(01:47):
you would have done it sooner. Some of the most
popular responses include giving your eyes a break. Now, this
is something that I haven't done and I should do.
Spend a lot of time looking at screens, which I do.
They say, give your eyes a rest about every thirty
minutes on something about twenty feet away. It helps with eyestrain,
can cause headaches, tiredness, and even depression. Replacing a cheap
office chair with something that actually offers lumbar support other

(02:10):
things that have improved people's life that they wish it

a band, getting a day during COVID. Okay, I still
don't think I would do that, buying an automatic nasal
