(00:00):
Well, we are just a fewdays away from Father's Day. I know
that gets forgotten about it quite often. That's the thing. You know,
how you guys have Mother's Day andwe have to go crazy for your day.
Well, Father's Day is a thingtoo, it is. So yeah,
let's uh, let's find out whatthe girls are gonna do for their

(00:22):
man for Father's Day. We ain'tdone yet. It's time for the podcast
yet, completely uncensored and unacting filteredexcept for that part. The show's after
show starts now. Oh yes, boggless day. It's already the biggest disappointing

(00:46):
day in the year. We getscrewed. I don't understand all these high
expectations for Mother's Day, but thenFather's Day, Like, whatever, give
you a blowjob, that's all youwant. I would love that. That
would be a great get. I'mnot giving that. What the hell?
Yeah, yeah, your mind,Like we'd have to be on vacation on

(01:08):
like a tropical island, and youknow, I'd have a couple of cocktails
and then maybe not just I'll bejust for a second second, I'll do
a second. Isn't that pointless?A minute? Sixty seconds? Yeah?
Sure, that sucks. I gotbig plans for Sunday. We just got

(01:30):
to with Robert's birthday and so sothat's it. So we're done. That's
not you don't get anything. Iactually asked him about it yesterday. He
said, I don't know, andI don't I haven't thought about it yet
and I don't know. And I'lllet you know. This is the bullshit.
Thing that these women do is thatthey'll say, well, we want

(01:51):
to do for Father's Day, plannedsomething, Yeah, big plans enough for
us, Yes, do the samething. She'll go, you want to
do Father's Day? Well, justlet you know me. What do you
mean? They ask us, though, what we want to do Mother's Day?
And we tell them what we wouldlike to do different different households.
You your sister and your mom,and you all go off Mother's Day?

(02:14):
Is your dad and Robbert and yoursister's husband going out? Honestly, that
would be fantastic if they wanted todo Robert I don't want to. Robert
wants to. We are taking agato, Dad, We are taking Algatto out
on Saturday. He said he wantedto do it Sunday, but he'd rather
go out on Saturday because we don'twork the next day, and so we're

(02:34):
taking Agatto out on Saturday. Andhe said, that's a little bit like
a Father's Day celebration because we haven'ttaken it out yet. But you said
you can't give flowers a couple ofdays early, you can't celebrate an entire
day. But he's like a yourequest it different than bike flowers because are
such? So what are you gettinghim the day of Father's Day? Then?
I haven't. He hasn't told meyet. I don't know. I'm
going to get him something? Isthere any way you could get him something

(02:58):
without him telling you. I could, but he's not very easy to shop
for. He doesn't want much andI haven't really thought about it yet,
But yes, that will get Whatabout you Sky? What about in your
world? So the gifts are purchased? The guy doesn't live the life.
I mean, he doesn't do anything. Yeah, but he doesn't do anything.

(03:23):
He does drop offs, Yeah, that is true, occasional pick up.
Is he doing pick up? Today? He's doing drop off. He's
carpooling. He's doing drop off,as if, like what else would he
be doing? That's why he's Yeah, he's carpooling with another dad he's got
to sit there and let uh thisguy and her daughter make fun of him
constantly make fun of them. Areyou and the girls drink boba? I
roll at him? Stop? Well, that does call the old guy that

(03:46):
lives there. You guys say that, don't say that. So he deserves
something. Now that your daughter isgoing to be in high school, drop
offs will end soon, right, and then what's he gonna do? Well,
we'll see if she gets her license, which you know, she is
one of those kids who is inno hurry. She just told me driving.
I was a parent and my kidwas like, I'm not getting my
license. I'd belay, all right, well, then you're gonna have good

(04:08):
luck going places. I'm done drivingyou everywhere, Like right, that's fucking
insane. Like, but Scott's gonnakeep driving? Are you? Yeah?
Gets that learners permit? I meanthat's as good as we're good. I'd
be like, get your license. Were using your chevrol legs everywhere? That

(04:30):
was h your chevrol legs? That'sso bad. So gifts are purchased having
a bit of an issue working outthe location for like a lunch my I

(04:51):
talked to my brother the other dayand was asking him like, what what
do you want to do? Andhe about new Dad. I mean,
or is he with his his realhis actual kids who love him. Yeah,
okay, I mean his his Okay, okay, that's my mom.

(05:11):
That's not his with the real familyand you not the family they love.
Yeah, yeah, No, hischildren are ditching him for Father's Day,
so he will be joining us newdad Father's Day. Well, he's not
my macaroni art. I did notmake you like about him, my mom's

(05:31):
boyfriend. I'm a mug yeah, and number one dad. Yeah, And
they have lots of good stepdad cardslike from kids in Father's Day section they
have stepdad regular dad. So well, I'm not a kid nor my stepdad.
So those don't apply to by hiskids ditching him, do you mean
they're just doing their own thing withtheir own families? Like what normal?

(05:53):
Like? So his kids like travela lot and like to like go places.
So confused by people. I lovethat they probably only go on like
a couple of vacations a year andthey travel like a plane. No,
so one of the families has agoal to visit and stay in every state

(06:13):
and that's like a big thing onthe ise, right, now they're like
they're like two or three states awayfrom the Bowl. It's like you going
to Georgia, Oregon, all theserandom we just hit the places with aquariums.
We're not we're not trying to seeif he's sorry and so so yeah,
so they're like literally all going tobe out of town. And so
when I found this out, wesaid, oh, well we're Papa.

(06:36):
You can come with us. Don'tcome up, that's not true, Come
on, Papa. So we invitedthem to come join our San Diego Father's
Day if if they would like tosay, well, because they're up in
Laguna. So like, so sowhere if I responded with fuck that all

(07:00):
the way down to San Diego,Well that's on a Sunday. He's still
in the honeymoon phase, you know, yeah, take care of this guys.
Mom, Wait what Saturday nights forno winking? Nope, nope,
no yeah, or Sunday morning? Can you shut up? And so yeah,
so we basically kind of made aclear like, hey, we're doing
Father's stay here, happy to haveyou join us if you guys would like

(07:21):
to make the drive. You know, it's not they're the ones who moved
away. I'm just saying lady.So anyway, so my brother really loves
Carl Strauss in Carlus Carl Strauss,I don't know why I say it like
that, and a specific location, and so I'm like, great, I'll

(07:43):
make us a reservation. Wonderful. So I call they're not taking any reservations.
Yeah, not for like lunch orbrunch, not till dinner. Are
they taking reservations? And I'm like, oh, well, that sucks.
So we got to look for somethingelse, because clearly the last thing anybody
wants to do on a holiday isstand around and wait for a table.
So I send my brother all theseother options and then he writes back kind

(08:07):
of like sad and defeated, andI now feel bad, saying, no,
I really want to go to CarlStrauss. You know I'd already been
thinking about it. So I'll justgo down an hour early, put our
name in text you guys, letyou know what time our table will be
ready, and then stay there andwait. I mean that's his father's day,

(08:28):
I know. And so like,I feel bad, but I should,
but I don't feel bad enough tosay, like, I'll do it.
You know, I'm not going togo down there and wait. I
gave what if the table's ready withinminutes, but you don't have the people
there, right, Yeah, we'llwait till your whole party's there. Yeah,
of course, of course, sono matter what. Yeah, So

(08:50):
so I feel bad, but hereally wants to go, but I'm not.
Oh, you haven't asked. Well, I didn't ask him. I
kind of told him, like, hey, it looks like we're probably going
to go to Carl Strauss for aFather's Day. He doesn't have a saying

(09:11):
it. He I don't know,he he don't know. Well, I
mean, I guess I didn't askhim. I guess I didn't say,
hey, babe, what would youlike to do for Father's Day? I
just in my mind it's like everyFather's Day, every Mother's Day, we
get together with the family. Wellyou're you're a family, Well yeah,
because his family is kind of nonexistent at this point, so so my

(09:35):
family is now his family, right, And so we always do that,
whether we go normally, nine timesout of ten we go to a restaurant.
Sometimes we're in my backyard. Sometimeswe'll go to the bay and do
like us. That sounds fucking awful. Every time there's like a kind of
a holiday, the whole family getstogether. Why they all live near each
other and they see each other allthe time. If I lived, if

(09:58):
I lived in North Now and mywife's family was there, there's no fucking
chance I would do a Father's Daywith everyone in her family. Like that's
crazy. But but even I wantto do that, and she could,
but I wouldn't. You're not aFather's Day, No, I'm so.
My mom's whole family lived in NewYork. On Father's Day. We didn't

(10:18):
go hang out with my aunt oruncles and my grandma and my grandpa like
a big barbecue we had. Wehad a summer barbecue once a year.
Then we saw each other everybody onChristmas. But no, we didn't do
like a Mother's Day thing with allthe aunts and my cousins. Oh god,
I it sounds well. You kindof have to ask though, Yeah,

(10:41):
I mean you asked the father inyour life, like what do you
want to do? Sometimes it's toomuch, like there's no there's no significant
other that loves your family as muchas you love your family. Like there's
Robber pretty pretty attached to my entirefamily. I feel like sometimes he loves
them more than me, to behonest, probably we all do and shut
out shout your shout out. Soyou're right, I should have asked it

(11:07):
was you didn't ask. I justlike assume you always assumed. I assumed
that he knew that this is thekind of thing we do every year,
and so we're just gonna do thisand our backyard is out of it because
he doesn't want to have any responsibilityon Father's Day. Cool, I'll drive
you, you'll come home, you'lldo whatever you want after So I thought

(11:30):
we were good. So when Itold him about this plan of Carl Strauss,
he said, oh, well,I thought we weren't doing this anymore.
And I said, that's what Isaid. I said, what Father's
Day? And he said, no, I thought that when your dad passed
away, we were no longer goingto gather as a group for Father's Day

(11:56):
and that the only reason we gatheredwas to celebrate my day ad And now
that he's past, like, we'reall just going to do our separate,
little small family things. That's what'swrong with that. But why did he
assume that just because my dad died, that we're now not going to celebrate
like my brother anymore, and thatmy father and my mom don't want to

(12:18):
want to celebrate him. What noone's bratty, nobody is that's not our
dad. He has multiple children tocelebrate him. On father's say, Okay,
they do travel, and that's that'stheir thing. So I don't know
why my husband assumed this was thething, and what's wrong with what?
Why can't we do that? Whycan't why can't why can't he be with

(12:41):
you and your daughter? And that'sit. Well, because this is the
first I've heard of this. Andthen he's like, well, that's what
we did last year, and I'mlike, last year we were in Monterey
for we were like out of town, Like so, yes, that's what
it sounds like. He loved it. So you're going to respect his wishes.

(13:03):
Oh no, what do you mean? No, no, no,
no, Carl Strauss, come on,
