(00:00):
Who's going to be the vice presidentif Kamala gets elevated to the top of
the ticket. That's another question that'sout here, one of those ones that
I think there's about seventy five differentanswers for. And uh, thank you
for listening to the Mark Blazer Show. Welcome in Mark Blazer over there,
Josh Cese and man oh Man.Over the weekend, anybody shot that Biden
(00:24):
pulled out of the pulled out ofthe race. Did anybody tell him yet
that he's out? That's the otherquestion. Did. I seriously don't think
he had It was his choice, and I think I think he I I
honest to God, Mark, Ibelieve that they told Biden after they released
the fact that I could just seeBarack call him, going it's over,
(00:47):
Joe, Oh you're run, We'repulling Overdeo up. Anyway, nothing about
this makes sense. Look, look, you were never going to beat grump.
That's pretty good, but nutting.Nothing about any of this makes any
sense. The way it was done, how it was done. Now,
the only thing we were right, like we said on Friday after our oh
(01:11):
the worst foody Friday of all time. That was bad, that was awful,
anyway, we said it then thatyou, me and Chuck All said,
by the time our shows hit theair on Monday, he will have
dropped out of the race. Andby god, we were right. We
were right. I was having aconversation yesterday with a bunch of different people
(01:34):
via text and just kind of floatingaround, you know, what's going to
happen, what could possibly happen withthe scenario as it as it stands right
now. First of all, whata bizarre This just goes hand in hand
with everything else bizarre that has happenedduring this administration, from everything that's happened
(01:57):
to President Trump, former president,to everything that is happening with this current
president. It just I don't know. At any point is there any it's
not been surprising to see him dropout. Yesterday was just like okay,
there we go. And then yougot a lot of people starting to speculate,
well, he probably think about howmuch money they could have saved if
(02:19):
you would have done it before. And now it's you know, scramble,
scramble, scramble, and then we'regoing, wait a minute, Kamala,
not so fast. Then you startreading about some of these polls out here,
you know. There was a pollrelease July eighteenth revealing and overwhelming majority
of Democrats approved Kamala Harris replacing Biden. Again. That was a few days
(02:39):
ago. Then there was another onethat found that seventy nine percent of Democrats
would support Harris at the parties asthe party's nominee. Twenty eight percent more
said Harris was more likely than Bidento defeat Trump. I don't understand if
they were pulling just about the same, why did they pull Biden? I
mean it was versus Trump, andif they were within one or two points
(03:02):
each one of them in a headto head, be it Kamala or Joe
Biden, why did they pull Bidennow? Because you know, we all
know that it was because he wouldnot possibly beat Trump in November, which
was I feel like the motive forthem to go ahead and pull the plug
on him. Yet they were pullingvery similar with it with regards so it's
(03:27):
not like she was like, youknow, ten points better than him in
multiple polls, you know what Imean. It's like, I don't know,
I don't believe that because this isthe woman that got zero delegates in
the primary in twenty twenty. Thevery first to drop out. Biden also
says this on Twitter on X Yeah, there there's no so this is bizarre,
so bizarre. His staff puts thisout on X. Okay, that
(03:53):
is not the way this should go. A decision like dropping out of the
race. Lynnon Johnson gave a primetime speech talking about I shall not seek
my party's nomination for the presidential Youknow, so they and a couple of
things are not adding up. WhenI was telling you about this earlier,
(04:14):
there's a did do? The internetis mean and ruthless, and this is
really bizarre. Why wasn't that unofficialpresidential notarized, water marked letterhead? Why
why that like just added like somebodygrabbed a piece of paper in type Biden's
name at the top and from theOffice of Joseph Biden. It just said
(04:36):
no, I didn't even say that. It just said Joseph Biden, Jr.
Man. And then the signature doesnot look like his normal signature.
I'm telling you, would you besurprised now you come to find out at
this point is anything surprising? Theonly thing that would for me that would
(04:58):
surprise me the most, and we'vealready tossed it around, is if Kamala
ends up not being the person, and Michelle Obama ends up. That's the
only thing that would surprise me themost. And we've kicked this around already
with regard to Michelle, I don'tthink there's much of a chance. And
then somebody comes out with Kamala aspresident and Obama at Barack Obama as VP,
(05:23):
because he could I mean, thinkabout that for a second, stupid.
I was just like sitting there staringat my phone, going, are
you freaking kidding me? Those tworight there would floor I think anybody,
if somehow that would up you thinkthat, You think that power hungry whussan
communist is going to play second fiddleto a vapid moron like Kamala. Harris,
(05:47):
just stop. I hope his egois so big that it wouldn't matter
what was offered, you know,I don't care what was offered. What
was offered, by the way,you know, assuming Biden actually agreed to
this, what was offered to himin exchange for this as well, I
don't think it was offered to him. I think it was offered to Jill
(06:10):
in Hunter. Yeah at v IMis what I meant. Yeah, yeah,
So and you're going exactly what mymind was kind of processing the other
It's so crazy, it's so hardto grass. It's just like, you
feel like there's so much here totalk about. There's so much to talk
about with this situation. There's soall these crazy scenarios that can play out,
(06:35):
and maybe we're giving them too muchcredit. Maybe we're overthinking it.
I mean with regard to her,is she now going to snatch back some
of the black vote that was probablynot gonna pull the lever for Biden?
I mean, I have some ofthem, I know, because at this
point female vote she was Yeah, but Biden was always gonna win the female
(07:00):
vote, more female vote with her. Now, I don't know that.
And again I'm just throwing stuff out. I don't blue collar women, uh
you know, are if they weren'tvoting for Biden before, they're not going
(07:21):
to magically just go oh you know. Kamala, Yeah, I just don't
believe that. There's a reason she'sbecome one of the most unpopular vice presidents
in history and poll wise, andthis is not I don't see how this
helps them. I think actually Bidenwould have had a better chance than kama
(07:42):
was going to have against him.Who's she gonna put on the ticket?
That is another question. Also,Pete boodagic right to get the there's your
gay white guy boom. She's coveredall her base, black female gay vice
president half Indian I think, rightor Indo Pacific or whatever they keep calling
the first black or woman for anIndo Pacific Like, who cares this?
(08:05):
To stop it? Go back tothe primaries. She's the first one out
right, yep, got like nosupport whatsoever, none, was pulling at
zero going after Biden, calling hima racist and all of these things about
him, and then ends up clearlyjumping on board with him. Now we
fast forward through this whole debacle whichhas been his administration, his presidency,
(08:28):
and to the people who are saying, well, if she gets elevated,
how much then can they she canjust possibly blame some stuff without actually saying
I'm blaming this on Biden. Butthe fact of the matter is it's their
administration. And Trump has already begantalking about that. He did, and
I saw a little clip he heand JD had to sit down with Jesse
(08:52):
Waters. I believe that's going toair tonight. I saw I watched a
good chunk of that. It wasall They've already shown a good chunk of
that. Yeah, I think thereis more to come from that. But
during that, basically he's going, look, this is about the administration,
the person and un paraphrasing, isinconsequential who it is because this administration.
But if they what if they startputting people in who are not necessarily connected
(09:16):
to this and saying, well,we've seen the error of what we were
watching. I mean so I justthere's all these different things. Do I
think it ultimately? I don't thinkit'll move them needle enough enough. It
is this, This was all planned, all right. The deep state bastards
tried to kill Trump. That wasan inside job. You can't tell me
(09:37):
otherwise. You tell me a bunchof you know, a bunch of normal
people spot a shooter, but theSecret Service can't spot a shooter crawling on
a roof where there's snipers one hundredand thirty yards looking down upon him.
Truth, this was an inside hitjob. This was this was the deep
state, and they missed. Theyscrewed up. Okay, So what it
(10:00):
has been happening all week all peoplehave been talking about is a Trump assassination,
Trump assassination, Trump assassination. He'sgotten more popular, He's gained favorability.
That pictures will go down as oneof the five most iconic pictures in
American history. Correct. I trulybelieve that that'll stand two hundred years from
now. And they this, there'sa reason this yesterday, a week after
(10:26):
they tried to kill him. Joe'sgot to go because guess what now,
all of a sudden, nobody's talkingabout Trump assassination anymore. Oh, we're
talking about Joe. But he's sacrificedfor his country. He was. He's
doing such a thing. He's sucha pig because they were tired of They
know that Trump is a sympathetic figure, now, believe it or not,
(10:48):
not to the lunatic comis right, the far left, right, the far
left. But but he is agreed. Yeah, he's a sympathetic figure.
Think about this. If they wouldhave announced this on Thursday, if they
knew this was coming. Of course, he didn't get COVID until what was
it Friday, Thursday or Friday? Was it Thursday? Friday? If they
would have announced this Thursday when Trump, you know, final day of the
(11:09):
RNC, they could have stolen someof that thunder. I feel like too,
because I was thinking about that theycould have stolen some of that in
my estimation, in my opinion,or what have you. Kamala has,
according to what I was seeing earlierthis morning, five hundred and thirty one
delegates she needs, of course onnine eighty six delegates, so right now
(11:30):
she's got roughly almost twenty five percentof what she needs. Pelosi endorses Kamala.
That was just a little bit ago. That's huge, right, I
mean in those circles, that's huge. I I listen, anybody who thinks
that it's going to be anybody butKamala. You got another thing coming,
(11:50):
and I don't think Michelle Obama wantsany part of it. I think Kamala.
You're right, Kamala is sacrificial lamb. I truly believe they've abandoned the
bit the White House. She's theguy after the guy. Yeah right,
I truly believe that they have abandonedthe White House, and they are putting
(12:13):
all their eggs into trying to takeback the House, even and it looks
really bad for them in the Senate, so they're going to do everything they
can to at least get the Houseand put Nancy back in or HAKM Jeffries
whatever slash Nancy who cares that theone and the same, right, Then
that way they can at least bethe breaks they that's for the Trump vehicle,
(12:35):
right, yes, correct, becauseI think they know, even if
it's close with the Van jd vancewould be the tiebreaker in the Senate.
I mean, because I think Ithink the jd vance picked. I think
Sharon Brown's done here in Ohio.I do It's gonna be tough. I'm
not. I'm not, you know, I don't assume anything right, right,
(12:58):
but I think the Senate is verymuch They think they are going to
lose that in the White House,so they're putting all their eggs in.
They're trying to salvage something out ofthis. The chair of the Federal Election
Commission says that the campaign war chestmight not automatically transfer to Kamala about one
hundred million in cash on hand, which I was off I put on Facebook.
(13:20):
I thought it was two hundred millionfor whatever reason, so I was
off by well fifty percent. Soanyway, they filed paperwork to change its
name from Biden for President to Harrisfor president. The chair is saying the
process is more complicated, could involvelegal challenges before she can access the money.
But what's interesting is it's already beingreported that she's raised nearly fifty million
(13:45):
in grassroots donations just since Biden suspendedyesterday. Fifty excuse me, fifty million.
Fifty million. Yeah, so there'sanother, there's another. So Pelosi,
now there's the conversation is about Pelosihas been in charge this whole time
(14:09):
with Biden. Remember how she keptsaying, well, it's really his decision
on whether or not he runs, and he's the whole time going, yeah,
I'm not, I'm I'm going torun, I'm I'm I'm gonna contell
I'm gonna be here for the people. Well, it's really your decision.
And once you make that, wellI made this. So they're starting to
kind of put the pieces together andsay she's really the one that's running things.
(14:33):
So this is enormous that she endsup backing Kamala, I think so
I think I think Kamala will endup being the person they elevate to the
top of the ticket. But there'sa lot of a talk that she still
may not be the actual person thatis elevated. And again, I like
the Pete Boodhage edge thing. Ithink that is a very very very very
(14:54):
real possibility. I think that.I mean, you know, the v
It's like, oh, we're sucha bold, brave nation. We have
a gay vice president, Like,no one gives the damn who the vice
president that has sex with nobody Likeif that is your motivation to vote for
that ticket, Like, well, you know what, they they put a
(15:18):
gay guy on the I wasn't goingto vote for her, but now I
will because of the gay guy.Dude, don't underestimate she will get that.
Some of the vote would happen justsimply because of that. I don't
know how many she's going to runon three issues abortion, she's going to
run on the LGBTQ protect you know, like all these GOP states they're passing
(15:41):
all these laws. They're coming afterour trans children. We gotta protect them,
blah blah blah. And the onlyother thing I think she can possibly
possibly school buses. Yeah. Ukrainea small country next Russia, which is
a bigger country. Yeah, butI think maybe she would. All I
(16:08):
know is, if you're Zelensky rightnow, you're grateful. It's Kamala.
I love the meme with it,it looks like he's fifty two. Miss
phone calls from Zelenski. Please stillgood? Right, We're still good you
Please still send money. I'm scaredof call me.
