if you've got a corporate nine to five job, how
much of your day is derailed by meetings? Would you
say more or less all of it? Microsoft has a
new report that claims office employees are interrupted by meetings, emails,
and other work related things every two minutes. They also
say sixty percent of meetings are ad hoc called in

the moment is because those meetings during the workday. There's
been a fifteen percent increase of numbers of chats outside
work hours. Unfortunately, nothing is going to convince the higher
ups to do away with insufficient meetings. But there is
something you can try to make the most of the
time you have. They suggest pick a time a day
where you're most productive and block out a time ahead

interrupt you, and for what it's worth. Microsoft also claims
that artificial intelligence will help in the future not go
to the meetings for you. Unfortunately, AI agents will be
able to help you assist your actual work tasks better
and faster, initially as an assistant than as a team,

An expert on spyware shared five signs that somebody might
be spying on you through your phone. Modern spyware hides
in the background, not always obvious. Here five signs that
somebody might be spying on you with your phone. First

of all, your battery drains really fast. Could be a
sign that they're tracking you with GPS. Your phone may
just be older. You might be just running a bunch
of apps in the background you don't know about, but
could be any of the three. Your phone heats up.
If you're running GPS and other apps in the background,
it contacts the phone's processor. Some heat as normal, especially
in the summer, but it's a red flag if it
stays hot and you're not using it. Increased data usage.

Check out your settings to see if you're using more
data than expected. A lot of people with spywear on
their phone didn't find out until their data limit warning
came from their cell phone company. Strange texts or notifications.
The experts said to watch for text messages containing random
characters or codes. Some of the cheaper spyware apps control
your phone with SMS commands, then texts disappear quickly, and

if your screen randomly turns on lights up when you're
sitting at the table not touching it, it could be assigned.
Somebody's tracking your location or even listening in. If you
do think somebody is spying on you, run your security
software to check for suspicious apps, or do factory resets,
but only as a last resort. My phone lights up

get tons of notifications, and I don't know why people
are always trying to get a hold of me. To
