I've been looking forward to this since I got it
on the schedule. Doctor Robert Malone. The name may ring
a bell for you in the fact that doctor Malone
is the creator and we had him on during the

COVID time. He is the creator of the m n
r a technology of delivery for vaccines, and he's he's
well known in the medical world. His biography is great.
The original inventor of the m and A delivery of
vaccination is a technology DNA vaccination and multiple different DNA

RNA platform deliveries, and he got on the outs with
some people. They tried to shut him down because he
had different thoughts on using the COVID vaccine with his technology.
Let me bring doctor Malone and he's written a new book,

Hey, Jimmy, how you doing.

Speaker 1 (02:07):
I'm doing very well. You've got a new book I
called Cywar Enforcing the New World Order, and it's a
little bit of book about as a virologist and immunologist
and all the research you've done. It talks about the propaganda,
the behavior control, the psychological warfare that's being wasted on
the American people. I'm just kind of guessing, but maybe
your experience during the COVID era kind of was that

kind of a crux for deciding to write a book
on psychological.

Warfare, precisely trying to make sense out of what not
only I experienced that, so many people around me, so
many other physicians. I've been through multiple outbreaks at the
tip of the spear, never seen anything like this. And
my wife and I actually this is our third book together.

The first one that we wrote we managed to jam
out in the beginning of twenty twenty on how to
prepare and protect yourself against the novel coronavirus, and it
got censored in March of twenty twenty by Amazon, and
that's when we started. You know, the explanation was, of course,
we had violated community standards, something that we had never

heard of before, and even the people that were communicating
from Amazon were confused what that meant. But now we
all understand it. You know, with the passage of time,
we've all seen what's happened here with the censorship industrial
complex and the pivot from quote Russian disinformation to suppressing

(03:37):
anything that had to do with anybody that questioned the
official narrative concerning these quote safe and effective vaccine products,
and now it's broadened out into just about anything where
anybody contradicts the government approved narratives that are coming out,
whether it has to do with human causing climate change

and CO two, or it has to do with the
latest from the Harris Walls campaign. It's it's all now
been broadened out into a very wide application of this
tech that was really designed for offshore combat, fifth generation warfare.

And it's not just the US, it's all across the
Western it's all across the Europe.

Doctor Malone, you're getting a little wind noise, You're getting
a little wind noise there, so hopefully that will rectify
itself here in just a second. But doctor Malone, you
just said that the tactics are using were designed for
arenas of war and actual warfare. Explain that what are
they doing to us that they would normally do in
an arena of war.

So there, this is the kind of the scope of
the first two thirds of the book is what are
all these different technologies like crowd stocking and and manipulation
of all kinds of information, The censorship, the targeted defamation,

the coordination with corporate media to suppress narratives that they
believe are miss dis and malinformation. Of course, the most
famous example goes right back to these definitions of words
that they've created misinformation is the accusation against me. You
can look me up on Wikipedia and any of these

(05:33):
attack articles that come out against me. They all talk
about me being a spreader of misinformation. But when you
track back to the definition of misinformation as put out
by our Department of Homeland Security, which by the way,
defines misinformation as domestic terrorism, what you find is that
they define misinformation as any information that differs from their

(05:58):
approved narrative, whether it's coming from the who, the CDC,
the NIH or whomever in the case of health and
human services issues. Then they define mal information as any
information which can cause somebody, whether it's true or false,
information can cause somebody to be skeptical of the government.

(06:21):
And then disinformation is misinformation that's spread for a political purpose.
So if I say something that differs from what's coming
out of the Biden Harris administration, and I do it
for political purposes, Let's say I'm trying to promote Donald
Trump or Bobby Kennedy, for example, then that would be disinformation.

(06:47):
And all of these, as I said or defined this
domestic terrorism. So that's where we're at. And it's not
just domestic. Of course, you've heard about the efforts to
shut down Twitter on and to you know, threatening to
potentially even jail Elon Musk. This is all part of

(07:10):
this weaponization and the term that's applied in the military.
And by the way, cy war is an official military term.
The Fort Bragg unit that handles psychological warfare calls themselves
the cy War Soldiers. So I didn't invent the term.
But this is all part of this new suite of

(07:30):
technologies called this generation warfare that seeks to control everything
that you think, feel, and believe, and it was designed
as a way to try to combat what's going on
with these insurgencies like the Taliban, et cetera. And we
keep winning these I'm sorry, we keep losing these insurgent battles,

(07:53):
beginning with Vietnam War, and so the militaries, particularly the
US and the UK, have come up with the suite
of technologies. Another one that they use all the time
is called nudging, and Obama actually set up a nudge
unit in the United States government. There's also a nudge
unit in the UK government. And these military based psychological

(08:19):
warfare units are being deployed against the citizens of US, UK, Australia,
and New Zealand and Canada, the Five Ice Nations. These
are all military units, but they're being used to influence
civilian discourse. And I argue that the tech is so powerful,

(08:40):
it's so able to control information and what you're thinking
and believing through these kinds of manipulations that Google, for example,
is so ex that that the idea of personal sovereignty
of consentive government comes completely irrelevant when a government decides

(09:03):
that it's acceptable to start using these psychological warfare technologies
against their own citizens. And that is absolutely what's going
on right now.

That that that? I get that question all the time.
It's usually some form of who's the puppet master? And
it seems to come down to operationally that these methods,
including the weaponization of fear of infectious disease what I
call psychological bioterrorism in the book. And of course we've

been through that with avian influenza, with COVID, with now
they want to do it with Marburg, with monkey pocks,
et cetera, et cetera. What was interesting in the case
of the COVID crisis is that these methods were deployed
globally in a harmonized fashion, including the purchasers of purchasing

of influencers like Jimmy Kimmel for instance. We saw all
of that happening simultaneously across the Western world, and functionally
there is only one organization with the skill and power
to do this, to deploy this level of sophisticated harmonization

of messaging and technology, and that is the extended US
intelligence community, the Five Eyes Alliance. I have spoken to
many many people who are are of the same mind
that what we've seen is the utilization of the intelligence community,

particularly the US and UK intelligence communities. In the UK
that's five and six by the way, they actively wikipedia
intries that are any way contradicting the government narrative. And
then their allies in the intelligence communities in Canada and

(11:35):
New Zealand and Australia. But it's particularly US and UK
and they worn't together with the military and have been
doing so for years. This what we've seen in the
COVID crisis was a really, really a reveal, and this
is hence the book. In my own experience is that

what's been deployed here is a group of technologies and
capabilities that have been there, latent and developed for years
and years, as I said, for offshore combat and for things,
you know, extended versions of Operation Blockingbird, which is this

interface between the press and the intelligence community. Now that
isn't the same answer. That's who operationally seems to be
behind it. But beyond that, who are the puppet masters
that are controlling that? That gets a lot deeper, and

then we end up in speculation about the role of
the World Economic Forum and its great reset. Remember that
was first announced not by Plaus Schwab, but by the
current King of England. And we start talking about things
like the Atlantic Council, these very large organizations that are

global globalists, very much promoting one world governments and promoting
this alliance that exists now formal alliance between the World
Economic Forum and the United Nations, And that seems to
get at the heart of it. It's not Claus Schwab

per se, he's just kind of a embodiment in a
little bit of a figurehead. And it's certainly not Tony Fauci.
She is way down in the food chain.

The whole purpose is a book. It you know, because
you don't people's authors don't make any money off the book.
This took us two years to put together. The whole
purpose of the book is to teach people and to
arm them so they can be more protected personally against
the effects of this kind of tech. Remember, this has

a big interface with the technology of surveillance capitalism, which
is what drives the profits in Silicon Valley. And so
by this is a form you can say that this
type of propaganda and psychological warfare is really an adjacency
to marketing. And just like when we learn how they

(14:42):
use sex and other things to sell us hamburgers, and
that makes it so that we're more resistant to that
kind of messaging. My hope is by helping people to
see through and understand what's being done and who's doing
it and what their agendas are, that they can become
a lot more resistant to this. And we're seeing this

(15:02):
all across the world. People are not taking the job,
they're not taking these boosters. They're increasingly resistant. For instance,
in Japan, they rolled out separate self replicating Marita COVID
vaccines and people aren't taking them. The message is getting through.
People are starting to see, at least those that are awake,

(15:25):
that they're being manipulated. They're being manipulated using a whole
lot of different methods and strategies, and when they become
aware of that, it becomes a lot harder for those whoever,
the puppet masters are to succeed in their efforts to
manipulate people. And that's the goal.
