fully healthy. Barry has been phenomenal. I mean, I thought Sports Center
it was ten times better some ofthe talent, but they put a muzzle

that it wasn't as fun. Itdoesn't mean there wasn't good people there,

got news for you. This,the way they do ESPN now isn't even

just telling you it's not doesn't meanthey don't have talent, And you're exactly
right. The one thing and they'vetried to add a little bit of flavor

that it doesn't give us. Collegegame Day is their greatest and at the

Center four times just because and you'dsay I've seen this, but you just

loved the way it goes. SoI think we've gotten away from covering sports.
And I do think there's a timeand a place for other things.
The problem is now we've made it. There's just a time and a place
for sports, and everything else isin place of sports. And to me,
that's not the way you do sports. I don't know about you,
but on a Wednesday night when Iwatch the TV, I want to watch
Sports Center. I don't. Idon't want all the other stuff. I

turn on my TV every day andI get the constant garbage all the time.
I just like sports. I likegood banter. I don't like that,

Sometimes it's necessary. I get it, but we just we just they

tell you this, it's not thefour letters of ESPN. What made ESPN

and made people want to tune inand watch Dan Patrick interview somebody or laugh

they have the videos of them comingthrough the tunnel right and they're dressed in
their suits or whatever the fashion isin these days. They did every single

game for the NBA Finals of stevenA Smith walking in like with a pimp

be the other way around. Ijust I just game focus and then talk

the Boston Celtics, they were arguablythe best team in the NBA all season

season long. They're going for arecord eighteen title as a franchise. And
yet if you weren't a massive basketballfan, you really didn't see commercials,
you didn't see advertisements, you didn'tsee anything about this finals. And plus
there's like nineteen days in between everysingle freaking game. Okay, you know

what they're probably talking about more today, Lebron James, somehow, some we'll
see it over the Boston Celtics intheir eighteen championship. Yeah, well,
you know know what it'll be.They'll say, well, how's Lebron going
to get the Lakers back to catchingup to the Celtics, And then it'll
be JJ Reddick just finish his broadcastingof the NBA Finals. Is the head
coaching job next, and they'll spendmore time on that than Jason Tatum's thirty

loved my twelve years. I lovedit, learn more about broadcast. Had
some of the best friends in theworld, and we had so much fun,
and I thought we did sports well. I almost feel like I said
