipulated video because it's intended to
(25:38):
create a false narrative. Bubbah. So now they're like, well, wait
a minute, why is no oneasking about this? The same people hands
to sky are now asking well, why are no one's asking about this?
I mean, this is now therewere some me pull this up. I
have so many examples for you.We could be here legit all day.
Oh I came, I came.I'm ready today. I may come ready
(26:00):
every day. But I was justeating all the popcorn that we have in
Texas watching all this stuff. Sonow what they're saying is is, well,
you know, one of the reasonsmaybe perhaps we were hesitant to report
on this is because you're talking aboutold age is very delicate. I don't
care about that. When you're talkingabout the ex you're talking about the White
(26:21):
House. You're not talking about sittinggrandma down and asking her if she's too
old to drive anymore. It's acompletely different scenario. This is the leader
of the free world, the largest, most powerful nation on God's green Earth.
And you're afraid to ask tough questionsbecause you think that talking about old
age and political office is just delicate. Then you're too delicate for your damn
(26:47):
job, because you're not there tobe delegate. You're supposed to be the
attack dog on behalf of voters, the watchdog on behalf of voters. You're
not supposed to be limping around likea beaten animal, too terrified to ask
your police little goal betters questions thatyou're supposed to be asking by very nature
of the creation of your industry. These people are all culpable. I do
(27:10):
not let a single one of themoff the hook. I'm not going to
give them kudos for just now.Oh well, wow, so and so
Jake Cheberberts, you know, wasasking some tough questions. So and so
kyo O'donald's asking some tough quo. They were all in on this until like
two weeks ago. This didn't changeuntil they saw the signal coming down,
the bad signal coming down from theWhite House. Along guy looks like he
might be on his way out hereof the might be withdrawn from the race.
(27:33):
Then only then did they feel thatit was safe for them to do
their jobs. And they're only doingit so that they can position themselves to
be adjacent to the next person withpower. That is the only reason they're
doing this. I mean, thefact that stuff like this has been hill
hid for so long, and thefact that they attacked all of us when
(27:56):
we brought it up. It's thegreat Biden cover up, you know,
like, for instance, Pro Publicarelease this interview wherein it was an unedited
interview that they just released yesterday. This interview was conducted nine months ago.
(28:17):
Why are they now releasing an uneditedinterview of Biden that was conducted nine months
ago. Well, they said, quote, we believe it is worth giving
the public another chance to see oneof Biden's infrequent conversations with a reporter.
No, you didn't the first interview. The first time you released this interview,
it was all edited and it wasvery short. And now he has
(28:37):
all of his flaws and his blemishesin it. And you did it to
add to this note. You didit to cover your ass. You did
it to make it look like you'rebeing honest and transparent with the reader.
Pro public a left leaning site, you provdaus and then you have listen to
this. Susan Glasser, who's withNew York Magazine, tweets, well,
(28:59):
this is such a key point. You know, where were all of these
folks when Biden's decision to run againcould have been headed off, when so
many took a pass on thinking aboutthe implications of someone asking for a second
term that would have him serving toage eighty six. Where were you?
I just gave you the example ofWashington Post two weeks ago calling us liars,
giving us four pinocchios. You guyswere calling us conspiracy theorists. All
(29:21):
of you. You were saying thatit was right wing narrative. All of
you. You were saying that itwas cruel, that we were mocking his
stutter, or that we were justtrying to deflect from Trump or whatever or
whatever. Now again, now they'reonly admitting that everything that we've seen for
the past four years is true, because it was impossible to say that it
was a deep fake or a cheapfake. To watch Biden stand side by
(29:45):
side with Trump, a guy who'salmost his age, at a debate.
It's not an issue of age,It's an issue of cognitive health, and
that was put on clear display.I mean, you had two similarly aged
dudes who are on the stage andonly one of them really knew where he
was. All these people are rightthere with it. I mean this this
(30:07):
coming from a Semaphore. So stickJill Abramson. These NBC people telling Semaphore
the Biden White House clearly succeeded ina massive cover up to the degree of
presidents of the president's feebleness and hisserious physical decline. You got this in
the newsletter that went out last night. They literally said this. They were
(30:27):
That's what Jill Abramson told Semaphore anews outlet. They they this is crazy.
Semaphore wrote, quote, It's clearthe best news reporters in Washington have
failed in the first duty of journalismto hold power accountable, to find out
the truth. The Biden White Houseclearly succeeded in a massive cover up to
(30:48):
the No no, no no one, no one, no one. They
did not cover it up. Youcovered it up. You could have reported
on it. They don't have thepower to cover it up. You do,
and you ramp bastards in the presscovered it up, just like you
covered up the censorship with the WhiteHouse and social media, just like you
covered up everything that Faunci was doing, just like you covered up the fact
(31:10):
that masks didn't work and the injectionsdid not actually transfer immunity, just like
you covered up how the Russian collusionstory was absolutely fake, and that you
knew that all of these intelligence officialsthat signed onto this letter were lying,
and that they signed onto the letterknowing that they were lying. You covered
that up time and time and timeagain. You are not the victim.
(31:33):
You are part of the problem, and in some instances you are worse.
We expect this of Marxist politicians. But as we approach Independence day, I'll
have our so called free rat bastardpress. Remember that this country was founded
on the sacredness of the free press, which they spit on, the legacy
of which they spit on every singleday. They don't do their due diligence,
(31:57):
and they have the audain city toturn on the people whom they are
supposed to report for, To turnon the people from whom this government gets
its authority by way of consent,to turn on the very people, to
turn against the animating spirit of libertythat made this nation so amazing. They're
(32:19):
really truly responsible in all of this. We have a lot more on the

So are the days of the UnitedStates? How are all these disasters related?
Well, okay, science said therewould be days like this. This
is just the result of an overheatingplanet. We got a trillion and a
(34:07):
half extra tons of heat trapping pollution, carbon dioxide, methane around this planet
and it's getting hotter. There's forecastsfor it. That valley from Monday one
hundred and thirty degrees, which isthe temperature of a medium rare steak.
To give you perspective, and ifthat's where the planet is headed, it
affects different ecosystems differently everywhere. Ifyou live out west, it's going to
affect outdoor workers, outdoor activities, the vulnerable triple digit. These heat domes
(34:30):
that really prey on older folks.Oh my gosh, Yes, the domes,
the predatory domes that wake up inthe morning and they're like, what
old people can we fry now thisguy? Don't you love people just getting
up and just saying whatever the hellpops into their head. Yes, you
know, in the weather domes thatare created by the aliens with their space
and lasers out in deep space. You know, really they prey upon old
(34:52):
people. These heat domes. Theylook like giant boobs over the continental US.
It's what they look like. Andthey're just homes of heat and they're
filled with noxious heat and gases. And with the aliens with the lasers you
know that we talked about in deepspace. I mean, it's just truly,
you know. And the way thatyou can best offset this is by
(35:12):
just shooting money into the sun.And that's the best way to do it,
because the Sun needs a sacrifice. Now, you know, back in
the day with through virgins and volcanoes, now we're just you know, paying
for indulgences and carbon credits and allthat good stuff back to you. Science.
Science, that's what it is.Oh my gosh. Or or it's
(35:32):
called summer. Oh what wait,so hurricanes are forming during hurricane season?
Yes, then that is yes, that's global warming. Yeah, it's whatever
is convenient for them to try toscare you with something. Yeah. I
mean, I don't know if whenthe asteroid comes, could the sharp parts
(35:55):
just hit that guy first? Isthat possible? You know? I mean
I don't want to call for thedestruction of anybody's life, but I'm just
saying, when SMOD comes, justsweep your air of death. If the
asteroid comes, it'll burn up inthe atmosphere, just big enough to hit
him written there. Yeah, justmake sure the longest point to a shard
is going to that guy. Okay, just saying, you know, we're
(36:15):
all going to get it, butcan the longest point a shard be his?
Thanks? Just asking for some friends, all right, coming up?
Put the leaks keep on coming. They're just it's like a it's breaking down,
guys. They're having a staff phonecall today, a big giant staff
phone call, uh, with theall the required with all the white House.
They're having the Governor's discussion. JamesClyburn shot across the bow. I
(36:37):
mean, it is total chaos rightnow for Democrats, and Trump is very
smartly staying quiet, stay with us. Maybe you've come across this if you
had to go and get a prescriptionfilled, you know, maybe it takes
a really long time to get itfilled, or maybe you're told by the
pharmacy they don't have that in stockright now. You don't ever want to
be without a medication that you needto get better. So do what I
did and take control of your family'shell with a medical emergency kit from the
(37:01):
doctors at the Wellness Company. Now, this is not a first aid kit,
right The kit is filled with essentialdoctor prescriptions that treat over thirty nine
different medical issues. They have strongantibiotics for infections of all types, including
pneumonia, strut throat, ear infections, all kinds of sinusitis, like sinus
(37:21):
infections like I always get. It'slike having a little urgent care without the
seventy five dollars copay, right atyour house, and you don't have to
wait to see a doctor. Youdon't have to wait in a waiting room
and everybody knows that it's like oneof the sickest places to be. You
don't have to wait at a pharmacy. Every home should have at least one
of these medical emergency kits, andthey put it all together in your little
kit. They pack it all upand they ship it directly to you.
(37:42):
I've used it myself. I've usedit several times myself. I ended up
getting a sinus infection that turned intostrut throat and I could not from the
airport, traveling, doing everything thatI could do, and then of course
my doctor's office is closed. Idid not want to have to go and
wait into urgent care. I wastoo sick, and I went. I
remembered I had my medicine. AsI went in, I took my medicines
and I was literally and Cane remembersI was like back on the road to
(38:05):
better health. And I was ableto actually do my job and be on
air the next day, which isincredibly important for you know what I do.
You can actually visit TWC dot healththat's TWC for the Wellness Company dot
health slash Dana and use promo codeDana and that'll save you fifteen percent.
It's super easy. It's all online. It takes like three minutes. So
visit TWC dot Health, slash Dataand inter Codina and that promo codedana that
(38:29):
gets you fifteen percent off. Again, that's TWC dot Health slash Data.
First of all, Stephen, whoare we agreed? There's a long list
of Democrats, Kabla Harris, A, Gavin Newsom, ag Gretchen Whitmer,
the list goes on and on andon. You've named four or five people.
Where is there consensus. You've gotto build consensus, and there is
(38:50):
not consensus right now. If youpick a white man over Kamwa Harris black
women, I can tell you this, We're gonna walk away. We're gonna
blow the party up. So thatis a California delegate who's saying that if
Democrats choose a white man to replaceBiden over Kamala Harris, then that's they're
(39:10):
not gonna do. They're not gonnathey're not gonna go out and support I
don't know if I believe that tobe true, because Kamala Harris was the
least supported even amongst black voters inthe Democrat primaries, of all of the
candidates in the Democrat primaries. Sothere's just not a lot of there's not
a lot of receipts there that makeme believe her. Welcome back to the
program, Dana Lash here with you. We're at the top of this second
(39:31):
hour and a very weird, veryweird Independence Eve because of all of the
blow ups with the Democrat Party. And you can listen coast to coast.
You can stream the radio program andwatch the simulcast as well on Channel three
forty seven Direct TV. You canfind us on x Rumble. There's always
a discussion in Rumble. They havethe the mcgroin crew in the Rumble discussion
(39:53):
today. So always always fun, always join. So this delegate, I
just I don't think I'm I don'tthink I'm being dismissive and saying that I
just don't believe her, simply becauseI don't believe that it didn't that didn't
happen when she was having when shehad to drop out of the primary debate.
(40:17):
But also I just feel like that'sso one sided and hypocritical. I
mean, I'm I'm all for Democrats, you know, tearing each other up.
I mean, I'm you know, they have all of these different identity
groups and they played them too long. And now here's the consequence. But
let's not forget that they had awhite woman step aside for a black man
coming from Illinois. So I'm justsaying, you know, Hillary Clinton was
(40:38):
told to step aside for Barack Obama, and that created a lot of tension
within that party, and it createda lot of problems that we're all still
dealing with today. So let's bekind of realistic about some of this.
Further, she's I don't trust people. I have a hard time trusting politicians,
especially if they have no record andthey've never been governor. I always
default to governors if there's a governorrunning against like a senator or rep.
(41:01):
I tend a default to a governorunless it's like a bunch of people that
I don't like and like Doug Bergram, and then that's not going to happen,
or a bunch of like senators orreps, and then Doug Bergram not
going to happen. But this ideaand she and remember this, this has
been co signed by James Cliburn. He had the shot across the bow.
(41:22):
He's saying that he's going to supportI'm going to play this one more time
audio some bite six. This isthis statement right now is the biggest statement
in the Democrat primary. Listen tothis. I will support her if he
were to step aside, but I'mgoing to support her going forward. Sometime
in the future. I want thisticket to continue to be Biden Harris and
(41:46):
then we'll see what happens after thenext election. So I say this,
Remember we've talked about this. Hemade Joe Biden president. Joe Biden wouldn't
be president without James Clyburn. JamesClyburn is now trying to use his muscle
to and a shot across the bowsaying, look, you're not going to
be replacing Kamala Harris. The problemis Kamala Harris doesn't have likability. She
(42:06):
is not a likable candidate. Shedoesn't seem genuine, and there's nothing that
James Cliburn can do to offset herdeficiencies as a candidate. Those are her
deficiencies that have nothing to do withsex, or race, ethnicity, or
anything else. They're just her deficienciesas a candidate. Now, in the
meantime, they're having a Democrat Governor'scall today. The reporting was that Newsom
(42:29):
Gavin Newsom flew to DC because hedefinitely wants to be considered number one.
He's put in a lot of time, I don't know what. And that's
the other thing. Kamala Harris doesn'treally have a record to run on borders
are I mean, that's the biggestthing that she was assigned that would tank
her itself, because there are somany Democrats that are livid over what's been
happening at the border. But ifit's going to be somebody like Gavin Newsom,
(42:52):
and we'll talk about this in waror should this, you know,
end up being the reality. Ifit's somebody like Gavin Newsom, you need
to consider all of the baggage thathe has. And we talked about some
of it yesterday. But I haven'teven gotten into the high speed rail.
I haven't even gotten into the water, you know, desalination plan, none
of that. I mean, it'shorrific. So that's a whole other topic
of discussion that, you know,if he becomes a nominee, we'll talk
(43:12):
about her. If it looks likely, we'll talk more about But this is
a problem that democrats. Democrats createdit. I think that Biden's people believed
that they were going to be ableto use him as the avatar for their
agenda, and that he would II'm trying to figure out how to put
this. That he would last througha second term? Does that make sense?
(43:37):
And the reason I say this? And I was going back and forth
and if I wanted to have likea ton of different videos over the span
of the past four years showing theI mean, you guys know, I
don't need to, you know, beat a dead horse. And at some
point, even though I think hedeserves it because of his petty nature all
through the years, at some pointfor me it feels cruel because these clips
(43:58):
are so bad when you start toplay success successfully or successively like this,
they're just so bad. But Imean it's very clear in the like even
in twenty eighteen when he was likehinting about running and then you had the
midterms, he was so much morewith it twenty nineteen, twenty twenty,
and then he clearly had an episodeand then it just got worse from there
because remember, a cognitive decline likethis is a slow decline. It doesn't
(44:22):
happen. You don't go to sleepand the wake up and you're cognitively impaired
like this. So this was happeningfor a long time. My point in
saying that is that all of thesepeople around him had more than enough time
to say, you know, he'snot ready to do this again, he
can't do or he can't do thisagain. This isn't you can't have it
now. The excuses are still coming. Did you notice he was orange the
(44:45):
other day? He was orange yesterday? There was a meme going around where
Biden was looking at Trump going,I'm the orange man. Now, you
know the whole I can't remember whatmovie that was with Tom Hanks and they
got booth got captured. Yeah,so they I gotta put this up Politico.
(45:05):
Biden family also blames CNN for badmakeup. Again. They said that
he was too pale. Now allof a sudden, he's completely orange.
He was as orange as the dayis long, and that seemed very weird.
It's very weird. They're just they'reall freaking out. The whole White
House is freaking out. Democrats areturning. Here's the other story I was
(45:30):
telling you. Democrat staffers are absolutelyterrified. This is all coming, you
know, to a head. They'reterrified of him. This story Kamala doesn't
read her daily briefings, it says, and Joe Biden's staff the quote was
scared, sless of him, terrifiedof him because he's so mean and so
(45:54):
crabby. That's the real Joe,by the way, it said. A
former underline of Kamala Harris says sheroutinely refused to review briefing materials and would
scold employees when she appeared unprepared. They said that she was a workplace bully
and that more staffers are considering leavingher office. Four top aides two Harris
(46:14):
will exit in the span of abouta month, and they said staff are
leaving because they're burnt out and theydon't want to be permanently branded a Harris
person, Axios reported, and amongthose leaving are Simone Sanders, her chief
spokesperson. So they also Peter Villaas director of press operations, and another
(46:35):
staffer. So they're saying she didn'tread any of this. Biden's briefings are
curated for him so that he doesn'treceive information that will set him off.
And this is an Associated Press piece. This is wild den in the White
(46:59):
House. Yeah, decency's back inthe White House. Our associated Press.
The Axios piece. A lot ofthe leagues are coming from Axios, which
I think Axios in Politico, whichI think is interesting. So Biden's staff
they're scared of him, theer terrifiedof him. They don't want they want
to curate his stuff because they don'twant him to get bad news. And
(47:22):
it keeps coming. Yeah, thisis the Politico piece. We've all enabled
the situation as the headline. DIM'sturn on Biden's inner synctum post debate.
His senior team management are getting morestrictly controlled. This is so devastating this
listen. One official said, quote, you can't include that talking about information
(47:47):
that will set him off, orput in that, or put that in
because he likes that. It's aroar shock test, not a briefing,
because he is not a pleasant personto be around when he's being briefed.
It's very difficult. People are scaredsless of him. That end quote.
That's what they said. They said, he doesn't take another quote another official,
(48:07):
he doesn't take advice from anyone otherthan those few top aids. And
it becomes a perfect storm because hejust gets more and more isolated from their
efforts to control it Wow, Sohe doesn't get fully brief because he only
wants good news. And then Kamaladoesn't read it at all. And they
(48:30):
said that he also gets naps.Don't forget the nap. Yeah, they
said his debate preps started at elevenam and then he had a nap.
So he had a full hour andthen he had a nap. New York
Times Biden lapses are said to beincreasingly common and worrisome. These are all
(48:50):
stories that have just come out inthe past twenty four hours. I'm not
even kidding you. It is awaterfall right now. They said. People
have this in New York Times.People have spent time with Biden over the
past few months or so, saidthe lapses have grown more frequent, more
pronounced, and more worrisome. Oohooh, and then he gets you know,
(49:12):
the nap. Times now they're saying, oh, yeah, he works,
he works a couple hours, takesa nap, works a couple hours.
Oh my gosh. This is justit's so bad. It's so bad,
and this is going to be reflectedin the polling. So I'm gonna
pull this up. One of thestories that's coming out is that they're internal
pulling. The Biden's internal polling isnot looking well, and that they're going
(49:35):
to try to, I guess, downplay the severity of it while also acknowledging
that, you know, they're notperforming as they should, so they have
to acknowledge the reality of it.These are their internal numbers that they do,
no push pulling, just serious surveysso that they can get it better,
(49:57):
and they keep it private so theycan better ascertain what they need to
do. And in the meantime,it's really close in battleground states. Here's
a I mean, here's some ofthe headlines. Who's afraid of Kamala Harris?
No way to restore illusion that Biden'sfit for presidency. This is just
wild, just wild. In fortyyears, I've never seen democrats panic like
(50:24):
this written by a Democrat. IfBiden is unfit to run for president,
he's unfit to serve. Running Bidenagainst Trump is just irresponsible. These are
these are left leaning publication headlines formiraculear politics. That's crazy. And they're
(50:45):
even saying this Banker Daily News representativeJared Golden, this is the Democrat another
one of the Democrats coming out Trumpis going to win, democracy will be
fine. This is wild now.In the meantime, Biden is planning on
public blitz to push back on thepressure to leave the race. This is
new coming in from the Associated Press. Uh uh, I don't think that's
(51:10):
gonna work, guys, because it'sit's not gonna be a one event that
saves it. It's we're gonna talkmore about this here coming up. We
got to get into headlines. Itis the only Christian conservative cell phone service
in the country, and they wantto make sure that not only are you
saving money, but that your hardearned dollars aren't going towards things like DEI
advocacy and gun control promotion. BecauseI guarantee you if you are using any
(51:36):
other cell phone service, you're supportingthat. So just compare this. You
know, here we're getting ready tocelebrate Independence Day. You know, we
dump tea in the harbor for less. If you are paying for a cell
phone service where they're taking your moneyto advocate for tax payer funded abortion on
demand up till the moment of birth. I mean again, what would the
founders say about your cell phone service? You need to switch? George Washington?
(51:59):
Would I feel completely confident in sayingthat as well. In your backing
not only what you believe in,but you're saving money. You can keep
your phone, keep your number upgrade. They got a one hundred percent US

miss. It's time for Data's quickfive. Why are we doing this?
So? The US is going topay maderna one hundred and seventy six million
dollars to develop and m are ina pandemic flu quote unquote vaccine. Why
are we doing this again? Theywant to accelerate it because of the third
(52:44):
flu concerns. Sorry, I'm justnot really feeling the bird flu thing.
Let's see, this is a lotso student loan borrowers, oh one point
six trillion dollars, and nearly halfof them aren't paint. Now, remember
this was made so much more expensiveby Democrats, and I think they did
(53:05):
it as a way to get morerevenue into the government just for that.
Because they took everything over, theydecided to enrich themselves and enrich these colleges
and universities on top. That's allthis is. So they said that that's
this three year timeout on federal studentloan payments because of the pandemic. Millions
of borrowers have not been repaying it. You're looking at what half of I
(53:30):
mean, that's what it's eight hundredbillion dollars. Oh my cow, Michelle
Obama. People are booking her,are counting on her with to maybe become
president. They're saying that her chancessurge with bookmakers via Newsweek. I just
don't see this happening. I don't. I'm going to move on from this.
Tim Burton's Beetlejuice Beetlejuice the Sequel isgoing to open the Venice Film Festival,
(53:54):
which is so incredibly, so incrediblyfitting. And I like Tim Burton
and I like Danny Elean, SoI'm going to go see these obviously,
I'm totally going to go see thismovie. Hi goth kid saying, but
Michael Keaton went on a writer,Catherine O'Hara, They're all in it.
Monica Balucci is in it well intoFoe is in it, super excited about
all that, and it doesn't looksuper woke either. He doesn't. Timburton
(54:16):
doesn't really do woke And they tryto get at him before on that,
and he just sort of slapped himall away and was like blank you I
got blank you cred bye. SoI respect that. Also, Walmart was
evacuated and several were sickened after afoul odor permeated a Pennsylvania store. It
was in Lower Nazareth, Pennsylvania.Shoppers had to be evacuated. They said
(54:37):
that nine people were taken to thehospital. Apparently it was animal repellent that
had been returned by a customer.Oh boy, on the way, We've
got the continuing battle for the Democratnomination. As the leaks are pouring out,
damn is breaking. Stay with us. I agree with Annie Oakley who
said quote, I would like tosee every woman know how to handle guns
(54:59):
as nat truly as they know howto handle babies. Now, I myself
regularly concealed carry nine millimeter. Nowthat's said, not every woman is like
me, has had the hours oftraining that I've had, or it feels
comfortable around firearms due to years ofuse, or maybe they're by a gun
free zone. I like to changethat what I can, while encouraging self
defense at the same time. Sothis is where BURNA comes in. It's
kind of like a starter weapon. It's they make a non firearm firearm.
(55:22):
I like the idea of incredible forcesending chemical irritants towards a threat as an
additional option for women, and theBerna SD model shoots chemical irritant projectiles sixty
eight caliber rounds that can deter threatsin their tracks up to fifty feet away.
I mean it is hard, easytarget acquisition, zero recoil. Burna

of knowledge at your fingertips by followingDana on Apple, Spotify, or wherever
you get your podcasts. Anderson.I think it's fair to say the dam
is breaking. Top Democratic Party leaders, this includes former and president president administration
officials, as well as major partydonors, are now saying out loud what
(56:29):
we've been hearing privately for days thatafter what was a disastrous debate performance,
they want President Biden to step asidethe good of the party and the country.
Not gonna. I don't know how, I don't know where they go
from here. This is just itis the dam has burst. That was
(56:49):
on CNN, and CNN is justthey're just freaking out right now. Audio
someun byte sixteen. Listen to this. This this has all been within the
span of what came maybe twelve hours. Yeah, listen to this. But
other party leaders we talked to arealready floating the idea of opening it up
to all contenders, having let's callit a five week speed dating. Really,
(57:15):
they're also completely freaking out over atMSNBC. This was from just this
morning when you had one of theNEPO babies talking to Sam Stein and he
floated. Now, I want youto listen and check the reaction of when
sam Stein suggests Kamala Harris replacing Biden. Listen to the reaction on this tall
(57:38):
in. On top of that, she has some experience debating Republicans at this
level, including making the case canthalTrump right? That would be the logical
extension here. I agree with youthe other ones they are untested. We
got hmmm, you heard the sighright like, don't say her again?
(58:00):
Seriously her? Yeah, Well,it's half the Democrat Party. And then
speaking of that, this is audiosund Bite nineteen. So JB. Pritzker
was asked, what do you thinkof Kamala Harris? I feel like they
all have to rehearse their responses atthis point. Listen to this. Would
you support it? Vice President Harris? I mean the polling from CNN today
(58:21):
she's pulling better than he is withindependence, and that she is actually within
striking distance of Donald Trump in thathypothetical matchup. Well, the Democratic Party
has a great bench, and Ithink you and I both know there are
some hyper capable people that whose nameshave been mentioned as potential for the future.
(58:42):
But right now we're focused on thetwenty twenty four race and the fact
that Joe Biden is the man isnot answering this question. Pritzker is not
going to answer that question. He'snot going to answer it because it's just
it is a how can he?So you's the bark. Well, you
know, there's a lot of greatpeople, like people whose name rhyme with
Maje. B. Schmitzger who wouldbe great for I dude, I'm telling
(59:08):
you what. It is stunning, stunning, stunning, stunning. Now I
don't know what. I don't knowwhat they think they're gonna don't I don't
know how they're going to get outof this this problem. And then you
have this audio sound bite eight anotherDemocrat representative, because they're all coming out
(59:30):
and now where was all this criticismweeks ago? This is a representative Quigley
who says that the Biden campaign failedto make people comfortable and really was talking
about her like those the big donorclass. Listen to how he said what
the Biden campaign failed at right afterthat horrible debate. I mean, look,
I don't need a call, youknow, I don't. My ego
(59:51):
is not that big. But Ithink it's telling that in the days after
a bad debate from President Obama midwaythrough his time in office, he made
those calls immediately. Unfortunately, verysad those calls weren't made by President Biden
immediately to reassure people, to helpthem understand with respect. It shows again
(01:00:15):
an indication of a bigger problem.Yeah, they have no idea what's going
to happen. They have no ideawhat's going to happen. And then you
have this It keeps coming. RepresentativePerez saying that she doesn't think Biden's going
to doesn't think Biden's going to pullout of this and listen to this ad
(01:00:36):
somebody nine sorry sorry. Last month'sdebate, which as we all know,
did not go well for him,do you think the president should remain in
the race, So should he stepdown? Yeah? About fifty million Americans
tuned in and watched that debate.I was one of them for about five
very painful minutes, and we allsaw what we saw. You can't undo
(01:01:00):
that. And you know, thetruth I think is that Biden is going
to lose to Trump. I knowthat's difficult, but I think the damage
has been done by that debate.Wow. Wow, these are democrats.
Democrats that are saying this. Andin the meantime, according to murmurings from
(01:01:22):
DC Biden and Harris, they saythey're going to fight for the for reelection
on the staff call. They havea staff call coming up, and a
new poll National New York Times Senapolforty nine to forty three right now in
favor of Trump. So they haveno idea. They're losing their minds now.
(01:01:45):
I like the fact that my politicalopponents are in such disarray, and
I like to watch them squirm andfeel very uncomfortable. But at the same
time, I always am I reservea little bit of energy for caution,
and that's because I don't want anybodyworse. I mean, I can't imagine
(01:02:07):
having anyone worse. But they'll surpriseyou. I mean, you know,
there's one thing that they can do, is they got a worse Candada that
they can give you. So I'mI'm just a little you know. And
the reason I say this is becauseof this story that I've been talking to
you about. Politico has finally confirmedit. Gavin Newsom is in Washington now,
(01:02:30):
He's standing with Biden in Washington. Is he standing with him with a
knife to his back? I'm justcurious, like rhetorically speaking, is that
it says that Newsom's he traveled toWashington today, he is there attending the
meeting. Now, remember this isa Democrat governor phone call, which is
why I thought this was weird.Caine, right, it's Democrat governors on
(01:02:52):
the phone. But Newsom's like, now, I'm not going to get on
the phone. I'm going to gothere. So he's gone to DC and
and he's attending this and he's accordingto his spokesperson quote, Newsom will head
to the White House tomorrow. Thisis yes last night when he said it
to attend the governor's meeting and tostand with the president. He is really
(01:03:14):
you know what he's doing. Here'swhy Newsom is weird. He fights like
a chick, Right, Chicks fightlike chicks. Dudes do not. And
so when you see this guy likeNewsom cozy enough to buy No, I've
got your back. I am totallyright, one thousand percent behind you.
(01:03:37):
I completely support you. Oh what, reporter, you're asking me a question
about whether or not Biden should getout of the race. How dare you
ask me something like that? Imean one event? Come on, you
know what would the party be ifwe just you know, turned our backs
on people for one thing? Maha ha, come on, I'm going
to DC. Now, you knowI'm gonna go stand with the president,
(01:03:58):
stand with him in his time ofneed. That is so mischievous. It's
to Machiavelli and by half. ExceptI don't think that he's super smart.
He just you can have good instinctsand also not be super smart. That's
the thing that can happen. Now. The reason I say that he's fighting
like a chick is because that's whatchicks would do. Think about how many
(01:04:20):
stories you've heard in the press wherea girl cozies up to another girl and
yes, girlfriend, you know,I have your back and we are friends.
And then the girl a finds outthat her fiance or boyfriend or whatever
it's been cheating on her, andshe goes and confides in girl Be and
girl Bees like that's so horrible. Can you believe? Oh my gosh,
(01:04:43):
how can you do? And thenshe finds out Girl Bees the other woman
that's Gavin Newsome. That's him rightnow, Kane, How right is this
assessment? It's almost literal. Wouldyou try if you, Kane, if
you were president of the United Statesand you were in a stick wicket and
you saw Gavin Newsom coming down tostand with you, what would your first
(01:05:03):
thought be oh, man, Idon't even that could make it worse.
It's like a horror scene from aBrian to Palmer film, right right.
I don't do you think he wasasked to join? No, you think
he just did this on his own? Probably Do you honestly think that Joe
would be unless he's that desperate thathe needs newsom out there, like,
(01:05:26):
I don't know, this is allweird. Maybe he's bringing him some French
laundry takeout and you know what's gonnahappen is a lot of stuff over this
holiday weekend that it'll take a coupleof days for the news to actually disseminate
it all up. Yes, yes, I completely agree. Yeah, So
Biden Harris are on the campaign call. They say they're going to keep on
fighting, and oh, all thereporters ABC AP, all of them are
(01:05:49):
on. Now. When is thelast time you saw all these reporters do
this? If they're on and it'snot they don't have these regular calls in
the Biden White House, but it'snot unusual. I mean, you have
them with house calls, Senate calls, you'll have them with White House staff
calls. You'll I mean it's notunusual. But what's unusual is that there
are so many of these reporters thatare tweeting out all of this stuff,
(01:06:16):
right, Isn't that what's unusual.I've not seen that to this extent before.
And this is here's the other thingthat's interesting. So Axios Axios is
I think the biggest vulture in thisgame right now with all this. They're
(01:06:38):
watching all this and reporting everything. So they just caught they So Gretchen Whitmer
had tweeted, I'm fired up.I'm ready to fight like hell to Electro
Biden Democrats up and down the ticket. Tho's November. Are you with me?
The link directs to her pack, not the Biden campaign or the DNC.
(01:06:58):
Oh oh oh, this is crazy. Thoughts came and in order for
the campaign money that's so far collectedto be used, Kamala has to be
on the ticket. Well, ifit's a pack, they can I think
they can transfer it from a pack, if it's like if it's like a
(01:07:18):
group, if it's to the campaign, then it has to go. Yeah.
If I'm made a strategist in theDemocrat camp, I'm gonna want to
you know, I'm gonna want awar chest, and how am I going
to get this war chest? IfBiden's dropping out, it has to go
through Kamala. Isn't this a testamenttoo to how much Kamala Harris is disliked,
(01:07:41):
Because there are some folks making somedecent points that well, if this
was anybody but her, this wouldn'thave been an issue. There would have
been an immediate switch. She wouldhave, you know. If it was
anybody else, they would have youknow. But it is a testament to
how much she is disliked, andhow unpopular she is, and how she
cannot raise money. All of thesethings are incredibly important if you're talking about
(01:08:05):
ascending to the top of the ticket. This is wild and we have a
lot more on the way. We'vegot floor demand coming. So you do
want to miss as we move ourpartners over a black Rifle coffee, some
really good coffee veteran owned, veteranrun. There are a lot of mainstream
coffee companies like Starbucks that just can'tstand them because they're mainstreaming support for first
(01:08:29):
responders and love for two A andjust good coffee right dedicated to their mission
of supporting veteran and first responder causes. They also develop explosive roast profiles,
all crafted right here in the USof A, using the finest coffee beans
from award winning farms worldwide. Theyroast them in Utah and Tennessee. Got
all kinds of choices, ground holding, ca cup, ready to drink,
apparel, kettle s, grinder's mugs, everything you'd want. You should join.
(01:08:51):
If you haven't already, you shouldjoin the Black Rifle Coffee Club because
you get your whatever roast you want, you choose how many, your frequency
of shipment, and with free shipping, it arrives on your doorstep and that's
saving you money. And you canget twenty percent with Coddana at Black Riflecoffee
dot Com when you go today. So see it for yourself. Black Rifle
Coffee dot Com. Order today andget twenty percent off using code Dana.
(01:09:14):
That's twenty percent off with Codana atBlack Riflecoffee dot Com. It's his life
mission to make bad decisions. It'stime for Florida man. So video shows
cops tracking down to Florida man whotried to evade arrest by swimming to a
small island. Wasn't going to happen. How many times do we have to
(01:09:39):
talk with us where they try toswim away and it ends up not happening
because you just you're not going todo that. It's not gonna happen.
So this had to do with thiswas in Port Orange and bodycam footage south
of Daytona Beach. Officers went outto confront Durrell Joiner, who was that
by the intercoastal wall. He hadcalled police just like earlier and dared them
(01:10:03):
to arrest him. And then policeafter searching the islands, they said they
found Joiners sleeping inside of a greentent. They ordered him to keep his
hands up as they opened the tentand they go, what's the problem,
And he demanded and he was askingofficers what's the problem, what's the problem,
and they were like, you literallywanted us. What's going on?
(01:10:25):
Anyway, he looked really drunk andthere was yeah, it's all on it's
all on camera. This is allon camera. This is so crazy.
Let's see here this todd Oh mygosh, Florida man left a toddler at
the roadside after a suspected carjacking ina car seat. Police said the woman
clung to the car. Her saidher child was inside as the car was
as the car sped away. Thiscame from the Miami New Times and so
(01:10:48):
Florida man was arrested after a carjacked this mom and Broward County Sheriff arrested
the thirty five year old after ananonymous tip identified him as the person leaving
the three year old car seat onthe side of the road in Fort Lauderdale,
and he was booked into the mainjail bso's main jail, Kidnapping,
carjacking, interfering with the custody ofa minor, all of that stuff.
(01:11:10):
And it occurred at a thirty inthe morning, so thankfully it wasn't like
right when the sun was the hottest. But what happened was the mother and
her daughter were involved in a carcrash with another vehicle, and it was
when the mom got out to exchangeinformation that with the other driver that a
man literally jumped in her car anddrove off. So it wasn't like she
left her car running with the doorwide open and went inside for several minutes,
you know, wasn't anything like that. So thankfully, the baby's okay,
(01:11:33):
but good night, that's terrifying. This a Florida correctional officer called nine
one one to complain about being citedfor repeatedly honking his horn. Douglas More
said he allegedly said he was honkinghis horn because it makes him drive faster,
and he got a citation for it. You can't get a citation if
(01:11:56):
you honk your horn too much.I imagine excessive noise. I mean,
I guess so. But he waslike, it makes me drive faster when
I honk it. You know what. I would imagine that is true,
because people get out of your way. I would think that, you know.
The After he got cited, thedeputy said, Morse became angry and
abusive and then called nine one wantto complain about it, and that's when
you got arrested because you can't makefalse reports to nine one one. I
(01:12:19):
why would you do that and getI don't know. Why would you get
lippy like that when you're getting pulledover and then call nine one one right
because you know that that's illegal ifyou're calling nine one one right in front,
I mean, good grief. Let'ssee here this A Florida man bank
robber handed a note to a bankteller demanding one cent. It's a villages
(01:12:40):
and it's a villagesious. This guy'sby the way, his mugshot is man.
I included it. His name isMichael Fleming. Okay, he's forty
one, so I guess he wasin the villages. But you can't be
of the villages because he's not oldenough to be in the villages, right,
(01:13:02):
I don't well, yeah, butI don't. I think that you
got like a time limit on howmuch you can. We've had this whole
conversation before. So anyway, abank robbery suspect was arrested. He handed
a teller note demanding one whole centa cent and the teller was like a
cent withdrawal is not possible, Andhe goes, so you want me to
say the other word? And theteller was like what And deputies arrived at
(01:13:26):
the bank. Fleming was still inthe building. He was taken into custody.
He has no criminal history. Hewas arrested under charge of robbery and
five thousand dollars bond. So I, well, I don't understand that.
And that's where the story ends.I don't understand this one cent, Like,
are you just trying to get Didhe think that he was that he
wouldn't go to jail if it wasone like, well, that's not a
felony though, I mean yeah, and it was a note, I would
(01:13:51):
like one cent? What is that? I don't know. We got a
whole other hour coming up. MissouriAttorney General Andrew Bailey will be joining us
later as well. Stick with us. You also clarify Senmon's question, how
is it that the president was stilltired twelve days after returning from Europe,
had a cold, but then wentto the waffle house and then the following
(01:14:15):
day stage such a huge comeback thathe gave those North Carolina remarks like help
us understand you had a cold before. Of course it happened, Okay,
so you probably well come on,come on, Jackie, let's be very
let's wake a day you returned, though, but you also a jet lag
yesterday. Hold on a second,there's a cold, there's a jet lag.
You combine that, he continues towork on the with for the American
(01:14:38):
people, day in and day out, around the clock. Things happen.
Things happen, and the cold thingis something that you all pointed out during
his debate. We didn't even pointthat out. You all pointed that when
you heard his voice being wiped, because he knew he had to push through.
He knew he has to power through. That's what presidents do. If
you care about this country, andyou don't care about yourself, about the
(01:15:00):
American people, you care about deliveringfor this country, you care about how
you're going to continue to work everyday in and day out, you push
through. We've all we've you know, she how did we How was it
that we found out that he hada cold? Guys? Remember king?
How did we find out from theWhite House? But whatever, Yeah,
(01:15:20):
that's right. They said, Oh, Biden has a cold. That's what
it is. He's got a cold. That's why it was in that list
of excuses. Well, first itwas he yeah, he you know,
for the original was stutter. Thenthey're like, yeah, that's not gonna
work anymore. He's got a cold. Oh my gosh, he's over prepared.
(01:15:42):
We don't like his makeup. Ohinternational travel, it's international travel now
as well, they have that too. Wow, So my goodness. So
there I'm telling you now, it'sall of the reporters are asking this,
(01:16:03):
and we've been highlighting that. Uh. In this first couple in the in
the first part of the show,Welcome back to the program, top of
this third Hour with you, Danalash here, And in the meantime,
I keep saying, this is justfunny to me. Trump is so silent
on this, and the smartest thingthat he could do right now is stay
silent on it. Don't take neverWhat is the phrase never murder your never
(01:16:27):
uh, murder your opponent when he'skilling Sue, when he's committing suicide.
Uh, it's don't He does notneed to slow down this momentum. Trump
needs to, somebody said, andI had retweeted it because it was funny.
A friend of mine had said thatthe way that Trump is remaining completely
silent while the Democrats self destruct iskind of scary. It's like that scene
(01:16:48):
in Jurassic Park where the velociraptor useslearns to use the door handle. He's
learning this. I mean, theyare there and they're so mad at it
too. Here's the other the otherstory. Hang on, let me find
this. So this is the NewYork Times right now. They're so mad.
The New York Times has this storyout. This is this morning.
(01:17:12):
Trump continues to delay naming a runningmate amid Biden. Fall Biden debate fallout.
Donald J. Trump has not nameda running mate this week. They
are so mad they called him DonaldJ. Trump. That's how mad they
are. They're like, they areso ticked off. They're like, oh
my gosh, they need something. The dumbest thing he could do right now
(01:17:35):
is announce a VP. Don't doit. Don't do it. Please,
for the love of all things holy. If you ever listened to anything I've
ever said, and I know iscamp because I know a lot of people
in it. They do check itout from time to time in the program.
Oh my gosh, please hear menow, if you've ever heard me,
do not announce the VP just yet. Don't do it. Make them
(01:17:56):
livid, make them mad by notsaying anything. They are looking for a
read to grab, to save themfrom this sand trap. Please do not
say don't give them a life raft. Don't say anything, don't post anything
except Happy Independence Day. Let themdo this. Save your energy. Oh
my gosh, Please, for thelove of all things holy, just a
(01:18:19):
little prayer that I have that I'masking for right now, because they look
how mad they are. Look atthat first sentence. Donald J. Trump
has not named a running meat thisweek. They're so mad. They don't
even know how to deal with it. They're just they're so pissed off.
And that's all this art, thisarticle is mad that he's not giving them
anything to flip out about. Soall they have to talk about is how
(01:18:42):
bad Biden's doing and all of thestuff in the Democrat camp. And they're
so mad at him it is hysterical. So I hope that he's just sitting
there watching and laughing at it becausethey and you know, he's uncharacteristically quiet.
This you gotta say it's uncharacteristic forhim. He needs to stay that
(01:19:03):
way because they don't. They onlyknow how to deal with his predictive behavior.
When he messes up the algorithm, they have no idea what to do.
They're like, what, where's therunning mate? Where is it he
was supposed to He has not nameda running mate. This is Donald Drew
Trump. I mean, there's somany that he's his middle initial, Donald
(01:19:25):
Jude Trump. They're so ticked off. Gosh, I love it. Just
cry see whatever. Now here's theother thing that came out. They're just
now starting to lose it over thisbecause this came out like right before the
show started. The New York Times. See in a college poll, you'll
(01:19:45):
see this question, if the twentytwenty four presidential election were held today,
who would you vote for if thecandidates were Joe Biden and Donald Trump.
Now I have not looked at thecross taps for them. Yes, but
it's the New York Times. Okay, likely voters to registered voters. I
actually think this is honest. Ithink that they would not weigh it because
(01:20:10):
they want Biden out. So Ido think this is a not I can't
even believe him saying this. Ithink that the New York Times poll is
honest because they want Biden out,and it's Biden forty three to Trump forty
nine with likely voters. Registered votersis forty one to forty nine. Oh
(01:20:35):
my gosh. You even have DebbieDingle an hour ago going he doesn't have
a lot of time here talking aboutBiden. He doesn't have a lot of
time. He needs to figure outwhat he's doing. He doesn't have a
lot of time. Guys, hedoesn't have Oh, they're losing it.
They're losing their minds now while allthis is happening. God help him.
(01:20:55):
I mean to not like I Iactually don't, he says. Uh.
According to his spokespeople associated press,Biden plains public events blitz, doesn't he
need an out. They're trying topush back on pressure to leave the race.
Craine Jean Pierre said, they're tryingto turn the page on this what
(01:21:17):
the White House announced because he's doinghe's he's doing a meeting with doing the
governor's call. They have a staffmeeting today. And then he sat down.
Where's this at? Where's this?And where's this? Where's this?
All right? I gotta pull thisup. I have to pull this up.
He's doing this interview. He didan interview with ABC's George Stephanopolis that's
entirely pre recorded, so they canjust chop it up however they want to.
(01:21:42):
It's pre recorded. He did aninterview with with uh Democrat stalwart George
Stephanopolis, and it's all it's prerecorded. He's it's he's gonna sit down.
It's gonna be pre recorded. Ithink it hasn't it hasn't happened yet,
but uh, well no, ithas happened. It has happened.
(01:22:02):
Sorry, I'm pulling this up rightnow. They announced they've already recorded it.
Apparently it's the exclusive first television interviewwith Joe Biden following the presidential debate
last week. He's going to sitdown on the campaign trail Friday with Good
Morning America. Well, it's alreadypre it's pre recorded. It airs Friday,
it's pre recorded. They have anextended interview that will air Sunday with
(01:22:26):
George Stephanopoulos. Do you think oneinterview is going to help him? No,
it's not. This is little stupidand it's and he grants the first
interview to Stephanopoulos over at ABC,and it's going to be it's it's going
to be an assist. It's justgoing he's just doing it to be an
assist. This is it's it's prerecorded. It's not going to be a
live interview. But that's part ofhis big o fundraising blitz. He's gonna
(01:22:51):
whatever he possibly can. That's he'sthey've they've they've got to try to turn
this around some how, So we'llsee. But so he's got that interview,
they've got Oh it's just bad. They got that interview, they've got
(01:23:13):
the calls, they've got all.I mean, I don't know what he's
it, guys, this is justthere's gonna be more and more leaks that
come out over this. In themeantime, Trump's got fundraising. He's they're
doing an event actually has reported onthis last week. They're doing an event
coming up on July seventeenth where apparentlythey will have the VP nominee by that
date because the VP nominees being advertisedis being there. So it's a big
(01:23:39):
fundraising event. The pressure's building onBiden in the meantime, so they don't
need to do anything. Trump's campdoes not need to do another thing.
So you've had all these lawmakers forlawmakers total so far have come out in
part of one of the things thatBiden's doing today's trying to get support from
other congressional leaders. Uh. KingJefferies will be interesting in this. He
(01:24:02):
is the House Minority leader leader uhand he says that he's hearing per Axios
that Biden needs to go, thathe's got to go. So there we
are interesting on all the all theDemocrats in swing districts that were first elected
in twenty eighteen, they're saying he'sgot to go. We can't risk this
(01:24:24):
for him. They're there, sothey a lot of them are thinking it's
going to be Harris. It mayI mean, it may be Harris,
but Harris actually performs poorly against her. Out of all of the Democrat suggestions,
she's the one. She performs theworst. She always has though consistently.
So this I mean, they're gonnahave to resign themselves to the fact
(01:24:45):
that, uh, they're not gonnawin nutting if she ends up being the
nominee, they'll they'll lose the Senateseats. It'll be such a depressing effect
down ticket. Like I said,I haven't broken out this New or Times
poll, but I actually do thinkit's accurate. Only because they want him
out. That's it. Now.In the meantime, the press is trying
(01:25:08):
to cover their backsides. This isso stupid. This is you have this
dude who is OH with The Atlanticsaying, quote, there's an extraordinary effort
from alt right commentators to claim thatlegacy media ligne to strategically cover up the
issue of Biden's age and only suddenlycover the subject. He says, it's
(01:25:30):
fascinating to watch people I respect expressthis idea and frankly jarring, what well,
first off, that's what you guysactually did you? I mean you
literally did it. That's exactly bythe book What Happened Number one. Number
two, don't try to throw inthat douchebag alt right phrase just as a
way to sort of plant the seatof doubt in the minds of people as
(01:25:53):
a guilt by association thing. They'reDemocrats who are not alt or right or
al right, who are coming outand saying this stuff. Derek Thompson's an
absolute douchebag. This is such aand I know I don't deserve to expend
any more energy to describe him inany more courteous a term. That's exactly
what he is. This is someorwelly and garbage. I mean to think
(01:26:15):
that people out there are just likemaking this up and that it's that and
saying that the media lied to us. The media did lie to all of
us. The media is lied toall of us from the very beginning.
You are a bunch of oversensitive ratbastards. That's who you people are in
the legacy press. You have beena hurdle on the path of freedom for
(01:26:35):
the American people. You have notbeen an attack dog or a watchdog for
the people, as was the natureof the very creation of your industry.
You turned into lap dogs for thisadministration for one political ideology. That's what
you've become. You are the Pravdaof America, all of you. All
of you are so thirsty to bepower adjacent that you're willing to sacrifice the
(01:26:57):
principles of this republic. And onthe eve of Independence Day, gas light
us all into thinking that you actuallyaren't culpable in doing this, not even
hearing it, gollye. So they'retrying to save their backsides and in the
meantime they literally there was a reporterthat asked, what does the president do
(01:27:19):
between the hours of ten am andfour pm? That's it, And now
all of the news you would probablymiss. It's time for Dana's Quick five.
All right, So first and foremost, the Gavin Newsom is launching a
(01:27:40):
podcast with Marshaun Lynch. That's weird, right x NFL star Gavin Newsom with
Doug Hendrickson and who's Lynch's agent anda friend of Newsom's and Marshaun Lynch,
they're all doing a podcast together. It's called the Stupidest name in podcasting Pollock
chicken Ker, Girker Kirker. He'strying to be culturally relevant guys, govinism.
(01:28:09):
This is all like, that's yeah, come on. A cafe or
owner was forced to close when neighborscomplained they did not like the clinking of
tea cups and they didn't like thesmell of bacon, because they're absolute brats.
There's no other nice thing to sayabout these people who would be upset
over the smell of bacon and clinkingtea cups. Really, as they got
upset, she had to closer businessher wavelihood. She finally reopened it.
(01:28:32):

new law allows fourteen and a halfyear olds to drive to work in Iowa.

to hit, really right, likewhat would they hit? I'm not saying,
I'm not trying to be a jerk, but like, for real,
I have friends who live in Iowa, just like hay Corn, Like,
(01:29:17):
what are they going to hit?You know, run into a comre songs?
So uh, Boeing is going tobuy Spirit Arrow for four point seven
billion in a stock deal. Soin kine's like a failing airlines buying.
It's way closer to a monopoly, that's what you say. Yeah, Well,

What stay with us? Missouri AttorneyGeneral Andrew Bailey's next ready to grow
your intellectual roltex Download the Dana Showpodcast and join the ranks of those who
refuse to settle for the same old, boring content on Apple, Spotify or
wherever you get your podcasts. Lookat those seven hundred delegates who have no
(01:30:00):
uncommitted and get into the acting. And I do believe that all the delegates
are permitted only for the first round, and so you can actually fashion the
process is already in place. Commitit a mini primary, and I would
support that absolute player we can't closethat down, and we shed to open
(01:30:23):
up everything for the general elected. And I think that Kamala Harris would quit
herself very well in that kind ofa process. But then it will be
fair to everybody. So this isnew audio from James Cliburn, who's really
the king maker of the Democrat Party. And I was saying this last week.
The only reason Joe Biden's President ofthe United States because James Clyburn came
saved during the primary and deliver SouthCarolina for him, And there was a
(01:30:45):
deal that was made there. Youput Kamala Harris on your ticket, then
I'm going to make sure I deliveryou know, a crucial demographic voting block
for you. And that's exactly whatCliburn did. And then Cliburn came out
yesterday evening and said no, no, no, no replacement unless it's Coamala
Harris. Now today he's like, yeah, we could have a mini primary
because I think that he realizes thathaving someone as unlikable as Kamala Harris as
(01:31:05):
the leading as the lead on theticket, that's an insurmountable odd She didn't
even she was in last place inthe primary back in twenty twenty, and
she's never been popular. She can'traise money either, which is incredibly significant
when you're going into this much ofa deficit if you switch it out like
this in the eleventh inning, Welcomeback to the program, Dana lash with
(01:31:26):
you, I have to say beforewe bring on my next guest. I
was I'm laughing my head off atthe New York Times so mad they went
after Trump with this, the stupidlawsuit the state of New York. Now,
the New York Times is like, can you believe that Donald Trump hasn't
announced a VP yet? And they'remad because he's not giving them anything to
write about other than Biden. Andthey're like, Donald J. Trump hasn't
(01:31:46):
announced a VP Canada, Like theycall it by his middle name. They're
so angry they don't have anything else. And in the meantime, all of
this is happening. And then Istarted laughing harder because Andrew Bailey comes out,
you know, it's another day thatin and why And he's like,
who's backside? Can I kick today? Legally, let's see you New York
and file in a suit against you. So it's filed at the Supreme Court
(01:32:09):
under Article two Section two of theConstitution because of the insane way that New
York handled that lawsuit. And AndrewBailey, Attorney General of my home state,
beautiful state of Missouri, joins usnow on this Independence Day. Even
sir, it's a pleasure to haveyou. I want to get for I
want to get into this lawsuit becauseyou and I are very much on the
same page with New York, andI love the way that you're handling this.
(01:32:30):
But I have got to get youropinion on everything that's happened in the
past, like forty eight hours withthe Democrat Party. Oh my gosh,
they're in an infinitely regressive death spiral. I mean, it's absolutely it would
be comedic if it wasn't injecting poisoninto the democratic election process and depriving Missourians
and citizens of every state the rightto actually engage in a meaningful way in
(01:32:55):
a national election. In the heatof a campaign, in the most consequential
presidential election in the nation's history, let's start with this idea that Biden shouldn't
be on the ticket. The restof US knew that months ago. They
should have pulled him before these stateshad their primaries and their caucuses. Now
they want to play a shell gameagain. That undermines the integrity of the
election process. Why did we haveprimaries and caucuses if they're going to play
a shell game and swap somebody outfor an unknown and then deny us of
(01:33:18):
our meaningful voice. But then yousee Joe Biden reacting to the immunity decision
from the United States Supreme Court, and like, has anyone told this guy
that he probably missed the early birdspecial and they're out of tapio kamputing because
he was out doing a press conferenceat five pm and oh what a press
conference. It was four minutes andfifty nine seconds, no questions from the
(01:33:39):
media. This guy should be poppingchampagne. This means that he can't be
prosecuted for aiding in a betting andhuman traffiing and Finnal distribution from the chaos
at our southern border. This benefitshim. I mean, this is absolute
insanity, and I absolutely think thathe should not be the president of the
United States. But the Democrats shouldn'tbe allowed to swap him out. Now,
that's totally unfair. That's a reallygood point, and that's what Cliburn
(01:34:01):
was talking about to a mini primary, because if they do what you're talking
about, they're cutting all the delegatesout of the equation and then it's just
you know, the power players withinthe Democrat Party that are deciding who the
substitute's going to be. And thatkind of that scares me is too,
because it's all the people who havebeen leading these witch hunts this entire time.
Let me segue into the New Yorkcase because Missouri v. New York
(01:34:23):
lawsuit filed today and this has todo with the jurisdiction of this case.
So for the people who because Iknow that there's so many things Democrats have
been thrown at the former president, for the people who may need to recap,
this is that suit where they tryto like straw man up something to
charge him with, to take itout of state court and make it a
federal court issue. And that's whatyou're challenging. Yeah, that's right.
(01:34:44):
Look, this lawfair against President Trumpagain. It's undermining the integrity of the
democratic process. There's supposed to bethe sacred guardians of our democracy, and
yet what they're doing is essentially denyingpeople the ability to engage in a presidential
election. Missouri is a sovereign statewith a sovereign interest participating in a national
election on equal footing with every otherstate. And we can't let a rogue
prosecutor in a collusive judiciary in thestate of New York and their communist witch
(01:35:08):
hunt prosecute persecution. It's not evena pro persecution a President Trump that takes
him off the campaign trail and silenceshim. That's depriving Missourians and anybody else
access to a presidential candidate in theheat of a campaign. It's unconstitutional to
allow one state to deprive other statesthe ability to participate in a meaningful way
in that election. That's why wefiled soon. You're right, Article three,
(01:35:29):
Section two of the United States Constitutiongives original jurisdiction to the Supreme Court.
It's Missouri v. New York, game on, and we're talking to
Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey. Thisheadline that came out Real Clear Politics had
it, and it was former AtlantaMayor Kasha Lance Bottoms and now a senior
advisor to the Biden campaign, toldMSNBC that, you know these newspapers that
are talking accurately about everything happening withthe Biden campaign that they are exerting undue
(01:35:54):
influence, was her was the phraseshe used. She's accusing them of election
interfering. Now that sounds wild tome, especially considering what happened in New
York with this case. How isthat not election interference? How is the
gag order not interference? Yeah, you're right, data though, using the
judicial process to violate President Trump's constitutionalrights and violate our right to hear from
(01:36:17):
him using that legal process is infact election interference. Newspapers reporting, even
if I disagree with the reporting they'redoing, is protected by the First Amendment.
These people hate free speech and theywant to destroy it in the name
of silencing any political opposition. Andit starts with President Trump and the gag
order. Now it's going to newspapers, which I don't have any love for
the legacy media, but I'll tellyou this much. We're it's dark days
(01:36:39):
in our republic. And shame onthe media for legitimizing this lawfare, if
for not covering the fact that largeswaths of this country feel left behind because
they put the official imprimature on thissham judicial process and again deprived of us
of access to a presidential candidate. He can't be out campaigning if he's tethered
to a New York court room andpotentially sentence to pri and he certainly hasn't
(01:37:00):
been allowed to speak on these indusues. That's core political speech that he would
be giving to his constituents. Wehave a right to hear from him.
So that is absolutely using the legalprocess to poison our democratic process and interfere
in this election. We're not goingto stand for it. We're going to
sert our sovereign interest in our rights. Here in Missouri, we're talking with
Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey. Iwanted to ask you too also about this
(01:37:21):
Second Amendment issue regarding the Department ofCommerce and then limiting the number of firearms
that Americans can export, et cetera, because we just had you know,
the Chevron decision this from the SupremeCourt essentially, you know, gutting the
overreach of this unelected, bureaucratic, administrative state. So how would that impact
(01:37:42):
this with the Department of Commerce.Well, we put a marker down,
this is just a right to sue. Essentially, we send a note to
the Department of Commerce, like, first of all, whoever gave them the
authority to limit our constitutional right tokeep in bear arms. And what they've
done is propose a rule through theBureau of Industry Security. Never even heard
of this agency, some obscure, niche agency, but they've promulgated a rule
(01:38:03):
that would amend a federal statute tothereby limit the number of firearms that both
individuals and manufacturers connectsport. This isthe government manipulating the marketplace to try to
drive down sales, drive down profits, drive down in investments into these companies,
to try to dissuade people from tradingand sell it buying and selling firearms.
(01:38:27):
It's an attack on the Second Amendmentright to keep in bear arms.
They lost in the head to headbattle on the individual right to keeping bear
arms when the United States Supreme Courthanded down its decisions. So now they're
trying an end run around to tryto destroy the marketplace for firearms. But
it's still an attack on the SecondAmendment. We're not going to stand for
it. And I'll tell you you'reabsolutely right. Chevron being overruled is a
huge win for our constitution. Andwhat it means is that federal agencies can't
(01:38:50):
amend statutes. Only Congress can doit. This reinvigorates the separation of powers
doctrine that is inherent in our constitutionand is intended to maximize our freedoms and
liberties. That was such an importantdecision too as well, talking with I
think probably maybe of this term talkingwith the Missouri Attorney at General Andrew Bailey
on the social media and because youwere at the tip of the spear on
(01:39:10):
this Missouri filing suit and fighting theBiden administration over this suppression, did that
decision Maybe there's something that I missed. I don't know. It really kind
of shocked me because it felt like, to me and tell me if I'm
wrong on this. It felt liketo me that if the government uses a
third party agency, then it's nottyranny. If they're going through a social
media company, then it's not censorship. That's how I interpreted this. Well,
(01:39:35):
Danie, I'll tell you the headlinesand that the lamestream media are one
hundred and eighty degrees wrong on thisissue. And I've seen this before.
The knee jerk reaction from the mainstreammedia is to say, oh, well,
the Spring Court sides with Biden, and like, no, no,
no. If you dig deeper andread what the opinion actually says. I
think the opposite is true. Firstof all, yeah, I would prefer
there be a preliminary injunction in place. But what the court said was that
(01:39:55):
there was absolutely government censorship going onon big tech social media platforms in twenty
twenty and twenty twenty one, andthat it's unconstitutional. All they said was
you need to go back down tothe trial court and determine whether or not
that censorship is still ongoing beyond theyear twenty twenty one to the present.
Well, of course it is.We know it is because we see it
every day when people are deep platforms, shadow band deemphasized, or straight up
(01:40:17):
booted off social media. We havebroad tools of discovery. Now that we're
back down at the trial court level, we're going to use those tools to
continue to root out the past censorshipenterprise. The fight for the First Amendment
goes on because this was and forthose who who did know, General Bailey
was like right there leading the fighton all of this, with this,
with this case with the Biden administration, and that you know, the federal
(01:40:39):
government telling me the suppressing whether itwas the laptop story or you know,
I remember whatever, it was, anything that contradicted the narrative coming out from
the federal government in this administration. And they were talking about standing, which
I thought, and I think thatwas something that Barrett had maybe mentioned in
her opinion because now there were somany decisions. I know at this point
now that everything's kind of running together, But I I thought, well,
(01:41:00):
that's what ags do. They representthe people? If anybody has a standing,
it would be that road. Yeah, Yeah, I think you're right.
Look, I mean, really theproblem here was traceability and being able
to show the harm is ongoing totoday. That evidence is out there,
will get it. Give show meone example in history where the government has
ever trampled on people's rights, expandedand then contractive of its own free will.
That doesn't happen. Somebody has toforce it. That's what this lawsuit
(01:41:23):
is about. I think it's afair legal question though, should states have
a different standing analysis When we're bringingsuits on behalf of the entire population of
our state, I think that's afair legal debate. And when we're going
to explore going forward, that's fascinating. Yeah, And I think you're the
only person who's brought that up.And I would love to see like discussion
on that. Missouri Attorney General AndrewBailey, God bless you, my friend.
(01:41:44):
I mean, you're just embodying everythingthat Independence Day stands for and going
out and fighting the good fight onbehalf of Americans. And we are grateful,
not just Missourians but everybody. Andwe're thankful. Thank you, Danappy,
Freedom Day, Happy Freedom Day,Thank you, sir. We have
more to come, folks as wewrap up this third hour of broadcast.
That would actually be a really interestingdiscussion to see it like the scope of
that, and he's that's the onlyI've never heard that brought up before,
(01:42:05):
so that would be very interesting. We have a lot still to hit guys
as we the press. The pressa veil is still going on and Kin
keeps saying that people are going toget kicked out of the press room.
It's still happeningkj Is this like oneof the longest she's done. It's been
this whole hour, right, yeah, yeah, yeah yeah. Follow Dana

noted Kelly on your colleague, thepresident of the w h A, that's
inappropriate. Thank you, Kelly,She's rare. It was a White House
(01:42:54):
Press briefing so that who was itthat asked? That was Kelly O'Donnell with
NBC, And someone was like, well, is he awake? Though,
I think that's a fair question.The hell is he? I mean that
was James Rosen apparently reportedly is thatwhen you said James Rosen's gonna get Yeah,
I thought he's gonna get kicked upfor that remark. I think there
(01:43:14):
should be stuff like that on occasion. Oh my gosh, it is the
White House Press briefing room. Andthen they asked. They were like,
well, how is it that hewould get jetlag? And she was like
jetlag? First off, can westop acting like Biden is flying steerage next
to the crapper in the back. Can we stop. It's not like he's
getting bumped because somebody's trying to getin the little tiny bathroom. Right,
He's on Air Force one for cryingout lag. You've ever been on an
(01:43:38):
Air Force One? I haven't,but I was at the Reagan Library and
I got to tour that one thatthey have on permanent display and guess what
it is a hass condo in thesky right, Like you've got a bedroom
and you've got like a living areaand there's a full on kitchen and there's
all kind I mean, it's crazy. It's a whole house. It's like
two houses on a plane. It'scrazy. I mean that house is nicer
(01:44:01):
than I mean a plane. It'sa plane, and it's huge, and
there's like he's got a bed onit. Shut up, I'm not sure.
I don't even think you know, you're in the error on it.
It's that big. It's huge.I mean, they got everything you want.
You know, you want some macand cheese, and you you know
you want to watch some Warner Brothersand eat some mac and cheese. They'll
(01:44:24):
do it for you. It's airForce one, you know. Come on,
you want to lay spread out onthe bed and go to sleep,
to have a little nap. It'sAir Force one. Come on, you
know it's the it's the boogemobile. It's air Force one. And they're acting
like he's in coach a yeah, get it in, jock. We're going
(01:44:45):
to Italy. Come on, lizards, we're going to Delaware. I can't
man, that's what they act like, well, he's got jet shut up,
you don't have jet lag. Youtook a nap shot. Stop you're
old. You being old, andlike, no, send you, it's
not jet lag. Oh my gosh, acting like he's sitting back there.
Actually Combineez to Dane's stupidity with thataudio that of the reporter asking like,
(01:45:12):
how can twelve days later this bea jet lag? Yeah, how do
you have jet lag for twelve days? And so didn't Koreane jumpy? She
tries to answer, Oh, no, very question, Wan, do you
want to no, no, oh, that's why it went as long as
it did go ahead out with salmonbrought up. I think others as well.
You did get New York questions yesterdayabout the president's debate performance. You
(01:45:35):
didn't mention travel, the jet lag, the foreign trip. So I think
you can understand why it was alittle bit puzzling to hear the president mentioning
that as his explanation for the firsttime last night. I'm just yeah,
can you clarify whether when you tookthe podium yesterday did you not know that?
And I would say that is mybad. That is part of that
(01:45:55):
is part of my bad. Definitelypart of the x A nation of what
had occurred. I did know that. I did know that. I did
I did know that, but wewere so focused. I was so focused
on the on the cold, andthat's what I kind of leaned into and
talked about. But yes, hisschedule did have something to do with it.
(01:46:16):
Oh my gosh from Hireliar dot com. I don't know. And then
Kamala back there the original Hooktah twentytwenty four. She's back there, you
know, like watching this, rubbingher hands together like yes, yes,
yeah, everybody needs to stop makingthat a campaign thing because she gonna take
it. Yeah, so just knoweverybody's going on little mini vac right now.
Yeah, all right, folks.I'm going to be out until July
(01:46:39):
