Clubhouse on fifty second Street in Kentwood, right next to

play cafe in the area. She started the business with
her husband as a place for parents to go and
bring their kids and kind of connect the shared experiences.
For example, they do group meetings like single mom meetings
or book clubs or those going through postpartum. She said

son since they opened their doors over a year and

found out that her favorite place here, the Coffee Clubhouse,
may be going out of business because they were having

here to rent this place every month, thousands of to

just as a customer. She sat down, had a hard
conversation with the owners of Coffee Clubhouse that decided she

new police documents have officially come out and it's a

they know I'm allergic to penicillin. They started saying we
need to see you every day, which at first I
was like, oh my god, guys, I like you too,

husband was in a huge fishing tournament.

visit the in laws.

I mean, the in laws are there. Everybody was there,
but like it's the fishing tournament.

He was there almost all last week with the kids,
but I had to work. I had to go fill
in on my other show, and so I didn't get
to join them until Friday. But then it was kind
of me stepping into like keep an eye on the
kids for the weekend because this is the only fishing
tournament he's gotten to do all summer. Unfortunately, we have
a fishing boat. It's been in the shop since a long,
long time ago. So it was a big deal for

him and he was super stoked. If anyone's familiar with
the up, they were fishing out a d tour, so
they were out on Lake Yuron. He was having a
great time. It was him and two other guys. This
was like a three day tournament. Yeah, and they won
the first time ever. They got first in Lake Trout,
so that was one thousand dollars prize, and then they

got fourth in another kind of fish I don't know
which was four hundred dollars.

I feel so bad for you right now, Schmid, your
life is about to be fishing tournaments till the end

how he was for two days until we got back
and he finally went into someone yesterday because we have
a physical therapist best friend of ours that was like,
hey man, you probably shouldn't wait any longer, like if
it is tendon damage and things like that, at some
point it is kind of irreversible, and I don't know

if you want to be seventy with an arm that
doesn't work. So I only went in yesterday, and luckily
it's just severe, severe contusions that the doctor did let
him know would take two to three months to heal.
But but it's just the way in you guys. Because

he loves the fishing so much and he was so
excited to be there with his little Chris on the wall,
he decided to put off any kind of medical attention
for seventy two.

Hours, you know, as a dedicated fisherman should. I'm so

there is he won the fishing tournament. And you know,
well who else heard about that? The nurse, the doctor,

chest freezer as we speak because apparently he's going to

year and get us like a studio fish? Yes, I
want like a mounted studio travel.

did not vibe with my tummy and we called one
fish the entire eight hours out there.

And I used to go out there every single summer,
and so she was asking me about, you know, different

places they should go, and I was talking about Woods
Hole and some things in Boston. And she messages and says, well,
my husband Bill, he really wants to see the Mayflower.
And I'm like, yeah, we did that, It's all right,
And you know, I forgot all about it. So I
get this message from her yesterday that says, hey, thanks
a lot for telling us how terrible Plymouth Rock is. Oh,

and I'm like, she goes, when I said we were
going to the Mayflower, you didn't say anything about Plymouth Rock.
And I'm like, I'm so sorry, because it is the
stupidest tourist destination in America, the place where basically the
Pilgrims first showed up. Is the lamest, most uninspiring thing
you could imagine if in your head as a child,
you imagined Plymouth Rock is this giant thing that a

boat can rest ashore on No, it's like a regular
sized boulder you would see in someone's driveway that they
put in like an eight foot hole in the ground.

that we've done on this whole trip. And I'm like,

they had to get out and go potty, and there

There were some spots in there, look at Dutch Village

a really cool story coming out of the Philippines as
they just had their first ever male gold medal winner
in the country's history. His name is carlos Ulo and
he took home gold in men's gymnastics on both the
vault as well as the floor exercise, and I only

gold medalist or male gold medalist, I should say. But
what they give him is how hilarious and going viral today.
So he gets some somewhat normal things. He's going to
get a medal of honor from his country. He's also
getting some cash ten million Philippine paysos from the government,

gets a free University of education. He's also never gonna

My honest opinion is I thought the whole atmosphere of
the dance Snyder said was very weird. It was very cultish.
The parents were very secretive, and I honestly thought they

going to cancel this show? What's coming next? It was

always so frantic about what was being canceled and always
looked at you at being Nickelodeon is just a wait
at stopping station.

her mom went on to say she was just heartbroken
to hear stories like the ones presented in the documentary
and said, because there was that frantic scene where parents

a lot of those predatory behaviors were missed.

while they were on the set, and everything just felt

Clubhouse on fifty second Street in Kentwood, right next to

play cafe in the area. She started the business with
her husband as a place for parents to go and
bring their kids and kind of connect the shared experiences.
For example, they do group meetings like single mom meetings
or book clubs or those going through postpartum. She said

about finding people in the same phase of life with you.
A lot of people don't have a village once you have.
Once you become a mom or a dad, you kind
of lose the people that you were once acquainted with closely.
So this is a place to find your village, find

awesome mission that is. And someone that it really resonated
with is Megan Danhope who's been going there with her
son since they opened their doors over a year and
a half ago, and she was deeply concerned because she
found out that her favorite place here, the Coffee Clubhouse,
may be going out of business because they were having

Ran a couple of months, it's very expensive to be
here to rent this place every month, thousands of to
rent it them up if we haven't made a cent yet,

just as a customer. She sat down, had a hard
conversation with the owners of Coffee Clubhouse that decided she
needed to do something.

Now she's changing her tune a bit, saying her initial
comments were very poorly articulated and she didn't mean to

And remember that YouTube video was like a month or
two old. It was Yeah, it's mean it came back
up because of it. Justin Timberlake's lawyer maybe convinced the
singer was not intoxicated during his DWI arrest. But those
new police documents have officially come out and it's a
little different. So the officer is Michael Arkinson, and according

to his notes, he followed field procedure. He says originally
he observed several signs of a life intoxication, including the
odor of alcohol, glassy eyes, divided attention, in an unsteady foot.
He noted the singer struggle to perform a number of
field sobriety tests. For instance, when Justin was asked to
walk in a straight line and take nine steps with

his heel to be placed directly in front of his toe,
he was then asked to turn and repeat the steps.
He could not do that he turned the wrong way
using just his heel. When asked to raise one foot

pretty nasty toe wounds after hitting a coral reef while
out surfing himself. It got worse from there. He then
got a staff infection in his foot from that reef incident,
and woke up with an unrelated ear infection just days ago.
He was checking in joking about the entire process.

I think the medical staff at this point. They know
my name, They're very familiar with my badge ID number,
they know I'm allergic to penicillin. They started saying we
need to see you every day, which at first I
was like, oh my god, guys, I like you too,
and they were like, no, it's because the infection hasn't improved.

And it's always fun.

cool when a doctor's explaining what could be going wrong.

Man, I really do and I was up in the
up for the last couple of days, mostly because my
husband was in a huge fishing tournament.

Oh I didn't know. I thought you were going to
visit the in laws.

I mean, the in laws are there. Everybody was there,
but like it's the fishing tournament.

He was there almost all last week with the kids,
but I had to work. I had to go fill
in on my other show, and so I didn't get
to join them until Friday. But then it was kind
of me stepping into like keep an eye on the
kids for the weekend because this is the only fishing
tournament he's gotten to do all summer. Unfortunately, we have
a fishing boat. It's been in the shop since a long,
long time ago. So it was a big deal for

him and he was super stoked. If anyone's familiar with
the up, they were fishing out a d tour, so
they were out on Lake Yuron. He was having a
great time. It was him and two other guys. This
was like a three day tournament. Yeah, and they won
the first time ever. They got first in Lake Trout,
so that was one thousand dollars prize, and then they

got fourth in another kind of fish I don't know
which was four hundred dollars.

I feel so bad for you right now, Schmid, your
life is about to be fishing tournaments till the end
of time.

This is you know what, here's the thing.

If he brings home with that, it's been fishing tournaments
for the last three four years and this dude has
never won.

Was thrilled for him, But at what cost?

Because as they're docking the boat on Saturday night before
a day of fishing for Sunday, he goes to hop
off the boat, slips, falls, crashes twelve feet to the
dock and wrecks his shoulder.

Oh my god, he's lucky, that's all. How was it?
I mean, just real bruised and sore.

So well, we wouldn't know because he refused to go
to urgent care because, quote, babe, I've never won anything
in my life and I refuse to miss weighan. So
instead we go back to the farm and his mom,
who happens to be she's a retired nurse, like kind
of wraps him up. We went and bought a sling

at the one pharmacy in town, and that's how That's
how he was for two days until we got back
and he finally went into someone yesterday because we have
a physical therapist best friend of ours that was like,
hey man, you probably shouldn't wait any longer, like if
it is tendon damage and things like that, at some
point it is kind of irreversible, and I don't know

if you want to be seventy with an arm that
doesn't work. So I only went in yesterday, and luckily
it's just severe, severe contusions that the doctor did let
him know would take two to three months to heal.
But but it's just the way in you guys. Because

he loves the fishing so much and he was so
excited to be there with his little Chris on the wall,
he decided to put off any kind of medical attention
for seventy two.

Hours, you know, as a dedicated fisherman should. I'm so
happy for your husband. That's awesome. All I heard right
there is he won the fishing tournament. And you know,
well who else heard about that? The nurse, the doctor,
They got to see pictures. Oh yeah, random guy, that
just pictures.

You guys. We brought it home.

The twenty eight pound lake trout is sitting in our
chest freezer as we speak because apparently he's going to
take it to a taxi durmalus, so it'll be hanging
on our living room wall in a constant reminder that
my husband's appendages are not as important as his ability
to cast.

Will you do the couples tournament with him again this
year and get us like a studio fish? Yes, I
want like a mounted studio travel.

I think it's next next weekend. I don't know the
big Meskuigan tournament. Ah, that was me last year and
I said never again. Those eight to twelve foot rollers
did not vibe with my tummy and we called one
fish the entire eight hours out there.

Man, I can't wait for Chris to just quit his
job and dedicate his entire life to fishing tournaments at

the kids downstairs into the movie room where we can

We're just gonna watch this for like an hour before bed.
And they started to stream to the upstairs television just
as Simone begins her floor routine, and I must have
shrieked because my daughter comes running up and I'm desperately

get this message from her yesterday that says, hey, thanks
a lot for telling us how terrible Plymouth Rock is. Oh,

and I'm like, she goes, when I said we were
going to the Mayflower, you didn't say anything about Plymouth Rock.
And I'm like, I'm so sorry, because it is the
stupidest tourist destination in America, the place where basically the
Pilgrims first showed up. Is the lamest, most uninspiring thing
you could imagine if in your head as a child,
you imagined Plymouth Rock is this giant thing that a

boat can rest ashore on No, it's like a regular
sized boulder you would see in someone's driveway that they
put in like an eight foot hole in the ground.

a really cool story coming out of the Philippines as
they just had their first ever male gold medal winner
in the country's history. His name is carlos Ulo and
he took home gold in men's gymnastics on both the
vault as well as the floor exercise, and I only
break this up today a really cool your country's first

gold medalist or male gold medalist, I should say. But
what they give him is how hilarious and going viral today.
So he gets some somewhat normal things. He's going to
get a medal of honor from his country. He's also
getting some cash ten million Philippine paysos from the government,
another six million from the House of Representatives. That's about

a quarter million dollars. But check this out. Guy also
gets a free University of education. He's also never gonna
have to worry about eating again because he has been
offered unlimited free buffets. He has been offered unlimited free ramen,
