(00:00):
My friend's second hour of this program. You got three to go, and
then you make way for the bigdogs of talk radio. I'm just a
small Chihuahua chiehuahwa teacup Chihuahua. Probablythat's a small of an impact I make
on the talk radio scene, Asmall chiwuah on the talk radio scene.
But I guess what the big dogsClay Travis buck section coming up as soon

(00:20):
as this program is done, andI am escorted from the building and well
actually wheeled back to the basement andthey locked me down, pretend that I
don't exist for twenty hours, andthen I've come back every day. This
is just like a It's like Stockholmsyndrome. I just keep coming back,
all right. This hour of theprogram brought to you about Dan Caplo's Dan
Caplo's Law, a serious firm forserious cases. Everybody stand by lots to

(00:43):
get to this hour. Of course, you've got all the stories in Washington,
d C. You got the NATO'ssing about to convene. Karine John
Pierre called it a big boy pressconference. Those are her words, not
mine. That Joe Biden's going todo on Thursday. He's going to make
a speech. Here in a bit, all the eyes are on President Biden.
What's happening there? But well,we'll see, it's all developing.

(01:03):
I don't know. After watching thatpresser yesterday, I don't know, korenge
jump here if I were he Ijust kind of check it in. I
get a severence check. Just letme go. I'm out of here.
After that presser yesterday, that wasquite intense. You have to say,
say the least, all right, let's talk about the election. Let's talk
about the kind of the state ofthe election. And also it's going to

(01:25):
be interesting how technology every year changesthings. You say, what do you
mean, Well, we keep hearingthe phrase AI artificial intelligence. You know,
it used to be when I ranfor Congress ten years ago. It
was just over ten years ago whereall of our consultants are like, hey,
make sure you use social media, and the old guys are like,
what social media? I don't knowwhat that is. Well, technology has

(01:46):
advanced, well beyond quote just socialmedia, there's artificial intelligence and really the
creator of a platform that revolutionizes targetedpolitical engagement with data on a two hundred
and eleven million voters. His nameis Greg Phillips, he's your creator of
ground Fusion AI. He joins meon the program. Now, Greg walking
to the program, Sir, howare you Jammy? Thanks so much for

(02:07):
having me. I appreciate you.I appreciate you coming on the program five
to ten. Twelve years ago,the world of technology and computers was telling
us candidates like myself, hey,you should make sure you know what the
social media is, and we allkind of figured out what social media.
Some guys were like, I neverknew there was a tweeter. I mean
people were just making up accounts andtrying to figure out that was the cutting

(02:30):
edge technology back say, twelve yearsago running for Congress. But artificial intelligence
help us understand how that's going toimpact our elections? Now, yeah,
could influence us. Of course,is going to be the bad guys that
are out there doing things like deepsites and creating, you know, voices
from President Trump's voice and all ofthis stuff, and they're going to do

(02:51):
everything they can do to use itfor evil. What my business as was
long been for the last twenty fiveyears, has been using large big data,
like really big data, like twohundred eleven million voting records and being
able to turn it into something usefuland actionable. And to do that and

(03:12):
to do it at scale, thereare forms of artificial intelligence that allows us
to do that. So what we'vedone is we've taken all of the nation's
voter rolls. We've geo coded everything, so we know all the way down
to the household where everybody is andwhat they're doing, same type of technology
we used in our documentary two thousandmeules. And then what we've done is

(03:32):
we've gone in and begun to sortof layer in date on top of that,
preference data, consumer data, allof that. So we have about
five hundred data elements for every singleAmerican. We've got cell phones, we've
got emails. And the cool thingabout this is because we've built it on
an AI platform and analytics platform thatallows us not just to go in and

(03:54):
say, hey, Jimmy, let'spull out all the sixty five year old
or not folks in your district andlet's send them a bunch of texts and
that's you know, that would becool to you know, like you say,
old folks like us. But whatwe can do is we can drill
down to forty seven different data elementsso that we can send targeted messages to

(04:15):
those groups. So one that wedid for President Trump and Iowa back during
the primaries was we did males withHispanic surnames that are married, that did
not vote in the last cycle, that have some leans towards you know,
pro to a stuff and that likeNASCAR, and then we send them a
message from a NASCAR one of thefamous NASCAR drivers saying, hey, this

(04:40):
is so and so, please getout and vote on Tuesday it's early or
of Saturday or whatevery day it was. And it's truly fun. So being
able to do those micro targets atscale, so not just we going in
and just blast them out. Amessage to all seniors saying, you know,
Joe Biden killing you and inflation's killingyou and all of this, that's
absolutely going to be effective. Butif we can target it down to those

(05:01):
scared seniors, say the seniors thatare on fixed incomes or you know,
fixed incomes and widowed recently, andthey've got a lot of reasons to be
scared, being able to effectively messageto those people at scale is what ground
usion is all about. And I'vebeen in this business forty four years.
I've never seen anything like it.I started off doing opposition research in the

(05:26):
basement of newspaper buildings, you know, looking at microfish. You know.
These young kids look at me now, like what are you even saying that?
And I'm like, listen. Ispent twenty four hours one time in
a basement of Montgomery, Alabama andthe Montgomery Advertiser looking for something on George
Wallace in nineteen eighty two. AndI mean it was literally twenty four hours
straight. But now, of coursewe have the ability to do things and

(05:48):
find things and learn things and knowthings. But if you can't action on
it, Jimmy, then it doesn'tmatter. And that's what we've built,
and we can action. I thinkwe can send out a million in texts
a second and close to that interms of email, So we absolutely can
move the needle, and we aremoving the needle now and I'm as optimistic

(06:11):
as I've ever been. We canuse that for offensive purposes, but there
are also defensive ways that we canuse this data. We can find ways
to because we have everything geo coded, and we can find ways to do
what we did in two thousand mules, and that's being able to geotract the
bad guys find out where they're going, or they go into these drop boxes.
What are they doing? You know, why are they there in the
middle of the night. What's happening? Why did they all go home?

(06:33):
Why didn't they all go home? And so there's so many different things that
we can do from an offensive perspectiveand a defensive perspective. This would have
this would have been impossible twenty fiveyears ago. Thanks today, I could
drop bombs and they don't even knowthey're coming. You are so the voice
of Greg Phillips. He's a creatorof ground Fusion, AI, trailblazer in

(06:54):
the political technology forty years of aPleasant Experience, and also, as you've
heard him talk about, he's theco star, ending executive producer, well
the executive producer of the widely acclaimeddocu drama If you didn't see it,
you should and you must two thousandMules. You got to see that.
And he also has a technology podcastcalled Patriot Games. You could follow Greg

(07:15):
there. Greg, as we watchedthe kind of the stories happening now you've
got I said earlier, I thinkDonald Trump will wait till next week to
the convention to announce because he's goingto let these new cycles play out.
Yesterday you have Michael Moore saying, you know, Michael Moore is not necessarily
a Trump guy, saying that whatthey're doing. The Biden's elder use James
Carvell says, why does my partyeven exist anymore? You just kind of

(07:39):
let these things play themselves out ofthe media. No need to hijack it
by announcing a VP right now,in my humble opinion, just let these
new stories continue to go. Doesa I is there any kind of role
that AI could play? Tell thecandidate to lay low, be quiet,
and just stay out of the wayand let this train keep going. How

(07:59):
does artificial intelligence play out in asituation like this, whether you want to
be on offense or defense. Yeah, well, I think it's probability to
use it effectively with those messages andto the right people. I mean,
if there are people that are concernedabout it, you know, be able
to message them just be calm.I mean, the other sides destroying themselves.
Let them go ahead and do it. And so we use it for

(08:20):
all sorts of reasons, and notjust messaging, but also planning and also
what we call micro talking and beingable to do that with any message,
whether it's be like, hey,don't worry, We've got a great We've
got a great show coming next weekfrom Milwaukee all the way down to you
know, the people that want toknow some details about what's happening, then

(08:41):
the rules Committee. So we're ableto do that and do that effectively in
at scale and get those messages outthe door. We're doing it all day,
every day now, and it's it'sa it's a powerful, powerful tool.
To be able to drop a messageonto the onto someone's phone that's just
sitting there talking about with their friendsat lunch or worrying about it, and

(09:01):
being able to deliver that targeted messageat that individual at that time is the
game. I have a friend who'sHispanic, and he messaged me, you
describe the micro targeting that you didin Iowa. He says, I don't
live in Iowa. How the helldid he just describe me word for word?
I like Nascar, I'm pro toHispanic. Help people understand that you

(09:22):
have all these data points. Helppeople understand every day what we're living,
we're doing stuff, we're plugging indata points, whether they're like it or
not. Help people understand how thoseare obtained if you can. Yeah,
we have nothing but data acquisition. It's all perfectly illegal. So you know,
for anybody out there's listening may beconcerned that we're grabbing illegal data or
that we shouldn't have we don't doany of that. We subscribe to huge

(09:46):
platforms that provide us, that provideus data. We were constantly scraping the
internet, consistent with the law andlooking for different ways to look at things.
And does I said, we canuse this for, you know,
for for more challenging purposes, likeif we have some messages to folks that
are in the middle that haven't madeup their mind yet, then then we

(10:07):
can drop messages on the door.Back in the Goldwater days, back in
their early sixties, they developed thetheory where you had your base vote.
Everybody knows what that is. Youhad undecided, not independence, but undecided,
people who just haven't decided whether they'regoing to vote for you or not,
Jimmy. And then finally you havethe indifference. Those are the people
who just don't care. They'd berather they'd rather be out hunting or fishing,

(10:31):
or riding their horses or do whateverthey do. They just don't care.
About politics. They don't like you, they don't like me, they
don't like anything. But Goldwaters folkslearned that if you can deliver an effective
message to those indifference and let themknow why their indifference was going to kill
America, then they would turn outto vote. And we're doing that every
single day and it's making a massivedifference. The voice of Greg Phillips again,

(10:56):
creator ground Fusion AI. I'm sittingI run a charity, non prop
an organization. I'm like, somebodygot to figure out how to do this
for charities and nonprofit I got toraise some money, Greg Micro, Yeah,
that thing. You listen, Jimmy, we're doing We're doing that for
Catherine Ingell break my partner at Throughthe Vote, and we do that with
them. We do that with allsorts of groups that are you know,

(11:16):
for profit, not for profit cfours that are out there working in the
space. And we're doing those kindsof things every single day. So let's
figure out a way to talk andwe'll help you out. Hey, well,
well, I'm not doing politics witha nonprofit. I'm I'm building schools
in Africa, So you know,we'll figure it out. My friend,
Yeah, man, thank you somuch for having me. I appreciate it.

(11:37):
If folks want to learn more aboutground Fusion AI. I know you
have a website. You also havea podcast, let me let you plug
that. The podcast is called PatriotGames. Give the little plug o layer
Patriot Games dot com. You cango and look and see what we're doing
there. We're also on rumbled withthat. Let's see ground Fusion dot AI
and I'm on true Social at GregPhillips to gs. At the end,

(12:00):
thanks so much for having Jim yougo. I appreciate your Greg. And
we use that phrase plug old andnot an illegal term because that is illegal.
He's just plugging his stuff. Andappreciate his expertise on the program ground
Fusion AI. It's fascinating stuff.I just started looking at his website last
night, And first of all,I was familiar with Greg because of the
movie Two Thousand Mules. If youhaven't seen that, I would highly recommend

(12:22):
the docu drama Two Thousand Mules. But I'm telling you, it was really
quite fascinating to look over the websiteand then to talk to him and see
what they can do just with technology. It's really really interesting. Voter Insights
they can do quick pools. Howthey somehow I'm telling you, well,
you know this. If you everdo a search, I don't care if

(12:43):
you're on Duck Dugg or you're aGoogle Chrome. For the most part,
if you do a search, likelet's say you go to an airline and
you say, what's a flight toMilwaukee next week? Because you want to
go to the convention or something, you look it up for the next three
days. It can be your Facebooknews feed, it can be your email
or whatever you're getting blasted about.Hey, don't forget book your flight to

(13:03):
Milwaukee. It knows you. Andso there's information out there. You know
this, and so the data pointsare quite fascinating, and what they did
in Iowa was a great example ofit. Anyway, the ground Fusion dot
ai is the website if you wantto check it out. It's just technology,
but it is quite indeed fascinating. It really is election intelligence. By

(13:24):
the way, that we didn't getinto docu drama The two Thousand Mules.
If you haven't seen it, youneed to go see The two Thousand Mules.
It's really I'm telling about the stateof our election security in the day
and age that we live in allright. It's a pleasure to have you
here on the show. Jimmy ismy name, and if you're new to
the program, I'm here until aboutjust before ten o'clock. They will make
way for Klay, Travis and BuckSexton. They're the big dogs of talk

(13:48):
radio. And I'm not but here. We are together, and I appreciate
you being here. Here's a coupleof ways to get in touch with me.
Eight six six triple eight fifty fourto forty nine. Eight six six
triple eight fifty four to forty nine. If you've got to be in your
bonnet a burn your saddle, feelfree to jump into the conversation anytime you
want. You can. Also, speaking of the social media, which we
did earlier, it's ready for this. It's ready for this, Facebook,

(14:09):
dot Com, slash, Jimmy Lakeyfan page, the old Twitter, the
tweeter, the exer, whatever wecall it. That's Jimmy Laking and truth
social is also my name. Findme there, just j I M M
Y l A K E Y.This portion of the program, let me
remind you that summer can be veryvery dirty. The kids go play in
the sprinklers, they bring in themud, dirt, the grass. Somebody

(14:33):
going to spill some ketchup on something. You know they're going to be dripping
that hot dog, and the hotdog's gonna drip some ketchup or mustard maybe
on your polstery. Listen, whydon't you just get back to enjoy the
sunshine, enjoy the enjoy the sun, the vitamin D. Soak it up,
my friends, and let Zero resof Northern Colorado handle all the surface
cleaning at your home. I've beenusing him at the House of Laking for

(14:54):
almost a decade now, cleaning upmy carpets. Before they were ever an
advertiser on this radio program. Thisis who I use to clean the House
of Laky. They don't use anyharsh chemicals. There's no residue left behind
us called it's called we'll talk toZero res water'll they'll tell you how they
do it. But it's spectacular. And because they don't use chemicals or soap,
they don't have to do heavy renting. Things stay cleaner, longer,

(15:15):
they dry quicker and fantastic. Don'tjust start with it. Stop at the
carpets, by the way, tilegrout, upholstery, shower enclosures, stainless
steel. They can make that housesparkle in the summer and year round.
They can do it as well.Zero resnoco dot com. They got a
lot of great deals going on.I think three rooms, like one hundred
and nine bucks right now. That'samazing of the carpet cleaning. But there's

(15:37):
other things they do for your houseswell besides carpet cleaning and air duct cleaning.
Talk about that breathe cleaner air zerores always e zero resnc dot com,
zero resnc dot com and use thatpromo code Jimmy and see the surprise
you get on the website called discountzero resnoco dot com. All right,
coming up on the program, alot of other things. We do want
to get to your thoughts. Ithink i'll do this. I'll put up

(16:02):
a poll here in just a bit. Do you think that Joe Biden that's
either cross the screen? Biden defiantgrowing calls to exit. New York Times
editorial board has called for him toexit. A lot of newspapers have some
members of Congress, not many, there's a handful that have gone public with
that. Of course, Joe Bidenwas defiant yesterday. The media in a

(16:22):
sense seems to have turned on him. Will he stay or will he go?
I'm into Stay Camp. I don'tsee him wanting to go. I
don't see it. I mean,if he is a decent week and can
get through the end of this week, I think he stays. I could
be wrong. What say you?Eight six six, triple eight fifty four
to forty nine? What do youthink Kamala is thinking about right now?

(16:44):
Everybody stand by six hundred K cool, Good morning, Colorado.
