(00:00):
I can tell you, as Istated earlier, sir, that the moment
that the shift surrounding the president wereaware of an actual threat, that's a
threat right there. The guy's onthe roof and everybody's yelling at him yes
and directing the officer's attention to him. The rally was not pause at that
point. Correct. We are currentlystill combing through communications and when communications were
(00:24):
passed. Well, I can pointyou to this communication. It's two minutes
before the shots started ringing out directortitle, Yes or no? Was there
ever a moment where the Secret Serviceactually considered pausing the rally? The Secret
Service would have paused the rally hadthey known or been so. The answer
is no, an actual threat,The answer is no. Correct. I
(00:48):
can I can speak to you ingeneralities. No, no, I don't
want general communication. The answer isno, you did not consider pausing the
rally. Correct. The people thatare in charge of Forte acting the president
on that day would never bring theformer president out if there was a threat
that had been identified. Well, they did, because we've now identified three
(01:10):
points and the twenty minutes before theshooting that the threat emerged. What gets
me about so much of this isthat there are a lot of Democrats that
are asking these questions and saying there'ssomething seriously wrong here. There's something seriously
wrong with the lack of information.I mean, how do you go to
(01:32):
this? I mean I feel likeI could go on a whole other rant
about how you can show up toone of these meetings and this was all
by design. I mean, youcan't tell me that this woman is unprepared.
It's not that she doesn't have theanswers, it's that she doesn't want
to give them. How do youshow up to something like this and you
don't have all of those answers.Welcome to the program, Dana lash with
(01:53):
you. We are at the topof this first hour. I mean,
where to even start because we havethe ongoing Secret Service hearings. Biden's out,
Who's I mean, they're they're lookinglike they're going to push Kamala,
But we'll see. We've got alot of stuff to unpack. So your
host is here, Dane lash withyou. Top of the first You can
(02:15):
listen across the country. You canalso tune in. If you're not listening
terrestrially, you can stream the show. You can watch the simulcast as well
Channel thirty forty seven Direct TV XRumble like where else are we where?
Everywhere? And we're going to getinto every I mean absolutely everything today.
There's a lot to hit. Sofirst and foremost, we've got the and
(02:35):
that was a Democrat who is askingthe questions of the Secret Service head Cheetle.
Just then there were and I'm lookingat some of my notes, a
number of other Democrats that were askinggenuine questions because people need to realize this
shouldn't be a partisan thing. Itshouldn't be a partisan thing, because you
know you already have I mean, you have Democrats that are protect a Democrat
(02:58):
president that's gonna that is protected bySecret Service. And you want to know
whether or not the it's it issomething that is systemic, That's what you
want to know. I mean, this was I mean, there are so
many really good I mean, Idon't even know where we're gonna work.
There's just a lot to unpack here. So we got this Secret Service hearing.
(03:21):
We also have Biden is out.Biden is out, And I got
to say, you are absolutely correctto think that it is super weird for
a sitting president of the United Statesto announce that he is not seeking reelection
and announce it through a statement thatsomebody else wrote and a statement that they
put on X. And he hasn'taddressed the nation or anything. No address.
(03:45):
No, hasn't addressed the nation, hasn't anything. You're absolutely right to
think that this is weird, becauseit is weird. It's completely bizarre.
You're absolutely right to think that. And I've got to tell you it reminded
me. I mean, when youhad LBJ. Can we just do real
quick audio SoundBite flashback twenty three thelast time something like this happened, LBJ
(04:10):
went in front of the country andsaid, I'm not running. Watch I'll
not see and I will not acceptdenomination on my party for another term as
your president. I'm telling you.So, he goes on television and says
(04:30):
he's out. Biden hasn't been seen, he has been holed up at his
beach house. He hasn't been seen. He puts out a statement that someone
else wrote. He hasn't been seen. That's weird, right, yeah,
super weird. You haven't seen him, you haven't heard from him. He,
in a separate tweet, announced thathe was backing Vice President Kamala Harris
(04:51):
and you've had the Clintons that kindof went all in on her already.
A lot of it's just very oddand it who's running the country. He
announces that he is unfit to runbasically, so how in the hell is
he still fit to serve? Whois running the country? That's the million
dollar question right now. Nobody knows. Nobody knows who's running the country.
(05:15):
So a lot of questions here. One of the things that we're going to
get into is the well everything witheverything that you're going to want to know
about the convention, So we're goingto get in We're going to get into
all of that here coming up.The party, what that means, We're
going to break it down because youhave to realize Biden's endorsement isn't binding,
and so anything could still happen. It's not official, she's not the she's
(05:40):
you know, suggested that she's thenominee. She's not the official party nominee.
She hasn't gotten the nomination. Thiscould go sideways. There's a million
different ways this can go. Sowe're going to talk about all of that
coming up, just so you're aware, because the Democrat Convention is a lot
different than the Republican convention. Youdon't just have regular delas in the Democrat
(06:00):
convention. You've got super delegates inthe Democrat convention, and super delegates were
Democrats' way of basic well not basically, it was Democrats' way of robbing the
average person of their ability to selecttheir nominee. So we're going to talk
about all of that because they constituteabout fifteen percent of the delegates, so
it's a big enough number, especiallywhen the contest is closed, like back
in twenty sixteen when Hillary Clinton stilllet from Berney Sanders using super delegates.
(06:23):
So we're going to get into allof that so you can be set up
because it's not a done it's nota set deal. Also, who's going
to be stepping up, who's goingto be stepping up? Who are all
of the competitors to this, Andwe're going to it's like a game of
chess. We're going to watch allof it now. In the meantime,
Biden dropped out on National ice CreamDay and the Clintons were immediately out with
(06:45):
a statement. They immediately came out, oh, he's kept an extraordinary career
and blah blah blah. The mediais trying to rehabilitate this guy so bad.
They're really trying to rehabilitate. Oh, he's so great, the Joe
Biden, He's so good. Andthey're also trying to get ahead of any
kind of narrative disruption with Kamala Harristoo, which has been very interesting to
watch. Obama didn't officially endorse.I mean, he had this, he
(07:10):
had this, He didn't endorse anothercandidate. He hailed Biden's decision to exit
the race and the statement he said, Oh he's consequential president, dear friend
of partner, blah blah blah blahblah blah blah blah, track record blah
blah blah, Joe's never back downfrom a fight blah blah. And then
he goes for now. Michelle andI just want to express our love and
gratitude to Joe and Jill for leadingus so ably and courageously during these blah
(07:31):
blah blah blah blah blah. Yeah, interesting though that he didn't back anybody,
don't you think interesting? Hmm?I uh feel like, well,
you it is going to be abattle of factions, but they're also trying
to look and see who is maybe. I mean, really, who can
do it? Biden's still tweeting. He's like, we're the United States of
(07:55):
America. I've dedicated a shut up. Nobody's no anybody's even paying attention to
the Biden HQ Twitter account was apparentlygone. Nobody's paying attention to him.
It's done at this point, it'sdone. I mean, here's the big
question. This is a coup bythe left. It is a coup within
the left by the left. They'vedethroned their own leader that they picked,
(08:18):
that their party machine picked for anotherleader that their party machine didn't actually want.
It was like a Cliburn deal. They You have to remember when Kamala
Harris exited the Democrat primary, shewas trailing Pete boodhajeedge poot Bootyjuice. She
(08:39):
was trailing him in the primary. When she got out, she was in
last place. So for all ofthis talk of intersectional politics and everything else,
they didn't want Kamala Harris. Andthey and I don't know what part
of her identity they're going to gowith. First, Is she Indian American?
Is she black American? What arethey going to do? I mean,
(09:00):
they got to check all these boxes, which one focus group's the best.
She was behind poo booty Juice. She is a vastly unpopular candidate,
super unpopular, and she she's easyto beat. But you can't go heavy
with DEI. It's a weird thing. We're gonna get into all of that.
Don't worry. But she was nota popular and has never been a
(09:24):
popular candidate. And she also hasa record. She's a her record's disastrous.
She was what a da and thenshe went to ag and then she
went to senator and now she's youknow, finds herself by way. I
mean, she is a DEI higher, but she's now they're considering her because
she's just there, second in charge. Gotlee. Golly, So Obama hasn't
(09:48):
fully officially endorsed. Biden has endorsedher, but only in a in a
tweet. We haven't seen him. There's all rumor, all these rumors that
he had a medical emergency and allthis stuff. There's a lot of rumors
floating around out there. But asfar as the contenders, I mean,
who else would it be beyond Kamala. Let me tell you something. The
Party of Bernie Sanders, the Partyof Intersectional Politics, is not going to
(10:13):
stop being box checkers. They're notgoing to stop doing any of that for
some milk toast white moderate Democrat governor. And that's the thing that makes me
lean against Basher or even Josh Shapiro, or even Gretchen Whitmer, even though
she's a woman, or even youknow, or JB. Pritzger. Definitely,
so they don't they're contenders. Imean, when you look at the
(10:33):
Democrat bench, it's a hot mess. It is a hot mess of a
bunch of DC villains. They looklike DCZ list villains, like jokers,
helpers, I don't even know. But early voting starts in sixty days.
She has If Kamala Harris is goingto cement her position, she has so
(10:56):
much to do. She has todevelop an entire theme and see themes.
She's got to develop a strategy. She has to have outreach in every state,
particularly battleground states. That that Imean, she she will assume the
Biden wor chest that came to BidenHarris. She doesn't take the pack money.
The pack money is different. Shewill not take that. But there's
(11:16):
a lot of stuff that she's gotto do in order to cement her position.
She has to have an entirely newteam, she has to have new
messaging. They've got to cut ads, they have to I mean, this
is in this short amount of time. It is a very daunting task to
do what she has to do tocement her position. And I just don't
(11:39):
think that she is competent enough todo it, nor do I think the
people around her are competent enough todo it. We're going to talk about
all that, but it is anabsolute this is a mess now coming up.
This is what we're gonna be hitting. The latest Secret Service. Yes,
the chiefs had rejected requests for morebeefed up service. The audio that
(12:00):
is coming out of this hearing isthe Secret Service hearing right now in front
of House Oversight is insane. We'regoing to discuss some of these soundbites because
you deserve answers. We all do. The DNC convention, I'm going to
run down exactly how this is goingto work, because it's going to go
to an open convention. She's notgoing to she's going to have I mean,
Biden still has to release his delegates. He's got like four, like
(12:20):
a couple thousand delegates here before hevotes and we're going to show. We're
going to discuss how this open conventionwould work, and then the super delegate
factor and how Democrats have been amendingtheir bylaws since nineteen sixty eight when you
had McGovern lose to Nixon and theyrealized what a disaster all this is,
and then that followed up with Carterand Reagan, and so then they began
(12:41):
they didn't trust the people to pickthe nominee anymore, so they changed it
to where it really is ultimately theparty bosses that do it. We're going
to explain how that works and howthe last time they am ended their roles
was twenty seventeen, following the twentysixteen election. We're going to get into
all of that because their whole systemis a setup to check the little people.
It's exactly what it is. Also, we are is Jill still doing
(13:01):
the fundraiser in Paris. She wasgoing to be in Paris for the Olympic
Games and she was going to hostthis huge, swanky fundraisers, just like
in Daze. So I don't knowif that's gonna happen or not. We've
got all of the latest with theweirdest presidential cycle we thought the twenty sixteen
was the weirdest scratch that twenty twentyfour said here hold my beer. I
agree with Annie Oakley who said quote, I would like to see every woman
(13:24):
know how to handle guns as naturallyas they know how to handle babies.
Now, I myself regularly concealed carrynine millimeter. Now that's said. Not
every woman is like me, hashad the hours of training that I've had,
or it feels comfortable around firearms dueto years of use, or maybe
they're by a gun free zone.I like to change that what I can,
while encouraging self defense at the sametime. So this is where BURNA
(13:45):
comes in. It's kind of likea starter weapon. It's they make a
non firearm firearm. I like theidea of incredible force sending chemical irritants towards
a threat as an additional option forwomen, and the Berna SD model shoots
chemical ritant projectiles sixty eight caliber roundsthat can deter threats in their tracks up
to fifty feet away. I meanit is hard easy target acquisition, zero
(14:11):
recoil. Burna is legal in allfifty states. There's no background checks,
no permits required, and shipped directlyto your door. Gun Free isn't applicable
to Berna. It's great for whereverguns are banned. Visit burna dot com
slash data for ten percent off. That's by r Ina dot Com slash Data.
And now all of the news youwould probably miss. It's time for
(14:31):
Dana's quickfive. So wait at thebox office. Twisters is back. But
another tornado movie? Another one?Okay, it's a movie about tornadoes.
Looks like ten of them above sharks. Yeah, but at least that you
(14:52):
know. I don't know it's ait's they say it's a huge I just
don't even I find this so boring. I think I'd rather gouge my eyes
out, you know what. I'drather go down a hot slide in Saint
Louis in august in shorts, thengo to the theater and watch this movie.
Good night. Would you like tosit in a dark theater for two
(15:13):
hours and watch a movie about atornado? No? No, I wouldn't
say. I'm going to go tothe doctor and get more middle fingers sewn
onto my hand so I have moreto extend to the people who make these
types of movies. That's your headline, all right? Next up, this
uh A Miami. The Miami Airportwas plunged into lockdown because there were reports
of a woman's stab. Multiple times. Footage showed people running to safety.
(15:37):
This was in Miami Dade. UHthe police to confirm that it was on
shutdown, but they didn't give itany more details. Really, so something
happened there, you go, somethingwent down. I love our news just
so great, so informative, justlike when they were asking questions about Biden's
you know, cognitive ability is sogreat. CrowdStrike apparently, they said that
the update that caused the global globalout outage likely skipped checks. Of course
(16:00):
it dead. You know why becausewe live in a damn Simpson simulator is
why. Crawd strike. The updatethat caused global outage skip some checks and
some you know, good job, good job cutting corners on that. The
apparently there was a fire at thea big church, the First Baptist in
Dallas. It caused a secondary chapelto largely collapse. It was a big
(16:22):
o'bad fire. There was like smokeyou could see for miles away that were
rising up. They said it wasthe four alarm blaze and that it would
happen between two and two am andthree am. That's been operations begin to
finally shut down on Saturday, butit took them a long time to get
it under control. We have moreon the way stick with us. Do
you ever ask yourself how you canwork this hard and still be in debt?
(16:44):

data show podcast delivering timely news withinsightful analysis whenever you want, straight to
(17:48):
you on YouTube, Apple or whereveryou get your podcasts. I'm just going
to say it, if you thinkthat there is census among the people who
want Joe Biden to leave that Kamalathat they will support Kamala Vice President Harris,
(18:11):
you would be mistaken. And I'mgonna say that because if they're gonna
come out and say all their littlethings on background, off, off the
record, but they're gonna be fullyhonest, I'm gonna be honest for them.
I'm in these rooms. I seewhat they say in conversations. She
sees what they say. A lotof them are not just interested in removing
(18:37):
the president. They are interested inremoving the whole ticket or some and some
fighting fight fight, fight happening.I love when people are like, I
see what they say. I heardwhat you wrote. Yeah, welcome back,
(19:02):
Dania. Last year with you bottomof this first hour that was Alexandria
Coshio Cortez, who is giving someinsight into the slap fighting that's happening right
now. I am fascinated by this, and well it is it is a
coup. I mean it's a coup. Where's Biden? Nobody knows where the
hell the president of the United Statesis. I mean, would we know
(19:23):
what to tell the aliens who camedown and said, blah blah blah,
take us to your leader and thatI would be like, sorry, dudes,
we don't know where he is either. Maybe you know you have all
the technology apparently, why don't youtell us? Just I'm wondering, So
what does this mean now? Well, we don't know because we've never seen
anything like this. This is thehere hold my bureau election cycle twenty twenty
(19:45):
four. Twenty twenty four looked attwenty sixteen and said, you weren't weird
enough. I'm gonna make it weirder. And it's not even us that's doing
it. It's not even our side. We're not even the ones doing it.
It's the Democrats. They're out thereweirdening it up for everybody. So
they got there. I don't knowwhat they're candidate I don't know. They
(20:06):
got him out of the way andyou kind of knew it was coming.
I think it's interesting we haven't seenanything from really anyway. Pelosi has been
very quiet. Oh that's very interestingto me that she's been quite quiet,
because ultimately what she says is goingto be what goes right. You could
have James Cliburn out there all daylong, but Nancy Pelosi's got the power.
(20:29):
James Cliburn can hem and Hahn,he can save a rattle, but
it's Nancy Pelosi that's got the powerout there. This is going to be
very I mean it is. Imean, it was an absolute coup ed.
The fact that Obama did not endorseKamala Harris is incredibly telling, incredibly
telling. That's these are the thingsto watch for. This is what you
(20:49):
watch for. I mean I eventhink that Obama has to defer to Pelosi
and Schumer. I mean, that'sso much power these people have. I
mean, they praised Kamala Harris, but they didn't endorse her. And it's
fascinating to me that the media isnot asking the questions that should be asked.
They're not going a where's Joe Biden? B are you all uniting behind
(21:11):
Kamala Harris and c which I thinkis the most important after Where's Joe Biden?
Where's Joe Biden is? Why didyou all cover this up? Is
anybody in the media going to askKamala Harris why she's complicit and covering up
this huge scandal? They weren't honestabout his health and his obvious cognitive decline.
It's so bad that he can't evenrun for office, but he can
still be left in the White House. I want to I do want to
(21:34):
tell some of these Republicans that aresaying that Joe Biden should resign right now,
y'all need to slow your role fora minute, because that means you
would get Harris immediately in there. And I just think that you know audio
some on by twenty two, AdamSchiff was asked about this. Listen to
this. If you are sufficiently concernedthat you came out publicly and said he
shouldn't run, how do you justifyhim serving as president right now if he
(22:00):
doesn't have the confidence to run.Well, my concern was whether he would
be able to win, whether he'dbe able to prosecute the case against Donald
Trump. I have every confidence inhis abilities as president and his ability to
continue doing the remarkable job that he'sdoing. But I am very excited to
throw my full support behind Vices aboutas much as my husband should trust me
(22:22):
when I tell him I'm going togo to the animal shelter and get only
one dog, which, by theway, sidebar he told me I could
finally do it. So that's awhole other see you, that's overshadowed by
all this weirdness that Democrats are doingtoday. Yeah, sure, only one
dog's that's right. Why did youadd an S on their data? They
didn't. What are you talking about? That's on you? They don't know
(22:45):
what to do. They don't,they're they're they're, oh, it's so
shady, it's so shady. Andthen you got this audio sun by sixteen
Jasmin Crockett, who is running hermouth all week and on Twitter. She's
talking about how people don't want KamalaHarris as the nominee. Listen to this
and are you confident that there isno way to stand in the way of
Vice President Harris being the nominee. It seems like she's getting all these state
(23:07):
party endorsements. I am I amnot confident. I will be working and
working and working. As you mentioned, there was the other call with women
with black women, which is actuallystill going on right now. I have
been in touch with those delegates thathave pledged themselves to President Biden in my
district. We are in the processof contacting all of the Texas delegation.
(23:30):
I am not confident at all because, as it was laid out earlier,
I do know that you know, behind closed doors, while I won't name
names, that there were people thatwere absolutely like, it can't be the
vice president. So on one birththey were saying. So that's that's something
that that's not new. But it'sinteresting how many people are now unafraid to
say this. Let's talk about thisfor a moment. Let's look at the
(23:52):
at the because it's not a coronation, it is not. It's going to
be a fight still. It isgoing to be a brawl because you have
the rules committee for the dam andseed. They're supposed to have a virtual
roll call on August seventh, becausethey were trying to avoid legal challenges from
the Republican Party in a different variousstate ballots. As it pertains to Biden,
as the nominee. The convention kicksoff on August seven, August seventeenth,
(24:15):
so they were trying to get aheadof that. They were supposed to
meet Wednesday of this week and thentheir decision as to whether or not if
they're going to do this or howthey're going to do a virtual role call
that wasn't due that they were supposedto have that determination made by Friday,
and so that it was to getaround all of these different deadlines for state
(24:36):
ballots, because, for instance,in Ohio, the very first week of
August, that's their deadline, theirstate ballot deadline, and they think it's
going to be unless there's without aprolonged legal fight afterwards. They don't if
they put Harris on the ballot, they want to avoid that legal fight.
So they're trying to move to doall of this stuff virtually before these deadlines
(24:59):
to get around all of that.So what the other question that this brings
up, the virtual you know, whole virtual role call, is if they
can if they do it the firstweek of August, is it going to
then bypass the prospect of an openconvention for the DNC And this the whole
(25:22):
what that means essentially is what youhave the days after Ohio's deadline, it
would be the open convention I was. And there's the delegates, the rule
that they have, the DNC rulequote, delegates elected to the National Convention
pledged to a presidential candidate, showinggood conscious reflect the sentiments of those who
elected them. So Biden has overthirty eight hundred delegates I mean roughly about
(25:47):
four thousand delegates that he won inall of the different caucuses and all of
the different primaries, et cetera,et cetera. And that's like ninety percent
of the delegate pool. But ifhe drops out, he releases his delegates.
Now they're free to vote for Imean really they're not there. They
go from being pledged to unpledged. And that's how this works. And so
they don't have Biden's endorsement isn't binding, meaning he can't bind his delegates to
(26:11):
Kamala Harris. And they don't haveany kind of trick up their sleeves and
their rulebook for the DNC in orderto make that happen. Uh. So
they it's it's it's going to bea wild West show. Let me explain
the delegate situation here before we getfurther into it. So you have the
(26:32):
convention, like you with the Rand C, you have your I mean
it's pretty simple, right, Butwith the DNC you've got two different types
of delegates essentially, I mean youhave to win. Uh, I mean,
I think Biden, what has fortyeight hundred You got to get over
like twenty three hundred, and thesuper delegates changes the amount. Because the
super delegates are based upon the electedDemocrat officials, et cetera. You have
(26:56):
pledged delegates and unpledged delegates. Thepledged delegate, you have three types.
You've got your district delegates, you'reat large delegates, and your add on
delegates. All this stuff gets toomuch into the weeds. I'm not going
to explain to you the different levelsof it. It gets into legislative districts,
all that stuff. Just know yougot pledged delegates, the three types,
and then you've got unpledged delegates.Unpledged delegates are these are the super
(27:17):
delegates, and they are considered bythe This is how the Democrat Party describes
them. Quote the embodiment of theinstitutional Democratic Party. Super Delegates are fancy
people. Super delegates are the peoplewho are very important to people, right.
They are big donors, big moneyraisers. They are considered. I
(27:37):
mean, they're kind of like allof the high standing members of the Democrat
Party, congressional members, democratic governors, you know, party leaders, you
know, including like former presidents andet cetera. And they can they are
unpledged, they're super delegates, andthey can do whatever the hell they want
to do. Accept vote on thefirst round on the convention floor. And
I'll get to that in a minute. So back in twenty eighteen, officially,
(28:03):
although it got started in the wakeof the twenty sixteen Democrat primary,
the Democrats began for the second bigtime tinkering with how they do their nominee
process, because if you remember,in twenty sixteen, Hillary Clinton and Bernie
Sanders were pretty much neck and neck, and if you're being very honest about
it, Bernie Sanders really mathematically wonthe real Democrat primary, but because of
(28:25):
the participation of the super delegates, which were pretty much all in part on
Hillary Clinton's side, she ended uptaking the primary. I mean, she
just took it right out, likeI just ripped the rug right underneath Bernie
Sanders's feet. That's why there wasso much controversy. It wasn't because he
was throwing to tantrum, you know, because he didn't win and he was
a sore loser. It's because heactually did win, and they had the
superdelegates, and they've been and theyadded that they really gave the super delegates
(28:49):
a lot of power after nineteen sixtyeight because they were allowing the party,
regular party people right picked the nominee. And then when they picked McGovern and
then when they had harder lose againstReagan, the party leaders were like,
we can't have these you know, unwashed masses picking our nominees anymore. Oh
my gosh. So they had acheck on the little people, and that's
the super delegates. So it's reallywhenever I hear Democrats talk about them going
(29:14):
and choosing their party nominee, Ilaugh my ass off, because you're not
You're literally not doing it. Itis the party machine that is doing it.
They have it set up towards afail safe. So you have the
uh delate, you have the superdelegates, those are on pledge of the
delegates. Half here's what's interesting intwo thousand and seven, and actually this
(29:37):
was done again in twenty fourteen,Politico found that the majority of the super
delegates are white dudes. Think ofit, though, who are the Democrat
Party leaders? Kin, who arethe Democrat Party leaders? For all their
talk about intersectional politics, Right,it's a bunch of white dudes, all
white dudes. Those are the delegatethose are the super delegates. It's hysterical.
Now you know why there's so manyof them are Clintonites. Right,
(29:57):
So you've got the and there's awhole process for the pledge delegates for them
to be elected. It starts inthe spring, and they're elected during the
primary election all this other stuff. So now technically when they go to the
convention in August, they're starting withan open convention, and you have these
delegates which are going to be freeto do whatever. So you're going to
(30:19):
have the pledge delegates where are IffBiden's out, They're not pledged to him.
And his endorsement, like I said, is non binding of Harris.
And twelve of the states fourteen stateshave laws that bind the presidential convention delegates
to vote how they were allocated. But for twelve of those states, when
(30:41):
the candidate withdraws, they're released. So now Harris has to solidify all the
support from these four thousand delegates fromthe states, all of them, and
then the seven hundred so called superdelegates that include all the party leaders.
Now I have a I think it'sdone here. When Biden before Biden,
(31:03):
before Biden announced, I mean literallyminutes before they were apparently still and I
have the story in my rundown theywere whipping delegate support literally like going up
until the minute that the thing thatthe announcement came out. Not kidding,
they were still whipping delegate support. It was a huge surprise. Delegates were
unaware until the announcement was published. That's crazy, But that's Democrats. We
(31:30):
have a lot more on this becauseearly voting starts, what in a couple
of months. And Harris, ifshe's going to fend off and Andy Basheer
or anybody else, she's got tocement all of that support. She's got
to cement the four thousand delegates, she's got to cement the seven hundred so
called super delegates and all. Imean, there's a lot of work that
(31:53):
she has to do. And thenspeaking of which, who are the contenders
for her spot? And if sheends up cementing all her support who would
be the VP. We're going totalk about some of that because there are
some names that aren't being mentioned asmuch as they ought to be. We

So are the days of the UnitedStates. Remember Van diagrams. Those
three circles, right, and thenlet's just see where they overlap. You
will not be surprised because I haveconstructed a Venn diagram on this. Remember
those three circles, how they overlap. I love vendiagrams, so I just
(33:45):
do whenever you're dealing with conflict, pull out a Van diagram, right,
and so you know the three circles. The television coverage of just yesterday,
that's on top of everything else thatwe know and don't know yet based on
what we've just been able to see. And because we've seen it or not
doesn't mean it hasn't happened, Butjust limit it to what we have seen
(34:06):
for us at every moment in time, and certainly this one. To see
the moment in time in which weexist in our present, I can imagine
what can be and be unburdened bywhat has been. What you know.
The sixth former administration officials last weekwrote that open letter urging the administration to
change course, to change strategy. Is it time? It is time for
(34:30):
us? Oh my gosh, dowhat we have been doing in that time
is every day? Oh my god, that's what my favorites her face.
You can watch the hamster on thewheel in her brain. She's like,
well, I believe that the timeto be doing what we do every day
(34:52):
is now. What we're doing everyday? Yeah, it's actually hard to
say the stuff she says it.I mean, when you try to like
make up like word salad like shedoes, it is actually very difficult.
And she does it with such astraight feace. I guess Joe's been unburdened
(35:13):
by what has been. Mah haha. But I'm all right. So coming

percent off awful event now corrector catil. Would you agree that this is the
most serious security lapse since President Reaganwas shot in nineteen eighty one of the
Secret Service, Yes, sir,I would. And you know you know
what Stuart Knight did when he wasin charge at the time of the Secret
(37:07):
Service. You know what he didafterwards. He remained on Judy, he
resigned, He resigned, and StuartKnight was not a Democratic appointee or a
Republican appointee. Look, I'm notquestioning your judgment. I can't believe I'm
saying these words, but he's right. I mean, that's actually correct.
(37:35):
He's a Democrat. He's endorsed KamalaRis as the nominee. But he's also
said, yeah you should. Imean he didn't come right out and tell
Cheetle you need to go, buthe's like, you know, what the
last guy did is screwed up.He went, So he's not wrong.
Welcome back to the program. Topof the second hour, Dana Lash with
you and a lot to get into. I mean, this is this is
(37:59):
just the hearing with the Secret Service. The head of the Secret Service can
really cheatle the ongoing I mean, the stuff that's coming out about the Secret
Service and the other developments about thisthis attempted assassination a lot. And then
of course you have Biden out andthen living in chaos on Rumble actually gave
(38:20):
us a Rumble ramp and it's actuallyfunny. And he said, how many
presidential aids does it take to changethe light bulb? None, They're supposed
to keep him in the dark. That's actually true. It's like the one
job that you don't do your job, that's your job. What's your job?
You don't do it? Oh God, it, so, thank you
very much, very awesome. I'mstill like, I need a screen up
like another one. Yeah, Igot this big giant one here, but
(38:40):
I need another one like right hereso I can see everything like stock,
you know stocks, and now thatI don't know. All right, let's
get into it, because, uhwho, I'm telling you, I don't
think Biden's got COVID. I'm justgonna say it. I don't think he
has COVID at all. I thinkthat he's that's an excuse for him to
be frittered away in his beach house. If he's okay, I don't even
know he Is he awake? Ishe aware it? Kine is wrapping him?
(39:08):
Okay, So there's not enough tenfoilin the world to get us to
where Cain is. Right now,let me just say that I think that
he's just hold up at his beachhouse. I don't think he has COVID
at all whatsoever, because they thoughtif he here's why I don't think he
had ever had COVID. Do youremember the story of the lawmaker that they
(39:30):
said had COVID And it was aroundBiden like several like a couple of weeks
before he was at that Vegas event, and I thought, oh man,
they're gonna be testing him six waysto Sunday. And then they that guy
like they immediately like I guess, like quarantine him or whatever. They wouldn't
if they thought Biden had it,They wouldn't have had him out shaking everybody's
hands and doing all this stuff. You know, he's coughing because he's old
(39:51):
and probably dying. I'm not.Let's just be honest about it. This.
You know also what I don't getin Can I just do this as
a sidebar. I'm just saying thisin advance that anything with Jimmy Carter.
I know, my grandparents and mymother used to have the saying will my
mother still kind of does? Mygrandmother did, and it also applied if
(40:13):
you were like old and like almostdead but not dead, you know,
just there and the dead, andyou know, you don't speak all the
dead, or you don't you don'tsay you're just you only say nice things
about someone who's like super old andsick or someone who's dead. And I
totally do not subscribe to that atall whatsoever. You know why, because
you're not afforded any kind of courtesy. If you were a jackass on this
(40:35):
rock. Okay, I'm not goingto sit here, Oh well, by
god, Nope, And I'm notholding a grudge. I'm just not going
to sugarcoat your nastiness for what justbecause what you did something that millions and
billions of other people throughout the thean alls of human history you've done,
you've gotten old and died. I'mnot going to sit here not say anything
mean about you or acknowledge the factthat you were an absolute jackwagon when you
(40:57):
were alive on earth just because somehowyou getting old and that doesn't invalidate any
of that. No, I'm notdoing any of it. No, I
think it's pretty fair, Cane.Yeah, because I see the press is
already like, oh, President Biden, such a heroic what for real?
(41:19):
Oh yes, Joe Biden? Youknow so can you believe it is such
a oh? And then and thenand then they're getting ready. You are
getting ready to see a media fluffinglike you have. Don't google it that
you have never ever seen in yourlife. Give me a better way to
describe it, Kane, because allI can think over these headlines right now
(41:39):
in front of you, but kiss, yeah, that they are going to
try to create. They're going totry to photoshop the reality of Kamala Harris.
Airbrush, photoshop, face tune, whatever they're going to try to do
that. They're going to try toput all the filters over Kamala Harris.
(42:00):
Imagine that one friend that has badskin, and you know everybody's got one
of them friends, right, youknow, they just were on the struggle
bus through their youth. You know, maybe the accutane wasn't enough. I
don't know. And you know, they they filtered themselves to where they literally
look like marzipand you know what thatis the almond pace that you put over
bake goods. Nobody looks like thatin real life. They look like a
damned character from Wallace and Grommet becausethey're so filtered out right, and you
(42:22):
look at their pictures on Insta orFacebook and you're like, check, I
know that you have age spots. What are you doing? Anyway, they're
trying to do that to her wholerecord. They're gonna do that to Kamala
Harris's record. Right here is here'sthe first headline. It's coming from everybody.
A guide to the coming attacks onKamala Harris. I'm sorry what,
(42:46):
Yes, it's a guide to thecoming attacks on Kamala Harris. You mean
like acknowledging her record and like beingmaybe kind of critical of it. The
Kamala Harris juggernaut. Oh boy,it's gonna get so bad, isn't isn't
(43:07):
it. It's gonna get so dumb. It's gonna get so stupid. Yeah,
it is. So They're they're sayingTrump mad. Is trump World is
really mad that Biden is no longerrunning? Good heavens. I'm oh,
they're really trying to set it up. Oh business insider, Donald Trump is
(43:29):
now the oldest party nomen you're forpresident US history. I mean it was
Joe Biden. Hey, you knowwhat, but he doesn't fall down on
flat surfaces. Aman amazing that right, I don't know. I uh,
it's it's they're gonna do this insteadof answering the question why did you carry
(43:52):
the water for this lie? They'regonna sit here and they're gonna they're gonna
try to straw me in her upinto something that she is not, and
you're gonna see the media work tohelp her in ways that you have never
It is going to be a coordinatedpr effort that you have never the likes
of which you have never before seen. It's just it's not even really starting
yet. It's just now kind ofstarting because they don't know really if she's
(44:15):
got it yet, so they're kindof waiting instead of asking why did you
carry water? Why did you?The same people that called you a conspiracy
theorist for daring to suggest that Bidenmaybe shouldn't be running for office again because
he doesn't look so great or soundso great, are now the same people
who want you to believe that KamalaHarris is just like a juggernaut I think
(44:35):
was the headline, Oh my god, really is that why she wasn't the
juggernaut that wasn't officially endorsed by theObamas, hasn't even been endorsed by Schumer
or Pelusi yet that juggernaut hooker. No, they are absolutely they're not going
to ask any of those questions. The media is not there to ask questions.
(44:57):
The media is there to try toget power. They are just a
part a wing of the Democrat Partyat this point. Well not, they
are. They absolutely are. They'rejust there to get a Democrat elected.
They're not there to ask questions.I mean, good grief, you had
what's her face? The lady whodoesn't know the difference between the Nordstrum pipeline
(45:19):
and the nord stream pipeline. Yeah, nord strump, I want a Nordstrum
pipeline. I mean those sales.I mean, come on right up and
put it right up on my closet. Let's get her, get her done.
How did she say emeritis, emmaritis? Jeez, yeah, tyranny.
There's a whole bunch of stuff thatshe is just not Oh and then
(45:42):
instead of saying deep fake, shesaid cheap fake. She's not an old
lady, but she has like anold lady way of messing up stuff that
she says. And you guys knowit. I had a great aunt that
would guarantee mess up any name thatyou gave her. It was actually kind
of funny. You think Starbucks isbad with the names on the cups,
(46:02):
It's like, my great aunt conceivedthat whole thing. So they're not gonna
ask about any of that. Theyplayed all of their voters for suckers,
and their voters like, ooh,can I have some more please? Democrats
have treated their voters like actual excrement, and the voters are like, yeah,
(46:23):
if that sound threat, whoooo, now we're off for heirs. You
literally just got robbed. You wentto the primaries and caucuses and you picked
a dude, and now the party'slike nope, and you're not gonna be
even be able to vote for thisnominee. This isn't an election at which
the Democrat voters are literally not gonnabe able to select their own nominee.
(46:44):
It's gonna be the party insiders, just the way the party wants it.
And then these people are the oneswho have the audacity to sit here and
go our democracy the under threat.Do you even know what that is?
Our democracy? The under threat. You didn't even get to pick your character,
our democracy, or your candidate.Good night, So cheap fake?
(47:05):
How dare you criticize the man who'sfalling down on flat surfaces? I'm thinking
dead people are talking to him.How dare you that's a cheap fake?
What? So? They said anytime? Remember anytime? He the only reason
and they go, oh, Trump'sa fella. The only reason Biden's not
a felon is because they literally saidthat he was too old and seenile to
(47:28):
go to court, but he's apparentlynot old or seenile enough to run the
country. I don't know, man, I don't know. This is wild,
but that's yeah. The Democrat votersgot played for absolute suckers, and
then they're gonna go out there andbitch and moan about democracy. You're not
even getting to pick your own candidate, your suckers. You got played again,
(47:53):
like you got played in twenty sixteen. You got played. He got
played again in twenty twenty. Buttwenty sixteen it was a little they messed
up. They showed you their handa little bit. They weren't as surreptitious
about it as they thought they werebeing. And now they're just doing it
right out in the open. Wellthat's okay. Yes, we all know
that you voted for this guy, except you maybe, Ohio. We all
(48:14):
voted for this guy. But nowwe're just gonna put somebody else there and
it And the only reason that thateven happened is because he just he just
foo barred the whole a debate. One debate. Yeah, so all Democrats
got played like suckers, and they'regonna sit here and act like the Party
(48:36):
of the People. Oh no,they don't just have delegates. They got
super delegates. I got delegates withcapes. Well they're supercane. What makes
them so super? Well, they'renot regular people, you know, they're
not stupid, regular unwashed people. They're Democrat governors and senators and big donors.
(48:57):
So they're but it's a bunch ofnephi Yes, it's literally a system
that's defined by nepotism. And thenthey go warm democracy is on her throat.
Absolute clown car. It is anabsolute clown car. They need to
replace the jackass with a giant clown. Actually, just it, just have
it. The clown from Stephen King, you know that story where he got
(49:21):
real bored at the very end andwas like a screw it a spider that
make it. That's their their newparty mascot. The donkey's too good.
It's too good. At least itserves a purpose. You know, it
works. It's a common animal,right, I don't even know where Oh
my gosh, this is just it'ssomething else. We got a lot more
on the way, including coming outthe latest with the Secret Service hearings,
(49:45):
Boy oh boy, and VP orwho Let's start with who could challenge Kamala
and then who would be her VP. We're gonna go over some names and
get you familiar with this. Wehave a lot to hit. Stilson don't

Dana's Quick five. An eighty nineyear old commune. Why did they just
say an eighty nine year old lady? She was she's recovering because she was
(51:12):
just randomly punched in New York. You know, if you're a tourist and
you go to New York, youget free punches. You know that it's
like a thing. I love NewYork punch an eighty nine years she got
she was just like knocked to theground. She was waiting to cross the
street. She would just went toa coffee shop. She was waiting to
cross the street, and somebody cameup from behind her and then reached herund
and hit her right in the eye. She just knocked her right to the
(51:35):
ground. I mean she probably droppedher coffee too. Good grief. And
they said they were looking for afemale suspect. I just and this is
after Steve you remember Steve Bashamey, what was it last month he got punched
in the face. All these peopleare getting punched in the face in New

I'm gonna want to punch you backin the face. I don't know.
We got this this weird man thatthat whole city. Also, let's
(51:59):
see here, ooh, America's nextgreat wine dustin Why is nobody ever talking
about southern Missouri wines? No,we're not doing this. We're not doing
it. First off, no,heck, no, no, no,
no. You realize that when theyhad like a bunch of like a huge
fungal outbreak in the wines in France, that we took cuttings from wine hineries,
(52:22):
wineries and southern Missourians and them thereand so basically they're all Missouri wines.
Anyway, just gonna say they're like, oh, there's a new wine
region. It's the next great winedestination in northern Virginia. And I have
to say some of the California winesare a little overrated. They said it
leans more European than California. Whatdoes it even mean? I don't know.
I'm not a chardonnay drinker. I'mnot a Pino grigio drinker. I'm
(52:44):
usually a cab drinker. But wegot a million moderately priced cabs out there,
and maybe fifty percent of them aredecent. But anyway, it's Southern.
That's where the really, that's whereit all kind of all heard you
in my head doing this story islike shit's creak characters. If you love
a good fruit line like I do, then you're going to want to tuck
(53:05):
out. See. We just needto get like Sasakai or somebody to sponsor
us, and then we can literallydo the Moira Rose reads for them.
Let's see, the FDA again missedits deadline to propose a ban on formaldehyde
in hair products, and I guessthey're talking about like straightening agents, is
what they're because there are some thatuse You gotta be careful when you're using
this stuff. We have a lotmore on the way, including Dana might

faith, in his family and inour state. Excuse me, Gris,
I'm sorry. This was a verydifficult decision. So it's a very difficult
decision, so hard. We don'treally see him anyway. He's always sick,
(55:02):
always falling down, always in hisbeach oild. You don't even know
where he is now. One ofthese people even know where he is?
What is the soul? Over see? Welcome back to the program, Danie,
last here with you. Bottom ofthe second hour. It feels like
the first Still it hasn't. I'mlike, it's going too quickly. And
(55:22):
you can speak and you can watcheverywhere. You can watch the simulcast as
well over at channel through thirty sevendirect TV. Can binus it rumble and
x all that good stuff I hadto share came. Jeffries tweeted, Well,
first off, can I get no, I don't want him. Let's
do I want to read his tweet. He tweeted, quote, we will
(55:47):
not be lectured by extreme MAGA Republicansof Mount Democracy. Huh, yeah you
will. And I thought that waspretty rich coming from the guy who's party
just actually literally removed voters from thewhole process of, you know, picking
the party's nominee. Yeah, well, I think you guys don't know what
(56:08):
democracy is. I don't think youknow how it works. Now, they
got some problems over on the left. They got a lot of problems because
they have Kamala Harris. Maybe theygot a whole bunch of other people that
(56:29):
are waiting in the wings they got. I don't think Aavin Newsom is good.
Gavin Newsom is not. And that'swhat King Jeffreyes want showing you.
Yeah, I'm not gonna be lecturedby extreme mega republicans about you guys don't
even know how it works. Youliterally just slapped around your voters and said
no, no, no, weknow you guys did this, but we're
(56:50):
gonna pick somebody else for you. That's what literally what you did. That's
what super delegates are, and that'show you use the word literally correctly.
But they do have a little bitof an issue. A Newsom is not
gonna play second fiddle to Kamala Harris. Notice, Nancy Pelosi hasn't waged in
yet, nor have the Obamas.Nancy Pelosi is close to Gavin Newsom.
All their families know each other. There you have the Pelosis, the Hirst,
(57:13):
the Getties. That's all those Californianfamilies out there. They all know
each other. Oh and then Lorainejust told me, apparently minutes ago,
it's said that Nancy Pelosi's endorsing Harris. So I think that Pelosi, if
she's endorsing Harris, that means Newsomhas signaled I'm not doing it. He's
not gonna play second fiddle. AndI also think he doesn't want to jump
(57:34):
on the land mine. He canrun, you know, in twenty eight.
Newsom's gonna run in twenty eight. He's gonna wait, he's gonna run
in twenty twenty eight. And that'show. Yeah, they're all like,
can't ask, aren't they all related? And in like an incestuous way,
all those families they are all theyall like this person dated, this person's
cousin, this person's uncle, Mary, this presce. It's all like they
(57:55):
all know each other. And helike kind of grew up I think with
the Getties, news did. Yeah, so they're all, you know,
they're all intermingled. It's it's allthat old California money, right, So
they've got kind of a bench. We are so lucky on the right that
(58:16):
we I mean, we're absolute brats. Can we just for a minute be
realistic. We literally argue with eachother about whose candidate spends less of our
money. We're spoiled. We areso spoiled, I don't even know it.
We have like a bench. We'vegot boomers, We've got Gen X,
(58:37):
we've got millennials, we've got GenZ. We got all of them
represented. Democrats just got old hippieboomers, the bad boomers, the hippie
boomers, you know, and thehippie boomers that weren't the good hippie boomers,
right. They want the people whojust wanted to go up in the
mountains and do their thing right andhave wind chimes everywhere there. And it's
(58:58):
not those people. Those they're thepeople that wanted to get involved in all
your business. No, we haveso many actual, you know, lawmakers
who just want to make law onstaut of your lives. And it's actually
kind of nice. I'm not usedto it were, But yet we're spoiled.
At the same time, who dothey have. Let's look, you
got JB. Pritzker, who literallyis our I know I've said that we're
(59:23):
way too much the segment, ButI really mean it. He's he is.
He looks like a villain from aDC story. He's like the penguin's
nephew from Gotham. I don't know, right, if you put flippers on
that man's hand, I'd be like, Oh, you got JB. Pritzker.
(59:44):
Okay, who else we got?We got JB. Pritzker, Andy
Basheer, Kentucky. He's the onethat I could see maybe being persuaded to
be her VP. But again,do you honestly believe that the political intersection
party that is full of box checkersis going to go for some like moderate
(01:00:05):
white democrat from Kentucky. I meanhe's moderate to them, he's far left
to us. He mean, he'sgetting people arrested for not staying shut up
in their home during lockdown. Soyou got him. You got maybe big
gretch up in Michigan, Gretchen Whitmer, you know who apparently worked with the
FBI to try to entrap people ina plot. Who wants to kidnap me?
(01:00:25):
Her Arizona Senator Mark Kelly, formerastronaut. Maybe and then you got
Pete Booty juice right Transportation Secretary pootBooty juice. I can't think of a
dumber ticket than Harris Booty juice.Oh my gosh, Actually no, I
can't that. That's the joke rightthere, And have a great night,
(01:00:47):
guys. That's our show. It'sthat Harris booty juice. I just don't
even what you know, it's sobad. They can't do. Somebody please
think of the optics, right,I can't do a whole sixty days before
early voting with that. I can't. So, I don't know. I
think it'd beiser And then they gotI mean, you have those they have
(01:01:10):
Joshapiro, he's a governor of Pennsylvania. But they have a problem there audio
sound bite nine, and this iswhere John King starts to Now, there's
two ways to look at it.It's either John kink damn you're an anti
Semite, or John King is talkingabout them damn anti Semites in the DNC.
(01:01:30):
I mean, which is it.Listen, Pennsylvania's Governor Josh Shapiro is
being discussed as one of Harris's potentialrunning Macy also endorsed her tonight. In
your view, one of the prosand cons for putting him on the ticket,
Well, he's certainly under consideration.I know that from Key Harris allies.
He's a first term governor, he'sJewish. There could be some risks
in putting him on the ticket, but certainly some of our voters here in
(01:01:51):
Pennsylvania said, hey, we likeGovernor Shapiro. Will give him a look.
Also told O Anderson that some othergovernors, Senator Mark Kelly of Arizona
are on the list of the Harristeam. One Harris ally told me today
they hope to get her within afew days. Assuming her path to the
nomination. They're saying, yeah,it could be a problem. Why because
this Jewish faith is a risk fora party that's trying to cuddle up to
dear born hiss Stan. Remember, these are the people that are like,
(01:02:13):
yeah, let's spend three hundred milliondollars on putting a peer that we only
like run for three weeks over inuh Over in Gaza. Let's do that.
They've been trying, I mean, they've been trying so hard to cuddle
up to Hamas and the Hamas wingof the Democrat Party that for Democrats,
(01:02:34):
Josh Shapiro, governor of Pennsylvania, his faith is a problem for them.
So you have a party who's notgoing to allow their voters to actually select
the nominee. Uh, it wouldbe someone who is one of the most
(01:02:55):
unpopular candidates in their party's history.Who came in again, I can't underscore
this enuff. Kamala Harris came inlast, dead last in the Democrat primaries.
That's why she had to drop out. She was behind poop Booty Juice.
Poop Booty Juice beat her. Heactually got more support than che did
in the Democrat primaries. That howdydooty looking dude. He got more support
(01:03:21):
than she, a woman of color. I thought that was big too,
Democrats, right, So in thebig you know, mma fight against identity
politics, who wins? In thiscorner you have woman black and in this
corner you have dude gay, andthen who wins, like you know,
(01:03:43):
just the identities battle it out tosee who walks away the victor. So
I don't know he ended up gettingmore, he got more support. I
still can't get that one. Whoare these people? But that's just how
she's so weird. Guys, She'sso weird. I mean, she just
(01:04:04):
can we play eight? No,no, play three? Three? Yeah,
listen to this. This is whystuff like this, good afternoon.
I want to love them. Theseleaders are coming in to have this very
important discussion. Is that bandit aboutsome of the most pressing issues of our
time. I am Kamala Harris. My tonouns are she and her? And
(01:04:29):
I'm a little sitting at the tablewearing a blue suit. That's the indulgence
you pay if your god stupid.Wait a minute, I've got to go.
Uh. That's like, that's that'swhat happens in a secular society that
Worsh's worships big moron, not anybiblically based, not any actual like real
God. It's big moron, thebig identity God. Well, wait a
(01:04:50):
minute, I have to give them. I have to pay the pennance.
I have to uh uh my pronounsblah blah blah. I can't believe you
got it. She's there wearing herbandit's mask go my pronouns. She heard
I'm in a blue suit. Didanyone question that that shuit identifies as green?
Are you color blind? How dareyou assume my whatever? I mean,
(01:05:12):
that's how dumb it is. It'sthat kind of stuff. I mean.
She was asked last November if therewas ever a problem with Biden?
Do you think that you could goand tell the American public? She listened
to this. She was asked thisquestion audio somebody too. Let me ask
you in a more complicated way.I think there's a lot of people would
say she can't say anything else, she couldn't tell if there was a problem.
I'm not lying if there was tellingof it, but I'm telling you
(01:05:36):
a fact. But if there everis a problem, Yeah, do you
think that you could go tell theAmerican public? Do you think in your
role that you're that you're in aposition to do that? Of course,
if necessary, but there's no needfor that. I don't know. There
is a political argument that is beingmade that is not based on substance,
(01:06:00):
and you're asking me to hypothesize aroundwhat are my duties to the American people
as Vice President of the United Statesthat are based on ethics and morals and
the law. I will always followthose rules. But I am suggesting to
you that it is important we notbe seduced into one of the only arguments
that that side of the aisle has. Now, shels like I got a
(01:06:23):
train of thought when she doesn't havea train of thought, it's I've been
unburdened by what has been or somestuff. Audio sound bite seven. I
need I'm just gonna need this.Just we're going to save all these for
forever. Just we're gonna save them. We're going to play the tart of
these like in the next couple ofmonths. Listen to this. This is
this is gonna imagine what can beand be unburdened by what has been?
(01:06:44):
You know, what can be unburdenedby what has been? What can be
unburdened by what has been? Whatcan be unburdened by what has been?
What can be? She's unburdened bywhat has been? What we can see,
what we believe can be unburdened bywhat has been? What can be
(01:07:06):
the piano unburdened by what has been? What can be unburdened by what has
been? What can be unburdened bywhat has been? What can be unburdened
by what has been? Who?We can be unburdened by who we have
been? What can be unburdened bywhat has been? Where we can be
(01:07:28):
unburdened by where we have been andunburdened by where we are right now?
What can be unburdened by what hasbeen? What can be unburdened by what
has been? What can I it'slike a cult phrase, so she's,
uh, she said that a fewtimes enough to make a two minute,
(01:07:49):
thirteen second long montage of literally justthose sayings, of just those sayings.
Gosh, I can't believe that sheyou mean she was beaten. I that
gay DEEI hire, who literally neverdid anything his entire life is just couldn't
full in potholes in South But yeah, she got beat by that guy.
She's the agat California, and shegot beat by this howdy duty guy who's
(01:08:13):
don't know what he does. Ireally don't know what he does. He
show up to the office every day. I bet he shows up in a
safety vest because he thinks he's gonnado construction. Not sure, bet we
got I can't, man, Ican't. We got a lot more on
the way, including we have Florida, man, Dana's getting a dog and
all kinds of stuff to get dogs. Dana's getting some dogs at dogs.
That's what we're doing. I'm actuallyfinishing my I think it's my second cup.
(01:08:38):
I probably shouldn't know that, right, Black Rifle Coffee veteran owned veteran
run. They hire vets and activeduty, and unlike some of the other
folks out there, they actually roasttheir stuff here in the United States.
They're dedicated to not only supporting veteranfirst responder causes, like they get equipment
that's needed to first responders, theyhelp them fight diseases PTSD, all of
(01:08:58):
that, but they serve premium coffeepeople who love America. Everything from the
roast to the bag art plays homageto American culture and military history, and
they have explosive roast profiles the bestin America. You can get ground coffee
hole being k cups ready to drinkwhatever you want. You can also get
a peril kettles grinder's mugs in moreand it's at the Coffee Club. You
got to be a member of theCoffee Club. So you pick your favorite

have it sent to your front porchwith free shipping only at Black Riflecoffee dot
Com. Use code Dana and gettwenty percent off your order today. So
get it all at Black Riflecoffee dotCom. Order today, get twenty percent
off using code Dana. That's BlackRiflecoffee dot Com. It's his life mission
(01:09:45):
to make bad decisions. It's timefor Florida Man. Well, we have
a story, a stalking story fromthe villages. I feel like I'm talking
about Minecraft Mah a villager. Imean literally, it's like Minecraft. A
villager was accused of tormenting her neighbors. But she is going to avoid prosecution
(01:10:10):
in a stocking case after her neighborswere forced to sell their home and leave
the villages. Susan Barr, seventyseven of the villages she was of Santo
Domingo in Sumter County, agreed toenter into a pretrial intervention case to avoid
prosecution. She had to do angermanagement. She apparently was terrorizing her neighbors
(01:10:31):
because she got a dog and thenwould not train the dog, keep the
dog on a lead. And I'mnot one of those people who are against
pit bulls, because I actually knowabout dogs and like people who think that
they get a teacup dog in theneck, like I know dog, But
she got a pit bull. Yougot to train dogs that are bigger,
and you got to train them. She didn't train them. She didn't train
(01:10:53):
this dog, didn't keep it ona lead or nothing, and she let
her dog run around the neighborhood andit was like running down and attacking other
neighbors dogs. So that's a problem, and she refused to do anything about
it. It would it would goafter neighbors, cats, all kinds of
stuff. And so according to thenews here, that with being reported.
And then when she was asked byone neighbors to do something about her dog,
(01:11:15):
she cussed them out and then shejust started harassing them. Uh.
She was anybody who worked on likelandscapers, package delivery people. Apparently she
would use foul language whenever she sawthem. They issued a try they had
a trespass warning issued against her.Uh, and then she called she tried
to have them swatted apparently when theytry to remove a tree from their own
(01:11:35):
property. Oh my gosh. Shefinally had her animal taken away after it
attacked another dog. Uh. Andthen I mean she just she followed them
apparently, according to the story, harassed them. So now they had to
sell their house. They left thevillages, and she got all these citations
against her. She seems like shewould boil somebody's bunny I gotta be real.
(01:11:57):
That's a crazy lady. We gotmore on the way. Stick with
us our partners kel Tech, awesomeAmerican company, kel Tech American company and
Florida born and bred and there theythey share your values obviously, but they're
a very innovative Florida based creator ofpistols, rifle, shotguns, accessories,
gear, all kinds of stuff, and they've got game changing innovation and performance.
(01:12:18):
The sub two K Gen three light, foldable and effective. I have
the Gen two iteration the Gen three. You no longer have to detach your
optics to fold it in half, and it just as quickly and easily deploys
too. There's a some redesigned andupgraded things on this like, for instance,
you have lightened action for easy racking. I'd redesigned operating handle for added
comfort, Ambidexter's boltholed open all providingimproved manipulation and quality made right here in
(01:12:42):
the US of A. See everythingthat Caltech has to offer for yourself at
Celtech Weapons dot com and be sureto follow them on social media. That's
k e l t Ec Weapons dotcom. Tell them Dana sent you,
uh and we need real clear leadership. She understands it. She was in
the position of a look over theborder issue, so she understands some of
the things that we need to do. But I think the key is what
(01:13:04):
you just stated by it's a democraticparty. They have basically went after assault
rifles. They went after Eric somebodyyou're in New York saying, yeah,
you know, Kamala Harris understands immigration, you know, because she was in
the position of looking over the borderissue. Welcome back to the program,
Daniel Ash with you top of thisthird hour, Channel thirty to forty seven
(01:13:26):
Direct TV. The simulcast listen coastto coast, find us on X and
Rumble. She was she looked overthe border issues. So good apparently that
the Border Patrol chief, Raoul orTease, says that he never ever talked
to her audio sound by eighteen.I've never had one conversation with the president
or the Vice president for that matter. And so I was the chief of
(01:13:46):
the border troll. I commanded twentyone thousand people. That's a problem.
I'm yeah, I'm how do youHow are you the border czar and not
you know, like zar it upwith the Border patrol chief? Right?
(01:14:08):
How how do you not how doyou not do that? I don't know,
but man, she's got issues.Kamala Harris has a lot of baggage,
a lot of baggage, and theycan I mean, she's she's I
mean on energy, she remembers shewas she backs a carbon tax. She
(01:14:30):
wanted excessive taxes on the fossil fuelindustry. You know, the the cheaper
and actually clean. It's cleaner thanaltern don't say it's not. Go and
go and look at the way thatthey get the rare earth elements. And
then you tell me that that's that'scleaner. Please, I mean it's uh,
it's she's that's just like part ofit. On I mean, goodness,
(01:14:54):
economy, I'm just like looking atI mean, immigrant, she doesn't
really she didn't. She didn't doanything on immigration except just kind of always
rubber stamped whatever Biden did and Obamadid. I mean, there was back
in May, there was a pollshowing that, and it was a Yugo
poll showing that forty eight percent ofAmericans, and it was heavily sampled Democrats
so that she was not ready toassume the presidency. Independents were even worse,
(01:15:17):
fifty seven to twenty two. Shehas never done well with her own
side and the last survey that wasdone, she still is not well received
or supported. She I don't knowhow. I mean she's Democrats made this
mess because they have her as thenumber two, Right, they have her
(01:15:43):
as their number two, they willwho else who are they going to get?
I think the only person on therain made this point too, the
only person stupid enough to take andbe the vice president on a ticket if
it ends up being Harris's poot bootyjuice, because it's the only shot he's
ever going to get. He wasa DEEI higher who has literally never done
anything in life. That's it.He's what where's he at now? Transportation?
(01:16:05):
Yeah, the guy who took threemonths off when he bought some kids
and took three months off and becausehe needed you know, the time.
Buying kids is just like giving birthof them apparently, And would not even
answer emails, would not even dohis job when he was there during a
flipping lockdown, wouldn't even do hisjob, supply chains disrupted, couldn't get
(01:16:28):
him to answer a question. Idon't know they Kamala Harris is not viewed
as being a good contender. AgainstTrump either one of and if they think
that they're going to identity politic herway into some type of victory one of
the there are a lot of independentsthat are turning away from all of that,
(01:16:49):
and I don't think that that's goingto help out help them out either.
So this is just a mess forDemocrats. It really is a mess
for them. In terms of delegates, they've been and we talked a little
bit about how all this is goingto work the super delegates in our previous
hour, because Harris has got tosolidify support from a four thousand delegates.
(01:17:11):
It's like thirty eight hundred so far, thirty eight hundred something that Biden has
roughly four thousand from all the states, territories, DC, and then you
have seven hundred super delegates that areunpledged. You have pledged delegates and unpledged
delegates, and those are the unpledgeddelegates, and those are the party leaders
and officials and things like that.So I mean, really, they're going
to have to push into an openconvention. She's got to solidify all of
(01:17:39):
these delegates. Tennessee, they hada conference call Sunday. They said that
they were committing their seventy seven delegatesfor Harris, South Carolina, fifty five
of their pledge delegates endorsed her duringa virtual meeting that they were the first
to hold the Democrat primary this cycle, and usually that was a shift away
from Iowa as the first in thenation. North Carolina, a group of
(01:18:00):
one hundred and sixty eight of theirdelegates voted unanimously to endorse her. They
announced that on social media. NewHampshire also had a virtual meeting Sunday.
They backed their twenty five delegates backto Harris, Florida for Democrats. They
were the fifth to back her.Per NBC, that's the largest delegation thus
far, two hundred and twenty fourdelegates behind her. Louisiana forty eight delegates
(01:18:27):
are the pledged delegates are coalescing behindher following a call Sunday night. So
they all had these They all weredoing their conference calls and virtual meetings to
try to figure out which is weirdbecause I mean literally just the I mean
right up until I think it waslike twenty some odd minutes before the statement
came out from Biden, they werestill whipping delegates for Biden. And what's
(01:18:53):
more, I wanted to pull thisup because this is really odd too.
They had, I mean, itwas weird. The White House chief of
staff. It wasn't Biden that informedhis cabinet that he was not running,
he was no longer running, thathe was stepping down, and he was
not going to seek reelection. Itwas his chief of staff. So it
(01:19:18):
said that Biden's posts to X,per Politico, it was that Biden's post
to X blindsided his staff at theWhite House and the campaign. They had
gotten no indication that he was reconsideringhis run. They said that since then,
his chief of staff managed much ofthe communication across an anxious administration.
(01:19:43):
They said he held the calls onSunday afternoon with the cabinet and senior White
House staffers, and was holding anall staff White House call on Monday morning.
It was his chief of staff thatinformed the cabinet. Now, I
had made the remark that this isnot the way a party convinces the public
that its leader is still alive.I mean, this is a wild thing.
(01:20:04):
It is a wild thing. Imean, I I am amazed.
How do you, how are you, Joe Biden? You're doing this?
It's weird. Now, A coupleof other things because we got more to
deep dive into. So, asyou guys know, we had a total
(01:20:28):
change of tune here, total changeof direction for the show. So we
had two dogs, and we lostone dog three years ago, and then
we lost our We lost Rocco inFebruary, like literally the day that we
got back from shot show. Rocawas not doing well and we lost him
the day we were back. Itwas horrific. It was just, you
know, it's sad, and weknew he was struggling. He had pack
(01:20:49):
surgery and he had been rehabilitated andhe was doing well, and then he
had esophage. He had it's likea deterioration of his esophagus the spraciophallic dog.
Uh and Frenchies are adorable and theyare really the sweetest dogs, but
they suffer so many ailments. Ican never do another Frenchy again after what
we went through with Rocko and Lou. I love them so much, but
(01:21:11):
I could never. And if youare not committed to medical bills and allergies
and all of that, you shouldnot do a Frenchy. So it was
really hard. I still have hishis little you know, his little dog
sofa. I still have his littlefood and water bowl. There were certain
things that we just couldn't get ridof. Certain things we did. We
donated a lot of their bed Theyhad beds all over the house. Roco
(01:21:32):
had to have beds literally all overthe house because he had trouble walking.
And I would put down like justcheap rugs, little runners for him to
walk because we have hardwood floors, because he struggled with his bad leg and
his back and all that, sohe could grip the floor. So he
kind of like a weird, youknow, weird weird stuff all around the
house. But I did that justso he could had places to walk and
(01:21:54):
he could you know, grip thefloor, and he had beds everywhere.
So we took donated those two differentshelters, and we all always like,
I don't ever talk about it onair because I get real book of Matthew
about it. But we always financiallysupport shelters. And there's like small shelters,
like there's a great one out ofKentucky called back Roads that you know,
they find and rehabilitate these animals andwe help with their vet bills and
(01:22:15):
things like that. But I wantedto go to a shelter because I'm like,
I just don't I just doesn't feelright to just get a puppy.
And I didn't want to go tothe breider round. I've done Look,
I've gotten dogs from fancy breeders, right, I've done that before. I've
had every type of dog you canimagine. And some of the best dogs
that I've had were dogs that werejust mutts. They weren't, you know.
I mean Louis, our dog.Louis came from a very like a
(01:22:38):
champion line and he's still you know, had all these animals. It's nothing
as a guarantee. And I wantedto go to a shelter. But here's
my problem. I don't care whatpeople think about me. I don't care.
My problem is walking into a shelterand feeling like the Simon Cowell of
the shelter. And I'm trying tofigure out, well, this dog is
(01:22:59):
good if this one isn't. Whata jackass thing to do, right,
I don't know how to do this. Because Kin was like, are you
a worry that you're gonna like vibewith every dog? And I'm like,
yes, I am snow white, like I am the person that butterflies will
land on and dragonflies They're like hellno, And Kine asked me, He's
like, dressed? Do birds helpyou dressed in the morning. It's a
(01:23:23):
big problem. So I don't know. I don't know what to do,
Like I don't want to walk inthere and and feel like I'm I don't
want these these dogs spirits are alreadybroken enough, like they're sitting in their
little their little cells, listening tolike death cap for Cutie and cutting their
paws. I don't know, likeI just don't you move dogs. Yes,
I don't know what to do.It's a problem. So I am.
(01:23:45):
I would love to hear from peoplewho have done this, because I
will want all of them. That'smy problem. I am. I am
a little afraid to let loose inthere. Kin, what do I do?
I don't know what to do?Internet, tell me what do I
do? I know you fear you'regonna vibe with every dog? Yes,
I will, all of them, even the ones who don't want to vibe
with me. I'm like, no, You're gonna be my friend. Like
I that sounds creepy, do thatyou know what I mean? No?
(01:24:10):
No, but I think what's gonnahappen is you're gonna see You already have
in mind the kind of dog you'relooking at right, You already have a
vision in your head. But Iknow me, I know me. I'm
I'm like Dana, this is thetype that's best for us, blah blah.
But I'm gonna go in there andbe like that one. I just
know me. I know me.I'm a toddler. But I think because
(01:24:30):
of what you have in your head, you've been thinking about this for a
while. It's not like you juststarted thinking about this a couple of days
ago. You've been thinking about thisfor quite a while. I think you
have in your head what it isyou're looking for. And I think you're
gonna vibe with every dog that's fine, but I think you'll really vibe with
the ones that you want. Well, I said plural, Yeah, with
the ones that you want. Yeah. Oh that's the other thing. Because
my husband was like, now don'tChris is like, don't sit here and
(01:24:54):
try to make this a two dogthing, and I'm like dogs, and
I just keep saying the same thing, like the Pelicans from what is it
finding Nemo? My dogs dogs? And He's like, you know, I'll
I'll He's like, if you dothat, I'll just leave. And I'm
like, well, just uber backwith dogs, then are you gonna do
It's gonna be dogs. I mean, it's just and I and like,
(01:25:15):
what if it had a friend andit has to turn and look at his
friend like, oh, you know, like goodbye, I'm your It is
hilarious that you do care about whatthe dogs I do. I don't if.
I don't care what people think atall, but it's like the dogs.
I'm like, but it's what youthink the dogs think because they're pure
and I want a pure thing tothink highly of me. And I don't
care what people think gonna be it'sgonna be one dog or two dogs?
(01:25:39):
Dogs? Are you sure it's gonnabe two dogs? Well, I mean
maybe if there's you know, Idon't know, like I I've never I
don't know, I don't know.See, whenever I've gotten a dog,
it's all like that has not beenfor someone else, that's always been astray.
So I've never gone into a shop. As much as we've donated to
shelters, I've never walked in therespecifically for the task of taking a dog.
(01:25:59):
Out. The last I've had isI've never wanted to walk where they
because I know how I am.Yeah, I've been from family or from
people, and the moment I getin there, oh man, I'm no,
it's gonna be hard. It's gonnaI'm gonna be walking out with full
I think I personally think you're gonnavibe with the one or the two that
you you know? And is itnot even to go to some shelters and
not the other? Like I don'tknow. That's the other thing. It's
(01:26:21):
like, am I what about allthe dogs at this shelter that I didn't
go to? Oh my gosh? You know, Like what a jerk?
Am I? Right? Why?Because you can't take a hundred ye dogs?
You're the jerk? Yeah? Yes, Okay, that's how my mind
works, Like do you know howdare you take a thousand dogs? Er?
(01:26:42):
I don't know what to do,so it's very difficult. I have
no idea what's gonna happen. I'mgonna try to like, I'll try to
update you with videos, so we'llsee how this goes. I couldn't believe
that he finally did it because hehad been hesitant about going from a shelter
because his dad was a breeder. And so he's for twenty four hours.
I haven't you when you sit textedme yesterday that Chris said you could have
dogs. I was like, no, he didn't. Yeah, oh,
(01:27:05):
he totally did. I broke him, man, I broke him. I
mean to an extent, Like hewas like, okay, dog and I
go dogs today. And I said, yeah, Dana's talking about getting dogs.
And I told her I don't believeyou agreed to that, and he's
like, no, actually, I'mgonna go with her. Yeah, here's
Yeah, he's a good man.All right. So we'll see about the
dog's situation. And now all ofthe news you would probably miss. It's
(01:27:29):
time for Dana's Quick five. SorryI went really really long talking about dogs
last second, so we're short here, but I'll make it up to you,
all right. So a man gotinto a fight with a grizzly bear
in Montana because he was out therepicking berries and the bear attacked seventy two
year old man. He killed it, though it was a surprise encounter.
He was injured very badly. Hehad to be hospitalized. It was an
adult female that charged him and hehad a handgun. He and he did
(01:27:51):
protect himself in fish and wildlife. They got involved. He I mean,
obviously he did it in self defense. But man alive, can you be
careful out there on Montana picking berriesand a big rig carrying ten thousand pounds
of meat blocks lanes on I sixeighty. It was a deadly crash and
then an alligator spotted wandering around SnowmashCounty. Good night, stick with us,
(01:28:14):
we have more in store. Apologiesfor shortness, makes some common sense
of the crazy headlines. With adata show podcast, you're on the go
guide for getting up to speed ontoday's most important stories. Subscribe on YouTube,
Apple or your favorite podcast platform. So now you say you are not
running and your preferred choices have endorsedKamala Harris, will you endorse Vice President
(01:28:36):
Harris? Well, I'll see whather platform is and her positions. I
want to see where she ends upon that, which I think is rational,
and since we're not going to haveany type of her primary process,
I don't fault these very accomplished governorsand people that have been considering and maybe
now being considered as a VP.That's the new generation. So Joe Manchin
(01:28:59):
says, I got to see whatshe does. I want to I don't
want to see what our positions.I mean, he served in the Senate
with her. My dude, knowwhat her positions are. He says he's
not challenging her for the nomination, but he wants to see her positions before
endorsing her. Again, he wasin the Senate with her. He just
don't want to endorse her because hedon't like her as a as a candidate.
Welcome back to the program, DaneLash with you. Bottom of this
(01:29:19):
third hour. Now, Nancy Pelosiendorsed last hour, h endorsed Kamala Harris,
saying, quote, with immense prideand limitless optimism for our country's future,
I endorse Vice President Kamala Harris forPresident of the United States. I
have full confidence that she will leadus to victory in November. Now,
(01:29:43):
she had wanted an open process previously, but now I think that that's it.
They. I don't think that they. I don't think that they are
going to be able to get anybodyelse, honestly to run, because you're
having to jump on a landmine atthis point. I mean, that's really
what it is. You're who elseare they going to get to run?
Think about everything that you have todo in order to assume the pre that
(01:30:11):
that spot on the ticket. Imean, golly, the money, getting
all of that, getting uh,all of this is I just it's I
mean, it's I don't know howthey're gonna do it. Really. Politico
said that the Biden team was whippingdelegates literally as he was dropping out,
as they were posting the statement.Apparently his people were still on the phone
(01:30:31):
whipping delegates for him. Golly, this is just such a mess. Biden
said that he was going to bespeaking to the nation about this at some
point this week, but they didn'tsay when you on. Kane's like,
you don't think he's gonna at all, not this week at all. No,
I'm sure Biden's body double will beout there talking just like they say.
(01:30:53):
I think, yeah, his bodydouble. They're just getting the Why
did I ask him? Why didI ask him? Just gonna you know
what, I'm just gonna bring allthe foil in and just oil over there.
Getting the human suit. You know, you think he's in a suit?
You think so? Cain honestly believeswhat do you believe? Tell everybody
what you believe? You believe thisguy? Well, look we have a
lot of reason. Look at howwe look at how reasonable he's been.
(01:31:16):
Right now on break he's like,oh, you know what, I haven't
looked. I haven't shied away frommy positions at all. But based on
what we know right now, whichis, have you seen the president for
the past few days, five days? The signature that was on that resignation
letter, Well, he tends tobe a little tiny different than the signatures
he's recently put on some legislators flatspaces. Yes, he's gonna completely not
(01:31:43):
be able to sign his name, which reinforces the case of him getting out
of there. But I think thathis defiance over the weekend. Remember when
we were going into the weekend onFriday and he was like, I'm not
going anywhere. I'm running, Andnow he's like, I'm not running.
Well, some deep stater otherwise convincedhim that his COVID was going to get
a lot worse if he decides tonot bow out. And now here we
(01:32:08):
are a signed letter, no video, Like, wouldn't a president put a
small little video out there? Yeah, something anything? Nothing like that has
happened, so I think that we're, you know, we're being bamboozled by
those who've been pulling the strings.I mean, it is weird that because
it's not on official White House stationaryeither. Now that could be because it's
(01:32:33):
his campaign and he just did itbecause they so I mean I get that,
and that's you know, I'm kindof looking at that. Maybe that
that's why. Uh but yeah,a lot of people were asking questions about
but also too, they're handwriting, especially because isn't it said the rumors that
(01:32:54):
he's got Parkinson's right, Okay,he's got C three po arms. I
mean they've denied that. Okay,Well look at him though, I mean
he can deny they can deny itsix ways of Sunday. But I mean
we see him. I mean, look at him. So it does sort
of look like I think he signedit. But I think that he's also
(01:33:14):
just not physically capable of doing hisjob. And that's why, you know,
that's why he did. Can't evenpolish him up a little to get
a quick little one minute video outthere like that. They can't polish him
up to get him even two minutesof video without eleventy frillion jump cuts like
I'm Joe Biden. I mean that'slike that bad. You know, it's
like five jump cuts like Jope.I mean, like they put together.
(01:33:38):
They might as well just have himsound out every possibility of the alphabet and
just put words together AI like that. Oh my gosh, they could do
an AI video. This is whenyou might actually see AI if it hasn't
already been introduced, introduced fake, the cheap fake. I don't know,
but there's not anything. I mean, I'm looking at his letter. He
(01:34:01):
doesn't say anything to the American anythingto Americans, doesn't say anything to Democrat
voters. Uh yeah, what inthe world, I mean, you're this
This is wild. It is areally it's a release. It's a letter
that was released on his digital socialmedia account that's run by a staffer.
(01:34:28):
There isn't a photo. This isa very and this is when it gets
very troubling for it's a national securityissue, I think, because what happens
if you have a tyrant or tarocell that decides to get froggy? Where's
the president? Where's the commander inchief? Drops says he's not running for
reelection. Nobody's seen him in aweek. No photo, he just has
(01:34:50):
this letter that they released on socialmedia, and that's it. I don't
know. I mean, I don'tI don't want to think about stuff like
that, but I have to tobe practical and to be and it's smart
to consider everything. I don't know. I just don't know. I think
(01:35:11):
though that I honestly believe that interms of getting Biden out, I think
it was Obama that had It wasObama and Pelosi, but I think it
was Obama too. I think bothof them together shoved him out. Some
people were saying, oh, he'sChicago waiting. Yeah, he probably did.
I don't think. I think theBiden family was too busy protecting Biden
(01:35:34):
to and covering their own backsides thanto pay attention with any of this other
stuff. I mean, when youknow, where's this sad? I wanted
to pull this up too. Thiswas on Let me put because there was
a story. Yeah, Joe's brotherFrank, this was weird. He said
that the way that he and thiswas it. Do we have this audio?
(01:36:00):
Let me drop it in genteral. This is a CBS report. It
was just weird the way that theytalked about this. It was a CBS
report and apparently they Frank, Idon't know his brother the way his brother
was describing it. Let me knowwhen we got this audio, because I
saw this this morning and I thoughtthat's a little odd. Yeah, yeah,
yeah, le's go ahead and showthis because this was the h this
(01:36:23):
has when CBS was reporting it,and I guess they spoke to his brother,
listen others, and here's what hetold us. He said, I'm
incredibly proud of my brother. Selfishly, I will have him back to enjoy
whatever time we have left. Heis a genuine hero country over self.
It sounds corny in our cynical politicalenvironment, but he nor I are cynical.
(01:36:44):
The goal remains the same, defeatTrump and continued the work that Joe
has done. My hope is thatour party rallies around this heroic act.
We asked him, he said, whatever time we have left. So when
he was asked about this like acouple of weeks ago, he's like,
oh, he's in tiptop shape,is what he had said. So now
whatever time we have left, itsounds like it's on death door. Is
(01:37:08):
that not weird? Am I readingtoo much into it? That's weird?
You're seeing what I'm seeing, you'reseeing exactly what's helping shape my beliefs.
I don't know, man, that'sweird. That is I don't know.
And then in addition to all ofthis, I saw this last night as
(01:37:30):
well, Hunter Biden dropped his suitagainst Fox News where he was going after
the revenge porn stuff. He Ithink it would have been hard for him
to win that because there's the measureof are you a public figure? And
he is a public figure, andhe was the one who put this stuff
on a public website. So youcan't say that you were revenge porn when
(01:37:51):
you literally were selling your stuff toa public website. Because I get I'm
assuming he makes money off of it. I don't know why anyone would take
video of themselves. Oh like literallygrossed out myself just then and put it
up on these websites like that. You know, let me, Hunter Biden.
But so he dropped because it wasn'tgonna nothing was gonna come of that
(01:38:13):
anyway. Man, what a mess. And then while all this is happening,
you've got the Secret Service stuff. This hearing has been unbelievable, and
you even had I can't believe Idropped you some AOC audio which I can't
even believe. I'm gonna say,we're gonna play this, because my heavens,
this was there's a there's a coupleof have we played thirty six yet?
(01:38:38):
Jim Comer had asked, why haveyou? Why don't you place an
agent on the roof that was withinrange of any of really any weapon.
Listen to this, this was mine. This was just insane. Listen a
of the at Tipted assassination and leadingup to that day. Let's start with
the building that the shooter used toshoot President Trump from. At any point
(01:39:00):
Saturday, did the Secret Service havean agent on top of that roof?
This statement from Barrack Sir, I'msure as you can imagine that we are
just nine days out from this incident, and there's still an ongoing investigation,
and so I want to make surethat any information that we are providing,
Okay, why did the Secret Servicenot? Can you answer why the Secret
(01:39:21):
Service didn't place a single agent onthe roof. We are still looking into
the advanced process and the decisions.Okay, okay, wasn't that building within
the perimeter that should be secured?Do we agree with that the building was
outside of the perimeter on the dayof the visit. But again, that
(01:39:44):
is one of the things that duringthe investigation we want to take a look
at and determine whether or not otherdecisions should have been made. One of
the things that you said, Ibelieve in an interview that there wasn't an
agent on the roof because it wasa slope roof. Is that is that
normal? And do you fear thatthat immediately creates an opportunity for future would
(01:40:05):
be assassins to look for a slantedroof. I mean, this is a
huge question that every American has.Why I wasn't a Secret Service agent on
the roof? And there have beenreports that agents were supposed to be on
the roof but it was hot thatday and they didn't want to be on
the roof. Can you answer anyof those questions? Director, So I
appreciate you asking me that question.Chairman, I should have been more clear
(01:40:28):
in my answer when I spoke aboutwhere we placed personnel in that interview.
What I can tell you is thatthere was a plan in place to provide
overwatch, and we are still lookinginto responsibilities and who was going to provide
overwatch. But the Secret Service ingeneral, not speaking specifically to this incident
when we are providing overwatch, whetherthat be through counter snipers or other technology.
(01:40:51):
For FERN had no answer, sterilerooftops. This no answer. And
I can't even believe I dropped thisin this AOC audio. I can't even
believe him getting ready to play this. But AOC was even saying, why
do we not there's no information,it's been over a week. They couldn't
answer. She couldn't even answer aboutthe perimeter. They couldn't say whether or
(01:41:17):
not, as it was had beenreported the killer took his gun and stashed
it there before the event. Theywere asked about. She couldn't. She
couldn't say that. She kept sayingthings like, well, I'm waiting to
hear, I'm waiting to hear. And lawmakers were going, wait, you're
the director of the Secret Service.Who is informing you? Why are you
waiting to hear? And I can'teven believe that AOC actually asked questions And
(01:41:45):
I can't believe him saying this. This is how bad the Director of Secret
Services. Listen to this, Thisis wow. They're happening in about one
hundred days. So the notion ofa report coming out in sixty days when
the threatened environment is so high inthe United States, irrespective of party,
is not acceptable. And I thinkit's very important to understand that this is
(01:42:08):
not theater. This is not aboutjockeying. This is about the safety of
some of the most highly targeted andvalued targets internationally and domestically in the United
States of America. So the ideathat a report will be finalized in sixty
days, let alone prior to anyactionable decisions that would be made, is
(01:42:32):
simply not acceptable. It has beenten days since an assassination attempt on a
former president of the United States.Regardless of party, there need to be
answers country. Wow, yeah,I have to be. She actually sounded
(01:42:53):
genuine there can't believe in saying that, but she did look at that.
That is wild. I don't know. This is uh. I do you
honestly think they're going to get timelyanswers from this? She's not resigning.
This lady has said she's not goinganywhere, which is amazing to me that
(01:43:14):
she can sit there and look ata room full of lawmakers who are all
genuinely concerned. Because you've got secretservice protecting the current president right now,
and she's saying, I'm not resigning, I'm not stepping down. I'm staying
in my staying in the job.Subscribe to the Dana Show podcast because who
says you can't make fun of peoplewhile staying informed on your own personal time.
(01:43:38):
Subscribe on YouTube, Apple or whereveryou get your podcast. What they
do is misinformation and disinformation. Andthey keep saying he's a threat to democracy.
I'm saying, what the hell didI do for democracy? Last week?
I took a bullet for democracy? What did I do against democracy?
(01:43:58):
Yeah? Well, he's uh notwrong there. Welcome back to the program,
Dana Lash with you or at therole underwards a conclusion of our third
hour, and we're gonna watch allthis play out, you know how all
of this goes. I'm gonna havea we'll have a little primer up over
at the newsletter. You need tosubscribe to chapter and verse over at substack
because it's gonna be a weird processbecause the DNC is not like the R
(01:44:19):
and C and C. Clearly they'renot going to allow their voters. You
don't get you don't get to redoall the primaries and caucuses. They're not
gonna their voters are shut out atthis point, and we're gonna follow that.
All right today, its stupidity King, all right, it will be
election denier Hakem Jeffries. Yeah heis. Actually, I guess he's bragging
(01:44:43):
about Joe Biden's record over the lastthree and a half years. I guess
there's a legacy that let's put itout there. But here he is.
Now it's just sounding stupid. Whatdo you say to those whether it's Ron
Klain or congressional Republicans, who claimthat Democratic Party leaders or elected officials push
the president. President Joe Biden isa heroic, patriotic, and transformational figure,
(01:45:05):
really, and he will go downin history as one of the greatest
public servants of all time. Thatmuch is clear. There's a legacy to
protect. Yeah, yeah, theygotta protect that, all right. Yeah,
there you go, folks. Thatdoes it for us today. We're
