This is Deeper in the Den with dangerous Day, How
fun would this speed? It was your boss on this

actually understands what you do in a typical day? Almost
half of people said no. Forty six percent of people
in a poll said their boss or manager rarely or
only somewhat understands their contributions at work. Forty four percent

of employees said they've been overlooked for raises, promotions, and
special projects because management doesn't really get their skill set.
That jumps to sixty two percent for gen zers. Forty
eight percent think their contributions are constantly undervalued by leadership,
and forty three percent say they get feedback from their
boss it really does not line up with the work

Twenty six percent said they've done it. Half a gen
Z's say they have. Sixteen percent or one in six overall,
said they've interacted with AI as a romantic companion before.
