Speaker 1 (00:00):
This is Deeper in the Den with Dangerous Day Sunday
National Coffee Day, and I thought i'd caution you about
not going overboard celebrating.

Speaker 2 (00:09):
So, how much caffeine is too much caffeine? According to
a cardiologist, caffeine consumption is safe up to a point
for people who don't have heart conditions. The American Heart
Association and the US Food and Drug Administration says there
is a point around three to four cups of coffee
a day for more people, but depending upon the strength
of your coffee, three to four cups somewhere could be
between three hundred and four hundred milligrams of caffeine. To

(00:30):
hit that level with other drinks, you need to drink
one to three energy drinks, four to five cans of coke,
or ten to fifteen cups of green tea. So what
are some of the signs you've had too much caffeine? Well, jitterness,
heart palpitations, excessive sweating, nausea, headache, and the fact that
you haven't been asleep since a week ago Tuesday. Deeper
in the Tea as a meme significantly improved your life.

(00:53):
Maybe it's a poster on your boss's wall or something
your grandmother told you, or something you read in a
self help book or a hallmark. People on social media
are sharing simple pieces of advice that significantly improved their life.
Some of these are pretty good. The best ones that
I read include, if you can't beat the fear, do
it scared. Talk to yourself into doing things by saying,

(01:15):
I'll just do it as a joke. Well, as long
as it's not illegal. Okay, I'll give you that bit
of advice right there. It's better to ask stupid than
do stupid. You can't control your emotions, but you can
control your actions regarding those emotions. Never accept criticism from
somebody you wouldn't accept advice from. Other Pieces of advice
that have significantly improved people's life include you don't want

(01:36):
to enter your golden years thinking you spent your life
worrying about the things that might happen but never did.
Self abuse is also abused. Talk kindly to yourself. Don't
compare behind the scenes self to somebody else's highlight reel.
It's okay to be jealous of somebody, but you have
to be jealous of the whole package, not just the part.
For example, if you want to be jealous of their
nice house. You have to be jealous of their soul

(01:56):
crushing job too. Best time to plant a tree was
twenty years ago, but the second best time is today.
Don't light yourself on fire to keep others warm. Of
course that's a metaphor. Try to be the person you
needed when you were younger. Good advice, best lie we
tell ourselves every day is I don't need to write
that down, I'll remember it. And don't argue with idiots.
The best result you can hope for is the fact

(02:16):
that won an argument with an idiot man, and I
keep arguing with myself to it again.
