Speaker 1 (00:10):
This is a Jesse Kelly show. You are listening to
the Jesse Kelly Show. My name is James T. Harris,
sitting in for Jesse Kelly. I'm a talk show host
out of Phoenix, Arizona, five fifty KFYI, or you can
listen to me on the Tucson as well, seven ninety
(00:31):
K andn ST. That's my adopted hometown. My friends, my goodness,
here we go. We have Speaker Johnson. We have Speaker Johnson.
That's the news. Speaker Johnson. He won the speakership. I
think on the first ballot we had the two Republicans,
(00:53):
Ralph Norman and Keith's Shelf. They switched their votes after
a long break in the proceedings. Very very impressive win
for Speaker Johnson. Of course, he had the help of
a President Trump. Of course, we're referring to Donald J.
Trump as president, saying we really don't have a president
(01:15):
right now because Biden is checked out. He came forward
and he said I want Speaker Johnson, and that's all
he really needed. You had people run into the microphone saying,
I support Johnson, I support Johnson. Meanwhile, we got to
listen to the talking heads talk about how the Republicans
(01:36):
are in the civil War and how Republicans, if they
don't get their act together, they're going to end up
squandering everything that they said that yes, yeah, blah blah
blah blah blah. Listen, this had to happen. You know,
(01:59):
when I said it for Jesse Kelly say, I didn't
really talk about the whole speakership drama very much. Why
because this has to happen, and the Republicans know that
this has to happen. Represent the Massy, he knows that
this has to happen. Look, we don't have any time
to spare, and the margin in the House is very,
very thin. The American people do not have the patience
(02:23):
for anymore shenanigans. We plan on hitting the ground running,
we plan on getting things done, and the margin is
so thin we're going to need every single Republican every
(02:43):
single time. And for those Republicans that want to screw
around or think they're gonna hold things up, they think
they're gonna hold the Maga gender hostage, you're going to
get God, and don't take it personally. It's business and
(03:04):
that's the attitude right now, and I am down with it. Listen. Well,
we talk about the agenda, there are some big ones
that have to happen right off the bat. We have
to close the border. Does anybody want to argue with
me about that. We don't have a country if we
(03:24):
don't have a border, And for the last four years
we effectively have not had a country. We noted that
the southern border was wide open. Now we're finding out
for recent reports that the northern border Canada is wide open.
We had a bunch of Indians freezing the depth trying
to get to America. This is a serious problem and
(03:47):
until we take care of it, America will will still
be a serious joke. So yeah, the border must be
closed day one. And that's not good enough. We also
need to have Congress get involved with our very narrowly
thin lead in the House, and what I'm on for
(04:09):
four or five, six, six, uh more in the Senate
doesn't matter. We've got the majority. We have to use it.
We have to act like it. James, are you saying
that Republicans need to balk in lockstep, Well, yes, yes, yes, oh,
(04:31):
if you want to squibble, squabble gobbly blue, you know,
sort of like we just happened with this vote. You
had two people who during the breakw and change their vote.
If you want to try to get your point across,
y'all to being getty boom. But when it comes time,
then you're gonna have to toe the line. I'm sorry,
I'm sorry. That's why we put you there. But James,
(04:52):
what about you know we live in a democracy, and no, no,
no no no no no, no no no. We live in
a republic, a constitutional republic. But these are trying times
and we have a man who's about to be sworn
in god willing to be the forty sixth president, who
was jipped out of his second term. It turns out
(05:13):
this probably was a good thing because now we have
everybody on the same page. But now that everybody is
on the same page, and I mean everybody, I mean
a lot of Americans who were not keen on Trump,
you know four years ago, have seen the light. The
first thing we want done is the border closed. Just
(05:36):
having a conversation with my number two, he's he's a
grown man now, married kids. We used to daddy. I
can't believe that you want to border close them. You
don't want him no immigration wassoever, none we have to observe.
First of all, we have to deport oh about ten
fifteen million people. Then we have to sort of like
(05:58):
try to find a way to assimilate those who are here.
And I'm not talking about kicking out the dreamers. I
could work with this, but we don't have time to
be bringing in more people. We got into a big
discussion about you know, the visas that was supposed to
be a huge issue over the way. Oh we have
vivic ramaswami. Oh we have Elon musk be trying the
(06:21):
maggage and to shut your mouth. That's not what's going
on adult conversations. But at the end of the day,
that's not our big issue. Our issue is the border.
To re establish the mission of the Border Patrol, to
(06:42):
re establish the proper agenda of ICE. We don't need
ICE being an uber service anymore, taking the legals to
the to the cities of the regime's choice. We don't
need Border patrol running down to the to the walmart
to get pampered. There's a baby formula. Remember that shortage
on baby formula we had you know why that was right?
(07:05):
Was I filled again for jesse A. Kelly at the
time you know we had that. We're getting palettes of
baby formula from Europe. Stop it. Who go get the
palace you sent down to the border, buddy, Yes, all
the baby formulas going for the illegals. They are bringing
their children's is across the border. Oh yes, supply chain
(07:29):
disruption my assets. We need to seal the border, and
then we need to lock in the Trump tax cuts.
We need to make it permanent. Now. No, I say
that just because we only have like a year, maybe
(07:50):
a year and a half to get these things done. Ultimately,
I want more. Ultimately I would like to see Trump
then do away with the income tax altogether. Oh, just
saying it makes me well up. It would be increadible.
(08:14):
It would be incredible. You roll that in with the
tariffs and all that kind of stuff. We go back
to America that we was supposed to be for. It
was nineteen sixteen. When did we get this? You know,
the income tax? Stop it, the Federal Reserve, stop it.
What do you mean A guy can dream, can't he?
A guy can dream? Well, see that's dreaming. In the meantime,
(08:39):
what we're able to do is to lock in the
Trump tax cuts. We do that, We're railing our way,
do we get it? Can get doze to deregulate so
much stuff. We can start to bring the costs down.
Wait a minute, close the border permanent, Trump tax cuts
(09:04):
make the trouble was Trump Ryan make those tax cuts permanent,
and this started deregulating and drill, baby, drill. We bring
down the cost of everyday life groceries, gasoline, and we're
on our way. We are on our way. We could
(09:29):
stop that code. Republican infighting. Republican infighting could stop the
whole Maga agenda in his tracks. And we're not having it.
We're not having it. So I would suggest right now
that you contact your representative, especially if he's a Republican,
(09:52):
tell them thank you so much for coming together and
getting this done. That we have a speaker, you know,
Johnson across the finish line. You know, if your representative
is a Democrat, to you know, you can contact them
to tell them to sit down and shut up or
come along, you know, with the with the make America First,
(10:12):
you know agenda, yes, but the bottom line, be vocal.
Let your your representatives know exactly how you feel about
the events of today, because we don't have time to waste.
We don't have time to waste. Well, we had the
(10:36):
We're trying to get back to life, trying to get
back to living a normal life after the the two
terrorist attacks. But it is kind of difficult. It's kind
of difficult because we still have some people that still
want to be woke. We'll take them to the woodshed.
Coming up next, James T. Harris sitting in for the
Jesse Kelly Show. This is a Jesse call show. You
(11:02):
are listening to the Jesse Kelly Show. My name is
James C. Harris. I am a talk show host out
of Phoenix, Arizona. You can follow me on x at
James T. Harris. You know the Democrats, they are set, set,
determined to continue to demonstrate to the American people how
(11:23):
we dodged a bullet. We dodged a bullet because I'm
telling you, Kamala Harris, he's just an attractive woman. I
really she is. She is. I mean just ask Montell
Williams asking former mayor Willie Brown. She's beautiful, but she's
as dumb as a box rock. She is, and that
(11:44):
was on full display. That's why they tried to eide
her throughout the whole you know, campaign, and then when
she did talk, she talked in word salads and stuff
like that. So many opportunities were blown because not that
she was not able to think on her feet, but
she's not able to think. Oh you want some examples, Well,
(12:04):
today you had the Vice President of the United States
who was the President of the Senate, Kamala Harris swear
in the new Senators. Yes, and she started the whole
thing off with the pledge of allegiance. Join me in
(12:24):
pledging allegiance to our flag. Wait, what.
Speaker 2 (12:30):
Edge allegiance?
Speaker 1 (12:33):
Whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa in pledging allegiance to our flag?
Ledge allegiance? No, girl, you pledge allegiance. It's the flag
(12:54):
of the United States of America. Now I pledge allegiance
to the United States of Come on, come on, y'all.
See we are so blessed, we were so best. Over
in the House, you had how King Jeffries, who was
just what three votes away from becoming a speaker himself.
That's because all the Democrats voted for him, and all
Republicans voted for Johnson. It just gives you a snapshot
(13:16):
of how things are going to go, how they should
go as we hold the majority. He was giving a
rousing speech when he said.
Speaker 3 (13:25):
This American Dream possible. We will faright hard boo for
the freedom to vote. Oooh, American Dream possible. We will
faright hard, fight hard for the freedom to vote.
Speaker 1 (13:37):
He talking about sitting up there in the house farting hard.
We vote, fart hard for the freedom to vote. I know, James,
you were being so juvenile. You are on national radio,
you on the Jesse Kelly Show, you popping off on
(14:00):
Ima Harris and making fart jokes about Hakeeen Jeffries. I
didn't make the fart joke. American Dream possible.
Speaker 3 (14:10):
We will fight hard, fight hard for the freedom to vote.
Speaker 1 (14:19):
I'm sorry. What was I supposed to be talking about here? Oh?
I was supposed to be talking about the the left,
the left who was refusing to get away from Wolkeness.
Of course, we had a terrible, terrible terrorist attack to
New Orleans and that postponed one of the you know,
(14:40):
the big games that was supposed to take place, and
we had the I think the game was put on
by All State, and we had the CEO of All State,
Tom Wilson, came out and he was talking about the
Sugar Bowl that did not take place. They got rescheduled
for the next so yesterday when they were opening up
(15:02):
the sugar Bowl. Here is All State CEO Tom Wilson.
Welcome to the All State Sugar Bowl. Wednesday, tragedy struck
the New Orleans community. Our prayers with the victims and
their families.
Speaker 4 (15:17):
We also need to be stronger together by overcoming an
addiction to divisiveness and negativity. Join Hall State working in
local communities all across America to amplify the positive, increase trust,
and accept people's imperfections and differences.
Speaker 5 (15:34):
Together we win.
Speaker 1 (15:36):
That makes no sense whatsoever. What do you mean? We
also need to be stronger together by overcoming an addiction
to divisiveness and negativity. Sir. I would argue that taking
a truck and running over and killing fifteen people, then
jumping out of the truck to try to shoot innocent
(16:00):
people is a little bit more than an addiction to
divisiveness and negativity. Who you talking to? You're talking to
the American people in the wake of this tragedy. Where
did you see divisiveness in the wake of this tragedy?
(16:20):
Where did you see negativity?
Speaker 2 (16:22):
Sir?
Speaker 1 (16:23):
People are still in shock. Bodies haven't been buried here.
Speaker 6 (16:29):
You are.
Speaker 1 (16:33):
Talking about we need to be stronger, to gather to
overcome Well, what some fantasies playing out in your head?
Liberal fantasies. You see this? Do you see this? They
can't bring themselves? Tom, How come you didn't come on
and talk about Islamic terror? Hell, you could have talked
(16:56):
come on and talk about, you know, domestic terrorism. How
we need to stand together as a country to fight
against terror, be strong together by overcoming an addiction to
divistitness and negativity. Sir, you don't state breathe, breathe now,
(17:22):
we're gonna have to No. I still believe we're on
the right side of things. I do believe that this
type of sentiment, this type of attitude, is being forced out.
No further than what's happening with the FBI. We'll talk
about that coming up next. James T. Harris sitting in
for Jesse Kelly.
Speaker 7 (17:41):
Feeling a little stocky.
Speaker 5 (17:43):
Follow up and subscribe on social at Jesse Kelly DC.
Speaker 1 (17:48):
You are listening to the Jesse Kelly Show. My name
is James T. Harris sitting in for Jesse Kelly. I
am a talk to your host out of Phoenix, Arizona.
You can hear me a five ft CAMPYI in Phoenix
seven ninety k T and Tucson. You can follow me
on the free iHeartRadio app, and of course I'm on
x AT James T. Harris. Yes, we still have to
(18:09):
deal with a lot of woke individuals, especially those folks
in the media. You got CNN. They haven't learned their
lesson yet. CNN shames those labeling New Orleans ISIS attack
as terrorists. Come on, y'all, come on, I don't know
what it is, but the West, especially in America, they
(18:32):
don't want to call terror terror. I mean, if someone
plows their truck into a crowd of people celebrating New
Year's with an ISIS flag and IEDs are found on
the scene of the attack, what what you call that?
Speaker 8 (18:48):
What?
Speaker 4 (18:49):
Oh?
Speaker 1 (18:49):
By the way, did you see that They have a
new video out with the people are planning the bombs
January sixth, They just they let that out what yet
today late last night and we got to yeah videos
you can see him, Yeah, he wearing a hoodie and everything,
planting the bombs around the Capitol. But the FBI they
still don't know who he is, Oh, we found out
(19:12):
who the who the you know, the bomber or I
should say, the mass murderer there in Los Angeles. No wait,
I'm getting some mixed up. New Orleans. We found a
dude that blew up the Tesla truck right away, the
guy in Vegas. But it took four years for them
to release the video of somebody planting pipe bombs. Now
(19:34):
we still don't know who he is. The FBI is investigating.
You know, it seemed like a simple question, was this terror?
But now you have the media, even after all we
found out, you know, since the the the the the
(19:58):
murders took place, we still have the media out there
trying to shame people, in this case, trying to shame
the Democrat mayor of New Orleans for calling the attack
on her city an act of terrorism. You got Pamela Brown,
(20:19):
She asked the national security analyst to Juliet Camen about
this whole incident, and boy, their exchange is just mind boggling, right.
Speaker 7 (20:31):
I Mean, I've sadly covered too many tragedies like this,
and it struck me because normally you don't come right
out of the gate and label it what terrorist attack
or not well.
Speaker 1 (20:43):
Why don't you. Oh, we must be careful, we must
make sure that we have all of the No. Listen,
we're watching on acts. We're watching a guy go around
the police barrier, plow through people, then jump out of
the car before he gets got what you called that?
That reminds me of the dude that jumped out, you know,
(21:03):
was driving his car. When was this walking Shaw, Wisconsin
a couple of years ago. Start up mowing people down
who were march again at Christmas parade. It's not an
act of terror. We get to find out what the
motive is. Actually you you don't, Juliette.
Speaker 7 (21:18):
You know you say we're looking into all possibilities. Because
it's so early, you don't really know. And there are
these explosive devices. This suspect shot at police, hit two
police officers. Ten people are killed, more than thirty in
the hospital. I mean, this is horrific, Juliette, how do
you see this?
Speaker 8 (21:37):
Yeah? I just think the mayor made a mistake.
Speaker 6 (21:39):
Let's move on.
Speaker 8 (21:41):
It has to be clarified. I do not think she
should have come out. You actually saw the people behind
her sort of flinch. She was speaking as a politician
and someone who governs the city that this was terrorizing.
It was terrible, it was terror for those there. But
we are now in the investigation and prosecution stage.
Speaker 1 (22:02):
This is another reason, another reason why cn N is
losing so many ratings. Stupidity. I mean, I can sit
there and I canna watch it and I can actually
allow that to make my blood pressure rise. Until you
(22:23):
realize it's an agenda. It's an agenda. This is an
agenda that's been going on for years years. Instead of
letting your blood pressure get up, be thankful, Be thankful
that you're now aware of what this agenda is. Don't
(22:44):
let them get you upset. We know the truth and
the fact of the matter is CNN's ratings, MSNBC ratings.
They are dying on the vine. It's not that they're
gonna lose so much revenue that they're going to be canceled.
You know your show is going to be cancel So
the networks are not gonna let that happen. This is
their only vehicle, their only way to be able to
(23:05):
manipulate you. But what's fun for me is now that
we can read the stitches on the fastball, we can
call it out, and that's exactly what's happening here. The
definition of terrorism is an attack on civilians by a
non state actor in order to intimidate them in pursuit
(23:26):
of a religious and political objective. If what happened in
New Orleans does not fit that definition, then miss media person,
what does You can't come up with anything because it's terror. Now,
if you want to get into what was it that
(23:49):
radicalized this gentleman, we can do that. Frankly, I don't care.
I have other questions. How come this guy wasn't on
the FBI's radar. I mean, my gosh, he was putting
out videos on YouTube. Yes I'm with Isais, Yes I'm
(24:09):
gonna kill folks. Hello, you contract that? How is it
that you can data mind, you can tap our phones,
you can invade everyone's privacy rights. But then you got
(24:30):
a guy like this ass hat living in the squalor
going over to the mosque, but has the time to
put up videos on YouTube. Tell let go who he
is and what he's planning to do. And he wasn't
(24:51):
on our radar? How often have we heard that, lady?
He isn't on our radar? And why is it that
the media and the FBI is so invested in not
calling a terrorist a terrorist. And you know what this
has been going on since ninety eleven, that whole they've
(25:15):
been on our radar. How can you have a bunch
of men from Saudi Arabia coming over to America take
a flight classes, plowed planes in the books. They were
on our radar. We were aware of it. But where wait,
they're on our rider show. My goodness, oh, my goodness,
(25:40):
And now we're finding out all kinds of things. I'm sorry.
We are in a we are in a like an
in between. This truly is that this is the twilight zone.
This is a twilight zone. Imagine, if you will, a
land where grandma's go to jail for peacefully protesting while
tear ter risks runs scot free. This is America twenty
(26:04):
twenty five. Welcome to the twilight Zone. It's true. It's true.
Oh I can't wait for the twentyeth I can't anything, James,
You're getting your hopes too high. What happens if we
get in there and things are the same, Well, then
(26:25):
you know that the deep state is even more powerful
than we thought. I mean, they're really powerful. But I
just don't believe you're going to get the same type
of responses from a FBI under the Trump administration. I
just don't they've been on our radar, We've had them. No, no, Actually,
(26:48):
if that is true, then we're talking about something deeply,
deeply rotten in the FBI. And that very well may
be true. But my goodness, at least you have some
people that are waking up to the fact and they
are talking about it. How things used to be. We'll
talk about that coming up next. James T. Harris sitting
(27:11):
in for the Jesse Kelly Show. Jesse Kelly, you are
listening to the Jesse Kelly Show. My name is James Harris.
I am a talk show host out of Phoenix, Arizona.
My home station five fifty KFYI. You could also hear
me in Tucson, my adoptive hometown seven ninety K and ST.
(27:34):
And we are talking about the FBI. We're talking about
the media. We're talking about our society, America, civilization. You
know what, for far too long we have sat back
and we have just, let us should say, trusted our institution,
trusted our representatives. They go on off to Washington, DC,
(27:56):
some of them stay there for forty or fifty years
building up their own little feet thumbs up. I'm thinking
about Nancy Pelosi. She says she's coming back to Congress
to represent San Francisco values, and we've been trusting and
(28:17):
now we see how that's been foolish. Well, James, for
us to push back against the establishment get dangerous, Yeah,
it can. But the founding Father's Boy, the they Wow,
their lives were really filled with a lot of excitement,
wasn't it. Some of the lost their lives, have lost
their treasures because they believed in this ideal of America.
(28:40):
America is still a very powerful idea. But we have
to admit that our country is corrupt. We've allowed for
corruption just to permegate through everything. It may be impossible
to uproot it, but we can't go along with it.
We can't unsee what we have seen. You have John Miller,
(29:00):
he's on the CNN saying the FBI in New Orleans,
you know, the whole thing that this was an attack,
was not about terrorism. It's it's hard to figure out,
why is the FBI, Why is the government doing this?
(29:21):
He has a very interesting exchange with Abbey Phillips of
c in in Now they're saying this is what we have.
Speaker 2 (29:29):
It's why every time I have ever done this in
my life, I have started out by saying, the information
we're going to give this preliminary. You can expect parentheses.
The first story is never right. Yeah, I mean you
can expect it to shift. I'm going to tell you
what we Here's what we know, here's what we don't know.
Speaker 1 (29:47):
Here's where we'll get back.
Speaker 6 (29:48):
I do think that they there was a definitiveness to
some of this information there at the beginning.
Speaker 1 (29:53):
They said, it's not a terror attack. Again, there's.
Speaker 2 (29:59):
The giant ice.
Speaker 6 (30:01):
I'm a journal law I'm used to law enforcement saying, hey,
we can't give you that answer right now the investigations ongoing.
That answer was always available to them, and they didn't
take it.
Speaker 1 (30:12):
At some key junctures. Well yeah, well, here's the problem
with this whole thing is you had the woman out
there I forgot her name, agent, you know, who had
the pierced nose, who came out talking about, you know,
this is not a terrorist act. Yeah yeah, boy. The
next time you saw her, guess what, she didn't have
that ear ring in her nose anymore? Can I call
it an ears ring? I should say nose ring? Right?
(30:32):
Am I dating myself by saying an ear ring in
her nose? It's nose ring, thank you very much. And
to get a little help there from from Jesse Kelly's
producer helping out that they could Corey it's a nose ring.
He said, yeah, nose ring. Yeah, nose ring. But yeah, Well,
(30:52):
the second time she addressed the nation, she didn't have
the nose ring in her nose. It's against protocol, protocol.
So wait a minute. If it's against protocol, how comes
she had a nose rig? I know? De EI diversity,
Equity Inclusion, Abby Phillips.
Speaker 5 (31:20):
Kind of like when the US government said that what
happened in Benghazi was due to a video. Do you
remember when that hops in government?
Speaker 1 (31:26):
When that happened, Oh I remember that. Yeah, that was
Hillary Clinton rolling out there. Hillary Clinton rolled out there
talking about yeah, ben Ghazi, the second one, bg Ghazi,
I sho'll see the second ninety eleven. That was because
of a video. People kind un said, the lying, the
government liing, and the media continuing to put it out there.
(31:46):
No happy, you can't get off that easy. Oh the
media used to do this. Well, that's you have to ask,
how come they don't anymore.
Speaker 5 (31:54):
We don't know, yes, And I was. I was spokes
first and twice in the US government. I have been
on the other side of being humbled by the media
to say, like, this is breaking, what do you know?
And the answer is always, this is developing. We are aware,
we're going to figure it out, and we're going to
keep you updated. But it is you see, it happen
all the time when agencies get too tempted to want
to appear on top of things, and then you end
(32:16):
up having a first story.
Speaker 1 (32:18):
That's wrong.
Speaker 5 (32:18):
But that's never acceptable in any crisis.
Speaker 1 (32:21):
They have to world real quick.
Speaker 2 (32:23):
They have to assess what is the priority, what is
the most significant?
Speaker 1 (32:26):
Well, well, sure they do, but see this is just that
they used to be able to do that in all seriousness,
my friends, all seriousness. There used to be common sense
when you had the FBI addressing the country on issues
like this. They used to respect your intelligence. But they
(32:48):
don't anymore. And we have to continue to ask ourselves
the question why, because in continuing to ask the question,
the answer keeps coming back and it reinforces the fact
that they don't like you. They just don't like you.
(33:10):
Our agencies have no respect for you. They don't think
they have to respect your intelligence. They are used to you,
they are used to lying to you, and they're used
to you obeying them, and you can't blame them. Look
at how our agencies lied to us during COVID. Look
(33:33):
at how the government lied, and look how many people
just fell in line, put on the mask, separated six feet.
We refused to see their loved ones that were in

(33:55):
I'm not mad. I'm not mad at the people who
were sucked in. No, I'll be more frustrated if they
continue to let this happen. I'll be more frustrated if
they continue to let you know, to lie to you
and you just go along with. As a matter of fact,
we're gonna talk about this a little bit later on
the Jesse Kelly Show, because now they're talking about the
bird flu and it's some other uh uh, some diseases
(34:20):

reinforce the fact that fool me once shame on you
fool me twice. Mm hmm. You see where I'm going
with this. So no, no, no, this is a period
of learning. But we gotta be a quick study because
(34:42):
there is a lot, a lot at stake and we
have to demand that our agencies treat us with respect.
