Speaker 1 (00:02):
There's a bit of a fight going on. I don't
want to. I don't I don't want to. Well, what
do you want me to do? I don't understand. I mean,
I think Thor understands what's going on better than anybody,
to be.

Speaker 2 (00:14):
Honest, better than anybody told you what to say.

Speaker 1 (00:16):
I feel like she deserves honesty. Oh you may or
may not heard in the show when I mentioned it,
Emily wanted me to try her corn salad and it
did not go well. We ain't done yet. It's time
for the one podcast.

Speaker 2 (00:37):
Over yet completely uncensored and uncting, filtered except for that
part the party. The show's after show starts now.

Speaker 1 (00:50):
God listen. Emily and I share a love of cooking.

Speaker 3 (00:54):
You guys are We talk about it all the time
off the air, and I don't.

Speaker 1 (00:58):
Ever really try your food, though I hear you know,
the elaborate meals that you make that makes me believe
that you're a really good cook. A couple of times
I have tried your meals. They weren't the best. I
think we all can agree on that.

Speaker 3 (01:13):
It was a meat loaf that disgusting.

Speaker 2 (01:16):
And I realize that now. But you said you just said.

Speaker 1 (01:22):
She realized that.

Speaker 3 (01:24):
It's good to me because it's so fucking healthy that
I think it just don't think.

Speaker 1 (01:28):
I don't.

Speaker 3 (01:31):
Health tastes good to me sometimes when even health like
my fart eggs. I bet if you asked me ten
years ago.

Speaker 1 (01:37):
Again, the fact that you refer to them as fart
age the other thing you need, I guess. Okay, So
we're just on taking paths here. I like things with
good flavors, and I.

Speaker 4 (01:48):
Mean, yeah, it's very interesting how we all like have
our little offshoot little things on the show, Like Eddie
and Thor will have wrestling and Emily will have like
selling Sunset, and you're right, Eddie and Emily with their
foody talk like.

Speaker 1 (02:06):
What do you?

Speaker 5 (02:07):
And I have?

Speaker 2 (02:08):
Money?

Speaker 1 (02:08):
Anger?

Speaker 4 (02:10):
Anger, money, complaining investments, real estate people who annoy.

Speaker 1 (02:16):
As she doesn't like neighbors, but you too.

Speaker 4 (02:22):
Like it's almost a daily occurrence because Emily always wants
to know what you made for dinner, and then you'll
say what you made for dinner and then she'll be
like oh and shell like she'll like stand up and
get all excited.

Speaker 5 (02:34):
Yesterday yesterday she was, She goes, can you believe you
made saucer? Verity and then the next day I made.

Speaker 3 (02:43):
It's not like we made a piece of chicken like
a chicken breast. I mean, it's a it's a wild
thing for both of us to be making time. I'm
sorry it is.

Speaker 2 (02:51):
And then they have to know, how did you make yours?
How did you make mos?

Speaker 5 (02:54):
And then Emily says how she made it? Emily goes
and Eddie always goes.

Speaker 2 (03:00):
Exact same way every does he not do that?

Speaker 1 (03:03):
Every time?

Speaker 3 (03:04):
He does?

Speaker 2 (03:07):
So a lot of food he talk. I actually cherish
our food talk cherish.

Speaker 3 (03:12):
Oh you guys really cherish.

Speaker 4 (03:16):
So I didn't hear this one today? And how this
one started because lots of time? Did it not happen
in this room?

Speaker 1 (03:23):
Oh okay, I must have been talking about money.

Speaker 2 (03:28):
Yeah, probably, so we were, you.

Speaker 1 (03:30):
Know, sitting here talking. Emily made her chili bear they
last night, and I said how did it go? And
she said it went well, and then she said, on
the side, she made a little corn salad corny.

Speaker 3 (03:42):
I didn't really call it because it was kind of
like a low te like, so I didn't know it was.

Speaker 4 (03:49):
It was.

Speaker 3 (03:49):
It was barbecue roasted corn with roasted poblanos mixed with
some other stuff.

Speaker 4 (03:55):
Yes, oh wow, like corn on the con and you
roasted and then you put it the salad or is
this a can of corn?

Speaker 1 (04:03):
Out of your fucking mind, dude, I don't cook.

Speaker 2 (04:05):
I don't fucking know like you roast that.

Speaker 4 (04:09):
Okay, okay, you don't have to care whatever.

Speaker 5 (04:13):
Somebody would rather have cancorn.

Speaker 2 (04:16):
Hey.

Speaker 1 (04:17):
So I went on to tell Emily that I like
to make a nice corn salad in the summertime, same
sort of deal with the roasted corn. I make a
low te a lot kids like. That's how my kids
like to have the corn. So it's great.

Speaker 4 (04:37):
Uh.

Speaker 1 (04:38):
So we were having that fun conversation about corn.

Speaker 3 (04:41):
I was so excited about it, and then.

Speaker 1 (04:43):
She tells me, do you would you have this corn
hot or cold? And I said, well, the way you
prepared it, with the roasted corn roasted, I think.

Speaker 2 (04:52):
It has to be sort of warm.

Speaker 1 (04:54):
And she told me, well, she's eating it in there cold. Yeah,
last has.

Speaker 3 (05:02):
Last night when I had because it was so did
you not heat.

Speaker 1 (05:07):
Up your leftovers today?

Speaker 4 (05:09):
No?

Speaker 1 (05:09):
She did, she just didn't the horn. I don't know
why she ate a cold whatever. Okay, okay, So then
she said, I really want you to try.

Speaker 5 (05:21):
Now I know you real quick.

Speaker 2 (05:23):
I wasn't the roof.

Speaker 1 (05:24):
Yeah know you were.

Speaker 2 (05:25):
We were.

Speaker 3 (05:29):
You don't give a.

Speaker 1 (05:30):
Show we were.

Speaker 5 (05:33):
I just don't give a fuck about the food.

Speaker 2 (05:38):
We don't care.

Speaker 5 (05:40):
I you know, it's always a risk when you ask
somebody in this room to try something like I know,
like I showed Sky a dog video today. I know
if I walk over there and go, Eddie, you want
to watch this dog video, it's a risk.

Speaker 2 (05:54):
It's a risk.

Speaker 3 (05:58):
I know. I know what you're saying.

Speaker 4 (06:00):
Have you ever had success with having Eddie try one
of your I actually have.

Speaker 3 (06:06):
I've made chili verde a long time ago. It stuck
with me, trust me because it was trust me, it
was my chili verde. Yes, and Eddie was in I
think my studio when I was heating it up, and
I think I gave a thing.

Speaker 1 (06:20):
He goes it's really good. I have had have a
perfect relationship.

Speaker 4 (06:27):
There could be a positive outcome then, because I'm looking
forward to it.

Speaker 3 (06:31):
I tasted last night and I got rave reviews from
my man Robert.

Speaker 1 (06:35):
Like you literally said that guy will eat dogsh I
know that means nothing.

Speaker 3 (06:39):
And I my taste buds and I think it was
really good.

Speaker 2 (06:43):
You tasted it with your own, Robert.

Speaker 5 (06:46):
When Roberts said, he like, did he do the thumbs up?

Speaker 3 (06:48):
And my family does that? They don't do that.

Speaker 1 (06:54):
He was there Thanksgiving when they didn't that up.

Speaker 5 (06:57):
Yeah, Emily's mom Cary, looked at their already at the
same time. We all want Emily the potatoes.

Speaker 1 (07:06):
It is weird, how you know. And they don't ask
you to make main dishes. And it's always like some
sort of appetizer, bring the bread, things like that. I mean,
it just doesn't add up. Just bring your though whatever.

Speaker 2 (07:16):
Yeah, she's ever. Yeah, it's okay, we're all different, We're all.

Speaker 1 (07:20):
I mean, it's fine. I don't know. Listen anyway, So
I my anxiety is now heightened.

Speaker 2 (07:26):
She offers it to you.

Speaker 1 (07:28):
I mean I don't but I don't want told that
sounds gross. I don't want a cold.

Speaker 2 (07:32):
Oh, so did you request it?

Speaker 1 (07:34):
She knew that, Like, Okay, if I'm gonna serve this
to this beast of a man, I'm good. I don't know,
I'm gonna I got a zapp and so I don't
you know, I'm gonna take this very seriously. I'm not
gonna just, you know, take a bike and go I'm
not I'm not a Thanksgiving Okay, I'm not conditioned to

(07:55):
do that. Okay, yes, So I take a look at what.
First of all, you eat with your eyes. So I'm
looking at the plating that was like.

Speaker 2 (08:01):
Bobby Flay tasting on chopped or something.

Speaker 1 (08:03):
I mean, I got to look at it here. Bobby
Flay doesn't do chopped really, but anyway, you right now
look at the thing. I'm kind of dissecting what we
got going on here.

Speaker 2 (08:14):
It was a bad start. I saw this well.

Speaker 1 (08:17):
You know, it's you know, there was something black in there,
and I said, well, what is this? Olives? Like it
was crazy? And she said no, I roasted the pupleno
Publenos too, And I said, oh, okay, that makes sense,
not a big deal, okay. And then I saw some
red onion in there. I saw some got cheese, your favorite.
You know, it's all this delicious things, all good ingredients,

(08:38):
and so I was like this, this sound delicious. Okay,
I'm really looking forward to this, scoop. Take a bite. Well,
so immediately I get hit like I like a kick
in the dick.

Speaker 5 (08:53):
Dick.

Speaker 2 (08:55):
Do they say that on Food Network?

Speaker 3 (08:57):
No, they don't say I think I think Joe said that,
I'm pretty sure, okay, okay.

Speaker 1 (09:03):
So I get hit right in the face of lime
like acid, very strong, and I'm like, oh wow, it's
that's overpowering. I can't taste anything else but the line.
And so I'm not trying to be rude here. I
don't know, and I don't know what to say to
her because I know she's going to be offended. She's

(09:25):
talking up this corn salad like it's the greatest thing
she's ever made, and so I don't know what to
tell you. So very uh, lime forward, that was my comment,
and she didn't like them, and I don't and then
she she gets very defensive. I put, you know, twelve
lines in there and a half.

Speaker 3 (09:42):
In the dressing. I made a dressing that went on it,
and it was a live and a half. It was
supposed to be very lined forward. I like very a
lot of citrus.

Speaker 1 (09:48):
Oh no, I could tell taste. I was puckering my lips.

Speaker 3 (09:51):
It was reminiscent of a dish, a corn dish I
get at a place in the village called Cosa Gabriella's,
and it's very lime forward.

Speaker 1 (10:01):
As long as you like it in your paint. Making
it for your taste buds.

Speaker 5 (10:05):
And it tastes the same as the dish you got
a Castle, Gabriella.

Speaker 3 (10:08):
It was. It was my inspiration, and I was so confident.
That's why I did like the risk Thor was talking
about earlier. I like, honestly, taste it and go, this
is fucking good. And so that's why I was like,
I'm gonna have Eddie taste it, because I was excited
for him to do.

Speaker 1 (10:27):
What you You just said it you like something a
certain way, yes, very citrus forward. I was not expecting that.
Looking again, I'm looking with my eyes and I'm seeing
the corn, I'm seeing the red onion, I'm seeing the cheese.
I'm seeing all these things, and then I get hit
with just lime. It was a little bit not what
I really wanted.

Speaker 4 (10:46):
And the corn you donna put lime in yours.

Speaker 1 (10:55):
You want to do a corner you want to do anytime, anti.

Speaker 2 (11:05):
Challenge.

Speaker 1 (11:06):
It was not my favorite. And I don't now, I
don't know what to do because I.

Speaker 2 (11:11):
Told you what to do.

Speaker 5 (11:12):
What's that left thumb up, right thumb, right hand on
the stomach, You rub your stomach and you go.

Speaker 1 (11:19):
I did it so good. I mean he was there,
easy enough to go. I don't think it's so good.
Nobody do you swear on your kids? Oh no, listen,

(11:39):
I don't know what you want me to do. Well.
I'm sorry this.

Speaker 3 (11:42):
Has hurt our friendship. No friendship because I don't like
your core.

Speaker 2 (11:51):
You'll never get it again.

Speaker 1 (11:52):
I don't want it again. No,
