I know I can't get the heating thing down. I
let Lisa you touch it, but I just leave it.
You know what. I dress either way, so I wear
a heavy coat no matter what the weather is. If
it's too hot to take it off. If not, I
leave it on. You never know what you're gonna get,

you know what I mean, never know. So anyway, Yeah,
the show just ended. We're here. We have a lot
to cover, but don't have a lot of time.

I know people have been complaining about the shorter podcast.
Oh I don't know. This is my thing.

Speaker 1 (00:33):
Oh the longtime members we spoiled.

Speaker 2 (00:36):
We did for a while. But if you go back
to the original, like if you started it, you know,
five years ago, when you Beck started it or whatever
it was, they were very short with you and Beck.
Yeah a few minutes, and then you and I took
it to a new level, right yeah. And then there's
times though where that were that we can't So just
be grateful for the long ones.

Speaker 1 (00:55):
That you get we got busy, that's what it is.
And I know that's that's not an excuse. But you know,
as the show got on, things started happening, like meetings
were called more important. Now, well, I don't want to
say that.

Speaker 2 (01:07):
But let's be real here. Well, no, we start started,
no one gave a shit about us. No, it was
it was Maddie in the Morning, and then we were
just the people in the background. But now billion Lisa
in the Morning. You and I. You're the executive producer
on the producer, so we have the technical part of it,
but then your personality on personality, we have client stuff.

Speaker 1 (01:24):
We have no but I'm talking about even when you know,
Billy and Lisa launched after Maddie retired. When we started,
we were doing longer podcasts. But since then, over the
last couple of years, you know, things have gotten crazy,
That's what I'm saying. Yeah, so we have more meetings now,
we have more client stuff.

Speaker 2 (01:40):
Yes, you know, and you and I used to have
no endorsements.

Speaker 1 (01:44):
None, no, none.

Speaker 2 (01:46):
So as we grow, we will not get rid of
this podcast. But we have to do our best to
give you what we can. Yes, every day, whether it's
two minutes or twenty minutes. We just don't know. Today
we are going out for two more local legends, which
we can't say where or when, but we're gonna go
surprise some of them. So we have to go do
that today with billing Lisa, and that's where we're going today.

Speaker 1 (02:06):
Yeah, we've been doing it on Fridays. Well, we go
out and surprise the person earlier in the week and
then on Friday at nine ten we reveal who they are.
I think they're great and I was watching the kind
of the social numbers on the videos and they seem
to do pretty well.

Speaker 2 (02:18):

Celtics game. It was a buzzer beater. I know, what
are the chances? And the funny part I bring it
up because the Raptors suck, like, have not won a
road game this season. So at dinner with my friends,

I said to them, I go listen, They're gonna smoke them. Yeah,
like it's gonna be a blow. It'll still be fun though,
And then it ended up being close and a buzzer beater,
so that's pretty cool. And the court we went on
the court for a second. Hold I thought for a second.
We went out with Eddie Paladino Sethic Snazzer, and so
when we you know, Jalen and Tatum were warming up
when we walked under the court, or right before Eddie

went over to Jason, Tatum.

Was going to come hang out with you.

Speaker 1 (03:15):
No, I didn't know. My heart dropped. I was like,
oh my god, I'd be the coolest friend ever. But
it was still cool. They loved it, so it's very cool.
It's very cool. So yeah, I hope everyone had a
great weekend. We got to go because we got to
go do Local Legends and the show rolls on. So
