Speaker 2 (00:25):
Time away. Some people say it's necessary.
Speaker 9 (00:27):
Others say no, no, no, no, we are glued at
the hip. How long has it been where you've been glued.
Speaker 2 (00:33):
At the hip?
Speaker 10 (00:34):
Well, I've been with my husband for twenty five years,
and we spend less than a night away from each other.
Speaker 9 (00:41):
In twenty five years, you've spent less than one night
away from each other.
Speaker 11 (00:46):
Yes.
Speaker 2 (00:46):
Do you need me to have somebody come over and
get you out of the basement?
Speaker 1 (00:53):
Holy?
Speaker 11 (00:54):
One? That feels like I need to be with my
husband and my kids.
Speaker 2 (00:58):
Are you a special religion that does that?
Speaker 5 (01:00):
No?
Speaker 9 (01:01):
Just normal people here who have never spent any time apart.
Speaker 2 (01:07):
Wow, I'm jealous.
Speaker 3 (01:09):
This is my wife's nightmare.
Speaker 12 (01:12):
She will say to me, I need to be away
from you for a little while.
Speaker 2 (01:15):
And I get it right.
Speaker 8 (01:17):
Do you feel the same way sometimes?
Speaker 13 (01:18):
Yeah?
Speaker 3 (01:19):
I mean, I'll take a boy's trip and it's great.
Speaker 9 (01:21):
I don't do any boys trips. We've talked about it,
my friend Craig Pilo and my friend Mark Hilberger, we've
talked about boy's trips.
Speaker 2 (01:26):
We haven't done it. We're just very lazy boys. So
does that?
Speaker 13 (01:30):
Uh?
Speaker 9 (01:30):
But you know, my wife once twice a year does
a girl's trip with her girlfriends or something. I'm okay
that because usually would be meaning. It would mean that
Colin and I could do a little bonding my son. Yeah,
Now when he goes off to college and she takes
a girl's trip.
Speaker 1 (01:44):
You're joining the girls.
Speaker 2 (01:47):
Yeah, and that could be weird.
Speaker 8 (01:49):
You would rather be home alone.
Speaker 14 (01:51):
But me and eight other women, Oh no, John, I'm
trying to keep one happy happy.
Speaker 2 (02:03):
Would be a nightmare. Today's show show starts now.
Speaker 9 (02:12):
Say night morning, one of four to three my family,
It's Valentine in the morning. Good morning people, Good morning
uh Brian Burton.
Speaker 3 (02:21):
Oh, good morning to you. Happy Friday. For a long week?
Speaker 2 (02:24):
Really, yes, standard week, five days of work. It felt
like because of the day off last week.
Speaker 9 (02:31):
We do this all the time, guys, anytime we have
a day off, we can plain the next week.
Speaker 2 (02:34):
Like, oh my god, it tally is such a long week.
I think it was that bad. I do wonder how
I'm gonna take it when my son goes to college.
What's like?
Speaker 9 (02:42):
Could it be like, will I demand more of your attention,
more of your company outside of work hours, because I'll
be short they love of my son.
Speaker 2 (02:49):
Being at home.
Speaker 8 (02:50):
No, I don't think you will.
Speaker 5 (02:53):
I think.
Speaker 2 (02:55):
I don't think we're gonna do that.
Speaker 3 (02:56):
We can turn up belove the attention.
Speaker 2 (02:59):
Another on the dial, mom man, thank you.
Speaker 9 (03:02):
I have to finish off my letter to him, senior letter.
I get to finish that off today.
Speaker 5 (03:07):
Oh my gosh.
Speaker 8 (03:08):
Those were due a long time ago.
Speaker 2 (03:09):
We gave you early deadlines.
Speaker 8 (03:11):
Oh smart, very smart.
Speaker 9 (03:14):
But I will say I've been thinking about how I'm
painting a picture in my head of my life with
my set at home till eighteen years of age, that
off to college and stuff. And I look at life
like I've been his anchor. I've been his anchor, Leilani
and I have been his anchor through these years. And
now I'll be cutting that anchor, letting him raise an anchor.
(03:37):
And I feel like I'm going to become more of
his lighthouse, so always there so you can find his
way home. For so long, for eighteen plus years, I've
been his anchor, holding him in the high tides, the
low tides, the rough seas, keeping him above water. And
now he sets sail on his own, and I become
his lighthouse, always guidding him home.
Speaker 5 (03:56):
That's beautiful.
Speaker 2 (03:59):
That's one of my thoughts. My head. How are you today, Jill?
Speaker 8 (04:02):
Oh, I'm all right, all right, I'll find him. Excited
for the weekend. I'm gonna be staying with my mom
and dad because my husband's out of town, and then
we have just so much family stuff this weekend.
Speaker 2 (04:11):
Big drinking trip. Isn't here or something. It's a bit
of a drinker.
Speaker 8 (04:15):
No, the thing is, he's not. He just appreciates bourbon.
Speaker 3 (04:21):
You call it a hobby.
Speaker 5 (04:22):
Yeah, yeah, character Pacific.
Speaker 8 (04:29):
Yes, he's in Kentucky. He comes home Sunday, but you know,
we live so far away. I'm just gonna stay with
my parents and then be close by everything happening.
Speaker 2 (04:37):
Yeah, yeah, all right, Johnny, what's up, buddy.
Speaker 5 (04:40):
They spend you know, pretty nice week for me.
Speaker 15 (04:41):
I'm excited for the weekend, another one where I'm uh,
the girlfriend's out of town. So just kind of locking
in and scheduling some dinners with the boys.
Speaker 2 (04:49):
Yeah, yeah, where's shere this weekend?
Speaker 5 (04:50):
This weekend she is going home back to Carl's bad.
Speaker 15 (04:55):
Yeah, she didn't want to go to that or No,
she's got some stuff to do down there, spend some
time with fans, okay, gotcha.
Speaker 2 (05:01):
Yeah, and you're just gonna have some pacificos.
Speaker 5 (05:04):
Yeah, just appreciating You're an appreciation yea guy. Just a few.
Speaker 1 (05:10):
One four three my.
Speaker 5 (05:11):
FM one O four to three, maya fam.
Speaker 2 (05:18):
It is Valentine in the Morning.
Speaker 12 (05:19):
Yesterday on the show, we were talking about a dating
app called Rayah, which I thought was like for celebrities,
but it's certainly people of a certain status.
Speaker 9 (05:28):
I thought it was rich people, celebrities and all hot
chicks for sure.
Speaker 2 (05:32):
That's the that's the impression.
Speaker 15 (05:33):
You just have to get invited in, so you don't
necessarily have to be a celebrity.
Speaker 5 (05:36):
I mean, you kind of have to know somebody.
Speaker 2 (05:38):
You gotta be invited.
Speaker 9 (05:39):
I from Bobby Bones fame, I really thought, because I
was never on a dating app obviously, because I got
married twenty eight years ago and I'm not a dirt
dog with a dating app on the side, but I
interested to be rich. People had a possible entry. Super
hot girls had a possible entry. Much like at the
club night hot girls get in and then I stand
(06:01):
in line outside wondering what's going on inside.
Speaker 2 (06:04):
That was my entire life. Or you were a massive celebrity,
rich celebrity, super hot girl. That was Ria to me.
Speaker 8 (06:12):
I would also add in their super hot guys. Oh really, yeah,
but they're supert maybe.
Speaker 2 (06:18):
Okay, we don't know. We've never been on it.
Speaker 8 (06:20):
Yeah, none of us.
Speaker 3 (06:20):
Well we learned yesterday.
Speaker 2 (06:22):
Jill rejected.
Speaker 8 (06:24):
I was on the waiting rejected, rejected.
Speaker 3 (06:27):
Evil, rejected on riot.
Speaker 12 (06:29):
You never know there's someone in this room that got
accepted into RAYA.
Speaker 8 (06:34):
Adam, No, Adam, you're on Riah.
Speaker 6 (06:40):
Yeah, I'm curious because you guys right on that mic
brother curious. You guys gave a couple of buckets that
people fall between.
Speaker 2 (06:46):
Figure out. You're not super richet.
Speaker 13 (06:50):
I know that.
Speaker 2 (06:51):
Yeah, you're not a celebrity.
Speaker 9 (06:53):
I know of you are a DJ on the side,
and you've got some fame that people don't understand.
Speaker 2 (06:57):
A little bit of that.
Speaker 5 (06:58):
So you got to be the super high guy. It's
all this right, yeah, but.
Speaker 2 (07:01):
We have seen your pants.
Speaker 9 (07:04):
Jill did notice his pants one day were this kind
of a sea through linen pants and she was taken
aback by an outline which she looked the other way.
His son hit his pants in a certain way, and
she saw something she didn't want to see.
Speaker 5 (07:17):
No offense to you, but definitely I wasn't looking for.
Speaker 9 (07:20):
It, and it was like uh Anna Conna hello, yeah.
And she even went apologized to Adam afterwards, said, listen,
I'm sorry. I pointed out that, you know, I saw
something in your pant line that scared me because scared
the size and everything like that. And then Adam said,
oh my god, don't apologize. Tell everyone you know.
Speaker 8 (07:39):
Yes, you know, and honestly, like you said, scared and like, honestly,
it was so abrupt.
Speaker 5 (07:44):
Because okay, we don't need to go down the road bad.
Speaker 8 (07:46):
That's why I said something out loud, or else I
would talk to myself right to poke an eye out.
Speaker 6 (07:51):
I still have not worn a tucked in shirt since
that day.
Speaker 2 (07:55):
Thank you for covering that up for all of us.
But yeah, the ryot.
Speaker 6 (08:00):
When I moved here, getting closer to the office, I
just thought I was talking to a friend and he
was like, hey, man, you should try it out. I'll
send you the invite and da da da.
Speaker 2 (08:07):
So he was on it your SLF.
Speaker 5 (08:08):
He's on it.
Speaker 2 (08:09):
Is your friend famous or rich? He is? He's probably
rich o.
Speaker 5 (08:13):
Yeah, I think he does check that box off.
Speaker 6 (08:15):
So he sends me the invite and I was thinking
about what kind of John was saying and everything. Part
of the lure is like being on the waiting list,
because you're like, I just want to be accepted onto
this thing, so perhaps daily I was kind of checking
and like a week went by, and then I think
in the second week I checked it.
Speaker 2 (08:30):
In it and said, you're acceptingulation John, how many years
has it been for you now you've been in the
waiting list?
Speaker 15 (08:36):
It was like twenty, so that's six years still.
Speaker 6 (08:39):
Yes, well yeah, and I'll say it. I got dinged
immediately because I got on there and I was like, oh,
look at this person's screenshot.
Speaker 3 (08:48):
Excuse me, Yeah, they.
Speaker 5 (08:49):
Got it was a stern warning like again three and
you get kicked off two or something like that.
Speaker 2 (08:56):
So have you tried to date anybody on riah?
Speaker 6 (08:58):
That was the tough part about it, because you know,
aside from getting on which was cool. One you have
to pay for it, So that was always my hard rules,
like I'll never pay for a dating app, but my
friends just like.
Speaker 5 (09:08):
Dude, just pay the twenty bucks and do it.
Speaker 6 (09:10):
So you get on there, but you realize, like every
single person who's on this app just the highest quality photos,
model pictures, and I'm posting like a selfie like this,
So I I ultimately h yeah, no hits for you.
A couple of little you know, interests there, but nothing
to dynamic on there.
Speaker 2 (09:27):
I need to like step up the game a little bit.
You're still on rye, you're still paying for it.
Speaker 5 (09:32):
I put them on hold for now.
Speaker 8 (09:35):
Yea, yeah, you guys, what are you on?
Speaker 5 (09:40):
None currently? Yeah? All off the all off the grid, right.
Speaker 9 (09:44):
All right, the old school Valentine move baby. You say
hi to them at the deli counter like that's a
nice black forest Ham.
Speaker 2 (09:50):
You're picking, ma'am exactly.
Speaker 9 (09:51):
And I noticed you got a quarter of a pound,
telling me that you're not feeding anybody else at your house.
Speaker 2 (09:56):
You're single, exactly what I'm doing.
Speaker 9 (10:00):
I see a lady get a half a pound a
meat at the delis. She's probably got a family at home.
You come in with a quarter pound, or if you
come in with a lady that goes could you cut
me ten slices? That means she's single.
Speaker 8 (10:11):
Oh, I see what you're saying now.
Speaker 9 (10:13):
Okay, you can tell about how people order their food
at the deli counter, if you've got a chance or not.
Speaker 5 (10:19):
I'm going to the deli counter right after this.
Speaker 1 (10:23):
Check one O four to three MYFM.
Speaker 9 (10:31):
One O four to three, my family. Who's Valentine in
the morning. Good morning, Shelley.
Speaker 16 (10:36):
Good morning Valentine. How are you night?
Speaker 9 (10:38):
I'm doing all right, Shelley. Hey, how good are you
of picking out Jamaican accents?
Speaker 13 (10:42):
What?
Speaker 4 (10:43):
Oh?
Speaker 16 (10:43):
Not very good at all.
Speaker 9 (10:44):
So this is very funny. I was playing this for Laura.
I haven't played for Brian yet.
Speaker 2 (10:48):
Do you have family from Daco?
Speaker 12 (10:49):
But do My father in law was born in Jamaica
and we go there to he has a house there,
so we go there as often as we can.
Speaker 9 (10:56):
Okay, I'm gonna play you something and then we'll get
to what you're talking about here today. But listen to
this Jamaican accent and see if you can figure out
what this gentleman is saying.
Speaker 5 (11:05):
Okay, A hundred and facty pages one hundred and fafty pyges.
Speaker 1 (11:10):
A hundred and ten of them are tendanus.
Speaker 11 (11:12):
The problems well, if you have a places.
Speaker 2 (11:14):
In that person's not Jamaican.
Speaker 5 (11:17):
Hmm.
Speaker 2 (11:18):
The people in Jamaica are is Irish. You're right.
Speaker 9 (11:21):
The people in Jamaica that's a Cork accident are going nuts.
This guy, this Irish politician from Cork, Ireland, has gone viral.
Oh because the Jamaican folks are like he sounds Jamaican.
Speaker 2 (11:31):
I love this, going to mean, it's so funny.
Speaker 5 (11:37):
I was dying laughing, and this being the eve.
Speaker 12 (11:40):
Of the month of Saint Patrick, I got very nervous
when he said how good are you with Jamaican accents?
And I thought you were gonna try one, and I
my whole body was clenched.
Speaker 2 (11:49):
God, would you about the housing in the Ireland and
you contemplating what's going on with that? Not doing Themaicon
occident and maybe not.
Speaker 9 (11:56):
See I can do it now because it's Cork, it's
Ireland and that's my history, so I can do it
and we'll be okay. That's Shelley. You are from Guardina.
You called in for something else. What could that possibly
be that's more important than to make an accents.
Speaker 16 (12:10):
I'm from Long Beach. So I'm going on a date Saturday,
super excited. It's been a while and we're going to
go see an Irish band and he's part Irish.
Speaker 1 (12:20):
Oh and I'm.
Speaker 16 (12:21):
Ten years older than him. That I'm super excited.
Speaker 9 (12:24):
All right, all right, Now, when you say it's part Irish,
is he from there or just like grandparents or something kind.
Speaker 16 (12:30):
Of that connection grandparents? He has grandparents from there, and
he's got a couple of Irish platoos, but his I
think younger brother lives in Ireland.
Speaker 2 (12:40):
Oh, very cool.
Speaker 9 (12:41):
Okay, So do you want to know any Irish things
to say or something, or you're not worried about that.
You're just going to be you and enjoy the date.
Speaker 16 (12:47):
It's going to be me, enjoy the date. It's one
of my favorite bands, so I'm super excited about that.
Young Dubliners all the Young Dubliners of course, and I'm
going to Ireland on their tour in November.
Speaker 2 (13:02):
Wow, they're big. Yeah, Oh that's fantastic.
Speaker 13 (13:05):
Yeah.
Speaker 9 (13:05):
The amount of people are really getting into Ireland now.
There's even a bunch of colleges that play like TCU
North Carolina, which is Bill Belichick's college that he's coaching at.
They're playing in Dublin this August, kicking off their seasons
in Dublin, Ireland. And you see so many other NFL
teams playing in Ireland or London as well.
Speaker 8 (13:23):
Oh, what is it about Ireland?
Speaker 16 (13:26):
A girl shamrock shake?
Speaker 9 (13:27):
There's no shamrock shake in Ireland, Shelley. That's McDonald's and
that's American.
Speaker 3 (13:32):
Well, she summed it up perfectly.
Speaker 9 (13:34):
No, it is not about the shamrock shake, unless you're
talking about the way I walk into her room.
Speaker 8 (13:40):
Oh ala, talking about how I shake my Shelley.
Speaker 1 (13:45):
Oh, excuse me.
Speaker 8 (13:46):
It's not at work.
Speaker 2 (13:48):
Sometimes you can't help when the winds blow.
Speaker 5 (13:50):
Fastern Hivey.
Speaker 2 (13:53):
No, I'll get Laura for you.
Speaker 9 (13:54):
One second, hang out, Hivey. All right, Shelley, listen, good
luck with that date. Let us know how it goes.
Speaker 2 (14:00):
Okay.
Speaker 16 (14:01):
I will thank you very much. I'm listening to you
guys in the morning.
Speaker 5 (14:03):
Oh, thank you, love you, take care, bye bye bye.
Speaker 8 (14:06):
Cute.
Speaker 2 (14:07):
I thought so too, thank you. No, I thought she's
a really cute caller.
Speaker 11 (14:10):
She was.
Speaker 2 (14:11):
That was very nice. What was her me?
Speaker 8 (14:13):
Or saints k I would say like the whole thing,
just everything about that was cute.
Speaker 2 (14:17):
Are we meeting me?
Speaker 8 (14:19):
Cute?
Speaker 17 (14:21):
One four to three May FM one O four to
three ma FM entertainment headlines.
Speaker 8 (14:27):
There are a few award shows this weekend, including the
SAG Actor Awards Sunday night and also the thirty seventh
Annual Producer's Guild of America Awards. And last night they
handed out a few early awards in Sesame Street and
Formula one Drive to Survive scored early wins, taking home
awards in the Children's Program and Sports program categories. And
(14:49):
then yesterday it was all over the place, all these
headlines saying Pink splits from Hubby Carrie Hart, and it
was everywhere. Then late yesterday Pink Poe hosted a video
on social media's basically saying not true. Said, I was
just alerted to the fact that I'm separated from my husband.
I didn't know. Thank you for letting me know, but
(15:09):
I was wondering, would you also like to tell our children?
And she cleared up the rumors that no, they are
not separated. I'm Jill with the entertainment headlines on Valentine
in the morning. Last night we got the iHeartRadio album
review from Bruno Mars and Romantic Radio. It was so good.
This is his first single off that album.
Speaker 5 (15:31):
You stepped a sub Oh Baba no bus, say.
Speaker 9 (15:44):
One of four to three. My family, It is Valentine
in the morning, Sierra, good morning.
Speaker 5 (15:48):
How are you hi?
Speaker 18 (15:50):
I'm well, how are you?
Speaker 2 (15:51):
I'm doing all right? What's new? What's exciting? What can
we do for you?
Speaker 11 (15:54):
Well?
Speaker 10 (15:55):
I wanted to say that I heard the comment that you.
Speaker 4 (15:57):
Said yesterday about Black History Month, and what you shared
is so relevant to our young minds that might be
listening in the radio about how they need to see leaders,
whether it be a coach or a teacher or a
members in government, that look like them and that act
like them. And that might be a racial or ethnic characteristic,
(16:18):
it might be gender, but it is important that you
see people that are like them.
Speaker 9 (16:25):
There's a line years ago, and I'm very big in
colonial history, and you learned this in school. There's no
taxation without equal representation. But I often think that we
should have equal representation for the people that live in
our country, you know, and you can't necessarily program that sometimes,
but I do feel like that's important for young kids
growing up to see themselves in others. Now, in a
(16:48):
perfect utopian society, your race, your color, ethnicity, none of
that stuff would matter. Your persuasion, whatever you decide you
are as a human being, none of that would matter.
But in the grand scheme of things, I do think
it's helpful that people can see themselves in others.
Speaker 5 (17:02):
You know, well, I.
Speaker 4 (17:03):
Appreciate so you so much, and I appreciate that you
are recognizing these milestones and also aware that the young
minds are listening.
Speaker 2 (17:10):
Yeah, of course, Yeah, the youth of America does listen
to our show. Vote for me another middle aged white man.
Speaker 8 (17:20):
But she's right, Like, what you said yesterday really resonated
with a lot of people.
Speaker 2 (17:24):
Oh it did.
Speaker 19 (17:25):
Oh.
Speaker 8 (17:25):
I got so many texts after it yesterday.
Speaker 9 (17:27):
I couldn't see the text because everybody's going I met Jill.
Speaker 5 (17:29):
She's so cool.
Speaker 10 (17:33):
But I mean, you know what, I was out of
school yesterday and the principal shared with me that her
daughter knows you, John because she was a communications major.
And I think it's important to see you guys out
in the public and.
Speaker 11 (17:47):
People do know you.
Speaker 13 (17:48):
Yeah.
Speaker 15 (17:48):
I think that's one of my favorite things about this
station in particular, is like I grew up.
Speaker 5 (17:52):
Here, you know what I mean.
Speaker 15 (17:52):
I grew up in Corona. I live in Orange County,
like Jill grew up here as well. Like it is
kind of nice to see it all come full circle
and make some of those connections, you know.
Speaker 20 (18:00):
I love that, and.
Speaker 4 (18:01):
I love listening to FM radio every morning.
Speaker 9 (18:04):
John had a great point. All these people that texted yesterday, go, No,
I've met Jill before. She's so sweet. John goes, she
sleeps like fourteen hours a day. She works here for
like five or six, you know, least.
Speaker 2 (18:16):
See when are you meeting this girl?
Speaker 18 (18:19):
I thought you like commute from Riverside or something I do.
Speaker 21 (18:23):
It would cut in your sleep.
Speaker 8 (18:24):
A lot of times I'm meeting people on the sixty.
Speaker 2 (18:27):
In the sixty yeah, just in the trap, rolled out
the window. Jer have a great day. Thanks for listening.
We appreciate you.
Speaker 4 (18:35):
You have a great day.
Speaker 21 (18:36):
To take care.
Speaker 11 (18:37):
Okay, bye bye.
Speaker 5 (18:38):
Do you have that audio from yesterday?
Speaker 2 (18:40):
I do.
Speaker 9 (18:40):
I'm not even like looking back, I'm trying to remember
what was said, because sometimes we say stuff on the
radio and it's just just comes out. And I don't
mean that in any bad way or anything, but we
say so much stuff trying to remember what we say
from moment to moment can be difficult sometimes, Okay, here
it is. As we close out Black History Month too,
I wanted to knowledge how much of what we love,
(19:02):
especially in music that we play in radio, specifically in culture,
all that comes from Black creativity and leadership, and a lot
of people don't talk about that. So from motown to
hip hop to the civil rights community and activism, Black
history is American history, and I think we're better, stronger,
more inspired because of it. I wanted to say that
because I know there's some young kids in the car
that never hear stuff like this, And if you're a
(19:24):
kid listening this morning, I hope you know this, that
your story matters, and seeing leaders and artists and teachers
and innovators who look like you that can change things.
So celebrating Black history is celebrating possibility. And I don't
think enough for radio stations talk about that stuff or
bring that fact up. So if that lands with you
in a car right now, I hope it lands with you.
Speaker 2 (19:44):
Well.
Speaker 9 (19:50):
One of four to three. My famin is Valentine in
the morning. We've got first Hip coming up. Next, We've
got John's new music Friday A tease for that John
who's the artist?
Speaker 2 (19:57):
You go?
Speaker 5 (19:58):
Oh, I mean Bruno Marsh.
Speaker 15 (20:00):
The biggest release of the day, brand new album out
last night was Hot.
Speaker 8 (20:03):
Oh my gosh, that was so cool.
Speaker 2 (20:05):
Did you enjoy it early?
Speaker 8 (20:06):
I loved it start to finish.
Speaker 2 (20:07):
What was one of your favorite things about it?
Speaker 8 (20:09):
I love that he was just himself. He was just
sitting there talking about the album, taking songs from the
chat room, like.
Speaker 5 (20:16):
Just like playing with the soundboard.
Speaker 8 (20:17):
Yeah, it was so cool last night.
Speaker 9 (20:19):
Brit of Ours and Romantic Radio took over iHeart Radio
and uh, just a great job. Just very very cool.
Oh to be hanging out with that guy last night.
Then the after party you hear about that.
Speaker 3 (20:29):
It was an after party you win.
Speaker 11 (20:34):
No.
Speaker 2 (20:35):
Did you ever see me at an after party?
Speaker 11 (20:37):
No?
Speaker 3 (20:37):
And I've tried to get you to try.
Speaker 2 (20:38):
To get me to go to after parties one and
you said no several times. Yeah.
Speaker 9 (20:42):
That was at the iHeart Radium Scores and seven one year.
It's an after party and we got invited by big
wigs and I'm like, I gotta go home and get
it to work tomorrow.
Speaker 2 (20:49):
Right, It's like, come on, let's just go, let's live
a little so mad at you that night, and it's
coming back. I can hear it first hift he was
a Friday coming up one, four, three, six thirty six.
Speaker 5 (21:02):
The weather today is sunny, the hottest day of the week.
Speaker 2 (21:06):
Hey, now look at you, Brian Burton. The heat is
on baby temps the eighties to low nineties, mid seventies
through the beaches for the weekend.
Speaker 5 (21:16):
Tomorrow sunny and hot Sunday.
Speaker 2 (21:23):
Well not yet. We're not getting there yet because we
have one more so Saturday is still hot. That Sunday
is gonna cool down tad into the eighties and then
the seventies. It's just gonna be very hot, and then
it's not. It's gonna be hot.
Speaker 9 (21:45):
That's your forecast, sixty one sixty two, most of beach.
You'll's got the entertainment headlines coming up.
Speaker 8 (21:50):
Some more oscar presenters have been announced, and it's a
Marvel Star and an Snla loone. We'll tell you who
it is coming up at six point fifty second.
Speaker 2 (22:00):
John's got his new Missic Friday. Before we get that,
how about a first ship.
Speaker 9 (22:03):
Thought about people in the car today, maybe driving into work,
maybe you're on the freeway.
Speaker 2 (22:07):
Never get ready at home.
Speaker 9 (22:08):
We're surrounded by so many people here in southern California, so.
Speaker 2 (22:13):
Many people live in Cally.
Speaker 9 (22:15):
It's a big, big area, the footprint in Southern California, right.
But yet for many of us we feel lonely.
Speaker 2 (22:23):
You might be lonely in your relationship, lonely in your family,
lonely in your work life, lonely just in general for
whatever reason. And sometimes it can be so.
Speaker 9 (22:30):
Hard to be lonely in a moment when you're surrounded
by people, when you drive down the four or five
South and you look out your car windows, nothing but cars,
nothing but people.
Speaker 2 (22:40):
Everywhere you look.
Speaker 9 (22:40):
You send a line of Starbucks, nothing but people, so
many other faces. But yet in your heart you have
this loneliness. You feel that you're not seen. That can
happen to each and every one of us at different
points in our lives. And for somebody that might be
struggling with loneliness today, maybe you're hearing a voice. Maybe
find some comfort, some companionship in this rate show, bunch
(23:01):
of friends hanging out of breakfast table with microphones. Maybe
there's something to that for you, And I pray to
God there is something to that for you.
Speaker 2 (23:06):
But I thought, one of the.
Speaker 9 (23:07):
First steps securing loneliness is recognizing loneliness. And I thought,
up to someone out there right now hearing my voice,
it might be feeling lonely. I want you to know
I see you, I know you're there, I know your pain.
Speaker 2 (23:22):
I know the feeling of loneliness. And if you're feeling that,
one of the first steps is stepping out of the dark.
Is to be seen from the light, and we see you.
Count us up.
Speaker 8 (23:32):
Chill one, two three.
Speaker 2 (23:36):
New Music Friday coming up next. Never made it.
Speaker 1 (23:39):
As a wise ma'am.
Speaker 2 (23:41):
I couldn't cut it as a pull man.
Speaker 5 (23:43):
Stealing.
Speaker 9 (23:48):
One of four to three my feminist Valentine in the morning.
John Kimuci hard at work for a New Music Friday.
Speaker 15 (23:54):
All right, guys, there are a lot of songs out today,
so we're gonna get to that new Bruno in a
second here, But first I'm gonna start with Alex Warren,
who you know from his song Ordinary.
Speaker 5 (24:02):
This song has been in the top ten of the
Billboardhigh one hundred for like years. It feels like it
has just lived up there.
Speaker 15 (24:11):
Well, now he's got another song out, and this new
one is called Fever Dream.
Speaker 22 (24:16):
I good ride tied to the chest.
Speaker 2 (24:22):
Only the broom the second and.
Speaker 23 (24:25):
You dan something like a dream.
Speaker 22 (24:30):
This damn makes a Nyctim shirt's dancing Love, So.
Speaker 15 (24:44):
It's definitely got that energy to it. He said, this
track is supposed to feel.
Speaker 5 (24:47):
Like what falling in love feels like.
Speaker 15 (24:49):
And he's been saying this song is is gonna be
the new Ordinary he wants it to be.
Speaker 5 (24:53):
He said, it's gonna be the one you hear in
ubers years later. We'll see if it lives up to that.
Speaker 15 (24:57):
But it's his first release after being nominated and performing
at the Grammys for Best New Artist's Fever Dream from
Alex Warren The Room, the Second.
Speaker 5 (25:10):
And then another one.
Speaker 15 (25:11):
Fans are excited for this week Ray who you know
from her banger Where's My Husband? Well, she is back
now with a follow up, and this one is called
nightingale Lane.
Speaker 9 (25:46):
Follow Ups are hard to do birthday, especially when you
put him next to it right here like this, and
you can kind of like, I could say, judge, but
you hear it against the other one, you know what
I mean?
Speaker 5 (25:56):
The follow up almost has to be different.
Speaker 2 (25:58):
I feel like, yeah, this is different. This is you know,
Alex Warrens is different. But man, it's hard to follow
a big hits.
Speaker 15 (26:06):
Yeah, she's got an album coming out this year, she's
going on tour this year and she's opening up for
Bruno mars So.
Speaker 5 (26:13):
She's gonna be a busy, busy year for Ray And.
Speaker 15 (26:16):
She said, this song is just about that great, this
heartbreak that she's ever known, and it's kind of a
reminder that just because a relationship is over doesn't mean
you can't find it again.
Speaker 1 (26:24):
Someone don't come along.
Speaker 2 (26:26):
And what I'm still saying, like where my husband at?
Do we play the song?
Speaker 5 (26:33):
Yeah?
Speaker 2 (26:34):
Not often enough though I know this thing's a banger.
Speaker 5 (26:37):
It's so good, so.
Speaker 23 (26:38):
Good, all right.
Speaker 15 (26:43):
And then finally, if you're going to talk about this
new album from Bruno mars So, his album The Romantic.
Speaker 5 (26:47):
It just dropped last night.
Speaker 15 (26:48):
It's his first album in ten years and he previewed
it live on I Heard Radio and TikTok last night.
It was a good time, Like not a single skip
in this album. We're gonna play you one of the
songs in full here and this entire album it's kind
of a classic Bruno album, but with the Latin flair
in this one. He said he was like, in this
creative slump, and then he started experimenting with different instruments,
and then he started playing the congas, and he said,
(27:10):
when that happened, that's when all this inspiration came in. Now,
his dad was a percussionist, so it's in the family.
And he said he took elements from Cuba, elements from
mariachi music, from strings in orchestra, R and B and jazz,
all these different sounds that to him sound like love,
and you can hear them all come together in this
very first song.
Speaker 5 (27:27):
It's called Risk It All.
Speaker 8 (27:33):
This is my favorite song on the album right now.
It's sound good.
Speaker 2 (27:43):
Remembering that Bruno interview you did years ago, are you
I sure do? Husband's out of town, just a.
Speaker 15 (27:50):
Chi So when you're heart you gu said the bar
od risk it.
Speaker 2 (28:00):
Oh, one of four three Mike Fabitus, Valentine the morning
Brunomars risk it all?
Speaker 5 (28:06):
Oh, And she risked it. She risked it for the biscuit.
Speaker 9 (28:09):
She was there last night and she, like so many
of the Americans listening to Romantic Radio, was trying to
interact with Bruno Mars and she sent in her question.
Speaker 2 (28:16):
She got in the live.
Speaker 8 (28:17):
I did because he was asking he's like sending your questions,
and I'm watching the chat go through, and everybody's just
like come to Brazil and I love you, Bruno, and
just like all this stuff. And he's like, guys, where
are your questions? So I'm like, okay. So I immediately
just write like.
Speaker 2 (28:33):
Were you nervous?
Speaker 11 (28:34):
No?
Speaker 15 (28:34):
Okay, no, because there are a lot of people texting
rights of people.
Speaker 2 (28:37):
Right course.
Speaker 18 (28:38):
Yeah.
Speaker 8 (28:38):
And I was like, hey, Bruno, right now, what is
your current favorite song on the album?
Speaker 11 (28:43):
Uh?
Speaker 5 (28:43):
Huh, you know, just a normal question, normal questions, no question.
Speaker 8 (28:47):
He answered it, He's like, my current favorite on the album.
And then he went into this whole thing.
Speaker 2 (28:52):
I was like, oh my gosh, did you freak out?
He's answering your question. Did he say your name at all?
Speaker 8 (28:56):
No?
Speaker 2 (28:57):
Oh darn, but it did.
Speaker 5 (28:58):
Go oh wow, that's a good question. You got one,
thank you.
Speaker 2 (29:02):
Wow, look at you girl.
Speaker 8 (29:05):
Then he said that he recorded one of his songs
in Riverside, California.
Speaker 5 (29:10):
The minute he did that, oh yeah, we text out
to each other this theory.
Speaker 2 (29:16):
Yeah that Bruno.
Speaker 15 (29:18):
After he came in here, I had that crush on Jill. Yeah,
I had an alert set. But when she entered the chat, Okay,
that's why he answered her question.
Speaker 9 (29:24):
Yeah, that might have been a chock, but Jill's long
had the same kind of feeling towards Bruno Anderson pact
Bruno in here one time, and if you ever watch
that video, there is electricity between.
Speaker 2 (29:37):
The two of them.
Speaker 8 (29:38):
I have it on my story right now.
Speaker 5 (29:39):
I know you do.
Speaker 2 (29:40):
It's been there for a while.
Speaker 9 (29:41):
The turtlenick gets hot, she starts pulling at the turtlenick,
stretching in the heat was on. She told me off
the air, what of her dreams in her new marriage
now with Jeff that she loves her very much, is
to have Bruno Mars outside the bedroom door live.
Speaker 5 (30:03):
Oh no, I don't think it is. I think it's
been left over.
Speaker 8 (30:07):
But he's on the other side of the door and.
Speaker 2 (30:08):
He's just singing, singing this song, many songs, including a
song Gorilla. And if you know what that song is
all about, you know why there's a crack in that doll.
So please your face right now, clep. Your hair is
dropped down in front of your eyes. It looks a
(30:30):
little rough like you've been like, I don't know, not
rubbing a bad way, you know it.
Speaker 8 (30:37):
A good way?
Speaker 2 (30:38):
No, rough like you've been doing stuff. I don't know.
Speaker 5 (30:43):
The hair was disheveled and everything. What are your questions?
Speaker 8 (30:50):
Okay, remember side, he could have come over, could have
hung out, stay the nine instead of going to a hotel.
Speaker 2 (30:56):
You're digging in on this. I was joking that you're
going into it.
Speaker 5 (31:00):
J has not been joking this whole time.
Speaker 2 (31:03):
She's been very serious.
Speaker 9 (31:04):
So Brunemarsund have stay at your house Riverside because the
studio where he recorded this is right down the street,
right down the street, right right, right.
Speaker 13 (31:10):
Right right.
Speaker 8 (31:11):
Could have made him dinner, Jeff and I and Bruno
sitting down, perhaps a snack.
Speaker 22 (31:22):
Give it, give it?
Speaker 9 (31:23):
So Okay, if you're watching this on video, at some
point when it's up on Instagram, you realize.
Speaker 5 (31:28):
This is not mean. Now she's doing this herself.
Speaker 2 (31:32):
I love right. Okay, Well, all this week on the
iHeartRadio app as well Romantic Radio.
Speaker 8 (31:39):
Oh yeah, the whole album is so good.
Speaker 9 (31:42):
Yeah yeah. It is six one A four three my FM.
It's Valenti that morning.
Speaker 1 (31:47):
One O four three my f M. Here's what's coming up.
In entertainment headlines.
Speaker 8 (31:53):
Jennifer Garner has a hack for your creasy wrinkles instead
of getting botox, and boy have I used this hack?
I'll tell you what it is. But after Traffic one
O four three my.
Speaker 17 (32:04):
FM one O four three my FM Entertainment headlines, the
Academy just announced some more presenters for the Oscars coming up.
Speaker 8 (32:15):
We knew last year's acting winners Mikey Madison, Adrian Brodie,
Kieran Culkin and Zoe Saldania will be presenting. Now it's
been announced one Battle after another, Star Chase Infinity is
going to be a presenter, along with Demi Moore, Javier Bardem,
Chris Evans, and Maya Rudolph and Jennifer Gardner has a
hack for your quote creasy wrinkles on your forehead, and
(32:36):
it's something that everyone can afford. She said. Of course,
I've tried botox and all that, but it takes very
little to completely freeze my forehead. She goes, then I
just feel so conspicuous, like I've got a walking billboard.
She says, it's horrible. She doesn't like botox, so she
says what she does is get bangs, get banks, cover
it up. She said, it's so much more affordable. I'm
(32:59):
Jill for their Tavid headline.
Speaker 9 (33:00):
You know it doesn't have wrinkles in their forehead. And
this is Brian Burton. You have a very non wrinkled forehead.
I mean sure, if you do facial expressions, I'm sure
I can find a wrinkle.
Speaker 11 (33:10):
You're not.
Speaker 9 (33:10):
We're gonna do one again. But I have wrinkles on
my forehead. But I'm looking at yours in this there's
a fair amount of to look at. But I don't really.
Speaker 3 (33:18):
About the pimples.
Speaker 5 (33:20):
No, say, do you have a big fourhead?
Speaker 11 (33:21):
Oh?
Speaker 2 (33:22):
I got John, You didn't pick up on that. Do
I have a big four?
Speaker 9 (33:27):
No, you don't have any bangs at all. Your hair
is tight, so we see more of your forehead. See
what I'm saying.
Speaker 8 (33:32):
Look, you put four fingers on your forehead. Your forehead
is fine. You're good. You're what value are good?
Speaker 9 (33:43):
I think I got so you're saying yours is like, yeah,
your four fingers, But what are we trying to do
trying to get five fingers on there?
Speaker 8 (33:50):
If you have five, then ye, you might have a
little bit of a larger forehead.
Speaker 2 (33:54):
Well that's nice for people driving try out larger.
Speaker 8 (33:58):
It's good.
Speaker 5 (33:58):
I just said there was a lot of its forehead
because he's very tight.
Speaker 2 (34:01):
No, you're not going ball.
Speaker 5 (34:03):
You can't just give me a compliment I did. I said,
you have a beautiful, lovely, non wrinkled forehead.
Speaker 2 (34:09):
And your hair of my head, your hair, your hair
is pulled back just for seed that's pulled back. It's
actually going sideways. I think, very nice forehead. I don't
know what I'm doing wrong here. So your nice forehead,
I said. She looked slightly disheveled. How that was a
problem either, that is, John, you look great. You're walkome, Olivia,
(34:35):
Dean man. I need Battle of Sex is coming up
call now if you guys want to play one a
four three mi Famine's Valentine in the morning we're doing
the Battle of Sex is coming up next to mar
is the last day.
Speaker 9 (34:56):
Of February, and then we go to March. March well
known first Patrick's say, March seventeenth and spring and revival
and stuff. And I like to remind all my non
Irish friends at the symbol of Ireland and Saint Patrick's
Day is a shamrock. It is not a four leaf clover.
Four leaf clover has no meaning in Ireland, thank you. Okay,
It's just the leprechaun on that goofy lucky charms that
(35:16):
started that.
Speaker 2 (35:17):
It is not anything. Shamrock is a symbol of Ireland.
Speaker 9 (35:20):
I'm Irish, by the way. Shamrock is a symbol of Ireland.
A three leaf clover, four leaf clover is not the
symbol of Ireland. Stop putting it in your tex Stop
putting it on things America would have be done.
Speaker 8 (35:29):
Does it have a symbol anywhere? Does it like what
am I trying to say?
Speaker 2 (35:34):
It's well, lucky charms.
Speaker 5 (35:36):
Right, it's just a variation of the clover.
Speaker 9 (35:38):
Okay, somebody got Chatchebut yes, it's just about luck. The
four leaf clover symbolizes like luck. Oh you're lucky you
found a four leaf clover, because they're rare for every
ordinary clover. You'd be ten thousand of dollars before you
found a four leaf clover. But it's nothing to do
with Irish history, nothing to do with Ireland. Saint Patrick
is a shamrock. Ireland is a shamrock. Three leaves on
(35:58):
the clover, but it resents a bless to Trinity.
Speaker 2 (36:00):
No it's not.
Speaker 5 (36:01):
I I don't know, No it is. There are so
many variants of a clover, but it has nothing to
do with are Irish adjacent? No, You're gonna be adjacent
somewhere in a few seconds.
Speaker 2 (36:15):
I'm just trying to say that, as you celebrate in
the month of March for Saint Patrick's Day, use a
shamrock in all of your texts, not a four leaf
clover that is not Irish and has nothing to do
with Ireland, and it's not adjacent. I love the passion.
(36:38):
I love the passion the Valentine has between the three
leaf and four leaf clovers. Yes, thank you, thank you
for that, Elizabeth, thank you for hearing my cry. So
they have both for yes, that's the problem.
Speaker 9 (36:50):
And people use the four leaf clover and go, hey,
have you say Patrick saying they put out a four
leaf clover and it's not Irish, it's Americans. We even
checked in with my Irish cousins yesterday. I checked in
with them.
Speaker 2 (37:02):
Where is that? Thank you, Brian, I'll read that. So
I checked in with them because I go listen, all right,
So I am Irish American, and you know, my mom
and dad grew up in Ireland. I spent much of
my youth there. But I said, let me go to
my cousin John Hart didn't ask him. Okay, okay, and he.
Speaker 9 (37:14):
Goes the four leaf clover is a symbol of luck only,
and it's no association with Ireland or being Irish. Two
very distinct meetings that said. Unfortunately, some Americans don't know
the difference and think the four leaf clover is associated
with Ireland.
Speaker 2 (37:26):
It's not hope. That helps. How's your mom doing?
Speaker 5 (37:30):
Okay, there you go.
Speaker 2 (37:32):
Does Lucky Charms have the four leaf clover because that's
a serial?
Speaker 5 (37:36):
Oh, because he's lucky, right, it's lucky a joke.
Speaker 2 (37:39):
It's a cartoon.
Speaker 9 (37:40):
They made a leprechaun and put a four leaf clover
on his thing, and they messed everything up to.
Speaker 2 (37:43):
Probably see wow Kellogg. Sorry, yeah, exactly right, John, Now
you can General Mills who makes it? I think it's
General Mills actually, okay, thank you. Coming back around seven
o eight, it's Valentine in the morning. This one of
four three MYFM. We need some happiness. If you got
some reach out three one o four three three one
o four three. Anything that's making you smile today, anything
great in your life that's going on. Can you let
us know what that is? We want to read that
(38:04):
on the air.
Speaker 9 (38:05):
Three one oh four three. It is a Battle of

seal beach, works as an operations manager and enjoys going
to the movies. What's up, Anthony, morning, good morning, and.
Speaker 8 (38:21):
On representing the ladies. Her name is Marissa. She lives
in Anaheim. She works as a pharmacist and enjoys watching
her kids play basketball. Let's shot for Marissa walks.
Speaker 1 (38:31):
Up, Marissa, Hi, good morning everyone.
Speaker 9 (38:34):
Good morning this Texas. Sorry Valentine, but my iPhone emojis
only have a four leaf clover. We'll type in shamrock
and then you'll see a shamrock pop up instead of
a four leaf clover. Enough of that, though, Marissa, Right,
let's move on. Let's just start with the ladies and
get to it. Who is the King of rock and roll? Marissa?
Speaker 16 (38:54):
Oh do my friend's big and I kill me.
Speaker 5 (39:00):
So small?
Speaker 2 (39:00):
But Elvis Aaron Presley.
Speaker 8 (39:05):
Anthony on the Fresh Prince of bel Air. What is
the first name of their butler?
Speaker 16 (39:13):
Oh man, you know, it's been such a long time
since I've watched that show.
Speaker 2 (39:17):
I don't remember.
Speaker 8 (39:19):
Jeffrey.
Speaker 9 (39:20):
Our current score is zero and zero. Which character in
the Wizard of oz is looking for a.
Speaker 5 (39:25):
Brain the scarecrow.
Speaker 8 (39:28):
There you go, Anthony, what well known hotel chain is
known for their garden inn?
Speaker 11 (39:37):
I believe Hilton?
Speaker 8 (39:38):

She's like, Also, what's a sponsor?
Speaker 2 (53:18):
She knew what zepound was, dude, He's a smart kid.
Speaker 1 (53:21):
One O four to three MYFM. Here's what's coming up
in entertainment headlines.
Speaker 8 (53:27):
We now have an expected release date for season two
of Heated Rivalry. I'll tell you what it's coming out
right after traffic.
Speaker 15 (53:34):
We just got this text that came in on the
text line at three one oh four three. It says,
someone tell John there's a ladder ten east at kell
Log And that text came in before it showed up
on my traffic resources. We are running a grassroots organization here,
so thank you text from the six two six for
your reporting. Expect a bonus in your next hand.
Speaker 2 (53:49):
You can't do this without mentioning a ladder. He's got
an obsession with ladders. We all have an obsession. Now,
this is just a grou team effort here. This is awesome.
Speaker 5 (53:58):
I'm John Coamuci. That's your track, like I'm found ten
in the morning.
Speaker 9 (54:01):
It is weird the ladders fall off of trucks so often. Yeah,
you think these contractors would go, hey, let me secure
my ladder.
Speaker 18 (54:08):
Yeah.
Speaker 15 (54:08):
I used to ride a motorcycle and in motorcycle school
they teach you never ride behind any truck with the
ladder on.
Speaker 2 (54:14):
It because it's gonna come off.
Speaker 15 (54:15):
It doesn't matter how secure it is, it's not at
the risk. You just get in the other lane, you
go round there to go. You never ride behind the ladder.
Speaker 2 (54:20):
And did you ever split lanes. You did that right
sometimes last Wenning, how I got hit? Yeah, Oh that's
how good hit. That's right.
Speaker 9 (54:25):
And the deal with that is it's supposed to be
ten miles more than the speed of traffic as it
most you.
Speaker 5 (54:30):
Can get act Yeah right, I believe so because.
Speaker 9 (54:32):
You see those motorcycles split in lanes and they're doing
like so, I don't know how you can do that
without And then if I hit you, John, Like, let's
say I'm just too close to your motorcycle hits me
or whatever. Am I at fault or you at fault
for splitting lanes at your own risk?
Speaker 5 (54:46):
It kind of.
Speaker 15 (54:47):
Depends, Like if you're using your blinker and stuff, then
essentially it would be the motorcycle's fault. But a lot
of the time it does fall in the driver because
a lot of people don't look.
Speaker 5 (54:54):
A lot of people do make abrupt changes.
Speaker 9 (54:56):
But I feel like not even that. And this is
fascinatingcause John did ride a bike for a while. Somebody's
in the HOV lane, somebody's in the lane right next
to it, and you know, maybe a little close to
those yellows. You're not crossing them, you're not moving right,
But that's space for Big Harley. Sometimes I feel like
it just gets tight.
Speaker 5 (55:11):
It does get really tight, and and it's kind of
a gray area.
Speaker 15 (55:13):
I remember talking to like some insurance companies about this
because when I got hit, someone jumped in double yellow,
so that's that on them.
Speaker 5 (55:19):
But they're like, sometimes it can be a.
Speaker 15 (55:20):
Gray area because if you don't cross that line like
the biker's supposed to only do it if you have some.
Speaker 2 (55:25):
Space for it.
Speaker 5 (55:27):
It just kind of depends on the situation. Oh God, I.
Speaker 9 (55:29):
Always get over as much as I can, but it's
terrifying when they come up and they're so loud and
they reb them totally. But we appreciate you listening. Motorcyclists one,
four to three.
Speaker 17 (55:39):
My SM Entertainment headlines it's one of the most talked
about shows, and the creator of Heated Rivalry has given
a timeframe for season two.
Speaker 8 (55:47):
He said another season will get underway as soon as
humanly possible, and production is set to begin in August
and an expected release date of season two of Heated Rivalry.
Heated Rivalry will be out April twenty seven, and Macaulay
Culkin's wife Brenda's song used her husband's movie Home Alone
to teach their kids about stranger danger. Brenda said she
(56:10):
showed them the movie and then gave them a talk afterwards,
saying someone is a stranger if you don't know their name.
She said, doesn't matter if there's someone's parents. If you
don't know their name, we've never met them before at
our house, they are a stranger.
Speaker 5 (56:23):
Now.
Speaker 8 (56:23):
Their sons are only three and four, so she said
they really didn't fully get the movie, but she says
they loved all the hyjinks and the traps. I'm Jill
when their Tavid headlines.
Speaker 2 (56:33):
But he had a name tag that said Bob on it,
so I knew his name.
Speaker 8 (56:36):
Uh oh yeah, yeah.
Speaker 2 (56:38):
It's tough.
Speaker 9 (56:38):
My kid is now seventeen, so I'm passed that world,
so to speak. But I do think about like Brian
and younger kids and stuff like that. You're still having
those conversations, you know, and if anybody does anything, let
mommy or daddy know. Stuff like that, right, It's important
to have those conversations. Seven fifty three, We've got the
Battle of Sex that's coming up and able to play
eight six six five four four MYFM Disneyland Resort.
Speaker 5 (57:02):
Really easily.
Speaker 8 (57:03):
You found a new girl and it only took a
couple of weeks.
Speaker 9 (57:08):
Oh, peanut butter in your mouth, a big ol' spoon,
peanut butter. What's going on? Can you whistle? Oh you can't?
Speaker 3 (57:16):
Oh my god.
Speaker 2 (57:18):
Some people have like.
Speaker 9 (57:19):
Peanut butter or crackers and stuff like that and they
can't whistle. Have you ever done that?
Speaker 2 (57:22):
Field Day?
Speaker 13 (57:23):
No?
Speaker 2 (57:23):
You guys ever had field Day? Should we do Valancine
in the morning?
Speaker 5 (57:27):
Field Day'd be fun?
Speaker 2 (57:28):
Field Day was so much fun. Do you have it
when you were a kid?
Speaker 3 (57:30):
Absolutely?
Speaker 11 (57:30):
Yet?
Speaker 2 (57:30):
Field Day?
Speaker 9 (57:31):
I don't think three legged race, carrying the egg on
the spoon?
Speaker 5 (57:36):
Did that in college? Actually this was a big thing
in grammar school.
Speaker 9 (57:40):
Of course it didn't go competition and then like you
eat a bunch of crackers and who can whistle the best?
You never had field day? Oh my gosh. It was
such a right a passage for me as a kid.
Maybe it was more of an East Coast thing.
Speaker 8 (57:50):
I really just see it in movies.
Speaker 2 (57:52):
It was the best.

So that Netflix Warner Brothers Discovery deal that's done. It's
gonna be paramount. Netflix is bowed out. They talked about
it looked like a good deal Warner Brother's Discovery at
that price, but then when the price went off, even
though it might have been good at one price, it
wasn't worth it at that next price of thirty one
dollars per share. So if you got Warner Brothers Discovery stock,
Parama's gonna buy it, probably for thirty one bucks a share.

Patty should be some tougher older lady that smoked a
lot or something.

Do you want to reach out now at three one
o four three and admit that you stole John's food
out of the fridge down the hall. Anybody from coasts
want to come in here and admit that you feel
free if you're the food thief that stole John's pasta
that he had prepped. He does his meal prep big
thing around the office. People have been accused of this
in the past. Somebody stole it. He keeps sitting in
a bag.
Speaker 2 (01:07:24):
And I don't know, he's got like five six, ten
little things in there.
Speaker 5 (01:07:28):
Yeah, I'm fine, he's fine.
Speaker 2 (01:07:31):
He had food, He's okay, it doesn't matter.
Speaker 5 (01:07:33):
But somebody stole his food, yes, and ate it.
Speaker 15 (01:07:36):
I do love you, guys, man, because everyone in this
room is more fired up about this than me, and
I just that's so kind to you, guys.
Speaker 9 (01:07:42):
Really well, you took the time to make it. It's
also something that you paid for.
Speaker 13 (01:07:45):
You know.
Speaker 9 (01:07:46):
You make a good living, but you know you're not rich,
you know, and food costs money nowadays, and things are expensive,
and you took the care to try and eat a
certain way to eat healthy and stuff like that. And
he made some pasta and some chicken and stuff. So
we just went in there and took it out of
your little container and.
Speaker 11 (01:08:02):
Just ate it.
Speaker 8 (01:08:03):
That's the thing. They had to open the bag, just
say the name, then opened the bag to look at
what's in there. I would never open something that was
not mine ever anywhere.
Speaker 5 (01:08:16):
I'd like to believe someone was starving, you know what
I mean?
Speaker 2 (01:08:18):
No, no, no, no. For the price of a cup
of coffee, you can save this person. No, they were
not sitting next to the railroad tracks, all right?
Speaker 9 (01:08:27):
Eight six six four fur IFM texting three one oh
four three, you can be anonymous. Would you like to
admit that you've been that person that stole food from
the office fridge? Have you done that? Have you eaten
somebody else's food from the office fridge?
Speaker 1 (01:08:38):
Valentine in the morning at three one oh four.
Speaker 2 (01:08:40):
To three eight thirty two. It is Valentine in the morning.
Speaker 9 (01:08:43):
This is one o four to three MYFM sunny Hottest
day of the week tempts eighties to low nineties and
seventies near the beaches.
Speaker 2 (01:08:50):
Today, hot for the weekend.
Speaker 9 (01:08:53):
Tomorrow's sunny, warm, hot again eighties Sunday. It will be
a cool down though, but today it's.
Speaker 2 (01:09:01):
Gonna be.
Speaker 11 (01:09:06):
Never.
Speaker 5 (01:09:07):
Just making a weather longer, just to use the music.
Speaker 2 (01:09:10):
Hot, really hot today, hot.
Speaker 9 (01:09:12):
Tomorrow, but cooler on Sunday. Jill's got the entertainment headlines
coming up.
Speaker 8 (01:09:18):
Last night, Gray's Anatomy paid tribute to Eric Dane. I'll
tell you what they did coming up at eight fifty.
Speaker 9 (01:09:24):
I'm so mad for John. I'm so mad for John two.
That is terrible.
Speaker 2 (01:09:28):
Somebody stole my yogurt from my lunch while I was pregnant.
I was furious. The lunch thief at I heart needs
to be called out. I agree with Val and Jill,
these themes are hotless. What if John was a pregnant
lady craving that exact meal?
Speaker 23 (01:09:45):
Yeah?
Speaker 2 (01:09:46):
Yes, Does Coast have a talkback mike where we can
leave messages for the thief over there?
Speaker 12 (01:09:53):
I don't know that it was someone on Coast guys,
or that John just accidentally threw it away, that's my theory.
Speaker 2 (01:09:58):
No, he's a slighty. He's got ADHD. But I don't
think you raise lunch.
Speaker 5 (01:10:04):
If there's one thing I want to throw away, it's
my pasta.
Speaker 2 (01:10:06):
He's Italian.
Speaker 9 (01:10:07):
He knows the amount of noodles he used in that,
and he knows the noodle You know. All right, are
you somebody that has stolen food from the community fridge?
We have somebody's anonymous. I would like to say that,
and we have a voice change. Don't worry anonymous. Hey, hey,
(01:10:28):
we're gonna change your voice. No fear about that. We're
gonna make you sound like a sixty seven year old
Portuguese woman. Can't all right, We're just gonna pitch your
voice down. Don't worry about that.
Speaker 11 (01:10:40):
Yeah, that's great.
Speaker 2 (01:10:41):
Tell us about you stealing the food, go ahead, Okay.
Speaker 11 (01:10:43):
So I've taken food from the community fridge at work.
I don't really feel bad about it. I took someone's
fried rice last week. I'm about to take someone else's
tuna salad, you know. And I know that I'm wrong
for doing this, But it's called community fridge for a reason,
you know, for everybody. So and in my defense, that
(01:11:05):
tuna salad was there for like ten hours, so I
think they forgot about it.
Speaker 8 (01:11:09):
It is not called a community fridge for that reason, Anonymous. Man.
Speaker 11 (01:11:14):
It says community fridge on the fridge, so don't you
tell me?
Speaker 8 (01:11:18):
Yeah, which means everybody can use it, not everybody can
steal it.
Speaker 11 (01:11:22):
I'm not stealing you're taking. I'm not stealing anything.
Speaker 8 (01:11:26):
You're planning your theft for later today. With this tuna sandwich.
Speaker 11 (01:11:30):
It's been that ten hours. Would you eat a ten
hours old tuna sandwich?
Speaker 2 (01:11:33):
Did?
Speaker 15 (01:11:34):
My lunches are in the fridge for like five days?
Do you watch their reactions when they go in looking
for their meal and then it's gone and you have
already eaten it?
Speaker 5 (01:11:42):
Like, do you fess up? Or do you just sit
there and watch?
Speaker 11 (01:11:44):
It's funny that you say that because I work in
security and there is a camera that I can watch
certain activity from, and I have seen people react to
not having their food after their food gone. It's hilarious.
Speaker 9 (01:11:59):
Do you then to erase the footage of yourself? Or
what if somebody comes to you and goes, hey, man,
find out who's been stealing my food?
Speaker 2 (01:12:05):
What do you say then? Since it's an inside job.
Speaker 11 (01:12:07):
I'll be like, I can't. I don't have access to
those campers.
Speaker 2 (01:12:13):
How many breath mints do you keep handy?
Speaker 11 (01:12:16):
Oh, for the other people's foods. Don't smell like other
people's food.
Speaker 2 (01:12:19):
So you don't smell like the guy that ate a
tuna sandwich.
Speaker 11 (01:12:22):
People are going to be like, hey, I smell a
roast beef sandwich. That must have been you. Yeah, I
don't think I'm not too worried about that. I don't
they get too close to people.
Speaker 2 (01:12:30):
Yeah, I don't think you have that many friends.
Speaker 8 (01:12:34):
I just want to curse right now, so I don't
have anything else to say.
Speaker 2 (01:12:38):
We asked people to call up Jill and be honest.
Speaker 8 (01:12:40):
Yeah, which you said you appreciate that, so you covered that.
Speaker 9 (01:12:57):
One of four three my family, it is valance out
of the morning eight sixty six five four or four
of my text into three one oh four three. Please
share the phone number of the thief who just called
in not on the air, just privately said it to me.
Speaker 2 (01:13:09):
I'm gonna crank call him for the rest of my life.
Speaker 9 (01:13:12):
I can't even believe that guy who just called How
can you think that's okay?
Speaker 2 (01:13:15):
What a jerk.
Speaker 9 (01:13:16):
The next person who calls it admitting to being a
food thief, ask them why I need to know why
they're stealing people's food. We can't be mad at this
guy this text. We can't even be mad at him.
We did say calling and be honest. Oh it's terrible. Nonetheless,
what a jerk. Another text, I can't believe the scum
of the earth actually listens to such an amazing radio show.
Speaker 3 (01:13:39):
Everyone's welcome, even come.
Speaker 9 (01:13:41):
Right even we love getting listeners so much, like, no
matter what you've done, we'll welcome to the show. This
person needs to be fired security. Oh my god, they're
a thief and a liar. Oh my god, this guy's horrible.
Speaker 2 (01:13:57):
Somebody stole my lunchable for the break room when I
was dead broke working in retail. I lost it.
Speaker 9 (01:14:03):
I wrote a huge note that I taped down the
middle of the table, tearing that person down, saying, you
never know when you're taking somebody's only food they might
have for the day, et cetera, et cetera. My rant
was on my ex coworkers first day, and fifteen years later,
we still joke about.
Speaker 2 (01:14:18):
It, and I wonder did they eat my lunchable?
Speaker 11 (01:14:23):
Oh?
Speaker 9 (01:14:23):
I do like lunchables. Eight sixty six five four four MIFM.
People also celebrating your reaction.
Speaker 8 (01:14:28):
You were not happy with that call, No, not happy
at him whatsoever. And thank you to all these Texters
who are on my side.
Speaker 5 (01:14:35):
Denia, have you stolen food?
Speaker 23 (01:14:38):
I definitely have accidentally accent yes.
Speaker 10 (01:14:42):
Every weekend on Fridays we ordered food.
Speaker 18 (01:14:45):
And I actually grabbed the wrong plate that wasn't mine.
Speaker 21 (01:14:49):
And it was way more full.
Speaker 20 (01:14:51):
And originally my order was just a burritle, so I
ate my coworkers like salad and two tacos, and she
was very upset.
Speaker 9 (01:14:58):
No, hold on, So your original order was a burrito
and you knew you ordered a burrito, right.
Speaker 1 (01:15:04):
Let's just say I forgot.
Speaker 9 (01:15:10):
Nothing more like Listen, i didn't grow up in Mexican food,
but I'm pretty sure I know the difference between a
burrito and three tacos.
Speaker 19 (01:15:21):
They distributed the food very, very fast, so I just
grabbed my plate and walked away.
Speaker 9 (01:15:26):
You just started eating and go, huh, maybe it's a
new style of brito where they just don't fully close it.
Speaker 21 (01:15:31):
Oh yeah, did.
Speaker 2 (01:15:32):
Your friend find out that you ate her food?
Speaker 19 (01:15:35):
Oh yeah, definitely, almost immediately when she opened her plate
and she was like, what why.
Speaker 18 (01:15:40):
Is there just a sad burrito in here?
Speaker 5 (01:15:41):
Oh? Okay?
Speaker 2 (01:15:45):
Yeah.
Speaker 8 (01:15:46):
But yeah, when you're expecting something and you're looking forward
to something, like John was looking forward to his pasta,
it was different than his chicken bowls, and so you're like, oh, man,
I can't wait for those tacos.
Speaker 9 (01:15:55):
Yeah, and these probably were just like not ordinary tacos,
probably carne asada tacos or you had trimmedos or something
or what was it?
Speaker 2 (01:16:01):
What type of taco?
Speaker 1 (01:16:02):
It was a shrimp taco.
Speaker 5 (01:16:03):
But let's just say I was feeling bold and I
gave her her food back after and I got her
Starbucks after, so she was very happy.
Speaker 9 (01:16:09):
You are their biggest favorite. Though you so knew that
wasn't your meal when you bite in the shrimp tacos
and you didn't. You didn't get a shrimp burrito, did you?
Speaker 2 (01:16:16):
No?
Speaker 23 (01:16:17):
But you know it's just quick.
Speaker 11 (01:16:19):
They placed the order and.
Speaker 2 (01:16:22):
Put it in front of until you eat it in
thirty seconds or less. All right, Dania, Oh did you
want to be anonymous? I forgot to ask.
Speaker 1 (01:16:29):
No, I'm okay, okay, cool, have a great day. Love one.
Four to three My sm entertainment headlines.
Speaker 8 (01:16:36):

song Chasing Cars with the montage, and yesterday this headline
(01:16:57):
was everywhere that Pink and her husband Carrie Hart, had
split well. Late yesterday afternoon, Pink shared her own video
and she denied any problems in her marriage, and she said,
I was just alerted to the fact that I'm separated
from my husband. I didn't know. Thank you for letting
me know. And she said, I was wondering, would you
also like to tell our children? So they are good?
(01:17:19):
I'm Jill when they're a timid headline.
Speaker 9 (01:17:21):
So I watched it video too, and I watched it
and got her message and stuff, and I'm glad she
did that. But then also I watch it like a
second or third time just to try and check out
her house. Oh, she's like walking around, takes over her glasses,
is walking around. I'm such a nosy person, isn't it though,
that I'm on zillo and I'm calling your wife?
Speaker 2 (01:17:40):
Are you one of those people that go on zill
and just look at other houses and stuff like that
and dream? Sure.
Speaker 5 (01:17:44):
Yeah, it's hard.
Speaker 8 (01:17:46):
Not to glance to when you're on a walk and
the house has like a huge window or something they.
Speaker 9 (01:17:49):
Have, take a look see inside, and then you caught
somebody's eye there looking back at you, like, oh, the
worst it's a panic.
Speaker 2 (01:17:56):
Eight sixty six five four four my FM.
Speaker 9 (01:17:59):
Nancy, Good morning, how are you today?
Speaker 13 (01:18:03):
Hi?
Speaker 2 (01:18:03):
Nance, Nancy? Hi there, Yes, I am Should I change Nancy?
Speaker 20 (01:18:11):
How are you?
Speaker 2 (01:18:13):
Are you sure you don't want me to change your voice?
All right, just a little switch. We just do.
Speaker 9 (01:18:20):
It's fun back and forth here. So nance the stolen
food situation? What's going on?
Speaker 12 (01:18:27):
So?
Speaker 21 (01:18:27):
I worked for a big global company don't want to
see the name, okay, and we would basically, you know,
put our lunches in the break room and the refrigerator
and every day somebody's food would go missing, and we
would complain to the plant manager. Hey, somebody eating our food.
Speaker 20 (01:18:45):
Mind you. We have cams everywhere. Oh yeah, So even
in the parking lot everywhere. However, we can never catch
that person. And one day that person ate the plant
managers for food.
Speaker 11 (01:19:03):
What happened?
Speaker 2 (01:19:03):
Then then you got cameras, didn't well nothing.
Speaker 19 (01:19:06):
He was very upset and he did have a meeting,
you know, explaining that if this person was caught, that
there was going to be you know, uh, something was
going to happen. Because we're in a we're an industrial area.
It's not like we can go to the corner and
get food at any you know, fast food places, so
it was very difficult, so some of us would go
(01:19:27):
without lunch.
Speaker 9 (01:19:30):
Okay, let me ask you. You probably thought you knew
who it was and maybe you guys find out who
it is.
Speaker 11 (01:19:36):
Whatever.
Speaker 9 (01:19:36):
Did you look around to see if anybody was gaining
weight suspiciously because there was so much food being gone,
you know what I mean?
Speaker 20 (01:19:46):
No, I do.
Speaker 21 (01:19:47):
I kind of had a suspicion as to who it
was because that person's office was in the vicinity of
the breakroom, so I guess it kind of knew when
people would take their breaks. Yeah, and that person would
go in. I don't want to say he or she.
That's why I want to keep it big.
Speaker 11 (01:20:07):
Yeah.
Speaker 20 (01:20:07):
I do believe who it was.
Speaker 9 (01:20:10):
Yeah, we think we know who it was here too,
and I'm about to put on my old uniform. And
Jill's dad's a retired D three detective.
Speaker 2 (01:20:21):
I'll get him too.
Speaker 5 (01:20:22):
Yeah, l a p D.
Speaker 9 (01:20:23):
The Connecticut Police team up one more time, go after
this guy or something you know or girl, whoever.
Speaker 3 (01:20:30):
It is it may be, it's already been tried and.
Speaker 2 (01:20:35):
They're serving time already.
Speaker 8 (01:20:38):
If they want to apologize to John now's their chance,
and then we'll let by gones be bygones.
Speaker 2 (01:20:43):
If not, David, oh nance, So what happened in the end?
Speaker 9 (01:20:50):
Did this person stop stealing after the plant manager told
him not to?
Speaker 21 (01:20:55):
Uh, you know, it kind of died down for a
little bit, but then it started back up, and then.
Speaker 2 (01:20:59):
The like, oh it did. Oh I'm sorry to hear that.
Speaker 9 (01:21:04):
Yeah, and that person's probably hungry now because they've got
no more food to have. That's tough though, and yeah,
it's stinks.
Speaker 2 (01:21:12):
What are you gonna do?
Speaker 9 (01:21:13):
Well, we're gonn try and figure out who's doing it here,
and if we find out, we'll say the name of
the air.
Speaker 2 (01:21:16):
Don't worry.
Speaker 1 (01:21:16):
Can't you go?
Speaker 11 (01:21:20):
All right?
Speaker 9 (01:21:21):
Thanks Dan? Thanks for calling in. By eight sixty six
five four FURFM. This did strike a courd a lot
of people very upset about folks stealing food out of
the fridge. Some of these texts are also probably not
what you want to do. People recommending do the trick
food where you bring something in looks nice and put
some vizin in it and then see who has to
run to the bathroom. That's an old thing. I don't
(01:21:42):
if it's a wive stealer. Not but don't be doing stuff.
Don't be putting stuff in food because you got a sudden.
Speaker 2 (01:21:46):
Happened to somebody. Then you're cumpable for that.
Speaker 5 (01:21:47):
Yeah, I don't know.
Speaker 9 (01:21:50):
Maybe a little mirror or something, you know, something that
you use to move things along.
Speaker 2 (01:21:54):
Anyway, we don't want to.
Speaker 8 (01:21:57):
Stoop to their level.
Speaker 5 (01:21:58):
You know, just like two seconds ago, they were guilty.
Put them in jail already.
Speaker 8 (01:22:03):
Yeah, yeah, but that's their own doing. I'm not partaking
in that. That's valod my dad.
Speaker 15 (01:22:08):
I will say, oh, we're doing it for you. I
brought two pastas on Wednesday. I put them in the fridge.
They were there yesterday and I have not checked today.
Speaker 5 (01:22:15):
Go now, it's time to see John.
Speaker 9 (01:22:18):
This song is three minutes and forty five seconds. Can
you run down and check in that amount of time?
Speaker 5 (01:22:22):
Ample time remaining?
Speaker 2 (01:22:23):
All right, we're gonna find out if one of the
pastas is missing.
Speaker 8 (01:22:27):
Hey bye, starting in ma.
Speaker 9 (01:22:32):
We have to interrupt, I thought. John just walked back
in Adele. I know your friend, You're gonna be okay
with that interrupting.
Speaker 2 (01:22:37):
We'll leave it there.
Speaker 9 (01:22:38):
We'll rejoin it in a second. John just walked back
in the room and goes you guys messing with me?
Are you messing with me? Take care of shore.
Speaker 5 (01:22:44):
Here's the thing.
Speaker 15 (01:22:44):
I know you're not messing with me because I didn't
tell you any of this until on the air recently,
Like just now, you.
Speaker 9 (01:22:49):
Just told us about the two pastas. We knew nothing
about it. I have not been down to the kitchen
at all.
Speaker 15 (01:22:53):
I thought this was a prank because I walked in
there and one of my two pastas are gone.
Speaker 2 (01:22:57):
Wow, somebody stole one of your pastas? Again? Serious?
Speaker 5 (01:23:00):
Right now? We have a.
Speaker 2 (01:23:03):
Massive food thief at iHeartRadio.
Speaker 5 (01:23:06):
I even like looked around you.
Speaker 9 (01:23:07):
So they stole the pasta? Was it last week? They
sold it earlier in the week. It was earlier this week,
early in the week. So you brought two more pastas
like today or something. I brought them I believe Wednesday.
All right, So two more pastas, and now we're missing
pasta again.
Speaker 5 (01:23:19):
You're missing one of the two pastas I brought.
Speaker 2 (01:23:22):
Some us stealing the pastas. Unbelievable. That's great.
Speaker 5 (01:23:26):
I didn't tell any of you guys.
Speaker 2 (01:23:27):
No, we didn't know.
Speaker 5 (01:23:28):
Chickens are all there.
Speaker 2 (01:23:29):
No chickens are there. Nobody cares about your chickens.
Speaker 5 (01:23:32):
In the dang building. Dude, I'm telling you who's well.
Speaker 2 (01:23:34):
We have our thoughts. We have our thoughts.
Speaker 8 (01:23:37):
You'll ask.
Speaker 2 (01:23:38):
I'm not kidding, but you guys, you want me to
go down and just ask that person if they're stilling
the pasta. We only do.
Speaker 9 (01:23:43):
We only think it's in because they're Italian or something.
Is that the only reason there's a history. There's a
history a food thievery. Oh, they stole something from the
other show to our right, correct, pizza, pizza, right, Yeah,
that's maybe you were it's hungry.
Speaker 2 (01:24:01):
But two times this is two times this week.
Speaker 9 (01:24:03):
Somebody's two times this week somebody stole your homemade pasta
that you bring in in your meal prep boxes.
Speaker 5 (01:24:09):
That's insane behavior.
Speaker 2 (01:24:10):
Wow, unbelievable. Sorry, Dell, we'll get back to this.
Speaker 19 (01:24:19):
Book.
Speaker 9 (01:24:21):
One O four three, My fam, it's valence in the morning.
This place is gone riotous. It's nuts in here right now.
The heat inside is worse than the heat that's gonna
be coming today eighties, nineties tomorrow, maybe it's gonna be
very very hot in the valley. Bringing lunch, bring a
lunch bag and use a mini lock on the zippers.
Speaker 5 (01:24:39):
Now, John, so you shouldn't have to do that.
Speaker 9 (01:24:41):
Stopping of the song. Stopping of adele made my whole day.
That cracked me up. Sorry to interrupt, Ondel. Tell John,
I'm on my way to the Superior Court building downtown LA.
If he wants me to file a formal complaint for him, Okay, okay,
I can come over my day off. I'll set up
a camera and wait for that thief to arrive, guys,
and provide to the video. I work in the business this,
this is very funny. Somebody must be messing with you
(01:25:01):
guys for sure. No, they're not. Somebody is stealing the food.
Speaker 2 (01:25:04):
When you find the pasta stealing fool, he should buy
John lunch for a month.
Speaker 5 (01:25:08):
Yeah what if the.
Speaker 2 (01:25:09):
Prison doing it?
Speaker 9 (01:25:10):
Is you going to purpose because you guys are mentioning
it and the building can hear you?
Speaker 16 (01:25:14):
No?
Speaker 15 (01:25:15):
Yeah, but like they didn't even know that I brought
more pastas, right, I didn't tell any somebody's eating until
I admitted it on the air.
Speaker 5 (01:25:22):
Just now.
Speaker 9 (01:25:22):
Yeah, is the person keeping John's containers too? Now wait
a minute, guys, where are the containers shown?
Speaker 2 (01:25:28):
Well, they're disposable, right, Let's go through the trash Okay,
all right, let's.
Speaker 5 (01:25:33):
Go to the trash. I'm studio.
Speaker 9 (01:25:36):
We're gonna dig through that trash, all right, and if
we find the trash can worry is maybe they put
it there, maybe didn't, But we've got evidence there.
Speaker 11 (01:25:42):
Yep.
Speaker 9 (01:25:43):
And listen, twenty three and meters may not be around anymore,
but ancestry DNA is we get a swab or we
go back to Dave and go listen, you still know
some people, LAPD. I still got some friends in Connecticut.
I'll send the swab overnight and we find out what's
going down. Man, I bet you they're in the system.
Speaker 5 (01:25:58):
I didn't care what one lunch.
Speaker 15 (01:25:59):
But now that it's too it's like the fact that
they think they're getting away with it. Yeah, and for
that the audacity, Now I'm in it. You made it,
you bought the food, he took the time.
Speaker 9 (01:26:07):
It's yours val handle it. Set up the interrogation immediately.
Oh god, I missed the beginning of the story. But
I'm catching on real fast.
Speaker 11 (01:26:15):
Here.
Speaker 9 (01:26:17):
These are food items that John makes. He makes his
like you know, meal prep, and they're cute little containers.
They're his containers. He puts them in a big bag
and puts them in the fridge and he eats his
chicken rice like every day. He tried mixing it up
and doing a little bit of pasta. Somebody went into
his bag, opened up his bag, saw multiple meals and
decided I want the pasta. On Tuesday, that apparently decided
(01:26:39):
this morning, I want the pasta.
Speaker 8 (01:26:41):
Yeah, like just going into a bag, you're gonna go
into somebody's backpack. You're gonna go to somebody's purse. If
it's out like that. Don't go into people's bags.
Speaker 9 (01:26:48):
Man, this is something all right, guys, We're onto it.
We'll let you know any updates. We'll break into the show.
Speaker 2 (01:26:56):
We're checking the trash now.
Speaker 12 (01:27:00):
The the station that takes you all the way from
the nineties to now.
Speaker 2 (01:27:07):
If you hear us talking for three songs in a row,
I mean, if you don't hear us talking for three
songs in a row, we're down checking trash. We'll be
back right.
Speaker 5 (01:27:15):
Give us three songs and checks and trash cans. Let's go, guys, come.
Speaker 8 (01:27:19):
On, shame right like a diamond.
Speaker 11 (01:27:25):
The same.
Speaker 9 (01:27:26):
So one, A, four, three, my family, it is Valentine
in the morning. All next week. More passes to the
Disneyland Resort family four packs. We have thus for you.
We've been digging through the trash. We found nothing yet,
found nothing yet, But if we do find something on
this food thief, we'll let you know. Hunterricks Golden. It's
one of four three MYFM.
Speaker 8 (01:27:48):
A good.
Speaker 9 (01:27:55):
Tell us fit of aphilia? What a four three my fam?
It's Valentine the morning. Well, the gossip is out now.
We went down and we confronted people. We interrogated people.
Speaker 8 (01:28:07):
I believe everybody we spoke to not guilty. Everyone we
talked to, they weren't lying.
Speaker 15 (01:28:13):
That's the thing with Jill. She has her suspicions and
then she'll talk to someone and she's.
Speaker 5 (01:28:16):
Like, not believe it.
Speaker 9 (01:28:20):
There was some pasta on their lift, a little red sauce,
but they just said that was Tabasco.
Speaker 2 (01:28:25):
So I believe them. Meantime, I'm over there licking it here.
Speaker 9 (01:28:31):
So we went down and we knocked on some doors.
We looked in some trash cans. It've been new to
the show or just tuning in this morning. Somebody's been
stealing John's meal prep out of the fridge twice this week.
Plates of pasta that are in cute little boxes that
John buys they've been stolen. They have to go into
his bag and they take him out and they eat him.
And then they're disposing of the evidence smartly because we
(01:28:53):
checked all the trash cans. We sure did, and it's
gross out there, but we didn't find any of that stuff.
Speaker 15 (01:28:59):
It's kind of I've been working in this building for
myself ten years, I think almost ten years. Never dealt
with this situation before. Never heard of a lunch thief.
I've been bringing chicken for a year now, never dealt
with it. But the first week I bring pasta right now,
it gets stolen.
Speaker 9 (01:29:14):
So we went down the hall. We checked the coast
there in full denial. Ellen Case says, nobody is stealing
that food in her room right now?
Speaker 8 (01:29:21):
Yes, okay, So.
Speaker 9 (01:29:22):
Now we've got to go to the right and we've
got to ask them. We're going to march down after that.
It's a big boy. Then we got to go right
down the seacrest. We check with all the shows.
Speaker 3 (01:29:30):
You know, I was okay with this going to Coast.
Speaker 5 (01:29:33):
I'm not scared of them.
Speaker 3 (01:29:35):
The rest of the show.
Speaker 5 (01:29:36):
What happens.
Speaker 3 (01:29:39):
Scaring you?
Speaker 5 (01:29:42):
Enjoy it?
Speaker 2 (01:29:44):
Took it.
Speaker 9 (01:29:44):
It's be like, can I make it differently for you.
We should like some sausage and peppers with it next time.
What can I do to make it better? You've been
stealing my lunch? That's okay? Can I make some more
for you?
Speaker 11 (01:29:55):
Total?
Speaker 2 (01:29:55):
Could you want a glass of wine with it? I mean,
just oh fresh, degraded partisan g there's so sorry I
didn't have the fresh stuff here. It Is'll be graded
for you. There you go, mister secrets, right, yeah, that
would be the case.
Speaker 5 (01:30:06):
Right, all right, We'll let you know we're on this.
We're talking to more people.
Speaker 9 (01:30:11):
A lot of people are very fired up because with
a guy in the air today, they admitted that he
steals from the community fridge at his workplace and he's security.
Speaker 2 (01:30:20):
Do we check those guys our security guys, you know?
Speaker 5 (01:30:25):
Could it be them? I'm pretty tight with the security guys.
Speaker 2 (01:30:27):
Inside job, John, inside job, you never know.
Speaker 1 (01:30:30):
Comes to dams and SUV's to full size trucks.
Speaker 17 (01:30:33):
Experience the incredible power and fuel efficiency with Toyota Electric
five rae.
Speaker 8 (01:30:37):
Things you need to know right now.
Speaker 9 (01:30:40):
So today is the hottest day of the week. Record
breaking tempts possible in many cities. It'll reach you up
for eighties across LA and Orange County, and it's February
twenty seven, climbing into the nineties.
Speaker 2 (01:30:52):
The farther inland you go.
Speaker 9 (01:30:58):
Much cooler weather move in Sunday, followed by a slight, slight,
slight chance of rain on Monday. There's a new mural
in Guardina honoring Olympic champion Alyssa Leu. The mural celebrates
her gold medal performance for Team USA and a twenty
four year drought.
Speaker 2 (01:31:17):
It's beautiful.
Speaker 9 (01:31:18):
The artist behind it, Gustavo Zermaino Junior, says he hopes
it will aspire young people celebrate excellency sports. She was
born in New in California, by the way, and Alyssa
is currently attending UCLA. It's a beautiful, beautiful mural. Very nice, John.
What's going on in music, bud Well?
Speaker 15 (01:31:33):
It is a new music Friday, of course. The big
release out today is a new album from Bruno mars So.
This is one of the songs on that album called
on My Soul. He previewed this last night on Nightheart
radio in TikTok. He did a thing called Romantic Radio
(01:31:55):
and he was just going through all these tracks and
the album is such a good one.
Speaker 5 (01:31:58):
All nine socks on nine socks, all nine songs.
Speaker 15 (01:32:02):
None of them skippable as you can stream it, of
course on that free iHeartRadio app.
Speaker 5 (01:32:05):
I'm John comunci that's what's turning the music.
Speaker 2 (01:32:08):
Tex says, hey, question all the Italians in the building.
Speaker 12 (01:32:12):
Yeah, John made a list of tell people, which seems
weird to do.
Speaker 2 (01:32:16):
And he hasn't checked in. Paul cor Right, it's not
a big boss.
Speaker 5 (01:32:22):
You liked it?
Speaker 9 (01:32:22):
Can I make you more? Between Seacrest and Corvenos like
two people right there? They steal it. Whatever, it's fine.
Let's see. I lef how Brian is okay with KOs
but he's afraid of big boys. Really anyone else dide?
I feel like Ellen k could take you.
Speaker 3 (01:32:38):
Yeah, No, I'm a four three.
Speaker 9 (01:32:42):
You see me, my famy. It's balance in the morning.
People going, hey, how come John peaks not wade in?
And this iHeart scandal? John p doesn't care with heart scandals.
I think we're like the I don't know, like, what
was that fairy tale where she's the step daughter whatever something, Cinderella, Cinderella.
We're like, we're like that he's gonna sweep in the
(01:33:04):
floors and stuff and he's he's taking care of the
quote unquote prettier sisters, you know, which are kiss and
ninety eight seven and you know and Coast and stuff.
They're the prettier sisters. We're like the stepchild. They got
mop of the floor here or something from Cinderella. John,
peopleouldn't care if they cut our brakes.
Speaker 3 (01:33:20):
That's kind of true. He's very hands off.
Speaker 9 (01:33:24):
Yeah, right, very so. I that even knows about this
scandal here. You know what I mean, if somebody stealing
John's John Cabuchi's food.
Speaker 15 (01:33:32):
Out of the bridge twice. Now, his hands off because
he trusts the driver.
Speaker 2 (01:33:36):
You know, No, you're a kiss, You're you're a kiss.
Speaker 8 (01:33:41):
But what if we just do like a little sign
on there that says like we know you took it. No,
it's we're like making them sweat a little bit, you
know you took it.
Speaker 15 (01:33:49):
We need to catch them, We need to catch them.
I have like family members texting me that I didn't
even know. Listen, just like checking in. Haven't talked to
them in months. Yeah, like, hey, I'm so sorry about
your pastolity.
Speaker 9 (01:33:58):
You want telling you to put lack in the sitting, Yeah,
put in your pasta John but then John will forget.
Oh no, somebody was texting Alyssa Lou not Leu kindly
in parentheses. As far as I know it's Leo because
I've accidentally said it wrong a couple of times, you know,
but I think it is Leu. I believe as well.
Speaker 2 (01:34:19):
Right, and there you go. But congratulations tour.
Speaker 9 (01:34:24):
All right, So let's just see somebody takes John Peaks
lunch and see what happens. Then, Oh, John Peak gets
his delivered. Yeah, fancy sushi plays or something comes in.
All those bosses have like those sushi boxes they get
and everything.
Speaker 2 (01:34:37):
It's like, I know, it'd be nice to be them.
And John sitting back here with his pasta that he
made like two nights before, five nights before, and then
it's nights before and then go on a sorry, yeah,

Speaker 9 (01:34:53):
Yeah, you really put a little something next to her
in there, you know, all right? Nine the fox gonna
been here at ten o'clock, as I mean checked her.
She's Italian.
Speaker 12 (01:35:01):
She's fired up about this too. She's just yeah, okay,
