Speaker 1 (00:00):
Well, it looks like we have a real serious situation
that is developing right now. So every year around December
we go through the same sort of thing where Thor
starts to fall off of the gym. We go through
the holidays, it's fat season, but usually come the new year,

(00:20):
he gets back on the train. He likes to reel
it in. He likes to reel it in. But guys,
we are now halfway through the month and we're nowhere
near back to reeling it in. But we have a
new situation that is developing for the good. We ain't

(00:41):
done yet.

Speaker 2 (00:42):
It's time for the podcast. A year completely uncensored and
unacting filtered except for that part the show's after show starts.

Speaker 1 (00:57):
Now, Hey, pal, go to gym mystery.

Speaker 3 (01:02):
Damn, dude, I can't go to there.

Speaker 2 (01:10):

Speaker 4 (01:15):
Left. Well, they're going to living in it. No.

Speaker 3 (01:21):
I've I had two surgeries and they're looking to see
if the Verico seal that they were supposed.

Speaker 4 (01:26):
To take care of his back. I hope not. I'm
not getting another surgeries.

Speaker 5 (01:31):
They do the saunogram and it's like a stick of butter.
He forgot that he was smuggling on there. Well you
know how sometimes like a surgeon can leave something inside
of somebody.

Speaker 2 (01:42):
Cant Oh, okay, so maybe so maybe.

Speaker 1 (01:47):
What's going on?

Speaker 4 (01:48):
Man?

Speaker 1 (01:48):
You know, I just I know the move really.

Speaker 4 (01:50):
Through Mo threw me off. Were like two months in,
but the move threw me off. Then going in Michigan
threw me off.

Speaker 3 (01:57):
Then the holidays then then then the road trip.

Speaker 4 (02:01):
Okay, packing and just finally it's just you and like
you had a family of five. There had a lot
of stuff.

Speaker 1 (02:10):
They were living in a very small house.

Speaker 4 (02:11):
We finally calmed out.

Speaker 2 (02:13):
Okay, oh you're finally.

Speaker 3 (02:14):
I've gotten in the gym three times since January.

Speaker 1 (02:18):
And it's a new gym. This is another thing that's
throwing them off. He doesn't like having new equipment, and we're, oh,
why is this over here? Why is this not over here?

Speaker 4 (02:26):
It's just thrown me off.

Speaker 1 (02:28):
He gets he gets easily thrown off. Yeah, but we
all know this is all just excuses.

Speaker 4 (02:32):
I need to get an excuse.

Speaker 3 (02:34):
I need to get back in There's no there's nothing
I need to get back in there because I've my
stomach's got.

Speaker 4 (02:38):
A little bit bigger. You know, what happens and I
just I just need to get back in there.

Speaker 1 (02:43):
Yeah I don't.

Speaker 4 (02:44):
I'm not even good and yeah, because you're eating.

Speaker 2 (02:47):
Like super clean. And then I've noticed, not to call
anybody out in the.

Speaker 5 (02:52):
Last twenty four hours, the amount of times you have
hit that box of chocolate back in the office. Yeah,
you probably the holidays we got, they've been in the
office and it's a massive box. And like you know,
when you go to a box of chocolates, you normally
like take one and then move along.

Speaker 1 (03:13):
You like you like oh if you're getting yeah.

Speaker 3 (03:16):
Yeah, like one, you know, satisfying, a little sweet to.

Speaker 2 (03:21):
Ye put the back on.

Speaker 1 (03:22):
I hate that I got that one.

Speaker 2 (03:23):
Yeah that's what you got?

Speaker 1 (03:25):
Ye am I going to do?

Speaker 2 (03:26):
That's it? That's it.

Speaker 5 (03:27):
Well, well, Thor risking it because I've seen him take
multiple out of the box at the same time and
like walk.

Speaker 4 (03:34):
Away like two or three.

Speaker 1 (03:39):
It doesn't even your chocolates for the show by your parents,
to us, not to you.

Speaker 4 (03:46):
I mean it's the show. I'm a part of the show.

Speaker 1 (03:50):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (03:51):
But this is the thing with Thor. It's like when
he you know, falls off that train.

Speaker 1 (03:55):
It's hard to get it's hard. It's hard to him in.

Speaker 4 (03:59):
The mental game.

Speaker 3 (04:00):
Okay, so I'm trying to get back into it.

Speaker 1 (04:02):
Yeah it is hard, man.

Speaker 4 (04:04):
Yeah it's hard, you know. I mean I had no excuses,
but like, you know, come back to work. I was
going to.

Speaker 3 (04:08):
My sleep schedule is completely different than the two weeks
we were on vacation.

Speaker 4 (04:12):
So my body is a little worn down.

Speaker 1 (04:14):
Can't do it, can't do it, can't do it. You know. Well,
I guess there has been some discussion in the thorhousehold
about changing their diet.

Speaker 3 (04:23):
You know, I like certain kinds of food, pizza obviously,
but I don't I don't want to do I don't
want to do Remember when I crazily said I was
gonna be a vegetarian.

Speaker 4 (04:33):
I'm not going to do that.

Speaker 1 (04:34):
But you that was a completely different reason. Your dog died,
and you go, I'll never even meat again. We're like, dude,
you weren't even mean dog.

Speaker 4 (04:43):
I didn't want to eat live animals, didn't make anything.
I was. I was very upset. I was very upset.

Speaker 5 (04:53):
Yeah, you don't do that.

Speaker 4 (05:00):
He's just drooling.

Speaker 2 (05:02):
He's like gallum fishing in the river.

Speaker 4 (05:06):
I just was very upset. My dog died.

Speaker 1 (05:08):
It was weird. It was a weird.

Speaker 4 (05:10):
Yeah, it was a weird. It was a low point.

Speaker 1 (05:12):
Yeah, yeah, I had nothing to do with diet, to
be honest.

Speaker 4 (05:15):
But then you.

Speaker 2 (05:15):
Also have gone through counting like macros, which is.

Speaker 1 (05:22):
No fun.

Speaker 3 (05:23):
And my wife's always like, you don't. We don't need
to do that. We just need to portion control, which
is my biggest issue.

Speaker 4 (05:27):
I just eat neat, neat, And we started we started talking,
and I love certain kinds.

Speaker 3 (05:34):
I love fish, I love fruits and vegetables, and I
like chickpeas. So Haley suggests, she goes, have you heard
of the Mediterranean diet?

Speaker 4 (05:44):
Like it was this Mediterranean diet?

Speaker 3 (05:46):
No, And she says, it's all about eating traditional foods
like Mediterranean type foods, and then every once in a
blue moon you could throw in a red meat or
you know, a processed sugar or sweet.

Speaker 4 (05:58):
But for the most part, your foods are like not
seas you know who brain I'm not from. So like
your your cheat.

Speaker 3 (06:11):
Meal once a week is like once a week is
like what is like you know that.

Speaker 4 (06:17):
That's or but but that's it. You can't if you're
gonna have the burger, you're not going to have like
the So it's it's.

Speaker 1 (06:22):
Very traditional lamb, which lamb.

Speaker 4 (06:25):
I could eat lamp Hailey wouldn't but I would.

Speaker 1 (06:27):
But I'm so high animal. You know, I'm still eating.

Speaker 4 (06:35):
I can still have wings at the super Bowl.

Speaker 1 (06:37):
But they have wings in part of the mid drane
diet kind of like buffalo.

Speaker 4 (06:42):
But you can still do that for everyone.

Speaker 1 (06:45):
Is a big part of the mediterrane.

Speaker 5 (06:46):
Yeah, you know I I have a tip for you
from the health expert, the boot.

Speaker 3 (06:55):
Bomb man himself, health expert, the picture heart attacks, the.

Speaker 5 (07:00):
Pre diabetic gut ball a specialist.

Speaker 4 (07:07):
Excuse me.

Speaker 2 (07:08):
He knows everything about everything.

Speaker 5 (07:12):
And it's funny you bring up the Mediterranean diet because
the other day he like literally two days ago, he
told me how he has discovered the health benefits of
olive oil. And he specifically told me. You know how
everybody talks about the Mediterranean diet and how it's the

(07:33):
number one diet, It has nothing to do with that.
It's the fact that everything they eat has olive oil.

Speaker 1 (07:40):
I mean they think that might be a small part of.

Speaker 4 (07:42):
It, and part of it.

Speaker 3 (07:45):
Instead of having like cake, ice cream, you have like
you have fruit and vegetables.

Speaker 2 (07:48):
Have you ever tried putting olive oil? According to the boot.
That's what they do there is. So even though we.

Speaker 5 (07:57):
Have an entire, like almost full bottle of olive oil
in our cabinet, you know, the organic cold press like
really good olive oil, he thinks olive oil is like
new or something.

Speaker 2 (08:11):
So he didn't even realize we had that bottle. So
he went and.

Speaker 5 (08:15):
Bought a specialty bottle of olive oil. And now for
the last two days has been taking shots of oil.

Speaker 4 (08:27):
Stuff.

Speaker 2 (08:27):
Well he's doing that too, okay.

Speaker 5 (08:29):
And then he may toast and put olive oil on
it instead of like butter.

Speaker 4 (08:34):
He thinks this is going to change the game for him.

Speaker 3 (08:36):
He's gonna keep eating burgers and taco shop all the
o is gonna change the game.

Speaker 2 (08:41):
Yeah, so he is like on this mask definitely, I
mean obvious.

Speaker 5 (08:50):
Yeah. And you know, my big thing lately has been
the cholesterol triglycerides. And last night at dinner, he put
the bottle on the table like we're all supposed to
sprinkle it on our fucking dinner. And then he goes,
you know, it's good for cholesterol, your cholesterol down.

Speaker 2 (09:05):
And I'm like, does he know that? Did he just
make that up? Like I'm not just.

Speaker 4 (09:08):
Gonna believe it taking shots of olive oil.

Speaker 1 (09:11):
There are benefits, help benefits all oil. He's not wrong,
and it is give for your skin and all kinds
of different stuff. But I mean, give me a break
with this guy, Like, like, you just drink all of oil,
I'm gonna be good.

Speaker 5 (09:22):
Yeah, and then you have you eat an entire cake
before you go to bed, and that's fine.

Speaker 2 (09:28):
Yeah, Like they balance each other out.

Speaker 5 (09:30):
I don't know if you need any advice on your
Mediterranean diet.

Speaker 3 (09:38):
I think my wife's just we're just gonna start making
more Mediterranean diet.

Speaker 1 (09:43):
Kebab guy, you love, there's this place I feel like
you can't be trusted around skewers.

Speaker 2 (10:04):
That would you could do it.

Speaker 4 (10:05):
You could do it, but you could do it in
a way where it's where it's healthy. I read about it. Bacon,
you can bake it, or you can use.

Speaker 3 (10:13):
Different You don't have to use a certain kind of
You can use certain kinds of stuff to make it,
flower flour to make it different.

Speaker 4 (10:19):
