Speaker 1 (00:01):
From the theme park capital of the world, Orlando, Florida.
This is the Theme Park Podcast.

Speaker 2 (00:08):
Wait podcast?

Speaker 1 (00:10):
Is this a radio?

Speaker 2 (00:11):
Why does everything gotta be so messy on this station?

Speaker 3 (00:14):
Anyway?

Speaker 1 (00:15):
Here's your host, Dickerman, Jimmy D and Scott Harris either and.

Speaker 3 (00:21):
Welcome to the Theme Park Podcast. Dickerman, here there is
Jimmy D. Good being gentlemen, and Scott Harris. Can you
a yeah, you're getting ready to go to Japan. Jimmy
just had an experience at a theme park that he's
going to discuss with us. It's always important when we
go out to theme parks and share our personal experiences.

(00:41):
But before we get to that, Scott Harris, uh, breaking
news this week, a considerable death in the world of
theme parks.

Speaker 2 (00:51):
Yeah, if you want to see Stephen Tyler and yell
what about backstage passes?

Speaker 3 (00:59):
You can't.

Speaker 2 (01:01):
Gone done.

Speaker 3 (01:02):
He's gone.

Speaker 2 (01:02):
That is done. That that that part of rock and
roller Coaster no longer exists.

Speaker 3 (01:09):
Do they just did they just rip it out? They
just like just rip the whole scene out.

Speaker 2 (01:12):
No, they just put walls up or in that pre
show area.

Speaker 3 (01:16):
You can't see it that scene because look, you guys
know I worked in radio for a number of years.
That scene with that radio that like their their rep,
like their manager or whatever.

Speaker 2 (01:25):
She was like I Douglas, Yes, and ken as the engineer.

Speaker 3 (01:30):
She was cut out of like a legit. Like I
don't know how many radio reps that I had that
were just like that lady. I mean, they nailed it
with her. They it was. It was the perfect casting.

Speaker 2 (01:39):
How how dare you make fun of I'm not going
to say his name because he might actually be listening.

Speaker 3 (01:45):
Mhm. Whom whom first.

Speaker 2 (01:50):
Name begins with an R in last name. Her first
name begins with an R. Last name begins with an A.

Speaker 3 (01:57):
Oh oh yeah, no, no, yeah, I don't don't think.
I don't think our buddy Rick was was like that.

Speaker 2 (02:03):
Okay.

Speaker 3 (02:03):
I've met plenty of the ones from when they would
come down from New York.

Speaker 2 (02:06):
Oh, okay, okay.

Speaker 3 (02:08):
And it was it was pretty much they put her
in a in a in a thing and they cloned
her and she came out. And there was another one, Yes,
that was radio. It was radio reps. Hey, you want
to go out for a steak dinner, let's go. Let's
talk about this record.

Speaker 2 (02:19):
We'll get a limo make it a stretch, make.

Speaker 3 (02:23):
It a make it a souper stretch. So you go
through the queue and you just don't stop. Now, is
that what it is?

Speaker 2 (02:28):
No? You still stop there? There's just no show.

Speaker 3 (02:32):
Oh that part was always it was always an awkward
stop too, because like you'd all rush in and try
and get to the door, and then some people are
trying to watch the show and other people are pushing
towards the door.

Speaker 2 (02:42):
It was always chaos well and it and there's a
lot of people online that are like, what do you
You just got rid of it. You didn't tell anyone.

Speaker 3 (02:51):
Yeah, They're like, you know what we are, Stephen Tyler,
You've caused us enough trouble. First it was the whole
thing with the hand, and then like other stuff, and
I'm like, all right, come on, all right, we're done here,
all right, We're done.

Speaker 2 (03:02):
Well. I I think it's also somebody, somebody made this joke,
and I'm just like, I kind of agree that. I
think maybe cast members are like, they don't want to
have two weeks of hearing what about backstage passes?

Speaker 3 (03:15):
Yeah? Yeah, so they just they just put up a
wall and said we're done. Ride still there, just no
more Aerosmith.

Speaker 4 (03:23):
Yeah, exactly as throughout the Yeah, you're thinking him in
the studio.

Speaker 2 (03:31):
It's on the building out, it's on the building, it's
on the guitar outside. It's gonna be the songs are
still playing when you're on it. No, this just means
that they're they've begun the process of adding muppets to
the pre show.

Speaker 3 (03:44):
Yeah, so it's coming, it's coming. How long? How long
are they supposed to have this thing closed? And so
that's what I'm going to take.

Speaker 2 (03:53):
Actually say, that's kind of the interesting thing. You know,
this wasn't announced that they were gonna be closing this
portion of the pre show. But this kind of is leading,
you know, people to believe that once you get through
that room, not as much as gonna change, you know
what I mean?

Speaker 3 (04:12):
Mm hmm, yeah.

Speaker 2 (04:13):
I mean like once you get out of that room,
you're getting on a roller, you're getting in a limo,
and then it's the ride. So what else is gonna change?

Speaker 3 (04:25):
Some facades, like like look at Frozen when they read
it frozen from the from the old Malstrom. I mean,
not that much really changed. Like we got some we
threw up some some dolls basically, and some snow and like,
all right, we're good exactly, took out a couple of
trolls and we're got a frozen ride. And somehow it
took like two and a half years, like what were

(04:46):
we doing?

Speaker 4 (04:47):
But that was time they had to close the wall
from the outside and then wasn't DoD they this is
not like.

Speaker 3 (04:52):
A submerged like troll thing anymore, right, No, No, I.

Speaker 2 (04:56):
Don't think no, no, what I mean that that make
that makes sense? For how long it was closed, they
had to add animatronics. There's no room really for a
roller coaster to have animatronics.

Speaker 3 (05:10):
No, you know what I mean? Other than the yetti,
I've never been on a rock and roller coaster. What
are the visuals? So it's a lot of like kind
of like facades like you drive by and like billboards
like you're in you're in La going through like you know,
heading towards a concert venue.

Speaker 2 (05:25):
So there's the Hollywood sign. Yep, I think you go
through Ralph's Donut.

Speaker 3 (05:31):
Yeah you do, you do? Yeah? Yeah. So it's it's
stuff like it's like facades kind of like you know,
I don't know how, I don't know what how else
to describe it. Yeah, I mean it's just like sods,
you're going just flat surfaces that need to be recovered. Yeah,
you could do that in a night. And they got
their own print team.

Speaker 2 (05:45):
So the only thing that I would like to see
them add that isn't there. And Dickerman will know this
because he's done the ride is you know, when you're
in the limo the super Stretch and you're about to
launch and there's the sign that will say like merge
traffic ahead.

Speaker 3 (06:05):
Kind of.

Speaker 2 (06:08):
Yeah, I would like to see them put the two
old guys Statler and Woldorf above that.

Speaker 3 (06:18):
Yes, I love the.

Speaker 2 (06:21):
Perfect there's a spot right there for them and they
can comment on what is it about to happen?

Speaker 3 (06:29):
And they have the animatronics already made exactly.

Speaker 2 (06:32):
You you take them from one building that isn't there anymore.
I mean the building is still there, but the show
isn't and you pour them right over do it.

Speaker 3 (06:41):
Let's let's do it, run an extension court, let's go.

Speaker 2 (06:45):
So I would like to see that.

Speaker 3 (06:47):
We don't know how long it's gonna be. Yeah, I
agree with you on there. I think that makes sense there.
I don't know if they still do the countdown, you know,
how they do the count. They're like, oh, then you
know to the launch. I'm not sure if they're gonna
do that or find another way to do it.

Speaker 2 (07:01):
I think all of that is I believe all of
that will be staying. I mean, as of right for
the current iteration, all of that is still there. The
only thing that has gone is that pre show portion.

Speaker 3 (07:14):
Didn't on the Muppets, And I'm not a Muppets expert,
so I have to bear with me. Didn't on the Muppets,
Like somebody always end up going through like a drumhead.
Did that happen? And I remembering incorrectly, Was it like
animal that's head would go through a drumhead?

Speaker 2 (07:26):
Or I mean animal was Animal? Was the drummer?

Speaker 3 (07:30):
Yes, yes, I just I just have this visual of
someone's head always going through a drumhead, Like maybe maybe
I made that up, so forgive me.

Speaker 4 (07:38):
I mean, well, it sounds familiar, and I want to say,
like maybe it was the Great Gonzo when he was
like firing through a cannon the chickens out of the cannon.

Speaker 3 (07:46):
I just kind of want to go through a drumhead
in a roller coaster. If we can make that happen.

Speaker 2 (07:50):
I mean, the thing that the thing that worries me
is that when they're filming the pre show, doctor Teeth
is like, hey man, what's going on? Like how many
people are in the room over there?

Speaker 3 (08:02):
Oh? No, same deal.

Speaker 2 (08:05):
I mean like maybe he's like a super stretched Maybe
he's like, hey, I did this ride before. I know
what this is all about. That that's the part that
worries me.

Speaker 3 (08:17):
All right, Well, I don't think you're gonna have that
literal you get.

Speaker 2 (08:20):
I mean, you never know. How do you know what
doctor Teeth is thinking.

Speaker 3 (08:26):
I don't know what doctor is thinking.

Speaker 2 (08:28):
Because you've never watched h Muppets movie?

Speaker 3 (08:29):
Have you? I know who he is. I've seen parts
of a Muppet movie. You haven't watched watched Muppet Babies
as a child.

Speaker 2 (08:36):
He's he's not on the Muppet Babies.

Speaker 3 (08:39):
No, but Baby Gonzo is and Baby Animal.

Speaker 2 (08:42):
You should watch the Muppet movies.

Speaker 3 (08:45):
I've tried. I can't get into it.

Speaker 2 (08:47):
Most of them are good.

Speaker 3 (08:50):
Yeah, I'll take your word for it.

Speaker 2 (08:52):
What do you have against the Rainbow connection?

Speaker 3 (08:55):
I just I'm not super into the Muppets. It never happened.
Don't know why even as a child.

Speaker 2 (08:58):
Are you a frag are you a Fragle Rock.

Speaker 3 (09:01):
We did watch fag of Rock, but I tried watching
that as an adult and that was terrible too. I
don't know what I was thinking as a child. Are
your shows are awful? Are you a clay Apartment looked
exactly like the trash Heap?

Speaker 2 (09:13):
I'm trying to think. Were you as Sesame Street?

Speaker 3 (09:16):
No? No, I don't like puppets. Maybe they don't like puppets.
Maybe that's what it is.

Speaker 2 (09:22):
But you like tim America, but that's Marionettes, so it's
kind of different.

Speaker 3 (09:27):
It has swear words, so a lot of bad wards
and just vulgarity all around.

Speaker 2 (09:31):
Basically, did you like that movie, Happy Happy, Happy Time Murders?

Speaker 3 (09:37):
No, didn't see it. Don't know it.

Speaker 2 (09:38):
Well, it was like it was like Muppets, but like
with swearing, it was done by the Henson Company.

Speaker 3 (09:45):
I like, don't hug hug me. I'm scared, And that's muppets,
so or puppets Okay, I get. I can't explain. Yeah,
let's just say we're gonna see the Muppets sometime, probably
in twenty twenty.

Speaker 2 (09:58):
Summer to summer twenty twenty six is the new iteration
of rock and roller coaster opens.

Speaker 3 (10:02):
That's not bad. That's pretty good.

Speaker 2 (10:04):
Well, I mean if it's you're not changing that much.
It's not like they're changing the track.

Speaker 3 (10:10):
Yeah, that's you're absolutely right. So all right, summer twenty
twenty six, I'm I'm ready for it.

Speaker 2 (10:15):
You'll be their opening day.

Speaker 3 (10:18):
Let's not get let's not get ahead of ourselves.

Speaker 2 (10:20):
Nope, I just I just said it. I just mean
opening day Summer twenty twenty six. Dickerman will be there.

Speaker 3 (10:27):
Walt Disney World Corporation. Perhaps we can come out for
the opening of the Muppets roller coaster. Well, maybe that's
the thing that will happen. We'll come out there for
a live edition of theme part.

Speaker 2 (10:37):
Mister, mister dick Herman Senior will be there on his
own dime. Ah, come on opening day.

Speaker 3 (10:46):
Things.

Speaker 4 (10:48):
No, let's if we're gonna manifest something, let's manifest the No.

Speaker 2 (10:51):
No, no, no, I'm manifesting for his wallet.

Speaker 3 (10:56):
Fine, all right, Jimmy sir, you made your way out
to a theme park.

Speaker 2 (11:02):
Jimmy cares about you have the Holland Park. Jimmy cares
about the festive season more than I do I do.

Speaker 3 (11:08):
Okay, Well, you you tell us if you think it
qualifies as a theme park.

Speaker 4 (11:12):
Well, what we did was we went to the Asian
lantern festival called Into the Wild at the Central Florida Zoo.

Speaker 2 (11:21):
I say, I love the zoo.

Speaker 4 (11:25):
I love the zoo too, so I just love animals.
So very similar to what they had at Aquatica.

Speaker 3 (11:32):
But I guess because of.

Speaker 4 (11:38):
Because of like Aquantic was very like, you know, has
a lot of open spaces, and the zoo is very dense.
The lanterns were like it was just solid lanterns the
entire time. Yeah, and like in it, Yes, exactly, you're
in it. They did have they did have the bubbles

(11:58):
with the smoke in.

Speaker 2 (11:59):
It all right, I know I was like, what do
we call them? Foggles?

Speaker 4 (12:05):
Yeah, and but not nearly as dramatic as it was
at Aquatica.

Speaker 2 (12:11):
But how many minutes did you spend?

Speaker 3 (12:21):
I feel they're almost saying a bad word. I don't
know what it is, but it just feels dangerous when
I say it. Just make sure you articulate, that's all.

Speaker 4 (12:30):
They had a giant crab that looked like tamatoa from
a Yes, and uh, that's where the bubbles were.

Speaker 3 (12:39):
And it was nice.

Speaker 4 (12:40):
The wind kept blowing him towards the crab, so we
didn't really get to pop them too too much.

Speaker 2 (12:47):
It was your wife is like, we spent money to
be here, Please stop upping bubbles.

Speaker 3 (12:52):
They have fogging them. She there's hog in the bubbles.
She thought it was just as cool as we did
we did school.

Speaker 2 (12:59):
Yeah, we thought it was. And it's been forty five
minutes popping them.

Speaker 4 (13:04):
I don't think it was quite forty five minutes, but
it was definitely worth the time that we spent there.

Speaker 3 (13:09):
I want one of those house. I don't know, sidewalk
was a little sticky. Yeah that's true. Well, you know,
let's get it for the gazebo and we'll just put
it in the grass area. I don't think it's too
sticky in the grass. Yeah, like kill the grass though,
So Lantern Festival, My grass is not Jimmy's. Yeah.

Speaker 4 (13:30):
Well I still have like the natural Florida grass, so
it's not like great now.

Speaker 3 (13:36):
I don't have like zoysia or anyways.

Speaker 4 (13:41):
The festival it goes from November fourteenth through January eighteenth.

Speaker 3 (13:45):
Wow, that's a long run.

Speaker 4 (13:46):
Yeah, and uh twenty six ninety nine per person or
they sell a four pack.

Speaker 3 (13:51):
You get a little bit of a discount at eighty.

Speaker 2 (13:53):
Eight dollars after night?

Speaker 3 (13:56):
Yeah? Is there any animals out when you're zooing? Can
you see anybody?

Speaker 4 (14:00):
No, because just like aquatica, you know, the animals are
at rest at night.

Speaker 3 (14:05):
So it's only about the lanterns that are in the park. Okay,
I shouldn't know if there would be like nocturnal animals,
you know, like the nocturnal animals like jaguars panthers. That'd
be awesome if there's jaguars area. Yeah, kind just like
the real kind.

Speaker 2 (14:24):
I I have to ask though, because I am a
proponent of this. You guys know this. Do they have
the wax molderama machines.

Speaker 3 (14:38):
At the zoo?

Speaker 4 (14:38):
I did not they They did have them at the
zoo last time I was there, but I didn't see
them there for I'm wondering if I'm wondering if they
got rid of them.

Speaker 3 (14:48):
As a child at the zoo, my go to was
always the monkey seeing evil here and new evil speak
to evil and the wax moldorama thing quality wax moldorama
right there?

Speaker 4 (14:58):
Would you were you the kid that it would buy
those and then like heat up a needle and like
like poke holes through like the heads of your wax figures.

Speaker 3 (15:06):
I did not. I'm not sure why I didn't, because
that seems like something I would have done, but I
did not in that particular instance.

Speaker 2 (15:12):
No, No, he was the kid, because I believe he
has said this on the show that would buy that
and then immediately the second it comes out of the
machine start huffing it.

Speaker 3 (15:22):
It did smell good. That wax does smell good. Smell.
I miss that smell. I want to get that smell.
I want to get that smell on a candle. If
I can smell, you know what the smell is? The smell?

Speaker 4 (15:37):
Yeah, I missed the smell of a brand new cassette tape,
like when you would open one up. It had like
the smells some like the ink and you know what
are the chemicals were in there?

Speaker 3 (15:48):
What are these guys talking about right now?

Speaker 2 (15:49):
It's just so old.

Speaker 3 (15:51):
It's like a set tape.

Speaker 2 (15:53):
I'm over here looking at the.

Speaker 3 (15:56):
Smell.

Speaker 2 (15:56):
But if I wrapped, what's wrong with you?

Speaker 3 (16:01):
I don't even know what that is. I do only
because my wife and daughter told me. They're like, I
want to see her Spotify rap. It's gonna be like
three songs. Long. You don't listen to anything, right, I
don't listen to anything. I'm like like four bands and
I'm done. I'm sick of it.

Speaker 2 (16:13):
Mine was the same as it's been every year for
the last five years.

Speaker 3 (16:22):
Is listed by genre. Is that what they do it?

Speaker 2 (16:24):
Well, it'll do genre, It'll do top songs, It'll do
top artists.

Speaker 3 (16:29):
Okay, and somehow all three of those.

Speaker 2 (16:31):
T Swift, No, No, she's she. I don't think she's
ever been in my top five.

Speaker 3 (16:37):
She was Missus Dickerman's spot top spot one year recently,
I might it might have been last year.

Speaker 2 (16:43):
It was a data remember Sleeping with Sirens, Pierce the Veil,
my chemical romance in Blank Winity two.

Speaker 3 (16:51):
Okay, I don't know what mine is. You gotta do
too many things to do it.

Speaker 2 (16:56):
You do have to do a lot of things.

Speaker 3 (16:57):
Do you go to a lot of things? Jimmy do
top genre, Emo then andipop for me, then hump talk
metal and Christian. Now I will tell you where the
Christian comes from. Sometimes I have to use my phone
to stream at work events.

Speaker 2 (17:10):
So that's where blame and blame it on that. Sure,
you could just say, I'm you're playing a lot of
under oath?

Speaker 3 (17:19):
Did what was your listening age? Scot twelve fourteen? I
was the thing.

Speaker 2 (17:26):
The thing is I felt very attacked by that. Oh,
very attacked by that. Thirty nine.

Speaker 3 (17:36):
Mine was thirty nine two. Oh hey, I have I
have two Olivia Rodrigo songs in my top five.

Speaker 2 (17:42):
Though I won't say why. I wouldn't say why thirty
nine attacked me.

Speaker 3 (17:47):
Okay, right, fair.

Speaker 2 (17:51):
Enough, I'm gen Z. I'm gen Z.

Speaker 3 (17:56):
He's like nineteen as far as I know, that's that's
that's what I I know. Oh so, Jimmy, would you
recommend the Zoos? Sorry, we got a little off track there.

Speaker 4 (18:03):
Yes, it was a fantastic it was a fantastic experience.
It's NonStop hot chocolate was good, and you know, it's
very affordable, especially if you do get a family of four.
Eighty eight dollars not bad, no charge for parking.

Speaker 2 (18:19):
Didn't you also go to Ice?

Speaker 3 (18:23):
I did go to Ice. Oh I was ice this year?
Did you do this slide?

Speaker 4 (18:28):
I did not do this where the slide was in
the path. I thought I was prepared going to this,
and I was not. You are never prepared.

Speaker 2 (18:39):
You got gloves.

Speaker 3 (18:40):
You've never been to ice? No matter how cold you
think you can handle it, you can't handle it.

Speaker 4 (18:46):
Scott, I have weather proof motorcycle gloves for cold weather,
doesn't matter. My hands were aching, aching even though I
had like the I mean, these gloves you could use
to like pick up a rabid raccoon if they're so thick.

Speaker 3 (19:04):
I don't care. If you grew up in Alaska. You
go to ice and you're freezing. It's a nine degrees.

Speaker 2 (19:08):
It's nine degrees.

Speaker 3 (19:11):
It's part of their plan, Like they know you can't last,
so you're just gonna bail because you're like, I can't
do this anymore.

Speaker 4 (19:17):
The last three rooms I kind of might have, you know,
just checked them out as I was walking through.

Speaker 3 (19:23):
It's it is an unbelievable cold. If you've never done ice,
it is interesting, it's super cool, but it is so
incredibly cold, like you can't imagine. It's like Iberia in there.
They do provide you at a parker, but the thing
is is that's not enough.

Speaker 2 (19:36):
Well, also, the parka the reason I brought up gloves.
The parker doesn't have have pockets.

Speaker 4 (19:42):
That's on purpose though, so you don't put your stuff
in your pockets and then leave them in the in
the jack exactly.

Speaker 2 (19:47):
Yes, But if you don't bring gloves then you're just
like you know, Mary Kathin Gallagher the entire time.

Speaker 3 (19:55):
Even if you do bring gloves, your hands are cold.
It's just that's a crazy cold in there. And and
where I really messed up was I really could used
a scarf.

Speaker 4 (20:03):
Oh yeah, that's that's where I I slipped up because
like the face was freezing. Next time, I'll get those
like handwarm camping hand warmer things.

Speaker 3 (20:16):
I always see those. I have those, but they have
electric ones now that are rechargeable. They always sell on
Amazon and they look pretty good too. You just keep
your hands warm at all times. Just plug it back in.
That's funny. I had some a pair of those delivered
to my house today. Buddy, Yeah, it's it's if you
go to ice, like Jimmy said, whatever you think you need,
double it, yeah, double whatever you can.

Speaker 4 (20:38):
Is We're all put on all your clothes and look
like Joey wearing all the Chamblich stuff.

Speaker 3 (20:43):
If you can cut open that animal and the let's
see a Star Wars animal, what's that one? Do it?

Speaker 2 (20:48):
No? No, no, no, no, no, you.

Speaker 3 (20:49):
Can if you can bring a tonton and climb inside
that at ice, you'll be doing great.

Speaker 2 (20:52):
Oh did you not know that he has the sleeping bag.

Speaker 3 (20:55):
I couldn't remember the names. Look, it's hard for me
to remember things at this point. Okay, all right, thevan stage, yes,
it holds for you. Yeah. But ice. Ice is fun,
it's cool, it's great. Kids love it. Kids have a
higher tolerance adults too, to be able to stand that
cold and the slide is fun, but it is a

(21:16):
brutally cold. Hey, quick question, because Scott, I know you're
getting ready to go to Japan. Jimmy. When you went,
one of the big things you guys talked about was
the Gotchas were everywhere in Japan. Those are like a
little mind up machines, you get little toys. Y'all had
no reaction when I told you I was at the
Ulta Mountain Mall and they have Gotcha's in there now,
including Godzilla Gotcha's inside the f Ye.

Speaker 2 (21:36):
Because you go to that store like every other week, but.

Speaker 3 (21:39):
I have Gotchas now.

Speaker 2 (21:41):
I thought you guys would be excited again. You go
there all the time. It's kind of like a scheduled
text that you send us.

Speaker 3 (21:49):
This was new this was new the last time I
was at some other mall, I go to Males a Lot.

Speaker 2 (21:53):
Okay, go to Males a Lot.

Speaker 3 (21:57):
If I can't go to a theme park, I go
to a mall.

Speaker 4 (21:59):
All right, where do you find his pocket universe? Where
these malls are open? We have that weirdest mall in
the world. The Altamon Mall just seems to survive. It
does regardless of what happens to other malls, like at
a Spite, it continues to live live.

Speaker 3 (22:15):
Other malls go by the wayside that alt to Mountain
malls like nah, guys, I'm still here.

Speaker 2 (22:18):
We're good, okay.

Speaker 3 (22:19):
It survives on hate very quickly.

Speaker 2 (22:22):
I went to the Altamon Mall last week because I
needed to buy I was trying to buy new uh
tips for my AirPods, okay, and I I was like, oh, well,
we go to the Apple Store. And I walk into
the Apple Store because I look at him like, oh,
they're available, could not find them anywhere. Also, I kind

(22:44):
of realized you can't just like walk into the Apple
Store to buy things.

Speaker 3 (22:48):
Yeah, yeah, I have an appointment or something.

Speaker 2 (22:50):
And I kind of as I'm like walking around, everyone
was looking at me like, what are you doing.

Speaker 3 (22:55):
Yeah, they don't like you there when you know how
an appointment? What are you doing here? Sir?

Speaker 2 (22:58):
And then I immediately left as is. As I left,
I just went online. I'm just gonna order these. We
delivered to my house.

Speaker 3 (23:03):
There you go.

Speaker 2 (23:05):
They came four days later, but at least I got them.

Speaker 3 (23:08):
Yeah, and you don't have to smell the Apple Store
because it always has a smell to it.

Speaker 2 (23:12):
No, I don't mind that smell.

Speaker 3 (23:13):
It's it's the people, it's not the apples.

Speaker 2 (23:15):
Oh can I can I just talk very quickly to
too news items. Yes, we have dates for the Flower
and Garden Festival March first through June, March fourth through June.

Speaker 3 (23:26):
First, okay, see straight in the summer.

Speaker 2 (23:28):
Sure, And there will be a bunch of new character
meet and greets for the Magic of Animation area at
Disney's Hollywood Studios, including one of them will be a Rapunzel.

Speaker 3 (23:41):
Oh nice, your girl gets a shot, she gets a
chance in the sun.

Speaker 2 (23:44):
Yeah, she has a bathroom at Magic Kingdom, but now
she will have a meet and greet area.

Speaker 4 (23:49):
I'm up in the world, all right, Which Rapunzel do
we get? Do we get the long haired blonde or
the short haired brunette.

Speaker 2 (23:55):
Long hair blonde.

Speaker 3 (23:57):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (23:57):
Classic, mainly because that was the movie, not the TV show.
And I say that because although it's lay.

Speaker 3 (24:05):
At the end of the movie she gets a short browning.

Are You A Charlotte?

Are You A Charlotte?

In 1997, actress Kristin Davis’ life was forever changed when she took on the role of Charlotte York in Sex and the City. As we watched Carrie, Samantha, Miranda and Charlotte navigate relationships in NYC, the show helped push once unacceptable conversation topics out of the shadows and altered the narrative around women and sex. We all saw ourselves in them as they searched for fulfillment in life, sex and friendships. Now, Kristin Davis wants to connect with you, the fans, and share untold stories and all the behind the scenes. Together, with Kristin and special guests, what will begin with Sex and the City will evolve into talks about themes that are still so relevant today. "Are you a Charlotte?" is much more than just rewatching this beloved show, it brings the past and the present together as we talk with heart, humor and of course some optimism.
