Speaker 1 (00:00):
Okay, we got another Q and A episode going down
right now, and I have Chase here to help me.
He's come on the podcast before. You've done a Q
and A before too, Like you've done You've been on
the podcast, and have you done a Q and A.
I have no idea. I don't think i've done. I
think that you have. Well Ben has, so that's a
little different. But yeah, so, um, Chase, we're gonna have

(00:23):
him read the questions. Cool with that? Yeah, these are good.
You're reading the questions and that I will give the answer.
And we're recording it from my house. So if my
kids they have they're on strict orders to not run
up here, but they can't help themselves, so hopefully they don't.
They won't run up here. And you know it sounds

(00:44):
too crazy, um, but Chase is making fun of me
because right now I have um acne medicine on and
my hair in a big clippy thing and sweat shorts
and burket stocks. Like this is if y'all had a
picture right now of what's going on. But this is
the beauty of now being able to work from home

(01:05):
a little bit, and I feel like I'll be able
to do a lot more. It's going to be awesome. Yeah,
I'm super pumped about it. So we're still working on
sound quality sometimes. If that's an issue, UM, please let
us know. And you know, we're still ironing out some kinks,
but hopefully, you know, it'll be good to go within
the next couple of weeks. So with that said, we

(01:27):
can get into the first question. Before we do, I
will say because somebody was asking me something like that
you had helped me with recently, and I was like, well,
you know, he he's the reason why I have a
website like you made that all happen, which which I
forget sometimes at our website because I was super excited

(01:47):
about it at first, and then I was like, wait,
what are we going to do with this? But it
is a landing page for different things, like if you
go to radio Amy dot com, it'll take you to
the podcast stuff, it'll take you to the Bobby Bones
show stuff, it'll take you to Espla stuff and pip
Enjoy things and four Things totes and all the stuff,
and they'll be more cool things to come. I think

(02:08):
we're gonna speak of that. The next plan is to
start blogging there, so once we talk about things on
the podcast, I can just send you to radiomey dot
com and it'll have links. Because I know a lot
of times I talk about things and I just say,
well google it. Here's the key words you need to google,
or go to YouTube and type in these words, and

(02:28):
now I can say, just go to radio ama dot com.
There's a blog post up about this, and it'll have
what we talked about in the links. But sometimes I
move at a snail's pace, but it's definitely on the list.
When she says I did the website, it's more Amy
will say something and then I'll just do it and
be like, by the way you're doing this, I committed you. Yeah,

(02:50):
you could you commit me because a lot of times
I just keep stuff in my back pocket. So okay,
So thank you for radio me dot com. And if
y'all are bored today and you haven't ever checked it out,
go check it out. Oh. People can also access my
Amazon page at radiomy dot com, which we're going to
talk about some of the products that are going to
come up in the Q and A. People can just
get on my Amazon page. So that's an easy way

(03:11):
to find it. Because sometimes people say to me, I'm
on Amazon, I can't find your specific page or your shop,
like your Amazon store, your favorite things, and boom, it's
all right there. Okay, let's go question number one al right.
First one is from Jodi hi Amy. I saw in
your Instagram stories you had on stickers for your pimples.

(03:36):
What brand do you use and does it actually help? Okay,
So this is my first time using the stickers, and
it's called Mighty Patch and they are these little teeny
tiny patches that you stick on your face. And the
first time I use them, I use them all wrong
because I thought, oh, it's like this clear Mighty patch.
You can barely tell it's on your face. Except for Ben,
my husband. We were out in public and he's like,

(03:58):
you're wearing these patches you think are invisible and they're not,
Like they're just not and and I'm like, it's fine.
You can barely see. It looks like I have these
little vand aids all over my face, but they're clear.
So I thought, you kind of mighty patch pimple whatever

(04:18):
I thought. I put it all over where I had
a pimple, where I thought I had a pimple, where
I felt a pimple where I you know, I thought
maybe tomorrow I might have a pimple, Like I put
them all over. That's not how Mighty patches us. That
is how you can use Mario Baduscu, which is um
this drying cream, which is what you see on my
face right now, because I have about four pimples I'm

(04:38):
worried about. And so that's what I kind of do
when I get home. If I have a clean face,
I just kind of put spot treatment on because I
feel like if I'm not going anywhere, I might as
well be treating my pimples. And so Mario Bdusco is
good for that, just everyday pimples or stuff you think
might be coming up. But what I learned about the
Mighty patch is that they are made specifically when there's

(05:01):
like this is going to be a gross chase. But
when there's like white heads are like can you pop it?
I know it's so like there's words I don't like
talking about. And before you put it on, like it
has this it's called hydrocolloid or something, which is a

(05:21):
fluid absorbing gel and it draws out puss pus keep going.

(05:43):
I don't like that word pus right, it's fus Okay,
so it out, it draws it out and other impurities
in your pimple, and so it reduces the size of
the blemish and then it speeds up the healing process

(06:04):
and it protects your skin because it's like covered, it's
like a patch. So really, if you want to try
the Mighty Patch, it is for pimples like that, so
you can keep them in your bathroom drawer and bust
them out when you need them. But I wouldn't waste
them like I did at the beginning and to start
putting all these patches all over your face. But I
think they're definitely good to have in your bathroom in

(06:27):
your drawer just to go to and then have like
something like the drying lotion like the Mario Buduscu acne
spot treatment also for more everyday use, and both of
those things can be found. I added the Mighty Patch
to my Amazon page, so you're getting the right one,
and you know I got the original. And again, like
we talked about in the intro, you can just go

(06:47):
to Radio Amy dot com for that, right, Okay, next question, Jody,
We hope that helped you, ye informative. All right, this
one's from Ashley. Hey, Amy, you talk about vital proteins often.
I find myself looking at the collagen peptides every time
I passed them at my local Whole Foods. I'm hesitant
because I don't know all the benefits. Could you share

(07:08):
the benefits you have personally seen within your body. I
know all bodies are different, but I would love to
hear why you're such a big fan of the brand
and the products, specifically the peptides. Keep doing you love
the podcast from Ashley. Well, I had heard for a
long time before I ever used them, how important collagen
is for your body, and it just became really popular
and you started seeing collagen peptides everywhere. And I've honestly

(07:31):
tried a few other brands. Full disclosure, I mean I
don't like, I have no deal with vital proteins or
anything you know at the moment. I mean, if they
would want to work together, great, call me. But I
genuinely am just a fan. So and I'll say that
I have tried. I am a fan of bulletproof products too,
but I have tried bulletproofs collagen peptides that is unflavored

(07:56):
and it's got some weird flavor. I can't even handle it.
I bought a whole tub of it and I couldn't
even use it. I gave it to someone else that
really wanted to dry some collagen, and I was like, well,
here you go, just f y. I this is kind
of nasty, but if you you're saving money if you
just want to get the collagen in. So I was
putting it my Macha latte and it was so gross,
so um. And there's a couple of other brands that

(08:17):
I've tried. I can't even remember the name, but Vital
Proteins always comes out on top when it comes to
flavor or taste, being absolutely unflavored. I can't taste it.
And they have a vanilla one now that I absolutely
love adding to my macha, but it does have a
little bit of coconut sugar in it, and a lot
of times I try to keep my um Macha latte

(08:38):
sugar free. So um. I only add that, you know,
every once in a while, was let your treat. Plus,
I don't want to go through the tub really quickly
because I mean, you're spending a lot of money on it.
You want to make sure that you're getting a product
that's you know, doing your body goods, so vital proteins
is that's why I choose vital proteins. But then the
benefits of collagen in general like are great, promote skinn elasticity,

(09:02):
holds together bones and muscles. Like Aaron, my trainer, she's
a big vital proteins person. She actually has a partnership
with them, but I mean she would be a fan
either way. But she said it's she has seen a
difference in her joints and in her knees. Um it
helps with you know, your organs provide structure to joints
and tendons might reverse skin aging and I don't care.

(09:22):
I gues there's an asterisk by might, but I'll try
anything that's going to reverse skin aging and feed my collagen.
Um helps build muscle, can burn fat, Um improves digestion health.
A Little Sipper who's somebody that I've had on the
podcast before. Her name's Bethany, but her Instagram handle is
that Little Sipper. She has a major um gut health

(09:43):
issues that she has had to heal with food and
because doctors didn't know how to help her and um.
Vital proteins is something that she takes every single day
and it really helps with her gut health. So that
I know that everybody's bodies are different, Ashley, But thank
you for the question. I really feel like collegen peptidze

(10:04):
is something that everybody can benefit from, as long as
you're not vegan or vegetarian. Like some people don't want
it when it comes from a cow, right, collagen peptides.
There's a cow on the there's a cow on I
think it comes from their bones or something. Yeah, that
sounds right. Um, so there's you know, there's that. So

(10:26):
if you're vegan, don't go be dumping the collegeen peptizes
late like, I don't want to steer you wrong, So
heads up on that. But again, if you're listening to this,
you know, on Tuesday when this comes out, I think
that Amazon Prime deal thing is still happening. And I
found that the ten ounce collagen from Vital Proteins, the
blue jug collagen peptides, is on sale, So I added

(10:49):
that to my Amazon page in case you want to
grab that because it's part of the Amazon Prime sale,
but that'll be ending like after today, but anyway, you
can still find it on my page either way, next
question awesome. This one's from Sarah. Hey, Amy, thank you
for always sharing such great information. I've been hearing a
lot about activated charcoal and was wondering if you know

(11:09):
anything about it and what it can be used for.
You currently use it for anything in your household, so currently,
I know. It was so random. When I got this email,
I was like, Oh, that's so funny. Because Shira, my
daughter who's twelve, she started telling me how they use
charcoal at the orphanage and she really wanted to brush
her teeth, which there is a lot of charcoal in
haiti Um and they use it for various things, but

(11:34):
she really wanted to put it on her teeth because
she wants her teeth to be wider. And I guess
that's something she learned there, but obviously it's a thing
here because they sell like a target, they sell charcoal
toothpaste and she so she has started to brush her
teeth with that, and I will say they are getting brighter.
It's crazy. I I don't do it, but she does it.

(11:55):
And I'm really particular about my toothpaste, but she does it.
And that she does is a round of the charcoal
toothpaste and then she does a round of regular toothpaste
after because she likes to get rid of all the
dark because your your mouth is black when you're doing it,
and and she loves it. So that's an option if
you're looking to brighten and whiten your teeth to see
if that might work for you. Also, UM, I have

(12:17):
taken charcoal activated baths. M yeah, it's supposed to help,
like and listen, this is stuff I'm just also reading
from different people. I love how Sarahs email at the beginning,
She's like, thanks for sharing. That's great information, and I'm like,
I hope it's right. Like I am not an expert
by any means, but I do try to like bring

(12:38):
on experts or at least give you all information from
people that I trust. But um, there are people that
I follow that we're taking these charcoal baths, and I
haven't taken one in a while because now I don't
have a bathtub, but I mean my kids do upstairs,
but now it's harder for me to invade their bathroom
now that they live here. But um, I would dump
charcoal into the bathtub, and I want to say it

(13:00):
was like supposed to like it's like a way to
pull toxins from your body or something. So like when
you're sitting in the bathtub, it's supposed to be good
for detoxing, you know, I don't know I would. I
just do it like a black It is black, and
when you drain the tub, it's like left with like
a black ring. Which I was in Colorado this last
week and we were staying at my sister in law's house,

(13:23):
their vacation home that they have there, and she has
this amazing big tub and I got to take a
bath in there, like an EPs and salt bath, and
it was so relaxing, like my muscles needed that. I
feel like we've talked about baths on the podcast before,
I've done a whole thing on it before and how
important it is, and I just feel like there's nothing
like a big old, hot, warm, hot, warm, hot EPs

(13:45):
and salt bath. And maybe you want to throw in
some charcoal into the mix. No, it's not like if
you've gone to barbecue and you grab the charcoal and
you put it in there. That's not what we're talking about.
Just to clarify, you can probably buy it at like
Whole Foods or a natural food store. Order it. I
don't have any charcoal on Amazon, but there is charcoal pills.
I know we mentioned Bulletproof earlier and how their collagen

(14:06):
is like doesn't taste very good, but they do have
charcoal pills. And Kelly, my friend who's Velvet's Edge, her
blog is velvet dot com and she has a podcast
with it and everything, but she is a huge fan
of the Bulletproof charcoal pills since she'll take home after
a night if she's had too much to drink, like
maybe if she had a little too much alcohol, she'll

(14:27):
take it again, sort of the same concept of detoxifies.
It helps pull the bad and eliminate it from your body,
so that way, maybe before it gets to your liver,
and your liver is like why did you have this alcohol?
Why did you do this to me? The charcoal goes
in and and isn't it if you get like poisoning
and you go to the e R, don't they give
you charcoal? Google that somebody google that. I don't have

(14:50):
a I hadn't. I've never heard that in turn here
while we were recording, and I could just be like, hey, um, yeah,
check on charcoal administration, right, No, I mean it's a
thing like charcoal is DTOK is good for detoxing. So
I'm learning a lot today. I'm telling you what. Yeah,
So I don't know if you're if you have, That's

(15:12):
that's all I know about charcoal, Sarah. So if you're
wanting to use it, those are the only ways I
know how. But I'm sure a quick Google search can
find you help, more help, maybe more help than I'm offering.
Next question al right, Next question is from another Sarah,

(15:38):
but Sarah with an H. I have a question regarding
hair removal options. I've heard you mentioned laser hair removal,
but have had a couple of friends tell me it
didn't work well for them despite the expense. Was your
experience favorable and would you recommend for under arm in
bikini areas? Yes, I recommend, And this is not a
commercial here at all. I will say that I do

(16:00):
endorse for Ideal Image on the Bobby Bones Show, and
I have done so for thirteen years, um and it
worked for me. Started with my under arms back in
the day, and I've had a few touchups over the years,
but I mean, it worked for me. And I don't
know who you went to or who your friends went
to that had a bad experience, but at Ideal Image,
I had a great one. I know there's a lot

(16:20):
of places that offer it, but what I loved in
the beginning is Ideal Image. That's all they specialized in.
Now they've added other types of treatments, but I feel
like they know what they're doing. And then after under
Arms did bikini, then took me several years to ever
do my legs. I only did those in the last
like two years. And after I did my legs, I
was like, what took me so long? Because full disclosure

(16:41):
As an endorser Idal Image, they wanted me to come in.
I mean, I'm endorsing their products. So I got it
done for free because I get that it's an expense,
Like I'm not on here saying like, yeah, go get
laser hair removal, Like I get it. But it's when
you think of what you spend on phrasers, it really
adds up. Or when you have to deal like if
you have annoying like razor burn or nix and cuts,

(17:02):
chase your favorite thing to talk about. But there can
be embarrassing things like women like you can get really
embarrassing like skin situations that happen because you're shaving, and
if you've got laser hair move it could eliminate that.
So it's worth the investment for some people. Or maybe
even just not having to buy razors, or maybe you're
a busy person, working person, a mom and you just

(17:22):
kind of get to the pool and you're like, oh shoot,
like you won't ever have those embarrassing moments where you
forgot to shave. But again, I'm not my here for
Ideal Image right now, but that's my experience with Ideal Image,
and I'm a fan and I would give it a
go if if you can afford it. Alright, we're gonna
keep moving. Next one's from Jessica. Hi, Amy, I'm kind
of fan girling out right now, even typing that I

(17:44):
love your podcast. I have a question about how to
donate to the orphanages and moms in Haiti. I recently
relocated for a job and haven't found a church home yet,
so I'm wondering if there's a way to donate my
ties online directly to Haiti. In the meantime, I see
other organizations that have this ability online, even one called SPA,
but I want to make sure they are Brown Family

(18:06):
approved and legit. Any suggestions on one you'd recommend, or
if there's a way to do this through your website.
So the SPA group that you're talking about, that's a
different group that I don't know much about. I'm sure
they're doing amazing things. A spaw means hope in Haitian creole,
so it's a very popular word in Haiti and um
so I don't, I can't. That's not associated with us,

(18:28):
So I can't speak for if you want to donate there,
but and there's no way for you to donate directly
to our SPOA because we're not a five O, one
C three. So through our sales of things like the
four Things tote or the Born Your hat or um
Our Star necklace that we have, we have a lot
of items actually are cute little pouch um you know,

(18:51):
we support Haiti through the sales of those products. So
you get to buy something, you get something cute, and
in turn we make a donation be half of that.
So um, I can't receive money from you guys. Now
the shot foward. Sometimes when you're checking out, Mary has
some options like depending on what causes going on, you

(19:11):
can buy the product and then it check out, you
can say I want to add on five tin whatever
dollar amount as like a donation to that cause, and
all of that money will go to that. So Mary
does have that option there. But again, if you're wanting
to tithes, you know, obviously you're doing it because you're
trying to be a good stewart with your funds, but

(19:32):
also you probably want those records for you know, taxes
and different things. You want to make sure you're donating
to legit nonprofits. And UM we if you like the
orphanage that my kids came from, UM Team Haiti t
E E M Haiti UM is a group that you know,
you can reach out to. My friends Tiffany and Christie

(19:53):
actually started with it with them UM years back when
I first went to Haiti and the there's a school there.
There's just a lot at the orphanage that we're trying
to work through, so you know, but just know that
I trust how they're using the funds. So UM there's
that as an option. There's My Life Speaks, which is

(20:15):
special needs orphanage, Heartline Ministries We Trust, which is a
maternity center project. Meta Share, who we worked with recently,
is another maternity center, but they also have a school
and other things. And actually today it's Tuesday, so you're
listening to this on Tuesday. Um, we're We did a
alive with Project meta Share that will be on shop

(20:38):
a spaws Instagram so you can check that out so
you can actually see their facility and what they have
going on there so you can learn more. And um,
I thought it was really cool. Stephanie who works for
Project Meta Share, she lives in Florida, but anyway, she
was going to Haiti and so she's like, we should
connect on a live. So we did in a squall
live just to share that and um, it'll be saved there.

(21:01):
But then Mary and I are trying to go to
Haiti in August. I think we've been trying to go
the last several months. We've had to cancel a few times,
but I think we're going down in August, and we're
so excited about that because we just want to make
sure that we're if you've ever shopped with USPLA or
bought anything, that we're reporting back to you like how
the funds have been used that we've been able to

(21:22):
donate and that's huge. Yeah. So um, Jessica, those are
ways that people that I trust to donate to. In
regards to Haiti, so last ones from Jenna, I genuinely
look forward to a new Four Things episode each week.
Your podcast is a breath of fresh air, so thank
you for making my Thursday's brighter with your pimp and joy.

(21:46):
My question for you is this, how do you manage
working with different or even sometimes difficult types of personalities
in your workplace? I know from listening to the Bobby
Bones Show each morning that you collaborate so well with
everyone on the show. Has it always been so seamless
for you? You seem to brush things off your shoulders
so well, and I'd like to hear how you handle
conflict or address things that make your workspace comfortable. Oh,

(22:09):
I have matured a lot over the years. I have
not been always able to brush things off, and we
have had conflict off air and on air. I would
say in the early days I handled it by leaving
the show live on the air and going to the
bathroom to cry. Um. I would do that, which is
real mature, but I was real doc and now I

(22:30):
feel like I have gotten thicker skin, so I am
able to to brush it off, but I get it.
Sometimes maybe at work you just need to like leave
the room and go to the bathroom and cry, like
and there is no shame in that game, even if
you're a guy, chase you cry as a guy. Yeah, okay,
have you ever had to leave work to go cry?
I don't think so. I have a lot, but I

(22:52):
do cry, so you, But now I don't. I don't
leave in the middle of the show like I've quit
on the air before. Like I mean, like, I'm done
with this. This is crazy. I can't even believe I
have to pay to put up with this. But that
was when lunch Box was a little bit he was had.
He was a little bit meaner and a little more edge.
So he's definitely gotten nicer. But we all are very different.

(23:14):
I mean even Bobby and I. We have to work
closely together, but we're very different. And Mary and I
were talking about this the other day about the angiogram,
And I've had even on the four Things on the
Thursday episodes, like I've had Instagram Hunter on and he's
talked about the angiogram on here like three or four times,
and it's it's like, you want to know the Intagram

(23:35):
to kind of figure some stuff out about yourself. And
then when Mary and I were talking about it the
other day because we thought abou maybe at a squad
event working in some sort of iniogram activity, and I
was like, oh, well, some people might not know their number,
and but there might be a way for them to
figure it out or just quickly, but it takes so
much time. And then Mary was like, well, you know,
I feel like it's it's really actually a helpful tool

(23:57):
for other people so that you can have compath ushian
and grace and understand why they are acting the way
that they are, because clearly sometimes there's conflict because you're
just annoyed because that person isn't acting how you want
them to act or how you would act. But that's
what makes everybody unique and different, and why they may
be processing a certain thing or going going about something

(24:19):
a little bit differently than you would because they're different.
I know it's helped me, I mean, see myself a
little bit better realizing that maybe I'm this way when
I haven't embraced it as much, and so when I'm
in conflict, it's like, okay, I gotta remember I'm the
six or maybe I'm the three I go back and
forth right, and then where are you? Are you stressed

(24:39):
out or are you? Like are you not? Are you
in a really comfortable place because you go to a
different place with with your Instagram number depending on your
stress level. And but yeah, I just liked when Mary
reminded me about it, was like, gosh, it's so true.
It's like me understanding sometimes Bobby's number and how he is,

(24:59):
how me have a little bit of more, have some
compassion or grace, and why he's acting that way, and
then I know how to respond because and then he
has to do the same with me. But I think
the number one thing in a workplace is just to
respect your colleagues for sure. Like and again I'm not
Missmature over here, and I haven't always done that, but

(25:21):
I think it's something good too to just do is
respect other people. And you know, if you've got difficult people,
maybe just try to get to know them a little
bit better and then maybe I'll understand why they're so
so difficult. Um, if you just really can't stand someone,
I think you just have to continue to be kind sometimes.

(25:42):
What is that saying? Like kill him with kindness? Yeah,
then they might just get so annoyed because you're so kind,
and then they'll never want to be around you and
they won't annoy you, but maybe they have to be
around you. Like at my job, like I can't avoid
certain people, but really we get along just fine. Like
we're all different and there are times we definitely butt heads,

(26:03):
but at the end of the day, I feel like
we're a show where a family, we're there for each other.
But there's been times where there's been gossip, and Bobby
has kind of been a big fan of shutting that down.
He's like, I heard this, I heard this. He's like,
shut it down if I ever hear of anybody gossiping
about anybody, which I think that's something that a lot
of people have to deal with in the workplace, So
try not to be a gossiper um. You know, if

(26:26):
you have an issue with someone at work, maybe you
don't take it to someone at work, like take it
to a sibyl like a like I can go to
my sister with stuff. I can go to my friends
or my husband and vent to them about it. That way,
it's not really going to get back to anybody, Yeah,
because then if you share it with somebody at work,
and then it gets back to them it's just like,
oh man, that's a bummer. And then there's sometimes too

(26:49):
at work, like to not take things personally. I feel
like sometimes if you have a conflict of the coworker,
it could be because you're working on something and they're
just trying to get the job done. And then if
you take it too personally when it's really just okay,
this business we're working right now, don't don't take it personally.
I don't know that's good advice. Thank you, thank you,
thank you for thank you for coming to my ted talk,

(27:11):
which was not I feel like I gave. I'm probably
not the person to ask that. That's what I've learned
in my work environment. Don't do go to the bathroom
if you need to cry, but do it in your
own time. Don't leave live in the middle of a
show to do it. Also, try to understand where other
people are coming from so you've got the grace and

(27:31):
the compassion and the knowledge on how to deal. And
then also don't coss up. Well, I think, like you said,
taking it outside of the workplace. If you do need it,
you need a vent to work with. There was a
time where I was venting, like way too much, where
I think I was probably exhausting my friends with it,
or I just had stuff that I and I couldn't

(27:54):
let it go. And then I'm sure that some people
in my life are like, oh my gosh, like I
don't even want to talk to you anymore because this
is all you want to talk about, So don't do that.
Um okay, Well that I think that wraps up today's
Q and A. So Chase, thanks for coming on, happy
to be here. Um again, we'll just close with how
we opened. Maybe you missed it, but Radio aby dot

(28:17):
com that's the website. That's where you can find at
all and we'll start adding blog stuff soon. But Amazon
shop can be found there. Spa stuff can be found there.
Pimp and Joy. Bobby Bones Show. We got a new
Bobby Bones Show studio if you'll want to go check
that out on Bobby Bones dot com. It's pretty crazy.
You can watch the show. You can watch the show.
It's being videoed almost the entire time. Our receptionist, toy

(28:41):
I guess she was watching us at her desk online
and she came in after the show and she was like, Amy,
we really need to work on like your resting face,
like you look mad and like you're not having fun
or like you're sad. And I'm like, toy, that's just
how I sit. Like. She's like, you need to smile.
I'm like, I've been doing this show for thirteen years
this exact same way, and all of a sudden, I'm
gonna have to just be like sitting here smiling all

(29:02):
the time. So you guys live stream, Oh, I didn't
realize that. That's awesome. And then it's staying up like
it's not every single segment, but it's certain things that
are going to live up there, and then each day
it'll just be up there if people want to go
back and watch it. Very cool, Yeah, the studios Baller, Yeah,
it's pretty sick in pictures. Everything I've seen, it's I
can't even believe it. It's amazing. And then here we

(29:23):
are up in my garage apartment that's not finished yet
and we've been working on like two years, and we're
like in this tiny corner. Chase is sitting on a bucket.
I was just chuckling. She's wrapping things up, and I
heard the kids downstairs and they were like opening and
closing the garage and I'm like, we might go see
if they're still there. Now, I'm like, I don't know
if people can hear that, but that is definitely the

(29:43):
garage door opening and closing. It's awesome. It's life. Yeah,
it's life. So welcome, Welcome to my life. Um, and Thursday,
make sure you listen to the four Things podcast. I'm
gonna have Tricia year Would. I'm I don't really know
exactly if I'm gonna do all four episode with her
at once, or like record four different things with her
and spread them out. What do you think? I don't know.

(30:06):
See how it goes. I see how it goes. But
either way, there's gonna be some Tricia yar Would this Thursday.
So if you're a fan of Tricia or not, maybe
you're a fan of Garth Brooks. That's his wife. Um,
she's got a cooking show. She's she's so talented, amazing voice, like,
she's super cool. So excited to pick her brain for

(30:27):
a little bit and we'll see y'all did
