(00:00):
Is the week of the Memorial andwe are finally here. We're going to
be live out there starting Wednesday,So Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, we're
going to do this show out there. So if you are out and you're
there, stop buy and see us. In the afternoon, we'll literally be
live and be set up usually andI think we're probably going to be in
the same spot. It's down towardsthe end of to the side and end

(00:24):
of the driving range. That's typicallywhere we set up down there, So
that'll be a lot of fun.Always look forward to that every year.
Yeah, you just go in themain entrance and we're right by the Championship
pavilion there behind eighteen. That's exactlywhere we will show be. Yeah.
Yeah, we're always staring at thedriving range of the bunker. There's a

(00:46):
bunker usually some people doing some bunkerwork there. Some of the sports guys
will set up there and kind ofhave that in the background or whatever,
like for TV and all of that. So, yeah, it'll be a
lot of fun. But yeah,we'll be out there. We'll be out
there Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. One guy that unfortunately probably won't be joining
us live unless he's in town,is Congressman Jim Jordan. Will you be

(01:07):
here? No, Y're not.I I'm not that fun though. Now
do you get to see any ofthe you get to see the tournament?
Actually, then after the do theshow to get to get out on you
sure walk some of the good foryou. Oh yeah, yeah, yeah,
we get there, you can getyou know, we get there early
and kind of walk around and watchthem stuff. We'll go hit that.
They changed sixteen, which the partthree there. Josh was telling me today

(01:27):
they changed that a little bit.Jack was saying that, what did you
say about fifty percent of the fieldwas hitting it last year? Not even
less? Less about black about thirtypercent of the field was able to even
hit the green from the tee.So what Jack did was he took out
the front right bunker and then movedthe tea box thirty yards to the right

(01:48):
to let him give him a littlebetter angle in. Yeah. Interesting,
interesting, Yeah, So we're Ilove watching, I love I love trying
to play. I don't play thebest, but I love all that.
So I'll be in North Carolina helpinga number of Republican colleagues new members who
are our new people who are runningwho I think are going to be new
members, and so we'll be downthere helping our helping our team. Have
you played you have not played there? Okay, I bet a couple of

(02:14):
times because of the you know,it's media day, they'll have us out
for it and so on. Soyeah, none of the people that I'm
friends with that are members there,Jim, They're like, no, I
can't invite you. You're that guy, so I'm not going to invite you.
So our youngest daughter was a prettygood junior player and she was just
starting off. This is probably maybetwenty years ago, and so we I

(02:35):
took her to the tournament. Wegot some tickets, took the tournament.
All she wanted to see what TigerWood this is back, you know when
Tiger was just went and everything andand so I think it was on the
fifteen of Part five. I thinkit was the part five, Yeah it
is, and yeah, yeah,so we we found Tiger was we got
there and he's teen off and ifyou remember when he hit the ball back
back then, he just it justsounded different, just like it was just

(02:57):
like, oh my goodness, lookat this sling. And he just rushed
it. Off the tee with Ithink it was in a three winners five
wits. Someone wasn't a driver, but it was like unbelievable. And she
saw that she was like, okay, I can go, and I'm like,
well, maybe we want to watcha little more golf before we go.
She went to see with Tiger Woods. We had a good time.
Yeah. He uh boy, hecould really generate some clubheadspeed. There's no

(03:19):
question about that's crazy, right man. It had something to see. Yeah.
Hey, so a couple of thingshave happened since we spoke last uh
and I'm being diseaseous. Yeah,we last spoke on Wednesday, last Wednesday
about as you know. On Thursday, I wanted to get your reaction to
President Trump being found guilty on allthirty four counts and is this goofball of
a judge? Is he really goingto sentence him to prison? And what

(03:42):
are your thoughts on I don't putanything past them. I mean, you
got a political prosecutor, political judge, you got twelve jurors from Manhattan.
The best line of the day waswhen because Trump went out and said the
real verdic happens on November fifth, when we the people get to decide things.
And I thought that was just exactlyright when three hundred and thirty million
of us in this great country, the greatest country ever, get to weigh
in on the decision, not againa political prosecutor, political judge who should

(04:05):
have accused himself, frankly, andin twelve jurors in Manhattan. So that
day, but it actually reminded mewhen when you heard the verdict, it
was just like how how I felt, and I think so many Americans felt
a year and a half ago whenwhen they raided his home in mar A
Lago, because you watched that unfoldon TV, like, I can't believe

(04:26):
this is happening in the greatest countryever, in our country, in America,
And it's the same way you feltwith this decision. But the good
news is I think the people aregoing to elect him president, which is
exactly what we need. And ofcourse they raised a couple hundred million dollars
in the last several days because peopleare fired up about this ridiculous political you
know, these these political prosecutions.Yeah, President Biden saying, uh,

(04:48):
you know, no one's above thelaw. We've heard Pelosi flapper gums about
no one's above the law, ChuckSchumer, everybody. We'll see how if
they stick to no one's above thelaw. As Hunter Biden's trial gets ready
to get underway, but nothing willprobably happen to him anyway, so they
won't have to utter those words again, I guess probably well, but I
mean, also think about Hunter. But we we got the Attorney General in

(05:09):
front of a committee tomorrow for theannual even becomes a Capitalillians Annual Oversight hearing
in front of the Judiciary Committee, and the Merrick Garland tacks David Weiss.
After David Weis spends four and ahalf years investigating tries to get the sweetheart
deal through the court in Delaware, the Delaware judge laughs it out of court.
After all that, he then says, Okay, now I'm going to
make that guy who tried to dothe sweetheart deal, who spent four and

(05:31):
a half years, We're going tomake you a special counsel. The same
guy deals with the case. Andit's like it's like what it makes no
sense? And then you know allthe things we see with what happened up
in New York, I mean justit's crazy, like, oh, the
judge Mrshaan, he shouldn't recuse himselfeven though he's a Democrat donor, even
though his daughter raises money for Democrats, big Democrats here in Congress. No,

(05:55):
no, no, he's just fine. But Judge aledo oh, he
flew a flag for a couple hoursat his house. He needs to recuse
himself all from all cases. Likeunbelievable, what are you all talking about?
It just makes no sense. Uhso yeah, Fauci in front of
the House panel today. This isFauci still defending business closures and church closures,

(06:15):
school closure, stay at home Orkhave a whole list of mask mandates
for adults, for children children underfive in the face and no science evidence
for doing so, vaccine mandates foremployees, students, military. You know,
Josh was one of the people,by the way, Congressman that was
just like, look, if Ilose my job, I lose my job.
I'm not getting the job. I'mnot getting the jab. This is
all at the nucleus of Fauci andwhat he is about. This guy continues

(06:41):
to double down. So take methrough your feelings, which other than I
it looked like you were going tocome over the you stayed so calm though,
But I'm telling you man watching thisguy and then we saw you know,
MTG saying I'm not calling you doctor. I'm like, oh, this
is Oh, this is unbelievable. He's doubling down time and time again.

(07:03):
He actually said to when I wasasking questions, he actually said that he
didn't try to downplay the lab leaktheory, and I'm like, what are
you talking about. There's that personon the planet who believes that. But
again, everything he told us inhis time when he was like running this
operation and on the Coronavirus Task Force, everything he told us turn out to

(07:24):
be false. He said, youknow, like, oh, it wasn't
from a lab, well, itlooks like it was. It wasn't gain
a function research. It looks likeit. Sure was. Hack dollars were
spent in the lab in China. He said the vaccinata couldn't get it.
He said the vaccinata couldn't transmit it. He said mass work. He said
social distancing was based on science. We now found out from his deposition that
wasn't accurate. He even told uslike he even told us like the first

(07:45):
virus in history where there's no suchthing as natural immunity. So tell me
one thing that they actually told usthat turn out to be accurate. And
then he stands there, you know, sits there today and gives the same
old stuff how he was wonderful, and the Democrats said he was wonderful.
I'm just not buying it, andI don't think the country does even Yeah,
hey, Congressman, good to talkto you as usual. A couple

(08:07):
of questions. Number one, areyou going to get Alvin Bragg and Michael
Colangelo to drag their ass before theJudiciary Committee? Because I got some questions
I think, and I'm sure youdo too, that need to be asked
to them. Yeah, we hope. So you know, we've invited them
the bees in front of the committeenext Thursday, the thirteenth. If they

(08:28):
don't come, then we'll have tolook at using compulsory beans and what do
these look at the subpoena power toget them there. But yeah, we
want to. I mean, rememberthey had that press conference after the decision
last week and they got all thepressed there, the mainstream press asking them
all these friendly questions, and theywere all smiles and kicks and giggles and
all that. Well, if that'syour attitude there like come answer questions in
Congress, like we'd like to askColangelo, Okay, what kind of communications

(08:52):
did you have with the Biden JusticeDepartment when you went back to New York?
Remember he started a Latisia James AttorneyGeneral, started in that office in
New York, came down here withwas one of the high ranking senior officials
in the Justice Department, then wentback to manhad back to New York and
works for Alvin Bragg, so hecan prosecute this case. I think there's
questions about, you know, whatkind of what was there in type of
communications that we need to know aboutany coordination here, those kind of questions

(09:15):
that think are appropriate for him.And then Alvin Bragg, you know,
you change. You said you weren'tgoing to bring the case. You cannot.
This is a direct quote. Icannot envision a world where I would
indict President Trump and call Michael Cohenas a prosecution witness. But then he
did just that after President Trump anounceshe's running for a president. So what
changed? What was the change? So I think there's a number of questions
we want to ask these guys, and let's hope they actually show up and

(09:37):
answer them. Cool. Cool,And the other one is, well,
have you been losing sleep since FultonCounty da Fanny Willis called you a clown
a couple of weeks ago to thatfeelings really nice? Are you able to
like lay at night? And theother thing is Friday. On his show,
Steve Steve Bannon suggested that you andJames Comer are bought in, paid

(10:00):
for by big donors and that's whynothing gets done. Just so respond to
both of you'd like, well,I mean, look, I've done done
one hundred subpoenas. I mean justour committee. It's probably that's probably more
than the rest of Congress combined.I'm almost sure it is. Uh not
that we're trying to set a record. We're just trying to do our job.
We had Robert Costello come down andtestified, and a week later,
the Trump team puts him on asa witness in the in the in the

(10:22):
case because Costello had important information aboutMichael Cohen to give to the country.
Uh So, we're going to justdo our job. People are always going
to criticize, but that's fine.I'm just focused on doing our job,
getting getting the facts, and thenfiguring out how we use those facts to
impact legislation that needs it needs tohappen, and or use the power of

(10:43):
the purse to stop some of this. Uh, this this weaponization of these
agencies. So I get called allkinds of names from from everybody. It's
just part of the deal. WhatI'm folks on doing is what I told
the folks back in the fourth Districtof Ohio would do, and that's go
fight for them their family and dowhat I told them I was going to
do. Congressman also, in agiven Fauci hasn't been in this situation,

(11:05):
hasn't been in front of the Housepanel, and what twenty twenty two I
believe was the last time. Likewhat I'm just trying to understand, So
what how did this come about? How did this new line of question or
you know this this come about?Hearing? Yeah, well, there's a
there's a select committee on on thecoronavirus that is chaired by a fellow ohioland
of Brad Winstrom, and they've beenworking this Congress on doing depositions behind the

(11:30):
scenes and then and then having somesome public hearings. For me, the
big takeaway was doctor Redfield, whowas the head of CVC and on the
Coronavirus Task Force. He actually believedthat this thing started in a lab,
and doctor doctor Redfield testify that Faucijust shrut him out, wouldn't communicate with
him because he disagreed with that theory. And yet you have Fauci today on

(11:50):
the witness stand saying, oh,no, no, no, I still
don't know which theories where, whetherit started in the lab or whether it
was you know, from nature asI always say, whether it was you
know, a bat to a angleinto a hippoponymous to Joe Rogan, and
then the whole world gets COVID.You know which one was it? Doctor
City is still open? He doesn't. No, but belooney because the doctor
reential tests fight and said no,no, no, you thought it was
the other. And because I thoughtit came from a lab, you kept

(12:13):
me out of all kinds of meetingsand important important things with the Coronavirus Task
for So yeah, what do youthen say to people, because we get
it constantly and I know you dotoo, that are saying, hey,
is anything going to come of this? And I mean, I just I
love when people can hear you actuallysay you know it's clear what you want

(12:35):
to happen here, but you Unfortunatelyit's not just you that gets to decide
how this works, and there arejust I get it a lot. I
know you do as well, andyou see it all over social media,
especially if you post something or whathave you. So is anything going to
come of this or how many stepsare we away from something coming of this
or that kind of a thing.Yeah, I think in the end,

(12:58):
No, it's a common question, but I think in the end, you
got to have a new president. You gotta have a new attorney general if
anyone's ever going to be held accountable. We've proposed legislation, We've passed legislation
out of our committee that we thinkhelps certain sits like we passed legislation that
says, if one of these roguestate prosecutors like Alvin Bragg and Fannie willis
bringing charge again to former president orformer vice president, you can move to

(13:18):
change the venue and move that tofederal court where you get a different jury
pool, you get a broader jurypool. You can you can you can
do those things. That bill wepassed out a committee months ago. So
there's legislative approaches that that are helpful, But in the end, I don't
think anyone gets held accountable, whetherit's you know, Bragg Willis, anyone's
a Justice Department or vouts he oranybody else until you get a new president,

(13:39):
until you get a new because theexecutive branch have to bring the charges
to do the indictment that the legislativebrands can't do that Under our constitution,
separate and equal branches of government havedifferent responsibilities and the checks and balances that
we all learned about in school howour great system works. So it's going
to depend on the new Attorney General, whoever that ends up being in a
Trump administration. Very good, Thankyou so much, Congressman Jim Jordan,

(14:00):
appreciate you. See you man,
