wanted to know, is there any validity of that and

Well, remember the Supreme Court ruled on states who were
using the same clause as the Fourteenth Amendment at attempting

Thank goodness, the United States Supreme Court said nine to
zero you cannot do that. So Supreme courts ruled on this,

saying you can have these individual states doing it. What
Congress made I mean Jamie Raskin, he did, I mean,
I know Congress and Raskin debate him all the time.
They may try it. He said things. He said a
number of things about this. And of course, if President
Trump wins, which I think is going to happen, who
knows what the Democrats will try to do on January sixth,
when you have to certify the electors and go from there. Now,

there was legislation passed last Congress that made it more
difficult to object to the accounting of the electors and
accepting it and approving the electors from the respect active
state on January sixth. That was done by Democrats. Is
chaining a handful of Republicans as much Democrats voted for that,

Yeah, I don't. I was asked, I think once about
the Myorcists, and you know you just like you can't
really name one thing the guy's done well, no one
than it is a bad thing after bad things. So yeah,
it'd be good when he's gone. H when this administration
is finished and President Trump puts someone in a homeland
security who will do the job, right.

I mean, how about how about we uh use some
of the money that we continue I mean, it's the
obvious answer. Yet they just want to continue to act like,
oh no, that's not really an option to use any
of that money.

It's marked for something else.

And the speaker, the speaker I think has been clearly
as indicated that there was money appropriated. Uh you know,
because some people know all the Congress needs to come
back and and you know, borrow more money and then
appropriated for for my workers to use. But there was
money already appropriated, so the Speaker has been clear on
that and says we're not coming back until after President
Trump wins the selection.
