today, the court in the wrongfulconviction in New York has delayed the
sentence scene until well after the RepublicanNational Convention. It had been coincidentally timed

his convictions. So in any case, the sentencing now, which you can
expect, will likely go forward inSeptember. Unfortunately, that sentencing will be

today, the court in the wrongfulconviction in New York has delayed the
sentence scene until well after the RepublicanNational Convention. It had been coincidentally timed

his convictions. So in any case, the sentencing now, which you can
expect, will likely go forward inSeptember. Unfortunately, that sentencing will be

war was legitimate. Correct, Well, let me ask you to and are
you saying that, Well, theSteele Dotsier was put to be false and
a campaign you know, uh byHillary took Clinton. So but Obama used

that Steele Dotsier to obtain the buythe war. Now understand you understand my
angle, and otherwise I do.Can I take a second to address it
because Obama libel or not right?And that will turn on at that point
whether Obama was acting as president orwhether he was acting as a political candidate

or the head of his party.And the Supreme Court addressed that within the
opinion, if he took that actionas president of the United States protected if
it's a core function, absolute immunity. If it's an outer perimeter function,
presumed immunity. But it can bechallenged. Now that would come back to
the factual finding of in what capacityhe took that action. My initial reaction

is no, that that would beto the extent if you had president Obama
involved in the Steele dossier, whichwas being done for purely political purposes.
My guess is that would not beconsidered an official act. That would be
you know, in his capacity asa leader of his political party, that
his act was not official. Wellright by correct, because what the Supreme

Court said is the burden is onthose who seek to prove it is not
an official act. And then whatthe Supreme Court critically did, and we'll
talk about this more in the weeksto come, is the Supreme Court limited
the type of inquiry the type ofevidence that could be submitted on that because

to get that evidence, such asinto the president's motives, you would have
to then again invade this separation ofpowers just through the probe itself. I
get you, I understand, butyou also understand a quandary involved with it.

to prove How are you going toprove one way or the other that the
act was either official or personally motivated? How are you going to the same
