it or not, it's time to start planning or booking
your holiday flights and am I kidding? When I think
about it, I'll probably put it off till three weeks
before and pay through the nose. But anyway, Google Flights
put together a list of the top trending travel destinations
for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's based on searches for

travel dates around those holidays. Top ten for Thanksgiving is
Orlando at number one. Apparently somebody wants to spend some
type of a Mickey mouse vacation for Thanksgiving. That was
followed by Cancun, New York City, Tokyo, London, Miami, Paris,
Los Angeles, Las Vegas, and Honolulu. This may seem a
little more extravagant than you'd think for bigger trips. Let's

face it, nobody's scrambling for flights to Wisconsin for Thanksgiving
or aunt Paula's house. Top ten for Christmas and New
Year's Tokyo, Orlando, Cancun, Miami, New York, London, San Juan,
Puerto Rico, Honolulu, Paris, and Las Vegas. Ooh, Honolulu, I'm
in for that one deeper in the two. Well, now
that pretty much ever everybody communicates by text message, we're

all forced to keep up with some slang internet shorthand,
even though sometimes it's easier to use our own words. Yeah,
especially when it comes to autocorrect. Right anyway, some of
us are struggling to keep up. A website went through
one hundred and fourteen popular text message abbreviations, then looked
at Google search data to see which people are still
waiting for Google to define. Thankfully, people are not googling

what does lol mean? There are some surprises. It's funny
when I used to do LOL all the time, which
is laugh out loud. I had a friend that kept saying,
why do you keep sending me lots of love? Because
it's not lots of love, it's laugh out loud. In
case you're just learning this, what are we googling? Here
are the most googled text abbreviations, and I use this

one frequently. SMH means shaking my head. Average monthly searches
of two hundred and thirty one thousand. POV is point
