Speaker 1 (00:09):
The full show podcast starts right now, one.
Speaker 2 (00:12):
Of four three my family. It is Valentine in the Morning.
Good morning, John, Good morning.
Speaker 4 (00:16):
How are you.
Speaker 2 (00:17):
I'm fine? How are you John? Good?
Speaker 4 (00:18):
We always skip you sometimes, so I want to make
sure I hit you first. But I had a pretty
good weekend. Went to the Renaissance Fair.
Speaker 2 (00:25):
And J a big old turvia leg, huge turkey leg.
Speaker 5 (00:28):
Huge.
Speaker 4 (00:29):
We all dressed up. I was a little bit offended though,
because I told my girlfriend like she could decide what
I wear.
Speaker 2 (00:34):
Did she wench it out? I don't know what that means.
You know what the wench is? No, I guess, And
she probably didn't wuntch it out.
Speaker 4 (00:42):
Yeah, she probably didn't wunch it out. Then, I don't know.
Speaker 2 (00:45):
You know, it's a big buxom lady that works in
the bar, yes, but the very top maybe pushed up, yes,
keep it upstairs.
Speaker 6 (00:51):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (00:52):
And they're popping out though, Oh yeah, bar everywhere.
Speaker 4 (00:56):
But when we were getting ready for this thing, I
told my girlfriend like she could pick what wants me
to wear. Yeah, so she sends me a photo. She's like,
I think you would look really good in this, and
it was a photo of mister Tumnus from Narnia.
Speaker 5 (01:06):
Who's that I have to look at.
Speaker 2 (01:08):
He's the guy that's.
Speaker 4 (01:08):
Like a goat on the bottom.
Speaker 2 (01:10):
Stop it. She made you look like a goat on
the bottom. But she wanted me to be that is
not a Renaissance fair. Is that shirtless with a scarf?
That is not a Renaissance fair. That's what I'm saying.
That's Narnia.
Speaker 4 (01:23):
I mean, she was like, no, like that's perfect for
the theme.
Speaker 2 (01:26):
That's where animals become people. Is that cross thing there?
Speaker 4 (01:28):
That's what I'm saying. I shut that thing down. Sank God,
I just want as a peasant.
Speaker 5 (01:32):
Okay, Yeah, I'm ULI's side for a lot of things.
I don't agree with that.
Speaker 4 (01:36):
And she was like, you're acting too cool for that,
and I was like, I don't know, I kind of
end I don't want to be mister tumbness.
Speaker 2 (01:41):
Like, nobody know who that was.
Speaker 5 (01:43):
I think she just wanted your shirt off.
Speaker 2 (01:45):
Maybe oh she wenched it up. Yeah, it was a
good time though. Oh no, I love those things are
so much fun. Yeah, that's how we met a friend
of ours years ago named Bear. Oh yeah. Bear was
doing security at the Renaissance Fair, and that's when Brian
and I met him.
Speaker 3 (01:58):
I love him.
Speaker 2 (01:59):
He's the best, good man. How are you. I'm good.
Speaker 3 (02:01):
I had a weekend of just me and my sons, Mike, Int, Maddox, Kyla,
and Amaya went to Florida to see family. So it's
a boy's weekend and the boys, uh continue it's they
won't be back until later this week.
Speaker 2 (02:14):
Oh my god, So what is your clean up time?
Because you have to get that place cleaned up before
the girls get back. They get back late Tuesday night,
So Tuesday afternoon is full throttle. Grab the bottle and
go at it.
Speaker 3 (02:30):
Oh yeah, yeah, yeah, we're gonna be partying until then.
Speaker 2 (02:33):
Put in the hard yeah, dishes in the sank, wash
it right.
Speaker 3 (02:36):
Oh yeah. The things that annoy my wife the most
are are shoes being left out right and she walks
in yep, so those shoes are everywhere. We're enjoying that
and then leaving our cups everywhere. We get yelled at
for that all the time, all the time.
Speaker 2 (02:48):
Keys on the counter, dishes in the sink.
Speaker 3 (02:51):
Good god, do you.
Speaker 5 (02:52):
Have anything by the door for the shoes.
Speaker 3 (02:56):
There's a shoe racking the garage, so you have to
take the effort of taking it into the garage.
Speaker 2 (03:00):
That's the same thing. Yeah, so far away.
Speaker 7 (03:01):
I was gonna say, to surprise her before she gets back,
get like a fun little shoe rack that you can
keep inside right there, so it's easy to put your
shoes away.
Speaker 5 (03:11):
So that she's happy. You're happy.
Speaker 2 (03:13):
He's happy just dropping his shoes. She's not nice.
Speaker 4 (03:17):
We have when we use it every day, makes it clean.
Speaker 5 (03:21):
We have a little drawer.
Speaker 3 (03:25):
He's the goat.
Speaker 2 (03:26):
You're a goat, the goat the best.
Speaker 1 (03:31):
One four three with my FM.
Speaker 2 (03:34):
Hey David, welcome to one four three my FM. Oh
my god, Hey buddy, how are you doing? Man?
Speaker 8 (03:39):
Man, I'm doing okay. I kind of regret that call yesterday. Man,
I didn't know it was gonna stir. I was his joking.
Speaker 3 (03:46):
I think I know what this is.
Speaker 2 (03:47):
I think he was fine yesterday. No exactly who David is?
Speaker 3 (03:49):
Okay?
Speaker 2 (03:51):
This David?
Speaker 4 (03:51):
If do I have this correct?
Speaker 3 (03:53):
We were talking about the pregnancy simulator, like looking ourselves
up to the pregnancy simulator.
Speaker 2 (03:57):
He was talking about the pain that men go through
with their their units. Wait, this is that. This is
that David and you guys roasted the poor guy.
Speaker 8 (04:08):
We should we should get Hey, they they were marking
in front of my house last night with protesting and
I can't even take my kids to school.
Speaker 2 (04:16):
Yeah, they shut this guy's house down because he said
that the pain that men get down there when they
get kicked and you know what, that could be comparable
to labor pains.
Speaker 8 (04:26):
Because I wanted to talk to Jill. I don't know
if she remembers me. I'm the one who who she
ran into in Riverside at the Antiques flore the day
before you guys. You guys went to Notts Verry Farm.
Speaker 2 (04:39):
Jill, this man with her cars a lot.
Speaker 5 (04:42):
You were so sweet.
Speaker 8 (04:46):
Yeah, that's how I was like, I'm not that guy
that you guys on the radio.
Speaker 3 (04:48):
I'm actually I'm sorry, David. I feel responsible. I got
David on. I wanted him to say, you know that
he thought that man got getting kicked in the is.
Speaker 2 (05:00):
But to David's defense, the thing about what he was
saying was a man getting kicked down there in the
nether regions it's never expected, like if you are gonna
have a baby, you know it, you've noticed.
Speaker 9 (05:15):
You know what.
Speaker 8 (05:15):
It's one of those things where I kind of just
if we're around, you know, having dreams sort of ever
just a ruffle, like just laughing stuff. But it's not
something he's.
Speaker 2 (05:26):
Just trying to get a conversation starter, have some fun.
Speaker 4 (05:29):
Yeah, he's a fun guy.
Speaker 2 (05:30):
He's a good guy.
Speaker 8 (05:32):
Chance to be on the air.
Speaker 10 (05:33):
I have to take it.
Speaker 2 (05:34):
Yeah, I got you, brother, I got you.
Speaker 8 (05:36):
But I do apologize, Jill Jail Please, I'm not that guy.
I've met you before and I.
Speaker 7 (05:41):
Know you're not like you are a wonderful stand up guy.
And I apologize because I didn't see your text and so.
Speaker 5 (05:49):
Not knowing that it was a joke like I was,
I was heated.
Speaker 2 (05:54):
Listen, it's a joke now obviously with the repercussions of
the pick gets outside of his house. He thought it
was for May Day, but it was actually for him.
Speaker 8 (06:05):
And then Val put that other thing about the epidural,
and I was like, oh man, why don't you kick
me while I'm down? Val Man, it's the epidural.
Speaker 2 (06:12):
Yeah yeah, oh yeah, you can get an epidural when
you're having a baby. Not all women do get the epidural.
Speaker 8 (06:17):
By the way, saying you're saying a man doesn't get one.
Speaker 2 (06:20):
And it all started as the man flew. And I
think you're arguing too that the man flew is a
real thing and it's worse for men and stuff. You know.
Speaker 5 (06:28):
But did you have fun at Notts at our private party?
Speaker 8 (06:30):
Oh my god, it was. That was awesome. It was
we've been wanting to go and uh, it was just
crazy how it worked out, you know. Yeah, I saw
your husband pass by, and then I'm like, I text
my wife like, hey, that's Jill's here. I got out
of line.
Speaker 11 (06:42):
I wouldn't look at you.
Speaker 8 (06:43):
And then as much as we saw you, I was like,
and then it worked out.
Speaker 2 (06:46):
We'll have you back again this year, but we're gonna
do a nut kicking booth. Yeah, man, I deserve it, David,
you're the best. But I appreciate the phone.
Speaker 11 (06:59):
Call man to Valentine in the Morning on one oh
four to three, my Sam listen anywhere with the iHeartRadio app.
Speaker 2 (07:06):
One of four to three, my famby, it is Valentine
in the morning. Who is online? Five?
Speaker 3 (07:10):
This is Kathleena. She was very excited to hear Colin
on the air on Friday.
Speaker 2 (07:15):
Oh really, good morning, Hi, good morning, good morning. How
are you doing today?
Speaker 10 (07:20):
Oh I'm great?
Speaker 5 (07:22):
Thanks, Hello, are you good? What are you call it for? Today?
Speaker 12 (07:25):
Oh?
Speaker 10 (07:25):
I was calling because I have started hearing Colin's voice.
It just made me realize the first time I heard
his voice was so long ago. You know, my daughter's
only a year younger than him. So flashed back to
all the milestones they kind of hit together. They'll always
Valentine always give you this little hint of what was coming,
and it was so you know, oh, so crazy to
(07:46):
think about those moments.
Speaker 2 (07:47):
Yeah, you've got senior year coming, girl, get ready for
senior year.
Speaker 10 (07:50):
No, well, we're in the middle of junior year at
exams and SATs and trying to think about college essays
and so that's where we're But yeah.
Speaker 2 (08:00):
I think you might beat a different spot now. I
think a lot of schools are starting to once again
require SAT sets where they weren't requiring it this year.
So that's gonna be something you have to be aware of.
Speaker 10 (08:10):
Obviously, Like her pre sacs were great, but like, I
don't know, I just I just really appreciate you bringing
him on and he sounds it is actually just made
my heart melt that he said I love you on air.
Speaker 2 (08:20):
Oh that's very sweet heart. Yeah. He once said food
card refilled at school. Oh yeah, yeah, he came on
just before he pulled into school on Friday. Now, he's
a sweet kid. I got a good kid.
Speaker 10 (08:31):
Yeah, you do.
Speaker 5 (08:32):
I do too.
Speaker 10 (08:33):
My daughter, My daughter is very very open with her
feelings and affectionate like that too, and just the conviction
and their voices, you know.
Speaker 3 (08:41):
Yeah, give me the car keys dad, now.
Speaker 2 (08:44):
Yeah, remember you remember if you want someone to take
care of you when you get to grandma's age, I'm
your guy. That's the problem with having like one kid.
Leilani and I only have one kid. Yeah, and Brian's
got three, so he's gott at least one of the
kids that might take him in when he gets old. Yeah.
Speaker 3 (08:59):
Yeah, for sure, Mike is gonna Michael's gonna handle that.
Speaker 2 (09:02):
Mike's gonna do the right thing.
Speaker 3 (09:03):
The other two can't count on that.
Speaker 2 (09:06):
Maddix would. Maddix would do what I always joke with Colin.
Maddix would literally put you in a viking boat and
push you out to seat and light it on fire. Yeah.
Bride's like, I'm not gone. What are you doing? You're
close enough, dad, Kathleena, you gotta come by with your
girl sometime and see the studio.
Speaker 10 (09:24):
I would love that thing. But can we be on
your Christmas card?
Speaker 2 (09:29):
Yeah, we'll get to the Christmas cardless too. Yeah you
got it.
Speaker 10 (09:31):
Oh, I love it.
Speaker 5 (09:32):
Thank you?
Speaker 1 (09:32):
One O four to three my SM Entertainment headlines.
Speaker 7 (09:36):
The Devilwars product too opened at number one this weekend
at the box office, making seventy seven million dollars, topping
the weekend box office and marking one.
Speaker 5 (09:45):
Of the year's biggest debuts.
Speaker 7 (09:47):
Michael, the Michael Jackson biopic came in at second, making
fifty four million dollars, and the Super Mario Galaxy movie
came in at number three.
Speaker 5 (09:56):
And not every actor does this, but actress and director
Olivia Wilde is responding after she went viral on the
red carpet at the San Francisco International Film Festival for
not looking like herself.
Speaker 7 (10:07):
I saw the video and she didn't. She looked like
a totally different person. Well, Olivia Wilde responded in an.
Speaker 5 (10:13):
Instagram video saying, listen, that's a fish is lens and
I admit, is that my best angle? Was that my
best ever? Look? No? And then she admitted, no, it's startling.
It's a startling image.
Speaker 7 (10:24):
I'm Jill with her entertainment headlines on Valentine in the morning,
coming up at six o'clock.
Speaker 5 (10:28):
It's another week of our thousand dollars.
Speaker 8 (10:30):
Philip.
Speaker 7 (10:31):
We'll give you a new keyword. You take it to
our website to enter it in and you could win
one thousand dollars. That's minutes away.
Speaker 4 (10:38):
Here, dodo we got je do do wish you wi.
Speaker 2 (10:48):
One O four to three mi. Fam it's Valentine in
the morning.
Speaker 4 (10:51):
Get your calendars out because I'm about to get everybody
preps for the month of May.
Speaker 2 (10:59):
Well John, well, John, thank you, and may the fourth
be with you and also with you.
Speaker 4 (11:04):
Now we're gonna cover sports, movies, TV and holidays. First,
let's cover sports. It's pretty big month for the for
the sports here. NBA and NHL playoffs continue, The Kentucky
Derby is tomorrow, and then the Preakness is on May sixteenth.
Don't ask me what that is. The PGA Championship starts
made fourteen.
Speaker 2 (11:24):
Whoa, well, you see the Preakness. Don't ask me what
that is. Yes, it's another horse race. It's part of
the triple crowd. Yeahs Derby.
Speaker 4 (11:31):
I'm glad you told us what that is. I had
no idea. The PGA Championship starts May fourteenth, and the
French Open starts on the eighteenth.
Speaker 2 (11:38):
That is the French Open. Yeah.
Speaker 4 (11:40):
Oh, I'm gonna guess golf tennis?
Speaker 2 (11:42):
How was my next guest?
Speaker 5 (11:43):
It was one of the two, John, The Kentucky Derby
was on Saturday.
Speaker 4 (11:48):
Correct, Oh, correct, it's a big month.
Speaker 3 (11:50):
It's for sports.
Speaker 2 (11:52):
For sports, you said the Kentucky Derby was tomorrow. Oh, guys,
the sport's not my fourteenth.
Speaker 13 (11:57):
Why are you doing it?
Speaker 4 (11:58):
Let's ignore because there's some people they were gonna be like,
you gotta talk about hockey.
Speaker 2 (12:02):
We're getting that. Do you know the Kentucky Derby? Like
people were paying ten thousand bucks a seat, ten thousand
bucks a seat to sit there and watch that a
horse racer over the weekend. Isn't that crazy?
Speaker 4 (12:13):
Someone broke it down and did the math on like
how much per second it is?
Speaker 2 (12:17):
It's eighty four dollars a second, John, I don't know.
Speaker 3 (12:19):
To be honest, I do know anything.
Speaker 2 (12:22):
The answer it's basically a two minute race. That's about
eighty four dollars a second.
Speaker 4 (12:27):
It is eighty four dollars a second.
Speaker 3 (12:29):
Thank you?
Speaker 2 (12:29):
Yeah, what would you pay eighty four bucks a second
for John anything? Eighty forty four dollars a second second?
Speaker 4 (12:37):
Like, ooh, that's tough, all right. I need to be
like front row at my favorite concert, and i'd like
pay a couple hundred bucks for like the song that
I want to hear.
Speaker 2 (12:45):
That would be like two seconds eighty four dollars a second.
Speaker 4 (12:49):
Yeah, yeah, I understand that. Do you for like my
favorite song of all time?
Speaker 2 (12:52):
Favorite song? Literally it's like two and a half seconds.
Speaker 7 (12:54):
Because you're paying a couple of hundred you're out like
three seconds two three seconds.
Speaker 4 (12:59):
I think I'm confusion the question I thank you? I like,
what would I pay eighty four dollars a second too?
Speaker 3 (13:04):
Yes?
Speaker 4 (13:04):
Yeah, my favorite song?
Speaker 3 (13:05):
Right?
Speaker 2 (13:06):
But you would never make it to your favorite song.
You would get boom boom boom booom.
Speaker 7 (13:09):
You say you pay a couple hundred dollars for it, Oh,
I pay a couple of foul okay, okay, I'm in there.
Speaker 2 (13:15):
Okay, So you pay two thousand dollars.
Speaker 4 (13:17):
You put John Mayer on that stage with gravity. Ooh,
actually he like riffs for a little bit on the guitar.
That's gonna get expensive.
Speaker 2 (13:23):
You would get twenty three seconds for two thousand dollars.
Speaker 3 (13:27):
Oh my god.
Speaker 4 (13:28):
Yeah, always better to be a good song. Then some
of must come back from the dead or something.
Speaker 2 (13:33):
And what else is happening in May?
Speaker 4 (13:34):
Let's hit some movies. Yeah, let's move on from sports.
The Devilwares product too, just hit theaters this weekend, along
with Animal Farm. Both of those are out already. Mortal
Kombat two and Sheep Detectives are out on the eighth.
I don't know if you've seen the preview for Sheep Detectives.
It sounds like a weird kids movie. But I've heard
nothing but the best reviews for this thing. And then
The Star wars Manlorian and Grogu hits theaters and Imax
(13:56):
on May twenty second. Now we're gonna move on to TV.
The roastif v Heart is this month. I'm very excited
for this one. That's May tenth. They're bringing back Fear
Factor this month. The Yellowstone spin off Dutton Ranch and
the last episode of the Late Show with Stephen Colbert
is this month, also Spider Noir and the American Music Awards.
And then finally we get two holidays. Yeah, today is
(14:19):
Star Wars Day.
Speaker 2 (14:20):
Yeah, thank you.
Speaker 4 (14:21):
May the fourth be with you now, the Big One tomorrow,
Sinko Tomayo, and Taco Tuesday on the same day this year. Okay,
party it up now. Mother's Day is on the tenth,
Memorial Day on the twenty fifth, and let's also pay
attention to National Teacher's Day, which also is tomorrow. And
that is your month of May.
Speaker 3 (14:43):
Rough Stars later applause.
Speaker 2 (14:49):
I'm almost hesitant to ask, what's going on with traffic? Well,
yesterday there was a backup. Today it looks great. What's
going on, John?
Speaker 4 (14:58):
We do have some good news in Long Beach and
Monterey Park right now. And Long Beach, on the four
or five northbound before the seven to ten, there was
a crash in the carpool lane that had that lane
on the right lanes block. They ran a traffic break
for it, but that traffic break has now been released.
They've moved that crash from the middle lane. So traffic
is a little bit stopped from Cherry Avenue, but definitely
improving in that area. In a similar situation in Monterey
Park on the sixty westbound before at Lane tic Boulevard,
(15:20):
there was a crash that had the right lane of
Atlantic block till it looks like that traffic break has
been released and they've cleared that out of the way
as well, So things seem to be improving in Monterey Park.
I'm John Cammuchi. That'sr traffic on Valentine in the morning, one.
Speaker 2 (15:30):

think of me fondly when you're my voice. I talked
too much.
Speaker 15 (18:57):
All right?
Speaker 2 (18:57):
So here the top five were blabber mouth. Number four
was talkative. Number three was big mouth or motormouth, not thundermouth.
Number two was yeappy. Number one was chatty or chatty kathy.
So you got one. It is a Monday. Let's just
see how Josie does. Okay, here we go, jose We
asked Valentine in the morning. Listeners, what's something as singer
(19:19):
yells to the crowd during a concert? Something as singer
yells to the crowd during a concert. You've got forty
five seconds top three answers on the board, go right ahead,
Oh wow, you at a concert that yell to the crowd?
What are the yell.
Speaker 3 (19:37):
With me?
Speaker 2 (19:40):
Sing with me? Is that what you said?
Speaker 12 (19:42):
Yeah?
Speaker 2 (19:44):
You're gonna give her that? Okay, all right, he's giving
you that there's something very close to that. What else
that's Charon walks out on the stage. What does he
say here? Mary, mute your phone for a second, would
you please just mute yours? Mayor see if I can
(20:05):
identify the problem.
Speaker 10 (20:07):
Okay, or.
Speaker 2 (20:13):
Come on, guys, no, how many strikes?
Speaker 3 (20:18):
One strike?
Speaker 2 (20:19):
Okay? You got ten seconds left here? Mary? Have you
ever been I mean, sorry, jose have you ever been
to a concert before?
Speaker 5 (20:28):
I have?
Speaker 2 (20:30):
Really? They come out stage ago, Yeah, they say what
they go? What's the word that comes out?
Speaker 16 (20:37):
Let's go.
Speaker 2 (20:41):
That time? I think that top five ances were number five,
make some noise? You ever hear saying make some noise?
Or think about when they come out? How do you
guys failing tonight always say that number three. I can't
hear you. That's when they're like, nobody likes me. I
can't hear you. If you know the words sing along
(21:03):
and number one? Number one thing they say when the
come ount stage, put your hands up, put your hands up.
Speaker 3 (21:08):
Yeah you hear that.
Speaker 2 (21:09):
It's seven eleven's and concerts put your hands on.
Speaker 3 (21:13):
That means I mean, they were both so bad, but
I guess they can both.
Speaker 2 (21:17):

Speaker 2 (22:01):
Zang my famines Valencine in the morning. Six fifty two.
We do have to talk about the Jerry Herman Awards.
We'll do that a bit later on. We mentioned it earlier,
but so much fun last sight Ricardo Montabon Theater, Congratulations,
everybody involved. Fun night the talent in Southern California. If
(22:21):
you don't know it because maybe your kids an athlete,
or maybe the kid's not into the arts or whatever,
or maybe it's just not something in your world around
your radar. The Jerry Herman Awards celebrates art in our
school systems throughout southern California, and it's basically a competition
for kids at that age. It's like the Tony's for them,
you know, and it's a chance to go to Broadway,
be part of a Broadway production. Perhaps it's so many
(22:42):
dreams encapsulated with this one night of awards that they
hold every year. And you'll get schools with best production,
the best actor, best actress, supporting cast, lighting, technical, all
those things that come into play. And Jill and I
hosted it for how many.
Speaker 5 (22:56):
Years now, this was our third year.
Speaker 2 (22:58):
This is because George Pinocchio backed out that when.
Speaker 5 (23:00):
You're right, and goodness he did.
Speaker 2 (23:02):
It's like you always say, don't get sick, somebody takes
your spot.
Speaker 5 (23:05):
So I got this seat.
Speaker 2 (23:07):
That's right. Somebody got sick one day and she took
their spot.
Speaker 3 (23:10):
Left.
Speaker 2 (23:10):
Nope, she's never left. But we'll tell you about some
of the winners and about how beautiful that was. Coming
up a little bit here it is six fifty three.
We do have one thousand dollars. At seven am this morning,
one oh four to.
Speaker 1 (23:20):
Three my FM. Here's what's coming up in entertainment headlines.
Speaker 7 (23:26):
The Oscars have made a few tweaks to their eligibility rules.
I'll tell you what the rules are now, right after
Traffic one O four to.
Speaker 1 (23:34):
Three my FM Entertainment headlines.
Speaker 7 (23:38):
The Oscars are kind of taking a stand against AI
by requiring nominees in the acting and writing categories to
be human is. An actor's performance will only be considered
if their role is credited in the film's billing with
quote performed by humans with their consent, and then in
the writing categories, the screenplays must be quote human authored.
(23:58):
There's also a new rule that all actors to be
considered for multiple roles in the same category. And the
twenty twenty sixth Kentucky Derby delivered record TV ratings for
NBC and Peacock over the weekend, with twenty four point
four million.
Speaker 5 (24:13):
Viewers at its peak.
Speaker 7 (24:15):
It averaged around nineteen million viewers throughout the entire thing,
but twenty four point four total.
Speaker 5 (24:20):
I'm Jill garantepid headlines and coming up.
Speaker 7 (24:22):
After seven o'clock, we have tickets to see Olivia Rodrigo
add into a Dome on January twelfth. Tickets aren't even
on sale yet. They go on sale this Thursday, but
you can win them if you win the Battle of sexus.
Speaker 5 (24:35):
So call now eight sixty six five four four ma
FM to play.
Speaker 2 (24:42):
And by now I think a lot of people have
seen the finish to the Kentucky Derby. Wow? Wow was
it long? Long?
Speaker 7 (24:54):
Like?
Speaker 5 (24:54):
Was it a long race?
Speaker 2 (24:56):
Same length always?
Speaker 1 (24:57):
Oh?
Speaker 2 (24:58):
Yeah, they don't change it.
Speaker 5 (25:00):
Okay, Yeah, what'd you mean.
Speaker 2 (25:02):
The finish to the Kentucky Derby? I got the lady
who won the jockey. Yeah, she started last, came all
the way back to first. Hey did I watched this?
I watched in the bathroom a few minutes ago.
Speaker 1 (25:16):
I saved in my dvry.
Speaker 2 (25:23):
Can we please shout out for all the AP testers
taking AP bio, AP Latin, APR, and P in history
and AP microeconomics, please wish us good luck for a
nervous AP student. It sounds like those are all yours. Yeah,
you're taking all those Oh my god, yikes. Yeah, my
kid was talking about AP stats that you're blue in
the face. Thank you, AP test Honors tests. If you

those tests too. I can't wait to tell you what
happened last night, but I mean we.
Speaker 5 (26:04):
Don't have to. No, my mistake, your mistake.
Speaker 7 (26:08):
Yeah, I thought you talked about my mistake.
Speaker 5 (26:11):
Yeah, I was heckled on the way to the car.
Speaker 2 (26:14):
Okay, let let's play one or two songs and then
Jill can tell you why she was heckled. I was
airing your defense.
Speaker 5 (26:23):
I really appreciate what you did after.
Speaker 2 (26:25):
I don't understand why they heckled you at this award show.
It makes no sense to me. Here's Alicia Keys No.
Speaker 15 (26:32):
One, Los Angeles.
Speaker 1 (26:44):
Your shot at one thousand dollars.
Speaker 5 (26:46):
Now your word were a thousand dollars? Fill up. This
hour is Family f A M I L Y.
Speaker 7 (26:54):
You can enter it right now at one O four

Speaker 5 (27:02):

Speaker 2 (27:04):
Dollars, Philip and you have got fifty to fifty five
minutes to get it done. So he did some time.
And we've checked people this hour of the morning. They're
running around, they're busy and stuff, so like, oh, I
need a bit more time. People don't play as much
this hour sometimes, so you really do have a good
chance to win one thousand dollars family one O four
to three myfm dot com to win that grand his Mariah.
Speaker 5 (27:29):
I didn't mean it when I said I didn't love it,
so I should have.
Speaker 16 (27:33):
He should.
Speaker 2 (27:38):
One of four three MYFM. It's Valentin in the morning.
This text says from Art things Art for correcting me.
Art's the best that correcting me. I love him for that.
I love you, Art value me. The trainer not the jockey.
The jockey was a guy. The jockey was a male,
The horse trainer was female. I knew it was a
big deal. The jockey was a man, his first Derby win.
The trainer was a woman. It was her first win
(27:59):
as well, and first time a female trainer won the
Kentucky Derby. That's a huge, huge deal. And watching the
horse come for in. I don't know the horses that
they're male or female. I know nothing about horse racing.
I'm sure, it's probably one gender, but I don't know,
and I'm not I'm sure what the horse's name was,
Golden something. I think somebody could look it up and
help me out. So anyway, this horse comes from the
back of the pack, and just as the whole race
(28:21):
goes on, it makes its move towards the end and
from the very back of the pack to the front
and winning by like a nose and neck or an ear.
Golden Tempo, Golden Tempo. I thought the call was good.
I thought it could have been better. You know, it
is like coming up by the outside. Here comes Golden Gempo.
Speaker 17 (28:38):
Golden Tempo's coming out the outside, Golden Temple passing Billy Bob,
Golden Tempo now going past the upstairs covered and Golden
Tempo is now going past crocodile nd.
Speaker 2 (28:47):
It's like weird names always are, and I'm like, I
want to more, like.
Speaker 6 (28:50):
Hey, Golden Tempo coming up on the outside, Golden Tempo.
Speaker 1 (28:53):
Oh my god, Golden Tempo wins by a horse's nose.
Speaker 2 (28:57):
That would have been better, I thought. I watched it
several times, thought it was cool. So last night we
hosted the Jerry Herman Awards. If you have anybody in
the world of theater or you love live theater, hang
with me for a second. Poor Jill is reading a
script and a word pops in the script. Pops up
in the script. I'm gonna hand this word to John.
Can you hand this to John? Please? This is being
(29:17):
handed to John. John, don't look at it yet. We're
gonna be cold. Read that word, John. I want you
to now read that word that's snuck up on Jill
on the air. Go ahead.
Speaker 4 (29:26):
Can I have some context for it?
Speaker 2 (29:27):
Okay?
Speaker 4 (29:28):
Now ooh mcayber, thank god, Now the context.
Speaker 2 (29:35):
Hold on, John, Now you do get context because you
had context barely. No, you read the script ahead of
time too.
Speaker 5 (29:41):
No, not that page.
Speaker 3 (29:42):
Don't get mad, not that page.
Speaker 2 (29:45):
Fingerback.
Speaker 3 (29:45):
It was awful, okay, John.
Speaker 2 (29:47):
You're talking about Sweeny Todd, a very dark, dreary, scary musical. Oh,
I don't know. I wouldn't know it. You wouldn't know it. Okay.
Speaker 5 (29:57):
So I see it coming up, and as I'm reading
sentence before I see it, and I'm thinking in the distance,
and I don't know this word, and so I just
stopped and I look up at the crowd, and I
go I'll be honest, I've never seen this word before
in my life. Is it macabre?
Speaker 7 (30:14):
And a majority of the audience yells out macab And
then I died.
Speaker 4 (30:20):
They really shouted it out to you.
Speaker 2 (30:21):
They shouted it out to her. I was backstage, this
was her spot on stage. I couldn't help out.
Speaker 3 (30:27):
No, I was.
Speaker 2 (30:27):
Starting to run out, but the audience was already yelling
the word to her and stuff like that.
Speaker 7 (30:31):
So they let me know and then I continued on.
But of course, as I'm continuing on, all I can
think about is this is the most embarrassing moment of
my life.
Speaker 5 (30:39):
Yeah, because everybody I asked after when I said, have
you do you know this word? Have you heard this word?
Everybody's like yes, Is it like a theater a word.
Speaker 2 (30:47):
No, It's a word for dark and grim death. It's
like the Macab. Think of Edgar Allen Poe when he
would write of the Macab. It's like, you know it
if you're in that world. That's why I'm so shocked
you didn't know it, because you're in the theater world,
and I love theater.
Speaker 5 (31:02):
Never I promise you never seen this word, never heard
this word? Said, It's m A C A B R.
E Yeah, maca where the areo?
Speaker 2 (31:12):
Macabree?
Speaker 4 (31:12):
Sounds pretty fine.
Speaker 3 (31:13):
I'm just saying, does not.
Speaker 2 (31:14):
Did you know, Brian? You knew it right away and
you're not even a Peter guy.
Speaker 5 (31:19):
Jeff knew it, My husband did, my mom.
Speaker 18 (31:21):
My dad?
Speaker 7 (31:22):
No, no, but to pronounce it. I sawed it for
this morning. I was like, how would you pronounce this?
And she's like the cop I'm like, oh no.
Speaker 2 (31:32):
No, that's where it comes from. Edgar alln pose a raven.
He would go, he's tapping at the window sill.
Speaker 5 (31:37):
Well, as I was heckled from the stage to my car,
about twenty people stopped to look up, and then one
man gave me a whole lesson on the word and
the origin and everything that wasn't me.
Speaker 2 (31:48):
I was not part of that man's I was not
part of it, but it was. It stayed worth the
entire second mistake that stays with you. But you're like, great,
laugh about it. She's a pro on stage, she's wonderful.
Speaker 7 (31:58):
Well, after the school performed, there's song from Sweeney Todd
and VLL like thanked them or whatever. Then I just
leaned over into the microphone and said, how about that
maccab and.
Speaker 3 (32:06):
They got a last.
Speaker 2 (32:07):
They got a last in context there, But I know,
I know, how about that now in Maccab Boy, that
was a real Macab I.
Speaker 3 (32:14):
Just saw on stage.
Speaker 5 (32:15):
Oh it was so embarrassing.
Speaker 2 (32:17):
But after that I stumbled.
Speaker 7 (32:19):
I screwed up a couple of times, and that was
so nice of you to do it on purpose.
Speaker 5 (32:22):
I know that that first one you did write after
me like that was on purpose, and I really appreciate that.
Speaker 2 (32:26):
Oh and are you saying there was another one that
wasn't on purpose?
Speaker 5 (32:29):
Oh no, no, you set you said, you mess up
a couple of times.
Speaker 2 (32:33):
It happens when you're live theater. You're gonna mess up
and the show must go on. You know.
Speaker 5 (32:37):
Kenny Ortega told me that I did a really good job.
Kenny Ortega journey dancing. The Descendants movie is high school musical.
He's one of the judges. And I also started crying
because he complimented. I was like, oh my goodness.
Speaker 2 (32:50):
Yeah, he talked to me afterwards. He goes her performance
is a bit of than a cop that one. But
John was so cool. A should come if anybody can
buy tickets to it. Next year. The Jerry Herman Awards
celebrating the youth in southern California and the arts and
theater and if you get a theater kid, you know
how important that is to them. And I also thought,
as I'm sitting here about theater, that's kind of AI safe,
isn't it.
Speaker 3 (33:10):
Should we become theater stars.
Speaker 2 (33:13):
You can't have a robot doing your part, right, true?
That could be a very AI safe world. Yeah, thinking
about that, that's true. And then John, you want how
we open the show. Brian's gonna kill us because it's
so short a time here. But we opened the show
with me being late because I was at soccer in
Westminster at like to eight o'clock in the morning all
day long as racing back to to had to get
(33:34):
my tucks get back in the car, so I literally
could not get there before like five point thirty or
something like that. The show started like six o'clock or something,
so it's all race, race, race, and the script's already written.
Jill's out there, his whole big thing. Val couldn't make it.
He's very sorry. You know, he had soccer with his
son at senior year. It's a big thing for him.
But we're gonna have a great time tonight, and they
gave me a mic for the side, and I have
to be like, hello, June, I race on stage. Have
(34:02):
the kids have no idea who? It was part of
the plan, the whole right. Well, here's the part that
was a part of the plan. I race on stage singing.
Speaker 5 (34:10):
Yeah, of course, you know, I mean nothing.
Speaker 2 (34:12):
Else, giving the surface lighting with surripists mooth. So I
start doing that and then I go into one that
nobody knows. And this is how I ended it. How
we're thinkings in Glacamara. Is that little Brooks still leaping there?
And here we are, We're back again at the Jerry Hermes.
Speaker 5 (34:27):
It works and it was very good and his voice
sounded great.
Speaker 2 (34:30):
And the lady in the front row, like very close
to the front row, a judge. She was in Wicked.
Speaker 5 (34:37):
She was Alphabet actually on Broadway.
Speaker 2 (34:39):
And I tried to sing a Wicked song in front.
Speaker 3 (34:42):
Of Alpha Ba.
Speaker 5 (34:43):
But she said, you did a good job.
Speaker 2 (34:44):
What else was she going to say? You sucked from
the audience? So she kind of yelled that out. I did.
I did hear her yell. I'm kind of my cob.
It is the battle of the sexes reps in the
man his name is Ryder. He's living in Newport Beach,
works at Barista's our Bucks, and enjoys singing along the

Things you need to know right now, allri it is
seven twenty one, It's Valentine in the morning. This is
one of four to three MIFM. Spirit Airlines has gone
out of business after thirty four years. At one point,
the low cost airline operated hundreds of flights every day,
but now all flights have been canceled. Customer service no
(44:17):
longer available than nobody there. I don't even know the
phone number works. If you have an upcoming flight booked
with Spirit Airlines, the company says you'll be getting a refund.
That doesn't help you even strand it somewhere. So emergency
rebates and emergency discounts are available on other carriers. You
have to let them know this is an emergency rebooking
fee from Spirit. And if it's the same leg, if
(44:39):
they fly to the same cities, you can't go, Hey,
America does flying Spirit to Paris? Can you give me
a deal? That's not gonna work. So it has to
be a city that Spirit was servicing. Let the carry know, American, United, Delta,
whoever you call, that this is an emergency situation, and
they do have a discount rate for people booking the
same day. You may have to provide some type of
proof that you're flying a Spirit, So not everybody calls
(44:59):
up like Joe and says, hey, whatever, yeah, And it's
limited number of seats hotels, especially in the Orlando area,
which is very popular for Spirit Airlines, have also extended
people's stays at discounted rates. So if you have a
friend that might be stuck somewhere, ask them to go
to the main desk and let the notes to to
Spirit Airlines, and they're offering discounted rates for that. As
a sum I like Spirit. Would you fly in?
Speaker 4 (45:18):
I fly Spirit all the time. Do they have seats? Yeah,
you have to make sure your phone's charged. There are
zero menities, like you got to pay for extra air.
But like they had one of the seats to pay
for extra air, they would get you anywhere for so cheap.
Speaker 2 (45:32):
Man, I was joking about the seats. See we're double joking.
Speaker 4 (45:36):
And the less like the least crashes out of any
airline or something like that too, like a great flight record.
Speaker 2 (45:41):
Now they've got none. I'm missing the famous bald eagles
from Big Bear, Jackie and Shadow recently welcome to New
Eaglets and they're so cute. Now they have names the
chicks that's allowed. Excuse me, I remember the society these chicks. Hey,
these chicksadays, eh, these chicks will be called Luna and Sandy.
(46:02):
A group of local third graders have helped out with
this every day thousands of people continue to watch live
stream of Jackie in Shadow as well. They have it
ont on My mom's memory cares are too like the lobbies.
Very cute, John, what's training your music?
Speaker 19 (46:13):
So?
Speaker 4 (46:13):
Olivia Rodrigo pulled double duty on SNL this past weekend,
and typically the musical guest performs two songs. So she
performed her new one, drop Dead, and then she performed
a brand new song currently unreleased. It's called Begged. We'll

Speaker 6 (48:17):
When the days are cold and the cards all fold
and the same we see are amade.
Speaker 2 (48:32):

Speaker 4 (49:02):

We're doing good? I just blew up my voice doing
that weird noise. I am Wookie in the morning. So
what is the song that you've played before you go out?
Speaker 12 (49:30):
California Girls by Katy Perry is one hundred percent of
my growing up song.
Speaker 2 (49:35):
We're playing in the background right now. Why is it
that for you? What's so great about the song?
Speaker 10 (49:40):

was younger.

So I am just it always pumps me up, and
because it just makes me feel really happy, and because
I am a California girl, so it makes me feel
really happy.
Speaker 2 (49:54):

Thinks, and now they have like stamps all ready to
put your face like I would have to draw stars
and things. Now, Yeah, the beauty of magic makeup.
Speaker 2 (53:36):
Though I was not a fan of the glitter or
that stuff like that. It was very very dangerous for men, okay,
because if you gave a girl a hug, a little
whatever in the cheek or something, and she had that
on and you came home, They're like, what have you
been doing? I'm like, no, this is the lady had
little glitter and she'd just give me just a hug.

kind of just set a mindset, you know.
Speaker 2 (55:00):

came from.

Gladstones I'm not sure, but yeah, pretty good food there too.

Yeah, we're getting my son's real ID. We have to
get a bank account, all the stuff things we just
hadn't done. And then, by the way, this will be
a good conversation how to establish credit for your kids.
We should have an expert on about that. Brian talking
about credit cards st that, because you don't have to
wait till the 're eighteen to start establishing credit. And
like a goofball I did. He's going off to college
now and establishing credit for a youngster. It's hard.
Speaker 4 (01:20:11):
I processed to it, did that way too late, and
I wish I would.
Speaker 2 (01:20:13):
Have done it too with Colin. You know, I can
tie him to my credit card and that gets the length.
But they have to have their own and it's a
whole big thing, you know.
Speaker 5 (01:20:25):
And she said forever. So I'll just use my mouth.
Speaker 2 (01:20:28):
Fake God A thousand bucks coming up at nine o'clock
this morning. Plus, have you ever given an ultimatum in
a relationship? Texting at three one oh four three.
Speaker 7 (01:20:37):
Like Phillip who texted in and said, I gave my
wife a light ultimatum when we started dating. We lived
three hours apart, and after dating for a few months
and going out every.
Speaker 5 (01:20:45):
Weekend, she wanted to just be friends because of the distance.
So I told her that I didn't want to be
just friends and if she changed her mind, I couldn't
guarantee that I'd be around good.
Speaker 7 (01:20:54):
I'm feeling alright, baby, I'm have the best freaking night a.
Speaker 2 (01:20:58):
Month, one a four to three, my fam, it is
Valentine in the morning, A lot of laughs laughs. Last
night at the Jerry Herman Ortz. Yeah, you did one
of the biggest laughs. Was when Jill and I are
up there, we're talking about, Hey, any theater programs in
(01:21:21):
Los Angeles? Have you ever need some extras or something
like that? Jill and I really loved the theater world
and would love to be back on stage again. And
I say, if you ever need like a middle aged
white guy on zep bound, I'm your guy. They liked it,
they loved it rored and I thought you were going
to say something after that.
Speaker 7 (01:21:35):
You didn't go for a line because your laugh was
too good, Like I just I didn't want to follow that.
Speaker 4 (01:21:39):
I get that, so I just moved.
Speaker 2 (01:21:40):
On all right. Later on this hour of Fact right
now three one o four three? Have you ever given
an ultimatum in a relationship? And did it work?
Speaker 5 (01:21:47):
This text at three one oh four three says, I
can't believe you are doing this topic. I gave the
commit or I walk speech just the other day stop
and I ended up walking.
Speaker 7 (01:21:57):
No really, And then this text is after two years,
I said we either define this or I'm out, and
we defined it that night.
Speaker 2 (01:22:05):
Okay, thank you for the vocal change. Have you guys
ever given an ultimatum? So somebody in a relationship?
Speaker 3 (01:22:11):
I was given the after five years of dating the
we gotta you know off the black.
Speaker 2 (01:22:17):
Okay, and that was your wife, that was my wife.
She actually told you that, like after five years dating,
like what are we doing with their lives? Exactly? And
she's right though, because if that's something you want, right,
let's say you want marriage, that's your thing. You want that,
that's your decision, and somebody else may or may not
want that. If you're in that spot five years and
you don't know where it's going, you've got a right
to say, hey, listen, this is what I want.
Speaker 14 (01:22:38):
People.
Speaker 2 (01:22:39):
You should not be afraid of saying what you want
in a relationship because if you're not getting that from
the relationship, that's something that needs to be talked about.
And she was five years or you and you weren't
doing anything she wanted that. So it's letting you know, like,
if you can't provide this for me, this is what
I want for my life, I don't think there's anything
wrong with that.
Speaker 3 (01:22:56):
I don't know if I'm providing it.
Speaker 2 (01:22:58):
Still, you married her. Yeah, you're you're a good husband.
She loves you, thank you. So she really really does
love you, you know, and you guys are a very
cute couple. You're very good together. You got three wonderful kids.
Speaker 5 (01:23:08):
Stop it.
Speaker 2 (01:23:09):
I'm sure you have your flaws. No, no, you do,
I can list them. Page one Text Valentine in the
morning at three, one, four three. All right, it is
eight thirty three. The weather today cloudie, cool, slight chance
a drizzled tempts in the sixties sixty one in Bellflowers
sixty two Newport Beach. Jill's got the entertainment headlines coming.
Speaker 7 (01:23:32):
So last week we were talking about people dancing while
seeing the Michael Jackson biopic in theaters. Well, now, Billie Eilish,
fans who have seen advanced screenings of her concert film
are doing something. It's not singing, it's not dancing. But
I'll tell you what they're doing. Coming up at eight fifty.
Speaker 2 (01:23:48):
I saw Michael Jackson and I saw The Devil Worst Prada.
I have thoughts on both. Okay, I will wait to
your entertainment report to give those their thoughts. But man,
all right, wow, two movies this weekend. Who am I?
Speaker 14 (01:24:00):
Yeah?
Speaker 5 (01:24:00):
That's great?
Speaker 2 (01:24:01):
Yeah right, living my best life? Crazy stuff. Cindy, have
you ever given somebody an ultimatum? I have?
Speaker 33 (01:24:09):
Yes, what'd you say, I said, you need to stand
up for me more. This was to my boyfriend at
the time when there's a lot of conflicting opinions between
his family and myself.
Speaker 12 (01:24:21):
So I just said, you just got to stand up
for me more or I'm not doing this.
Speaker 2 (01:24:24):
And what happened?
Speaker 33 (01:24:25):
He actually did it.
Speaker 2 (01:24:27):
Okay, good, that worked and then you guys aren't together anymore.
Speaker 12 (01:24:31):
But we're not together anymore, but poor.
Speaker 2 (01:24:33):
Guys stood up for you. He did his part. Then
you got ye. I don't watch you anymore.
Speaker 12 (01:24:39):
But but yeah, I think it worked at the time.
Speaker 2 (01:24:42):
You know, it worked at the time, Okay, And that's hard.
Speaker 7 (01:24:45):
You know, when you are just out there by yourself
on something and your husband, your partner, your boyfriend, your girlfriend,
they're right there not saying anything. It just makes you,
at least for me, like you feel so insecure and
you know, not very confident even though it's something you
believe in.
Speaker 33 (01:25:02):
Yeah, and it was tough because it was long distance too,
so but you know, I just hope he's in a
better situation.
Speaker 2 (01:25:08):
I wonder who's standing up for him now. Oh bye,
my sa Cindy, have a great day. Appreciate you calling
into the show.
Speaker 12 (01:25:19):
Okay, thank you so much.
Speaker 5 (01:25:21):
Him dinner.
Speaker 7 (01:25:22):
I'm bad, un I'm going to sit cubs watch him
freaking begin.
Speaker 2 (01:25:33):
Oh one of four to three, My fam, it is
Valentine in the morning, eight sixty six five four four,
my fam. We're texting at three one oh four three.
Speaker 7 (01:25:41):
Have you ever given an ultimatum in a relationship and
did it work? This text said I had a few
margaritas at Los Amigos in Burbank and told him I'm
forty two years old and I know what I want
and if I don't get it from you, I'm walking.
Speaker 2 (01:25:55):
Wow.
Speaker 5 (01:25:56):
Case closed. I had to walk.
Speaker 2 (01:25:58):
Oh no, no, Joe, good morning. How are you today?
Speaker 9 (01:26:02):
Good morning? Give morning, I'm great and yourself.
Speaker 2 (01:26:04):
We're doing all right. You ever give somebody a ultimatum
and what happened?
Speaker 15 (01:26:08):
No?
Speaker 16 (01:26:08):
Actually I got an ultimatum one. So I was talking
to this girl and about like three months soon I
caught her with another guy, and she gave me an
ultimatum whe her I was gonna deal with it or
I wanted to be with her, you.
Speaker 4 (01:26:24):
Know, deal with it, though, How did you expect you
to deal with it? Just like to not do that
about it and accept it?
Speaker 9 (01:26:33):
Yeah? So She wanted me to accept the fact that
it was like me and him.
Speaker 2 (01:26:36):
And then I was like, wait, so here we go,
now grab the popcorn. Did you walk in on them
in the throes of something?
Speaker 9 (01:26:46):
So I caught her getting picked up by.
Speaker 2 (01:26:50):
Them getting picked up Maybe he's like picking up in
a car or something. That okay, gotcha, And she wanted
to have her cake and eat it too. She wanted
both of you, and she wanted both of you to
be okay with it.
Speaker 9 (01:27:01):
Well, she wanted me to be okay with it. She
didn't know. She didn't want the other guy to know.
Speaker 2 (01:27:08):
Yeah, dude, and you're not with her, right you said
no to that ultimatum?
Speaker 13 (01:27:14):
Whoa She kind of likely made the toys, so she
kind of like pose for me the ultimatum to kind
of understand. So she kind of left the guy and
then she got with me.
Speaker 2 (01:27:26):
Oh all right, So she ended up leaving him and
then chows you So you're still worth her with her? Now?
Speaker 9 (01:27:34):
Yes?
Speaker 2 (01:27:34):
Okay? Is she in the room because you got really
different with your voice. Is she there right now? You
drop your voice down and get very quiet, no sound terrified, sir?
Is this a cry for help? Do you need to
tell to get you. Maybe blink twice.
Speaker 9 (01:27:55):
You we can't hear his blinks blink twice.
Speaker 2 (01:27:58):
That was a joke, Joe. Listen. I hope you're okay. Man.
It sounds a little wacky, but I hope you guys
are solid. You're good.
Speaker 9 (01:28:10):
Hopefully.
Speaker 2 (01:28:11):
Yes, all right, we all feel pretty confident. Everything's going
great over there.
Speaker 5 (01:28:15):
It was this recent.
Speaker 2 (01:28:17):
It's happening right now for real time.
Speaker 9 (01:28:20):
This was like three years ago.
Speaker 2 (01:28:22):
Okay, the text are coming in. Get a load of
this guy.
Speaker 3 (01:28:25):
Listen to this guy.
Speaker 2 (01:28:27):
We got people texting your real time. They're kind of
worried about you, that you might be trapped in some
very strange relationship or something like that. You're okay though, me.
Speaker 9 (01:28:36):
I'm good.
Speaker 5 (01:28:37):
Yeah, that's all that matters.
Speaker 2 (01:28:39):
All right.
Speaker 9 (01:28:41):
Yeah, it was just I heard the question.
Speaker 2 (01:28:43):
Yeah, No, I got you. I got you. I just
feel like somebody's locked in a room. Whether it's you
or her, I don't know. I just feel like that's
happening right now. All right.
Speaker 9 (01:28:52):
No, I'm actually outside.
Speaker 13 (01:28:53):
Okay.
Speaker 2 (01:28:54):
I knew she was there, dude, I told you when
you changed your voice, I knew this lady of yours
was there. I could tell cause you get super quietly.
Speaker 16 (01:29:01):
You know.
Speaker 2 (01:29:03):
Who she chose for me, and so I'm like, you know,
I do what she says. I'm submissive, all right, Joe,
have a great day, buddy.
Speaker 9 (01:29:12):
You guys all right on the Christmas card.
Speaker 2 (01:29:15):
I want nothing to do with you in your address. Okay, Yes,
we'll put you on the Valentine in the Morning Family
Christmas Cardliss, We'll put you on it. Okay. Thank you
for your captor as well. Hang out one O.
Speaker 1 (01:29:25):
Four three my FM. Here's what's coming up. In entertainment headlines.
Speaker 7 (01:29:31):
Valentine, you hosted Married by America on Fox?
Speaker 2 (01:29:34):
Yes, I did. Thank you for remembering that.
Speaker 5 (01:29:35):
Now a new Fox series kind of sounds like this,
but with a twist.
Speaker 2 (01:29:40):
Do they need me back to host it?
Speaker 3 (01:29:42):
They have a host Fox.
Speaker 2 (01:29:44):
You made a mistake.
Speaker 5 (01:29:45):
We'll you about the show coming about to Travis.
Speaker 1 (01:29:47):
One O four three my FM. Entertainment headlines.
Speaker 5 (01:29:51):
Billie Eilish, hit me hard and stop the tour.
Speaker 7 (01:29:53):
Live in three D will be in theaters this Friday,
and some fans who have been seeing advanced screenings the
film are now mashing in theaters, slamming, pushing, bouncing into
one another.
Speaker 5 (01:30:05):
Here's the thing, though, here's the thing. Billie Eilish said herself.
I want singing, I want screaming, I want standing up,
I want running around in theaters.
Speaker 2 (01:30:17):
Well then she can pay for my ticket. Yeah, come on,
I want to watch the show, she says.
Speaker 7 (01:30:21):
She wants it, but fans are just up and out
of their seats and Whitney Cummings's going, It's going to
host a new show on Fox. It's called Marriage Market,
and the show is about single people who let their
families handle the matchmaking, and then the families find this
potential partner. The couple becomes engaged immediately, and both families
(01:30:45):
live together to test the match. So Valentine hosted Married
by America, and that was something where they were immediately
engaged or they mainly got married right as soon as
America chose their partner.
Speaker 2 (01:30:56):
They stayed together for a little bit and then they
decided whether or they want to get married. Then we
married them in the final episode.
Speaker 7 (01:31:01):
Okay, okay, so this is kind of like that, kind
of like that. Yeah, yeah, I'm Jill with Arry Tim heablinke.
Speaker 3 (01:31:06):
Vishould have brought back Married by America.
Speaker 2 (01:31:08):
It's a two hundred and fiftieth anniversary of America. What
a better time than bring back Married by America.
Speaker 5 (01:31:15):
Good point.
Speaker 2 (01:31:16):
Hey, it's a big day in Sacramento today. Today, California
Latino Legislative Caucus will hosted twenty fourth annual Latino Spirit Awards.
That's a big, big deal. Some of the people who
are getting awards this year. If I get a name wrong,
I apologize, but I thought it'd be nice to read
him on the air. Lupe de la Cruz, the third,
Lupeaugis Diz Tomorrow, Romo, Sandra R. Hernandez, David Guerta, La
(01:31:37):
Taco Eli, Painted Crow, People's Collective for Environmental Justice, for
Solid Sisters Scholarship, Claudette Zepeda, and Lastigitez dov Norte. So
that's it's a big deal. The California twenty four Latino
Spirit Awards. It happens obviously every year. They honor prominent
Latinos in the fields of business, higher education, advocacy, health
(01:31:58):
and science, human rights, journalism, media, environmental justice, entertainment, culinary arts,
and philanthropy. Savaged in twenty oh two. So I thought,
if you're a Latino descent, you should know about that
today because it's a really big thing that happens every
year in Sacramento. All right, eight p. Fifty one it
is Valancin in the morning. I did see the Michael
Jackson film and I did see The Devil Worst Product too.
Does anybody want my review coming up next?
Speaker 13 (01:32:16):
Yes? I do.
Speaker 5 (01:32:17):
Let's hear it.
Speaker 2 (01:32:18):
You will next. Oh, you people sit with baited breath.
They waited and waited for the duo?
Speaker 3 (01:32:25):
Did they say the holy.
Speaker 2 (01:32:28):
And this town's lost its faith?
Speaker 9 (01:32:31):
O God?
Speaker 5 (01:32:31):
This thing?
Speaker 2 (01:32:38):
So this weekend we saw two movies, which is rare
for us. We went out Friday night Date Night, my
wife and I and the Saturday my son, my wife
and I. We went to see Michael Jackson movie. So
first Devil Worst Product, two great. Loved it, fantastic. Sometimes
twos don't stand up to ones, right, Yeah, you know,
we all know the moment we saw that grilled cheese
recipe in one, our minds are blown. But two, it
(01:33:01):
was good. There was similar thematic moments going on, and
I feel like there wasn't enough fashion into you know,
because I really enjoyed the fashion in one. There was
so much about the fashion and if you're a fan
of that, if you're a fan of ogue. If you're
a fan of that whole world, you love the fashion
that was so part and Parcel two one two was
still great. Performance is great, and Hathaway's just she's stunning,
(01:33:22):
and it was just a great, great film. Not as
good as the first one, but enjoyable enough that it's
worth your money. Does that makes sense?
Speaker 5 (01:33:29):
Yeah, totally.
Speaker 2 (01:33:30):
I don't mean that in any bad way. Performances spot on.
They're all amazing actors and actresses. And then the Michael
Jackson film the next day, ja'far you get an oscar?
Stop it everything right, now give it to him the oscar.
(01:33:52):
That kid is Michael Jackson. Now he's Michael Jackson's nephew,
so he's Jermaine's son, right. He was phenomen The Castle
process took a couple of years before he finally decided
on him, and Michael Jackson's mom was like, yeah, he's great.
He's the one you believe you're watching Michael Jackson. The
music's fantastic, The storytelling is great, the acting is great.
(01:34:13):
The insight into Michael Jackson's youth and what he went
through as a young man with a father who was
clearly not a good father in that respect, you know,
and the guy that played Michael Jackson's ad Joe supporting
action fast just great, just really really good. Really didn't
(01:34:35):
touch on any controversy in this movie. I think there's
a part two that's going to be coming up.
Speaker 5 (01:34:40):
That's the rumor saying that they will address that.
Speaker 2 (01:34:44):
Yeah, yeah, And it was just it was really interesting
to see like moments that I lived through too, Like
the fire from the Pepsi commercial stuff. I remember that
because I remember when it happened. I was grown up.
There's a huge news story Michael Jackson burned into pepsi
commercial and stuff. And just to see the relationship with
his brothers as they laid out the screen. It's also
(01:35:04):
a fascinating backstory that LaToya is involved her character. They
put her in there with all the brothers from the Jackson's,
but you don't see Janet, And I guess Janet didn't
want to be involved because Janet has some familial disagreements
and believes differently than the family does on the making
of this film, why they're making the film, etc. And
you know, I respect that familiar disagreements. Sometimes it happens
(01:35:26):
right from the fan perspective, from the person just watching
this and separating controversy for a second or anything. Just
musically a masterpiece, absolute masterpiece. Getting a chance to see
through Ja'afar's acting abilities, how this man put together music,
(01:35:47):
how he saw music, how he saw his place in
the world musically amazing, and you know the stories of
Barry Gordy and the stories of all the record labels
and everybody involved in that, and the how he rose up.
And still getting to see how he was abused as
a child too. From what I saw in the film
by his father. It's really really interesting. I would say,
(01:36:10):
go see it. I think it's great. I excited for
two and I moved in my seat.
Speaker 5 (01:36:19):
No, did you get up in your seat?
Speaker 2 (01:36:21):
Listen? When certain songs came on, I grabbed my wife's
thigh and I was, yeah, I did. I grabbed her thigh.
That's okay, it's my wife. And I started moving it
and shaking it. Yeah, And I was like, this feels good,
doesn't it. We wanted to dance, but you know we didn't.
We didn't get up out of respect, no, out of
respect to the fellow moviegoers. We didn't sing along. He
(01:36:41):
didn't dance. We touched thigh, but that was it you
move her thought I moved her fire rhythmically to the music.
Speaker 1 (01:36:48):
Yes, yes, did.
Speaker 5 (01:36:50):
She move by any other part of her Bonnie or.
Speaker 2 (01:36:52):
She laughed like she never laughed before. She thought that
was the funniest thing. But I started just slowly.
Speaker 3 (01:36:57):
Moving it that because I want it.
Speaker 2 (01:37:02):
So good. And again, I just you know, whatever you
think of Michael Jackson or your thoughts and stuff like that.
This kid Jafar, Wow, just wow. I'd love to have
him to talk about it. But so with the entire world.
But just amazing music. I mean, immediately I'm on the
(01:37:24):
iHeartRadio app but I'm just like playing Michael Jackson songs.
Isn't leave the theater. Everybody, been family is playing Michael
Jackson songs. The entire place is Michael Jackson. Michael Jackson. O. God, dude,
(01:37:47):
I gotta look at my history and see what I
played last, Billy Jean. I was playing Billy Jean on
the ride in Yeah and Thriller. How Thriller came together
and how Thriller just basically changed the world so much
unbelievable that idea and the idea like this one shot.
(01:38:09):
I'm not gonna give anything away, but he's so so smart.
He's like they were zoomed in on him and his
face and everything goes, Yeah, now you.
Speaker 17 (01:38:17):
Got to pull back. You got to show my feet.
You gotta see my feet move. Gene Kelly always said
that you got to see the feet move. You gotta
see a man dance, because that's where it all is.
Speaker 5 (01:38:29):
Is that a clip of Jafar right there?
Speaker 2 (01:38:30):
Or I'm actually very surprised at how good that's. Honestly,
I looked like Michael Jackson. I just had the part
right there. Jaffar, you got really lucky with Dna Bro.
Speaker 5 (01:38:43):
She was.
Speaker 2 (01:38:47):
So good, so good. I encourage you to go see it.
Oh my god, I'm so just so happy about that.

Spirit Airlines has gone out of business after thirty four years.
At one point, the low cost airline operated hundreds of
flights every day, but now all flights happen canceled. Customer
service is no longer available. So you have an upcoming
flight booked, if you got a flight booked with Spirit, like,
what do I do? There's no planes, there's no nothing,
there's no company. Right. They say you'll be getting a
refund if you're booked it with a credit card or
something like that. That does not help you. If you're
(01:41:15):
flying today on Spirit, obviously you're not. But other airlines
Reunited to American, Delta, et cetera. They all have these
emergency fees you're willing to offer you that are much
much reduced than the average last minute fee. Just let
them know when you call that it's because of a
spirit airline booking. They should be able to help you out.
(01:41:36):
The famous ball to the Eagles from Big Bear Jackie in Shadow.
We love our Jackie and Shadow. They recently welcome to
New Eaglitz and now they have names these chicks, sir,
what respect? They're called chicks?
Speaker 3 (01:41:51):
Oh, I'm sorry.
Speaker 2 (01:41:52):
I am an active member of the National Automa Society.
I am allowed to say chicks. If you are not
a member of the National Automa Society, you cannot call
anything a chick. Only I can, thank you. So check
out these chicks. They're gonna be called Luna and Sandy.
A group of local third graders helped out with that no.
Every day, thousands of people continue to watch the live
(01:42:12):
stream of Jackie in Shadow. Congrats to those wonderful parents,
Jackie and Shadow.
Speaker 3 (01:42:17):
John.
Speaker 2 (01:42:17):
What's turning your Music?
Speaker 4 (01:42:18):
Olivia Radrigo pulled double duty on SNL this past weekend. Typically,
the musical guest performs two songs and she only has
one out, so she performed Dropped Dead and then she
debuted a brand new song that is currently unreleased.
Speaker 5 (01:42:33):
Learning Good.
Speaker 26 (01:42:34):
It's side, its GOODNSS.
Speaker 4 (01:42:49):
This new one here is called Begged. Don't know about
a release date, but it should be coming role soon.

Speaker 1 (01:43:05):
Four three my FM.
Speaker 2 (01:43:07):
How many times when you're trying to have a p
ban ja do you simply go, oh, my god, I'm
missing the grape jelly. Oh, we don't have any grape jelly.
Speaker 5 (01:43:19):
Sleep is nice, said the shad.
Speaker 4 (01:43:21):
The fact that none of you guys know this song
is crazy to me Galantis, This is peanut butter jelly?
Speaker 2 (01:43:27):
Gis we know this?
Speaker 4 (01:43:30):
No chance you guys?
Speaker 2 (01:43:31):
Yeah this no chails a peanut butter jelly story. Or
how many guys are at Galantis too? Anyway, you've run
out of grape jelly? What's your job? This weekend we
were in Westminster for soccer, my son's soccer team, the Eagles,
who were playing a team out there. Yell, we left.
(01:43:53):
My wife had to use a restroom. The Starbucks was
only a drive through in that area.
Speaker 3 (01:43:57):
Hate that.
Speaker 2 (01:44:00):
I saw D and D Dunkin Donuts pulled in the
Dunkin Donuts. She used a restroom. I got calling a donut,
got myself a little cake donut whatever in a coffee,
and I'm walking out right there on the counter a huge,
big hole of singles serving jelly. And I was like,
(01:44:21):
if you're a parent and you're always worried about running
out great jelly, pull into a dunkin D's and grab
a couple of handfuls of those and shove them in
your pants pocket. Okay, ben Affleck approved. They were just
right there, And I'm like, honestly, there's been times where
you go, oh, we're at a great jelly and if
you get a stash of those just sitting there in
the back of your pantry, those things never go bad, right.
(01:44:44):
I don't know why they had them. I don't know
who puts great jelly on donuts. Maybe they sell bagels too,
I have no idea. And I was like, wow, this
is a good, good haul. Does every Dunkin Donuts have it?
I don't know. Maybe this one in Westminster did, so.
Maybe I just thinks of Dunking Donuts, Minster, but can
we act for every dunkin Donuts go in and check
and see if they got the great jells and go, hey,
(01:45:04):
it's taking a couple for a friend.
Speaker 5 (01:45:06):
You never know, you never know tip.
Speaker 2 (01:45:09):
I think it's a hot tip. They could save you
when you run out of great jelly, never mind going to.
Speaker 5 (01:45:14):
The store and picking out a jar.
Speaker 1 (01:45:19):
Free f M.
Speaker 2 (01:45:23):
One A fourth three, My Fami, it is Valentine in
the Morning, A very good show today. I would say
it was not very macab at all.
Speaker 3 (01:45:29):
No, no, no, not macab in the wasn't.
Speaker 5 (01:45:32):
No, it wasn't.
Speaker 7 (01:45:34):
I had never heard or seen that word before in
my life until last night. We were on stage for
the Jerry Herman Awards. Valentine and I and I'm talking
about Sweeney Todd and I'm reading the script for the
very first time, and I see that word coming up,
and I had to stop and ask the audience is
it macabre because there's.
Speaker 2 (01:45:52):
A see maccabrey. Then I thought I heard maccabaret. I
was like, oh, it's a new form of dance, maccabaret.
Speaker 7 (01:45:57):
Maybe I did say macab No, I said maccabre macaberrey anyway,
I said it.
Speaker 5 (01:46:02):
Definitely very very wrong. Yeah, and the entire audience yelled
out it's macab And I thought, okay, maybe people are like.
Speaker 2 (01:46:11):
Me, and yeah, you get kind of like mad the
yelling it's mccab. She goes, Okay, chill out.
Speaker 7 (01:46:16):
There.
Speaker 4 (01:46:17):
There are some letters that don't belong on that word.
Speaker 2 (01:46:19):
Yeah, there is a weird the French history of it.
Speaker 5 (01:46:22):
Yeah, but I was very embarrassed. But everybody made me.
Some people made me feel better, but other people were
heckling me as I walked to my car.
Speaker 2 (01:46:30):
Not me, dude, I was all on your team on
that thing. I didn't say a word. I made no jokes,
I did no callbacks.
Speaker 5 (01:46:36):
No, yeah, you're right, you did it what you did
it was. I was thinking for a.
Speaker 3 (01:46:40):
Question about today show when we talked about it and
made fun of you.
Speaker 2 (01:46:43):
Endless different though. Yeah, but that's not in the moment.
This is what we're known for each other.
Speaker 5 (01:46:49):
Yeah, in the moment on stage.
Speaker 2 (01:46:50):
Yeah, she's a beautiful, intelligent woman up there in her
beautiful dress doing her beautiful hosting job. I'm not going
to make fun of her.
Speaker 22 (01:46:55):
There.
Speaker 5 (01:46:55):
Thank you, not there, No thank you?
Speaker 2 (01:46:57):
Yeah, And I didn't Heckler go into the car. Other
people were I saw it happening as sistrange.
Speaker 5 (01:47:02):
I'm walking up the ramp in the parking garage and
they started honking at me, like my god.
Speaker 2 (01:47:08):
I'm like, oh and the worst was up parking garage
next to the Ricardo mont to Month Theater.
Speaker 32 (01:47:14):
Uh.
Speaker 2 (01:47:14):
Poorly designed. It's like one exit and well even if
you're on level one, you have to go up to
like level three and then come back down to get out,
and it's a nightmare of parking. Wise, I backed out.
Speaker 5 (01:47:24):
Yeah, I've all got there fast.
Speaker 2 (01:47:25):
I backed out. I went down level one. This backed out.
Speaker 14 (01:47:28):
Meet me.
Speaker 2 (01:47:29):
I'm with the mccab girl. I got out of my way.
So that's how I got out of there. But yeah,
she was stuck there like.
Speaker 5 (01:47:34):
An hour, an hour in the park.
Speaker 2 (01:47:36):
Macaw better in the parking.
Speaker 5 (01:47:38):
I know it was so bad.
Speaker 2 (01:47:39):
You didn't see that because you were there much earlier
than me. You got there four thirty. I was running
late from soccer, and you didn't read through the script
like a true professional.
Speaker 5 (01:47:48):
Oh wow, were you there on time? Like could you profess?
Speaker 2 (01:47:53):
Because I was sure if I could make it. I
was very honest that I was at my son's soccer game,
one of his last games. I wanted to see that
and if I was gonna make it, it would be an
added bonus.
Speaker 5 (01:48:01):
Yeah that is true. But I ran through the script.
Speaker 7 (01:48:04):
But what I didn't do was when I saw that
there were no names in the script, I thought, oh,
yeah I can I'm okay, I can read, I can
handle this. Yeah, I'm totally fine.
Speaker 5 (01:48:13):
So I totally skipped over that page.
Speaker 2 (01:48:15):
Yeah that's tough. I get it. Yeah, I do stuff like.
Speaker 5 (01:48:17):
That, but like you see it coming, I'm like a
sentence before and I see that.
Speaker 2 (01:48:21):
Where you did great, you were the cake. I was
merely some frosting.
Speaker 5 (01:48:24):
Absolute, that's all. It was, no frost.
Speaker 2 (01:48:26):
You even told me go frost yourself from that movie. Yeah,
I know right.
Speaker 7 (01:48:30):
There are some amazing talented kids in Southern California. Yeah,
like the finalists.
Speaker 2 (01:48:37):
There are future Tony Award winners probably in that room.
Speaker 5 (01:48:40):
Yeah incredible.
Speaker 2 (01:48:41):
So if you got a kid who's in the arts
programs throughout Southern California, congrats and just keep having them
doing what they're doing. If that's your love, if that's
where they go to find who they are. When you're
on that stage, you feel centered within your life, your insecurities,
your securities, all of them kind of blend together to
be the person that you are and you come alive
playing a character. If that's your child, celebrate them. Celebrate
(01:49:02):
what they do because it is a beautiful feeling to
be center stage, to be there with your friends, your
fellow actors, and to put on a show and to
feel that excitement backstage, to run behind the curtain, hug
and you know, love on each other and high five
each other and stuff because you got something right or
you're celebrating somebody else's solo. It's a beautiful thing to
watch these kids in the arts do that stuff. It's
(01:49:22):
the same thing in a football field, baseball field, you know,
soccer field, whatever sport your child may play. It's very
much the same high five and the spirit of camaraderie
there and stuff. And celebrating that camaraderie within school sports
and camaraderie within the arts and stem and different departments
is something that we should encourage more.
Speaker 7 (01:49:38):
Yeah, and they get a Broadway in Hollywood for asking
us back to host.
Speaker 2 (01:49:41):
That's right.
Speaker 5 (01:49:42):
That was very fun.
Speaker 2 (01:49:43):
Well, we're free, there's.
Speaker 5 (01:49:44):
That we think of it for free on my.
Speaker 1 (01:49:47):
Sm entertainment headlines.
Speaker 7 (01:49:49):
The Delawares brought it to opened at number one over
the weekend of the box office, making seventy seven million
dollars with one of the year's biggest debuts. Michael The
Michael Jackson Bio pic came in at number two, and
This Mario Galaxy movie came in at number three.
Speaker 5 (01:50:03):
And the Academy Awards made a.
Speaker 7 (01:50:05):
Few tweaks to their eligibility rules and they're kind of
taking a stand against AI by requiring nominees in the
acting and writing categories MACAB to be human and the
actors performance will only be considered if their role is
credited in the film's billing end quote performed by humans
with their consent, and in the writing categories, the screenplays
(01:50:26):
must be quote human authored. There's also a new role
that allows actors to be considered for multiple roles in
the same category.
Speaker 5 (01:50:33):
I'm Jill with their entertainment.
Speaker 2 (01:50:35):
Headlines, thank you Jill for your show.
Speaker 5 (01:50:37):
Thank you for your show.
Speaker 2 (01:50:38):

Speaker 5 (01:50:57):
Here she comes.
Speaker 11 (01:50:59):
