what a weekend. I mean,obviously Mother's Day weekend, Schmitty.
I'll go ahead though and say,for every mom out there, mother's Mother

Nature really hooked you guys up.Yesterday was beautiful. Yesterday could not have
been nice. Today was gorgeous.Yeah, Saturday for all the moms that
were outside watching their kids play sportsofMother Nature could not have been ruder to
all of us. Yeah, Ohmy goodness. I'd tell you I was
out bright and early down here Saturdaymorning because we had our Amway Riverbank run
broadcast and it was it was whendwas ripping through the buildings between downtown.

But you know what, not thatthat stopped the runners. Oh my gosh,
record's broken over the weekend. Somany people. I think we have
had almost ten thousand runners downtown.There were so many Mother's Day posters and
signs along the route. It wasvery, very cool. We're actually gonna
update you on that now that theofficial numbers are in coming up with your
West Michigan wake up. Yeah,a absolutely massive turnout for the River Bank

run. Love to see that forsure. And then, like we said
yesterday, it was awesome. Youwere all over town, including that very
last inaugural season game for our GrandRapids. Rous beautiful coming up nine to
twenty with feeling good. I'm goingto tell you a few parts of that.
It was a really emotional night lastnight. Something happened. I did
not realize what was happening, andwe said goodbye to one of our players.

So it's going to be pretty coolto talk about movies, music and
all the gossip in one place.It's the celebritiescoop. On Star one oh
five point seven, actor and comedianJerry Seinfeld had the honor of a commencement
address over the weekend that did finditself in the middle of some protests.
The actor comedian, who is Jewishand has supported Israel throughout its war against

Hamas, was set to give thecommencement address at Dupe University when a pretty
large crowd of people ended up walkingout of his speech. This is right
at the beginning as the university's presidentis introducing him. There. He's also
serving as our commencement speaker today.It's interesting you can hear pro Palestinian chance

there was also some holding Palestinian flags, as a number of students did walk
out. Just one of the protestsbeing held on college campuses across the country.
Worth bringing up though, as youcan hear some of the booze,
there were other people that started chantingJerry's name and were trying to kind of
drown out those that were against this. He went on with the commencement speech.

He did not bring this up whatsoever, stuck to the script and it
was a very good speech. Donot surprised me that he would absolutely crush
it on there, and also ignorethat this is going on. First off,
you're talking about a guy who's probablydealt with booze on stage before,
well, especially this, He's beenheckled for months now. He's nothing new
to this drama. And honestly,given these kind of protests, I don't

know who wouldn't possibly have faced thisin that moment. Steve Bouchemy punched in
the face by a random guy inNew York. I have been following these
stories for months women being randomly targetedand now is hitting Hollywood. This is
pretty wild. Steve is recovering sayinga guy punched him in the face in
broad daylight for absolutely no reason.The actor says he was walking in kIPS

Bay, that's a neighborhood on theeast side of Manhattan last week, when
he says, a dude walked up, clocked him straight in the face,
and then ran off. According toThe New York Post, Steve ended up
going to the hospital. He wastraded for swelling to his face and his
eye, but is doing okay afterthe attack. Says he appreciates the well
wishes from fans and feel sad foreveryone who's been attacked in that manner.

Bethany Brinkle, remember the Real Housewife, She actually left a comment for him
after she had been randomly attacked.He's just really really sad about the state
of New York and how this continuesto happen. One of my all time
favorite actors, and like, whileI recognize, I love the fact that

them? You were down there allday on? So how were they at?

They were towards the beginning right here, I think near Fulton. They're
downtown. Yeah, they're downtown inGrand Rapids for the forty seventh annual am
Way Riverbank Run. They actually wererunning down the street with runners for quite
a while. And a big shoutout to the Grand Rapids Police Department officer
who's unnamed, but he did escortthose those little duck lanes all the way

down the road for quite some time. Pretty cool to see, but definitely
a cute part of the River BankRun this weekend. So, of course
yesterday was Mother's Day and I've gotto give a very personal Happy Mother's Day
to none other then Phyllis punk Satani, Yes Phil's wife. How perfect to
make the announcement that she is amom. Tons gathered at the punk Satani

Groundhog Zoo yesterday morning to hear thelong awaited announcement. The news is not
about the weather, spring, air, or winter's chill to little girl Sonny
and a boy Shadow. Oh perfectright, because, as we know,
Punk Satani Phil forecasts that spring basedon weather or not he sees his shadow.

my three year old daughter, whohas the bedroom next to us, kind
of call for me, because it'salways us moms. It's never dead.

I was like, oh, okay, babes, come come on in.
What's going on? What's going on. She'd had a slight accident, so
we've been potty training, and itwas actually her first one. She has
been. She's been dry overnight.It's been amazing. So I'm like,
okay, you know, no bigdeal, we'll just get you like cleaned
up. It wasn't a whole ton, It's great. She ended up going
on the potty wonderful, But thenshe wants to snuggle, so I bring

her into our bed. My husband'sin there as well, and it's probably
like one two minutes later, I'mlike, what is that smell? Like
it is a bad smell, andI'm like, dang it, if she
did not just go on that potty, And then no, she did.
She was dry, she was shedidn't have an accent. I'm like,

like throwing the comforter up right,I'm like, what is that smell?
Somebody's hot boxing and you're not surewho the culper was. He turned to
my adorable daughter, flesh and blood, so excited to have given birth to

been playing since she was sixteen.She played for her home country of Bulgaria.
She's played in Italy, Turkey,Romania, Japan, France, now
the States. Her husband Dennis isone of the assistant coaches for the Rise
and it was a very cool momentto send her off last night rich tonight
the final regular season of her justsame my career. It was really cool.

Kathy George, their head coach,had a bouquet of flowers. Cole
de Voce was there. They actuallyimmortalized her with a framed picture of her
jersey number fourteen. It's just amazingand I loved what she said talking about
the end of her career. Shehas a six year old little girl,
Mishi, back in Bulgaria preparing forschool, and she said it's just time.

She feels really guilty about how muchtime she spent away from her and
it's been an incredible career. Twentynineteen, she gave birth to her and
she said a lot of players getreally nervous about having a baby and being
able to come back into a professionalarena. She said, but I experienced
it and said it's not difficult.It's actually great motivation because you know that
there's one more person that you're fightingfor, and no matter how tired you

are after a practice or a game, when you see your sunshine, everything
is fine. So she's gonna absolutelykick button the playoffs, There's no doubt.
But it's a sad loss because Ihave loved watching her play and I
have loved listening to you say hername out, Yauch. It's one of
