Speaker 2 (00:03):
Replay Welcome to the breakfast table a Valentine in the Morning.
Speaker 3 (00:05):
I laughed heartily.
Speaker 1 (00:06):
Oh my God, help us respectful to say I love you.
Speaker 3 (00:09):
The full show podcast starts right.
Speaker 2 (00:11):
Now, starting on the show Friday morning. Good morning, Jill,
How are you good morning?
Speaker 4 (00:15):
Doing well?
Speaker 5 (00:15):
Thanks?
Speaker 2 (00:16):
Yeah? Yeah, okay?
Speaker 4 (00:18):
Being fine?
Speaker 2 (00:19):
Yeah? Anything you want to share?
Speaker 4 (00:21):
No, there's nothing I want to share.
Speaker 2 (00:23):
Well, you know what. I'm sorry. That's what our show
is all about, sharing and carriage.
Speaker 4 (00:28):
Nothing to share this morning.
Speaker 2 (00:29):
No updates, no updates, No, Yeah, when do we are
you guys?
Speaker 6 (00:33):
Like?
Speaker 2 (00:33):
Still, how do I say this about getting in trouble.
Speaker 6 (00:37):
We are waiting to receive test results back before anything else, waiting.
Speaker 2 (00:43):
To receive the grace of God to come down and
provide a baby for my womb.
Speaker 4 (00:46):
Step two. We'll begin once we get results back.
Speaker 2 (00:49):
Yeah, but you could still there's nothing so you can't
naturally have a child, right, it might be hard. Oh yeah,
we don't know, right, it just might take sure. You
might not need IBF. You might up having a baby naturally,
like you know, just could happen. That happens to some people.
Speaker 4 (01:03):
It definitely could we're not ruling it out.
Speaker 2 (01:06):
I do want to tell you, I don't know how
many kids that you and Jeff planning to have. I
know some people put two in when they do IVF,
et cetera, blah blah. I cannot tell you how many
people I know, just because I don't have the count.
But I cannot tell you how many people I know
they did IVF and then afterwards got pregnant had another
(01:27):
child naturally m and the thought process was you'd revved
up there the ladies' hormones and revved up the engines
so much or something like that. I don't know, but
it happens a lot.
Speaker 6 (01:38):
I've received quite a few messages from people who said,
I did IVF and then we got pregnant on our
own right after at that m H.
Speaker 2 (01:45):
So they had the IVF kids and then another kid. Yes, wow, okay, yeah,
just thrown it out there.
Speaker 6 (01:52):
We'd love to have more than one. If we end
up just having one, that's fine, but we'd love to
have more.
Speaker 1 (01:58):
So when you do IVF, can't you, I pathetically like,
choose the gender? Oh did that really?
Speaker 2 (02:04):
Yeah?
Speaker 4 (02:05):
You can you can't?
Speaker 1 (02:06):
Is that something you would be interested in doing?
Speaker 3 (02:08):
No?
Speaker 1 (02:08):
I think that's so interesting.
Speaker 4 (02:09):
That's gonna sound so dumb right now. But can't I
just can we just see what happened totally?
Speaker 2 (02:14):
You can't, Okay, Yeah, I didn't do that. Well that's
what happened.
Speaker 4 (02:18):
Yeah, that's fine.
Speaker 2 (02:19):
That's what they can tell. I don't think they have
to do anything, John, I think they just tell, Oh,
they just know. Yeah.
Speaker 6 (02:24):
So then you get and you decide I want the
girl Everyoh maybe, But.
Speaker 2 (02:29):
He's right, you can't actually make a decision. But listen,
we're speaking about a lot of stuff that none of
us are well versed in. John, how are you this morning?
I'm pretty good.
Speaker 1 (02:38):
I had to buy a new suit last night, and
I don't remember the last time I had to buy
a suit because I don't really wear them that much.
But I have a wedding to go to this weekend,
and literally none of my suits fit right now.
Speaker 2 (02:49):
Five hundred.
Speaker 1 (02:50):
No, it was not that bad, thank god. I go
to like H and M. But two fifty fifty even
for me, I'm like, oh, yeah, because you.
Speaker 2 (02:57):
Like to wear it that often. No, I'm maybe one
problem with suits too. As you get older as a man,
and you may not have this problem, but for me,
I would buy really nice suits and I didn't wear
them that often. But I buy some nice suits. Then
I put on a weight, I lose weight. I put
on a way, and there's only so much you can do,
Like you can take something in, but you really can't
take it out that much when you put the weight on,
not at all.
Speaker 1 (03:16):
Yeah, it's exact issues. So I was like, I forgot
how expensive those are.
Speaker 2 (03:20):
Yeah, they can be, they really can be. All right.
It is Valence in the Morning, starting the showing a
Friday morning.
Speaker 3 (03:24):
Good morning, one four three.
Speaker 2 (03:29):
Today on Valentine in the morning, we have Adam Levine
stopping by after eight o'clock now in charge of the music.
My DJ friend John Camuch. Look at this guy go,
(03:52):
he's so stoked. Hair is perfect.
Speaker 1 (03:54):
I'm not done.
Speaker 2 (03:55):
Oh how this guy go? Huh have you done that?
Speaker 1 (04:03):
I mean, how long are you gonna give me?
Speaker 2 (04:04):
You know? Yeah? Wait, he's so staked. Adam Levine in
the studio after eight o'clock this morning. I'd you got
any questions for him that we can slide in, just
you know, hop into our text line there three one
oh four to three. There's a trend that's going around
that we didn't jump on and we were kind of
ahead of it. A little bit of me regrets it,
(04:24):
so I'll give you guys full credit. But I see
everybody doing the good night I love you things with
their buddies, all the boys calling their boys. A man
just calling you up to say good night, all right,
love you have a good sleep. I watch Thomas Raett
doing it the other day.
Speaker 1 (04:40):
Oh okay.
Speaker 2 (04:41):
He couldn't fool anybody because he kept cracking up laughing
and his wife is getting mad, like, why are you laughing?
The trend was someone's filming you, so you have a
video proof of this. The trend was late at night,
call up your buddy, and you know it would go
a little something like this.
Speaker 1 (04:55):
Hey Valentine, Hey, hey man, how was your day?
Speaker 2 (04:59):
Good? Who's this John?
Speaker 3 (05:00):
Yeah?
Speaker 1 (05:00):
It's John Man. I was just I was just calm
to say good night.
Speaker 2 (05:03):
All right, hey, thanks man, set dreams. Buddy. You all right?
Speaker 1 (05:08):
I love you?
Speaker 2 (05:09):
What's going on? What are we doing?
Speaker 1 (05:11):
Should I check you in?
Speaker 2 (05:12):
No? But I appreciate it, appreciate the good night man.
Thank you.
Speaker 1 (05:16):
No proble man, don't let the bed bugs bite all right.
Speaker 2 (05:19):
I'll check you later, man, Love you it's a radio guys.
Speaker 1 (05:24):
I said, I love you, and there you go.
Speaker 6 (05:26):
I've seen a little twist on it now where people
are filming their parents. So let's say I'm filming my
mom who is divorced.
Speaker 4 (05:34):
From my dad and they've been separated for twenty years.
Speaker 6 (05:37):
No, no, no, just like, oh my god, they're not divorced.
Speaker 4 (05:40):
I'm just saying. With the videos i've seen, they.
Speaker 6 (05:43):
Will call their ex ex husband who they haven't spoken
to year.
Speaker 2 (05:49):
No.
Speaker 6 (05:49):
It's so sweet because with everyone I've seen, they will
be like, are you sure that you meant to call
me always? And they're like, yeah, we I just want
to say good night, and he's like, good night, how
are you? And they have this very nice back and forth,
right at least in the videos i've.
Speaker 2 (06:05):
Seen, right, the ones where the person's like I'm gonna
kill you. Yeah, calling your ex and saying good night
to them?
Speaker 4 (06:11):
Oh I couldn't. I couldn't to any of my exes.
Speaker 2 (06:14):
I could you imagine?
Speaker 4 (06:15):
No, thank you.
Speaker 2 (06:16):
Calling them up? Yeah, we should try that bit. You're right, Jill,
that's a good bit. Exit. Yeah, let's all call our
exes and say good night to them on the air.
Speaker 4 (06:24):
I don't know their numbers.
Speaker 1 (06:25):
I probably wouldn't answer one.
Speaker 2 (06:27):
Four three, my family, it is valence Ot in the morning.
Would you guys like to try something early this morning?
Speaker 4 (06:33):
Okay?
Speaker 2 (06:33):
I feel like people who listen to this hour you
miss out sometimes in big prizes because the people management
go I have you put the big prizes when the
most people are listening, and the most people are listening,
you know, seven eight o'clock. You know, maybe six thirty
or seven, but you know, not in the five o'clock hour.
Would it be crazy to do second Chance prom now?
Like I don't know now or a few minutes from now?
Speaker 1 (06:55):
Right, I said, let's do it early. Bird is supposed
to get the worms, right sometime they got their worm.
Speaker 2 (06:59):
I feel like you guys need to be taken care
of as well. We do little prizes and stuff, but
second chance prom is a pretty big prize. So we'll
do that, like fifteen minutes or so, second Chance prom
you can win right here on Valencie in the morning.
Speaker 3 (07:12):
One o four to three. My SM entertainment headlines.
Speaker 6 (07:16):
Renees Eliger isn't quite done with Bridget Jones after the
latest movie Matt about the Boy. She's hoping that there
is more stories to tell. Renee said, my understanding was
that this was kind of it, but I keep my
fingers crossed that the creator of Bridget Jones might want
to share some more of her experiences through the world
of Bridget. So Renees Zelwiger definitely up for more Bridget
(07:38):
Jones movies.
Speaker 4 (07:39):
And Jeffrey Dean Morgan. He plays Megan in The Walking
Dead and he's a.
Speaker 6 (07:44):
Girl dad and his seven year old daughter is never
far from his mind. He told People Magazine on his
backpack that he carries everywhere.
Speaker 3 (07:52):
He has a.
Speaker 6 (07:53):
Stuffed animal that she tied on there like three years ago,
and he said he always has bracelets on that she
made him, and colorful kid necklaces as well. I'm Jill
with their entertainment headlines on Valentine in the Morning, one.
Speaker 2 (08:07):
Of four three my family, It is Valentine in the Morning, Friday.
You made it to the weekend. Congrats, so you guys
have a great weekend. I'm not even sure what I'm doing. Oh,
I have soccer. Soccer. It was the dumbest statement ever.
Speaker 4 (08:17):
And it's Father's Day.
Speaker 2 (08:18):
Yeah yeah, yeah, but I have soccer.
Speaker 6 (08:20):
A soccer filled Father's Day exactly, right, exactly.
Speaker 2 (08:23):
It'll be like four games, I think this weekend. I know,
I hate that. I hope they get all the subs
they need because when you have a kid that plays
you know, sports, and they don't have enough team members
and your kids playing four games, it's a lot.
Speaker 4 (08:35):
Are the games close to the house at least?
Speaker 2 (08:37):
No, they're in Guam, yeah, some other US territory or
something like that. It's always far away with my stuff. Yeah.
Speaker 6 (08:44):
But yeah, drove by one of the fields that you
talk about a lot.
Speaker 2 (08:48):
Yeah.
Speaker 6 (08:49):
I had to take a weird way somewhere and I
passed by it and I'm like, oh man, that's far's far.
Speaker 2 (08:56):
From my house, right exactly? Not far from you. Yeah,
if you have a baby that play soccer, you'll be
all set.
Speaker 4 (09:01):
Okay, cool?
Speaker 2 (09:02):
Yeah, and uh, if your kid wants to play soccer,
let me get to them early so I can really,
you know, influence them.
Speaker 4 (09:09):
Okay with your soccer skills.
Speaker 2 (09:11):
Yes, mad skills because my kid came to it late.
But oh man, if you give me a little baby,
oh that's gonna be like give me all said, I'll
like kid playing in the Premier League, John, Hey you do, Bud.
Speaker 1 (09:22):
I'm feeling pretty good, man. I'm excited for the weekend.
I gotta let down that grill. I have taken out
the grill like six times.
Speaker 2 (09:27):
What you made for heatas the other night, right, the
Blackstone he.
Speaker 1 (09:30):
Was our breakthrough night. That was our very first time
using the Blackstone grill. Okay, trying different things out there?
Speaker 2 (09:37):
How did they come out? Got so good? Really?
Speaker 1 (09:39):
And from what I've heard, the more you use it,
the better the things taste because all that flavor kind
of bakes into the grill.
Speaker 2 (09:46):
Does that make anybody nervous when they say that same
thing with like you know those pans they call the
castler and pans, Right, it's flavored, it's seasoned. I'm like, yeah,
it's old, it's old food. Something about its weird out food. Yeah, no,
I get it, And people do say that, but something
weirds me out about that.
Speaker 1 (10:03):
Well, you're gonna suffer in the flavor department because of it.
Speaker 6 (10:05):
You know.
Speaker 2 (10:05):
I'm so sorry. So you make fidosos came out great?
You get a wedding this weekend.
Speaker 1 (10:10):
Wedding this weekend?
Speaker 2 (10:10):
Who's getting married?
Speaker 1 (10:11):
One of my friends used to work here, Dieheart. Actually
her name is Jackie. She hasn't worked here for a
couple Now she works for In and Out Corporate. Interesting
because the other day you were talking about how in
and Out has the most satisfied employees. Yeah, she's worked
her whole life. She loved in and Out working there,
and now she works for corporate.
Speaker 2 (10:26):
What did did you hear promotions?
Speaker 1 (10:28):
She did promotions before.
Speaker 2 (10:29):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (10:29):
You get a picture of her somewhere, I'm sure. Okay, Yeah, there.
Speaker 2 (10:33):
Was somebody the other day said they had worked here
like back in the day. Yeah, and I'm like, oh,
you didn't. I would have known you You.
Speaker 1 (10:42):
Think you know every single person that's worked here through
the years.
Speaker 2 (10:45):
I worked here for so long, an iHeart like in
this building, if you worked in this building, I would
have known.
Speaker 1 (10:50):
I don't think you know everyone that works here today.
Speaker 2 (10:55):
Second chance problem. Let's go all the bored baby for
the second chance prom One. We're three by fam It
is Valentine in the morning. We have a new music Friday. John,
how's your Friday look today?
Speaker 1 (11:07):
Ooh that's a great question. I'm still deciding between our
last few.
Speaker 2 (11:11):
But John, We're like, he does five minutes to you
doing these songs on the airh Man, you gotta feel it.
Speaker 4 (11:17):
Out, he's gonna go in the other room.
Speaker 6 (11:18):
He's gonna blast them all, he's gonna feel the vibes,
and then he's gonna pick us three.
Speaker 2 (11:22):
That makes me feel like he didn't do his homework
last night.
Speaker 1 (11:24):
No, he did too much homework. He has so many
And you're way to the veriest silence that I'm never
gonna turn in.
Speaker 2 (11:30):
So you're waiting to the very last second to get
out the award. Yeah, what if the Grammys or Oscars
did that? Now I'm in the back room.
Speaker 1 (11:38):
You don't know who wins until the very last second.
Speaker 2 (11:40):
No, you don't know, but they know, do they? Yes,
it's in an envelope, John, Yeah, that they wrote backstage right,
nobody wrote it. Backstage has been designed for like weeks.
Speaker 1 (11:50):
Maybe we don't know. We do know, John, Nope, No
one knows except the Grammys.
Speaker 2 (11:55):
I'm a member of the Academy, John, And.
Speaker 1 (11:57):
You vote, Yes, you don't know who wins though.
Speaker 2 (11:59):
You just cast your vote, and I know how the
process works. Do you want to go in the other
room and you can cast your vote? Do you want
to go in the other room, John, Yeah's gonna be conversation. Wow,
it's all yours. Jill. No, Hey, what happened to you
running the controls? Remember we talked about that yesterday?
Speaker 4 (12:14):
Oh yeah, that's right.
Speaker 2 (12:17):
Did we try that next?
Speaker 5 (12:18):
No?
Speaker 4 (12:18):
You know, I I know, I can't.
Speaker 2 (12:22):
You were like so proud of yourself, like I could
run all the controls.
Speaker 4 (12:25):
I honestly could.
Speaker 6 (12:27):
It's definitely not gonna be anywhere near how fast you
are or how like, you know, how everything.
Speaker 4 (12:33):
Sounds so seamless.
Speaker 6 (12:35):
There's gonna be a lot of little hiccups with me
because I haven't done it in a very long time.
Speaker 4 (12:39):
But I don't mind trying.
Speaker 2 (12:40):
I love it. I love it. Eiggs, here we go. Okay,
get ready, got some fun stuff come your way. Next
one O four to three MYFM one of four three
found that in the morning, just learned something about my
friend Jill that he didn't know before. Jordan. He's been
filling it for Brian as producer and doing a great job.
She also works at like Jersey Mikes, right answer all
(13:01):
shouting out Jersey Mics. I'm like, oh, yeah, it's the
number six, and he goes, yeah, the number six. That's great.
And I'm like, yeah, I get that mini number six
and she's like yeah, Mini is like the perfect size.
This is what Jordan says. She works, Mini's a perfect size, right,
and I go, now, I have gotten a regular in
the past. I've been a bit crazy and stuff like that,
but Mini kind of nails a deal. And then Laura's
talking about what she gets and John says his and
(13:23):
Jill just goes, I get a.
Speaker 4 (13:26):
Giant every time, I will order a giant.
Speaker 1 (13:30):
Okay, Jill, you finish a giant?
Speaker 2 (13:32):
Yes, dude, what are you a construction worker? Where's it going?
Speaker 4 (13:38):
Let me tell you this.
Speaker 6 (13:40):
I do gluten free bread, okay, because I have a
gluten allergy. Right, It's very thick, so I take off
the top portion of the bread.
Speaker 4 (13:48):
So it's not a whole lot of sandwich. It's just four.
Speaker 2 (13:52):
Little sandwich, four different sandwiches.
Speaker 1 (13:56):
But you take off fun of the entire thing.
Speaker 2 (13:58):
She cuts it or something coop out of it probably
or something. You know.
Speaker 6 (14:01):
They just they cut it in force for right, and
then I just take off the top portion of the
butt and then I eat it like a pizza.
Speaker 2 (14:07):
Okay, what did you do the rest of the bund I.
Speaker 4 (14:10):
Usually just tear it up and feed it to the birds.
Speaker 2 (14:13):
Okay, Oh, the birds are guten free. Oh god, these
poor birds are suffering because of her. Celiac does ease.
Speaker 4 (14:19):
Wow, but I always get a giant.
Speaker 2 (14:21):
Dude, I'm sorry. That's still an chips and a drink frowing.
That's still a lot of food. Where's it going you?
Speaker 4 (14:28):
I love Jersey Mikes. Thank you so much.
Speaker 2 (14:30):
Wow a giant.
Speaker 1 (14:32):
That's impressive.
Speaker 2 (14:33):
Listen. I only met like two of the people who
get giants. A Jersey mix no right hand, the guy
I don't know. I get minis, my wife gets minis,
my kids gets a regular maybe or something like that. No,
they're not. The minies are perfectly filling.
Speaker 1 (14:45):
I play this little game with myself, like when I
get a giant, I intend on saving half for later.
But every time I get it, I play this game
where I'm like, oh, this is the day. Maybe I
can finish a giant.
Speaker 2 (14:53):
And you've never finished a finished a giant, Well, you're
sitting next to one who has. How about that your
special thank you?
Speaker 4 (15:01):
Yeah, it's delicious.
Speaker 2 (15:02):
It was a construction worker I met in ninety eight.
He had finished a giant once and then there was
somebody else who.
Speaker 1 (15:10):
The original Mike.
Speaker 2 (15:11):
Oh, Chris Christy. He told me finished one one time
and now wow.
Speaker 4 (15:15):
Yeah, look at that.
Speaker 2 (15:17):
That's amazing. Thank you, very proud of you. All right,
launched and new music. We're a little late here after
all our talk about Jersey Mikes. It should be endorsing
the show at any moment. Now, first, sip, let me
throw this one at you. Have you made mistakes in
your past? I think we all have, right, Sometimes they
weigh down upon your shoulders. No, some mistakes so you
(15:37):
feel like they just don't go away. Well, whatever happened
in the past truly is the past. You can't change it.
You can't change mistakes you made. Now you can learn
from them. You can do better in the future, of course,
But whatever happened in the past is the past. We
can't change it. If somebody wronged you, if somebody did
something to you in the past, broke your heart, let
(15:58):
you down, whatever it is, it's tough to forgive sometimes, right,
But the past is the past. Doesn't mean it has
to be your future. But we eventually have to understand
that we can't change what has happened. We could only
change where we go from here. That can be difficult sometimes,
(16:25):
but keep it in mind, and if you want to
have if you want to have that jumbo, massive huge jersey,
Mike sub you do it?
Speaker 6 (16:38):
Counts chill one, two, three.
Speaker 2 (16:43):
Navies and Friday coming on. John's got a bunch of
cool songs for you to hear. It's one of four
to three my famines valence and in the morning, Like, legit,
what type of meat I do?
Speaker 6 (16:52):
The one that has the pepperoni I think it's called
of the Italian has all.
Speaker 1 (16:56):
The meats, all the meats, Mike's way, no onions.
Speaker 2 (17:02):
Do you get the meat sweats?
Speaker 5 (17:05):
No?
Speaker 2 (17:05):
You know when you're eating too much, eat too much
meat and you start to sweating, like I gat the
meat sweats.
Speaker 4 (17:09):
Not with mis Wow, I'm starving.
Speaker 2 (17:14):
One up for three mile fab It's Balladcen in the morning.
We've got some guests coming in on the couch today.
You guys, every want to be part of a live
studio audience. Reach out to Jill on her DM slide
right in and she'll take care of Jillian Ellen all right,
John name is Friday Hitter.
Speaker 1 (17:30):
But not too many releases from any like massive names.
We're getting a kind of a break from like the
edge sharing's of the world, but it does kind of
open it up for some other songs to shine. So
first up is kayleem Hood. He's one of the members
of Five Seconds of Summer. He plays bass, he sings,
and a lot of the five Seconds of Summer guys
have been doing solo projects and now he's got his.
It's his debut album, Ordered Chaos Ordered.
Speaker 3 (17:56):
I'm never.
Speaker 1 (18:00):
The soft called call me when you know better?
Speaker 2 (18:02):
Huh So funny to hear like one direction And I
don't know if he was singing on that track or
who was I have no idea, but then their voice
like that I've grown up.
Speaker 1 (18:14):
Yeah, it's kind of interesting. And they've talked about it
a lot that like, as a band you kind of
have to like agree on a sound, and and then
when you want to do solo projects.
Speaker 2 (18:23):
It's different sounds.
Speaker 1 (18:23):
You can discover your own story, you know what I mean.
So now this is his turn here. And you said
he was in a tumbled driver of knowing and not
knowing in life, and so that kind of inspired this
album Order Chaos Order, very moody. So the next one,
we're gonna go in a little bit of an R
and B direction here. I want to bring you this
new song from Teddy Swims. It's called God Went Crazy,
(18:44):
God Way Crazy.
Speaker 2 (18:45):
Winnie painted too.
Speaker 1 (18:50):
And saying nothing acts before and I love the picture
he paints in this one, so good extra time on you.
Speaker 2 (19:03):
Before I let you walk out the.
Speaker 1 (19:04):
Door, like the universe made you. If there's a guy
that made you, he took his time and he went
crazy when he made you. And Teddy's got a project
coming out at the end of this month here with
a couple of new songs on it, so this one
kind of kicks that off. He's had this whole I've
tried everything but therapy chapter in his life. So that's
like the last couple of albums he's put out and
this is gonna wrap up that chapter, which has been
(19:25):
amazing for Teddy Swimmers.
Speaker 2 (19:28):
Ever.
Speaker 1 (19:29):
Coming in this Guy I Don't Come and our last
one today is kind of a jazzy summer track called
Suzanne from Mark Ronson and Ray Now her vocals go
crazy and this check this one out.
Speaker 6 (19:54):
Now.
Speaker 1 (19:55):
Ronson is an insanely legendary producer. He did Uptown Funk
with Bruno Mars, he did a of the Barbie album.
He's worked with du Alipa and he wanted to grab
me for Producer of the Year for Amy Winehouse's album
Back to Black, which is why fans were so excited
about this collap because Ray gets a ton of comparisons
to Amy Winehouse. She has an insane voice, and she
said she was kind of nervous to work with Ron
(20:16):
for that exact reason. She gets so many of these comparisons.
It's not necessarily what she's going for. She's just excited
to make some music. But the two of them together.
People were excited for this summer vibe. They said they
wanted a song that sounds like a summer day with
their first crush. So that's this one right here, Suzanne
from Mark Ronson and Ray. And there's the froll playlist
(20:38):
on that free iHeart radio app. Just search my new
music and it'll pop right up. From John Kamunci that's
your new.
Speaker 2 (20:43):
Music, Friday. I love these texts coming in two and
not to get off track what it says. Hey, I'm
a female and I always get a giant from Jersey mics.
Don't let them shame you, Jill. They're just whimps. They
can't do it. Morgan writes, he wait a minute, I'm
just gonna say about me I'm only twenty three and
I eat an entire giant by myself. The Italian sandwich
(21:04):
is the best.
Speaker 4 (21:05):
Yes, yeah, you guys that bit.
Speaker 2 (21:10):
Hey, Jill, I'm a fifty two year old woman. I
ate a giant last week and then the next day
ate another giant.
Speaker 3 (21:18):
Yeah, girl.
Speaker 2 (21:20):
A lot of people on your side here, Yeah, giants.
Speaker 4 (21:23):
Giants got to stick together.
Speaker 1 (21:24):
I do say, I'd hate to be that guy. But
there's an asterisk next year giant eating if you take
the entire top bun off. Oh it's an asterisk.
Speaker 3 (21:33):
Yeah.
Speaker 6 (21:34):
Yeah, But all of these ladies are sleeting their giants,
and I'm sure doing all the bread.
Speaker 4 (21:38):
So congrats to you.
Speaker 3 (21:40):
One four to three my FM. Here's what's coming up
in entertainment headlines.
Speaker 6 (21:46):
The Pit was one of the most popular news shows
to debut this year.
Speaker 4 (21:50):
And we have an update on season two.
Speaker 7 (21:52):
I'll tell you what it is.
Speaker 3 (21:53):
One four to three my FM Entertainment Headlines.
Speaker 6 (21:57):
The Pit was one of the biggest new shows that
debuted so far this year, and we have an update
on season two. HBO has confirmed The Pit Season two
will debut in January of twenty twenty six. Season one
debuted in January of this year with fifteen episodes in

for season two, but in twenty twenty six, and this

is Valentine in the morning, Billy Eilish, Birds of a
Feathers seven h seven, Adam Levine in the studio after
eight o'clock around eight twenty five. Today on Valentine in
the morning, we're stoked about that John can when she
looks on point.
Speaker 1 (23:17):
Yeah, thank you, it looks good. Thanks guys.
Speaker 2 (23:19):
You shave Yeah, dude, I shave nice. Every hair on
my face, thank you. That was the assumption. Yeah, what'd
you do to your hair? In your head? It looks
did you put extra stuff in there? Dude? I have
my secrets, okay, can share. You took the blow dryer
out in the gym. Yeah, day there's a blow dryer
in the gym downstairs. Yeah.
Speaker 1 (23:38):
I almost was worried that that was going to mess
it up. But I was like, I gotta try something
new today.
Speaker 2 (23:42):
But that's a gutsy move. If you don't regularly blow
dry your hair, and you did it for Adam Levine,
I do that when I panic, right, like, I gotta
I gotta do something different today. Is there is there
a goop in the hair, so you put anything in there?
Speaker 1 (23:52):
No, I put like a like a palmade in there and.
Speaker 2 (23:54):
Just the blue dright after that. I like the John
is like a little like a little toss like in
front that he did with a brush or something like that.
Speaker 1 (24:01):
Sometimes I get nervous it's not going to dry in
time because my hair is a little bit longer than
it used to be now, So.
Speaker 2 (24:06):
Joy Radio, we don't care. We just come in and
we'd look like what we look like. Right. But when
Adam Levine's coming in and he's your man crush and
you've been into him for years and you've been asked
to leave the studio just so there's not a problem
that the training orders desperate times. Good for you, brother,
good for you. I'm excited. I don't know what's going
on with that. I just looked down at my phone
(24:27):
and noticed it was copying everything I was saying. Does
Syria ever like pop up? Yes? Right? Sometimes I might
have just sent some weird texts to somebody this entire conversation.
Speaker 1 (24:35):
I think you're getting me approved through his team.
Speaker 2 (24:38):
Like honestly, I looked out on my phone in this
entire conversation and see it going into the text on
my phone. For whatever reason, somebody's about to get the
Battle of the Sexes coming their way, all right, happiness
was coming up three one oh four to three. If
you want to be part of that, Adam Levine is

American Idol judges besides Paula.
Speaker 2 (25:55):
Simon Cowell and they got on the glasses.
Speaker 3 (26:04):
Randy Jackson so close.
Speaker 2 (26:07):
All right? Current score zero to zero in two thousand

What's your happy I'm talking a lot about food this morning. Yeah,
I'm so happy. I have perfected how to roast garlic. Okay,
so happy about this.
Speaker 2 (28:34):
I write like a garlic bulb or something like that.
Speaker 4 (28:37):
Right, recently discovered that I love just eating garlic.
Speaker 2 (28:41):
I liked it on which great for all of us
here in the studio. By the way, we've recently discovered
some stuff too, but I'll throw it.
Speaker 4 (28:48):
In recipes and things.
Speaker 6 (28:49):
But I never knew that I like, like actual garlic clothes.
Speaker 2 (28:52):
Right right roasted? Can you give us a quick tip
on what the perfection is because I don't think I've
ever done this.
Speaker 6 (28:57):
I did on the barbecue, okay, of course with my
husbands supervision, because he is the master chef.
Speaker 2 (29:02):
Okay, that just sounded like okay, little lady supervisor. No.
Speaker 3 (29:06):
No, I meant like he was teaching me how to
do it.
Speaker 6 (29:09):
And I have never used a barbecue in my life,
okay before moving in with him. And so it's just
in foil, a little balstyle, a little vinegar, not vinegar.
And I can't think olive.
Speaker 4 (29:18):
Should we come back to this recipe olive oil?
Speaker 2 (29:21):
Olive oil?
Speaker 6 (29:22):
Okay, but it has to do with the timing and everything,
like I've burned it so many times.
Speaker 4 (29:27):
Last night with our try tip, I opened up the
foil after I was sitting in there and it was
just delicious, and I was so happy, so happy, so happy.
Speaker 2 (29:36):
Well, all right, that's not a great recipe for us
to use.
Speaker 4 (29:40):
No, I really can't tell you it.
Speaker 2 (29:41):
Maybe time it out for us or something. Let us know.
Is it over direct heat or not.
Speaker 4 (29:46):
It's on a little grate.
Speaker 2 (29:47):
Oh god, it's on the great thing. Okay. Is there
a flame beneath it or a flame beside it? Beneath
beneath so that's direct teeth then okay, okay, yeah, low
high medium.
Speaker 4 (29:56):
It looks about medium to me.
Speaker 6 (29:57):
I put it like in the center, top down down, yeah,
foil covered up?
Speaker 2 (30:01):
Quick. A couple of minutes, quick, couple of minutes. All right,
all right, love this for you guys. Yeah, we're very
excited for you. John. What's your happening.
Speaker 1 (30:09):

to work here at iheartw so it's a local one too,
and I love a local wedding.
Speaker 2 (30:14):
Top down direct t Yeah.
Speaker 1 (30:17):
I was thinking about a convertible. This is different.
Speaker 2 (30:20):
Oh my gosh, I don't even know what my happiness is.

ask more questions, but I know I can because John
Pico gets so mad. Adam Levine is in the studio,

But the answer was a ale goer.
Speaker 4 (41:28):

Speaker 2 (41:28):
It's a great Reagan. But anybody under the age of
like thirties, like, what is this guy doing? You know, Paul,

Coming up in studio in minutes, Adam Levine, Free things
you need to know right now twenty It is Valenceine
in the morning. This is one of four three MIFM
Adam Levine just a few minutes away. It estimated forty
five thousand Alberton's Pavilions, Vonds, and Rals grocery store workers
are preparing for a possible walkout after voting to authorize
a strike. Then this could be Southern California's largest grocery
(42:37):
store strike in decades. Remember years ago, workers came together
Wednesday to overwhelmingly vote yes to authorize an unfair labor
practice strike against the four grocery retailers. Hoping everything gets settled,
they come to terms and we can avoid something like that.
Nintendo says it sold more than three point five million
of its new Switch to gaming consoles within the first
four days since the release, breaking a record with the company.
(43:00):
Do you remember that young man that called up was
so stoked?
Speaker 4 (43:02):
Yes, I hope you God help me too.
Speaker 2 (43:04):
I think he pre ordered it, so he was really
excited about getting it. People were so excited when this
thing dropped. The company says this marks the highest global
sales level for any of It's hard We're sold within
that window of time. John was training your music.
Speaker 1 (43:19):
So Sabrina Carpenter knows that announcing an album one year
after she dropped the last one feels a little fast,
So she kind of explained why she's doing it so soon.
She basically said, that's how inspiration works. She said, if
I'm just inspired to write something new, I'd rather do that.
I don't want to wait three years. I don't want
to stretch out the last album. This is when it came.
So there are no rules in music. I'm just doing
that when I felt it. So Man's Best Friend. That's
her next album. It's do out this August. John Camuci,
(43:41):
that's today's trending music.
Speaker 2 (43:43):
He's coming up next, right after Miley Cyrus. Adam Levigne
in studio one of four to three MYFM. It's Valentine
in the morning, Jane.
Speaker 1 (43:57):
Gun to the wish.
Speaker 2 (44:01):
Adam Levine in the studio. What's up? How are you sir?
Speaker 7 (44:06):
Good?
Speaker 2 (44:06):
How you doing? I haven't seen you in a minute.
You've been good, it's been a while. Yeah, I'm good.
You look good. Life is good, thank you? Yeah?
Speaker 7 (44:12):
Not bad for having three kids?
Speaker 2 (44:14):
How old me up?
Speaker 7 (44:14):
All eight seven and two?
Speaker 2 (44:17):
Yeah?
Speaker 7 (44:18):
They have opinions.
Speaker 2 (44:19):
Yeah, but they're not. I mean, the two year old
probably comes in climbs in bad Do the eight and
seven year old come and climb in the bed?
Speaker 7 (44:24):
Yeah they do.
Speaker 2 (44:25):
Oh yeah.
Speaker 7 (44:25):
It really irritates me sometimes, but I love them so much.
Speaker 2 (44:27):
I know it's fine.
Speaker 7 (44:28):
It's hard to tell them to.
Speaker 2 (44:29):
Get out of there. Three is great. I've got one seventeen.
We're planning college and stuff. It's crazy, dude.
Speaker 7 (44:34):
I just hope my kids go to college.
Speaker 2 (44:35):
You know, they will if it's right.
Speaker 7 (44:37):
Yeah, I didn't, so I think they'll hopefully they'll do it.
Speaker 2 (44:39):
For I didn't finished college either, you know, and we did, Okay,
we did, you know, we did do the kids like ever?
Speaker 5 (44:45):
Oh, them to sleep in their own beds first, I know,
then college, Right, it's a good step.
Speaker 7 (44:49):
Yeah, let's start with sleeping there.
Speaker 4 (44:50):
Do they start in their own beds and then make
their way.
Speaker 2 (44:52):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (44:52):
It's a complicated, you know, it starts a variety of
different ways, but it winds up just a complete free
for all.
Speaker 7 (44:57):
And then you know you're getting hit in the head,
slapped in the head, and you're like, who's this?
Speaker 2 (45:00):
Which one is this? Are you a tired man?
Speaker 7 (45:04):
Am I a tired man?
Speaker 2 (45:04):
Right now?
Speaker 7 (45:05):
Yeah, no, Like I feel like I sleep really well, okay,
just sometimes you.
Speaker 2 (45:09):
Know, no sleep appening or anything like that.
Speaker 5 (45:11):
Yeah, no, no, no, I sleep like a corpse really yeah.
No snoring that's great. I'm like, it's amazing. Sleeping next
to me is a dream. When people do snore, it.
Speaker 7 (45:20):
It makes me crazy. I'm sorry, Like I get like
very unreasonably angry.
Speaker 2 (45:24):
It's not our fault.
Speaker 6 (45:25):
I know.
Speaker 7 (45:25):
It triggers like major anger.
Speaker 5 (45:27):
I don't know what it is, and I scream and
I go great, because all the guys in my band
snore are all the time, especially a couple of guys.
Speaker 7 (45:32):
I'm not going to call him out right now, but.
Speaker 5 (45:34):
You said all the guys in your band, that's like
basically everybody there just a couple, just a couple. I
sleep kind of close to one of them. Specifically who snores.
I'm not not going to say who it is.
Speaker 2 (45:44):
Do you guys like share a room when you're touring? No,
not anymore?
Speaker 7 (45:50):
You say share beds man.
Speaker 5 (45:52):
Yeah, back in the day, right, it used to be like,
you know they have the double bed, you know, like
the two queens or whatever. Yeah, it would be two
in one bed. And then they're like oh man, if
you got your own bed, it would be so awesome.
And then the nice you had to share with other guys,
you'd be like, my god, I want to do this.
Speaker 2 (46:05):
That had to be so hard. That's how it was
someone to start.
Speaker 5 (46:08):
Now, Yeah, like it was way cooler and like, okay
when we were like twenty three. Now like we're in
our forties and that would be so weird. Yeah yeah,
like all right, buddy, a good night.
Speaker 2 (46:18):
Yeah. And then the big problem too is like you know,
once you taste success, or once you the first time
you could fly like first class, if you get something
like that, you're.
Speaker 7 (46:26):
Like, oh, yeah, I can't go back. That's a huge
that's a real thing, right.
Speaker 2 (46:29):
Oh, you get a taste of something in life, it's
tough to turn it around and go back to Do
you have fear with your kids about that, perc Yeah, I.
Speaker 5 (46:37):
Tell them this is not reality. Whatever you're experiencing right
now is not reality. Half the things that we get
to do, I never got to do until I was
thirty five years old, right, But you know what they'll
learn in good time.
Speaker 2 (46:48):
I used to sleep in beds a grown man. You
tell them that I.
Speaker 5 (46:52):
Didn't see first class for a long time. I didn't
see business class for a really long time, right, I
remember I took a first class flight once, the first
time I ever took one, not a few years ago,
a while ago, but I remember, and it was like
that sweet first class experience.
Speaker 7 (47:04):
It was like the one that was like, damn and
bring you like a champagne right down there.
Speaker 2 (47:10):
And I remember I was so I was so excited,
you know, I was.
Speaker 5 (47:12):
Like, this is so cool, and I immediately passed out.
So I don't remember it because it was so comfortable
you could actually follow.
Speaker 7 (47:18):
Yes, it was a good feeling, good feeling.
Speaker 2 (47:20):
The worst is when you have the waft of that
cookie coming back through the entire plane. They make cookies
in first class, and it put me in the entire plane.
So now I remember how rude that felt too. Yeh,
You're just sitting in a coach and you're like hitting me.
Speaker 7 (47:34):
They're making cookies up there, Like what what else is
up there?
Speaker 2 (47:38):
All right, we'll take a little break, make some cinnamon rolls,
and we'll come back and talk more at that and
we'll be in text.
Speaker 3 (47:43):
To Valentine in the morning at three one oh four
to three.
Speaker 2 (47:46):
Let's do a second all right, it's one a fourth
three mi fam and it's Valentine in the morning. The
weather today, plenty of sun tempts eighties, low nineties, uber sixties,
low seventies to the beaches for the weekend, sunny, warm
highs in the eighties and nineties, sixty six, Becoma sixty
four and fuller ten. Jill does have the entertainment headlines
coming up.
Speaker 6 (48:02):
Renee Zellwegger isn't quite done with Bridget Jones.
Speaker 4 (48:05):
I'll tell you what she said about it. Coming up.
At eight point fifty.
Speaker 2 (48:08):
Adam Levine is here. He's playing the iHeart READINGSIC Festival.
Rooon five is gonna be there. We are stoked. Thanks
for doing that.
Speaker 5 (48:14):
By the way, in a while, right, yeah, it has them,
was like nineteen ninety eight, No, it was not. Actually,
I'm kidding.
Speaker 7 (48:20):
It was a while ago, a solid ten years ago.
Speaker 2 (48:22):
Maybe this gonna be fun.
Speaker 5 (48:23):
Right, we're back, we're doing it and new music coming up,
had new music coming. We got a new rec album coming.
We have a new tour, we have a tour coming,
we have all new things coming.
Speaker 2 (48:32):
We've got a new song already, right, new.
Speaker 5 (48:34):
Song coming, and it's a very it's a very awesome thing.
I don't want to talk too much about it because
I want to ruin it or spoil it. But it's
going to be something we've never It's something we've never
done before visually, and I don't want to say much.
Speaker 2 (48:47):
More than that. You haven't said anything, honest, good, then
I've done my job. Benny Blanco playing all these tracks
on TikTok, all the originals, what's going on with that?
I don't know what is he doing? Have you seen this?
Speaker 7 (48:58):
I am TikTok bro oh tiktoking. I ain't tiktoking.
Speaker 2 (49:01):
Okay, So Benny is playing all these old demo tapes
of yours and stuff stuff yet like moves like Jagger, Benny,
what are you doing?
Speaker 5 (49:09):
It's unauthorized and he's playing it.
Speaker 2 (49:12):
It's before the lyrics are even there. It's like no no, no, no,
no no no no oh.
Speaker 7 (49:16):
Yeah, that's that's what all music is before like you
put lyrics to.
Speaker 2 (49:19):
Well.
Speaker 5 (49:19):
It's funny because when I came into collabor clapping with
those dudes Benny and Amar and Malak who I love
so much. Yeah, we would sit there and write lyrics
A lot of times with Hookah we did like a
hook I remember, like Amar and I would be sitting
there outside at a studio and like, like, I don't
know why hookahs were like a thing or are still
a thing.
Speaker 2 (49:38):
I don't know. I don't think so.
Speaker 5 (49:39):
But we were like write lyrics and hitting the hookah
and talking about stuff. And I remember we wrote Payphone
that way, and uh, all those old songs we did,
all those songs we did with them were such a
fun experience. But the lyrics, but the beginning of these
songs are like such gibberish nonsense, right, so you like,
don't you have to? Basically, it's kind of like depending
on how people write, because everyone has their different ways
of writing, but especially when doing co writes, Like you'd
(50:01):
get this song and it would be like half lyrics
and half gibberish. So it was also like an excavation
that or like you had to like solve the Da
Vinci code, right, so you'd hear these cool noises and
they would sound cool, and then some of the words
would make sense. But then you have to like put
the like put the puzzle together. And I thought that
was so fun because I had never done that before.
I had come it from just being in a band
and writing songs that way. So it was fun to
(50:22):
like get these melodies you didn't write and then tweak
them and put lyrics to them and put words.
Speaker 2 (50:26):
Then, well, how would you do it on your own
that if you're writing a song yourself, you're sitting down,
do you go lyrics? First? Music, first chorus? First? What
do you do?
Speaker 5 (50:33):
It depends sometimes, Like Priceless was like just literally the
guitar part you hear in the start the song, that
is an audio memo. Okay, that's an actual audio memo
that you hear of me doing it like in my basement, Okay,
like with an unplugged guitar, with my phone like on
my lap.
Speaker 7 (50:51):
So like that's that.
Speaker 4 (51:01):
Is there a certain vibe you guys are going for.
Speaker 5 (51:03):
There's kind of a soul thing, good music thing going
on with the new album that I think everyone's really
gonna like.
Speaker 2 (51:10):
John is your biggest fan. I gotta give John the
last question here because he's enamored by Moon five since
like day one. He's sort of a video of him
really drunk, like seven years ago to five today.
Speaker 7 (51:20):
Let's roll out.
Speaker 1 (51:22):
Anyway, John, I'm excited for this new album.
Speaker 5 (51:24):
Man.
Speaker 1 (51:24):
Me and My roommate's like, we always sit there every
time you release the new one, we're sitting there through it,
and for this new one, I know you can't talk
too much about it, but I'm excited to hear what
that sound is. Can we expect like a completely reinvented
Maroon five sound? Are you feel like, do you feel
like you're maybe going towards your roots a little bit?
Speaker 7 (51:39):
Like?
Speaker 1 (51:39):
What is the sound we can expect?
Speaker 5 (51:40):
It's definitely it has no choice to be connected to
their roots because it's coming from us and from me.
So there's no like, it's not like a songwriting by
committee or people aren't pitching songs. There's no you know,
people sending me song ideas. Really, so the song ideas
are all coming kind of from us and from me.
(52:01):
So yes, in that respect, it's very much back to
the roots.
Speaker 7 (52:03):
But then the sound of the.
Speaker 5 (52:04):
Music is gosh, it's so hard to figure out what
it is because I didn't really think much about it.
I think it's it's the most free flowing stuff, so
it's not very it's not very structured, you know, pop music.
I don't think it's pop music in the traditional sense
or in the sense I think that people have heard
(52:26):
it from us as of over the last five ten years.
But I guess we do a lot of different type
of songs, right, I don't know is the answer. I
think it's awesome.
Speaker 2 (52:36):
I think it's great.
Speaker 7 (52:37):
I'm really happy.
Speaker 5 (52:38):
I love it.
Speaker 7 (52:39):
It's definitely different.
Speaker 2 (52:40):
Looking forward to it. Thank you for starving by my friends.
Thanks for Adam Levine. Guys, what a four to three
my fam It is Valance out in the morning eight
sixty six five four four my FM and text into
three one oh four three. Adam Levine was just in
the suit, Ashley, What did you want to say? I
(53:04):
was just saying that I've never related to Adam Levine
Moore because I get also.
Speaker 1 (53:08):
Very angry about people snoring.
Speaker 6 (53:11):
It's very irrational, but it makes me very angry.
Speaker 2 (53:13):
Oh okay, I get though. That's what you take from
the interview. This guy's talking about his new music, talking
about everything, and you're like, oh, that's snoring. That sends
me over the edge of you.
Speaker 1 (53:25):
It's so real though. Like my very best friend Cameron,
he is the loudest snorer that I know, and so
like when we went to stage Coach, for example, we're
all sharing an RV. There are nine people sleeping in there.
Nine all of us were like in a group chat.
Speaker 2 (53:36):
Like, no, behind this guy, this guy, we got to
kill this guy.
Speaker 1 (53:43):
I mean, we were getting desperate. He's in the group chat.
So we saw it the next morning.
Speaker 2 (53:46):
The poor guy his fault. He didn't know.
Speaker 3 (53:49):
No.
Speaker 2 (53:49):
But similarly, like.
Speaker 1 (53:50):
When you really want to sleep, I get it. Actually
that's snoring.
Speaker 3 (53:53):
Just yeah, yeah, my husband, husband.
Speaker 2 (53:57):
All right, so listen, you've got to pair up with
somebody that doesn't snorre. Would you like to sleep with
Adam Levine? We'll be right back. New contest coming up
the morning, one.
Speaker 3 (54:11):

Speaker 6 (55:36):
Dona Kelsey, Jason and Travis Kelsey's mom will also be

with Bridget Jones. After the latest movie Mad About the Boy.
She says, my understanding was this was kind of it,
but I keep my fingers crossed that the creator might
want to share some more of her own experiences through
(55:57):
the world of Bridget. So Renee Zelberger hope for another
Bridget Jones film. I'm Jill with entertainment headlines.
Speaker 2 (56:03):

Speaker 6 (57:01):

Speaker 1 (57:06):
And a part of this.
Speaker 6 (57:07):
Giveaway is a sea terrace cabin for two sailors.
Speaker 2 (57:11):
Holy coo. Yes, all right, And then I think you
get into like Richard Branson's like Sir Richard Branson's like
private deck or something too access to Richard's rooftop, Richard's rooftop,
the alliteration richard rooftop.

She was bummed, poor kid. She was out of the
