I went to Mexico and I literally sat on a

and it was absolutely amazing. Like, yeah, I genuinely love vacation,
but more so than anything, I love shutting down and
just hanging with the family. It was unbelievable. And like, listen,
I'll go to the Dominican Republic ten out of ten
times just because that's where I'm from. But there's something
about Mexico that is just kind of special, especially when

you start comparing pricing. Mexico is a lot cheaper. You
don't get like, where exactly did you go? And we
went to CanCon And I hate saying it like that
because can Coon, but we stayed at an amazing place
in the restaurants here.

Brand new boiler costs, Like how much would it cost you?

another thing that was lucky is that it's my it's
my apartment, it's not my tenants apartment, so thank God
for that, right. But a boiler could cost you anywhere
from five to six g's and then they stack on
another let's say three four thousand for labor, and then
another three four five thousand for parts, so you're looking
at like fifteen thousand. And when it's a winter time,

need to eat.

was curious. The bathroom is still not done, but Tyle
has been laid. The vanity for the sinks is now in.
They say that this week they might only need two
to three days of quote finishing work to build my
makeup vanity and to build out my closet, and then

Though, I mean, listen, I stared at a tile for
weeks and weeks and weeks.

kind of see my my vision come to life, we're close.
We are very very close, but we're still in the
guest room. We're still in that full size bed. I
took an elbow to the eye last night. It's I

supposed to be finished by when by June.

To start in June, they're supposed to start the beginning

this time, they are there at this time. We had
a little bit of a delay just over something aesthetic
that both myself and the project manager didn't love. So
now there's going to be more of a delay. But
at this point, what is it matter, Like, I we're
paying the money. I wanted to look the way I

wanted to look. But we had to cancel our trip
up to Santa's Village. We always go there for Lala's birthday,
but we canceled that so cold. They were closing down
rides because it was so cold, and I just I
was like, I can't have the Laila might have been
she might have been able to suck it up, but
I couldn't have the baby out there. I would have
to stand inside the entire time. So we rescheduled our

whole trip. Thank god they were Everybody was really nice
about it. So we rescheduled our trip to August. So
this will be my first time going to Santa's Village store.
I've never been a story Land, but this was my
first time going to Santa's Village in the heat.

And to me personally, I think it's it's better because
you're able to do a lot a lot more.

Well, it's warm, so that's definitely going to change the game.
We go to Santa's village every year in December because
she has a December birthday, which is like trash. Her
bird is on the eighteenth, so it's it's always nice
to be like, we're going away for your birthday.

But I had some people shut it down go up
there around that time, and they weren't like snowsuits. It
was freezing up there was that bad, So like you'd
made the right time, I.

sick and our whole house was sick, I was the
