Speaker 1 (00:00):
Please, he's uber in the den with Dangerous Day, National
Potato Day, and if you have an excuse to order
French fries, today's a good day to do it. A
fresh poll looked at the top ways Americans like to
eat their potatoes, and yes, French fries got the most votes.
Following French fries, it was mashed potatoes, baked potatoes, then
hash browns, Potato tots, and potato salad tied for fifth,

(00:22):
but potato salad's popularity is waning. Only twenty five percent
of gen zers picked it, compared to sixty percent of boomers.
Some other French fries stats for National Potato Da, twenty
nine percent order fast food fries weekly, sixty two percent
at least once a month, and sixteen percent said they
rarely eat them. McDonald's gets the vote for our favorite,
followed by Wendy's, Chick fil A, and Burger King Favorite

(00:44):
French fry cuts, regular Fries, curly fries, thick cut fries,
waffle fries, crinkle cuts came in fifth. What is our
favorite dipping sauce? Ketchup tops the list people allowed to
pick more than one, though seventy four percent said ketchup
Ranch was twenty nine percent, cheese sauce twenty six percent,
barbecue sauce twenty one percent, and mayonnaise made eighteen percent.

(01:04):
So Happy potato Day. Hope you have a chance to
have a spud or two deeper in the two well.
I get a kick out of these that get posted
online frequently. This one comes from BuzzFeed. Might be the
first question and an endless number of fun answers. Somebody
challenged people to start a fight with five words or less,
and you can't mention politics some of the best ones

(01:26):
so far. You're acting like your mom. I love that one.
Hot dogs are tacos? Catch up on pizza, Pineapple on
pizza mentioned a lot as well. Anything about a popular
food or beverage seems to be pretty bad. Chocolate is gross,
take his gross. Mayonnaise is trash, coffee is nasty. Wine
is better with ice, dogs are better than cats or
cats are better than dogs. Other ways to start a

(01:46):
fight in five words or less. Anything to do with
movies that you think are good. Star Wars is boring,
Game of Thrones is stupid, Good Fellows as mid shosh
Ink Redemption is overrated. Also, Brad Pitt was never hot.
Made the lester Will ferrells PA isn't funny, mansplaining is valid, communication,
PCs are better than max, or max are better than PCs,
and of course anything about your sports team like the

(02:08):
Yankee Socker, Cowboys soccer. Nobody cares about hockey. Other things
making the list of starting a fight in five words
or less. Anything with a band of musician like the
Beatles were overrated, Taylor Swift is a fraud, Nirvana wasn't good.
Breakdancing isn't a sport also made the list. I think
the best two word answer was calmed down and the
best one word answer was moist. How about this one,

(02:31):
Dangerous Dave is funny to me again for another episode
of Deeper in the Den with Dangerous Daved right here.
