Speaker 1 (00:00):
Please, he's deeper in the din with dangerous Day. Well,
it's a good timing for this happy National Stress Awareness Day.
It's not always the day after election, but maybe it
should be. A group called International Stress Management Association came
up with it to remind us there's no point in
stressing over things you can't control, which is certainly easier

(00:20):
said than done. Their theme is campaigning to reduce stress
and improve well being. Are you feeling stressed? Don't worry.
Elmo will help. The official Sesame street socials are trending.
They're trying to get their characters to post about stress
encouraging messages for kids and adults this week. Obviously a
nod to the election. Elmo said, Elmo loves you. Elmo

(00:40):
reminds you every day if you need him. One person replied,
can I check with you tomorrow? Bird said if you
ever stress, remember that your friends are here to comfort you.
Cookie Monster wrote, it's okay to take a break today.
Better include cookies. Big Bird said, be kind, be you,
be a good friend. That's good advice actually, and mister
snuffle Upligis said when I feel overwhelmed, my mommy tells

(01:02):
me to go outside, take a deep breath and enjoy
a moment in nature. So I guess the main Sesame
Street character's account that we face moments that may be overwhelming,
and that's okay. Remember you're not alone. The follow up
post said, stop scrolling, take a deep breath, take the
next few minutes to escape to a place where the
air is sweet. So happy Stress Awareness Day all. Believe me,

(01:23):
I'm very aware of it. Deeper in the two, you know,
some things are less astonishing as they've become more prevalent,
you know, micro waves, internet, cell phones, Nicholas Cage's acting career.
On the flip side, somebody asks the Internet, what is
something you've seen multiple times you're still in awe of
every time. Some of the best responses mountains and the ocean, thunderstorms, fall, foliage,

(01:45):
night sky on a clear evening. I would agree with
that one. Sunrises and sunsets. I would agree with that
one as well. Watching airplanes take off or watching out
an airplane window, Aurora Borealis or the Northern Lights, International
Space Station, passing overhead, snow, especially heavy snowfall, pregnancy and birth.
Then they started getting ridiculous with stuff like Lord of

(02:06):
the Rings, trilogies, toolin concert, dogs drinking in slow motion.
Facebook videos of cats growing up with dogs, thinking their
dogs and vice versa is really amazing. And one guy,
one smart guy, said, my wife's boobs so in awe
of every time. Well, you know what, let her show
everybody and will be the judge to me. They came
for another episode of Deeper in the Den with dangerous

(02:26):
