uh, you know, we hada good show today. It was a
busy show. We made some changes, you know, because we have this
meeting, and the meeting is agood thing. It's people. So they
do this in all entertainment, Ithink right where they have what's called focus
groups. You know, it's calledresearch. Right. So what they'll do
is they'll take our audio and they'llget a sample size or a group of

people, different ages, races,all that they'll play in the audio and
then they get feedback and then theyreport that feedback to us what do people
like, what they don't like?And then we make changes based on that,
and so it was all just kindof all good stuff. Really,
there really wasn't any really bad stuff. We cat well and a lot of
things. Yeah, I mean someof it was understandable. You know,

sometimes I think that we do asegment and it goes maybe too long,
where you know, we're kind ofbeating a dead horse. That's that's that's
surprising that saying hasn't gotten canceled.Beating a dead horse that's very old school,
didn't get canceled. Am I gonnaget canceled for that? Anyway?
That was one. The other one, which was a big one that I

have been a big fan of fora long time, is the right now
segment. The right Now segment,Winnie has been dying for a big fan
of getting rid of it. Ohyou didn't say, you said a big

for about ten years. Okay,and oh it's really cood. So you
gotta understand when that segment started earlyin late nineties two thousand. That was
before cell phones, before social media. That's when everyone used landlines. Right
well, they had cell phones,they're calling from their car. They have
smartphones. They didn't have smartphones cellphones, not many though, and I

think most people were calling from theirhouse. I think because but even to
the mid two thousands, it wasreally the introduction, the introduction of TikTok
and Instagram, where people were goingwith their grievances about the world to their
well they could do a status update. So right now used to be a
status update, right and so nowpeople don't really call just to say what's

going on. They'll call for areason, if there's a good topic,
or if they want to say somethingabout something that we're talking about, they'll
call. But then not calling tofucking check in, it just doesn't happen.
So but they've been holding you know, the powers that be. Right
Now is such a powerful name fora segment in the in the city.

have a couple of topics and peoplecan check in. I think it went
well. I like it. Yeah, right now, grinding my gears for

what's funny is that we had twotopics and both were or were part of
stories that we had this morning.One was Carson Dally saying that he sleeps
in a separate bed than his wifeand he loves it. And then the

other one was weird pets because NicoleRichie was on Foulin last night and you
know, she said she used tohave a pet rat. They only wanted
to talk about one and that wassleeping in the bed. So I think
sometimes we have a hot topic,right and uh and people and people just
go with it. So I thoughtit went well. So that was that,
and yeah, just it's just afast moving show, it really is.

right now is becoming basically a topicdriven segment. And there were multiple people
wanted to talk about multiple things,so we're going to give them that ability,
and so they're you guys are gonnabe able to choose. That's all

The ice bath has a seat andhas stairs that you climb into it,

that's a big deal. It's expensiveto buy ice every day, so
over time you're gonna save money,that's right. So you won't change the

how you know when when he's gossipingbecause she's a close talker. So when

nose to nose. I actually sometimesI have to go in for a rescue
