The latest Real Estate Institute data shows Auckland’s median house price increased by 11.5 percent over the past year to $920,000.
A third more properties were sold in the region in July this year, compared to the same month last year.
But the big question is whether the housing market will bounce back again with level three in Auckland being extended.
