forty minutes of walking, right, get a nice sweat, and
then it's balls to the wall. I'm talking breakfast, Okay,
nice big breakfast of whatever I want. Then a snack.
Then we'll go to the family's house. Apps on app
on apps, some pasta, some meat balls, and then the

dinner and then the pie and the desserts. All right,
it's they're Italian, my wife's family, so there's plenty of desserts.
And then I'm just gonna melt into the couch as
I watch football and eat until I hate myself. Okay, okay,
and then Friday I wake up, back on the grind,

So my birthday is on Sunday, so I don't really
know like what I'm doing all weekend. I have obviously
Thanksgiving tomorrow with the family.

Okay, So tomorrow family, the doggies kind of come over
to my mom's house. That'd be nice. And then Friday,
I don't know, Saturday, I don't know. Sunday is a
Christmas Thanksgiving Day parade and everyone like goes. It's like
in Quincy and like my like Mount Loves in the Root,
so my nieces want to go. So I'll probably end

But yeah, so I really my friend's like, what my
new favorite there? And I'm like, I don't really, I
really don't care. But so I have to figure out that.
And then I'm gonna try to be working out because
I joined pilates.

Okay, so this is a thing. So I've tried two
different ways. I tried the ones that are like cardio
pilates where there's no reformer, you're just using your body
and like with an instructor there.

So I tried that at Bespoke.

Shout out to Alison, she's an instructor there, and she
got me into going there because they have Papa Pilates
only a couple days a week, and I loved it
as one in Sealthy one and Wellesley. I think the
popa class and sealthy only and obsessed. I loved it,
so I'm like, oh, I want to try the reformer.
So then I sent up feet home, which is like
all over it's like you know chain they have the

like the machine that you use, and for forty nine
dollars it's two weeks of unlimited classes. So I've done
it the last two days just because I wanted to
like see and I like it, but I actually like
the one without the reformer better. So I'm gonna use
up my classes with this one. But I think my
idea of pilates that's better for me would be the

one without the reformer. Maybe if I was doing like
one on one classes, I would like it better with
the reformer, but I'm not loving it. Also, I have
lower back problems, so I don't know if that's like
more aggravating with the reformer than with the one word,
because when I did the one, the regular one, like
on the floor with like just like some weights and
your body bruh, it's insane. Yeah, I feel muscles you

didn't even know saying with the reformer, but it's just
different I think it's a little bit more low impact.

Yeah, you know, I you know, I go to a
stretched girl Jenna Stretch strategy by Jenna and wind them.

She's literally fixing me. But her studio is in a
pilate studio. So when I go to see her, she's
been telling me. I go at least once a month
to see her, to get stretched and cupped and scraped
and all that stuff. But she tells me, she's like,

you gotta do pilates because what's happening to me Now?
I'm having real bad hip problems because and I said
to her the last time I go, my legs are
so strong. She goes, justin, your legs are ridiculously strong,
your quads, your hamstrings, your glutes, my butt so strong.
But you've spent so many years hammering these muscles that

the little muscles, the adductors in the head are getting nothing.

There was like a muscle like in my ab like
right above, like my vagina I didn't know existed.
Speaker 1 (04:48):
I felt it like all day do other day? Yep?
Like what is that? Yep? So she brings me into
the other studio. I think it's where they do the
one that you like, because they have the machines in
one room and then the other room. And she has
me doing these like lanth on my side, little leg
left side, like little lake pulses, the pulses. Yeah, and
she goes, listen, she goes, I know you used to
like eight to twelve reps. Now you're lift lifting weights.

She goes, we do like sixty. I'm like, what I
was crying in pain, Winnie. So she has me doing
those for now to strengthen my hips at home, but
she wants me to do apply. You got to do it.
So I think I'm gonna it's fun.

I really really enjoyed. So I'm gonna finish all the
ones at beat home. But I think I don't think
it's for me with the whole thing. Part of me
doesn't even want to go because I think I'm gonna
hurt myself. But that's just me.
Speaker 1 (05:30):

But I'm gonna I mean, I'm gonna get the moneys Worth.
I paid forty hundred dollars for it.

to Bespoke h Friday or Saturday or maybe both for
those plate pop up classes and selfie. But yeah, so
my main, my main thing this one weekend is gonna
be working out and hanging out with my puppy.
