Today on Valentine in the Morning: Our parents pass down a lot of great things to us as we grow up, unfortunately their irrational fears and unchecked facts are not among those great things. What strange and out-there ideas did your parents instill in you over the years? Later on we tap into a story of a bachelorette party that may or may not have gone too far. We get your take on whether the bride's maids should've stepped in and said something or not.

Speaker 1 (00:01):
It's the Valentine in the Morning replay.

Speaker 2 (00:03):
Welcome to the breakfast table a Valentine in the Morning.

Speaker 3 (00:05):
I laughed heartily.

Speaker 2 (00:07):
I helpe. It's respectful to say I love you.

Speaker 4 (00:09):
The full show podcast starts right now.

Speaker 2 (00:14):
One of four to three mile him heat is Valentine
in the Morning, starting up the show today. Brian Burton
not here right now. We'll see if he makes it
later on. He's our producer. He had a bad tum
tum thing. I sent him so many texts over this
period of time when he left the show do to
his tummy issues and to now to make sure he's okay.
And it's not norovirus or something. Yeah, but nobody in

(00:35):
his family because noravirus is going around. Nobody in his
family is sick. His wife's not sick, his young children
aren't sick. We are not sick at this juncture, So
no one else in his life is sick. John suspects
it might have been food poisoning because Brian has been
doing all his own cooking for a while, trying to
eat clean, like I'll steam some chicken, steam some broccoli, whatever.

(00:56):
It might have been undercooked chicken or something like that. That's
what I'm thinking.

Speaker 5 (00:59):
He told me it's part of his New Year's resolution
that he's been fixing his diet and trying to cook
more and eat more homemade meals.

Speaker 2 (01:05):
So I think that's what happened. I hope I feel
for him, because it is very hard when you have
a family of young kids who do not want to
have roasted broccoli and cauliflower every night and lean chicken.
It's hard. And then you know, you want to tell
your kids, no, eat it. Look it's good, No eat it.
Come on, try the chicken finger. It's good, yummy, No

(01:27):
eat this, look daddy's eating it. And you do all
that stuff trying to get your kid to eat something,
and suddenly you had five meals yourself, and then you
can't make multiple meals. That's the struggle when you have kids.
Because I've been through it that I used to make
my own like dinner, and then Collelelani made them dinner
and they weren't trying to lose weight. So I'd be
sitting there and seam chicken and seam cauliflower and cold

(01:48):
at night, and it's hard doing the two different meals.

Speaker 6 (01:51):
You know, And how's your willpower when it comes to
not eating what they're eating because you're sticking to something else.

Speaker 2 (01:56):
It's hard. This is back in the day when I
did this like eight years ago, and I lost all
that weight. It's hard to do because when you're cooking
somebody else meal, as a chef, you always want to
make sure it's right, and so you always have to
taste it. You know, you always have a little bite
of this pasta plate totally, and then it's like a
big bite of the pasta plate and then you've had
like a meal and a half.

Speaker 5 (02:17):
Yeah, we'll have to ask him, like what he ate
over the last few days. Yeah, that's what the symptoms
sound like. It sounds like food poisoning. Val also called
him yesterday after the show and he was asking him
how he was, but it was more to hear the symptoms,
and Val immediately went to chat chepteeth to try and
diagnose what was actually.

Speaker 2 (02:33):
Wrong with me based on his symptoms.

Speaker 6 (02:35):
Well, because as soon as Brian told us that he
wasn't feeling good and he left yesterday, I immediately had
a stomach ache.

Speaker 2 (02:40):
That is a power psychosomatic.

Speaker 5 (02:42):
Right a minute someone doesn't feel well, everyone else is like, oh,
got me too.

Speaker 2 (02:46):
Yep, yeah, no, Well you guys are dirty. I watch
you and uh, it's always one of you bringing some
germs in here. It's not me. I'm very clean. We
live in the same field, you know. It's so funny though,
my wife when I come home, if I go anybody
who was sick, it works. She will keep does nasty
work germs away from me. Or if she gets sick,
she blames work all the time. I'm like, you have friends, yeah,
you go out right. She does stuff with her friends,

(03:09):
but anytime that household gets sick, it's not from Colin
at school. It's always for me, my nasty dirty work friends.

Speaker 7 (03:17):
I'm offended.

Speaker 2 (03:18):
You should be. She calls you a nasty dirty work
friend too, a nasty.

Speaker 6 (03:21):
Work anybody can go and touch a doorknob. What we're
just stay at home and not do anything.

Speaker 2 (03:26):
One hundred percent. She could have got it from any
one of her friends. But she gets sick and you don't.

Speaker 8 (03:29):
To be dirty.

Speaker 7 (03:30):
It's just a way of life.

Speaker 2 (03:32):
This is a nasty dirty work. Well, who's team are
you on now.

Speaker 7 (03:36):
Team Valentine. It feels really weird saying it, but if
you're listening to.

Speaker 2 (03:41):
She ain't not at this hour of the morning. She
ain't trust me. All right, It is Valentine the Morning.
If you want to reach out me part of the
show te We love the Chow you three one o
four three. How are you doing this morning? Three one
oh four three.

Speaker 9 (03:52):
Listen anywhere with the free iHeartRadio app one.

Speaker 1 (03:55):
O four to three my FM.

Speaker 2 (04:02):
One of four three Mi fam It is Valentine in
the Morning. Laura is our social media director on the show,
and she has a big moment in her life. Her
parents are in town visiting from Australia. Laura's from Australia
as well, which will become as Ben Franklin said self
evident in a second, She's from Australia. Parents in town visiting,
and tonight Laura's parents are about to meet her boyfriend's

(04:26):
parents for the first time.

Speaker 10 (04:27):
Yes, it's been nearly two years that we have been together, and.

Speaker 11 (04:32):
For two years nearly yep.

Speaker 2 (04:34):
Wow.

Speaker 10 (04:34):
And my boyfriend and I have been on many vacations
together with each side of the family, but this is
the first time that both parents meet in the flesh.

Speaker 2 (04:42):
Oh, how nervous are you that there will be a
disconnect or will they get along perfectly?

Speaker 11 (04:48):
I think they're going to get along perfectly.

Speaker 12 (04:50):
Okay, they've had a few face times, they've texted before,
and obviously I know both of them quite well.

Speaker 11 (04:56):
I know their personalities are going to blend well.

Speaker 12 (04:58):
It's more just that seeing them take together and then
them asking questions, it's just going to be crazy.

Speaker 5 (05:05):
So between you and Ben, which one of you do
you think will be the first to be completely embarrassed?

Speaker 2 (05:11):
Like, which one of you is going to be like,
we're the first to go mom and dad? You can't
say that.

Speaker 12 (05:17):
That will be my parents for sure, So it's probably
be me that will be embarrassed one hundred.

Speaker 11 (05:22):
But it's just like my question is to you guys,
like when did you meet your in laws? Firstly? But
then when did your parents meet?

Speaker 10 (05:31):
There?

Speaker 11 (05:31):
I guess in laws what they called in laws to
each other?

Speaker 7 (05:34):
Yeah, ours was? I almost threw up.

Speaker 5 (05:38):
Oh thinking about your in laws?

Speaker 2 (05:42):
Are you feeling sick?

Speaker 7 (05:43):
I felt so sick.

Speaker 2 (05:46):
Don't play with that on that subject. Your God, I
just got like this crazy look from Michael and New York,
our producer. He's like in New.

Speaker 7 (05:55):
York sometimes happens to be the morning. It's too early.

Speaker 2 (06:00):
You want John to take this every morning. You feel
nauseous every morning.

Speaker 7 (06:05):
I feel not just all the time, I feel I'm not.

Speaker 6 (06:10):
I know, I'm letting everybody know. This happens even before
I was married. This has been happening for years.

Speaker 2 (06:16):
Is it me? Am I the problem? Do you feel
nauseous around me?

Speaker 7 (06:20):
Even like on the weekends when I'm not there.

Speaker 6 (06:23):
The first couple of hours I wake up, I kind
of want to throw up all the time because I'm.

Speaker 2 (06:26):
Thinking, who's been a common factor in your life all
those years?

Speaker 7 (06:29):
You me, right, Yeah, but it's not you, I promise.

Speaker 2 (06:31):
Because on the weekends you feel it too. Yes, but
maybe since you wake me up thinking like, oh, Monday,
I gotta go back to work with that guy.

Speaker 7 (06:37):
No, no, it's just it's just my body.

Speaker 6 (06:39):
Fact to Laura's question, my parents met my husband's mom
on Thanksgiving. It was a whole big family functions. There
were a lot of people there.

Speaker 7 (06:46):
It wasn't there. It wasn't one on one whatsoever.

Speaker 2 (06:53):
Yeah, Jill, you feel kill Okay, I'll jump in.

Speaker 6 (07:01):
Uh.

Speaker 2 (07:02):
My parents met Leilani. We flew home to Connecticut and
that was like one of the first times I met her.
So we flew home and it was like a little
trip met her and I think I got I think
I got engaged actually that same weekend, so they hadn't
really seen her prior to that. Oh, you were asking
in laws so sorry? Oh that was dumb with me. Yeah,
I got thrown off track by sickie girl. What we're
talking about?

Speaker 7 (07:22):
Sorry?

Speaker 2 (07:23):
I think did they fly to Connecticut my in laws
from Texas? I think, I think, Oh God, I can't
remember because I'm so sorry. It's been twenty seven years.
I think they met in Texas for the first time
at a dinner.

Speaker 5 (07:40):
I think, gosh, it's so wild just to hear I
don't know that number like hits me different every time
I hear it. It's twenty seven years. Like you said,
you've been dating your boyfriend two years yep, and then
to hear married twenty Sometimes it just hits me harder
than others like that.

Speaker 2 (07:54):
It's pretty hard sometimes too. All right, Let's take your break,
get Jill tested for whatever. Valentine in the morning, reach
out three one.

Speaker 1 (08:03):
O four three.

Speaker 2 (08:07):
She's still with us and kiss. You're wondering what's going on?
How you feeling that you had a commercial break there too.

Speaker 7 (08:20):
I'm better than I was. It just hit me. All
of a sudden, I got super super hot.

Speaker 6 (08:24):
My mouth got like that weird like sweaty mouth that
you get right before you throw up.

Speaker 2 (08:28):
Don't know, but okay, thank you. That doesn't happen to
you often though, right, not like that.

Speaker 6 (08:33):
Like I'm nauseous a lot, but getting that weird feeling
like I'm really gonna throw up, right, that doesn't happen.

Speaker 7 (08:39):
To me too often.

Speaker 2 (08:40):
Listen, there's some texts coming in, I know, and people
know you've been trying to have a child.

Speaker 13 (08:44):
No, I know.

Speaker 2 (08:45):
I mean, but you said the sweating mouth thing doesn't
happen to you that often, has that? Just said? No, Yeah,
so that's a difference than your normal nausea that you
experienced for multiple scrosses.

Speaker 6 (08:55):
Right, the normal nausea stuff doesn't like I want to
throw up, but I don't feel the need to, but
I want to.

Speaker 7 (09:03):
If that makes sense that I felt the need to.

Speaker 5 (09:05):
I wanted to take you to like properly categorize all
the symptoms you feel in your life.

Speaker 7 (09:09):
It's ridiculous.

Speaker 6 (09:10):
I have a coeliac stomach ache, I have a bad
food stomach, I have a dairy stomach ache.

Speaker 2 (09:15):
I have the difference between each one.

Speaker 7 (09:18):
This is a different kind of vomit.

Speaker 2 (09:20):
Feel god, this is just but it's so gross. I
don't think we should be talking about this. Sorry, you know,
because I'm feeling nauseous.

Speaker 7 (09:27):
The good news is I didn't do it.

Speaker 2 (09:28):
And it's like, I'm sorry, no, no, no, I get it.
But I feel like we're in the Matt Damon moment,
an outbreak or something, or one of these movies. You're
telling us this and we're in the same room, you
know what I mean. I know, Michael's fine, Michael's on
FaceTime and zoom over here and my buddy in New
York or producers give us a thumbs up, going yeah,
I'm fine, but we're like five feet from your face.

Speaker 7 (09:50):
Yeah yeah, I don't know if I would.

Speaker 2 (09:52):
Have put a hasbat bag and you were not. I'm
not sick, That's what they all say. No, I feel sure,
that's what everybody says. And the National Guard guy goes
take ten steps back in the movie, don't come any closer.

Speaker 4 (10:04):
I'm sick.

Speaker 2 (10:05):
Our family's okay, we just need to get out of
the quarantine area.

Speaker 7 (10:08):
Let me through, Let me through.

Speaker 2 (10:10):
That was weird, all right? Well, thanks eight sixty six
five four to four m. Starting to the show. It's
Valentine Morning. Hey, next hour, concy Cap Nations League. These
are really really cool tickets concy Cap Nation League Finals.
It's a pretty big deal if you're a fan of soccer,
or if you had a kid who's a fan of soccer.
That's coming up after six right here in Valentine The Morning.

Speaker 1 (10:30):
One O four to three my FM one O four
three my FM Entertainment Headlines.

Speaker 6 (10:36):
Saturday Night Live has announced three upcoming shows. A Nora
Starr and recent Oscar winner Mikey Madison is going to
host on March twenty ninth, and Morgan Wallen is going
to be the musical guest. Jack Black is going to
come back April fifth after twenty years, and Elton John
and Brandy Carlile will be the musical guest for that night.
And then April twelfth, John Hamm is going to host,

(10:59):
En Lizzo is going to be the musical guest.

Speaker 2 (11:01):
Jack Black hasn't been on there in twenty years.

Speaker 7 (11:03):
That's apparently it seems strange.

Speaker 2 (11:05):
Isn't that crazy, Like not even as a guest appearance
or something AA or.

Speaker 6 (11:08):
Maybe maybe this is posting maybe it hasn't hosted twenty years.

Speaker 2 (11:13):
That makes sense.

Speaker 7 (11:13):
Yeah, And there's been tough for.

Speaker 6 (11:15):
A while now about this Coyote versus Acne movie. It's
a mix of animation and live action. It's starring Little
Forte and John Cena. It was made tested well at screenings,
but was never going to be released well. Now Warner
Brothers is negotiating selling the movie to catch Up Entertainment
for approximately fifty million dollars. That the sale goes through,

(11:38):
they plan to release the film finally next year twenty
twenty six.

Speaker 7 (11:42):
I'm Jill with Entertainment headlines.

Speaker 2 (11:44):
Why was the movie not released?

Speaker 7 (11:45):
Budget cuts?

Speaker 6 (11:46):
There's all kinds of different rumors, like it did really well,
but then Warner Brothers had some cuts. They decided to
not release the film and.

Speaker 2 (11:53):
Then tested well with audiences. You spent all the money
to make it right, and then you don't release it right,
and then something's mad at somebody. Soone is mad at
somebody goes, oh, yeah, well I'm not going to release
your movie. Take that, Fortey.

Speaker 7 (12:06):
It's gonna see the light of day now if they.

Speaker 2 (12:09):
Buy it fifty millions up catch Up, Yeah, all right?
Five fifty three is one of four three Mi fam.
This is Valentine in the morning. How are you guys
this morning? Texting right now? Three one o four three.
Something's gotta hold on me lately myself six o'clock, one

(12:31):
of four to three mile fam, It's Valentine in the morning.
March madness is really hicking off today. So we had
our plans. They happen. Now the games start the big
stuff today. I'm telling you, man, there's gonna be one
seed going down. John and I filling out our brackets.
You want to do a bracket with us?

Speaker 7 (12:47):
Ye, I'll do it.

Speaker 2 (12:47):
Okay, do you follow any of that stuff?

Speaker 7 (12:50):
I know that USC did not make it in.

Speaker 2 (12:53):
Oh they didn't nice?

Speaker 5 (12:54):
Yeahkay, So you know someone not on the bracket, yes,
so don't pick them.

Speaker 2 (13:00):
I feel like sometimes not knowing is better though, honestly, guy,
that she'll go in not knowing anything about any teams,
and I'll sit here and go, oh, I think you know, No,
Duke's got their young freshman final. I'm back, they're going
all the way. We're a tough pick there, right, h
I don't know. I think Duke might get upset. I
thought you had Duke going all the way. I think
I've changed my mind. Interesting, you have this morning, I

(13:20):
think tomorrow to fill out your bracket. No, I think
it's today, really, yeah, like nine to fifteen today, yikes,
first kickoff will be like nine to fifteen. I think
this morning. Yeahs we got to get going, dude. Yeah,
have you done this before? Any team come into your mind,
Jill that you want to win the national Championship? Any
team jumping out U c l A.

Speaker 7 (13:39):
Yeah, my dad's a bruin.

Speaker 2 (13:40):
There you go taking them all away? So I don't know,
doubt full. Okay, we guess picking three, one, O, four
three to win the entire thing. You know, this year
there's there's a lot of great and one seeds, but
they don't always make it, and you're rarely. I don't
know if this ever happened before. Every person in the
final four has been a one seed. You know, there
was some tea last night Cincinnati is somebody had a

(14:02):
great comeback last night.

Speaker 7 (14:03):
I think that's what I love. I just love an
entertaining game.

Speaker 5 (14:06):
I can do that with basketball too. I like to
root for whoever's losing. M you know what I mean,
just to just to see the catchup.

Speaker 2 (14:13):
Okay, all right, We'll sell out our brackets and see
where they go. Any money on it. It was the best bracket. Yeah,
one hundred bucks.

Speaker 7 (14:21):
One hundred jd ig Los Angeles.

Speaker 8 (14:32):
Want to bent.

Speaker 2 (14:44):
Three? One oh four three is our text line. Let
me read something is high have Alabama winning over Michigan
combined points of one thirty three. Oh, thank you for that.
Let's steal your thing. For the guys. I'm choosing Duke
and the women USC to win the championship. Yeah, I
believe USC looks really good. Saint John was gonna win
the championship. Okay for the men's another happy March madness.

(15:05):
You haven't filled out your brackets. I don't know if
there's any money involved the series or John, not that
I know of. I mean it was probably some sight League, Yeah,
some money and stuff.

Speaker 1 (15:12):
Right.

Speaker 5 (15:12):
Let people have like a work League two or something
that you're doing individually.

Speaker 2 (15:15):
Good. I loved it when Warren Buffett years ago, and
it's been a number of years, did that billion dollars.
I'm like, oh my god, this is it.

Speaker 7 (15:21):
I remember that. I've never so excited.

Speaker 2 (15:23):
Right, everybody's so excited in the first round that again, zaggers,
somebody knocked up someone there was something stupid like that
first day. Ninety nine percent of the brackets were blown
on the first day.

Speaker 5 (15:33):
I just like wonder in my lifetime if I'll ever
see it. It's unlikely the odds, yeah, but I'd just
love to see that someday.

Speaker 2 (15:39):
Has it never happened before? Never? Really, there's never No
one's ever got a perfect bracket except for the guy
that's down to the you know, garage goes.

Speaker 3 (15:46):
Oh.

Speaker 2 (15:46):
I filled it out with Jimmy and I got bracket.
Oh okay. There's never been an official confirmed one, right right,
I know, I'm sure people always said they have.

Speaker 5 (15:53):
It's like one in a quadrillion or something. It's really ridiculous. Yeah,
I know what a quadrillion is. If you had to
ask to figure out how many zeros that would be,
like dark, I don't know. All right, it is six fifteen,
it's one of four three mifm Our producer Brian not
here again today. Brian's having what do they call him?
Like in some countries they call them.

Speaker 2 (16:12):
The scoots, the scoots.

Speaker 7 (16:14):
I've never heard that.

Speaker 2 (16:15):
You've never heard the scoots scoots, So no, that's a
legit looked that up if you want the Scoots. Yeah
not real. Yeah, when I was a kid in Ireland,
if you had any problems like that down below, they
called the scoots. Pretty sure, that's a.

Speaker 7 (16:27):
Nicer term for it to call it that from now
on here.

Speaker 2 (16:31):
Well, it's apparently an affordable footwear that blends stylin come. Yeah,
I feel like it used to be called the Scoots.
Maybe I misheard when I was a kid. Anybody else
know about that? Three one oh four three. That's what he's.

Speaker 9 (16:41):
Got from sedan's and SUV's to full sized trucks. Experience
the incredible power and fuel efficiency with Toyota electrified freezings.

Speaker 2 (16:51):
You need to know right now, six twenty one, it
is Valentine in the morning. This is one of four
three MIFM. Today is the first day of spring. Guys,
look at that right first, this day of spring is here.
It represents the vernal equinox in the Northern Hemisphere, an
astronomical event that occurs in the sun allies of the
Eris Equator. Why am I saying all this? This creates
almost equal daylight nighttime hours across the globe. Oh, that's

(17:12):
cool to celebrate. You can get deals and freebies that
places like dairy Queen Duncan Rita's Italian ice only in
Lista Sauta Studados. In the United States, would we celebrate
Springburg going Oh, get into Duncan Dude, get into dairy Queen,
Get into Reada's Italian ice free ice cream. Major League
Baseball announced the viewership numbers for the opening day game
between LA and Chicago Cubs and Tuesday staggering check this out.

(17:36):
MLB says twenty five million people watched. That's twenty percent
of the population, making it the most watched Major League
Baseball game ever in Japan. Twenty five million people in Japan.
One out of five people were watching that game. The
last time an MLB broadcast attracted twenty five million viewers
in the US was Game seven of Dodgers Astros in
twenty seventeen. They do like their show, Hey O, Toni,

(17:59):
that's for sure. John's got the music news.

Speaker 5 (18:01):
So Billboard just posted this ranking of the top female
artists of the twenty first century, at least so far,
being twenty five years in. I want to run down
the top six. It's got some people talking. Number six
is Lady Gaga. Number five, Katy Perry number four, Adele.
Number three is Beyonce. Above her is number two Rihanna.
This is what's got people most talking having Rihanna above Beyonce. Unfortunately,

(18:21):
Brian's not here to defend himself, but number one Scoots,
he does have this. Scoots Number one is Taylor Swift,
of course, and this is all based on how their
albums have been performing and where they land on the
Hot one hundred and all that kind of stuff.

Speaker 2 (18:32):
I'm John Camuci. That's today's music news. Six twenty three.
It is Valentine in the Morning. Coming up. Tickets for
CONCA cap Nations League Finals if you want those, get
ready to call in. It is one of four to
three mile FAMMI right, six twenty seven. It is one
of four to three mi fam It's Valentine in the Morning.

(18:54):
Sugar ay fly, Good morning to you guys. Thursday, March twentieth,
first day spring. Should be a beautiful day out. There's
start your day. The sun is not off yet, which
is so creepy and weird, you know, this whole time
change thing and stuff.

Speaker 7 (19:05):
Especially at night. Yeah, when I'm going to bed and
the sun is.

Speaker 1 (19:08):
Still out, sun out.

Speaker 2 (19:09):
What time you're hitting the sack? The sun's still out.
I was like seven, God, you're in bed at seven fifteen? Yeah, stopping.

Speaker 7 (19:15):
I was tired.

Speaker 2 (19:16):
I was in bed at like ten or something. Yeah,
I go to bed late. Guys do that. I'd just
do it. I'd live off of like a caffeine and
very little sleep. You and Brian both like, just do
not sleep. Yeah, we know it's horrible. You know the
stuff going on. You get a family, you know, you
got soccer games, you got dinner, you get a visit
your mom with the memory care center and stuff like that. Oh,

(19:37):
this is fantastic. There's an update for the memory care
center because Mom's been kind of getting her way with
the TV. Because my mom at the memory care center.
Mom is late onset Alzheimer's. If anybody in your life
is affected by that, I feel for you. And dementia
in general can be a very tough thing. Mom's also
handicapped in a wheelchair, so she's six minutes from my house,
which is fantastic. Can see her every day. But within

(19:59):
that there was a little bit of a not say burden,
but it can take a toll and us, well, just
one more thing on your schedule. You know that you're
working on. You're happy to be there, but it takes
time to do stuff. So she's been kind of getting
a way there with the Irish music over there and
stuff and the TV shows because some of the people
are much more advanced than Alzheimer's and don't remember they
watched The Quiet Man last night or the night before

(20:21):
or the night before, or She's got it because she's like,
they won't know, but Joan knows. Jon's like, all right,
come on, wait, watch to watch as last night. Joan's
sharp too, but some of the other ones are like,
I watch a Quiet Man again. And then I was
put on Darbiol gilling Little People the other night, and
then I had on Waking Ned Divine as Irish as

(20:42):
I can get for this entire month and stuff. I'm
pretending to know what these movies are, but they sound
like classics, so anything classic Irish because my mom is
born and raised in Ireland, it's what I'm trying to
do over there. And it's just it's sweet and it's
funny at the same time that some of them just
don't remember watching that and they go, oh, this looks
like a great movie. I'm like, yes, you've seen this
eight times this week. Yeah, fantastic, love it CONCA CAF.

(21:04):
If you guys want in, we're giving those tickets out
right after this.

Speaker 6 (21:31):
You may have seen some headlines yesterday about Pete Davidson's
new mystery girlfriend and how she's not famous.

Speaker 7 (21:37):
She's just a regular normal girl. No she's not. I'll
tell you who he's dating. Coming up at six fifty.

Speaker 2 (21:44):

mentioned to me she had since you really wanted to
talk about something was on her mind. That was really
something she wanted to bring to the table. So I

(22:24):
want to clear the runway for you. Go right inju.

Speaker 6 (22:26):
You guys are gonna laugh at me, but you know
our iHeartRadio Music Awards took place Monday night and Taylor
Swift accepted the award for Tour of the Century for
the Aras tour, and we were also focused on her necklace.
It was a snake necklace that resembled what she wore
on the look What You Made Me Do music video
from the Reputation album. So we know Reputation.

Speaker 7 (22:48):
Taylor's version is on the way.

Speaker 6 (22:50):
But if you go and if you watch it on
Hulu is available to watch again. If you go and
you watch her acceptance speech, look at the reflection of
the award. I think Travis filmed her.

Speaker 7 (23:05):
Isn't that the sweetest thing.

Speaker 2 (23:07):
That's not what I thought this was going on. It's
really sweet.

Speaker 6 (23:10):
If you look and me, you can like pause it
right there, there's it like catches a glimpse of a
man's reflection and you did.

Speaker 2 (23:16):
You see there? You think you see?

Speaker 7 (23:18):
I think it's Travis.

Speaker 2 (23:19):
And would that be uncommon to do?

Speaker 4 (23:22):
Know?

Speaker 2 (23:23):
I mean, my wife filmed me a ton of times
for stuff.

Speaker 6 (23:25):
Too, of course, but that just makes them so normal.
They're huge superstars.

Speaker 7 (23:29):
But like the fact that if this is true, if
Travis is standing there, Travis Kelcey holding the video camera
right or the phoney.

Speaker 2 (23:39):
She has a team of yes, you know, set up.

Speaker 7 (23:42):
For ring lights. You know what they do before this happened.
If you go back and watch, you can pose it
right of those Okay, all right, all right, you can
see that right Travis was helping her.

Speaker 2 (23:51):
With her That's just what you wanted me to clear
the runway for. That's what I had to, like, like,
stop the show, clear the runway. Jill's really important to
talk about. It was a reflection Travis Kelcey in the
Award of the I Hardady Mimsic Awards. It was so
cute I'm happy about this.

Speaker 5 (24:03):
I thought this was going You can see a reflection
and it looks like half of the number two and
that means the sound right right, And I was just
I was going to be lost.

Speaker 7 (24:10):
Okay, yeah, no, this is just I think it's pure Travis.

Speaker 2 (24:13):
All right. Well, hey, thank you for that update. I
was ready to re enjoy that. But now I'm going
to re enjoy the iHeart Ready Music Awards on Hulu
with a whole new look.

Speaker 7 (24:23):
Okay, good, Yeah, I'm excited.

Speaker 2 (24:26):
I'm gonna time stamp it for people. Let him know
where it is. There's Billie Eilis Birds of a Feather.
When Billy's on stage, if you pause really quick, you'll
notice your brother's standing right next to her. Kelly Clark's

(24:50):
a breakway one of four three, my fam. It is
Valentine in the morning, Thursday, March twentieth, Good morning to you.
Can't believe tomorrow's Friday. Thank god, you know it's been
a long week here, man, I love a Friday. Then,
when your producer's not here, and this is not to
give him any street cred or give him any credit,
it's going to sound like it though. It just makes

(25:11):
it harder when somebody's out here because we all have
a certain job. Then we have to pick up a
slack for somebody else's job that's not here. Yes, so
you appreciate the person when they're not here. But he's
home with the scoots, so it's better that he stays
home because he has to be near your bathroom at
all times, he said.

Speaker 6 (25:24):
I sent him a voice note yesterday on my way home,
and I just said, I don't give you enough credit
for all that you do for us, So thank you
so much. Because man, my apple Watch yesterday was asking
me if I was working out during the show because
we're all just doing so much more.

Speaker 2 (25:38):
Right, moving around and stuff like that.

Speaker 6 (25:39):
I see it's a lot more. Yeah, So I just
I told him please come back soon.

Speaker 2 (25:44):
The whole apple Watch thing, though. I mean, there's sometimes
I'm driving into work and the apple Watch goes, hey,
you reach your activity for the day. Good job. What
with my star. I'm sitting in the car, I've done
absolutely nothing, and they're like, hey, your bar is so low.
We just want to let you know, put your foot
in that pedal to increase the speed ten miles per
hour that put you over the top. Of your activity
for the day. Yeah, it's so depressing when you see that. Congrats.

(26:05):
Do you guys stand up when it does to stand up?

Speaker 7 (26:07):
I have been more.

Speaker 5 (26:09):
Yeah, gotcha, that's really sweet of you.

Speaker 2 (26:11):
I like the watch is sitting there going, oh my god,
she did what I said.

Speaker 5 (26:17):
My watch tells me it's too loud all the time
concerts and you crank up music and stuff all the time,
and it's like.

Speaker 2 (26:23):
You need to be wearing ear protection. It's too loud
in this environment. Mike, he was that rolling loud. I
told him you better wear your protection and stuff. Betty.
I hope he did. You can. You're not in the
crowd with him, you don't know, right. But then he
showed me videos of rolling loud and I'm like, don't
show this has given me like a heart attack or something,
because you get nervous about a kid in these crowds. Yeah.
And I was telling him, don't be in the deep

(26:43):
part of the crowd. Be the edge of the crowd
where you can see how to get out, no where
security is, know your exits at all times and stuff
like that. Be very wary of surroundings. And then I
see him in the crowd.

Speaker 5 (26:52):
Doom was like, he's like six feet tall.

Speaker 2 (26:56):
No, he's like five eleven. He's not you take five?
What are you? Five? Five nine? Five nine? Is that
a legit five nine or is that a pat at five?

Speaker 5 (27:07):
I was gonna say five to ten, But it's only
five ten when I'm wearing big old shoes, all right.

Speaker 2 (27:11):
Being out, it's five nights a legit five nine real
flat five nine. I always love when we post photos
with celebrities in the studio stuff like that, and Laura
tends to post them based on height. She does, so
it goes me Jill, John Brian with our celebrities standalone shots.
So we're sitting there with Lady gagas me and Lady Gagat,
I'm tall in her and stuff, and then Jill maybe's
like equal height or something. And then here comes John

(27:33):
lower than Lady Gog herecuse Brian's smaller than Lady gog
And there's Laura just the top of her head. It's
very funny.

Speaker 1 (27:39):
One O four to three, my FM. Here's what's coming
up In entertainment headlines.

Speaker 6 (27:45):

One oh four to three. My FM Entertainment headlines.

Speaker 6 (28:54):
There are all kinds of headlines for the last couple
of days talking about Saturday Night Live alum Pete Davidson
and his new mystery girlfriend, and every headline was saying
that she's normal.

Speaker 7 (29:05):
She's not a celebrity, She's totally normal. No, she's not.

Speaker 6 (29:10):
Her name is Elsie Hewitt. She's a model. She has
one million followers on Instagram. She's remembered to have dated
Benny Blanco and Jason Sidakis in the past. She's not
a traditional Hollywood star. I think that's what all of
these headlines we're getting at. But she is this model
with this huge Instagram following, very beautiful, and according.

Speaker 7 (29:31):
To what these stories are saying is the two of them.

Speaker 6 (29:34):
Are respecting each other's privacy and they're not going to
be out and about in our face like some celebrity
couples are. And The Handmaid's Tale just released it's full
official trailer for the sixth and final season of the show,
and it will return.

Speaker 7 (29:50):
With three episodes on April eighth.

Speaker 6 (29:53):
Then there will be a new episode every week until
the finale on May twenty seventh. Then if you watch
the Instagram or if you watch the trailer, you will
see it just goes through character to character and where
they are when we last left off.

Speaker 7 (30:07):
I need to go back and watch. I love this show.
But some of these people, I was like, wait, what happened?

Speaker 2 (30:11):
It's like the first season or maybe I started the
second one and that was it for me. Okay, so
I if I was going to get into it, I
got to go probably rewatch a lot. Yes, is that
Ladys still in it? The one that was the main handmaid?

Speaker 1 (30:23):
Yes, she's still in it.

Speaker 10 (30:24):
Ye.

Speaker 2 (30:24):
I'm sorry forget the actresses name. It's somebody incredibly famous. Yeah,
there you go.

Speaker 5 (30:29):
Yes, I didn't even know the show was like still going.
I just started it last night. Oh really, just out
of the blue. I was like, you know what, let's
start this show.

Speaker 7 (30:35):
You're gonna like it. It's dark.

Speaker 2 (30:37):
Dark, it's so dark. Yes, dark. Yeah, it's a little
triggering a certain spots to some people and everything, you know.

Speaker 7 (30:42):
Yeah, but it's it's an excellent show. This is going
to be the sixth, sixth season.

Speaker 2 (30:46):
Oh my god, that's a lot of commitment. Yeah, I'm
not going to watch the show on time when that starts. God,
I don't even know if I can do six seasons that.

Speaker 7 (30:55):
There's a lot of great stuff on tel.

Speaker 2 (30:57):
That's the thing. It pulls you away. I mean, kudos
to all of you that stuck with Gray's Anatomy for
twenty plus years.

Speaker 6 (31:03):

Speaker 12 (31:03):
Thank you.

Speaker 2 (31:03):
You know, I mean, that's a commitment right there.

Speaker 7 (31:06):

Did your mom or dad pass on to you? For me?
It was soda cans my mom. She would always say, listen,
those soda cans to come from a warehouse. You don't
know what people are doing in there. They could be
pain on him. Forgot to take dude, Like mom, nobody's

(32:40):
peeing on a six pack of Mountain Dewery. You don't
know what they're doing. Maybe they can't get to the bathroom.
They're moving the pallets of soda cans. You gotta wash
those things. You gotta clean those things before you drink
out of them. You know you can't just I see
you kids just blowing off the top like a little
bit at dust. That's you don't know what's on there.
It could be germs. You washed the top of the
soda can.

Speaker 5 (33:00):
To this day, I clean every can because my mom
told me there was like rat feces on everything's.

Speaker 2 (33:05):
Going on in these warehouses that her parents thought, right,
there's rats, there's people not making into the bathroom. What
was going on with soda can?

Speaker 5 (33:12):
Take my nail with my shirt and I get right
in the credit little crack, right, Sure, I get it all.

Speaker 2 (33:16):
Because I'm scared to this day from every time episoda canon.
If I just go because I used to do that
splawl on it, like that blow out to dust or something.
I hear my mom going, what do you get to do?
And you try and grow out of it, but you're like,
what if this is the one, right, this is the
one where somebody couldn't make the restroom and the rat
was sitting on top of it, camping out right? What
fear did your parents pass on to you?

It's too late. Cats out of the bag. March Man
is underway. The first round of the men's NCTWOA tournament
is kicking off today Tonight at six thirty, UCLA takes
on Utah State. USC did not make it into the
men's tournament this year. The first round of the women's
tournament is tomorrow. Experts say that during March Man, this
US economy will lose around twenty billion in productivity due
to employees watching games at work. Dollar General just announced

(38:31):
plans to close about one hundred stores. Other major chains
like family, Dollar Dollar Tree have also closed hundreds of locations.
Over the last few years, Dollar stores have had to
raise their prices due to inflation, also more competition from large
retailers that can often offer bigger discounts. Remember the first
time we went into like a dollar store or something,
it was above a dollar. I was like so mad,
Like your cent's is dollar store? Well, not everything's dollars.

(38:53):
Some things are above a dollar, Like I'm not ping
two dollars. John's got the music news and real close
to some new music from Ed Shearon.

Speaker 5 (39:02):
He just posted this official teaser last night of his
newest single called Azizum in the Love Chester.

Speaker 4 (39:08):
Game Come and Play.

Speaker 5 (39:21):
He said he's back to making some big pop music,
so this definitely sounds like it's gonna be it.

Speaker 2 (39:25):
And this caption said album.

Speaker 5 (39:26):
Done singles soon, so we don't know if that means
tonight or next week. He has said that it's likely
going to come early April. But we got me on
the lookout for new music from Ed Sheeron.

Speaker 2 (39:35):
I'm jhn Kimuchi. That's today's music news. Okay, it is
one of four to three my fam coming up. What
fear do your parents pass on? To you. John and
I both admitted that our moms have as convinced if
we don't watch the top of a soda can, we
are gonna get malaria. We're gonna get something some god
awful disease so real because rats are doing stuff on it.
People are doing stuff on it. Tops of soda cans
are apparently very very dirty, even just taking your shirt

(39:57):
and wiping it off, according to our moms, not.

Speaker 7 (40:01):
Rinse. What are you guys doing?

Speaker 2 (40:03):
Rinse it so kim Bleach eight sixty six five four
four ifm backs your boys as long as you love
me as one of four to three my fam it
is Valentine in the Morning eight sixty six five four
four MYFM texting three one oh four three. The fear

(40:25):
that your parents passed down to you. What is it?
So many people agreeing, absolutely agreeing with John and I
and our moms about Washington top of a soda can.
That is ridiculous. Some people with evidence too, what's the evidence?

Speaker 5 (40:38):
Work in warehouses are saying you should definitely be cleaning the.

Speaker 11 (40:41):
Can right text about that rats.

Speaker 2 (40:43):
And stuff in the warehouse and things like that, And
then people the part they got me. Mom's always like
they don't make it to the bathroom. I'm like, mom,
who is does nobody sitting on the top of a
palette of PEPSI just not making it to the restroom.
You don't know. You don't work in a warehouse. I'm like,
you don't I their mom, right. I've heard stories that
people don't make it to the restroom and they're standing

(41:04):
on a palette of the PEPSI cans. That's not happening, Mom,
that's not happening.

Speaker 7 (41:09):
I will be thinking of your mom every time I
go for a soda now though.

Speaker 2 (41:11):
And you're gonna clean off the top, oh?

Speaker 7 (41:13):
Yes?

Speaker 2 (41:13):
And the problem is I put it in the sink
and clean off the top. For some reason, the water
when we hit the top would splash every everywhere all
the time, and that's why it's such a mess. If like,
just maybe do it a little bit of the water.
I get too much pressure at my house, I guess
drives me crazy. Though. All right, it's one of four
to three MYFM. It is Valentine in the morning coming
up after eight o'clock. Don't forget Beyonce at so if
I say four three my FM.

Speaker 1 (41:34):
Valentine in the morning.

Speaker 2 (41:36):
Weather today sunny temps sixties mid seventies, forty nine Ontario
forty three cent of created. Jill's got the entertainment headlines
coming up.

Speaker 6 (41:44):
The Big Bang Theory spin off now has its title.
I'll tell you what it's going to be called, coming
up at seven.

Speaker 2 (41:49):
Fifty k eight sixty six five four four my FM, Christine,
what fear did your parents pass on to you? No,
it wasn't my parents, But my older sister.

Speaker 16 (41:58):
Told me that a water melon will grow out of
my stomach because I swallow the watermelon seed.

Speaker 2 (42:05):
Yeah, that's legit, that's legit. How big is your watermelon
farm in your belly?

Speaker 1 (42:12):
It was a long time ago.

Speaker 13 (42:13):
I probably would have a farm by now.

Speaker 2 (42:15):
What else did we swallow? A gum was going to
stay in you for seven years? That one got me
so hardcore.

Speaker 16 (42:21):
Yeah, And she told me that the stomach was like
the perfect nourishment for the seed to grow.

Speaker 2 (42:27):
Oh what a monster sister you have.

Speaker 4 (42:29):
Yeah, and you're.

Speaker 2 (42:30):
Like, but there's no photosynthesis, it doesn't see the sun.

Speaker 7 (42:35):
Is the gum? The seven year gum thing? Not true?
Because I know I thought that was true.

Speaker 2 (42:40):
No, true, Yes, nothing stays in your stomach for seven
years it's.

Speaker 7 (42:48):
Not sticking to the side of the no.

Speaker 5 (42:50):
It's a common misconception. The human body cannot digest gum,
but it passes.

Speaker 2 (42:53):
Within twenty four to forty eight. Let me ask you
a question. Life is a lot. Let me ask your question.
You ever have corn? Your body can't digest that? Either's right? What?
What did I what's the freudans lip? What did I say?

Speaker 7 (43:08):
I thought you said I can't I reat it?

Speaker 2 (43:10):
What did you think? I said?

Speaker 6 (43:11):
You said your body, but it sounded like you said
something else.

Speaker 2 (43:16):
Your body can't digest corn?

Speaker 7 (43:17):
What did you perfect?

Speaker 2 (43:18):
Yeah, Christine, did you hear something different? I heard corn?
Thank you, Thank you, Christine, You're a true hero. Have
a great day, Christine. Thanks for calling in at you
eight sixty six five four four my FM Helen, good morning.
How are you?

Speaker 16 (43:37):
I'm well?

Speaker 13 (43:38):
How are you?

Speaker 2 (43:38):
We are doing all right? Thanks for asking. Really appreciate that.

Speaker 1 (43:41):
Good good.

Speaker 2 (43:42):
I love when people ask how you're doing and they
actually mean it. I find that to be so intoxicating
in certain respects, to care for somebody When they say,
how are you doing?

Speaker 16 (43:51):
You know, yes, most definitely?

Speaker 2 (43:53):
So what did your parents give you? What fear to
the day?

Speaker 16 (43:57):
I fears without windows, vans without win Yes, because there's
a kidnappers in there, or there's somebody bad there.

Speaker 7 (44:05):
With candy or puppies something.

Speaker 2 (44:08):
Yes, is that your parents sold you a van without
windows always has candies or puppies and a kidnapper.

Speaker 6 (44:13):
You should never accept candy from strangers. You should never
go to see the cute puppy that this stranger has
in his car. Like you, you want to make sure
you do not go with a stranger to their vand
with no windows.

Speaker 2 (44:24):
My dad was an electrician for many years and had
a van with no windows. Did my dad kidnap me.

Speaker 7 (44:31):
The candy in there?

Speaker 2 (44:33):
No puppies?

Speaker 5 (44:34):
I looked when I'm driving on the freeway and I
see a van with no windows, first intrusive thought is
there could be someone in there.

Speaker 2 (44:40):
Yeah, I would never know. It's so shady, Helen. We
all have that thought, and it's so incredibly wrong. Probably
in certain respects. No offense to anybody has a van
with no windows or work van or something like that.
But yeah, especially if it's a beat up van, a
little rusted or something like that. You're like, oh, we
have one of those here at iHeart and I remember
back in the day. We have a van at all?
I heard like that. We do yeah, down there in
the grash.

Speaker 5 (45:00):
I remember one day we were working this event and
there weren't enough seats to come back to the station,
so I was laying in the back of the van
and I was like, I'm.

Speaker 2 (45:07):
The one laying in the van this time. If someone
thought there's someone in that van, they'd be right now.
I'm not kidnapped, but there's a guy laying here.

Speaker 7 (45:14):
How unsafe?

Speaker 2 (45:15):
It was like a mile I worked with strange people. Helen, honestly,
thanks for calling in though you have a great day, Okay.

Speaker 1 (45:23):
Have a good day, all right, It's cool.

Speaker 2 (45:31):
My bad rob drawing in the morning and a Girden
seven forty two chaperone. It's Valentine in the morning. The
Battle of Sex is coming up today. It's Beyonce a
Sofi stadium. How amazing is that? Beyonce Sofi Stadium? Come
win that? Elizabeth? Good morning? How are you today?

Speaker 16 (45:48):
Good morning? I'm good. How's everyone doing?

Speaker 2 (45:51):
We're doing good. I'm glad you're doing well too. So
what was your fear? What's the fear of your parents
passed on to you?

Speaker 16 (45:59):
So I grew up in a Catholic Mexican household, and
as a child, my mom would tell us if we
misbehaved or if we strayed a little bit too far,
that Yourna was gonna come and get us.

Speaker 2 (46:15):
Okay. Maria is one of these scariest stories in the
Hispanic culture. I would if I haven't told Lyona as
a kid, I would have lost my mind.

Speaker 16 (46:24):
Yeah till this day, Like especially at night or you know,
if it's a little foggy and i'm you know, get home,
I'm too scared to turn around because I feel like
she's gonna be there and she's gonna take me. Yes, yes,
you know. Of course, my siblings being the youngest before. Oh,
ease me knock on the windows.

Speaker 2 (46:46):
So you didn't live near a river or anything, though,
did you anything like that?

Speaker 16 (46:50):
I actually grew up in Southtet. Then there's the Lai
River very down the street.

Speaker 2 (46:54):
Because I'm not getting the details because kids are in
the car and stuff, I don't want to forget it out.
But the whole dark story is about being by river,
Maria and her children and all this, it's a whole thing.

Speaker 1 (47:03):
It's terrifying.

Speaker 2 (47:04):
It's terrifying when else kids we had something called the Bancheet.
You know what the band she is.

Speaker 16 (47:08):
I actually watched the movie because of you, the one
with them with your your best friend.

Speaker 2 (47:15):
You're thinking the gentleman who calm found right in the
bandshees she's been as hearing. Yeah, that's different. That's kind
of different. It's not the Banshee that I grew up with.
But that was a great movie nonetheless. But the band
she was kind of like, not necessarily let your own it,
but she would show up when people had to pass on.
It was an old Irish lady and she suld be
outside wailing away and crying and stuff, and that meant

(47:36):
somebody was about to pass on and go to the
other side. So if you saw the Bands years ago, yes,
that's right. I miss those segments. My mom is doing
well though. She's down the street in a memory care
center and I get to see.

Speaker 16 (47:51):
Her every day.

Speaker 2 (47:52):
But it'd be difficult for her. Oh thank you, love.
It's it's a hard thing anybody who has dementia Alzheimer's
dificult to have her on the air. You guys really
wouldn't understand her and stuff, and I have to translate.
But maybe I'll try and get her back on the air.
Her segment was a huge hit when I was on
the air.

Speaker 16 (48:09):
Oh it was so good.

Speaker 2 (48:10):
Yeah, it was great. But then she wanted to be
paid for it, and I'm like, uh no, no, I'm
taking care of her now in a memory care center.
You now expensive. That is, she does not need to
be paid for her segments from years ago. There's no
cue for mom.

Speaker 6 (48:28):
Sorry. You can see her on our weekend recaps that
we do on Instagram at in the morning.

Speaker 7 (48:35):
There's photos of Sheila now, which is so fun.

Speaker 2 (48:38):
All right, let's get out here before I call your
own on you for the whole payment mom thing. All right,
thanks love, take care of one O four to.

Speaker 1 (48:44):
Three my FM. Here's what's coming up in entertainment headlines.

Speaker 6 (48:49):
So we know ted Lasso is returning, but the cast
is not going to be entirely the same. I'll tell
you which character is being recast right after Traffic.

Speaker 1 (48:58):
One O four to three my Entertainment headlines.

Speaker 6 (49:04):
Ted Lasso is returning, but the cast might not be
entirely the same. Accord to People Magazine, allegedly, Henry ted
Lasso's twelve year old son is going to be recast
in this next season, the show is apparently searching for
a new actor to fill the role. Gus Turner was
the name of the actor who played him in the
first three seasons.

Speaker 7 (49:25):
Most of the time he was on FaceTime calls with
his dad.

Speaker 2 (49:27):
Yeah, that's all right, Well I was recasting specifically. Yeah,
that's fine.

Speaker 7 (49:33):
I think maybe I don't know the.

Speaker 2 (49:36):
Kid grew up or something that happens a lot of
times with kids in that puberty range twelve thirteen, fourteen stuff.
They grow up and suddenly you're like, it's not the
same kid, right, But then again, you portrayed the kid
is growing up. You say, a few years are going
to pass. Where did it leave off? Unless I'm spoiler
alert for anybody who hasn't seen all three seasons of
ted Lasso, give you five seconds here to turn it
down for a second. Oh have you not seen it?

Speaker 7 (49:58):
No, I have it on trying to remember.

Speaker 4 (49:59):
Oh, John, that spoil it.

Speaker 7 (50:02):
It was the perfect ending.

Speaker 6 (50:03):
I thought, like, if they walked away and they thought
and they weren't going to come back, I thought that's
a nice way to.

Speaker 7 (50:08):
Wrap it up.

Speaker 2 (50:09):
Yeah, okay, Well, what I was going to say is
where did they leave off? So I didn't have it
totally figured out in my head. And now you're not
even telling me no because II it, but I wanted
to know about he what does that mean? He goes
to a tree top. She made like some little tree
top hand gesture, like a top of a house. Never

(50:32):
mind again.

Speaker 6 (50:34):
The Big Bang Theory spinoff isn't officially happening yet. It's
still in development, but according to Deadline, if it does
go through, the series is going to be called Stuart
Fails to Save the Universe. The spinoff is going to
focus on Kevin Susman's character Stuart Bloom, who owned the
comic shop on The Big Bang Theory, the Comic Book Store,
So the title, if it does get the green light,

(50:56):
will be called Stuart Fails to Save the Universe.

Speaker 7 (50:58):
I'm Jill when arrent Tim.

Speaker 2 (51:00):
We'red that one leave off. Ever, when we went to
a taping of that show, yes, that was so fun.
It was so it was fun, but it was mortifyingly
embarrassing for me as well.

Speaker 1 (51:09):
We loved it.

Speaker 7 (51:10):
The people loved it.

Speaker 2 (51:11):
Yeah, but it's like if you've ever been to the
taping of the TV show. We're sitting there and there's
a hype guy right, just passes about hype guy. He
gets people up dancing and stuff like that. Just get
somebody up dancing, use her. And he points to me,
get up and start dancing. And I started dancing whatever,
and he leans into me whispers in my ear, Okay,
take off your shirt. People will go crazy, and like what,
take off your shirt? People go crazy? Like all right,
So I started taking off my shows. Well, look at

(51:33):
this guy taking his shirt off. Where'd that come from?
Like you just told me to a second ago. We're
people going crazy. They were going crazy.

Speaker 7 (51:40):
We're all going crazy.

Speaker 2 (51:41):
The guy knew his stuff.

Speaker 7 (51:42):
You would have never known.

Speaker 2 (51:43):
One of those guys. Moms and dads covering their kids eyes.
It was a great time, great time. Battle of Sex
is coming up time one of four to three, my fam,
It is Valance ten in the morning, coming up later
on this hour.

Speaker 6 (52:01):
I received this message on Instagram and it was about
a bachelorette party and.

Speaker 7 (52:08):
The code if there is one that we have amongst
ourselves when it comes to what the bride does on
her bachelorette party.

Speaker 6 (52:15):
Oh, it's like girl code yes yes, And so I
want to read that a little bit later on to
see what everyone.

Speaker 2 (52:21):
Thought girl code at a bacherette party. I don't like
this at all.

Speaker 7 (52:24):
When you see the bride doing something that you find questionable.

Speaker 2 (52:30):
Because that has never happened at a bachelor party. Let
me let you know right now, guy, we are straight laced.
Nothing's ever happened. Yeah, couldn't even imagine. So this is
not a scenario that we're used to. Oh god, John's
probably been to a few bachelor parties and never had
to lie once. Mass ended. You know, they went out
and they got lunch. Okay, it is the battle of
the sexes. Represent the men. His name is Gabriel. He

(52:52):
listened to get in the gal works as a high
school teacher and enjoys hiking. What's up, Gabriel? Hello, Hello,
good morning, Red.

Speaker 7 (53:00):

as a business owner and enjoys traveling the world.

What's it for, Wendy?

Speaker 2 (53:09):
What's up Wendy?

Speaker 16 (53:11):
Hello? Everybody?

Speaker 2 (53:12):
Hi, here's what works Wendy. I'm gonna ask you a
few questions, Gabriel. Jill's gonna be asking you the questions.
Best out of three wins. If we're still tied the
end of regulation, we go to a not so tough
tiebreaker question. Let us start with the ladies. What streaming
service would you need to watch episodes of the television
show The White Lotus.

Speaker 16 (53:32):

Speaker 2 (53:38):

many points is it touchdown worth in the NFL?

Speaker 16 (54:13):

Speaker 2 (54:16):

Happy first day of spring. Everyone, have a beautiful day.

Speaker 2 (55:06):
All right, Thank you for lady. You're welcome. Welcome on.
Think you think of how did she do that talent?
That's impressive. The offer in the app for more savings.
Restrictions apply ends March twenty five. Is it recorded in
the bathroom? Was that just me? Or did that sound weird?
If you're listening, let me know, because sometimes I can
never tell how things sound on the other side of
the radio. Three one oh four three, all right, it

(55:28):
is four air.

Speaker 9 (55:30):
Come Sedan's and SUV's to full size trucks. Experience the
incredible power and fuel efficiency with Toyota Electrified.

Speaker 1 (55:39):
Three things you need to know right now.

Speaker 2 (55:42):
Okay, this is one that kind of means something to me,
and again it might mean something to you or your family.
You have been very gracious over the years listening to
the struggle of how dementia and late said onset Alzheimer's.
Late onset Alzheimer's has affected my mom and our family well.
Researchers now talking about the state's big, big deal. Researchers
have found that removing amyloid from the brain. It's a

(56:04):
substance that gets in there and they think it's linked
to Alzheimer's. Obviously, removing that from the brain years before
symptoms appear may delay Alzheimer's. A study of genetically at
risk individuals showed long term treatment cut symptom risk in half. Wow,
fifty percent is an astounding number. Funding delays from the
NIH National in stud of Health now threatened research, so

(56:25):
leaving predicipants worried about losing a potential lifeline. Scientists are
urging support to confirm whether early intervention can prevent Alzheimer's.
Could you imagine I haven't talked to the society about this.
It's kind of a breaking story now, but that would
be unbelievable now. Something that's probably not helping us in
that respect. Fast food restaurants. Your favorite fast food drive

(56:45):
through is changing, but for the better. More restaurants are
investing in the drive throughs, digital signage, even using artificial
intelligence now to boost to accuracy and improve customer experience
when it comes to order accuracy. Chick fil A takes
a top spot with a ninety three perating, followed by McDonald's,
Carls Junior, KFC and Arby's. Taco Bell came into eighty
five percent accuracy. Said it's modernizing drive through to digital

(57:07):
first innovation, including Voice Ai, which is rolling out across
the US after two years of testing. Chick Fla owns
the world in that respect. They're one of the best
out there. You know, how they get their people moving,
putting people outside, getting sunshades above them during you know,
sunny times, and giving them nice little jackets inclement weather
and stuff. They were the first to put people outside

(57:28):
the speed that stuff up. And they have engineers that
will come in and literally look at the parking lot,
design the footprint of the restaurant to make sure it
doesn't impact, you know, local populations like you see in
in and out. There's eighteen thousand people online going down
the freeway. Yeah, I mean, it's amazing how much work
goes into some of these restaurants. John has got the
music news. Well, it is looking like Miley Cyrus is
gearing up to release some new music.

Speaker 5 (57:51):
We've been some posters promoting Miley that's say quote something beautiful,
and they've been seen in a number of major.

Speaker 2 (57:56):
Cities over the last few days and the posters send
you to her website.

Speaker 16 (58:00):
Now.

Speaker 5 (58:00):
On her website there are only some photos right now,
no preview of music yet. But we've heard she's working
on this new visual album, so it looks like we
might be in the early stages of that rollout. So
new music from Miley in the near future. John Kamucci,
that's today's music news.

Speaker 2 (58:12):
She was one of my favorites when she posted me
on Instagram that one time. That's right, she put a
picture of the two of us. Miley Starrus put a
picture of the two of us up at Instagram and
it got like, you know, I don't know, eight hundred
thousand likes or something like that. And then later on
she decided to go on Instagram cleanse and she took
it down and it was like, I claimed the thing.
I was so excited ruin five this love it is
maya FM.

Speaker 4 (58:33):
I was so high record.

Speaker 2 (58:40):
Eight twenty four. It's one O four to three, my fam,
this is balance out in the morning. Jill got a DM.
What's your Instagram?

Speaker 7 (58:46):
Jill at Jillian Elaine okay.

Speaker 2 (58:48):
Follow Jill at Jillian Lane on Instagram. She got a
DM that stood out to her and she wanted to
bring it to the show.

Speaker 6 (58:54):
This says, I was at a bachelorette party in Vegas
over the weekend and the bride, who's a good friend
of mine, I was doing things that I thought were questionable.
We went dancing, and she was dancing very intimately with
different guys all night and no one ever said anything.
I would never dance like that with someone else who

(59:15):
wasn't my guy. And I want to tell the groom,
but is there a bachelorette party code?

Speaker 7 (59:20):
And do I need to keep my mouth.

Speaker 2 (59:21):
Shut to the hum to dance? Did you ever hear
this song? Such a great song. I stop what you're
doing because I'm about the ruin the image and the
style that you're used to, all right, I can't no, no, no, no, no,
no no no. So what do you think?

Speaker 6 (59:41):
Oh that's so tough because I personally My bachelorette party
was at Disneyland.

Speaker 2 (59:48):
Yeah, my wife said she saw you doing some stuff
that she was uncomfortable. She didn't want to tell Jeff,
but I'm like, oh man, what she was doing with
that mouse?

Speaker 8 (59:57):
It was.

Speaker 2 (59:57):
It was very bad.

Speaker 6 (59:58):
But I've been on a lot of bachelorette part I've
never seen anything questionable from the brides.

Speaker 7 (01:00:03):
Like every everything that I've been on sisterste parties were fine.

Speaker 4 (01:00:08):
Yeah.

Speaker 6 (01:00:08):
I know a lot of people look at bachelor and
bachelette parties that's a last chance, the last fleeing before
the ring. I virtually don't agree with cheating or thinking
that everything is you know, nothing's off limits on your.

Speaker 7 (01:00:23):
Bachelor and bacherette party.

Speaker 2 (01:00:24):
Uh huh.

Speaker 7 (01:00:25):
I don't think I would go as far as to
tell the groom.

Speaker 2 (01:00:28):
I would, isn't it. That's hard and you're not at
his bachelor party. You don't know what's going on.

Speaker 7 (01:00:33):
With that thing either, And maybe they have some type
of arrangement.

Speaker 2 (01:00:36):
Maybe they talked to a hand of time, they agreed
what you could do, what you could do, Yes, not
for you in your moral fiber or your moral stance whatever.

Speaker 6 (01:00:43):
If that was me and I saw the bride doing
it and dancing, I would go in and remove the
bride from the dance floor, like that's what I want.

Speaker 2 (01:00:49):
I would go in and be like you would physically
go in and grab the bride and pull her out.

Speaker 7 (01:00:52):
Yeah, I would.

Speaker 2 (01:00:53):
She said, I'm fine. Yeah what she pushed you away?
It was like, no, I'm not Kates. I mean, I
stop what you're doing because I'm about the ruin the
image and the style that you're used to. Yeah, I
love it.

Speaker 16 (01:01:13):
I love it.

Speaker 2 (01:01:14):
So you'd actually get in there and remove her from
the dance floor, yeah, okay please? And she's just she's dancing.
She's not doing anything intimately intimately dancing on a dance
floor in public, right.

Speaker 6 (01:01:27):
Which you know, on the dance floor, I've you know,
I've had to remove myself when guys will come up
and want to intimately dance.

Speaker 2 (01:01:36):
What is intimately dancer? Just I assume they're something? Is
they call it?

Speaker 7 (01:01:42):
So it happens and it could be nothing to this person, or.

Speaker 5 (01:01:46):
Maybe we don't know what the boundaries they've established are
for cheating in their relationship.

Speaker 7 (01:01:49):
You know, right?

Speaker 2 (01:01:50):
And is that cheating in the relationship? Some people would
say that's not Some people say there's fabric between you,
there's nothing to worry about.

Speaker 7 (01:01:58):
But is there a code? Is there a code at
a bachelorette party?

Speaker 2 (01:02:01):
Right?

Speaker 16 (01:02:01):
Right?

Speaker 7 (01:02:02):
You see something and you don't say something?

Speaker 2 (01:02:04):
Huh? And who would you tell you would tell the
I guess the groom, hey, this is what I saw
her even you. Would you get video evidence and show
him and go are you comfortable with that?

Speaker 7 (01:02:12):
I wouldn't do that.

Speaker 2 (01:02:13):
Would you get video evidence and just drop it to
him anonymously or something like that? You know, Oh no,
it's messy. Would you just send him this song and
have it queued up to a certain spot? All right?
Eight sixty six five four four of my FM texting

Yes I am. How's a gas mileage in that bad boy?
The gas mileage?

Speaker 5 (01:02:42):
I tell people this all the time, and they don't
really believe me that I get over six hundred miles
on a full tank.

Speaker 2 (01:02:47):
Seriously.

Speaker 5 (01:02:48):
Yeah, and that's a car seat seven or eight, you
know what I mean, it's a bigger SUV. So a
lot of people are like, oh, bitch, you know, you
had to suffer at the tank to be able to have.

Speaker 2 (01:02:55):
That extra space, your room, that beautiful ride, and you're
not suffering at the tank no shot. I love when
people tell me that, because I'm like, I'm not suffering
and you got a four wheel drive, you're taking it
to Mamo's doing big beer whatever it is expec for
any of those weekends where I just want to go
somewhere and figure it out on the way. Like Joshua Tree. Yeah,
you didn't like Joshua Tree. No, Joshua Tree is mid.
I didn't really like it, very mid Joshua Tree. That's

(01:03:17):
what the Chamber of Commerce says, welcome to. They're better
places to go. It's over hyped. Some people don't like
it when I say that, but I'm like, it's not
a fan of cack Die or the Joshua Tree. And
then there's just one tree, just one tree, one tree.
But they jo everywhere. Oh they cloned the tree.

Speaker 1 (01:03:33):
They did.

Speaker 5 (01:03:34):
There's so many bugs and like they're bugs in the
woods in the forest two or whatever. But like the
Joshua Tree, ones are different. It's ship beetles everywhere.

Speaker 2 (01:03:41):
Just but when you were there, pretty comfortable in that
Toyota Highlander, right, and the beatles aren't getting inside the

Speaker 1 (01:03:56):
Highlander, Valentine in the morning.

Speaker 2 (01:03:58):
All right, weather today, nice sun, temps sixties mid seventies,
fifty four Hawthorn fifty one, Westlake. Jill's got the entertainment
headlines coming up.

Speaker 6 (01:04:05):
Saturday Night Live has announced three upcoming hosts, and one
of them just want an oscar.

Speaker 7 (01:04:10):
I'll tell you who she is coming up at eight fifty.

Speaker 2 (01:04:12):
Sarah, there you are at a bachelor at party. The
bride is on the floor, she's doing intimate dancing. She's
doing very questionable dancing in your eyes. Do you say
something to the groom? Do you grab her off the floor,
what do you do?

Speaker 16 (01:04:25):
Well?

Speaker 13 (01:04:25):
I just have an issue with the whole idea of
like everyone thinking that because it's a bachelor or bachelorette
party that that's excused. I'd probably talk to her for sure,
because that, uh, the whole point getting married is you
saying like I'm done with all this, So like if
you're doing that when you're with a guy, like when

(01:04:46):
you're just dating, would you consider that cheating? Yes or no?
Then then it would be cheating on your bachelorette party,
like right, yeah, I don't know.

Speaker 2 (01:04:53):
Yeah, society standards are different for everybody. Of course, it
wasn't that way for me. I went out to dinner
with my dad for my bachelor party. That's why they
want to throw me. Oh cute, No, thank you, that's
so cute. That's all I get about you. I love
it that Valentine. Oh so cute.

Speaker 13 (01:05:09):
Oh no, never sweet though. It doesn't need to be
anything crazy, right, but yeah, it does depend on No.

Speaker 2 (01:05:15):
Dad hit up a barby bar on his own afterwards.
He just he was in Dallas, and my dad's like
went in Dallas. You know, I don't know. That's not true,
but it was. It was sweet, was right for me
and my wife just went out dinner with her friends.
That's what I was told. Anyway, is no evidence.

Speaker 13 (01:05:32):
I feel like that's true. I like, Lani would do that.

Speaker 2 (01:05:36):
Find my iPhone back then? Yeah you know her? Well, okay, gotcha. Yeah,
but I think everybody kind of has her own thing,
and society has changed in standards, in respect. There is
a lot of people that see the bachelor batchet parties
as last chance summer dance and off you go. But
you would say something to her? Would you say something
to the groom?

Speaker 13 (01:05:54):
Which one, Well, I don't know her relationship with the grooms,
I don't I don't know all about all that, but
I would talk to her definitely, Like if he was
here with you, he'd be okay with that. I also
have a thing with people that like if they're if
they're in that relationship and they're kind of open about
things and you do you but like if they're not,
then like then they're the most trustworthy person.

Speaker 1 (01:06:16):
Right if they talked.

Speaker 2 (01:06:17):
About it ahead of time. I said, we're open, this
is us, You're like, all right, this is us. That's
your deal. Otherwise you're totally fine.

Speaker 13 (01:06:24):
Not my relationship, but totally fine.

Speaker 2 (01:06:26):
Yeah, not your circus, not your monkeys.

Speaker 16 (01:06:27):
I get all right, Thanks er, thank you, all right.

Speaker 2 (01:06:31):
Take care bye eight six six five four four of
my Heye, Claudia, good morning, Hey, good morning. What do
you think would you say something to the bride of
the groom about what you were what you were seeing
on the dance floor?

Speaker 17 (01:06:43):
I will not.

Speaker 2 (01:06:44):
You will not take it to the grade.

Speaker 17 (01:06:46):
Nope, I will let her have fun, enjoy your night.
Everybody's having fun. Just keep it to yourself and do
not say anything.

Speaker 2 (01:06:53):
Oh you are totally What happens stays in Vegas, that person, right, Ford, exactly,
that pisode.

Speaker 6 (01:06:59):
A lot of people agree with you on the text line.
You know, mind your business, stay out of it, especially
if it's just dancing.

Speaker 1 (01:07:05):
Move on like you are.

Speaker 7 (01:07:08):
You were saying what the text line is saying as well,
Claudia exactly.

Speaker 17 (01:07:11):
I mean it's it's not a big deal, like people
need to loosen up a little bit, have fun, and
that's what it's about. I mean, come on, but can
you dance?

Speaker 6 (01:07:22):
Can you dance, loosen up and have fun without getting
too intimate on the dance floor?

Speaker 17 (01:07:29):
Of course, yeah, you know there is, but I mean
they were the guy.

Speaker 2 (01:07:36):
There's a there's a saying. It goes no fabric between
he didn't touch the teeny exactly, no fabric between me.
I mean, I'm sorry, fabric between he didn't touch the teeny.
That's what it doesn't say, fabric between e you didn't
touch the teeny. Okay, there's a barrier between the two
people fabric between. He didn't touch the teen. It's actually

(01:08:01):
a different word, but I said ten appointments, get it
fab between, he didn't touch them. I didn't know either
of those phrases, to be honest, but hey, well now
you know that's a good one. It's not for me.
I would not want to find out that my wife
was doing that. It's just not for our relationship. I
don't think i'd say anything, you know, I'm like, that's
their business man, your business, Yeah, because can of worms

(01:08:23):
doing that stuff getting in there, you know.

Speaker 17 (01:08:25):
I mean, you know who you're marrying, so you know
that person you're going to marry likes to have fun,
then there shouldn't be any anyone saying anything.

Speaker 2 (01:08:35):
No, And you, honestly, you probably shouldn't be surprised, like
I'm surprised at Texter or the person of DMS you
said this, because quite often you know your friends and
quite often you know what type of people do that. Like,
we can all think of a person right now that
would probably be that person, you know what I mean?

Speaker 5 (01:08:50):
And I think you also have to ask yourself, like
why are you even considering telling the grim? Is it
really to protect him or Is it just because you
want to see what happens when you put it out there?

Speaker 2 (01:08:59):
You want to be an anarchis and just cause a problem?

Speaker 4 (01:09:01):
Right?

Speaker 2 (01:09:01):
Are you really worried for his relationship deeper? Looking to yourself?

Speaker 4 (01:09:04):
Right?

Speaker 2 (01:09:04):
Ask that question? But I don't think. But now listen,
if anybody ever saw my wife out there doing that
fabric between.

Speaker 4 (01:09:11):
You or not?

Speaker 2 (01:09:11):
I want to know. So you don't know, you you
tell me, Claudia, you call me if you see her
doing some of the guy chick fil ay. All right,
thanks for calling it, Claudia. You have a great day,
you two, Thank you? Okay, bye? Did you figure it out?
Would you say something about yourself?

Speaker 6 (01:09:27):
I would definitely say something to the bride, right, just
making sure the groom's okay with this?

Speaker 7 (01:09:33):
Are you okay with this?

Speaker 2 (01:09:35):
Like you must be like fun? I'm picturing you go
down the dance floor. Hey, are you okay with this?
Is the groom okay with this? Are you keeping fabric
between you? So you know?

Speaker 6 (01:09:44):
Touch to Teenye, I'm pulling her by her arm off
the dance floor like that. Then you're asking you, look,
let's let's chat.

Speaker 2 (01:09:52):
Fun times with Jill. We took chill to Vegas for
her twenty first birthday.

Speaker 7 (01:09:56):
Yes, you did, and that was so fun.

Speaker 2 (01:09:59):
My wife and I and some other friends took her there.
And that still says, that's so fun. What did that look?

Speaker 16 (01:10:03):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (01:10:04):
We did laser tag. Yeah, so much fun. Here's mindless,
sorry's flowers.

Speaker 7 (01:10:09):
We were good.

Speaker 6 (01:10:17):
Is there a code when it comes to bachelorette parties?
We're getting a lot of texts at three one oh
four three. This text says, I don't know if I
would necessarily tell the partner what happened on the trip,
but I would definitely keep the bride.

Speaker 7 (01:10:28):
From doing something she's going to regret later.

Speaker 2 (01:10:30):
I feel like, if you go to Vegas, there's gonna
be something that somebody's not going to talk about, you know.
I don't think so oh, I don't know. You go
to Vegas, something's going to happen for a bachelor bacherette party.
I feel like something always to in Vegas. And to
be honest, there's nothing I can think of that I
wouldn't be able to tell their partner. Yeah, but we
don't trust you. We think you're hiding it. That's all right.

(01:10:51):
I can't convince everybody, but I've been to like five
or six in Vegas and nothing bad happens.

Speaker 7 (01:10:56):
I would tell the groom that nobody.

Speaker 2 (01:10:58):
Danced on top of somebody. No, nobody popped out of something.
I think it just depends on your friend group.

Speaker 5 (01:11:03):
If you're one of those friend groups that get into
some stuff like that, yeah, that's gonna happen.

Speaker 2 (01:11:06):
But uh huh, let me ask you when you had yours? Yeah,
did Mickey dance? Mickey dance for you?

Speaker 7 (01:11:14):
Mickey did not dance.

Speaker 2 (01:11:15):
Mickey didn't dance, didn't any.

Speaker 5 (01:11:16):
Dance parade was going on, and not even a little
shake of a hips from Mickey?

Speaker 4 (01:11:20):
Uh huh?

Speaker 2 (01:11:21):
And would your husband be okay with that if you
found out that you and Mickey were doing a little dance.

Speaker 7 (01:11:25):
My husband would definitely be okay if dancing with Mickey.

Speaker 2 (01:11:28):
But if you were dancing with Minni, would it be
okay with that?

Speaker 7 (01:11:30):
He'd be totally fine with that too.

Speaker 1 (01:11:32):
Yeah.

Speaker 6 (01:11:33):
Yeah, No, I honestly can say every bachelorette party that
I've been to over the years, there has not been
one thing that I found questionable or that I would
want to hide from anyone.

Speaker 2 (01:11:47):
Yeah, I just wouldn't tell. I wouldn't tell. Now, listen,
if somebody does something to me in my marriage or whatever,
you better tell me something, whatever. But I just sudden
like I'm I get involved. Yeah, you know, And so
many times we're just like that in society. We see
something you know, I got, I'm not say nothing about that.
I think the truth comes out eventually.

Speaker 5 (01:12:03):
Yeah, if it does, usually right with someone that is
going to consistently break your trust, then that's not the
only time that's going to happen.

Speaker 2 (01:12:08):
It's gonna happen. I've also seen that truth come out
like twenty years later, and people like I just wasted
twenty years and finally the truth rises to the top.
You know, it took twenty years. Could the truth come
out a little bit sooner so I could have moved
on with my life or something like that.

Speaker 7 (01:12:20):
I think I would want to know.

Speaker 6 (01:12:21):
Like if it was reversed and my husband was on
his bachelor party and he was intimately dancing with women, I.

Speaker 7 (01:12:29):
Would feel so bad. I would hate that. And I
know it's just dancing, but to me, I would hate it.

Speaker 2 (01:12:34):
Well, it's dancing, but when you're putting bodies against bodies,
even if there is fabric between me, Yeah, no touch
of the teeny yess saying even that there's still I mean,
people have their different rules, regulations, whatever, so it's all
your own moral compass, I guess in the end like that,
but it would be tough to say something.

Speaker 6 (01:12:49):
This text says, check your moral high compass at the door, Jill,
she's only dancing.

Speaker 2 (01:12:56):
Somebody else said, but then conversely vow that expression just
sounds inappropriate talking about there.

Speaker 9 (01:13:01):
One O four to three my FM, here's what's coming
up an entertainment headline.

Speaker 2 (01:13:06):
This textas came in. How's Brian feeling? By the way, Oh,
he's at home. He's got the scoots.

Speaker 6 (01:13:12):
A movie that was never going to see the light
of day is actually going to be released in theaters
hopefully next year.

Speaker 7 (01:13:20):
I'll tell you the film right after traffic.

Speaker 1 (01:13:22):

(01:13:48):
a while about this Coyote Versus Acme movie. It's a
mix of animation and live action, starring Will Forte and
John Cena. It was made tested well at screenings, but
was never We're going to be released allegedly because of
changes over at Warner Brothers. But now apparently Warner Brothers
is negotiating to sell the movie to Catchup Entertainment for

(01:14:11):
approximately fifty million dollars, and if this sale goes through,
Catchup plans to release it in theaters next year, so
we could possibly see Coyote Versus Acme?

Speaker 7 (01:14:22):
After all, I'm Jill with their entertainment headline?

Speaker 2 (01:14:25):
What else is a ketchup entertainment done? Who else are
they worked with?

Speaker 7 (01:14:27):

We're talking in the eighties. Wow, isn't that crazy? Today
goes from zero to sixty just like that.

Speaker 7 (01:15:14):
It's going to be really beautiful today though.

Speaker 2 (01:15:16):
And Jill had said the other day how sometimes this
weather change can bring on colds of people or some
type of upper respiratory infections stuff like that. Brian Burton,
our producer, he's out sick the past two days. Wow, yep, different,
it's not upper respiratory, it's lower respiratory, food poisoning. He's
got the spirit day, he's got the scoots.

Speaker 7 (01:15:36):
We all learned the new term today in a.

Speaker 2 (01:15:37):
Much better term.

Speaker 7 (01:15:38):
By the way, I love it so much.

Speaker 2 (01:15:40):
But dogs do that too, They scoot their butt across
the floor sometimes. Where that comes from, I don't know.
I got it from Ireland growing up. But they would
call that when you had to run to the restroom
and you're in there for some bad stuff, they call
that the Scoots Classic.

Speaker 7 (01:15:53):
How much more cute?

Speaker 2 (01:15:54):
Isn't that nice?

Speaker 7 (01:15:55):
Yeah? Yeah, I'm gonna start using that from now on.

Speaker 2 (01:15:57):
Okay, how often you think you'll use it? This is
too much. It's keep nine. It's valenced out of the morning.
Even there are points when I go, I've gone too far,
and I think that's a learning experience for me.

Speaker 7 (01:16:09):
We're all learning here.

Speaker 2 (01:16:10):
Yeah, just like, all right, that's too much. Nobody cares.

He was like two rows back, just put his glove off.
Didn't look like Max was gonna catch it anyway. Yeah,

(01:17:34):
Rodney got it, then shoved it behind his back like
didn't shot nothing, I didn't do nothing. John's got the

can't wait. From the fight out we were saying the
scoots in the air, it's just such a fun word
and it was a word that was part of my childhood,
you know, with my mom and dad growing up in
Ireland and stuff like that. It's just a full little word.

Speaker 7 (01:18:38):
Yeah, I mean that's better than the alternative, yes, exactly.

Speaker 2 (01:18:41):
And you've adopted the word. Now, you're very excited for
me to use it every day, trying to use it
in her daily light.

Speaker 1 (01:18:46):
Yeah, one O four to three my SM Entertainment headlines.

Speaker 6 (01:18:50):
Monday night at our iHeartRadio Music Awards, Mariah Carey was
honored with the Icon Award, and before she came to
the stage to accept her award, grabb me win her
Money Long and Tory Kelly, saying two of her biggest hits.
And that's got to be so hard with Mariah sitting
right there and you both ladies did such an amazing job.
Here's Moneylong singing we belong together.

Speaker 2 (01:19:14):
A lot, and Moneylong and Tory both have such different voices, yes,
and different musical styles, but they both absolutely nail it.
If you didn't hear it all back, check it out
on Hulu because it's great.

Speaker 4 (01:19:31):
Yeah.

Speaker 6 (01:19:31):
Well, Money said that it was Mariah Carey who was
the one that asked her to sing really during the award.

Speaker 7 (01:19:37):
Showing during the tributes.

Speaker 6 (01:19:39):
Because Money posted this video, she said, you thought I
chose to get on TV and singer Mariah Carey song.

Speaker 7 (01:19:44):
You thought that was my choice? She said, why would
I do that?

Speaker 6 (01:19:47):
Nobody sing Mariah songs like Mariah nobody, so you can
watch it back on Hulu and you can see for
yourself why Mariah asked her to perform.

Speaker 2 (01:19:56):
Most people choose to sing those songs in the comfort
of their own homes, in their own shower, asked Mariah's permission.
At one point, she was like, ma can I think
did you see? I'm sorry?

Speaker 6 (01:20:05):
It was so cool to look over and see Mariah
watching her on stage.

Speaker 2 (01:20:10):
She's loving it. And then you saw Mariah walk right
past us, and you saw me get up and say
hi to Mariah.

Speaker 7 (01:20:16):
Yes, and she said hello back to you.

Speaker 2 (01:20:18):
She did is very sweet. I think she remembered me
from past interviews and stuff. But then Laura, our social
media director, is getting video of this, and then Laura
did me dirty. Laura zooms in on my face like
after I bumped into Mariah, and I'm going like her,
maur me, I look like something like I got bit
by a jellyfish in the face or something.

Speaker 12 (01:20:38):
It's the funniest, like a thing, just in disbelief, but
also trying to look cool. Angle that I'm almost underneath him,
like it's just.

Speaker 2 (01:20:48):
The whole video it's not goodless did you take it down?
I know it was up for a little bit. Somebody
regrammed it the no, the story was unavailable. You took
it down, didn't you? You feel bad for me? Didn't you?

Speaker 11 (01:21:02):
About a minute and we showed it Ronnie and he
was like, no, check it down.

Speaker 5 (01:21:08):
I feel like that's that would be all of our
faces if Mariah, yeah, said she assumed.

Speaker 11 (01:21:13):
I was also in or of what was going on
to the situation.

Speaker 7 (01:21:16):
I feel like none of us see what was going on,
know what it is.

Speaker 2 (01:21:18):
It's kind of like when you do a group photo
and you look at how great you look right and
look at nobody else. So she looked at how great
Mariah looked, and she did didn't look at me. Riah
walks past looking amazing, and then I'm like.

Speaker 7 (01:21:32):
You posted no, okay, I'm chill with her tivid headline.

Speaker 2 (01:21:38):
Thank you for your show.

Speaker 1 (01:21:38):
Thank you for your show.

Speaker 2 (01:21:39):
John, thank you for your show, your show, Laura, thank
you for your show.

Speaker 7 (01:21:42):
Thank you show.

Speaker 2 (01:21:42):
Michael Pullman in New York City, thank you for your show.
And Italia Press, thank you for your show as well.
We get a final check that morning traffic Lisa Fox
coming on next. What do we got?

Speaker 15 (01:21:51):
So two big rings got into a crash in Diamond
Bar sixty east just before Lemon
