(00:00):
I am joined by Meganbarth Reaganbabe dotcom, denabatoglobe dot com. Megan,
good morning. Usually it's Megan Monday. Today we get Megan Tuesday. Oh
my heart is blessed. Oh well, thank you so much. I happen
to think you're fine. Well, thank you. I'm I appreciate that.
I record that and play it backto me later after therapy. Please do,

(00:21):
Megan, I gotta ask you.Joe Biden has decided or his campaign
I don't know if he decides anything, that they're going to spend fifty million
dollars between now and like next week'sdebate advertising and say Donald Trump, the
Orange Man is a felon. Firstof all, I think everybody knows that.
I think I think it's already bakedinto the polling data. But I
guess they have to spend advertising tosay Donald Trump's a felon because I can't

(00:44):
think of any ad that Joe Bidencan run and say, look what I've
done to make America good. Imean, I guess that's all he's got
is that it well teams that way. Yeah, what is he going to
brage about? It's certainly not inflationunless of course, he's using cooked numbers,
which he does all the time, because his inflationary numbers does not account
for housing costs, food costs, and energy costs, which are the three

(01:11):
largest costs in everyone's budget and thethree items that have skyrocketed due to inflation.
So we can't talk about that.So of course we have to resort
to fear mongering and not talking aboutthe issues but talking at each other,
which politics has really devolved into. It'll be interesting to watch this debate.

(01:34):
But even though Trump is a quoteunquote convicted felon, that certainly didn't stop
Trump's momentum. In fact, itseems as though it helped the former president's
momentum, whereby he raised well overone hundred million dollars. After the verdict,
his polling numbers have gone exponentially up, especially in swing states. The

(02:00):
five swing states, including Nevada, shows Trump with a very comfortable lead if
you believe the polls. But thatconviction, that verdict didn't hurt Donald Trump's
chances. In fact, it backfired. So look, I'm not going to
stand in the way of the DNCor the campaign spending fifty million dollars on

(02:21):
an ad that has already been proventhat message doesn't work. Yeah, you
know, you've had negatives. Peoplethat hate the Orange Man, hate Donald
Trump. They already hate him.I don't think you're going to be able
to gin up that much more hatredbecause he's a known quantity. And if
you hate him he hated me,you love him. You love him.
But that's what they're trying to do, gips and animosity towards him. And
I'm thinking, I'm thinking, you'vekind of tilled that garden as much as

(02:42):
you're going to get. But whatelse do they have over there. It's
also interesting that Joe Biden, Iguess, is now trying to seem active
on our southern border because all thepoll numbers say that people are bothered by
the southern border, and so he'sgoing to sign an executive order and it's
basically, if you're here legally, you've been here ten years, and you're
here illegally, but you're married toan American citizen, you get to stay.

(03:06):
I guess, first of all,I didn't know the president could just
decide who gets to stay and notto stay. But I don't think people
would think that's fixing the border. When you get to stay in the country
for being here illegal. No,what's next if you illegally crossed the border
and you dropped a baby at oneof our hospitals or gave birth at one
of our hospitals, and automatically youget to stay too. It certainly makes

(03:30):
it more difficult to deport. Andthat's what we're seeing an explosion of births
and our hospitals, including in Denverfrom illegal aliens and are using our hospitals
like emergency rooms and walking clinics. So again, this is just another roundabout
way at math amnesty and a directway of rewarding criminals with the opportunity of

(03:54):
citizenship. The voice of Meganbarth Reaganbabedot com, Reaganbabe dot com. Megan
talking here with you. I'm sittinghere just thinking. Sometimes they make these
decisions and I can't figure out whatthe heck they're thinking, what's actually going
through their brain. It just doesn'tseem to play in peoria. I'm not

(04:15):
sure where the strategy here is.Well, it's always about votes and power.
This isn't you know? These typesof executive actions have nothing to do
with bettering society, creating a safersociety, creating a financially healthy society,
things of that nature. No,it all comes down to these types of

(04:36):
executive actions maintaining and growing power.Yeah, Megan, I want to ask
you. Donald Trump has said hewants a vice president that's going to be
a fighter. He says he thinkshe kind of knows who it might be.
You got the senator from Ohio that'sbeen kind of floated around this week,

(04:57):
and he can help him in therust belt. I'm still thinking you're
going to end up with somebody likea Tim Scott the imity thoughts. I
mean, it's obviously they're all goingthrough vetting and screening and they're digging up
to make sure everybody's going to passmuster. But if he's wanting a fighter,
who do you think that would be? Do you have any speculation on
which horses in the lead here?Well, you're going to interview with Charlie

(05:18):
Kirk up next. And they justhad a big convention for Turning Point in
Detroit and what their polling showed andwhat the voters there wanted was jd.
Vance And that's the senator from Ohiothat you're talking about, And so you
know jd Vance seems to be verypopular, specifically with the youth. And

(05:41):
during his talk a turning point,JD. Vance basically gave a you know,
a blueprint, if you will,of what needs to be done in
order to secure the border, whatneeds to be done to bring financial prosperity
back to middle class Americans, andyou know, a whole host of things.
So you know, Donald Trump isright, he is going to need

(06:04):
a fighter. He can't have someonelike Mike Tens who sits on the sidelines,
and especially when that's older. Sohe needs somebody that's younger, somebody
that might have a rising star withinthe conservative movement or the Republican movement.
And we'll be able to handle thejob once Trump leaves after perhaps his first
term. Now it shall be interesting. I'm guessing we're a couple of weeks

(06:28):
away from this decision by the Trumpsterand of who he wants to be as
his VP. And I'm still forsome reason, I look at these poll
numbers and I watch him recently, that black church that he was at over
the weekend, and you see thesenumbers in the black community that are just
leaving Joe Biden. Some of themare landing at Donald Trump, And I'm

(06:50):
just wondering again, not that Iwant to play identity politics, but you
wonder if somebody like Tim Scott helpaccentuate the commitment to the black community.
Any thoughts on that, because Idon't like identity politics, but it is
what it is. Yeah, I'mnot a big fan of identity politics either.

(07:10):
And I've said before that I hopeTrump does not rely on some sort
of affirmative action in order to takea EP based on you know, race
or based on sex, what haveyou. I do hope that it's going
to be a strong leader and nomatter what color he is or she is,
or what sex that that candidate is. So you know, we'll see,

(07:32):
you know, what happens within thenext two weeks. I'm assuming it's
going to come either prior to thevice presidential debate or excuse me, prior
to the presidential debate, or rightthereafter. Let me ask you one more
quick question. Joe Biden was outin Hollywood raising funds over the weekend and
there's this, well there's the videoof him of the g's G seven,

(07:53):
G twelve, G eight, whateversummit we have having any g's we have.
Now he's wondering golf, all thethe guys getting out of his parachute.
He's wandering off. They have togo get him. And then there's
this image of him at this Hollywoodfundraiser where Obama has to grab him by
the hand and tap him and say, come on, Joe, we got
to go. Do you think peopleare paying I mean, I'm paying attention.

(08:15):
You're paying attention. Kareein John Pierrethe White House basically claimed these are
don't believe you're lying eyes like theseare deep fake videos. They're not.
Is anybody paying attention to this besidesthe conservative fodder, the conservative host on
television radio. Well, I think, honestly, at this point, the
Democrats would vote for a lobotomized monkeyin order to be president, anyone but

(08:41):
Donald Trump. Their hatred towards DonaldTrump is so strong and so manipulated that
they can't get out of their ownway. So, like I said,
you know, they would they wouldvote for a lobottomized chip over over Donald
Trump. And really, what's thedifference between a lobotomized chimp and Joe Biden.
Not a lot of some light there. So when you have a president

(09:03):
of the United States, that hasobviously regressed, that is obviously in a
physical mental decline that he has tobe let off the stage or let around
the g seven like a toddler, you know, trying to get out of
the way. That's cause of concernto most able bodied, normal, smart,

(09:26):
observant Americans, but not Democrats, because they would have anyone but Donald
Trump at the head, no matterhow much destruction or chaos that that presidency
has brought, which we've obviously seenover the last four years under Joe Biden.
We don't have to look much furthersouth in the southern border to realize
that the voice of Megan Barth inNevada Globe dot com, Theetnevada Globe dot
