Speaker 3 (02:05):
And I know you were in Portland. Yeah. We're gonna

Speaker 2 (02:52):
I thought, seriously, I thought they're going to escort us.

Speaker 1 (02:54):
Elk no.

Speaker 3 (02:57):
Escorting out a place.

Speaker 4 (02:58):
Yeah, it's kind of it's kind of the others. Yeah,
and Blake.

Speaker 3 (03:03):
I love Blake, I know. Please please tell her, I said, Hi, I.

Speaker 1 (03:06):
Will too, I will.

Speaker 4 (03:08):
I'll just text you with her a second again, that's crazy.

Speaker 1 (03:12):
You were texting with your wife a second ago. What
the heck?

Speaker 3 (03:16):
So next time I come, I want to book an appointment.

Speaker 4 (03:20):

Speaker 2 (03:22):

doing that.

Speaker 1 (03:28):
We'll brought you guys here. WHI were you here?

Speaker 3 (03:30):
His mom lives here, His mom and stepdad visit like
thirty minutes north North or North Phoenix, North.

Speaker 1 (03:41):
Phoenix, Phoenix.

Speaker 4 (03:42):
Okay, yeah, yeah, you're not too far.

Speaker 3 (03:44):
Yeah, so we just came to visit and we're flying
out today to go back home.

Speaker 1 (03:48):
You guys got know did you get all that?

Speaker 6 (03:50):
Kids?

Speaker 1 (03:50):
Can you make that into something? Is there anything that go, hey,
here's what happened?

Speaker 4 (03:53):
Or when you're twelve?

Speaker 1 (03:56):
I got a text age, for sure. I got a
text pretty much ripped me and asked for my menemuse story.

Speaker 4 (04:03):
Nice to mean you Okay, we're on in two minutes.

Speaker 1 (04:15):
Okay, now see now that air to see see how
that worked. On the afterwards podcast. We could talk about
stuff like that. We could also talk about it. Am
I going to get in trouble for the meda mucial story?
I told him? Are yes?

Speaker 3 (04:24):
Are you still worried about that?

Speaker 5 (04:26):
He's gonna literally until he probably talks to the person
that sent the text about it.

Speaker 2 (04:31):
You will?

Speaker 5 (04:32):
You just go over it and over it and over
it again.

Speaker 1 (04:35):
We let me tell you when I told the meta
mucal story and it evolved Steve Nash, I was concerned
about telling it on the radio because I didn't want
it to get back to Steve Nash. Because it's true.
Steve Nash and I have met many times. I think
he lives in my neighborhood. We've seen each other a
couple of times, and I didn't want the story to
be Steve Nash sees me and I'm the meta mucial guy.

(04:57):
I didn't want the meta mucical tie in with Steve Nash. Right,
I've ever seen him, but yeah, you told that meta
mucial strap versus he's been on our show, bunch. I
remember one time, remember that Nelly for title song, Yeah,
well it'll be the MVP like Steve Nash. We had
him on the air for like thirty minutes talking about
that and other things, and it got pressed and it
was written up in all these magazines and newspapers. And
I feel like, if I saw him, I go, hey,

(05:18):
remember you're on your show'd be like, oh yeah, we
talked about another title because they're from the same town.
So instead I thought meda mucials Steve Nash is going
to trump.

Speaker 4 (05:26):
That story take over.

Speaker 1 (05:28):
Yeah. I didn't want medi mucalle Steve Nash. So that
what happened was when I was telling that story in there,
which I was never going to tell on the air,
our big boss texted me and he texted me He's
like or something like that meta mucial story was riveting
dot dot dot, and that like took the wind out
of myself because I would assume if he really thought that,
there wouldn't be a dot dot dot.

Speaker 5 (05:48):
Dot dot dot does indicate right, And.

Speaker 1 (05:51):
So then my thought would be, Now as what I
was concerned about was Steve Nash is now going to
be my concern with this boss from now on. Oh,
he's going to reference the mini musical story. Right, So
five years from now, you ever tell that damn Mada musical, like,
it's gonna be come up over and over again. Right,
I know it's gonna be. It's gonna be a thing
with him, because he's brought up other things in the

(06:13):
past over and over and over again. I don't even
remember that he brings up you've heard that he told
the story one time about listening to our show one
time use our consultant, and he's I don't remember what
it was, but it's some terrible, terrible story that was
told on the air, and I don't remember it, and
I don't ask him about it because it's such a
terrible story because I don't want to associate us with

(06:33):
that terrible story. Sometimes he brings it up on his own.
I just tried to downplay story. I don't remember. It's
terrible though it's about me telling the story on the air.
It was terrible anyway, The many muscle story now takes
over for that if he brings it over, which, by
the way, I didn't want to bring up the medieval
story anymore. But even the podcast on the podcast, it's consuming.

(06:54):
If you listen to this podcast, you want what we're
talking about, you can go go to the on demand podcast.
You can listen to it.

Speaker 4 (06:58):
It's always left amazing. Yeah, it's not bad things, just not.
But what we have learned to summarize if you missed it,
is that sugar filled meta mucil much cheaper than the
sugar free meta mucal.

Speaker 1 (07:12):
No, sugar free is more expensive.

Speaker 4 (07:13):
That's why I said sugar filled meta mucil much cheaper.
What's funny about the mini muscle stories. A lot of
times before I tell stories on.

Speaker 1 (07:21):
The air, I usually run them by somebody without them
knowing that I'm running it by it, you know, kind
of like flight. Yeah, so I did it to my
wife yesterday, and she's out of town, and so I
was telling her the story on the phone as I
was walking after it just happened, and I felt I
didn't deliver it right and she didn't laugh. So that's
when I go, all right, I'll just tell it on

(07:42):
the podcast. And that was my that was my plan.

Speaker 4 (07:45):
Got demoted to a podcast, tell it.

Speaker 1 (07:47):
On the podcast. A lot of times when I bring
stuff up on the air on this podcast, it's because
I didn't think it was good enough to make it
on the show, and the mena mucle story is one
of them. I want to run this break on the air.

Speaker 4 (07:59):
I bet you will get listeners that are defending you
telling that story because they thought it was engaging. They
have to listen to this podcasts includes the Big Boss,
riveting dot dot dot dot dom What do you.

Speaker 1 (08:10):
Use that for? Whatever? Anyone tells the story is long
and boring, riveting dot dot dot anyway? What else? What
use you have to talk about on the podcast?

Speaker 4 (08:20):
Well, you were telling me about we were talking about chat,
GPT and the biggest problems.

Speaker 1 (08:24):
Yeah, but I want to do that on the air.

Speaker 4 (08:27):
That sounds like confused.

Speaker 5 (08:28):
One of the things you talked about this morning that
you wanted to talk about, did you want to save
for the air versus what do you want to talk
about on the podcast?

Speaker 4 (08:36):
You have such a great handwriting. That's so great to
be able to leave handwriting.

Speaker 5 (08:40):
It's really not that great.

Speaker 2 (08:41):
You could just actually read it.

Speaker 3 (08:43):
You just like scribbled doctor John's wedding.

Speaker 1 (08:46):
Well try Tuesday. That's uh, this is this will come
us today, right.

Speaker 4 (08:51):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (08:51):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (08:53):
It is called Lala Land, Okay, yeah, you guys. It's
a coffee shop that opened up in Kierlyn. And I
don't know if you guys saw the videos from their
grand opening. There were like thousands of people there. It
was insane, like the line was literally wrapped around the
entire mall for people that wanted to get into this
coffee shop who, like I didn't really I had seen
it on Instagram like leading up to they did like

(09:14):
a soft opening for like the two weeks before the
grand opening, and it's like, I know, they have one
in Beverly Hills, one in Calabasas, so like all these
like fufu places, and then it was like opening in
Kierlin and for me, I almost went, like the night
before it the grand opening, I was like I think
I'm gonna go tomorrow. They're giving They had their own
bear cup. I know how I really wanted the bear cup,

(09:38):
and their bear cup was really cute because that was yellow.
I was like, they're giving away a bear cup to
the first hundred people in line, and I was like,
I think I want to go. And then the night
before it's like we got we had just gotten back
from Paysin and it was like kind of late, and
I'm like, I'm really tired.

Speaker 2 (09:54):
I'm not going to wake up and go get a
bear cup. I'll be fine.

Speaker 5 (09:57):
I do want to try the place eventually, But when
I woke up and saw the amount of people that
were there.

Speaker 2 (10:02):
I was crazy so glad that I did not go.

Speaker 5 (10:05):
But literally yesterday Peyton and I were like, what do
we want to do for try Tuesday? And immediately was like,
we have to go to this place. So we went
and the line was still long. Yeah it was a
random mon Monday after Yeah.

Speaker 3 (10:18):
There's probably about thirty forty people in line when we
got there.

Speaker 5 (10:22):
It did not take long, but Peyton and I did
like do a little hack we ordered online while we
were in line, and that did actually speed it up.
But it's such a cute place because like their whole
mission is like it's the kind cafe and like I
will say, all of the baristays, everyone that worked there
was so kind.

Speaker 2 (10:42):
It was really cute because when you leave.

Speaker 5 (10:45):
When anyone leaves, their entire staff goes love you bye.

Speaker 1 (10:52):
And I don't remember that.

Speaker 5 (10:53):
Oh my god, we just get that at our location,
you guys, I.

Speaker 3 (10:58):
Know, I love this macha I'm sipping.

Speaker 4 (11:01):
On, I know.

Speaker 5 (11:01):
And their cups are yellow and they're all reusable, so
it's like, I don't know, it just feels and honestly,
like I was expecting it to be much more expensive
than it.

Speaker 2 (11:10):
Was, Like the drinks are like six six to seven bucks.

Speaker 1 (11:12):
Well, there's something about foster kids with the place.

Speaker 5 (11:14):
So their mission is they aim to hire people that
are aging out of the foster care system and help.
And on their website they're like, we aim for that.
Sometimes it doesn't work, but that's our mission always. It
just depends in the area and like whatever, but.

Speaker 2 (11:29):
That's what they that's their goal. And I thought that
was so cool because that's so love up.

Speaker 4 (11:33):
What if you're close to getting a job there but
you have parents culture do.

Speaker 3 (11:40):
They start firing like people.

Speaker 1 (11:43):
That's such a great thing. That's a lot of stuff
we would love. That's a lot. That's great.

Speaker 3 (11:47):
Yeah, it's so cute. The aesthetic was on top like
it was. It was amazingly recommend I really liked my
Bevere had.

Speaker 4 (11:54):
In the macha the thing.

Speaker 3 (11:56):
I don't know if it's their thing, but I got
a macha, a lavender macha. What's vanilla? And Kyle's actually
was okay too.

Speaker 5 (12:03):
I was surprised you liked me because I got the
banana chie and Peyton hates banana?

Speaker 1 (12:07):
Where is it? But where like in Kitland, like by
the I'm not.

Speaker 5 (12:11):
Super familiar with Kierlind and what's around there?

Speaker 3 (12:14):
You know how Dominic's is on that corner. I think
if you take that left and you go straight down,
you'll pass it.

Speaker 1 (12:19):
So they did it take over? Did it take no?
Scott Stowe Court, she said.

Speaker 2 (12:23):
Across the street from Scottsdale Corner in Kerland.

Speaker 1 (12:25):
So where was it? Something else?

Speaker 3 (12:27):
I think it was a breakfast spot before.

Speaker 1 (12:29):
Okay, So speaking of long lines over the break I
was going to where is I going to eat? I
was going somewhere. We were in two cars. I was
in the front car, my sister was behind me. We're
going to movies. We're going to roadhouse and I'm driving
down Camelback and you know that PF Changs is on
the corner, like the first one probably there's this huge

(12:49):
line all the way down, but it was it for
PF Changs. Okay, you're not no there, there's another store
that opened up right that was there and it was
this huge line and I couldn't see the name of
the store. I've gone by there three or four times.

Speaker 2 (13:06):
Is it around the corner then, or.

Speaker 1 (13:08):
It's like if you're coming from my house and you're
going on Camelback and it's PF Chang's on the right
and on the corner, there's something there.

Speaker 2 (13:15):
There's a snooze, no eatery.

Speaker 1 (13:18):
Like it's no. So my sister says, why is there
a line for? And she tells me the name of
the company, and I go, I don't know. I didn't
even know that was there. And she goes, they got
shut down in LA because they're a famous clothing line
that's one size fits all, and she told me the
name of it. I was just about to look up
the names if I can find out White Fox, and

(13:39):
she's like, there must be having a sale every time
I drove by there. Now there's a huge line place.

Speaker 3 (13:43):
Says I know exactly what you're talking about, the palm one.

Speaker 1 (13:48):
I'm gonna I'm scrolling back to see messages where she
says the name of this company, because I didn't even
see the name of the store there. But it's a
clothing store for women. And in La it was a
one size fit all and people protested it, complained.

Speaker 5 (14:01):
Brandy Milville, one sized fiddle.

Speaker 3 (14:03):
Yeah, always has been. I think when I was in
pact soun Yeah, Brandy.

Speaker 1 (14:09):
Mil you know, I was just just I was gonna
look up the text just call it real quick.

Speaker 5 (14:16):
Also, btw, if you want to see inside the La
La Land Cafe, we dropped our try tuesday on our
Instagram at John Jamie.

Speaker 1 (14:23):
What's the best way to get audio here? Hey, hey, hey, hey, hey,
I'm talking everybody on the show. Remember when you hear
a couple weeks ago and there was a huge line
out at the store by PF. Chang's and you said,
why is there a line at whatever? Yeah? What was
the name of that store? Yeah?

Speaker 3 (14:43):
Yeah, Because it was very much like people didn't like
the one sized fidd all. But Brandy Melville was like
your surfer girl in spo. So they had like the
cute little baby shorts, but not everybody could fit them.
The cute little baby crop teas. They had one at
the Chandler Mall for a long time and then they
shut that one down to I didn't know they opened up.

Speaker 1 (15:00):
Let me tell you about my sister. Okay, thanks bye.

Speaker 3 (15:03):
Yeah, And I knew. I knew that people don't the
Housewives Brandy Melville.

Speaker 5 (15:09):
Yeah, no, you're thinking of Brandy Glanville disease or something.

Speaker 1 (15:17):
It was a huge freaking line for this Brandy Melville
store that checks out. That's the guy that wrote Moby Dick.

Speaker 3 (15:24):
Brandy Melville is very Scottsdale core.

Speaker 1 (15:27):
Like the line is as long as the line that
you guys showed me for La La Land. That's why
it's a huge line.

Speaker 2 (15:34):
For this clue grand opening.

Speaker 1 (15:36):
I don't it's like that. Still. I drove by the
other day.

Speaker 3 (15:39):
Lala Land is across the street from that PF Chang's right.

Speaker 2 (15:42):
And a little bit around around the corner.

Speaker 3 (15:44):
Yeah, it's all right in there. So you can get
your La La Land cute instagrammable cup and then go
to Brandy Melville.

Speaker 1 (15:51):
Is there La La Land where I'm talking about across.

Speaker 3 (15:53):
The street around the corner.

Speaker 2 (15:55):
It's all in kline. That's what you were talking about.

Speaker 1 (15:59):
I said, leaving my house and it's on the right
that I thought you.

Speaker 5 (16:03):
Were talking about inside and the Victoria's literally like I
was just there. I went to Victoria Secret after.

Speaker 1 (16:11):
I'm talking about I said, on cattle back leaving my
house and you go on the right and there's the PF.
Chang's is right there on the right.

Speaker 3 (16:17):
So it's just the store front totally different.

Speaker 1 (16:19):
Okay, so there maybe is a Brandy mail there, but
I'm talking about like you could get there from here
in ten minutes. It was a long line because I
was going by the long lines.

Speaker 2 (16:29):
Long long line, so many long lines like Nick with.

Speaker 4 (16:32):
The Disneyland and stood in a long line for Star
Wars long line.

Speaker 1 (16:36):
So just another thing.

Speaker 4 (16:37):
Maybe thursdays afterwards podcast we can get into the next
Disneyland trip. Oh yeah, that sounds amazing. How long was
this podcast so far? Well, I don't even know. I
didn't start a time. Ny.

Speaker 1 (16:45):
Well, good, well that's a good afterwards. That good afterwards.
I think you want to con trip? Oh, I did
you know?

Speaker 4 (16:50):
I'm want to do a little brains story session with
created the podcast because I thought, I.

Speaker 1 (16:55):
Think you would help come up with a good idea
for this. I saw the story yesterday a lot that
I saw it in the news today. Ashley Tisdale is
sour about the women in her mom group excluding her
from events and making her feel unwelcome. Those moms include
Hillary Duff, Megan Trainer, and Mandy Moore. Do you see
that story that I did?

Speaker 5 (17:11):
And then she came forward and said it had nothing
to do with those celebrities, and there was like a
rumor that it was about politics.

Speaker 2 (17:16):
Who says, it's not about politics.

Speaker 5 (17:18):
It's more so just about like being uninvited and like
the general like toxicity that mom groups can happen.

Speaker 4 (17:24):
And that's what I wanted to I was telling Riches
this morning, goes, there's something on that we could do
on the show, like toxic. Is there a toxic mom thing?
And maybe we could brainstormone here and then bring it
up on the air tomorrow. Toxic mom groups, toxic mom stuff.
I mean, if you get a drama story from your
toxic mom group, we want to hear about that.

Speaker 1 (17:41):
That's what I'm saying.

Speaker 2 (17:42):
So is that would work?

Speaker 4 (17:43):
So think about it? Maybe we'll bring it up on
Wednesday show Toxic Moms.

Speaker 3 (17:49):
That's kind of crazy to think that all of those
like celebrities just hang out though, like Hillary Duff, like
you're telling me, Lizzie Maguire hangs out with Sharpey Evans.
That's insane.

Speaker 1 (17:59):
That is the other day I was telling Rich uh
and I think you guys were in the room when
I was telling I was looking for this Nick Carter
video and I came upon all these old John J.
And Ridge videos.

Speaker 4 (18:09):
I found a video of Hillary Duff dropping the F
word talking about us.

Speaker 3 (18:14):
What.

Speaker 2 (18:15):
Yeah, we used to like be very like friendly with
the show.

Speaker 1 (18:19):
She was, but she was like John J. Rich, get
a new fucking hairstyle.

Speaker 3 (18:23):
Yeah yeah, She's like start saying, oh my gosh, I
love her. I had the Hillary Duff CD like on
replay on my pink Little radio when I was like eight.
I love her. I'm like drink of honestly, watch, how.

Speaker 1 (18:40):
Do I find it now? Oldest?

Speaker 4 (18:42):
Here we go it is under Okay, it won't take
me long to find it because it's if you go
to excuse me, Johnny Rich hand with the Chetah girls.
I know Rich, Hillary Duff, Johnny and Hillary Duff. Hillaryduffin studio,
would love to.

Speaker 1 (19:02):
Mandy Moore joined John Dridge. Oh many, what was in
our studio? Let's see John. I don't know why John Dridge,
Kyle and Randy Kiss. Yeah, they put they put some
ran wrap on him. Made out.

Speaker 2 (19:16):
You just fell for the clue.

Speaker 1 (19:19):
Check this out? Hold on, this is your cussing on
our jobs?

Speaker 6 (19:26):
What had happened to those guys? They can really fell
off the wagon. They were asking me such an appropriate question.

Speaker 4 (19:31):
They weren't even prepared.

Speaker 6 (19:32):
They mispelled my name wrong. I saw on their interview
questions they brought in and they can used me from
being on a high school musical.

Speaker 2 (19:40):
I could have died.

Speaker 4 (19:41):
You know what, you and me?

Speaker 6 (19:43):
I think those guys, I'm not gonna hear style crazy.
I think that would be the last and I'll ever
do an interviewing them again. They're gonna going to like
interview school, like train with professional because they know how
to really like talk to someone and ask the appropriate
questions and act like they're interested in whate.

Speaker 3 (20:00):
I need that video now?

Speaker 4 (20:07):
Weird?

Speaker 3 (20:09):
She's so funny, that's so good.

Speaker 4 (20:12):
She's the best. We miss her, you know what.

Speaker 1 (20:14):
I also don't think she's done an interview with us
since then, you know what you need?

Speaker 3 (20:18):
I bet you people hearing Hillary drop the F bomb
is like the same way I feel about Miranda Crosgrove
when she says her favorite curse word, like it's all.

Speaker 1 (20:30):
That is our afterwards podcast.

Speaker 4 (20:32):
But John George, actually, now I want to go and
look at more clips because I was looking up that.

Speaker 1 (20:37):
Clip there was another clip. All right, that's it? That's
Is that enough? You think that's enough for should play
more clips.

Speaker 3 (20:42):
I think that's good.

Speaker 1 (20:44):
Because I got distracted clips.

Speaker 4 (20:46):
Weren't we asking her to leak that?

Speaker 5 (20:47):
As found footage was, Yeah, he asked her to do that,
to say all those things, and then we were like,
this is gonna leak and it's gonna be amazing.

Speaker 1 (20:59):
Oh my god. The John Javich YouTube channel has been updated.

Speaker 4 (21:03):

there now, hold on, hold on, hold on. We're still
in podcasts. Yeah, yeah, podcast I was going to make
with us. You're still listening.

Speaker 1 (21:17):

Speaker 4 (21:20):
Somebody something just ended it twice.

Speaker 1 (21:23):
I don't want to go back.

Speaker 4 (21:24):
There was something else that I found that that was
a good uh so the y Cleff Let's see Rich
jams the y clef Ellen John j. Rich backsaved to
Jones brothers.

Speaker 1 (21:33):
Someone was gonna play, Oh John Jay Rich, Well we

couple of times. That's fascinating. Maroon five acoustic jam. That
was seventeen years ago. That's the day. That was the day.
That was seventeen years ago when Kyle hooked up with
Maroon five?

Speaker 2 (21:49):
So long ago?

Speaker 1 (21:50):
Did you? That was long that long ago?

Speaker 4 (21:52):
It didn't seem that long ago, seventeen seventeen years ago anyway.

Speaker 1 (21:59):
