Speaker 1 (00:00):
He's ober in the den with Dangerous Day. Well, if
you want to feel old, just talk to a ten
year old for five minutes. In your self esteem will plummet.
As a kid ever called you old for something that
you didn't know was an old person thing. There are
some examples floating around getting viral on the Internet and
social media. They include a kid told somebody they were
old because they were born in the nineteen hundred, so

(00:22):
basically anybody over twenty four. Teacher got called old because
she told her students she saw the original Shrek in
the movie theaters. Somebody got called old by a kid
because they used VHS tapes, and another one said because
they knew what a DVD player was. Kid called somebody
old because they had CDs in their car, another one
because she had stamps in her purse. Another one. A
guy said he played outside when he was young, so

(00:45):
kid called him old. A parent left a voicemail and
a kid said only old people do that. Another parent
said they found out that their daughter called him old
when they said they still used an iPod. Woman got
called old because she had a hotmail address. Guilty as charged.
A kid called somebody old because they knew YouTube before
it had ads. Guys coworker called him old because he

(01:05):
tossed something in the trash a few feet away and
he yelled Kobe when it went in, and a guy's's
much younger cousin called him old for using the laughing
crying emoji. He said that one's stung because he thought
using emoji's made him cool and young. Well, I guess
I'm old because I am deeper in the two. Nobody
wants to keep changing the clocks twice a year, but
nobody's going to die because they do it at the

(01:26):
same time. People really get over dramatic about it. I
think it's stupid my opinion. There's a new report that
says the average person starts dreading changing their clocks eleven
days before it takes effect. This year, daylight savings time
ends on November three, which means the misery starts tomorrow.
Over forty percent of people said they feel a sense
of dread. Also that dread can linger for about thirteen

(01:47):
days after the change, which will be November sixteenth. The
main issue is it can bring the sunlight blues because
starts becoming dark by the time many people get off work.
But Changing the clocks also kind of throws their system
out of way most sleep related problems. Thirty seven percent
of people said they need more sleep in days in
weeks after daylight savings time ends. Those people also need

(02:09):
an extra hour and twenty four minutes in order to
feel well rested. So not only the whole hour, an
hour and twenty four minutes to feel rested, just do
what I donp at work. Tune in again for another
episode of Deeper in the Den with dangerous daved like
year
