(00:00):
Talk a little bit ago about Trumpsaying there's a pretty good chance he's gonna
announce the VP pick coming up atthe Republican National Convention, which is July
fifteenth, it's in Milwaukee, andso on, And we were having people
call in about that. People justkind of started calling in and Chad,
you've been on hold. Thank youvery much for waiting all this time.
What you got brother, Hey guy, thanks for taking my call. I

(00:22):
prefer Brian Donald, the congressman sentFlorida Byron Young and young African American.
But I will say this, Iagree with Josh. I think Scott and
Rubio are by far the two safesttext and if he takes one of those
two gentlemen, Trump needs to negotiatewith Governor McMaster and Governor DeSantis about because

(00:43):
they will point the replacements about gettinga true MAGA America first senator in there.
That's a great point. That's areally good point. D Yeah,
that's why I'm against That's why I'magainst him taking JD vance one we meet
JD in the Senate. Yes tothat. Torte de wine will a point
that exactly so very much that Dylan'sabout to be term limited. He needs

(01:07):
a full time job. We don'tneed another Romney or McCain in the Senate.
Chad, these are fantastic, allthe great line, Chad, Chad,
you bring you all great? Areyou a strategist, because that's really
good. If this is the chatI think it is. We've strategized over
a beer two so yeah, yes, it is all right, all right,

(01:30):
so yeah, but yeah, Ijoke around. I've been a Republican
since I was seven during during Reagan'seighty four elections. I remember that Young,
that's great, man, that's great, started young. I love it,
Jack. These are little things thatpeople don't think about. To think
about, like if Chandy Vance hisvice president, well, then that means

(01:52):
the wine gets to a point.Absolutely means DeWine gets a crawl up on
a stack of phone books and makean announcement that Dolan's gonna shave lives stayed.
Ohio. Man, that's a MattDolans or newator. Fantastic point.
And it's it's a bittersweet for somebodylike jd Vance who's thinking, oh my
gosh, my political career just startedand I could be second in charge in

(02:15):
the United States. Not that he'slooking for that or you know whatever,
pinting for that. But it's interestingthat somebody could get elevated that quickly.
But look, he's a guy whounderstands the mission, the America First Agenda.
Yes, he understands it. Andthat's the beautiful part of JD vance.

(02:35):
And boy would he be fantastic asuh, you know, second banana
there in the White House, I'dbe. But to uh a Chad's point,
we need him in Ohio, weneed him as a senator for I
know, you know, I that'sthese are great points, you know,
And uh yeah, Marco Rubio said, there's another one you want to talk

(02:57):
about growing Latino support. Marco Rubiois fabulous as well. Yeah, yeah,
yeah, but Biron Daniel Danielson isan interesting cat. I don't know
if you've ever really listened to himtalk. He got Barron Donaldson Byron Donalds
because he got when I say DanielsonDanielsons, No, I was he you

(03:21):
know, there were people that werenominating him for speaker, remember when we
battle was playing out? Yeah yeahafter that? He is he out of
Florida, Yes, yeah, yes, he's a wrap out of Florida.
That's all I thought, yeah, yeah, definitely would be good, no
question about that. Yeah, man, where am I? What was I

(03:43):
doing? Oh? Uh? TheGovernor de Wine speaking to him signing the
House Bill two fifty into law, which is the cell Phone Policy Bill,
and the bill would require this isa head scratcher for me. Man,
Please try to help me with this. The bill requires every public school in
the state to adopt a policy regulatingcell phone use during school hours. However,

(04:06):
just because the Wine signs this billdoesn't mean schools across the state must
implement a policy. Well well, wait a minute. Yeah, if it's
if it's a bill and they're signingpolicy bill into law, I guess it's
just parameters. It doesn't mean youhave to do it. You know that
you even have to implement anything. Then why sign it? Why did we

(04:28):
even go through this process? It'sa head scratcher to me. He's asking
schools to take the summer to drafta policy that would work the best for
their students. Well, yeah,it's got to work, good, it's
got to it's really got to workfrom the students, right. He'd like
of every district implemented a policy bythe beginning of the coming school year,

(04:49):
but it is not required yet,it's what it's what I'm reading. So
did it strike you that way aswell? Because when I looked at it,
I it's like, well why Ithink. I just think what they're
saying is like it's it's not requiredyet. I think it's just still in
a matter. It's they're trying tophase it in because this is going to

(05:11):
be a radical, radical change forstudents who are used to just always always
having their precious phone right there withthem, right. So I think that's
why they're going to be I mean, at least they're being reasonable and saying,
okay, we'll take a little timehere for for this to kind of
sink in and get the reality andthe logistics of how this is working.

(05:33):
But once you do that, thenmaybe I think eventually we'll get down to
the requirement point. Dublin City SchoolsDistrict already has a cell phone policy.
It began this school year. Didyou realize this? Of course you're you're
in the district, but you don't. We kids don't go right, don't
intend when you look at having toadd smart watches? What happens when you

(05:55):
get Google glasses? This was thesuperintendent there that John Marshall, I think
is how you say his name somethinglike that. Anyway goes what happens?
What's next with that Google glasses?Interesting Google glass? Yeah, I'd forgotten
about it, but he brings upan interesting point. So he's like,
well, what happens now? Youlook at having to add smart watches when

(06:17):
you get the Google glasses students inkindergarten through eighth grade or cell phone free
including smart watches in Dublin, whichI found interesting. I didn't realize that
Sony wears he wears an Apple Watchto school and he has sent me,
he has texted me before from school, but he knows. He has very

(06:39):
very very very plain instructions about can'tbe looking at that, searching stuff up
whatever during class. And as ofyet, we haven't had anybody contact us
and say, hey, that's aproblem. He's using it. He absolutely
won't take he can't take a phonewith him to school. But I like
the watch in him having it onand then you can track it on that

(07:01):
find my iPhone thing. I canalways see kind of where that is or
whatever. I love that, youknow, oh, I mean yeah,
your ability to keep up with it, sure, yeah, as far as
them not having anything in school,if they do that with all the kids,
fine, If no kids are ableto have any of that stuff in
school, I'm completely I'm really okaywith it, because then they start talking

(07:26):
about you know, you look atthe social media, the pressure puts on
young people. They got to keeptheir mental health at the forefront. They
got to focus while they're in schoolall of those things, because it is
an incredible distraction if they're in schooltrying to absorb it. I mean,
think about when you were in school. Go let's go back to before phones
were in school, and and byyou, I'm meeting the person who is

(07:48):
uh, I don't know what fortyor older. Roughly you didn't have I
think about you had to absorb whatwas being taught in school. Now you
throw a phone in the mix forthe current situation. Then you throw the
current all the different alphabet what's theterm there, like you know LGBT.

(08:13):
You throw all of that in themix, and you throw all the pressures
of everything. It is. Itis mind numbing. And for them to
say no phones, I don't Idon't think it would be I think it
would be all that bad. MyselfI understand the whole thing. What about
if you know, somebody comes inshooting up the school. We need somebody
to be able to you know, this or that. But I don't know.

(08:35):
It's like you're never gonna have everyanswer for all of that stuff.
We were talking about Vice President andAaron welcome. Hey, Mark, Hey,
can you hear me? Yes,sir, Yeah, Hey, great,
Good to talk to you guys again. Hey, I just wanted to
hear your opinion on Pulty, Gubbardor VP. What do you think about

(08:56):
that? Of the some of thepeople that might be so, it might
not be so, you know,conservatives, I don't. I don't trust
her. I don't trust her.I think she's an opportunist. I do.
I just there's something in my gutthat tells me stay away from her.
She's got I don't know. I'mtrying to still figured out her angle.

(09:20):
Yeah, yeah, I agree you, but we have a real ego,
hardcore conservative all across the thicket. You're going to alienate fifty percent of
the electorate. Would I would ratherhave Trump in office and maybe a little
bit of VP that might you know, grab that another you know, just
a few percent gets him up there, Aaron, Let me ask you this.

(09:43):
Let me ask you this. Doyou think Nicky Haley scratches the Tulsie
itch that you're speaking of. Doyou think Nicki Haley scratches that? No?
No, uh, Nicky Haley isthe neo con. I actually think
that Gabbered would be you know,I mean better than Okay, okay,

(10:07):
yeah, I'm just curious because thereare a lot of left leaning there are
a lot of left middle left leaningpeople who love Nikki Haley as well.
Yeah, but I don't know.I don't know if she just the neo
prospect. I don't think Tulty ismean. I think he's a patriots I
think she's you know, she servedthe country, you know. I think

(10:30):
she would really attract people from theleft end right. Really all right,
thanks, Aaron. I don't thinkTulsi would be a bad pick myself,
but Nicky correct, She's low onthat list, way low. I don't
even know if she's on the list, but wherever she, if she is,
I feel like she's Nicky Haley wouldsell this country out to the highest
bidder, just like Joe Biden hasdone sold us out to China. Hey,

(10:52):
Brian, what do you think Okay, so gents, I wanted to
remind Okay, so just to addon a little bit about Tulci. H.
You know, Ronald Reagan was aDemocrat until like four years before he
ran a lot like Tulsi, andso I mean the you know, the
Democrat Party has kind of left somany of the Democrats that you know,
Tulsi changed to be a Republican. But but anyhow, I trust her.

(11:16):
And also one of the things thatwe don't think about Tulsi with the that
uys might not be you know, really tipped to, is that she's totally
you know, very very well thoughtof by like the YouTube generation, uh
you know, people like so youknow, there U Tulsi is really I

(11:37):
really trust her. Now. Ihad supported her in twenty sixteen because I
wanted because I was really bummed outthat uh both, you know, because
there was going to be like afamily kingdom with Bush Bush family member running
and a Clinton family member running, and I thought, oh my god,
this is terrible. But then Ithen then Trump, you know, kind
of like slayed that dragon. SoI switched from supporting Tulsi to Trump.

(12:03):
But anyhow, but Tulsi is areally a very very good intellectual. She
debates well. And of course youknow, the Veke Ramaswami is awesome,
and uh, he wouldn't be myfirst pick actually if President Trump weren't running
actually for for president, but PresidentTrump, president Trump ran. You know,

(12:24):
President Trump deserves the you know,to to be there. I'm sorry,
I'll be let you guys talk,no questions, no questions, thanks,
man, I think you you can'thave a vice president who's the smartest
guy in the room. That's that, that's that's part of what. Now.
Do I want the Veke in therein in the administration serving some capacity?
Yes? And by the way, that as much as Trump's been bringing

(12:46):
him around, you know, he'salready told the Vike, you're in my
administration absolutely, traveling on weather togetherfrom day and night, heating
