Speaker 1 (00:00):
This is Dan Caplis and welcome to today's online podcast

single day on your favorite podcast platform. That celebration continue.
I think it's going to reach a new crescendo as well,
because so many concrete things starting to fall into place,
(00:22):
not all the way there, but moving the right direction
and so quickly. I just personally have the belief that
that this is one of those moments, and not many
people get to live through one of those moments, but
one of those moments where there's this, this opportunity, kind
of this golden window, this chance for an enormous step
forward for America and the world. And yeah, I can't
(00:46):
think for a single time in my short lifetime that
rivals this. And it's just it's exciting to be alive
right now. And it probably had to come after one
of these dramatic victories where now Trump was as low
as somebody can be charged with all these false charges,
everything else, facing jail, et cetera, and then through just
his own personal inner strength and the support of his
(01:08):
loyal followers and just that commitment. He just kept going
and now has won this massive victory and you see,
you see the world starting to move the right direction.
And part of that, just on a fun level, was
Joe Scarborough and Mika, you know, who have been just
haters to the ultimate Max and shameless about lying to
(01:31):
harm Trump and to help his opponent, you know, now
coming out and bending the knee and going to Marra
A Lago to meet with him.
Speaker 2 (01:40):
What we did agree on was to resto our communications.
My father often spoke with world leaders with whom he
and the United States profoundly disagreed. That's a task shared
by reporters and commentators alike. We had not spoken to
President Trump since March of other than a personal call
(02:02):
Joe made to Trump on the morning after the attempt
on his life in Butler, Pennsylvania. In this meeting, President
Trump was tearful, he was upbeat. He seemed interested in
finding common ground with Democrats on some of the most
divisive issues.
Speaker 1 (02:18):
And I'm really glad Trump took that meeting because again,
as we've been talking about this, it's a great opportunity
for unity, you know, unifying around success, which is what
Trump has been talking about. Now, Obviously, mik and Joe
don't hate Trump any less, right, probably would still love
to see him die behind bars, but they understand that
their own selfish interest is tied up and trying to
(02:42):
make peace with him, and so listen, anything it takes
to get America more unified, less polarized moving in the
same direction. If it's a group of people who still
absolutely hate the guy but see their own self interest
now in supporting him, what that do I care? As
long as they're doing something to help him move in
(03:05):
the right direction and doing less to try to undermine them.
They're still going to try to undermine them, right, But
this is a positive where we're seeing much more positive
among reasonable people who normally tend to vote Democrat or whatever,
but obviously saw the light in this election cycle and
now are open minded. There's this opportunity for the GOP.
But again, these are Trump voters, not necessarily GOP voters,
(03:28):
and now the GOP has to earn it. How do
you think the GOP should go ahead and earn it? Now?
I think one enormous opportunity sitting right there on the
table doesn't require any kind of legislation is keep the
promise to immediately round up and deport those here illegally
who have committed other crimes, in other words, criminal illegal immigrants.
(03:50):
And Trump's target right now is vote is not folks
who came here illegally and have not committed other crimes.
He's made it clear that he may seek to port
some of those who came more recently, but there are
so many hundreds of thousands of folks here illegally who've
committed other serious crimes, either here or in the country
(04:10):
of origin. And then Biden and Harris just sat him
come in unvetted. So I think Trump's going to have
spoken or unspoken ninety ten support in America to go
ahead and execute that, and I think he's going to
do it, and that'll be the first big step toward
the GOP hopefully holding on to enough of these voters
to win long term. Glad you're here, Love your thoughts
(04:32):
on any of this are going to be moving really
quick because we have so much ground cover and want
to get to this. I think this is a wonderful story,
and this is again part of this tipping point moment.
I believe we're living in where if there's going to
be some low hanging fruit, and there're gonna be some
things that can be cleaned up quickly. But I think
(04:52):
the chance for a real seismic lasting changes here. Now,
let's start with this issue, because it's always been nutty,
it's always been insane, this idea that biological males with
male organs and everything else should be allowed in women's
showers and allowed to go dominate women's sports just because
they say they're women. That's just true insanity, right, And
(05:14):
nobody has ever been able to point out to me,
Ryan ground zero, the origin. Where did this madness ever start?
And this is no knock on our transgender friends. One
of the people I respect most in life is transgender.
That this is just a knock on a public policy
which is suicidal, insane and screamingly, blatantly, flagrantly anti woman.
(05:36):
How did we ever get to this point? What could
be more anti woman? Some things could, but not many
things could be more anti woman than saying, oh, yeah,
you know, your private space is like your showers and
your bathrooms. No, no guys with male organs are going
to be able to walk in there just by saying
I'm a woman and they're going to be able to
take over your sports flagrantly anti woman. So I don't
(05:59):
think you can point me Ryan to ground zero that moment.
How did the Democratic Party ever just slavishly devote themselves
to worshiping this so called right.
Speaker 3 (06:10):
Well, from ground zero to the kind of culminating moment,
i'll call it, that was more gradual. But I believe
it was the Leah Thomas story, which was covered pun
not intended as straight news, meaning this is just how
it is, and this is Leah Thomas, and isn't Leah
a hero and should be able to participate? And knocked
(06:30):
a woman off the podium, and then Riley Gaines responding
to that, gained traction.
Speaker 4 (06:35):
And I think people weren't.
Speaker 3 (06:36):
Paying attention because it was in a swimming pool, it's
a lot harder to kind of quantify it. But if
it would have been on a basketball court or something
where women were getting spiked in the face by volleyballs,
we've seen that too. Yeah, yeah, then I think people
did start really paying attention at that point.
Speaker 1 (06:50):
Yeah, But respectfully, how did it ever start? How did
the Democratic Party ever get to this point of madness?
But they paid for it and It's good they paid
for it because it exposed them is being so madly
far left on everything. So here's a good point. Here
is a great story of this lawsuit brought by San
Jose women volleyball players and other women volleyball players in
(07:12):
the Mountain West.
Speaker 3 (07:15):
Well, this morning, the controversy over a trans athlete on
the women's volleyball team over at San Jose State University
is heading to court the.
Speaker 1 (07:22):
Base BOBADL Jones is life from campus this morning. A
lawsuit's being filed now, Bob.
Speaker 5 (07:29):
Correct, morning, Jo, Laura and Marcus, the co captain of
the women's volleyball team here at Santose State and assistant coach,
and ten other athletes from five other universities are party
to this lawsuit.
Speaker 4 (07:40):
They have filed this one.
Speaker 5 (07:41):
Aren't thirty two page lawsuits to be able to see
it on your screen? Against the West the Mountain West.
Speaker 1 (07:47):
Got way overdue, and Ryan, I go back to it.
I think the single most powerful political ad of our
lifetime that ed calling Kamala Harrison the left out on
this craziness. And I can't wait to see how the
Democrats try to get out of this, because they know
they have to. They know they have to, and this
issue is going to follow them and follow them and
(08:08):
follow them. And when we head into these races we're
in right now for governor of Colorado in twenty six
and that US Senate seat in twenty six, I hope
our GOP nominees, whoever they are, they relentlessly pound their
Democrat opponent on this. On this listen, do you support this?
Should should a mail with all these male organs be
(08:29):
able to walk into that woman's shower? Should they be
able to play that woman's sports and relentlessly pound on that.
Trump spent one hundred and thirty million dollars on that ad.
That was probably a third of their ad buy. Now
we don't have access to all the pack spending and
everything else, but that's how effective it was. For good reason. Hey,
(08:49):
when we come back, I want to update you on
these allegations against Matt Gates. What's happening now is a
lawyer for one of the women who's making allegations about
Gates is going public. He's going public on the predictable
places CNN, MSNBC, et cetera. And he's saying some things
about Gates that, if proven true, probably would prevent confirmation.
(09:14):
But I want to get your take on that. And
that's a big if if proven true, because remember Justice Department.
You have to believe the Biden administration hates Gates. You know,
Justice Department did not charge you. You're on the Dan
Capla Show.
Speaker 4 (09:28):
And now back to the Dan Taplass Show podcast.
Speaker 6 (09:31):
All the things that make me mad about those other
guys and all the things they do wrong, the one
thing that I will not forgive them for is they're
try to steal the joy from this country.
Speaker 3 (09:41):
Hold wait a minute, right, Trumps like hunting dance moves
are sweeping the isn't it and winning him a lot
of fans across the floor.
Speaker 1 (09:53):
Trump's dance, More's run shows brown and even after he's
election country and everyone they're going to bunch. The video
of college pro NFL guys now, you know doing the drum,
which I love because even I can do the trumping.
I think if I ever tried to be a good dancer,
(10:15):
I would be. I mean, nat they have good rhythm.
I've just you know, never focused on trying to learn
how to dance other than just before our wedding day.
But small price to pay for thirty years of bliss,
thirty plus years of bliss, Yes, ongoing and anyway. But yeah,
the Trump dance, how would you best describe it.
Speaker 3 (10:32):
It's like a two fist pumping motion and options opposite directions, pistons, firings. Yes,
and it's got to be during YMCA, I think the
most part. And Hulk Hogan just did it on Laura Ingram.
Speaker 1 (10:42):
How about this. Everybody's doing it, world leaders are doing it.
Speaker 4 (10:45):
I saw how about a Chinese wedding of all places.
Speaker 1 (10:49):
God rest that guy's soul. Oh God, Yeah, it was
worth it. But no, I don't think it's limited to YMCA.
I think I can do it to every song that's
ever played for the rest of my life, Like if
I go to a wedding or something else and I
have to, like if when Caroline and Joe get married,
I've got to learn to dance before those weddings. But
(11:10):
I can do the trump to everything. Yeah, maybe not
the first dance, Like your daughter gets married and then
it's the first dance with their dad. I don't think
we can do the Trump dance unless she does it too.
If she does, it is some part and at some
point in the process. Yeah, we break into the the
Trump dance.
Speaker 4 (11:27):
Make sure I see you're doing right now.
Speaker 1 (11:29):
Anybody can do it, and that's part of the beauty
of it. But so cool to see so many college
and pro players doing it now. Really cheap clickbait by
Fox because they just had a whole segment up there
with Brett Favre and their chirn was, will the NFL
try to bar the Trump dance? You know they the
NFL will bar helmets before they bar the Trump dance?
Speaker 3 (11:50):
Right, It would be an absolutely acidine move from a
marketing standpoint where we are.
Speaker 1 (11:55):
It was cheap clickbait. Cheap clickbait.
Speaker 3 (11:58):
Brett FIV was just down with Laura Ingram talking about
that very issue. As a matter of fact, of course,
I think Brett Fire's at least one small reason why
Trump why Wisconsin didn't hurt.
Speaker 1 (12:08):
Yeah, sure's that didn't hurt. I think having the convention
there helped. But but yeah, I don't think that hurt
one little bit. Dan, speaking of clickbait, are you going
to tease Colorado Secretary of State through the end of
your show again? Come on, man, ain't defamation if it's true,
thank you that you know it's probably my single biggest
weakness as a talk show host. You would think I
(12:30):
would have corrected it after almost thirty years, But sometimes
I'll tease things and then get so excited about something
new I forget to deliver on it. So anyway, yes,
I'll deliver on it right now, but we're going to
do it more in depth tomorrow. Colorado Secretary's State, right.
I don't think anybody can dispute the fact we have
(12:52):
a genuine scandal of epic proportions. And the scandal isn't
so much the six hundred very significant passwords being left
online for months. You know, that's evidence of gross incompetence
and shows that Griswold truly doesn't care about election integrity.
(13:12):
But there's no evidence at this point that those that
that horrific breach turned into any type of election integrity issue.
Let me take that back, turned into an actual breaching
of the machines. It certainly was an election integrity issue.
(13:33):
Here's the scandal, and I don't think anybody can dispute it.
No Democrat, no Republican, nobody can dispute it. Not just
a scandal, but a scandal of epic proportions. Maybe one
of the two three biggest scandals in Colorado political history.
The fact that Griswold then made a premeditated, deliberate decision
once she learned of this breach to not inform her clerks.
(13:58):
Now at that point she knew that that heightened, it
magnified any potential threat to election integrity, but she hit
it anyway. She hit it anyway because it would have
made her look bad. If that isn't scandal, and if
(14:19):
it isn't one of the worst scandals in the history
of Colorado politics, what would be? And yet, what do
we get right now from Polis and Wiser and other
top Democrats. We get relative crickets. So they mouthed a
few words about some outside investigation, but that's total garbage.
They obviously don't mean it because they know how to
(14:40):
do and they know how to push for a true
independent investigation. It needs to be a Republican It needs
to be a special prosecutor who has full subpoena power
to get to the bottom of it and to independently
confirm that there were no breaches of election integrity because
of the publication of the passwords, and to be able
(15:00):
to issue a full public report. So that the public
can then have confidence and election integrity. But they refuse
to do that because Jenna Griswold's a fellow Democrat, which
at that point makes it scandalous behavior on their part, right,
scandalous behavior in Polist's part, scandalous behavior on Wiser's part,
(15:21):
scandalous behavior on the part of every major elected Democrat
unless they have stood up and said we need a true,
outside independent prosecutor, and they haven't because we all sit
here saying there's no reason to believe any crime was committed.
And I'm in that camp at this point. I don't
have any reason to believe a crimes committed. But I'm
not a criminal lawyer. I'm not a criminal prosecutor. Yeah,
(15:42):
I do catastrophic injury work. We need a Republican DA
independent to review all the behavior and then match it
up with the statutes and to tell the public whether
there is or is not any criminal behavior here. Well,
what this tells you at its core is that they
(16:04):
truly don't care about election integrity. Obviously Griswold doesn't. She
was willing to hide it from her own clerks just
so she didn't look bad, So she obviously doesn't give
a damn about election integrity, and it confirms that police
doesn't and Wiser doesn't, yees, so it just it exposes
all of them. And again I sure hope whoever is
(16:27):
the GOP nominee for governor, US Senate whatever, I sure
hope they hold their feet to the fire in this
because this is another issue that cuts through the normal
noise in the normal clutter, and voters get just like
the whole idea of oh okay, yeah you John Nikolebure
running for center again, do you think that guy with
all the male organs and everything else should be able
(16:48):
to walk into that girl's shower, you know. Pin them
down on that, pin them down on that. And the
same thing with Griswold. You never called for an independent product,
you know, and make them wear because they are doing
that now. Then you get to another real interesting part.
Why are they protecting her? Why are they protecting her?
(17:11):
Because obviously so many of them are lining up behind
Wiser now in the governor's race, So why are they
protecting Griswold. I think I know why they're protecting Griswold
because of her gender and because all the Phil Wiser's
and the Jared Polises and the Michael Bennetts and the
John Hickenloopers of the world are extraordinarily vulnerable as the
(17:32):
phonies they are, you know, just pretending to be holier
than now diversity, equity inclusion folks. And then who in
the Democratic Party holds all the top jobs boring white guys,
either boring middle aged white guys or boring older white guys.
So their total phonies when it comes to all this
diversity stuff. And Jennet Griswold happens to be females, so
(17:55):
they feel their hands are tied, but they're willing to
sacrifice the interests of the people of Colorado for their
own political benefit. So they're all covering for Jenna Griswold,
and it shows you who they really are and that
they just don't care about election integrity. Here on the
Dan Caplas Show.
Speaker 4 (18:15):
You're listening to the Dan Kaplis Show podcast.
Speaker 7 (18:18):
Religion and Christianity are the biggest things missing from this country,
and I truly believe that we need to bring them.
Speaker 1 (18:24):
Back, and we have to bring them back fast. I
think it's one of the biggest problems we have. That's
why our country is going haywire. We've lost religion in
our country. All Americans need a Bible in their home,
and I have many. It's my favorite book. It's a
lot of people's favorite book.
Speaker 7 (18:41):
This Bible is a reminder that the biggest thing we
have to bring back America and to make America great
again is our religion.
Speaker 1 (18:49):
Religion is so important, it's so missing, but it's going
to come back, and it's going to come back strong,
just like our country is going to come back.
Speaker 6 (18:55):
Straw.
Speaker 1 (18:57):
Oh, I tell you somebody who agrees with them, The Founders, right,
They weren't subtle about it. They put it right there
at the end of the Declaration of Independence, with reliance
on divine providence, we pledged you our lives, our fortune,
our sacred honor. Yeah. So the Founders agreed with President
Trump or President Trump agreed with Founders, doesn't matter that
the point is the same and there's no arguing with that.
(19:18):
You go back, you read the Founders.
Speaker 4 (19:19):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (19:20):
They they designed this great experiment in self governance for
religious people. They believed that that people had to be religious,
they had to be very moral in order to be
able to make this self governance work. And they're one
hundred percent right. About that, and I think one of
the things we just saw on election night was we
(19:40):
saw many, many more people voting their faith as the
contrast between you know, that the Republican nominee and the
modern Democratic Party becomes more and more clear. And this
goes back to my earlier point, you know about we
got to understand Democrats because I was one once for
a long time, and and you know, so much of
(20:03):
that voting is habitual, not among the crazies, the far
lefties who want guys with packages walking through women's showers,
not those nut jobs. I'm talking about just normal, everyday Democrats.
So much of it is as habitual, So much of
it is a negative stereotype of Republicans. Enough of those
people are reachable and persuadable because they're good people. They're
(20:23):
not nuts, they're good people who just have this image
of the GOP and they're locked into the habit of
voting dem And then yeah, the Dems are, boy, they're
getting weird, But but those Republicans are all these things
the stereotype puts in your mind. And then as the
left goes further and further left, that's why that Trump
ad was so powerful. That's why they spend one hundred
(20:43):
and thirty million on it and the left is still
whining about it. The one that pointed out that the reality. Yeah,
and that picture that they showed of this gigantic male
you know, they playing on a women's bad girls basketball
team in high school dressed up as a girl. And
then and Kamala Harris saying taxpayer money for sex changes
(21:03):
for inmates. Yeah, that cut through it all. And just
cause people saying, holy cow, wait a second, maybe the
Democratic Party isn't what I thought it was. And that's
the single biggest breakpoint in America. That combined with Trump
and the power of Trump and how Trump responded to
the assassination attempt and the fact that we had peace
(21:24):
under Trump and we had a much better economy, all
that stuff is just combined to create I think this
kind of once in a lifetime, at least once in
my young lifetime, magical moment where there's a real chance
to move America and the world forward rapidly. And so
it's exciting. I think this may be on a political
(21:45):
level that the single most exciting time of my life.
I think it is. I know it is, Rick and Thornton,
You're on the Dan Kaplis show.
Speaker 6 (21:51):
Welcome, Welcome, Dan. How are you doing?
Speaker 1 (21:55):
I am living the dream?
Speaker 6 (21:56):
My friend good got a course part question. I think,
if they still have their packages and want to go
on to a women's restroom or you know, gym, why
can't they just do that in the men's And the
second part to that, how many of these transgender men,
(22:21):
women or whatever they want to be called would be
in sports if they had to do in the male
locker room?
Speaker 1 (22:30):
Correct? Thank you for the goal. I think you know
the answer to both questions. My friend at Texter says, Dan,
has anyone ever thought about the fact that we never
have trans men wanting to participate in men's sports or
have I missed that in the news? Also not wanting
to participate in maybe a separate league for trans men. Yeah,
now that that's the whole point, right, It's absolute mannesson
This is no knock on trans people. How many trans
(22:53):
people have you known in your life? Friend? About five?
How about Kelly? How many trans people?
Speaker 3 (22:59):
Zero?
Speaker 1 (23:00):
Really?
Speaker 3 (23:01):
Yeah, I kind of know Sarah Haigbin, who's a friend
of mine I've never met.
Speaker 1 (23:05):
Okay, see interesting because for me, I think probably for
most people listening it's probably two to five. Yeah, for me,
it's about five. And as I've said, you know that
one of the people I respect most in life happens
to be trans, and then other people I just I
don't pity them in the condescending kind of sense. I
just feel sorry for them. It's a hard life, it's
(23:27):
a hard way to be. So I don't have any
kind of animosity towards trans people at all, except some
trans guy who wants to walk into a girl shower.
I have a lot of animosity for that, or wants
to play a girls sport or women's sport. I have
a lot of animosity for that. Not toward them personally,
but toward the violation of women, because all of that's
a violation of women. All of it's so flagrantly obviously
(23:49):
anti woman. The fact that the Democratic Party, which pretends
to be so pro woman but in reality is the opposite,
you know what, would allow this and worship it and
advance it just confirms that the Democratic Party is anti woman. Yeah,
so now this madness is catching up with them and
they don't like it one little bit. I think one
of the most entertaining things of my short life, Ryan
(24:11):
is going to be watching the Democratic Party try to
get its way out of this one. I mean, are
they going to do it? How are they going to
do it? Texter, Dan guys with packages and then a
smiling emoji. That's what the callers said. Yeah, well I
had said it too, But what's so I think that
was just kind of a factual statement, really is. And
(24:33):
prayers for Alexa please, she fell down the stairs, is
badly broken foot and Alexa, who's such a great contributor
to the show. You have feet, man, those are painful, Dan,
would you subject your wife to that at your kid's weddings?
You've got to start respecting the fact that not everyone
agrees with you on everything. Well, while I would contest
the premise, what would be wrong with doing the Trump
(24:56):
dance at Joe or Caroline's wedding, which by the way,
is not scheduled either of them, but I think Joe
would require it. Oh yeah, see it's a great point. Yeah,
but but I mean, I think Texter has to understand
people can handle things, right. I mean, you know people,
(25:18):
there's a little excuse me movement in the joints here.
I mean, Amy will have absolutely no problem with it
if I break into the Trump dance at one of
the kid's weddings, as long as it's not like the
whole wedding. But let's face it, it's sweeping America right now.
And that's a beautiful thing because everybody can do it.
It's an equal opportunity dance. Yeah, let me get to
(25:40):
this text real quick, if you guys will indulge me
for a second. It's a little off topic. Dan, my
name is John. I live in northern Colorado. But I
would say the coach Prime is part of the nil
problem in college now. His sons are all about them.
He is all about his sons. They are multimillionaires while
the rest of the team gets crumbles. I'm just saying
this about Colorado, saying about Ohio State, Texas and anybody
(26:01):
else that spends the big bucks to bring in players.
This is a semi pro team now, not a team. John.
Thank you for that really articulate text. Obviously I disagree
with you, but I really appreciate the way of state
of the case because many many people agree with you.
First of all, let's start with the local example. I'll
do all of this and under a minute, I hope
the local example Coach Prime. I think you've got that
(26:23):
one all wrong. Okay, Prime didn't change to these rules
of nil. You know, he's not the one who changed
the rules. He's the guy trying to operate within the
rules to maximum benefit. And I don't think anybody can
question that the University of Colorado and its fans and
the schools the school have received maximum benefit from this.
(26:45):
I mean, you looked at the pack stadium every game.
You look at the great vibe on campus, you look
at the unity it's brought to the school. These players,
so many people of high integrity, so many great role models,
very very very few, if any contacts with the law.
It's been a model program within the rules the coach
Prime did not create in terms of the fact that, yeah,
(27:07):
you're gonna have some players, and it just happens to
have asan who's probably going to be the number one
draft choice. I think you'll go before Travis Hunter, and
he'll be the best quarterback in the draft, Travis Hunter,
who deserves to be number one as well. You know,
these are impressive kids in a thousand different ways, and
that's one reason they're getting many, many millions in these endorsements.
(27:28):
But it's all the way I see, it's all upside,
and the teammates they don't have to be there, you know,
they want to be there because they enjoy playing in
front of big crowd. See you will be on national
TV every game this season, and it's a great chance
to have fun and play college sports at a high
level and win games and maybe get a look themselves
a better chance to get in the league as more
eyeballs are on the CU team. So I think it
(27:51):
is one hundred thousand percent positive. And as a guy
who thirty five years missed a handful of games up there,
I just couldn't be had. With student body president up
there and honored by the Buff Club up there, I
could not be more impressed, more pleased with the whole operation.
Nil in general in sports, heck, yes, I think these
(28:12):
players should get paid. They go out there, they break
their bodies, They give up everything else they could be
doing during those college years to have a full time
job at D one sports. All D one kids do,
no matter what sports they play, So absolutely I think
they should get paid, and I think they should get
paid with the market will bear. But I do think
that every team on the every kid on the team
should get some decent amount of money as well. So
(28:36):
I get the concern. I respect it completely, and you're right.
I mean the effect is you start to move more
toward a semi pro operation. My point is it still
really benefits the university, especially when it's a group of
high quality kids and coaches, as this very much appears
to be. Eight five five were zero five A two
(28:58):
five five the number our open lines when we come back,
lots of ground to cover. You're on the Dankpla Show.
Speaker 4 (29:05):
And now back to the Dankapla Show podcast.
Speaker 1 (29:09):
We can now officially project the.
Speaker 7 (29:11):
Donald Trump will become the forty seventh President of the
United States.
Speaker 1 (29:16):
You will be going back to the White House.
Speaker 7 (29:29):
I will fight for you, for your family and your
future with every grip in my body whatever.
Speaker 1 (29:40):
Gonna stop fighting for you, for your dreams for the future.
Speaker 7 (29:44):
Out here children. Rarely the greatest comeback in American history
out of Donald Trump's leadership. God spared my life for
a reason to restore America to this Together we can
truly again.
Speaker 1 (30:10):
Yeah, you know, I wanted to play that because Trump
talking about God so much lately, including in that which
was just released by Team Trump. And I think that's
such a beautiful thing, and I think it's it's part
of this really dramatic moment we're living in now where
we're seeing so much progress so fast, and and it
(30:30):
just gives such reason to hope there's this is going
to be a big breakthrough moment in America and so
much public talk about God now, I mean, Ryan, we
see it. It seems like even more and more and
more among athletes, right, which is such a beautiful thing
to see. Back in the Teabo era, you would see
it occasionally, but now, I mean, there are so many
(30:51):
different examples on Sunday and yeah, just and hey, the
founders believed in it and they were absolutely right. And
then you seen those countries and those continents that have
turned away from God and things haven't fared so well
for them. So yeah, so many reasons to be optimistic,
and that's certainly one of them. Glad you're here eight
(31:12):
five five for zero five A two five five takes
d A N five seven seven three nine if you're
just checking on news end of your work day, Thank
you for that. And I can tell you that the
Matt Gates thing, the left obviously full bore after him
right now. The attorney for one of the alleged victims
coming forward now, and you know, going on network TV,
(31:34):
the usual gang of suspects and making these claims about
Gates paying for sex with miners and eyewitnesses and on
an air hockey table and that kind of stuff, right,
And but what's interesting is you see the headlines that
Trump is personally calling senators, And if President Trump is
that committed to this pick, then this is I would
(31:56):
not bet against President Trump, including a recess appointment, if
he's committed to the pick. In terms of the allegations,
I mean, this is easy, right. If it is proven
and you underline, if it is proven that Matt Gates
committed that crime, then yeah, I shouldn't be a g
But at this point, the Justice Department passed on the case,
and you know how much Biden and the left hate
(32:17):
Matt Gates. So you've got to read something pretty conclusive
into the Justice Department passing on the case unless other
credible evidence emerges. And so we'll see if it does,
we'll see if.
Speaker 4 (32:28):
You get good news there.
Speaker 3 (32:29):
There is good news tonight out of Pennsylvania, Dan where
a seven o State Supreme Court decision is prohibiting the
Bucks County commissioners from counting illegitimate ballots that are misdated, etc.
So it looks like Dave McCormick will win that race
upon the recount man.
Speaker 1 (32:46):
They're not even trying to hide it now and they're
left right, it's just like in Colorado. And we'll talk
about this in more depth tomorrow. At this point, Polus Weiser, Griswold,
the whole gang of them aren't even trying to hide
the fact they don't care about election integrity, right. I mean,
it just got busted, you know that, Thank you color
Utter dupe. They just got busted that Jenna Griswold, after
(33:08):
she knew six hundred passwords have been left online for months,
decided to cover it up from her own county clerks.
I mean that just one thousand percent confirms that's a
person who does not care about election integrity, right, And
again that there's no evidence I've seen that the passwords
were used to do anything nefarious, but the fact that
(33:28):
she would cover it up, hide it from her own
county clerks just there's no way to escape. But it
proves she does not care about election integrity. And then
when Polis and Wiser. Police and Wiser don't step forward
and do what they should if they truly cared about
election integrity and demand a special council, demand a true,
outside independent prosecutor to investigate this, because from the outside
(33:52):
I look at it and say, yeah, I don't see
any crimes, but what they'll do I know. I don't
have subpoena power. I don't have access to this direct evidence,
so I don't have access to the electronically stored information.
This is a massive cover up and it proves to
you everybody involved in the cover up cannot be trusted,
and this is something we should agree on across party lines.
(34:13):
Polis can't be trusted, Wiser can't be trusted, Griswold can't
be trusted. They are betraying the people of Colorado. All
we want at this point is the truth. There's obviously
been a scandal and all three of them are covering
it up. Makes you wonder why. H Deep thoughts will
(34:35):
follow up in that tomorrow. Brian, tremendous job. Thank you, Kelly,
are the best. Is always just human sunshine brightening every day.
Hope our friend Alexa feels better soon. Thank you for
your time today. Please join us tomorrow on the Dan
Kapli Show.
