Speaker 1 (00:00):
Well, we talked first thing this morning about you guys
going to see Will Smith last night, a wild surprise
show here in San Diego at North Park Observatory. Will
Smith performed the last couple of nights. Huh, so crazy,
so bizarre, but so cool.

Speaker 2 (00:18):
And he's performing nowhere else, just two nights in San Diego,
and his next performances are in France. So North Park
and France.

Speaker 1 (00:27):
I think that makes sense. Wild Well, I guess you know.
It was a cool night for all of you guys.
But Thor and his wife Haley almost didn't make it
to the show because of a ticket fiasco.

Speaker 3 (00:41):
We ain't done yet.

Speaker 4 (00:44):
Past year, completely uncensored and unacting filtered except.

Speaker 2 (00:51):
For that part the.

Speaker 5 (00:55):
Show's after show starts.

Speaker 1 (00:57):
Now, there's no way this can be Hayley's fault, right,
Should I keep your watch name out of.

Speaker 4 (01:04):
The watch out or are you actually yeah?

Speaker 5 (01:08):
Or is she gonna be?

Speaker 4 (01:10):
What the hell is going on?

Speaker 2 (01:14):
So I was saying at six am this morning, we
found out about the show, and for some reason immediately
texted Emily, knowing she'd be excited, and Emily bought six tickets.

Speaker 4 (01:25):
Wow and her six.

Speaker 3 (01:28):
I was hyped. We were gonna beat with friends that
I thought we're gonna want to go. I should have
checked with them first, maybe not assumed that a group
of five four people would It.

Speaker 1 (01:39):
Was like one of their birthdays and so like, I
don't know that on my birthday I would want to
go to a concert.

Speaker 5 (01:46):
Maybe I don't know, depends on the concert.

Speaker 6 (01:48):
But I also think part of the hype factor was
the fifteen dollars tickets, because if they were like seventy
dollars tickets, you're not buying six of them. But the
fact that there were fifteen bucks and they were will Smith,
it was almost like they were they Yeah.

Speaker 2 (02:00):
So she had those tickets for somebody else, and then
me and my wife, I was like, all right, buy
two tickets for me and let's invite some people. We'll
get a group go. So we invited some people and
they were in. So my wife ended up buying four tickets,
and then was weird when I told her just to
tell people to venmost for the money, and I'm like weird,
She's like, well, I don't want to say that in
a text. It's weird, And I go, honey, I'm not

(02:23):
buying people tickets to the show. That's fucking insane thought.

Speaker 3 (02:26):
That they're only fifteen bus Yeah, but I don't give a.

Speaker 2 (02:29):
Fuck if they're a dollar. I'm not buying people tickets
to the show.

Speaker 5 (02:33):
So not the same vibe as Emily, A different vibe.

Speaker 2 (02:36):
Yeah, I'm like, I'm not buying them tickets here. Like
if it was like if it was like if it
was Rob Base, and fucking if it was Rob Base,
he's not coming home, and then I would and I
knew and it's Christmas, I'd be like, yeah, I'll pay
for Eddie because Eddie's one of my best friends. But
people that were like we're friends with we're not best

(02:57):
friends with it it's Will Smith. They can they can
vend mo with.

Speaker 5 (03:00):
So you would have expected me to venmo you for
that ticket?

Speaker 4 (03:04):
Yes, yes, I'll answer the question.

Speaker 2 (03:06):
Yes, Okay, Here's what would I ask Ty, Here's what
would happened with Skuy. I know Sky is a massive
Will Smith fan. I would have never have bought the
tickets in advance for Sky because I never thought a
million years she would actually come. But if I were to,
you would have said, I'll venmo you, and I would
have said, no, I don't worry about it.

Speaker 5 (03:22):
But I would have passed out, you.

Speaker 4 (03:27):
Assisted, and he would be like okay if.

Speaker 2 (03:29):
She was if she insists, but if she goes, oh
thanks bro, I'd be like, you got it.

Speaker 4 (03:34):
Damn it now. But I wouldn't.

Speaker 2 (03:37):
I wouldn't have said Venmo me, this guy were close,
but I didn't think she was ever going to come.

Speaker 4 (03:42):
Yeah, people, you would have expected them.

Speaker 2 (03:44):
Yeah, thirty bucks, thirty BUCKSK. So we have the four tickets. Okay,
Haley's in charge of this, because I said because Emily
said there on stub of fifteen dollars. So my phone
was in the bedroom, so Haley had her phone. So
I said, hey, look on stub hub now because i'm
the North Park Conservatory website, there was seventy, which is weird. Yeah,
so I said look and she goes, oh my god,

(04:05):
I found them. I go, okay, buy him buy four.
So for some fucking reason, oh sorry, I'm like, for
some reason, my wife, rather than just buying four tickets,
buys two tickets and then closes that out and then
randomly buys two more tickets, two separate sets of tickets.

(04:26):
I didn't know that is no probably, but yeah it sucks.

Speaker 4 (04:31):
So why would she do that doesn't make me.

Speaker 5 (04:33):
Sense wild Okay, okay, buckle up.

Speaker 2 (04:39):
My wife does this thing where she doesn't eat throughout
the day. I don't know why she doesn't eat throughout
the day, but she doesn't. And then she gets very hungry,
and angry turns into bitchy, turns into kind of like
gaslighting me, and it's very frustrating. So I used to
fight back with it. Now I just go, Helly, you
need to eat. It's like I'm with a little kid,
scar you like with your husband.

Speaker 5 (04:59):
Yeah, eat a candy bar and then talk to me
after exactly this is what I do you and you're hungry.

Speaker 4 (05:03):
I've heard that.

Speaker 2 (05:05):
I've heard that. So we're on our way to True
North in North Park and we're gonna go there, and
Hayley's being.

Speaker 4 (05:12):
You know, grumpy, angry, grumpy. He's got grumpies, she's got grumpies.

Speaker 2 (05:15):
And when she's got the grumpy, I'm legitimately in a
good mood. I'm excited. We're going to see will Smith.
I'm high.

Speaker 4 (05:21):
You're getting jiggy with it, I am.

Speaker 2 (05:23):
And when Haley is in a bad mood, she likes
to tell you that you're in a bad mood. I
don't know it's and sometimes I am, but I swear
to God, last night I was not no grumpies for
real weird, so I said, so I said, She goes,
why are you being grumpy? And first of all, if

(05:44):
you're gonna be like, if you're gonna we're gonna argue,
don't say grumpy. You know what I mean, like, asshole?
Why are you being as I'm not grumpy? I go,
you're I'm like, one's last time rather than eve? I go,
one was the last time you ate? And she just
stops talking and I go, thoughts, so.

Speaker 4 (06:00):
I didn't say that.

Speaker 2 (06:00):
I didn't say it. If I thought it, I thought.
And then I park and we're walking to True North
and I go, you got the tickets right, And then
she goes, you bought them?

Speaker 5 (06:12):
Wait, oh, I just I just heard the story about
the two separate purchases.

Speaker 2 (06:16):
She actually said you bought them, and I go, I
turned her like I've seen a ghost, because I'm like,
are you out of your fucking mind? Like we literally
it's been twenty four hours. Yeah, like we had this.
We talked to Emily like, what are you talking about?
You bought them? So I go, no, I didn't, Haley,
you bought them. And now because now I'm kind of

(06:37):
annoyed because it's like.

Speaker 4 (06:39):
That's what you're probably worried about the tickets.

Speaker 2 (06:41):
Well, I'm worried about the tickets. And she's just a
little frazzled and she's hungry, okay, and so I'm just
I'm annoyed.

Speaker 4 (06:48):
I'm annoyed.

Speaker 2 (06:49):
So I'll say that and I'm like, heyy, you bought them.
And then she goes, Okay, So she she's looking for
the tickets, can't find the tickets what And I know
she I know she paid for them because I got
the I got the charges on my Capital one account,
so I know she paid for him. So we get
to sit down at the restaurant and we're sitting down.
No one's there yet. Thank god, she's mad at me

(07:10):
for some reason.

Speaker 6 (07:10):
How far before the show is this going on? Because
doors open, okay, and doors open at seven, and you
want it to be right there.

Speaker 1 (07:17):
Let's all remember, and I'm sure everybody does this differently,
but if I'm going to any show, football game, whatever,
before I leave the house, I look, I got my
tickets in my wallet thing or whatever, and I go
just because that's my number one thing.

Speaker 3 (07:34):
Because it's a pain in the ass sometimes together.

Speaker 1 (07:36):
If I get to the event, I'm trying to find
it or whatever, and for some reason if it's not there,
I don't want to be in that situation.

Speaker 4 (07:43):
So you just go, Okay, cool, I'm good it. Boom,
now we can go.

Speaker 3 (07:46):
Yeah. I almost always put them in my Apple wallet.

Speaker 2 (07:48):
Yeah, we're going, easy psy right guy, total easy peasy.

Speaker 4 (07:52):
Didn't do that.

Speaker 2 (07:53):
Didn't do that, I assumed when because when I'm just
like Eddie, when I buy tickets to a show or
to a sporting event, the first thing I do is
make sure I have the tickets and then put in
my Apple walle It's just easy if I don't put
in my Apple screenshot just to have like, I don't
fuck around. So so she doesn't have the tickets. We
get there, she's stressed and she's she can't find the email,

(08:16):
and I go, well, I look at her email. There's
thousands of emails, and I'm like, it should be. So
now I'm more annoyed because you're frazzled, you're hungry, you
don't have the tickets, and you're super unorganized. And like Haley,
also when she starts to get for all that, all
those in one. She doesn't want help, so if you

(08:38):
try to help her, you're an asshole. It's gonna so
it's gonna make it worse. So now I'm like, all right,
does let me do it?

Speaker 4 (08:44):
Is it one of those.

Speaker 2 (08:48):
You know what I'm talking about it? And it's and
then now I'm even more frustrated. And then her friend
shows up, So now I'm embarrassed. I know she's even
more embarrassed because and her friend's asking, oh, you got
the ticket her friends? And then her other friend shows
up and that's the same thing. We can't find the tickets.

Speaker 1 (09:03):
So she's responsible for their tickets.

Speaker 2 (09:08):
So I so I say, can I please help? And
she goes fine and like throws the phone at me
as if like it's the phone's fault. So then I
see she didn't she needed. I guess stub Hub wanted
you to create a Ticketmaster account and they were going
to send the ticket stub Hub send the tickets Ticketmaster,
who then send the tickets to you. So I go,
what your simple? I go, what's your Ticketmaster account?

Speaker 1 (09:28):
I don't know, Oh boy, it's you know what. Honestly,
this is a nightmare. I blame you.

Speaker 2 (09:35):
What the.

Speaker 1 (09:39):
How do you not know? At this point? This is
not Haley's specialty.

Speaker 4 (09:44):
She's not doing organized any of this stuff.

Speaker 1 (09:47):
Like if you don't know at this point in Concertville
that you need to have an excess account or a
Ticketmaster account and that's where your tickets are sent, even
for Padres games things like that, know that this is
how it works.

Speaker 3 (10:01):
I didn't think about that until you said that. In
no way she before.

Speaker 2 (10:06):
God's Green Earth. I let Robert hand.

Speaker 1 (10:09):
Insane was great in a fucking million years.

Speaker 4 (10:14):
I never let her hand listen because she doesn't money.

Speaker 1 (10:17):
She is not organized enough or be technologically advanced enough
to create a.

Speaker 4 (10:25):
Ticket Master account. So I got it. I got it.
How do you not do this?

Speaker 2 (10:29):
I just thought it was easy.

Speaker 4 (10:32):
So I finally what happens?

Speaker 2 (10:34):
I get there and I get two tickets, put them
in her Apple wallet. We go to the other email.
I figure it out. We put those two tickets in
her Apple wall.

Speaker 4 (10:42):
So you're gone, savior.

Speaker 2 (10:45):
Yeah, I'm a hero. We we walk to the venue.
They scan my they scan my ticket, they scan somebody
else's ticket, and then we go to scan two more tickets.
They're not scanning. We can't figure it out. And they're
not scanning. They're not scanning. We don't know why Haley
can't find the tickets. We're there for like ten minutes,
to the point where like I said, Haley.

Speaker 4 (11:04):
A hold, yes.

Speaker 2 (11:05):
And I said, Haley, give me your phone, let me see,
and she grabs the phone back and goes, I got it.
So at that point I take a step back and
I just stand there with somebody else and we're just talking.
I'm just like, this is fine.

Speaker 4 (11:16):
Let what happened, but that happens, and she just.

Speaker 2 (11:19):
Can't believe this is happening. I can't believe this is happening.
I can't believe you believe it. So then we have
our wristbands on already and Haley goes to me and
the other guy, do you guys just want to go
in there and me her and her friend will get well,
go figure this out at the front box office. And
I go, yep, no, and I just you're gone.

Speaker 5 (11:39):
You can.

Speaker 1 (11:43):
Oh well, and again in a million years, when my
wife outside, it's the rain.

Speaker 5 (11:52):
In the rain by like it's raining on us. Later
it's raining out there.

Speaker 2 (11:57):
I couldn't respect you more me to Dick, and you're
not letting me.

Speaker 4 (12:02):
Help you over.

Speaker 2 (12:05):
Do you guys just want to go in?

Speaker 4 (12:06):
Yep?

Speaker 3 (12:10):
Right?

Speaker 2 (12:13):
Then I find out like ten minutes go by, and
I'm fucking heated.

Speaker 4 (12:16):
At this point, you're in.

Speaker 2 (12:17):
I'm heated.

Speaker 4 (12:18):
What do you care?

Speaker 2 (12:19):
I know, I just because the whole situation is annoying
and we're in. We're standing there waiting. It's like, what
Sky and Emily, I think you guys showed up.

Speaker 6 (12:27):
So as we are coming in, we see p one
day one, our friend who was there with your group,
and he's on the phone and then he starts getting
with Emily. Do you have any extra tickets? Haley's having
problems with her tickets.

Speaker 2 (12:40):
I'm not helping anyone.

Speaker 4 (12:42):
I would be like, wait, how is thoring here?

Speaker 1 (12:43):
Then he's so he's now trying to help Haley.

Speaker 5 (12:52):
I get Emily's extra tickets.

Speaker 2 (12:54):
I'm not trying to help.

Speaker 4 (12:56):
And that's where you still have those extra tickets.

Speaker 3 (12:58):
Yeah, you couldn't fucking sell them.

Speaker 5 (13:01):
She was mad.

Speaker 4 (13:04):
All that money down, Well, you didn't need to buy
all those.

Speaker 2 (13:08):
Your fault, come to find out, and we probably would
have known this if we, you know, looked at the
tickets beforehand. Two of the tickets Haley bought were scam
tickets from stub up, so they wouldn't they wouldn't say possible.
I don't know it's possible. So we got to call
StubHub and I guess they wouldn't save to her Apple wallet.
So that's how. And I didn't know.

Speaker 4 (13:28):
Well, if you would have been there helping out, maybe you.

Speaker 2 (13:30):
So apparently what happened was Scott. For some reason, Haley
was talking to somebody and mentioned Sky's name and then
remember Smash are all promotions manager she works for Live
Nation now randomly sees Haley and gives her a ticket.

Speaker 5 (13:45):
Yeah, she goes, Sky, did I hear you? Say? Sky?

Speaker 6 (13:47):
Do you do you know the people at Rock And
she's like, yeah, you know my husband's store. And then
she's like, okay, then I'll let.

Speaker 5 (13:54):
You guys, you know.

Speaker 4 (13:58):
Will Smith.

Speaker 2 (14:01):
I would say that, yeah.

Speaker 5 (14:02):
So without that, she literally would have I.

Speaker 3 (14:05):
Have the tickets. I couldn't out there, and that was.

Speaker 4 (14:10):
It.

Speaker 1 (14:10):
You're just gonna leave your wife out there in the ring.

Speaker 2 (14:14):
I would have the greatest time in my life. And
I would have told her about it later.

Speaker 1 (14:17):
Oh my god, that is horrific. Again, this is all
your fault.

Speaker 4 (14:23):
Now let'son learn. Don't let your wife do anything you're
right
