Dana Lashes of surd Truth podcast sponsoredby Keltech. It's his laugh mission to
make bad decisions. It's time forFlorida man. Well, this Florida man
broke into a home, drank somebooze, and ate chips as the frightened
family escaped over a fence. Deputieswith the Lee County Sheriff's Office used a

(00:24):
less lethal shotgun to strike a Floridamaniccus of breaking into a home and barricading
himself inside. He had a lengthycriminal history. He's back behind bars after
breaking into the family's home and thefamily was in the pool when he entered
the home. Investigator said he wentup to one of the children and touched
their face before treating into the house. That's when the family members escaped to

(00:45):
a neighbor's house, and I guessthe guy hung out, had some drinks,
had some chips, two alcoholic beveragesand a bag of chips. I
don't know if they say exactly whatkind of beverages he had, but probably
crushed a couple of beers and hadsome chips, and you know, just
kind of waited for the cops coming. I think he knew the inevitable was
gonna happen. He wasn't gonna getout of there, but anyway, a

(01:07):
Florida judge faced the suspension again afterswearing in court. Judge Wayne Culver escaped
suspension in twenty twenty two after severalevents, The Florida agency charge with investigating
allegations of judicial misconduct has once againrecommended suspension for a judge's intemperate conduct,
including raising his voice and using profanity. S wrong with that. This week,

(01:30):
the Florida Judicial Qualifications Commission released itsfindings regarding Circuit Court judge Wayne Culver.
The recommendations in the report include asixty day suspension, public reprimand,
and continued anger management. The secondtime he's faced the potential suspension for his
behavior on the bench. But heyeah, listening, guys, got a
potty mouth. What are you gonnado? I mean, doesn't have the

(01:51):
First Amendment right to swear? Hesaid, can you shut up and sit
down? In one of the videosto me, I like it because it
makes the court hearings down a wholelot more interesting and exciting. But after
the JQC revealed their first proposed disciplinaryactions, the Florida Supreme Court file the
documented response. It's said the courtrejectas stipulation, disapproves of the proposed sanctions.

(02:13):
They wanted further proceedings to include afull hearing for the Judicial Qualifications Commission.
And then the judge testified himself andadmitted he did not act in a
proper way. He voluntarily completed ananger management course. He wished him the
best. Kel Tech is a greatFlorida based company. They make all kinds
of firearms, and I know you'revery familiar with the Sub two K Gen

(02:35):
three and the Sub two K Genthree which has been shipping for a while
now. Very cool. It's foldsright in half and you don't have to
detach your favorite optics anymore to foldit in half, and you can keep
them all on it. They've gota couple of other different options on it
as well, different improvements. They'vegot redesigned operating handle for it, added
comfort, lightened action, easy rackinginmbidextrous bolt hold open as well, and

(03:00):
all quality made right here in theUS of a family owned company, family
owned values, and America needs morecompanies like Caltech. Very innovative Florida based
creator Pistol Rifles shotguns as well asaccessories in gear and that subju kg in
three light, foldable and effective.See everything keltech has to offer for yourself
at celtech weapons dot com and besure to follow them on social media.

(03:21):
That's celtech Weapons dot com. KE L T e C. Tell them
Dana sent you. All right,So as we continue along here on the
Data Show, as me rich Zthe only in for data today. Thanks
for being here. A lot tochat about. There's breaking news all over

(03:42):
the place and many and Team Bidennow are preparing the exit strategy. Shocking.
I know, how could that possiblybe? How could it be?
Well, maybe because of Joe Biden'sown words, because the guy can't speak.
We'll find out tonight at the BigBoy press conference. It would be
great if he did have velcro shoes, though my son's graduated to tying his

(04:02):
shoes now, which is great. It's not very good at it, but
kids always go with the velcro atfirst, and then eventually you go back
to velcro. Biden probably is rockingthe velcro, I'm guessing, so he
probably couldn't tie his own shoes ifhe had to. But here's Biden a
little bit from NATO. Let's dosome clips. Shall we Steve Cutt number
five? Please, the allies inthis room not only share a common language.

(04:26):
Don't share a common language. Wedo not share a common border.
But we are neighbors. We're neighbors. The allies not only share a common
language, I mean don't share acommon language, because it's NATO and there's
lots of members who have you know, different languages. But anyway, most
of those countries, though, doalso speak English, so he could have

(04:47):
just stopped, but Biden described givingNATO Secretary Yon's Stolzenberg the Medal of Freedom.
Cut six. I thought it's themecha, the oma again, and
stalked about I guess I was aplayer, especially. I don't think he
was expecting against No, he wasI own. He was leaving. He

(05:08):
and I interviewed, and when he'sgoing with you and I I swear I
got my knees and baby said,no, I'm only kid him. But
I talked to him in the standand his wife's still talked to me.
She spoke awkward. That wasn't theonly awkward thing, Biden said. He
he randomly grabbed the mic and startedrambling about DEI as the feed cut off.

(05:30):
Reporters were heard it out of theroom. This another the first time
this has happened. I remember onetime Biden was going on about something and
they actually started playing orchestra music overhim, like he was then accepting an
Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor andhad gone on way too long and they
got the gong. You don't typicallydo that to the President of the United
States of America. You don't typicallycut him off. That's Biden's own people

(05:50):
cutting him off. But they dothat obviously because you don't want to let
Biden off script. You don't wantto let him off teleprompter. That's the
thing about it's a big boy newsconference. You got to wonder how much
of this is pre orchestrated. Doeshe have the questions in advance? Again,
is the press score going to playalong with that? Does he know
he's selecting? And if he doesselect that person, are they actually going

(06:14):
to give the question that they toldthe White House they would give him or
are they going to call an audibleIt all depends. I don't know,
but typically these press conferences are veryscripted. As you know, Biden goes
and now I'm just going to talkto ap measurement. Then the person comes
up, and then Biden stands thereand then looks down in another card that
seemingly has the answer for him.You go, wow, that's amazing how

(06:39):
they were able to prepare the presidentlike that for this question. Cut eight.
And it does more manardies, morewomen, more labor. I'm serious,
think about it. That's who weare. That's why we're strong,
We're diverse. I'm got to stoplooking at him and problems. Just think

(07:06):
about that. He's speaking about thisabout what he wants his cabinet to look
like, which is something that theDemocrats ran on back in two thousand and
he's he gets they cut him down, they shut him off, they shut
him down. He's the president ofthe United States of America. They're like,
all right, everybody out, everybodygo, and some guys back there

(07:27):
pulling the cable out of the speaker. Awkward. It is awkward. And
then Biden tried and failed at readinga Truman quote which was written directly in
front of him. This is aquote from President Harry Truman. Cut number
nine. President Truman said, quote, we hope to create a shield against
aggression, the fear of aggression andto permit us to get on with the

(07:50):
real business of creating a government andsociety. Wow, that was riveting.
I'll tell you what. Truman isvery proud that you you gave that quote
such justice. He really is feelinggood about that. Biden also read from
a pre written script, and well, I mean, here we go.
Cut ten. The fact is thatso many of my let me put it

(08:15):
this way, I'm very pleased totoday all NATO members are making the plate
to expand our industrial base. Yeah, he's got to just stay on script.
Just stay on script, all right, and don't deviate from the script.
It's not good. It doesn't workout well for anybody. Well,
tonight be heavily scripted the Big Boypress conference at six thirty pm, right

(08:37):
before the sundown. If you knowwhat I mean, I don't know.
Only the shadow knows. We'll findout. Here's Chris Coons, the Delaware
senator who's been a pal and anally of Joe Biden, excusing his obvious
cognitive decline. Cut number four. What are you telling him about what you're
hearing from your fellow senators that alot of my college have express concerns that

(09:01):
they needed to see him, goout and campaign, do a long form
interview, do an unstructured press conference. But I have said to my colleagues,
remember who Joe Biden is. Wecan't set a bar so high that
who Joe Biden's been for thirty yearscan't clear it. He's always had a
slight stutter. Yeah, it's notthe stutter that we're talking about here,

(09:22):
Chris. Nobody thinks this is astutter issue. Yeah. I mean literally,
the first time I've heard that. There's not a single person who has
said Biden's the Bay performance was horriblebecause of his stutter. Stutter that you're
going with stutter? Okay, wellon behalf of the millions and millions of
people who stutter. I'm sorry foryou that Chris Couons made it about that.

(09:46):
Oof Chris Couns. Wow, okay, all right. Biden also said
give me your hand to your pal. It was an awkward moment. That
was just one of those moments youjust go kind of awkward. But he
does a lot of that awkward stuff, kind of touchy feely, sniffy,
you know what I mean. Cutseven, Well, welcome, and because

(10:07):
we have a long conversation on thephone and you want give me your hand
their vow, and we were bestof allies maybe in the whole world.
Yeah, well, it's just anawkward time for all of us. I
think that the reality of the situationis that we're watching now the end,
and it's only a matter of howhe gets out and what he gets for
it. Biden is a savvy operator, but he's lost as marbles. But

(10:31):
the people around him are savy operatorstoo. What they're trying to do now
is negotiate an exit package. Youknow this too, if you're ever leaving
a job and they want you out, maybe because you make too much money,
too much seniority, or something likethat. They want you god,
but at the same time, theydon't want you necessarily stealing all their customers,
or they don't want you trashing thecompany. So you negotiate an exit

(10:54):
package. They give you a littlebit of a golden parachute, and then
you say goodbye, and you telleverybody it's time for you to retire and
whatever move to Florida. Though Idon't know what people that do when they
get exit packages in Florida where theymove, but it's beside the point,
and that's what happens the Golden parachute. But you don't just turn around and
go all right, I'm out. You're right, I'm done. No,

(11:15):
you threaten them, you go allright, well, that's fine. You
know, I can leave. Butremember I could always get your customers,
or you'd hate to have me trashyou in the media or something like that.
After my noncompete ends. I'd hateto go to a competitor and they
go all right, okay, allright, easy, easy. What if
you get say, two years payand a bonus and you go away and

(11:37):
they go, okay, sounds greatto me. Deal. That's called the
Golden parachute. Joe Biden is basicallynegotiating that package right now. He's negotiating
the exit package. Celebrate America's foundingprinciples of God given natural rights, liberty,

all of the news you would probablymiss, it's time for Dana's Quick five.
Carlos Danger Remember him? Anthony Wiener, That's right, the disgraced former
Congressman Anthony Wiener is wishing his exwife Kuma Abadeen congratulations after the big announcement

(13:13):
that she's engaged to Alex Soros, son of George Soros. The bond villain
billionaire who controls the world, andthe two are engaged right now, and
Anthony Wiener Carlos Danger said, I'mthrilled for Huma. They are remarkable people
and I wish them much happiness. So there you go. And obviously,

(13:33):
for Carlos Danger, things have notgone his way since he got out of
prison for sexting with an underaged girl. But for Huma, she's now going
to be married to a billionaire whocontrols the world, So I guess you
can say the second time around isprobably better for her. There you go.
I don't have any details on thewedding or if I'll be invited.

(13:54):
My guess is probably not. CBSNews chief is out as the network is
sold in the Paramount deal, leavingthe two news organizations without leaders. CBS
News and ABC News no longer havenews chiefs. It's funny too that they're
actually considered news organizations, like, for example, ABC News of course employees
the unbiased journalist George Defanopolis, whowas just walking on the street the other

(14:15):
day when somebody just randomly walked upto him and randomly asked him what he
thinks of Joe Biden and Georgeanopolis justrandomly said he can't serve four years and
they just kept walking, totally random, not at all stage in any way,
shape or form. Ellen DeGeneres says, I am not mean and I'm
done with fame. She said, this is the last time you're going to
see me. She's had enough. She's got a new Netflix special coming out.

(14:37):
Ellen's last stand up tour. Ofcourse, you got a question though,
how many people have retired, Andthen the retirement was just a way
to promote the fact that their special, their book, this is the last
time you'll ever see me, andthen shockingly they come back. We'll see
if Ellen really means it. She'shad a rough go of it as well
last couple of years professionally. Andspeaking of Hollywood, say goodbye to Hollyoo

(15:00):
for Joe Biden, no doubt aboutthat. But Nicholas Cage's son Weston has
been arrested for assaulting his mom duringa mental health crisis, and his dad
posted one hundred and fifty thousand dollarsbail. Got to wonder how mentally sharp
a lot of these people are whoare raised by Hollywood people, and for
example, Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck'sdaughter was just seen in front of the

(15:20):
Los Angeles County Council going on aboutthe need for mask mandates. While wearing
a mask, the poor girl couldbarely breathe. You also called COVID racist,
So you gotta just think to yourselves, a lot of these Hollywood people
are crazy? How many of themspawn crazy children? Is an environment or
is it genetic? Or is itboth? And speaking of Hollywood, Alec

(15:41):
Baldwin says he committed no crime inthe Rust shooting. On the first day
of the trial, the defense cameout and said, Alec Baldwin has done
nothing wrong. He was just simplysimply going out and he was just you
know, wrong place, wrong time. That's all it is, and that's
the way it goes. So we'llsee how that trial goes. My prediction

(16:02):
is Alec Baldwin is going down, and I think Alec Baldwin deserves to go
down because this entire shooting of thispoor woman, this killing of her,
was completely, completely something that couldhave been prevented, and everybody knows it
could have been prevented, including AlecBaldwin. But we'll see if his effort
at throwing the proper woman under thebus will work out for him. We

(16:25):
shall see. Kamla Harris is speakingright now in Greensboro, North Carolina.
You know she'd love, she wouldlove to be the nominee. She's dying,
dying to be the nominee. We'llsee what happens with that. There
was a big hearing today on CapitolHill regarding a judge additional nomination by a

(16:45):
judge who, well, thank god, did not get it. Did not
get it. According to Twitchy andTed Cruz, Mike Lee, a couple
of those guys nucleus judge a judicialnominee who wants men in women's prisons,
and it was a great day forwomen everywhere, huge victory for women in
the criminal justice system. Sarah Netburnwas nominated to be a district judge for

(17:07):
the influential Southern District of New York, which was terrifying because she believed men
should be in women's prisons. Bythe way, if I was ever sent
to prison, I would one hundredpercent identify as a woman. Absolutely on
day one. In the minute theysay guilty, I turn around back,
I'm a woman, and I wouldbe sent to a women's correctional facility.

(17:29):
What what man would not is myquestion? Why wouldn't you? I mean,
first of all, you're gonna goto jail with women. That's I
mean, if you're if you're astraight guy, this is a no brainer.
Number two. I wouldn't survive aday in prison with other guys.
Not a day. I know that, I know, I mean a hundred.
But at least i'd have a shotat a women's prison, you know
what I'm saying. So plus i'dbe I'd be I'd be like the only

(17:52):
guy there. And it's like theymake you chop anything off or anything.
You can just I just say I'ma I'm a I'm a woman. That's
all you got to say. Youdon't have to do anything. There's no
test required, there's no chopping, there's no pills. You just say it
and then they're, oh, wellwe didn't realize, so now we'll send
you the women's correctional facility. Whatstraight guy in his right mind would not
do? That is my question.I mean, unless you think you can

(18:15):
become the king of a men's prison, but that's not easy. I have
zero street cred, so I wouldnot farewell. That's number one, And
this judge said she was referring totrans women when she said that trans women
should be in women's prisons, andthe Senate Judiciary Committee voted against Sarah Nepburn's

(18:38):
nomination to be a district judge forthe influential Southern District of New York,
Senator Ted Cruise posting this is amassive victory for women everywhere. Netburn insisted
on housing a biological male serial rapistin a women's prison where he committed yet
another sexual offense. Today, sanityprevailed, Riley Gaines tweeting out, thank

(19:00):
you for defending the rights of women, Senator Cruz. Senator Mike Lee also
was very active in killing this nominationtoday as well. This, I mean,
it's the it's it's beyond dumb.Honestly, it's beyond dumb to think
that this is an okay thing, that it's an okay to send biological dudes
to women's prisons. But this iswhere the Left is on everything. You

(19:22):
know. Title Nine'm the big rewritewhere bio dudes can now go and stay
in women's locker rooms and sorority housesand all these other campus housing. Again,
if I was in college now,I would identify as a woman and
live in a sorority house. Imean, I'm not a fool. I

(19:44):
didn't. I mean I had tolive with a bunch of guys at my
Frajourney house when I was in college. So I'm just saying, you know,
hang out with the guys, sure, but you know, live with
the girls. Bathrooms are neater, cleaner, much tightier, much tightier.
So we have to have common senseand rational thought prevail here. And today
was a good way by Biden dominateda lot of bad judges. He has

(20:06):
dominated a lot of very bad judges, very far left judges. There was
even one yesterday that Senator Josh Howleywent after too. So at least the
guys I'm just share committee are tryingtheir best to stop to stop this from
happening. And I'm glad for thatfact, I really am. But you
know, the Left's going to keeppushing this. Obviously, the Left is

(20:26):
going to keep pushing this, nono doubt about it. And I know
that there's a lot of fear outthere regarding what the Left is going to
do regarding cheating this coming November. And I get that, I do.
I get that. I understand thefear and the fear is, It's everywhere.
