Show understorm warning is an effect forDelaware, Franklin, Madison, and Union
Counties that goes until five thirty. Is that what I'm seeing there? Five
thirty looks like it, Yeah, five thirty. So we got some Uh
boy, look at look at thatparked right over top of Delaware. There.
That is a huge cell. Andthat cell is sitting on top of

(00:24):
my house right now. Oh that'syeah. You know what. That's south
of Delaware, isn't it. That'shuge. That's my that's basically my house
it's sitting on. Oh man,did you just talk to your wife?
You guys got some stuff going there. I didn't call her. I haven't
called her. She was prep. She had Marshal n and the kids ready
to go if need be right right. Congressman Jim Jordan joining us now,

(00:46):
hey Jim, Hey guys, let'shop everyone's safe and we don't get that
that weather you're talking about. That'swow, that's serious. Yeah, man,
oh it's crazy. There was Theyhad some nothing touched down, but
there were torn warnings earlier for theMarion Countymorrow, Madison, Union, Champagne
counties, which I'm sure you're familiarwith. All those. It's like,

(01:07):
oh, yeah, that's that's ourdistrict. Yeah, yeah, yeah,
Well we just you know, wehad last month, we had that that's
a terrible tornado up an Indian lakeand I mean it was tragic what happens
there, but the folks respawned great. I mean, that's what they did
there in the local community. We'vebeen working with FEMA in the state and
also let's hope they don't have somethinglike that again. You know what.
And we were talking to Marshall McPeakearlier about this gym. It's like Ohio

(01:30):
leads the nation for tornadoes in twentytwenty four. Did you know that?
I didn't. We did. Wehad thirty eight tornadoes so far this year
and Florida is at number two withthirty four and then Illinois at thirty,
Kentucky twenty four, in Indiana twentytwo. We are leading the nation for
tornadoes in Ohio. Unbelievable. Wellwe're a great stay, but that's probably

(01:53):
a category we just seemed not bethe lead on because you always take like
Oklahoma and you know it's a Kansasand doubt there. But that's that's uh
definate you know. When we werewhen I was a kid, you guys
are younger, But when I wasa kid that I remembered Daniel o'hil and
how tragic that was. I meanit was. It was a terrible turnad
that came to and I think theseventy four just how bad that one was.

(02:19):
And so when your kid, youknow, it's like, wow,
that was that was huge. Butwow, I didn't know what this is
that many this year. Yeah,I know, it's shocking that was on.
That was the headline on one ofthe stories from today. And we
were talking with Marshall about it earlier, you know, knowing that this was
coming. This was in the threeo'clock hour and we were talking with them
about it, knowing this is headedthis way. So yeah, it's uh,
it's barren down on central Ohio rightnow. It is. You know

(02:43):
how they show like on the weathermaps, they'll have like the little lightning
things on there. Man, itlooks like there's so many all over it.
I mean, it's crazy how muchthe activity is going on. Pretty
pretty nuts. So I saw thisjust broke that the Senate Democrats dismissed the
first may or impeachment article as unconstitutional. Hmm imagine that. Yeah, yeah,

(03:05):
yeah, Yeah, this is theguy who you know, the articles
are fair to enforced the law andbreach of trust, and breach of trust
I think has been evident a numberof times when he when he testified that
that, you know, he said, they always said the border secure.
Well, meanwhile, we've all seenwhat's going on there. And frankly,
I think one of the elements, just in my mind too, was his
inability to answer just fundamental questions whenthey were posed to him in congressional hearings.

(03:30):
To remember a couple of years ago, at the time it was a
relatively small number. Now the numberis big number of the microso' come across
the border, who own the terroristswatchlist? And a few years ago we
asked him the question, what isthe status of those individuals? I think
the number of time was like thirtytwo. What is the status that they've
been deported, that they've been detained? And his answer was, I don't
know. I'll have to get backwith you. And I'm like, how

(03:51):
do you not know that when it'ssomething that serious? And we just issued
a report today about how bad they'vehandled things relative to these individuals who they've
led in the country, who committedcrimes like like a bar guy who did
it is terrible you know who killsLake and Riley? And it's uh,
you know the way they've they've trainedice agents to deal with all this stuff

(04:14):
and to let bad guys. Wehave testimony. They let larceny and depth
is not enough to keep someone outof come, let them, let them
be released in the country. It'sjust crazy stuff that's going on. So
that ne report just came out today. So the first of two have been
dismissed and the second article refreshed mymemory or trust, Yeah, breaching trust,

(04:34):
bereaching public trust. It was afair to enforce the law and breaching
public trust. So I think thatone uh, I assuming it'll get the
same have the same things happened there? Yep, this is you know what
I don't hear your voice sounds surprisedthat this is kind of headed this way
or this is happening this way,and this only what it only took a

(04:58):
couple of hours. I don't evenknow how long it was, Yeah,
very short. That's really unprecedented.Part the House sends articles of impiazament in
the Senate basically dismisses them out ofhand. On the procedural motion. But
it shouldn't surprise us that the Democratsdid this, because remember they intentionally,
they intentionally created the situation on dayone when the Biden administration said, we're

(05:23):
no longer going to have remained inMexico policy, We're no longer going to
build the wall, and when youget here, you won't be detained.
You will be released into the country. Well, you know which isam.
Everyone's going to come. And whenthey come, they let them in,
even criminals, which is what ourreport this week points out. In fact,
once they did that, they actuallytrained ice AGD. Here's what you

(05:43):
need to look for, here's thequestions you need to ask, Here's why
you should let people in, andand these bad guys that they've let in
have done terrible things. And ofcourse the biggest example is what happened that
lake and Riving. So the Iwondered if you had thoughts on this,
Josh and I talking about just alittle bit ago, Congressman Congressman Jim Jordan's
joining us the the Ohio GOP leadersrejecting the Democrats plan to get President Joe

(06:08):
Biden on the ballot here in Ohio. In November, and I have to
laugh because we just saw this withthe primaries and what all the different states,
and obviously it ended up going tothe Supreme Court and so on they
had to rule on it. Butthis is something that's playing out here in
Ohio. I'm sure you're probably familiarwith it or what have you, but
I I, you know, Ithink everybody would be more shocked if it

(06:30):
literally played out where Biden ended upnot on the ballot. We know that,
but I just like that they're makingthem squirm, They're putting them,
they're going Look, you know,it's like the the attorney that's representing this
whole thing for the Democrats is youknow, saying, well, this this
should happen, and it's almost likehe's he's stating there should be some good

(06:50):
will or something from from the GOPhere in Ohio. And it's just like,
you guys, you know what you'redoing to President Trump. And it's
like what's good for the deuce isgood for the gander here. You know.
Yeah, I assume he's going tobe on the ballot and President Trump
is going to win Ohio. Hewon Ohio by eight and a half.
Secretary Clinton in twenty sixteen, hewon Ohio by eight and a half points

(07:14):
against President Biden. In twenty twenty, I think he's gonna win Ohio by
eight and a half or greater intwenty twenty four. And I think that
margin is going to help because wehave a good cynic candidate in Bernie Marino,
who I think is gonna win aswell. So yeah, I assume
he's gonna be on the ballot andthat's that's fine. But President Trump's gonna
win our state. Hey, Soalso your thoughts. First of all,

(07:36):
how great is that footage of PresidentTrump which Burrow was he was he in
Queen's or is it Harlem? Hewas outside of the at the bodega by
the bodega. Yeah yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah yeah. It's like
the sixth play thing. It's likeit's just great. But the cloud appearance,
Yeah, he is so good.He just relates to people. I
think it's I mean, I feelfortunately talking about before I've got this,

(07:59):
since I'm with him and he's he'sjust fun to be around. There's not
a time I talked to him ori'm around him that I don't laugh.
It's like he's just like it.I wish the whole world could could could
meet him, that the whole countrycould talk to him, because you can't.
You just can't help with liking whenyou're around Hi, because he's just
got that kind of engaging personality andhe's always just a great host whenever you're
around him. Yeah, he's gothe's got that thing, that intangible thing.

(08:22):
Everybody says that about him. Yeah. Yeah, it was fun just
watching that footage and so on.And I got to tell you, he's
the most relatable billionaire I think onthe planet. I mean, I'm not
kidding. I mean the guy.Listen, think about how long he has
had what he's had as far ashis riches, and yet he still is

(08:43):
relatable. He gets it. Look, the guy likes mcdonald'sy each McDonald's,
you know or whatever. When we'vehad McDonald's, it's hilarious. And the
other thing is like, you knowwhat, who's a billionaire who likes the
UFC And you know he's just likehe walks to the US, he fighting,
the place goes crazy. So it'slike, yeah, he's totally related.

(09:03):
Yeah. So I said all thatto say, then the article dropped
the President Trump. I don't knowif this would be considered ominous. But
that's how they labeled it, anominous message on Speaker Johnson's future as the
speaker. And then you know, they go on to talk about he was
asked reporters, they were asked aboutthe motion to vacate and and all of

(09:24):
this stuff, and he goes, well, we'll see what happens with that.
I guess they're calling that an ominousmessage. Congressman him going, well,
we'll see what happens with that again. And he was at mar A
Lago, wasn't he just recently?I think Speaker was down there. Yeah,
Speaker Johnson was down their on Friday. Look, my belief is we
should not have a motion of VAK. Mike Johnson's got a tough job he's

(09:45):
doing doing a good job on onthe number of things. It's a tough
position he's in. I didn't agreewith some of the things, but we
should keep Mike Johnson's speaker. Weshould not be doing a motion of VAK.
But Congress doesn't need three speakers inone you know, in one congressional
in one term. So yeah,I just I just don't think it makes

(10:05):
sense what we should be focused onis winning the election this fall, getting
President Trump back in the White House, Bernie Marino in the Senate, and
keeping the majority of the House.Yeah. And then also, if you
think back, has there ever beena speaker that you've agreed with everything that
they've done. I just I thinkit's impossible, right, I mean,
it just it's tough. And wegot a one we got a one seed
majority. It's like it's really tough. So right, yeah, all right,

(10:28):
Oh, good lord, hope thatsomebody just swerved a missie. It
sounds like you're outside there. Well, I had to step out. I'm
at an event and I got torun vote. But I stepped out there
on the sidewalk to talk to theboutimportant radio show in all of the world.
Uh, that's why you're too kind. Congressman Jim Jordan, get in
there. Thank you very much forspending time with us. Thanks at your
