Have you here on the show.Jimmy is my name him? Lagos all
on me and migos amigos act. That concludes a bilingual portion of the program.
But I'm glad to have you here. Whichever side of the border you're
on. Just good morning to you. We don't discriminate against legals, areia
llegals. Everybody's everybody's welcome to listento the program. Whatever all that means.

(00:23):
All right, good to have youhere on the show. A couple
of stories we're following for you thismorning. I want to go to my
guest Brian Maloney, Red Wave ofAmerica. But this is a lot of
you emailing me on this message thatthis shooter from the Boulder King Super's grocery
store brak A twenty twenty one, three or four years ago it happened.
I remember I interrupted a spring breakvacation with my son and his friends,

(00:43):
and I had to make comment aboutit from the balcony of our hotel room
in Orlando. I remember, alla horrible situation. They still can't figure
out this guy's insane all the timeI've been holding him. We're doing an
analysis to figure out the guys insaneor has mental cape ability to stand trial.
This week they came out with ahearing and said, oh, we
think he's goodness stand trial. Wethink he was saying to the time of

(01:06):
the shooting. We're talking like fouryears later. They're still trying to figure
this out. John Hinckley Junior shota precedent and they did all sorts of
damage and we didn't take that longto figure out if he was mentally cognizant
or mentally able to stand trial. It's very bizarre here, and a lot
of folks have a lot of speculationson why this slow roll on this thing.

(01:26):
I mentioned the shooter's name earlier andit's hard to pronounce, so let
me see if I can find ithere. I'll give you the shooter's name,
and I've got three messages and said, oh my goodness, no wonder.
We never knew the shooter's name ofthe king supers Amada al Alawi Alisa.
But they've taken three years. Theystill can't figure out the guys bona
fide insane. So anyway, it'sreally was our case Colorado Supermarket shooter was

(01:49):
sane at the time of the attack, says the state experts. Now now
they're saying, well, maybe hewas, he was sane. Well,
why does it take so long tofigure out someone's sanity? I mean,
I've talked to Brian Maloney one timeand know whether he's a right mind or
not. Ladies and gentlemen, RedwaveAmerica on the Facebook group, it's Brian
Maloney. Brian Maloney, Good morning, sir. How are we not all
insane with things like that going on? And after you say his name,

(02:13):
you know, I mean he mightbe, you know, completely sane,
but have an agenda that the mediadidn't want us to know about that might
you know, I can't believe thatwas three years ago. Yeah, that's
the speculation is said. Why dowe not know his name? Why did
he drive by other grocery stores?I mean, he didn't live next to
that store. Some people say thatwas probably much more likely to have someone

(02:34):
less likely to have someone carrying him. But there's just so many questions about
this, and when they you feellike the government is not being truthful with
you, that leads to what wecall conspiracy theories. And sometimes those conspiracy
theories turn out to be correct. And that's what a lot of folks wondering
about the supermarkets shooter. What's theslow roll here? How long does it
really take to figure out if someone'slegally there or legally not? As far

(02:54):
as mentally, it's it's bizarre acouple of several years ago. Well,
all he has to do is sayI ate too many twinkies, and that's
worked before, so you know,he can try that one if he needs
a free feet Who knows, it'sreally bizarre. Anyway, we'll follow the
story here on the program. Andthat's a breaking new story here in the

(03:15):
great state of Colorado. Across thecountry nationally, of course, everybody's been
fascinated with the salacious testimony of StormyDaniels. But last night I'm watching after
the cross examination hit on Tuesday nightas well, even CNN is like,
Okay, this is problematic. She'sup there on the stand talking about how
she hates Trump and she has visionsof him in jail. I mean,

(03:36):
she's kind of showing that she's kindof a hostile witness. And even CNN
was like, might maybe should haveheld her back because nothing that she said
has anything to the case. Thecase is whether or not the book keeping
air happened and was counted for somethingelse in the books, telling the details
of the dirty deeds that Stormy Danielstalks about has nothing to do with the
case. Well, that's a bigproblem, I think, Funna Mentally,

(04:00):
a huge issue with Stormy Daniels isthat she had her fifteen minutes of fame
years ago, and for the leftto just plot her out again someone who
is just so has become so boringto everybody, you know. I mean,
there's nothing fresh about this that wouldgenerate the political headlines that you need
to hurt Trump, and it justends up helping Trump. It ends up

(04:24):
creating more and more of a backlashagainst him. And I think part of
the problem also is that Stormy owesTrump money from a previous court loss.
So I mean there's clearly a motivethere to, you know, to be
nasty toward him in court. Sothe credibility, I mean, you know,
a New York courtroom, can youget justice if you're Donald Trump or

(04:46):
any of the rest of us know, But in the courtroom of public opinion
with an election you're looming, youknow, that's a whole different story.
And that's what this is really about. Yeah, she owes because of other
things that she's taken in court forTrump. She owned some hundreds of thousands
of dollars, and she said onthe stand under oath, I will under
no circumstances pay that back even ifcourt ordered, which means if you're willing

(05:10):
to kind of thumb your nose toa court order on something like that,
or you're really telling the truth. And it was just interesting to hear commentators,
even on other networks that are notnecessarily Trump allies or Trump friendly,
talking about that. Was very problematic. And the fund resumes today. She's
going back on the stand. Theydidn't finish cross examining her, so hold

(05:31):
on, pop the popcorn. It'sgoing to get interesting again. Stormy Daniels
back on the stand today. Well, and I think admitting that you hate
Trump right then and there, youknow you hate him personally, I think
that also undermines your credibility a greatdeal. So you know, I just
don't I think this is a nonstarter. I think everything was designed to

(05:53):
hurt Trump ahead of November. Andif the judge is dumb enough to put
Trump in jail for any link thetime, he'll be ten points higher in
the pulls by the morning. Sothey can't possibly be that stupid, I
would think, but you know I'vebeen proven wrong on that one before.
You look at his prosecution brought againsthim here, you have to say,

(06:14):
what are you thinking. There's noreason of the case you're making against Trump
to put Stormy Daniels. She's reallyirrelevant. I mean, she's the person
that supposedly received the money, butthat's her testimony. Could have been totally
kept off the record as excuse me, kept it out of the courtroom,
and it wouldn't have changed the caseat all. But to put her up
there, it just to me kindof like, well, if you don't

(06:36):
need her testimony, if it's irrelevant, nothing that she says it is relevant
to the case, because that's notwhat the case is about. The case
isn't about sexual relations or non sexualreactions relations with Stormy Daniels. Maybe they're
just they were just trying to makeit look salacious to smear him in the
media. And that's kind of backfinebecause Stormy was the wrong person. They

(06:57):
didn't even need her to make thecase. I mean, it's about Michael
Cohen. It's about Michael Cohen, you know, being in charge of payments
or you know, whether Trump knewabout what Cohen was doing, and it's
already well established that Cohen, whois at this point a convicted criminal,
you know, was a rogue operativewho was who was doing all kinds of

(07:19):
crazy stuff that other people didn't knowabout. And he's no longer an attorney.
And you know, I mean,Michael Cohen's credibility was destroyed years ago.
So I mean, they're rehashing alot of really old stuff here,
and it's not working because the pollsare not going their way. Yeah,
it's fascinating. We started with thatstory about this boulder shooter killed ten people,

(07:41):
and we're three years trying to figureout whether this guy's competent to the
stand trial. As soon as DonaldTrump got out of office, they started
these quote investigations within six months. Now he's having trial after that. I
mean, it's a they're fast trackingDonald But shooter in Colorado it's three years
and they can't even figure if he'sworthy of standing trials. So it's kind
of bizarre, But you're right,it's not the Well. You have this

(08:01):
judge in Florida yesterday that decided, hey, you guys have mishandled the evidence
through the suspends the topic of thethat case. Uh. In definitely,
Fanny Willis is now being looked atto be kicked off that case. You
have to say, maybe it's notgoing well for these fast moving prosecutors,
well, especially if you're you're forcedto admit that you've mishandled evidence and light

(08:26):
about it in court. I mean, you know when you said that the
evidence has presented been presented one way, and it turns out it's been presented
another, meaning that it was essentiallytampered with. Uh. And we're talking
about large boxes of files that wereyou know, not not kept the way
that you know that they claimed theywere. So I mean, obviously the

(08:48):
I mean, it's your entire casehas been destroyed by this admission because the
whole thing hinges on what Trump didwith those boxes once he wasn't president anymore,
was mishandling classified information or not inall, hinges on how you took
that out of the house and presentedit to the court. And then when

(09:09):
it turns out that you altered that, you altered the order of the stuff
and you you know, you addedstuff to it. And I mean,
the guys should be in jail forthis. I mean, you know,
I'm not talking about throw but talkingabout that. I'm talking about a sith.
I mean, this is this iscrazy, crazy stuff. It is
as bizarre because the lawfair was sohastily pursued and now you're basically the prosecutors

(09:33):
are being accused of mishandling documents andthe very thing that they said, Donald
Trump should go to jail for this, he should be in trouble for this,
disqualifies him to be prepered, whateverthey say it about him. It
basically, yeah, we were goingto do the exact same thing we accused
him of doing. Just yeah,we're going to do it just to get
him. It's bizarre when we doit. It's so jimmy. When we

(09:54):
do it, it's okay. That'sthe attitude, and that's the attitude that
has been behind all these cases becausei mean, have Fanny Willis in Atlanta,
I mean, have the same kindof arrogance and nonsense. I mean,
it's like, you know, ifwe want to break the law,
that's fine because we are ideologically pureand we belong to the right party,

(10:16):
and we talk about law fare. That's what this is. Two systems of
justice. One, you know,if you're on the on the left,
then you're good. You're good. You can do whatever you want, you
know. And then the other foreverybody else, which is they can get
us, you know, if we'rea ham sandwich, they can indict us
if they want to. And that'sthat's America today, and it's the Americans

(10:37):
see how fundamentally unfair this is.And that's why you have Trump moving ahead
and all the swing states. Imean, it's just you know, one
of many reasons, but it's it'shealthing Trump not hurting it. You know,
deja vu all over again. Ifif Fannie Willis gets kicked off this
case, that the Florida case hasalready basically been suspended and it's out of

(10:58):
there for all and purposes. Yeah, now you once again go back back
here, like twenty sixteen, twentyseventeen, all of the Democrats' hopes against
Donald Trump have to do with aporn starting Stormy Daniels. I mean,
really that everything hinges back on Stormy. It all comes full circle back to
the to the porn star, andit's all recycled stuff. Basically, when

(11:20):
you're back to twenty sixteen stuff, you want to you know, rehash old
stuff. I think politically that justdoesn't work. I Mean, what happens
is a person you know, inthat position gets immunized after a certain period
of time over that stuff. Youbring back old matters, people just kind
of sleep through it, or theysay, ah, you guys are just
trying to you know, you guysare just trying to undermine him. Before

(11:41):
November. People see through the politicalpart of it, so you know,
it's you know, if you're goingto go after Trump at this point,
I think their best shot at underminingTrump would have been putting someone in office
that was better than Trump instead ofJoe Biden. That's where they went wrong.
If they had just found somebody's decentand they would be in this mess.

(12:03):
They caused this problem. They boughtthis on themselves with Joe Biden and
Kamala Harris. That's where they wentwrong. Yeah, Donald Trump's got some
people that still don't like him. They may like his policy, don't like
him, trouble to vote with him. If they would have put up a
different Canada, and maybe they stillwill put up a different Canada other than
Joe Biden, a lot of theirproblems are solved and they can stop some

(12:26):
of this. Coming back to StormyDaniels as like their Lord and savior.
We got to get Stormy up thereto say something because Georgia and Florida seemed
to be falling apart. Let's talkabout Israel. Congress a couple of weeks
ago passing an aid package to Israeland Ukraine. Republicans and Democrats took a
victory, Lappins, and we're supportingour allies. Now two weeks later,

(12:48):
Joe Biden says, hold on,we're not going to send that ammunition that
Congress has funded because we don't likeyou taking action in Rafam. This is
very bizarre by Joe Biden because he'sgot a lot of Jewish support in his
party. And then the Republicans,of course, you're outraged. He's kicked
everybody off here. Well, andI think that's the problem for the Biden

(13:11):
camp is that you know they weretrying to appease or kind of calm down
the anger from the Arab American side, you know, in a couple of
swing states where you know they've beensaying you're two pro Israel or whatever.
Suddenly he pulls the rugout from underIsrael and angers Jewish American voters. So

(13:31):
he has played this wrong on bothends and is going to suffer both ways.
And as you said, if Congressapproved that, how can you do
that? Number one? But numbertwo it was it was foolish for Republicans
to go along with that bill inthe first place. You know, you
fund if we can fund Israel,we'll go along with Ukraine. More money

(13:54):
for Ukraine. Well what happens. The money goes to Ukraine and Zelenski's pockets
all over again. More fraud youknow, in Ukraine. But but then
the Israel portion of it doesn't makeit. So you know, it's just
whenever you cut these deals, youend up in these messes because the other
side isn't honest. And that's that'sthe bottom line. So that's a disaster

(14:16):
there. But from the Biden side, trying to play both sides just beings
losing everywhere. I've never, I'vejust never seen a more inept moron in
my life than Joe Biden. Ifyou have you ever seen anybody just less
intelligent than that guy, Well he'sbeen you know Obama himself that said,
never leave it up to Joe Biden. He has the proclimity to screw anything

(14:39):
up. And there's Obama's assessment ofhim. One of the reasons probably he
did not encourage you to run andand said endorsed Hillary Clinton back of the
day because Biden, and excuse me, Obama himself has said that he has
screwed, he'll screw everything up,and that's kind of what you see here.
But the problem is what's the questionshould be what's best for America?

(15:00):
And that's what not and our alliesnot what's best for his election, what's
best for Israel? What's best tosolve terrorism? And here we are armchair
quarterbacking trying to trying to tell Israelwhat to do, all because that would
make Joe Biden get some votes indearborn Michigan. I guess that's that's what

(15:20):
we're foreign policies based on what getsJoe votes well, And that's exactly right.
But the point that you make, the larger play is very very important.
As Americans are suffering at home economically. People can't afford their bills anymore,
they can't afford and you know, even Aaron Burnett on CNN took Joe
Biden to task over this, andhe was just he was stunned. You

(15:43):
know, I don't know if yousaw any of that interview or whatever,
but you know, she went afterhim about inflation, and she went after
him about everything about the economy andthings going on domestically, and he just
looked at her like she was fromMars. So, I mean, the
fundamentally got to address the fact that, you know, young people are coming
out of the college or whatever, going into the workforce realizing they'll never be

(16:07):
able to afford a home. Youknow, that the American dream is beyond
their reach. The middle class hasbeen destroyed. You know, it's just
a where a nation of serfs nowand you know, one percent controls the
entire economy. You know those things. You know, if you're running for
something this year, I don't carewhat as you're running for Senate or whatever,
