here you go. We don't wantyou to go home with nothing,

pretty sick of me because I've beenhere since July third. They couldn't solo

said parenting milestone switch we talk aboutall the time, but the one that

made you feel great as a parent. Oh, I don't know. I'm
not taking credit for this at all. I just really enjoyed watching my kids
hit a milestone on their own andlike, figure out, this is going
to change our life because for thefirst time, my six year old son
can walk the dogs on his own, and that's been a huge I know

some of you might be listening andyou're like, that's lame, what are
you talking about. But it's abig deal because I mean, we've got
dogs that are pretty well behaved,but there's a lot that goes into it.
People walking up to you, otherdogs walking up to you. I've
been really nervous with just, youknow, anyone in general. I certainly
don't want dog on dog violence.That's the biggest fear living in this new
neighborhood of ours. Don't want that. So my kids are always asking when

we go on walks, can wehold the dogs. It's like, yeah,
but you just don't have the strengthyet. Number One, you're still
not totally aware, like you'll justcross the street without looking, or they'll
pull and you don't really have anykind of control over. My son has
been working like diligently on this.He's been holding the leash a certain way.
He's been really good about talking withToby, like, good job,

Toby, Oh we're gonna turn here. And we went on our first walk,
just the two of us last night, and we did like an hour
long walk. We went all overRockford, just me and him. I
had one dog, he had theother. And it just hit me in
that moment, this is a lifechanging moment, like we can actually do

this, because it's really hard totake a walk as a family with a
three year old and a six yearold. And I see how frustrated he
gets when his sister comes along becauseshe can't walk as long as he can.
A lot of times she gets distractedor she just full on quits and
we'll sit down on the sidewalk andexpect to be carried, and then he
knows the walk is gonna be wrappingup. So we got home last night
even my husband was like, geez, where'd you guys go? So we

walked all the way to downtown andback with the dogs and Will goes dad.
It was the best night. Andwe're gonna do that every single night
this week. And I was sotouched because I'm thinking, they don't tell
you this in the parent books,like something as simple as your child can
finally walk a dog. Yeah,and it's totally changed, Like we get
so much just together time. Hewas so excited that his sister wasn't there.

We got to walk wherever, wefound new paths. It was really
cool. And I feel like thosekind of milestones that you see as a
parent are just not talked about enough. Well, Andy, as he gets
older too, that can be kindof become one of his first big responsibilities
to do on his own. Andlike, as a kid, walk my
dog every day, and I lovewalking neighbors dogs. This is a great
like exactly, and I'm just soexcited for that kind of thing. I

mean, eventually we're gonna start beingable to take longer bike rides or going
to be able to trust him onbusier streets. That's why we moved where
we moved to be able to dothese things with the kids, and once
they're at the age where you feellike they're responsible and safe enough to do
it, I feel like it's goingto open just a whole new door of
things to do together. I'm reallyexcited about it, you know, Schmiddy,
I have one that I think everyparent might have overlooked, because again,

you didn't think about this. Whenyou think about those milestones for your
kids, it's like, Oh,they're taking their first steps, they're making
their first words, they're reading,they're doing things like that. So,
Benny, the day that my childrencould buckle themselves into their own seats in
the car, dear Lord, wasthat the greatest day that ever? Again?
Will Well is there? But mydaughter's still in a five point harness.

Oh no more booster seats. Theimagine need to just say get in
there. I can't imagine. Oh, it's the greatest thing. See you
know what? You know what beatsthat for me? What's up? My
son can make his own breakfast.Oh that's pretty good. I had my
best friend Elizabeth said, girl,one day, it's gonna hitch you.
I don't know where you're gonna besitting in bed on a Saturday, your
kids are going to come in andyou're gonna say, hey, you know

where the cereal is? And ithappened about two months ago. I heard
him pull the stool out, grabhis applejacks, pour his milk, and
I like moved over and like slowlytapped Chris and he's like what I said,
I think he's making breakfast. Hesaid, no, he's not.

for this milestone. My son workedreally hard to be able to like walk
the dogs himself. And sometimes youget so excited about those milestones as a

took off on vacation. I waswent to Las Vegas, but my kids

went and stayed with their cousins inChicago, my big brother James and his
wife Katie. And before I sendthem there with my father, my brother
gave me a request, and thatwas to buy good fireworks. Illinois is
like Michigan used to be, whereyou can't buy fireworks that like shoot into

that are on the ground, thekind of boring fireworks a little bit.
Well, so I went to thestore on a mission and bought some pretty
sweet fireworks, some pretty great rocketsthat were going to go off in his
neighborhood. And on my way out, as every kid loves it the Fourth
of July or gets to play withthose snappers, you know, the little
poppers, the little snappers. Well, I saw some as I was about
to check out Schmidty that said snapson steroids. And I got a nine

year old son, a ten yearold nephew, my daughter loves them too.
I mean, I was like,oh man, these are so cool.
Yeah, So I sent them toChicago with the kids and lo and
behold on the fourth of July whenI make my nightly FaceTime there, Schmidty,
I got scolded by my sister inlaw for sending them because the boys

apparently took them over to one ofmy nephew's friend's houses and proceeded to have
a fight with them, like asnowball fight. I was gonna say,
like, you know, they're gonnathrow them at each other. That's exactly
what happened. And apparently the snapon steroids a little bit stronger when it
breaks against your skin than the averagesnap was, because you can literally put
those between your fingers. No bigdeal, Like not a problem. Well,

they were loud, and apparently theyscared the heck out of one of
my nephew's neighbors, like freaked outRyan, Mom's come out, Mom's pow
wow in the middle of the neighborhood. All this is going on, and
I'm getting messages from my brothers likedude, you're falling on this sword for
sure. This is not my fault, this is He's like I didn't tell

canceled their entire Australian tour. JackBlack made a statement saying I was blindsided
by what was said at the showon Sunday. I would never condone hate
speech or encourage political violence in anyform. After much reflection, I no

longer feel it's a pro to continuethe Tenacious detour and all future creative plans
are on hold. I'm grateful tothe fans for their support and understanding.
Shortly after that, Kyle issued anapology saying the line I improvised on stage
in Sydney was highly inappropriate, dangerous, and a terrible mistake. I don't
condone violence of any kind in anyform against anyone. What happened was a

tragedy, and I'm incredibly sorry formy severe lack of judgment. I profoundly
apologize to those I've let down andtruly regret any pain I've caused. Unfortunately,
further fallout as it was announced latelast night that Green Talent, the
agency representing Kyle, has said theyare parting ways and will no longer represent

the singer as a direct result ofhis incendiary comments. You know, it's
pretty wild to you think of likecanceling an entire tour after then, and
all the tickets and all the venues. But somebody made a really good point
that I was reading that all ofthese tour stops have to carry insurance,
and when something like this happens,there's often a ton of threats that come
along with that, and so theinsurance can skyrocket, and the venues are

think they're not going to have muchtime with all the Secret Service questioning they're

celebrated yesterday, which means the Swiftieswere in full force reigniting and almost eight

I used to live for about adecade. That's where my wife and I,
who were both from Michigan, andthen moved out there after college.
And you know, going home,you know you can never quite do it
again. It's never the same afteryou've moved away and come back to a
place. So I wanted to ask, what is something from a right place
that you lived, whether it's nearor far, that you just don't miss
about that place. Because I wasthere for history SCHMITTI and not the good

kind Las Vegas, Las Vegas hAnd we went in July, so obviously
having lived there for a decade andno it was gonna be hot, did
not know it was going to bethe hottest it has ever been in the
history of Las Vegas. While wewere there, well, I'm pretty sure
the news I had was five consecutivedays hitting over one hundred and fifteen degrees.
Wound up breaking that record two othertimes to finish six days consecutively over

one hundred and fifteen. We werethere for five of them. That sounds
horrendous to me. A Smitty,the hottest day in the history of Las
Vegas, happened on July seventh,one hundred and twenty degrees, and having
lived there, I experienced one hundredand fifteen hundred and fourteen so many times,
and I always told people T me, it's a dry heat. Well,

no, no, no, ButI mean, I'll take one hundred
in vegas over eighty five in Michiganany day in terms of that. But
I will say that when you getabove one hundred and five, I'm like,
it's all the same, not true. One hundred and twenty is a
whole different kind of oppression that Ihad never felt before. Michelle and I
were at the pool Schmitty and westarted in the shade. We started in
the shade, which is why wewent down there right in the morning,

and when we got out, itwas because the sun had just come up
over it. Michelle's phone case meltedinto the concrete, her silicone case.
She went to pick it up,and it looked like she had put it
in gum because she picked it upand watched strands of the silicone stick onto
the concrete and come away with youa watch of people fry eggs in like

two minutes. I'm talking to myfriend down there and He's like, this,
ain't it? This is not fun. It was so unbelievably impressive and
brutal. I could not believe it. But like, no, that's the
thing. It's something that when youleave your home you go back. You
just don't miss something. And Iwill never miss that heat at all.

used to live? Well, soI'm looking at it differently though, because
I moved into a neighborhood that's acarbon copy of my childhood. It's why
I love it. I loved whereI grew up. I thought it was

love, but I will never livewith another person again. What are you
