Speaker 2 (00:28):

and the eighteenth through the twentieth. Obviously they do two
weekends of it.

Speaker 3 (00:36):
My brother went to Coachella.

Speaker 2 (00:38):
He's the only one that I know that like is
close to me that went to Coachella, and he said that.

Speaker 3 (00:44):
It was crazy.

Speaker 1 (00:45):
Lot snow there.

Speaker 2 (00:46):
It's in a desert, but it is snowing, snowing all
the all the time.

Speaker 3 (00:53):
All Right.

Speaker 2 (00:54):
Lady Gaga is going to headline Friday with Missy Elliott, Benson,
Boone Fkas, Glorilla Tyla, and Moore green Day will headline
Saturday nights. That performance will also feature Charlie XCX Anita
Jimmy Worlds, he Payne and Moore, and the Big One
Travis Scott is co headlining with Green Day Saturday nights.

(01:18):
That's just something new that Coachella is doing. On his ig,
he called the upcoming Coachella performance the first of its
kind because they usually just have one main headliner, and
now they're gonna have two Green Day and Travis Scott.

Speaker 1 (01:32):
They're gonna go back and forth.

Speaker 2 (01:33):
I guess maybe back and forth on the weekends or
I don't know how they'll do it.

Speaker 3 (01:37):
And then Posty will also be there.

Speaker 2 (01:38):
He'll lead Sunday shows with Meg the Stallion, Ty Dallas Sign,

Shaboozy's new song good News unbelievable.

I know the Devil would walk mess shoes.

Speaker 1 (02:06):
Be tough for him to come back with a second Hiit,
But like.

Speaker 2 (02:08):
Nobozy Man really good.

Speaker 3 (02:11):
Post He's up here on the on the news right now.

Speaker 2 (02:13):
They're talking about so yeah, the first ever Coachella of
its time because it's going to have a co headlining
situation with Green Day and Travis Scott.

Speaker 3 (02:22):
By the way, two very different crowds.

Speaker 1 (02:24):
Yeah, but Green Day is good. I saw them perform
at the iHeart Awards one time and they were like,
like amazing.

Speaker 4 (02:29):
I know, I know, Green Day, but give me a
on holiday, you know.

Speaker 1 (02:48):
Yeah, they're.

Speaker 3 (02:52):
Out of here.

Speaker 2 (02:53):
Uh.

Speaker 3 (02:54):
Pre sale starts Friday.

Speaker 2 (02:57):
If you are going to go to the desert, I
would love to live vicariously through you. You can register
right now for pre sale on Coachella's website. Any desire
from anyone on the show to go to Coachella.

Speaker 1 (03:08):
I mean, I feel like I'm too old now, but like, no,
we could do it.

Speaker 3 (03:12):
We could do it, yeah, fulling loud, if we all.

Speaker 1 (03:16):
Went together, it makes sense. I'm not going to buy
myself on my wife.

Speaker 2 (03:19):
Now. If you told me you were going to go
to Coachella so well by yourself, I'll obviously be a
cry for help.

Speaker 3 (03:23):
I'm not stupid. And no, this is listen. I didn't
even read everybody.

Speaker 2 (03:28):
There's so many names on this thing, so it's certainly
worth a ticket if you can do it. All right,
Let's talk about Liam Payne's funeral yesterday. I had mentioned
it during the show, but he was officially laid to
rest in England. Harry Styles was there, Zane Malick, Nile
Horn and Lloyd's Tomlinson.

Speaker 3 (03:45):
Tomlinson.

Speaker 2 (03:46):
They all came together for the first time guys in
nearly nine years.

Speaker 1 (03:52):
Wow.

Speaker 2 (03:52):
Yeah, to pay their respects to I mean honestly their
brother at that point, like how much time they had
spent together. They we all arrived separately. Harry was the
first one to get there. Simon cal also there with
his fiance. He formed one direction on the hit show
The X Factory. Feel like people probably knew that they did,
but I don't think they know the logistics.

Speaker 1 (04:14):
They were all there to perform at the individually, well
they were supposed to be, but then he saw them
and I was like, wait a second. If he put
you guys together, wow.

Speaker 2 (04:22):
He pretty much created like the boy band. Liam's girlfriend
Kate Cassidy, the one who was on the trip with
him and had left a couple of days before he
passed away, also there. She was one of the first
people to arrive. She walked in with Elizabeth Hurley Son Damien.

Speaker 1 (04:39):
Liam's ex wife, Cheryl Cole, was a judge on that show.
I think he was fourteen when he auditioned and during
the audition. He's flirting with her visibly, like up on
the you know, during his thing. And it's really crazy
to think they got married eventually because their age difference
is like ten years apart.

Speaker 2 (04:55):
Yeat married and then went on to have a child together, Bear,
who's just seven years old, and he was also at
the funeral.

Speaker 3 (05:02):
So so, so so sad.

Speaker 2 (05:04):
A source said that his family had gone to great
lengths to put together the most perfect service and give
him the sendoff he deserves.

Speaker 3 (05:11):
Liam.

Speaker 2 (05:12):
You know, he was a global superstar, but to his
parents Jeff and Karen, he will always just be their
little boy. It's going to be an incredibly difficult time
for them, cannot imagine. Obviously, Liam died falling from that
third floor balcony while he was in Argentina and he
was just thirty one years old.

Speaker 3 (05:31):
Oh so sad.

Speaker 2 (05:32):
All right, lastly, we officially got it, for those of
you that care, Cambridge's Dictionary Word of the.

Speaker 3 (05:39):
Year for twenty twenty four.

Speaker 2 (05:41):
Oh can anybody take a stab at this? Does anybody
think that they might know it was because of TikTok
because millions of people posted and did demure was on
the list?

Speaker 3 (05:52):
Good?

Speaker 2 (05:53):
That's a really good guess. Millions of posts and videos
use this hashtag.

Speaker 3 (06:01):
You guys are like, what when I say it? No givity? Stop?

Speaker 1 (06:06):
Okay, I manifest manifestation. That's the word.

Speaker 2 (06:15):
They're giving it a definition as to use methods such
as visualization and affirmation to help you imagine achieving something
you want in the belief that doing so will make things.

Speaker 3 (06:24):
More likely to happen. So manifest was the kid's word.

Speaker 1 (06:27):
For twenty times with the word, I'm.

Speaker 2 (06:30):
Saying kids because they're referencing TikTok as how they got
the word.

Speaker 1 (06:35):
There are too many people on the internet who are
saying like, you need to manifest your own destinies and
all self, which I believe in the manifestation. I do
believe in that sentiment. But you just can't manifest that
you get to put the work behind this. I don't
like people are stupid.

Speaker 3 (06:47):
I hate that everything happens for a reason.

Speaker 2 (06:48):
People too, because it's like, yes, some that is that
actually is valid for some things. But if you fail
a test that didn't happen, everything doesn't happen for a
reason you didn't study.

Speaker 3 (06:58):
Well, reason because you didn't study.

Speaker 1 (07:00):
Yeah, but you can't get a hundred if you like,
if you don't.

Speaker 2 (07:05):
Exactly, so some other words like foreign mentioned demure was
on the list. Goldilocks with it capital G. I don't, guys,
I don't know what the kids are talking about. I
don't know the kid, but I can tell you that.

Speaker 3 (07:18):
And then the other one.

Speaker 2 (07:20):
Charlie XCX made it famous, bratt Remember brat summer. All
the kids were saying brat summer, which is like to
have fun and party brat summer. Old Seriously that, Oh no, Well,
at least we know what manifest means, so that's a positive.
