Speaker 1 (00:00):
This is deeper in the den with Dangerous Day. Did
you spend a lot of money for Halloween? Are you
thinking you still might spend a bunch more tonight by
going out? Halloween's not Christmas, but you can definitely get
the expensive, especially if you have kids. Prices skyrocketing these days.
You may need a payment plan to cover the bowl
of candy for trick or treaters. But it sounds like

(00:21):
people are really pulling back this year. They pulled seventy
five hundred people how much you planned to spend on
Halloween this year, including treats, costumes, festive experiences. Thirty two
percent of people said nothing, twenty two percent said less
than twenty five nineteen percent twenty five to forty nine,
twelve percent, fifty to ninety nine, six percent one hundred

(00:41):
dollars or more. Nine percent weren't sure. Boomers in the
Midwest and South, it seems like they're cutting back the most.
Another report on the average person spending about one hundred
and fourteen dollars honestly sounds a little more accurate, which
is hard to buy much more for fifty bucks than
right if you're celebrating seventy five hundred peast also if
they planned to give out candy to trigger treaders. Forty

(01:03):
one percent said yes, forty five percent no, fourteen percent
weren't sure. And people asked if they planned to personally
take any kids trigger treating to other homes is here?
Nineteen percent said yes, seventy two percent said no, eight
percent were not sure. Why was a trunk or treat
last night at ryde Al And it was busy. Was

(01:24):
supposed to be done at seven. I think it was
seven twenty before the last kids came through. They said
the line was all the way around the building. Happy Halloween,
deeper in the Happy Halloween tea, ladies and gentlemen. Most
neighborhoods in America will host Halloween trigger treating tonight. And
if you've waited until now to Google or your costume idea,

(01:45):
you might be a little behind the eight ball. But
I'm going to give you some tips. Okay. Here are
the most popular Halloween costumes according to the National Retail Federation.
For kids, Spider Man, Princess, which Ghost, Superhero, Batman, Superman, Wednesday,
Adams K Pop, Demon Hunters, Vampire For adults which Vampire, Pirate,

(02:06):
cat or Batman Superman, Ghost, Adams Family, Zombie, Princess Star Wars.
For pets, it's Pumpkin, Hot Dog, Bumblebee, tied between Ghost
and Superhero, bat Dog, Witch, Spider, Batman and Cat. And
this is worth pointing out only six people think pets
enjoy dressing up for Halloween, and by the way, that

(02:29):
means one in six people are delusional to it again
