This, it's deeper in the den. I'm with dangerous day.
So somebody asked the internet what is one thing you
could never say no to? So here are the best responses.
This is trending on Reddit right now. What's something you
can't say no to? Top of the list, A paid
day off? Oh yeah, absolutely, a nap, A breath mint
or gum pizza. Well what if you're really full money?

(00:22):
Of course, yeah, i'd take that. Flowers, ice cream, cute pets.
Somebody asking for a car ride, I don't care where
you're going. Yeah, I want to go a joint. Okay,
that made the list. An invitation to go shopping, an
invitation for a beer, a hug, the Lord of the

to say no, thank you. And mushroom ravioli. I didn't

(00:45):
realize that was even an option. Deeper in the two.

jot down reminders and other stuff. Don't let those sidetrack
you when you're trying to focus on something. Just write
down something, come back to it later. Start your day
with a burst twenty minute walk. It sharpens your mind
and it does not tire you out. Keep sleep a
real priority. More rem sleep tends to lead to better focus.

(01:29):
Play music when you're doing chores if you can finish
a project before it ends, and don't overeat at breakfast
and lunch. Eat well, but not so much to make
you sleepy, and also add background noise. Person can't focus
in complete silence, they say, play YouTube videos or coffee
shop sounds, or how about just the fox in the
background that'll keep you motivated. To me, they can. For
