Speaker 1 (00:00):
Wake yo wa.
Speaker 2 (00:07):
Hi, everybody Happy Thursday. I opened up my phone obviously,
because that's what I the thing I first do the
second I wake up to the point where I can't
see and it hurts my eyes, and anybody else do that.
Speaker 3 (00:22):
But you're just like so pressed.
Speaker 2 (00:24):
And I saw.
Speaker 3 (00:28):
The video of the plane crash, and I'm like, wait
a second.
Speaker 2 (00:31):
You know, you just you're halfway asleep still, so you're
not really understanding what is going on. And then I
started scrolling and I saw it a few more times
and I'm like, oh my god, this.
Speaker 3 (00:42):
Is because it is not it's just not we don't
see this.
Speaker 4 (00:47):
We don't see it a lot here, see in other
places that like don't have the technology that the United
States doesn't.
Speaker 2 (00:53):
Yeah, you know, and I just feel like a lot
of times, you know, you get on a flight and.
Speaker 3 (01:01):
For the most part, you feel safe.
Speaker 2 (01:04):
You know, obviously there's a little like okay, I'm flying,
but to know that they were literally landing, I mean,
there are text messages that were sent from a wife
to her husband saying we're landing.
Speaker 3 (01:18):
I'll see you soon, like so close.
Speaker 2 (01:23):
If you're just waking up, you're just getting in the
car and you're a normal person. You're not trying to
read your phone with your eyes sealed shut. There was
a plane crash in DC writes out of a regular
international and the plane collided with a black Hawk helicopter.
Three Army soldiers in the helicopter, sixty passengers on the plane,
(01:46):
plus the four crew members. They have recovered nineteen bodies
so far. Guys, you got to think about the circumstances
in which they're trying to find bodies rescue people. I mean,
it's freezing, the water is freezing, there's ice in the water,
(02:06):
it's eight feet deep, it's pitch black. So instead of
being able to kind of look out broadly because they
have light, they have to look in every single little crevice.
You know, this is one of those situations where you're
just praying for the sun to come up, praying. And
I know a lot of people obviously who had family
members on that flight are are keeping hope alive. But
(02:28):
there are rumors right now everywhere that yes, nineteen bodies
have been recovered, but that it's going to turn into
a rescue mission and we will most likely have lost
all sixty seven.
Speaker 4 (02:39):
I mean, I feel like planes are one of the
biggest like fear anxiety, things like just to happen, and
then this happens down and people start thinking about it
like it's really like you have no control and it's scary.
Speaker 5 (02:49):
I was thinking about that for people who was afraid
of flying a lot of times you're afraid of flying
that the plane is gonna malfunction. Oh yeah, yeah, not
that you're gonna into another plane. Yeah, you just open
up a home new fear. Now for people who are
just like hell no, I ain't flying Like now, y'all
can't even control the skies because somebody messed up somehow,
someone the helicopter.
Speaker 2 (03:08):
I'll tell you that the helicopter messed up that plane.
Speaker 6 (03:11):
There's usually there's a control.
Speaker 5 (03:14):
Those people are very very strict about how they operate
in anything like that.
Speaker 2 (03:18):
Like actually with landing, they're kind of in cruise control.
It's the same thing every single time.
Speaker 4 (03:24):
The other thing with DC, that airspace is so tightly controlled,
like down to like feet just because like the President,
White House like all this stuff. So somebody messed up.
Speaker 6 (03:35):
Somebody messed up.
Speaker 5 (03:35):
Somebody in that control tabel gave either either wasn't paying
attention or something happened because planes are not just flying
in the sky just to fly.
Speaker 1 (03:42):
No.
Speaker 2 (03:42):
But but also keep in mind the helicopter was on
a training mission, so they're they're they're training, which means
they're not professional. They haven't done it yet. They're learning,
but they still should be one on there.
Speaker 6 (03:55):
That is, they still have a flight plan though.
Speaker 1 (03:58):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (03:58):
But I know, but if somebody else is training and
they don't know, you know, well, I don't know, we're
gonna find out.
Speaker 4 (04:04):
But I was in a plane one time and there
was smoking the cabin and we had to land like
really fast.
Speaker 6 (04:10):
It was very scary.
Speaker 4 (04:11):
I can't even imagine if like the situation of hitting
something and just the like the all like all of
a sudden, you're just plummeting.
Speaker 6 (04:18):
It's scary.
Speaker 2 (04:20):
It's scary. It's so sad. I have to get on
a plane in two weeks.
Speaker 6 (04:24):
So now I'm then that happens, by the.
Speaker 2 (04:26):
Way, with the entire family. Yeah, and you know, it's
just I don't know, it's it's scary and it's sad,
and it and it does like again, you're right, I
would say, more so I get on the plane and
if there's a little bit of shaking, you have that
that second, you know that thought in your head. We're like,
what the but yeah, you're certainly not thinking I'm gonna
crash into something, maybe a bird.
Speaker 4 (04:47):
My wife has a fear of flying, and like it's
not gonna help, No, not at all. She started taking
pills for it, like on the flight this like last flight,
it was bumping and all of a sudden she's fine.
I'm like, are you okay? Like you're like eh, like
all of the good I'm like.
Speaker 2 (05:02):
Wow, yeah, No, fear flying is a big one and
this is not going to help a lot of people.
And this is one of those stories that we're going
to continue to learn more as the day goes on.
Who was on that flight, who are their family members,
what are their stories? It's just going to be heartbreaking.
So as we learn, you will learn. I can't say
(05:23):
it enough. We are just praying for the sun to
come up in DC to try to help this rescue
mission out.
Speaker 4 (05:29):
Good morning everybody, actually and the Jamie Morning Show with
DJ Foreign.
Speaker 7 (05:34):
And Santi When you need to know, No, we got
you three things you need to know on Boston's number
one for hip hop and the best throwbacks you.
Speaker 8 (05:42):
Haven't any more Five This is a difficult day for
all of us at American Airlines, and our efforts now
are focused entirely on the needs of our passengers, crew members, partners,
first responders, along with their families and loved ones.
Speaker 2 (05:56):
Thursday, January thirtieth, that was the American Airlines CEO.
Speaker 9 (06:00):
Oh.
Speaker 3 (06:01):
If you didn't just hear our conversation, you're just waking up.
Speaker 2 (06:04):
You haven't seen the news. And American Airlines flight collided
with a US Army Blackhawk helicopter in DC last night,
flying into Reagan International Airport from Wichita, Kansas. So the
flight was essentially approaching the airport. They were in the
middle of landing when this accident occurred mid air over
(06:27):
the Potomac River. That helicopter that I've referred to was
inside of some sort of training mission. It had three
soldiers aboard. The flight had sixty passengers plus the four
crew members. Search and rescue is obviously in desperation mode
as we speak.
Speaker 3 (06:45):
Literally as we speak.
Speaker 2 (06:46):
They are searching the Potomac River trying to find anybody
they can. We have had fatalities reported. I can tell
you that daily mailage reporting up to nineteen no survivors
have been reported at this time are just going to
take days. I can tell you that we know several
of the US Skating team members were on board. They
(07:09):
were at some sort of conference. They were coming back
to DC. If you're talking about the rescue alone and
thinking just what that would look like, the water itself
is eight feet deep, it's freezing, there's ice, and a
human body would only survive in that sort of climate
in those temperatures for about ninety minutes. So obviously they're
(07:31):
doing everything they can to try to search and rescue
people as fast as they can. But we're well past
that threshold, and it's pitch dark. You guys, like again,
imagine trying you can't do a broad scope and just
like look around because it's so dark. The sun coming
up will be the best possible thing for this rescue mission.
Speaker 3 (07:52):
And I've seen.
Speaker 2 (07:54):
An interview with a husband whose wife was on board,
and he showed the new is his cell phone in
the last text she sent was we're just about to land.
I'll see you soon, and his text messages back to
her did not go through. If you watched the video,
or if you have seen the video, I don't know
(08:15):
how anybody could survive that it just the sounds and
the look of it alone.
Speaker 4 (08:20):
I hope for their sake, if everybody is gone, that
they died instantly because the horror that happened afterwards, what
they would have to just endure the.
Speaker 3 (08:29):
Watch anybody, I genuinely couldn't imagine.
Speaker 2 (08:35):
So, like I said, as of right now, six point
twenty daily mails reporting nineteen fatalities in total, we're talking
sixty seven people, which is just astronomical. This is like
insanely devastating, and you know, it's going to be one
of those things now where we're going to start to
learn the stories of all these people that were on
(08:56):
this flight, and it's just going to be absolutely heartbreaking,
absolutely heartbreaking. And you know this, this husband that showed
the text message, he said, I'm not giving up, hope.
I'm still waiting for them to call me and say
they pulled my wife out of the water and she's alive.
Speaker 6 (09:11):
And I hope that for him, I really, Oh, I'm.
Speaker 2 (09:14):
Hoping for a miracle, a miracle. So as we learn more,
you will learn more. This is there's a lot of
moving parts here, and it's going to be one with
constant updates, so we will be locked in. As soon
as we get more info, you'll have it as well.
Re Re was in court yesterday. Everybody front row center
with Mama Raki and Mama Roki's other daughter, Acep's sister.
(09:36):
She sat right in between the two of them. They
had a whole plan on how they were going to
get her in. He walked in out front and caused
a media frenzy. She came in through the garage. Inside.
They obviously had that one all the way set up.
I'm being told that just by reading, and I'm being
told like heaven inside.
Speaker 6 (09:55):
So I'm reading.
Speaker 2 (09:58):
That. She was pretty stoic the entire time, but seemed
annoyed and frustrated during Asaf Relly's testimony, which we have
a little clip of, and you said, as he.
Speaker 9 (10:09):
Was pointing at you, is what did he say right now?
So what did you say after I told him to
use it?
Speaker 1 (10:18):
Wow?
Speaker 9 (10:19):
Because mentally, like I couldn't believe just pulled the gun out.
Speaker 2 (10:24):
I guess she was just, you know, a little frustrated
because this is the man now on the stand saying, yeah,
your husband, you're a man, you have the father of
your child tried to kill me.
Speaker 4 (10:33):
I understand, But for our point that we're we're talking about, like,
I can't do that because it's gonna sway, it might
not be on like the positive end of things, and
he's gonna stay stolen.
Speaker 6 (10:43):
Yeah, and been met mugging dude ever since he came up.
Speaker 5 (10:46):
And I'm like, just really just the stage, the stand,
I mean, that's in my back.
Speaker 1 (10:50):
You know.
Speaker 5 (10:51):
What's a wild fact that it is like a stage though,
that that I missed out on is that I So
this guy went and reported this shooting. Radley went and
reported this shooting. Right The cops went to the scene,
found nothing. No gun has been found, no shell casings.
You know, ACEPS team is saying. Asap Rocky's team is
saying that this is a prop gun. It wasn't a
real gun, so there's no bullets in it either way.
(11:11):
They couldn't find a gun, they couldn't find a casing.
Asap Relly went back to the scene and recovered the
shell casings.
Speaker 6 (11:19):
Well he knew where they went.
Speaker 2 (11:22):
Ah, I mean, listen, we all know the I'm because
I'm looking at it right now. We know the infamous
photo with the gun out, but they're saying that that
was a fake.
Speaker 5 (11:32):
Asap Rocky team is saying that that was a prop gun,
that he carries around a prop gun with him so
that way he can, you know, kind of scare people off.
He's a celebrity and all of that. Obviously, prosecutors are saying, no,
that was a real gun. Some gun experts have come
out and says they don't make fake semi automatic weapons
like that. But the fact that he that the cops
who are in charge of this case couldn't find shellcasings.
(11:53):
All of a sudden, the victim goes back to the
scene of the crime. The detective it's a little saus right.
Speaker 2 (12:01):
I think if any of us put ourselves in that situation,
we'd be like, wait, so the accuser.
Speaker 6 (12:05):
Is the one found, did he not maybe bring them
that ship?
Speaker 4 (12:11):
She was like, oh, they're right there, And.
Speaker 5 (12:15):
I think that's why it's happy standing firm on like
now I'm not taking omplete deal, like this is all
the money grab.
Speaker 2 (12:20):
You can't fight that fun, Yeah, you can't. So if
you can prove the video that you guys can prove
that that's a fake gun, Okay, we have we have
a conversation. But remember Rocky's facing up to twenty four
years in jail if he is convicted on both of
these philogy. So it's a very long time, all right.
And lastly, the they call him the comedy Queens. I'm
(12:42):
not a big comedy show person. I have.
Speaker 3 (12:45):
I have gone to maybe two and I like to
laugh now I do.
Speaker 6 (12:50):
She doesn't like happening, he doesn't like fun. I don't
want nothing laugh make me laugh.
Speaker 2 (12:57):
It's just I like to be sad.
Speaker 1 (13:00):
Is so.
Speaker 2 (13:01):
Tina Fe and Amy Poehler have announced twelve new Restless
leg tour dates. Essentially, the two of them are continuing
their comedy tour and they will be in Boston.
Speaker 3 (13:12):
They added Boston to the leg.
Speaker 2 (13:13):
It'll start in Orlando in March and it'll hit here, Detroit,
Houston and Moore. You can go on Ticketmaster as we
speak and use the code Restless to get a pre
sale deal now, but the tickets will start to go
on sale this Friday.
Speaker 4 (13:27):
I don't know if I'm drawn to them as stand
ups now, because I think they started off that like
back in the day, but after Esenel, like I always
saw them as like characters and like actors, like I
done them their friendship.
Speaker 6 (13:39):
Yes, exactly, the chemistry together about the two of them.
Speaker 2 (13:43):
They're fun yeah, but they're funny together and they their
little banter back and forth.
Speaker 4 (13:48):
I've interviewed Amy before and she was really nice and
really funny during during the interview.
Speaker 6 (13:52):
Yeah, I'm not trying to flext. I'm just I felt it.
I'm just saying regardless, oh my god.
Speaker 3 (14:01):
Oh my god, you answered Amy poll up.
Speaker 4 (14:03):
But they made me laugh because I like fun But
I don't know everybody I would.
Speaker 2 (14:09):
That's funny. But the three things need to know for Thursday,
jam thirtieth, you can listen live via the iHeart Radio.
By the way, I love all of you that sent
me your screenshots of us being added to your preset.
We need to somehow, some way be like, hey, we
should sit down and see where the presets are because
remember we had there was this meeting where we were
in last place. Nobody was saving us as their presets.
(14:31):
A ton of you guys did yesterday. You put us
into your preset on the app. It's really easy to do.
Once jam and is on, you're gonna see the button
that says preset. So how do we do this where
we do another meeting where we're like, hey, we should
probably like check that out maybe in a month. Yes,
so it does a book suspect because they don't know
I'm begging. No, they don't need to know.
Speaker 4 (14:49):
But the rock station can't be the one beat like
beating like everybody here in the building.
Speaker 2 (14:53):
It's funny. The Kiss Morning Show had something to do yesterday.
So they left and Justin was in the car and
he was like, are you serious? You are that thirsty
to be number one that you're begging people? Oh yeah,
because we're last place.
Speaker 4 (15:06):
And I was told and the fact that Kiss was
at the bottom too, like that's the end, sir.
Speaker 2 (15:10):
Why don't you look in the mirror. Yeah, don't worry
about me. But anyways, down the free I heard radio
app once Jammin is on. I don't care about the
talkbacks anymore. Save us as your preset.
Speaker 6 (15:20):
Good morning exactly in the jam In Morning Show with
d J.
Speaker 7 (15:24):
Fourn it's saw T Morning, Boston's number one for hip
hop jam in ninety four or five.
Speaker 2 (15:33):
Hi, everybody, good morning. It's one of those weird things
where we were just having the conversation of you know,
what should we talk about? Like what are we thinking?
Anything that we were going to talk about seems weird
with everything that's going on in DC right now. You know,
it's so crazy because we just had the LA wildfires
(15:56):
and all these people losing their homes, and now this
morning we're waking up to the news of this just
devastating plane crash in DC. Uh if for some reason
you you know, you haven't heard what's going on and
American Airlines flight collided with a US Army Blackhawk helicopter
in DC. Picture it if you haven't seen the video.
(16:16):
Basically planes and landing gear like they're they're they're on
the way down, they collide with this helicopter. Sixty passengers
on the plane, four crew members, three Army soldiers on
board the helicopter, and just watching it, you can't possibly
imagine anybody surviving. Plane goes down into the Potomac River.
(16:41):
This happened last night. I don't know the exact time,
do you.
Speaker 6 (16:45):
I don't I'll double check it.
Speaker 4 (16:47):
It was dark.
Speaker 2 (16:48):
It was dark, So it happens last night. And now
the search and rescue has been going on for the
past few hours, but they're doing it in the pitch dark.
I ever wanted the sun to come up more to
aid these guys because the water's freezing. There's ice everywhere.
It's eight feet deep with just those that condition alone.
(17:11):
Say somebody did survive the actual crash in that water,
you got about ninety minutes to survive because it is
literally that freezing. So as of this moment this morning,
Daily Mail is reporting nineteen fatalities. I can tell you
there's rumor swirling online that we won't have any survivors,
(17:33):
but no survivors have yet to be reported.
Speaker 4 (17:37):
It happened at about nine pm, so there were plenty
of people awake and just watching it too. And like
where the plane comes in, there's tons of apartments there, like,
so I saw there. Fortunately, people got like a formal
view of this thing.
Speaker 2 (17:49):
I saw an interview with a guy this morning. His
apartment is all glass, yeah, and he's like I heard
something and I turned and then he was like kind
of just describing what he saw outside of his window.
Speaker 6 (18:00):
It is.
Speaker 2 (18:01):
It's so crazy, because you know, I think Ford said
the best this morning. If you have a fear of flying,
you have a fear of the actual plane itself malfunctioning.
You're not really thinking about collisions and planes crashing into
planes and planes crashing into helicopters. Now, what I can
tell you about this helicopter specifically was it was on
a training mission.
Speaker 3 (18:20):
It had three soldiers of board.
Speaker 2 (18:22):
When I hear training mission, I think that somebody flying
and operating that helicopter was learning from the passenger who's
the expert, and they were trying to teach them and
coach them on what the whatever they're supposed to be practicing.
So not an actual professional flying the helicopter. Again, that's
me making the assumption when I hear training mission.
Speaker 4 (18:42):
Yes, but in order to fly, you have to ask
permission from their traffic right for the first out there
say yes, you have Clarence to come in. Clearly somebody
missed a communication either back and forth. Yeah, that's my assumption.
I don't know.
Speaker 2 (18:54):
We do have a little bit from air traffic control
and like, son, you're better at this than I to
try to kind of like make out what they're saying.
Here Sports two washing the Star one Star three teaser
and you see that, you go around, it's like, did
(19:14):
you see that?
Speaker 3 (19:15):
And then they start it sounds like they go into
panic mode.
Speaker 4 (19:17):
The second part of that was a guy telling all
the other planes just turn around, go go just go
around because something happened.
Speaker 6 (19:22):
Yeah, and there was another plane coming.
Speaker 2 (19:24):
In coming in and I also saw another flight leaving
at the same time. And with that being said, there
are flights at Logan this morning that are being delayed canceled.
I think the airports are gonna you know, they're going
to see a lot of delays.
Speaker 5 (19:38):
And can't hold the whole airport is shut down. Reagan
shut completely shut down.
Speaker 4 (19:42):
There's another there's another one not too far from there,
so they could probably just divert most of those planes
there to Dallas.
Speaker 2 (19:49):
But the again, I have flown into Reagan many times,
and you get this. There is a there's a different
of feeling flying in there because you can see everything.
Speaker 3 (19:58):
You can see the White House, you can see.
Speaker 4 (19:59):
Everything, and it's close close to you fly right over
it too. But like the fear of flying that this
is going to just unlock with people.
Speaker 6 (20:06):
The next level.
Speaker 1 (20:07):
Bro.
Speaker 6 (20:07):
I'm telling you because it's like and it's hard not
to think of it. It's not it's.
Speaker 2 (20:11):
Yeah, and like, I don't know, I have this weird
thing anyway now with having kids, Like flying is things
like that are different when you than when you have kids.
I don't know, it just changes something in your brain
and I leave. In two weeks, I'm getting on a
flight with everybody, with with the girls, with my mother,
with the fireman, and I just I don't know, it
just very it feels weird and this, this is not normal.
(20:35):
What happened. This is this is this seems to me
that it was very avoidable.
Speaker 6 (20:40):
Absolutely.
Speaker 4 (20:42):
I now when it comes to flying, I prefer I
prefer us all to be on the same plane. I
just feel like if anything were to happen, at least
we're together and whatever happens afterwards, like we're here, we
aren't there.
Speaker 3 (20:54):
I understand that, yeah, And then I also know that
there are people who won't.
Speaker 6 (20:57):
Do that because they slit up their families.
Speaker 4 (20:58):
Yeah, but like case in case, Yeah, I understand it all.
But I think at the end of the day, like, hey,
if we're together, then we're.
Speaker 5 (21:06):
Happy, and like something like this, like you have no control, bro,
you're on the plane. You know your life is in
the pilot's hand and the air controlled towels hands because
again that's the air traffic space out there is what
they really like are known for doing, you know what
I mean? And like Santi said, nobody's allowed just to
just jump in the plane and fly. You got to
get permissioned. They got to know who you are, They
(21:28):
got to know where you're going, because they navigate disguise.
So something, something somewhere happened and either I don't know
what happened, but regardless, like this is tragic and for
everybody to have lost their lives, it seems that's sixty
four plus the three.
Speaker 6 (21:40):
It's crazy.
Speaker 3 (21:41):
Just out a thought in my head, why don't we
try to get Neil on Oh?
Speaker 2 (21:44):
Yes, Neil used to work here, guys at Kiss went away.
He went by roumea pilot now for Jet Blue, because
just out of curiosity, like I wonder what that looks
like when you're landing, like something like maybe we can
get a little bit more of a insight on that you.
Speaker 4 (22:01):
Get the first hand, because my expertise is from a simulator,
not from just embarrassing.
Speaker 2 (22:05):
This is embarrassing. Okay, how about we do this. We'll
play a song. I'll see if I can get Neil
on the phone. Maybe we talked to him a little bit,
maybe get just like a little bit more inside info
and you know kind of what that would look like.
He could be in the air though, Yeah, he could
be flying. We'll see, I'll try to contact him, and
again this is one of those things. I will keep
you posted six one seven, nine three one one nine
four five if anybody has anything to add in. But
(22:27):
like we said, as of right now, nineteen fatalities reported,
no survivors as of yet, and it's it's just absolutely devastating.
It's awful what's happening in DC. Our thoughts in press
continue to be there as we keep you updated on
all the coverage.
Speaker 7 (22:45):
Now from the McGovern auto dot Com traffic center, you
haven't ninety four or five traffic.
Speaker 4 (22:50):
Four ninety five southbound. We are looking good hereled down
to the mass Pike. Masspike eastbound, we do have an
accident before the one twenty eight exit CAUs and delays
all the way back towards Grafton. So that's going to
take your least in. We're there in the mass Pike. Sorry,
the expressly northbound heavy delays after the brain tel I got.
Speaker 2 (23:05):
A text him to Neil. He probably saw me calling
at this hour and was like this is a mistake, goodbye,
good night, or he's flying.
Speaker 4 (23:13):
Or he's like she's still love from the night before
and I'm not dealing.
Speaker 2 (23:15):
With what not anymore years back pre kids maybe so yeah,
I I you know, he's the only person that I
can really think of that I know that's an actual pilot.
I believe he flies for Jet Blue, so we probably
could get a little bit more insight there.
Speaker 4 (23:31):
But that's like a commercial pilot because like obviously if
you fly the smaller ones, that's different than like one
of these big planes.
Speaker 3 (23:38):
So what size plane was it?
Speaker 4 (23:39):
Son, I don't know yet. I think I saw a
seven thirty seven, but don't quote me on that one.
But yeah, crazy and just I.
Speaker 2 (23:48):
Again, we keep learning things, and we will continue to
learn things as the morning rolls on. But just waiting
for the sun to get up to help with the
aid there, thinking about everybody in DC.
Speaker 1 (24:00):
Especially and the jam In Morning show with DJ Foreign
and Santi WHNN.
Speaker 7 (24:04):
You need to know, No, we got you three things
you need to know on buttons number one for hip
hop and the best throwbags you haven't any more.
Speaker 1 (24:13):
Five.
Speaker 8 (24:14):
This is a difficult day for all of us at
American Airlines, and our efforts now are focused entirely on
the needs of our passengers, crew members, partners, first responders,
along with their families and loved ones.
Speaker 2 (24:26):
Thursday, January thirtieth. Obviously, most of you are aware of
what's going on. As the sun comes up, We're hoping
that I can report in the next couple hours some
better news. As of right now, if you're just waking
up and seeing an American Airlines flight collided with a
US Army black Hawk helicopter in DC. Essentially, the plane
(24:48):
was in landing mode. It was getting ready to land
from Wichitak, Kansas at Reagan International and they collided. So
the Blackhawk helicopter was on a training mission. It had
three Army members of board. The flight had sixty passengers
plus the four crew members, So we're talking sixty seven
people involved in this crash. Right now, it's a search
(25:10):
and rescue and they are desperately searching. I can tell
you that Daily Mail is reporting nineteen fatalities as of
right now. But this happened around nine pm last night.
We are at seven o nine am this morning. The
situation in the water is devastating. I mean, it's eight
feet deep, it's thirty five degrees. You can't survive that.
(25:32):
If you survived the crash, because if you haven't seen
the video of it.
Speaker 3 (25:36):
I don't know how anybody could.
Speaker 6 (25:38):
It's really tough to still have hope, which is super
sad it is.
Speaker 2 (25:41):
There is different stories coming out. Who was on board
the flight? What kind of messages did they send? We
know right now several members of the US skating team
were on board. And the news caught up with.
Speaker 3 (25:55):
A husband whose wife was on the plane. And here
he is.
Speaker 2 (26:00):
You can tell he's in complete shock, just kind of
talking about the final moments of their communication.
Speaker 10 (26:06):
I'm just praying that somebody's pulling her out of the
river right now as we speak.
Speaker 1 (26:09):
That's all I can pray for.
Speaker 6 (26:11):
I'm spraying the gun. When's the last time we spun?
Speaker 11 (26:14):
She texted me we were landing, that they're landing in
twenty minutes.
Speaker 6 (26:18):
Can you show us a text message that landing in
twenty minutes. The rest of my text didn't did not
get delivered. That's when I realized something might be up.
Speaker 2 (26:27):
Can I just say, shame on that woman interviewing him?
Can I see the text messst that's diabolic?
Speaker 6 (26:34):
Like, why bitch, No.
Speaker 2 (26:35):
You can't see the techl oh that just sent me
to the moon. No, you can't see the TECHTLI. This
is my personal message with my wife. I wouldn't make
that up. She wants to receive, she wants to receive
this most likely not with us anymore. Again, the conditions
in the water are so bad and it's it was
and has been pitch dark for these rescue teams trying
(26:56):
to salvage and find anything they can in the Potomac. Now,
I can tell you the search and rescue they said
will probably take days. Right now they're adding search in there.
But I do think at some point this is going
to turn into a rescue mission. And there are a
lot of rumors online even as of this morning, that
there will be no survivors. A fear of flying is
(27:18):
such a massive thing for so many people, and this
just yeah, next level, It really is next level.
Speaker 5 (27:25):
And not even thinking about this once they figure out
what happened, the amount.
Speaker 6 (27:29):
Of lawsuits that are gonna come against.
Speaker 5 (27:31):
Somebody, either whether it's being the government if they did
if you know that helicopter took the wrong turn or
whatever happened there, But people are gonna get sued because
and people got to pay it. Like that's sixty lives
that were just on their way home, like seven sixty Yeah,
literally about to land and be with their loved ones
or do whatever they were going to do in their
business out there in Washington, and they are never going
(27:53):
to see that day.
Speaker 6 (27:54):
That's kind of crazy to think about.
Speaker 2 (27:55):
It's it's insane, and you know, you just you had
just said, like, when is the last time this happens,
and Zanti looked it up.
Speaker 6 (28:02):
It was February twelfth of two thousand and nine. What
happened in the air.
Speaker 4 (28:05):
It was a mini air collision similar to this.
Speaker 6 (28:07):
Yeah, and people lost their lives.
Speaker 3 (28:09):
Yes, yeah, it's it doesn't happen often, It shouldn't happen.
Speaker 2 (28:13):
I think this was definitely. Yeah, I think that this
was one hundred percent avoidable. Again, we're going to learn more.
I just when I hear that the black Hawk was
doing a quote training mission, it gives to me that
somebody in there was a trained professional, but they were
teaching other people how to fly. So so whoever was plying
the helicopter might not have been ready.
Speaker 4 (28:34):
Maybe we can move the train into somewhere where there's
not an airport or city.
Speaker 2 (28:38):
I think that's right most likely going to happen. Yeah,
but I mean, obviously, even reading so much this morning
on it, it's very clear that the two it was
so dark they didn't see each other. Yeah, it's just
a way.
Speaker 4 (28:48):
I think it's a problem because somebody's supposed to be
communicating with them, because.
Speaker 5 (28:50):
The plan, there's radars, there's all kinds of things that
you're supposed to be able to navigate.
Speaker 2 (28:55):
As we learn more, I will keep you posted, even
if I have to, you know, come through a song
or you know, if we're talking about something else, I
will make sure that you guys have the latest information.
Speaker 1 (29:06):
All right.
Speaker 2 (29:06):
Really was in court yesterday. We talked about it, what
optics alone? Was it a good idea? Was it a
bad idea? She sat front row with MoMA Rocky and
Asap Rocky's sister Smack dab in the middle.
Speaker 3 (29:19):
We're being told via people that were in the.
Speaker 2 (29:21):
Courtroom and reading that she for the most part kind
of kept kept a stoic, not many expression face. But
then when asab Relli started to do his testimony, she
looked bothered, She looked a little annoyed.
Speaker 9 (29:36):
And you said, as he was pointing it at you,
is what did he say right now? So what did
you say after I told him to use it?
Speaker 1 (29:46):
Wow?
Speaker 9 (29:47):
Because eventically, like I couldn't believe just poor to go home.
Speaker 2 (29:51):
Now, forum was kind of this happened so long ago.
And listen, it's a serious it's a serious defense. He's
if he's convicted on these two felonies counts, he's getting
twenty four years. I know you guys tired of me
hearing it, but I think it's remiss of me not
to mention he was offered a pretty plea deal, which
he said no too, because his lawyers felt like they
had enough info to get him off and enough for seats.
(30:11):
But listen, there's video footage of Asap holding a gun. He,
by the way, is saying that it's a fake gun. Yeah,
and he carries it around just because you know, he's
out and about and he wants people to kind of
have a little bit of fear.
Speaker 3 (30:25):
But it's fake and not real. Another weird part about
this case, the.
Speaker 2 (30:29):
Man who's saying Asap Rocky shot me is the one
who also found the bullet casings of the shooting.
Speaker 1 (30:38):
Weird.
Speaker 2 (30:39):
Police couldn't even do that, detectives, probably dogs, but he
found the bullet. It listened a lot of weird things happening,
But the photo doesn't lie. He's holding a gun, whether
it's real or fake, he's holding something.
Speaker 5 (30:51):
He's holding a weapon. It's clearly a gun. Whether it's
a like you said, fake, a prop, we don't know.
I mean, again, asap Rocky's theme, their whole stand is
that this guy's just trying to get him money grab
and he's trying to you know what I mean, like
kind of pull cloud off of this and we'll see
what happens.
Speaker 6 (31:05):
I don't think he gets.
Speaker 2 (31:06):
Not that this matters, because it doesn't if it was
true that he was carrying around like a movie gun,
a fake gun.
Speaker 3 (31:14):
Are the streets laughing at him?
Speaker 5 (31:16):
I think, so, yeah, get a real one, because you know,
in the levers you talk about certain things in certain ways.
Speaker 6 (31:22):
It's kind of like, why are you walking around with
a fake gun?
Speaker 2 (31:25):
What are you doing with that squirt gun?
Speaker 12 (31:27):
Yeah?
Speaker 5 (31:27):
And again if you've got that kind of money. I'm
also in the thoughts of you don't need to carry
a gun.
Speaker 1 (31:33):
You hire a.
Speaker 2 (31:34):
Security that can legally carry away.
Speaker 5 (31:36):
Exactly, there's no need for you to run around. But yeah,
if you're running around with a prop gun, I mean,
sometimes you got to scare some people.
Speaker 2 (31:41):
But I know she's exactly, you know. Yeah, by the way,
getting Rere into court, they had that thing planned out.
They had asab Rocky come in the front. He caused
a major distraction. She came up through the raj entrance.
(32:01):
And really there's only one little video that I've seen
of her. It was quick. They didn't they ging a
lot of footage of her, but she definitely was inside
all right. And lastly, I'm just adding this in to
make the day a little bit lighter.
Speaker 3 (32:15):
Remember when all the Diddy stuff came out.
Speaker 2 (32:19):
The number one joke against Diddy the.
Speaker 6 (32:22):
Oil, the baby oil. Okay, Johnson jumped if it could.
Speaker 2 (32:26):
Get crazier, guys like gear up because this is wild.
So a woman has filed another new suit against Diddy.
She sat down with Rolling Stones and she basically said
she was in a relationship with Ditty for about four years.
And she said that this man would quote go through
baby oil like water for his sexual escapades. Wait for it,
(32:50):
she would. She claims he would go through an entire
bottle of baby oil in less than five minutes.
Speaker 1 (33:01):
Just.
Speaker 4 (33:03):
Where like people put it on their entire bodies than
make love like that.
Speaker 2 (33:09):
You've got a couple, it's a slipper and slid. You
ever accidentally hit it at the bottom of the tub,
you'll die. Yeah, it is so slippery you'll die. And
you only need a little droplet of bit.
Speaker 4 (33:20):
But what's he going through a bottle for if he
wants to do some other stuff? Like he doesn't need
that much right?
Speaker 2 (33:24):
No, But guys, this is crazy because in the suit,
she says that he shoved two pills in her mouth.
In July of twenty twenty four, not that long ago,
she blacked out, woke up in a room filled with
baby oil, bottles, hookahs, food and wine. She added, the
person that I so fell in love with, that I
cared for like family. I'm finding out every single day
(33:44):
that person is a monster. I was making excuses for him.
He was drugging me, he was assaulting me. I'm finding
out that maybe I didn't know the person. I was
just manipulated a bottle Johnson and Johnson baby But in
less than five minutes. I mean, honestly, it's hard to do.
Speaker 5 (34:00):
Went on stage and said, bro, I got baby all
that my grandmother used to have from years ago.
Speaker 6 (34:04):
That's still not done. How does he go through a
bat because he doesn't.
Speaker 2 (34:08):
Want my baby oil bottle. The Johnson Johnson sticker is
peeling and also corns and it's so faded you don't
even know if it's pinking it exactly.
Speaker 6 (34:16):
He wanted to slide. It's just did he get me wild?
Speaker 2 (34:23):
Okay? That is three things that you probably never need
to know for January thirtieth morning exactly.
Speaker 1 (34:31):
And the jam In Morning Show with d J.
Speaker 7 (34:33):
Feign It's Sat Morning, Austin's number one for hip hop
jam In ninety four or five.
Speaker 2 (34:42):
You know what, This show always humbles me. This show
always humbles me. And I don't know about the other shows,
but I am more than happy to admit if I
make a mistake.
Speaker 6 (35:00):
The other shows don't do that at all.
Speaker 2 (35:01):
I'd be messing up sometimes. That's okay, And this one
of me is silly because the fireman is a firefighter
who goes to training often, and I know this to
be true, and I know sometimes he'll train in an
attic fire, a pretend attic fire, or a basement fire, whatever,
And he's a professional, right, He's a professional man going
to a training. So earlier, when we were discussing the
(35:25):
plane crash into the helicopter in DC, I was like,
I don't know. It's giving like a non professional may
have been flying this helicopter and they were doing some
sort of training mission.
Speaker 3 (35:36):
And then I got this very humbling talkback.
Speaker 11 (35:39):
Just because it says a training mission doesn't mean they
didn't know what they were doing, or there was a
rookie flying. They could have been doing a night training
or training on a new instrument, or any type of training.
They could have been professionals just getting out there and
(36:00):
getting more seat time. I mean, you guys are making
it sound like you guys know, idiot, I mean idiots.
Speaker 2 (36:10):
He could have said, no, it's fine, he's not wrong.
Yeah he's I hate him, but he's not wrong, and
that's fine. And again as soon as he said it,
I was like, well, that's very true, because there's a
lot of times where the fireman would be like, I
have training today and more training on a certain thing.
So yes, for sure, and we will find out. I mean,
I could be right. It could be a very rare circumstance,
(36:31):
but it also could be that that they were just
getting out and practicing flying at night.
Speaker 3 (36:36):
We don't know, and we'll find out.
Speaker 9 (36:39):
I know.
Speaker 2 (36:39):
Donald Trump had tweeted out last night and he's like,
this is why did this happen? This should not have happened.
This really seems like it could have been avoidable. We're
also hearing that the air traffic control tried to contact
potentially the helicopter multiple times. So I don't know. I
don't know what happened, but you know, I love getting
(36:59):
call an idiot at seven thirty seven in the morning.
Sometimes I deserve it.
Speaker 4 (37:03):
But at least we're all here to say, hey, we
were wrong, and we do that, but because other stations.
Speaker 2 (37:07):
Will, by the way, we might not. It's all we're
all guessing right now. But he's right, it could have
been another circumstances. I was just saying, that's what it
sounded like to me. But that's very true. There are there.
There could be a trading mission in a sense of
like hey, they were out there practicing at night.
Speaker 4 (37:22):
I do not know, but it's clear that something went
wrong that wasn't supposed to do and clearly we're going
to get to the bottom of that because this can't
happen right.
Speaker 2 (37:28):
No, And even DT tweeting, he said that plane was
doing exactly what that plane should have done. The plane
was landing the right way it was doing exactly what
it was supposed to do. Something just does not like
it's just the horrible night.
Speaker 4 (37:40):
Absolutely, and then just at the end of the flight
where you think things are fine, it's gonna be right
at the end of what happens.
Speaker 6 (37:46):
Yeah, like you've done toke all for your landing.
Speaker 5 (37:48):
Even if you have anxiety of flying, You're like like,
you're like, finally I'm getting the land and then all
of a sudden, this just happens.
Speaker 6 (37:54):
Like Santi said earlier, hopefully was you know, it was quick.
Like honestly, that's like the best thing I can It's.
Speaker 3 (38:00):
So crazy to think to even talk about something like that,
but yeah, it's.
Speaker 4 (38:05):
Yeah, planes are scary. I told you as by the
time I was flying back from Switzerland and there was
smoke in the cockpit, smoke in the cabin. Pilot comes
on and says, listen, smoking the corpit. We have to
have the plane down in fifteen minutes, and we had
just reached peak altitude, so I'm talking about thirty five
thousand feet. He goes, we will have the plane down
in fifteen minutes. I'm like, there's no way, I know.
(38:26):
This will take at least an hour. He banked to
the right and nosed ove the plane straight down to
the ground. We were down on the tarmac fifteen minutes.
Speaker 2 (38:35):
Where did you land?
Speaker 4 (38:36):
And what was We landed in Paris? We were supposed
to go to Philly. We had that plane down and
there was smoke like everywhere. The scariest part is we're
pulling up and the fire and like engines everywhere, they're
on the plane and all this stuff.
Speaker 6 (38:47):
It was wild.
Speaker 3 (38:49):
Married at the time kids.
Speaker 4 (38:50):
Join and I married. I was convinced at that moment that.
Speaker 2 (38:53):
Was like, oh yeah, I would have told myself that too.
Speaker 4 (38:55):
And my thought was, all right, I'm guzzling on this
wine and at least I'm going to die in first
class drunk.
Speaker 13 (39:03):
I'm like, yeah, why, yeah, where? Yeah, Well, you know,
good for you man, that's your story the whole thing.
Speaker 2 (39:13):
And guzzled my wine. I was like, well, thank god,
I'm with the rich people. Hi, everybody, good morning, it's
actually the gym morning. I I just said to Santi
for and I was like, we need to talk about
something like lighthearted because it's just a heavy day and
it's been a lot about you know, what's going on
in DC. Why don't we talk about the fact that
(39:34):
I feel like and and other people might relate to
this in their relationships. There's like multiple versions of my husband.
My favorite version being Vaca Fireman. Vaca Fireman like money
doesn't it doesn't matter what things cost. Vaka Fireman is happy.
He that man is relaxed. He's like, you want to
(39:56):
go to a restaurant where there's one hundred dollars minimum,
Like nothing is under one hundred on the menu. Let's go, Honey,
we're on vacation. I love vacaire guy. Okay. Then there's
like at home Fireman. He like that one kind of sucks.
He's just stressed all the time. There's like always something
to be done, and he's just angry. You know, there's
(40:18):
there's a there's there's lover Fireman, there's you.
Speaker 6 (40:21):
Know, there's a there's multiple versions.
Speaker 1 (40:23):
You know.
Speaker 2 (40:23):
He doesn't come out often. But the newest version of
the Fireman is student Fireman. I told you guys, he's
going back to school, which I'm so happy for him.
I think it's amazing. He after he got out of
the Marines, like after his last tour in Afghanistan, he
stayed in San Diego and he did two semesters at
(40:45):
I think it was like San Diego State or something,
and he put school on the back burner and became
a fire a firefighter, which was was awesome.
Speaker 3 (40:54):
So not Anyways, he's back in school and it's been pretty.
Speaker 2 (40:58):
Painful for for me. He the lack of knowledge when
it comes to just like schooling and just navigating what
that looks like is tough. Last night, I'm in bed
and I can hear him in the living room mother
effing himself because he's mad at the computer. He's mad
at the system, He's mad at what they have to read.
He's mad at the assignment, like full on conversation with
(41:21):
himself out there, yelling and screaming. A good example for you,
the lack of knowledge he has when it comes to
anything computer related. He asked me foreign how he can
tell if in word it's gone to the next page
because he has a three page paper. Do I say
with what? He's like, well, how will yes? Yeah, how
(41:43):
will I know?
Speaker 3 (41:44):
And so I take the enter button and I go
and he goes, oh because it had popped to.
Speaker 2 (41:51):
Like it's back the other day. Because they work on
a system called Canvas. It's just like the school system. Right,
have email. I'm like, what everybody else has an email?
The professor's saying, go to email email me. I've been
on here for an hour. I don't have email.
Speaker 3 (42:10):
I go, hey, I'm not like, can I see it? No,
it's not there.
Speaker 2 (42:15):
I don't have everybody has. This is what happens to me.
It's I am cursed with technology. Everybody else's has.
Speaker 3 (42:21):
I said, can I can? I'll take you two seconds.
Speaker 4 (42:24):
Let me just.
Speaker 2 (42:26):
Said finances inbox. It says inbox R damn. It's the
couldn't find him it was right, So then we hit
inbox and all the emails pop. He goes, oh, an hour,
like he just I'm telling you, student Fireman, that man is.
Speaker 4 (42:43):
Rest student Fireman didn't know that you kept typing and
went on to the second page. Or did he stop
typing because he didn't know if it was going to
keep going and just disappear.
Speaker 2 (42:51):
What do you either answer?
Speaker 3 (42:52):
Make you feel better? Because it wouldn't make me feel better.
It wouldn't give me any satisfaction.
Speaker 6 (42:57):
Oh my god. But at least I'll learn how to
use the computer, though, which is super important.
Speaker 4 (43:00):
Ye.
Speaker 2 (43:00):
Well, he has handed in a few assignments and he's
gotten a few a's, so he's that around.
Speaker 6 (43:06):
Has he done in the last like ten years? Has
he not used a lot? But does a computer like zero?
Like fine?
Speaker 1 (43:17):
Google?
Speaker 6 (43:17):
Like what is he Google?
Speaker 9 (43:18):
Like?
Speaker 6 (43:18):
How like has he do it? He does? True?
Speaker 2 (43:21):
Doesn't even use Google because he feels anything monitored. This
is like, this is the man I'm mayor. He's not
even on Google.
Speaker 6 (43:27):
He like how does he find like information?
Speaker 2 (43:30):
YouTube?
Speaker 3 (43:31):
Okay, what information do you think he's looking for? Like,
give me exactly because he's not looking for it.
Speaker 6 (43:36):
How do you get to this store in like Weymouth?
He hops on maps but that's a form of Google.
Speaker 2 (43:43):
Okay, but but he's using the specific like direction that
he's not going to count that as well the way
which he probably uses at his job as well, hundred percent,
but he's familiar with it. When he's fixing things in
the house, it's straight YouTube. He's not reading anything, he's
watching videos.
Speaker 6 (43:57):
And at work he doesn't need to go on a
computer at all.
Speaker 2 (43:59):
He didn't, but now he brings his computer to work
and he's that well sorry with the two fingers he's
she only uses two fingers when he types, which literally
makes my vagina s trouble, like use all your hands.
I didn't get it, but yeah, no Fireman as a
student stressed.
Speaker 3 (44:15):
He actually yesterday looked at me and goes, hey, like
are you good?
Speaker 2 (44:18):
Do you need And I said no, what's up? He's like,
I'm just gonna go lock myself in the guest room
get some work done. Like he's not well.
Speaker 6 (44:25):
Really he's not well, but it doesn't seem to be
the workload.
Speaker 4 (44:30):
It seems to be like the typing the find in
the inbox.
Speaker 3 (44:33):
He was doing the thing in bed.
Speaker 2 (44:34):
Like two nights ago. A new assignment, a new assignment
had come and he's like like doing that, like doing
the deep breast and I'm like, what's Like, what's the assignment?
He said, Uh, we have to read, we have to summarize,
and we have to give our you know, thesis statement
all on video.
Speaker 3 (44:55):
I said, oh, so you have to like set up
the camera and record yourself.
Speaker 2 (44:58):
He goes yeah.
Speaker 3 (44:58):
I said, I'll pay a hundred.
Speaker 2 (45:00):
I'll pay a hundred to watch.
Speaker 1 (45:03):
Rock Yo Hit Rock Yo Hit, Rock Yo Hit Rock
Rock Yo especially and the Jamin Boy Show with DJ
Foreign and Santi.
Speaker 7 (45:16):
When you need to know, we got you three things
you need to know on Boston's number one for hip
hop and the best throwbacks you haven't any more.
Speaker 2 (45:24):
Five Thursday, January thirtieth, and obviously we're going to start
in DC. What we know so far, guys. An American
Airlines flight collided with the US Army black Hawk helicopter
in DC, basically making their descent. There was a collision
between the two as the flight was descending into Reagan
(45:46):
International Airport, from which TA Kansas. Sixty four people in
total on the flight, sixty passengers, four crew members, three
Army soldiers on board the helicopter. Unfortunately, I do have
to report that the search and rescue mission has been
changed from rescue to recovery. For the latest, we're going
(46:07):
to go to Sean Duffy. Sean is the Secretary of Transportation.
Speaker 14 (46:11):
A few details I'd like to give all of you,
and some of you reported this, but last night. If
you live in the DC area, you would know that
this was a clear night last night. The helicopter was
in a standard pattern. If you live in the DCRE,
you'll see helicopters up and down the river. This flight
pattern is seen oftentimes when you live in DC. This
(46:34):
was a standard flight pattern last night as well. The
American Airline flight coming into land was in a standard
flight pattern as it was coming into DCA, so this
was not unusual with a military aircraft flying the river
and aircraft landing at DCA. As many of you are reported,
(46:55):
we have located the two aircrafts. The fuselage of the
American Airline plane was inverted. It's been located in three
different sections. It's in about waste deep water. So that
recovery is going to go on today. As that recovery
(47:16):
takes place of the fuselage of the aircraft, NTSB is
going to start to analyze that aircraft, partner with the
FAA with all of the information we have to get
the best results possible.
Speaker 2 (47:29):
Remember, guys, if for some reason somebody was able to
survive that collision alone, which if you watch the video,
I don't know how it would be physically possible. They
were going into the Potomac which was eight feet deep, freezing,
there was ice. You would only really survive those conditions
for up to ninety minutes. This has happened at nine
pm last night. It's early in the morning, so you know,
(47:52):
it's just and we're starting to learn who exactly was
on the flight. I can tell you there were several
members of the US skating team on board, two of
the coaches from here from home from Boston. Also a
rumor that their son was on the flight as well.
As the day goes on, we will learn more. I
will give you the latest information we have. I can
tell you that it is now being reported that at
(48:15):
least twenty eight are dead. And like I said, it
moved from a rescue mission to a recovery mission. This
is just unheard of.
Speaker 6 (48:23):
It's sad to hear, sad to think about the way
that they passed to it must be so horrific.
Speaker 2 (48:27):
Yeah, him Sean Duffy, the Secretary of Transportation there that
just played for you, given kind of like the latest update,
hearing him say a clear night. Yeah, everybody's paths were normal,
like ones that they have done routinely.
Speaker 6 (48:40):
What happened?
Speaker 2 (48:41):
And that's the answer we all want, right what the
hell happened up there in the sky. And I hope
we get that sooner than later. But I do know
about the black box.
Speaker 4 (48:49):
The black box will start recording like like on loop,
so they're gonna be able to find out like some
details there. But also the air traffic too. They record everything,
so at some point we're gonna find out everything.
Speaker 2 (49:00):
Obviously, it's not enough to say thoughts in prayers with
everybody from Wichita, Kansas, in DC and wherever all of
these people were coming from going to the main thing
here is they wherever they were headed, they never made it.
And it's just awful, awful to think about what people
are going to be going through this morning. All right,
(49:21):
Rereadid in fact show face in court yesterday for her mans.
She sat in between Mama Rocky and ASAP's sister. They
had to really plan and figure out this entry for Rihanna.
They had Asap come in the front. It was a
Frerenzi and she came in through the garage and a
separate entrance. I saw like a point zero four or
five second clip of her going into court. She was
(49:43):
rocking her glasses. We talked a lot about this and
just the optics surrounding Rihanna being there. Would the jury
be like, Wow, she's here to support or will the
jury be like, we don't care who Rihann is. You
don't know who you're dealing with. Because have you, guys,
just in life, ever come across people where you'll mention
a celebrity and they they know, oh yeah, but they
want to act like I don't care. I don't care who.
Speaker 3 (50:05):
You know, and they care. But we don't know what
kind of jury we're dealing with. So I'm sure we
all know.
Speaker 2 (50:11):
That was a very, very very thought out conversation between
asap Rocky and his legal team, but clearly they made
the call that they wanted Rihanna inside the courtroom, who,
by the way, was said to kind of state stoic.
Not really much reaction until asap Relly hopped on the
stand and detailed what he believes is asap Rocky trying
(50:31):
to shoot him with a gun.
Speaker 9 (50:33):
And you said, as he was pointing it at you
is what did he say?
Speaker 2 (50:40):
So?
Speaker 9 (50:41):
What did you say after I told him to use it?
Speaker 1 (50:44):
Why?
Speaker 9 (50:45):
Because mentally, like I couldn't believe it's fools?
Speaker 2 (50:49):
Were didn't like that. She wasn't a huge fan of
asap Relly being on the stand. I guess she supposedly
looked annoyed.
Speaker 4 (50:55):
Somebody pulls out a gun on the last thing I'm
gonna say is go ahead, Like I'm like, no, please,
don't shoot.
Speaker 5 (51:00):
And he was yeah, he was asked that question if
a stranger did the same thing, would you do the same.
He was like, nah, I probably run or I don't
know what i'd do. But he was like our relationship
stams fifteen years. We were friends from high school.
Speaker 2 (51:13):
That's crap.
Speaker 5 (51:14):
For this guy to have pulled a gun out on
me is like, I couldn't believe he was doing that.
Like I thought we were coming to hash things out.
Speaker 2 (51:20):
Yeah, I guess for people listening that are like, they're
all very confused, explain to asaps and why they have
it in front of their names, and then also explain
why they were fighting.
Speaker 5 (51:31):
Okay, so a SAP is like the Wu tang. Let
me put it that way. So you got you know,
method man, justus as all of them. So a SAP
was a was a group, a collective of rappers, producers
and just you know, musical guys, and they all came
together and then slowly it seems like they've been falling
apart them to what for instance, high school Asaparelli and
asab Rocky why they were fighting. He kind of detailed
(51:54):
that they had a solo taste for each other for
a few years, and every once in a while they
would throw shots at each other. So Radley finally suggested
that Asap, hey, let's meet up and just squash this again.
We've known each other a long time. We don't gotta
be cool no more, but we can just squatch this.
And he said that a he came alone, and asap
Rocky came with like two guys with a gun and
started getting feisted with him, and you know, pulled out
(52:14):
the gun on him, and he was like, dude, if
you really came here with a gun to shoot me,
go ahead.
Speaker 6 (52:18):
And shoot me.
Speaker 5 (52:19):
Done, because I can't even believe you're pulling this gun
on me. Now, asab Rocky's saying, this is all a
ployed just to get some money to get a bag,
just because you know, again Dan now friends no more.
Speaker 2 (52:29):
And keep in mind, we have receipts of Asap holding
a gun. Now asab Rocky is claiming it was a
prop gun, It wasn't real. He uses it to kind
of like scare people off because he's a celebrity. But
there is a photo of him holding a gun.
Speaker 6 (52:41):
We do that blick.
Speaker 2 (52:42):
And remember he was offered a real juicy plea deal
in which he said, no, no, I don't want that
and he's looking at twenty four years for two felon
accounts if in fact he is convicted.
Speaker 6 (52:53):
Oh risky. I know, all right.
Speaker 3 (52:54):
If you're looking for something fun to do, and unlike me,
you like to laugh.
Speaker 2 (52:59):
The comedy in the comedy Queen, so they call them
snl lums. Tina Fane Amy Boehler announced twelve new dates
for their Restless Leg tour.
Speaker 3 (53:08):
Why does this matter to you? Well, they're coming to Boston.
Speaker 2 (53:11):
You can go to Ticketmaster use the code restless for
early access, but the general sale tickets will start tomorrow.
Amy Poehler and Tina Fey said, if this tour goes right,
we can finally end this friendship, make a little money.
Then their dynamic is fun. It's funny. I like seeing
them together. I'm just not a comedy show girly like.
Speaker 1 (53:28):
It's okay, But.
Speaker 4 (53:29):
I don't understand. Did you have a bad experience?
Speaker 6 (53:31):
What is it about comedy show?
Speaker 2 (53:36):
I love laughing, But you guys know this about me.
I don't like to watch shows that are comedies, and
I don't like to go to comedy shows. I'd rather
watch I'd rather watch a movie where like someone's dying.
I don't know I don't.
Speaker 3 (53:48):
I don't know what it is.
Speaker 2 (53:49):
But I loved the show Ship's Creak. I loved the
show The Office. I like those are comedies.
Speaker 4 (53:57):
Yes, I feel like we would have the same experience
at a comedy show.
Speaker 2 (53:59):
To you, I'm good. You know what the one comedy
show that you went to foreign where they took your
phones and stuff. I was like, Oh, that's interesting.
Speaker 6 (54:07):
Kevin Hardy and Dave Chappelle did the same thing.
Speaker 2 (54:10):
Yeah, I was like, Oh, that's kind of that gives
it like an edge.
Speaker 4 (54:12):
Maybe you haven't found your right comedian.
Speaker 6 (54:15):
There's not a comedian on the planet that you would
go see.
Speaker 2 (54:17):
You used to like Ellen until I found that she
was Satan spot. All right, that's three things you need
to know for Thursday, Jan thirtieth. The check in is next. Man,
I feel like we haven't got the chat with anybody today.
We've had a lot going on, obviously with everything in DC,
but what's going on with you? Let's let's let's keep
it light, let's laugh, let's okay. Six one seven nine
(54:39):
three one one nine four five six one seven nine
three one one nine four five Call me and say
what up?
Speaker 3 (54:44):
We're talking about anything you want check in. Good morning,
Dashy and the.
Speaker 1 (54:49):
Jam In Morning Show with d J. Forn It's saw
a big morning.
Speaker 7 (54:52):
Bustin's number one for hip hop jam In ninety four five.
Speaker 2 (54:58):
Hi, everybody, good morning.
Speaker 3 (54:59):
We're checking in on you. What's up?
Speaker 2 (55:01):
How are you? What's going on? It's a really heavy day,
so let's let's relax a little bit, take a deep breath.
Speaker 3 (55:06):
Laugh back, let's kick back, let's just giggle.
Speaker 2 (55:10):
Uh six one seven nine three one four five six
one seven nine three one one nine four five kalme,
We're checking on you, your life, your world, talking about
anything you want. Cage is in Salem. Shout out to
the witches, Shout out to Sante Diolio. So we had
a bad breakup a couple months ago. How are we feeling.
Speaker 10 (55:31):
I'm feeling good about the breakup. It's you know, we're
on good terms. We're still friends. Oh wow, so I'm
not too upset about it.
Speaker 3 (55:39):
You don't hear that often. How long were you guys together?
Speaker 10 (55:43):
Ten years?
Speaker 6 (55:43):
Oh wow?
Speaker 1 (55:44):
DM?
Speaker 2 (55:45):
And what after ten years? I'm assuming we broke up
because he was still calls your boyfriend and not your husband.
Speaker 10 (55:53):
Exactly.
Speaker 2 (55:54):
Yeah, yeah, you know, so did you listen to the
show yesterday.
Speaker 10 (55:57):
By any chance, cage I have, but I haven't caught up. Actually,
I was listening in the morning but got distracted. Okay,
I only waiting for the second.
Speaker 1 (56:07):
Well.
Speaker 2 (56:07):
I only say that because we talked about breakups yesterday,
and we talked about this chick that was on The Bachelor.
Speaker 3 (56:13):
Her name's Rachel Kirkconnell. You should look into it.
Speaker 2 (56:15):
I won't go down my long thing, but basically she
went through the exact same type of breakup. And that's
hard when you hear from somebody like it's been a
long time, but I just don't see you as my wife,
you know.
Speaker 10 (56:30):
Yeah, it is hurtful, but you know there's there's somebody
out there for everybody that's right. Well, and clearly that
person wasn't for me and I wasn't for him.
Speaker 2 (56:39):
Yeah, and we're on the up and up because we're
going on a Gallantine's Gallantinees.
Speaker 10 (56:46):
Was celebrating the girls.
Speaker 3 (56:47):
Where are we going?
Speaker 10 (56:49):
So we're going on a East Boston I know a
song's a little.
Speaker 2 (56:57):
Wait, honey, a Gallantine trip to Easty? What is happening?
Speaker 10 (57:04):
Are you at the waterfront? Though it's on the waterfront, I.
Speaker 2 (57:08):
Don't care if it is in a penthouse on the waterfront,
get out of the state.
Speaker 10 (57:13):
The phouse pretty much on the waterfront.
Speaker 4 (57:16):
Let me let me I called.
Speaker 10 (57:17):
I knew you guys were gonna make fun of me.
Speaker 2 (57:21):
I mean, listen, you should be mad. I'm also the
person that wanted to go to Worcester for my birthday,
so I'm like, I should I really shouldn't be saying anything,
but like when you gas this thing up Gallantine's trip
to Easty, Tarpo.
Speaker 1 (57:35):
Is like what.
Speaker 10 (57:38):
Listen, I'm a real Bostonian, you know, I gotta I
gotta go where the home is and Santie, you know
the point.
Speaker 4 (57:44):
And I grew up in Yes, yeah, well in that case,
I understand. But you could always just go up north,
like hit up Maine. It's not too far away vacation land.
Speaker 10 (57:54):
It's a little more pricey up there, though, Like this
place was like eight hundred bucks, so imagine up there
it was there's like sixteen hundred.
Speaker 3 (58:01):
Well, what's the big game plan in Easty? What are
you guys going to do for the weekend?
Speaker 2 (58:05):
Gallentine's Day is technically the thirteenth, the day before, but
what are you guys going to do in EASTI.
Speaker 10 (58:12):
So it's a really nice place. It's hooked up, it's
got a jacuzzi, and so we're just planning on eating
a lot of food. We're each bringing a board and
getting all cute and decorating and playing some karaoke and
you know, doing the Instagram cute things like making our
(58:33):
own candles and our own bouquets.
Speaker 2 (58:36):
Oh okay, that's you know what. It'll be fun, it'll
it will be fun. Just try to look out the
window and remind yourself.
Speaker 4 (58:42):
That you're just.
Speaker 6 (58:45):
Don't know.
Speaker 2 (58:46):
Yeah, put the shades down, close your eyes. You're in Hawaii.
But thank you so much. I was hyping that because
I thought she was going to be like, we are
off to Vegas.
Speaker 6 (58:55):
Never heard anybody say I'm going away to East Boston.
Speaker 3 (58:57):
Neither have you ever heard anybody say I'm going off
was there?
Speaker 6 (59:00):
Well, no, that's on vacation. It was at vacation.
Speaker 2 (59:05):
I was celebrating my birth.
Speaker 6 (59:06):
Did she say she was going on vacation? She actually
got back. I'm going eight.
Speaker 2 (59:12):
No one can ever say I don't have Megan is
in taught in Hi.
Speaker 10 (59:19):
Meg, Good morning, Hi, bad morning.
Speaker 2 (59:21):
So we have a big event.
Speaker 3 (59:23):
We have a big event coming up.
Speaker 12 (59:26):
Yes, March first. I own a nonprofit called Packable Society,
as well as a catering business and taught and called Packable.
We're having a Mardi Gras masquerade. It's to help raise
money and stuff for our homeless and our homeless veterans
for clothes and hot meals and stuff. It's an adult
only event with the night out plenty of delicious food. Music,
(59:46):
got a bump and DJ it's gonna be an awesome night.
Silent Auction got to come out and check it out.
Speaker 1 (59:51):
What I like?
Speaker 3 (59:52):
I did you notice how I just said, like, you
have an event coming up?
Speaker 2 (59:55):
And I didn't say Marty Grass, I've lived in New Orleans,
but FOREIGN wrote it as I have a Madra Grass
event coming up, and so I thought to myself, I
don't know what that means or what that is, so
I'm not even gonna guess.
Speaker 3 (01:00:07):
I love me some Marti Gras.
Speaker 2 (01:00:09):
So that's amazing. I love what you're doing. If people
want to learn more info, where can they go?
Speaker 12 (01:00:14):
Yeah, you can find us on Facebook, Instagram, Packable. If
you find us on Instagram, it's pack Underscore a underscoreable underscore.
Find us.
Speaker 1 (01:00:25):
We're new.
Speaker 12 (01:00:26):
We got delicious food. We're always doing different events for
our homeless, so definitely check us out.
Speaker 2 (01:00:30):
Awesome, all right, Meg, thank you so much, Thank you
fun fact for you. When I was on the real world,
we got there and it was pretty much Marti Gras
and I consider myself like a level a partier, like
I can go. And we partied so hard for seven
days street that my body like shut down. I had
(01:00:52):
to get on an ampliotic. I couldn't get out of bed.
Speaker 1 (01:00:55):
No.
Speaker 2 (01:00:55):
I like, my body was basically like lady down, like
no stop. Like we were just you wake and you
drink and it's the next day and it's next parade
and it's the next outfit and you're just yeah, my body,
my body shut down.
Speaker 6 (01:01:08):
You probably had like a ton of beads too, all
the beads, all the beads.
Speaker 2 (01:01:11):
No, really, there's nothing. There's nothing like it, Marty Gras
in New Orleans, is it? There's there's like it's unexplainable
if you're there. It's a time. We also people wait
years their whole lives. We got to be in a float,
so then I got to tell people to show me
and then I would throw them beats.
Speaker 6 (01:01:29):
So goes like down the street and searing up.
Speaker 2 (01:01:31):
One of the parades because there's a ton of paraids
and we got to be in one of the in
one of the crew praids and it was again it
was it was life changing experience that was also in
the real world, so that was cool too.
Speaker 4 (01:01:41):
And the flashing thing is an actual thing, right you flash?
Speaker 2 (01:01:45):
Yeah, you see more than boobs. Oh really see it all.
Speaker 3 (01:01:48):
Whatever you want, like for a pair of plastic bead
you never know what you want.
Speaker 2 (01:01:52):
Yeah, fun times. Hi, everybody's six one seven nine three
one one nine four five calming, we're checking in. Hi, everybody,
Good morning. It's Ashley and the Jammie Morning Show. DJ
Forren blessed us this morning with a brand new one
from Will Smith and Big Sean.
Speaker 3 (01:02:07):
Beautiful Scars was the name of the song and we
got this talk back about.
Speaker 1 (01:02:11):
It, Yo, Will and Big Sean Fire Fire. Will is
always going to be the man.
Speaker 2 (01:02:18):
He might have made some mistakes, made some bad choices,
but he is always going to be the man.
Speaker 1 (01:02:22):
And this song is dope.
Speaker 2 (01:02:24):
So players better not be hating on him because this
is fire. I wasn't hating on him. I just said
he doesn't like g I Jane jokes and I also
said Chris Rock doesn't care about that song. Chris Rock's
not adding that to his playlist, He's not saving it.
It's not in his library.
Speaker 5 (01:02:37):
That's in everything that Will Smith did. And he's being
judged off of one slap.
Speaker 4 (01:02:42):
But it was so public though, it was so out there.
If he would have done this, it was on national television. Yeah, Like,
he did it so much out there that it's like
hard to forget.
Speaker 5 (01:02:52):
And what the time he gave us independence thing was
a plethoro music and one slapp changed his whole career.
Speaker 2 (01:03:01):
And what's really upsetting is it's all Jada's fault. And
we know that, we know she's the devil and we
know it's her fault.
Speaker 4 (01:03:07):
But man, Will Smith is one of the guys that
the people want to root for, Like I want to
see him have a come back.
Speaker 2 (01:03:15):
We loved Will and before that it was like the
situationship or whatever the hell she called it with August Alcina,
and we were so pro Will.
Speaker 3 (01:03:23):
We were like, honestly, we're like poor Will.
Speaker 4 (01:03:25):
Yeah, prisoner Will.
Speaker 3 (01:03:26):
He's a prisoner in his in his match.
Speaker 2 (01:03:28):
He's obsessed with her she keeps a like a shoe
box under her bed about Tupac reads his poems every
morning to Will and now it's tough. It's tough to
be on Will's side. That was crazy.
Speaker 4 (01:03:39):
He walked up and slapped him, biggest night in Hollywood,
slapped him in the face.
Speaker 6 (01:03:43):
But why did he get slapped. He got slapped because
he was disrespected.
Speaker 1 (01:03:46):
His wife.
Speaker 2 (01:03:49):
Jane joke, though, that's the layup joke. You know it's
gonna happen.
Speaker 6 (01:03:53):
You handle it like backstage, not up there in front
of everybody.
Speaker 5 (01:03:56):
But remember he's going through the situation. Ship's bullying him,
he's got a young boy shooting up the club, and
his wife's like, come on, do you say it like that?
Yeah joke, he'd be like, yo, enough is enough? Like
this woman just keeps me predictable, you know what I mean?
Like weird situation?
Speaker 2 (01:04:15):
No, I don't. I've never heard of predictable? Is it?
Speaker 6 (01:04:21):
It was predictable?
Speaker 1 (01:04:22):
Right?
Speaker 2 (01:04:23):
I like predictable. I like them all.
Speaker 1 (01:04:24):
Do we have it?
Speaker 3 (01:04:25):
We can't find it?
Speaker 2 (01:04:26):
We can't find it.
Speaker 3 (01:04:27):
I know it's in there.
Speaker 2 (01:04:28):
A she's her mind. Is she's going through it?
Speaker 6 (01:04:31):
Yeah, she's and she's lonely.
Speaker 2 (01:04:34):
Yeah, and her eyeballs are swollen, and then she goes, WHOA,
this is taking time.
Speaker 6 (01:04:40):
I can't tell who the bull is anyways? When is
the words? Actually? AJ can't have no?
Speaker 2 (01:04:47):
You predicable?
Speaker 1 (01:04:49):
Like what do you want me to forgive?
Speaker 6 (01:04:54):
We make a mistake, got called.
Speaker 2 (01:04:57):
An idiot today, predictable boy like I don't Oh wait,
we had it.
Speaker 1 (01:05:01):
We have it?
Speaker 2 (01:05:01):
You think we think.
Speaker 15 (01:05:03):
That's smacked the body the people. I didn't hurt, It
still hurts. I got summer time ringing in my ear,
so must.
Speaker 1 (01:05:15):
Some That was not it.
Speaker 2 (01:05:16):
That was Chris Rock joking about it. But this show sucks.
Speaker 7 (01:05:21):
Ash and the Morning Show with d J four and
it's saw t Morning Bussin's number one for hip hop
jam in ninety four or five.
Speaker 3 (01:05:32):
I think it's at some point in your life you've
had to look at your friend and be like, are
you okay? And are you serious for what you're doing?
Speaker 6 (01:05:39):
Yeah?
Speaker 3 (01:05:40):
You know what I mean, Like I've had to do it.
Speaker 6 (01:05:42):
To you, Yes, you definitely have.
Speaker 2 (01:05:44):
You had to do it to me.
Speaker 4 (01:05:46):
Well, you always hype back, so I don't I just
avoid those.
Speaker 6 (01:05:50):
She avoids that. Yeah, she turns it around.
Speaker 2 (01:05:54):
It's a change in tone though, he'll be like Ashley Ashley. Yeah,
like Ashley, there's this story going viral, and I just
feel like it's it's not happening to anybody or no
one in my world doing this because I feel like
they have a brain. But this is crazy, this is lunacy,
(01:06:17):
and if your friend is actively doing this, it's time
for you to sit your friend down and be like, yo,
you got to stop listen to this. Have your ex's
heart devoured by a wildcat this Valentine's Day. If you
ever wish that a ravenous beast could devour your ex's heart,
(01:06:39):
then Oregon's Wildcat Ridge Sanctuary has a deal for you.
You can donate fifty dollars to the Bloody Valentine Special
and you will receive a video of one of the
wildcats eating a heart with your ex's name on it.
Speaker 6 (01:06:55):
A life let it go.
Speaker 2 (01:07:00):
And you know they only offer it because people do.
Speaker 6 (01:07:03):
It exact like.
Speaker 4 (01:07:04):
I'm just picturing a sad person there just thinking about
their ax for like twenty years.
Speaker 2 (01:07:07):
This is what they said. Valentine's Day can often be
a painful reminder of a broken heart. This is a
unique way to get a little satisfaction and help support,
abused and abandon wildcats. No, do you know what this does?
This makes you look mentally insane you talk about it.
This makes you look like you are still so pressed
over your ex that you're gonna send a gizzard to
(01:07:29):
a wildcat with his name on it.
Speaker 6 (01:07:31):
Then don't stop. What does that do to you?
Speaker 9 (01:07:33):
Like?
Speaker 6 (01:07:33):
Does that really give you joy?
Speaker 1 (01:07:35):
Like?
Speaker 6 (01:07:35):
Does it make you feel better?
Speaker 4 (01:07:36):
It can't, It.
Speaker 6 (01:07:37):
Doesn't, it can't.
Speaker 2 (01:07:38):
You know, it makes me feel better. And let's just
let's just be honest. When your ex moves on and
a person's not cute, like that gives me real satisfaction.
I don't need a wild cart wildcat to eat the
heart with the name. I need the next person to.
Speaker 6 (01:07:54):
Be ugly, like victory right like that?
Speaker 2 (01:07:58):
Like that, Yeah, you can look at that person and
be like, maybe I had an edge astely. You know,
it's tough for me to both my exes the girls.
That's fine.
Speaker 6 (01:08:10):
I mean you're pretty too, so it's not like, you know,
it's whatever.
Speaker 4 (01:08:13):
It's not like you were like a three then all
of a sudden there were ten, because that one would sting,
because you would.
Speaker 6 (01:08:18):
Be the one that would hurt you.
Speaker 2 (01:08:20):
Have actually considered yourself. It was a nine, I think, right,
So do you feel like your exes have you know,
stepped down.
Speaker 6 (01:08:35):
Nine after that? I mean, it's just there's not a
lot of.
Speaker 2 (01:08:39):
Us out there would have had to find it, som Brady.
Speaker 3 (01:08:42):
Really, you know it's come by.
Speaker 6 (01:08:47):
These days.
Speaker 2 (01:08:48):
Well, listen, if you're if you're going through a breakup
and your and you know, you say to your friend,
I could put Joe's name on a like gizzard and
I could send it to a wild cat and we
could get the video of you got it. You gotta
set them down lesson.
Speaker 6 (01:09:03):
You know, it's.
Speaker 2 (01:09:06):
No because it's going, it's happening. So it's like we
gotta like we.
Speaker 3 (01:09:10):
Need to stop this.
Speaker 4 (01:09:12):
Shelly, you got to stop this, like you guys have
been broken up, Like that's like sad Now you're paying Shelley.
Speaker 2 (01:09:17):
Shelley, the only thing it's giving is sadness. Shelley, you
know what Joey's Joey's moved on. Joey got himself another partner.
You're feeding a gizzard to the wildcat, Shelley, you know
type stashing the Gym Morning Show for every story in
(01:09:39):
which we tell there's going to be an exception, right.
Speaker 3 (01:09:42):
I mean, we could play this game all day.
Speaker 2 (01:09:44):
It's like when someone gives you a hypothetical and you
follow up with a question, because every situation is going
to change depending on how it looks. We were just
making fun of anybody who would spend fifty dollars to
send in a heart with your ex's name on it
to a wildcat for him to eat on vide like
get over it?
Speaker 6 (01:10:03):
Like what are you gonna do with it? I gotta
stop post it on Instagram?
Speaker 2 (01:10:06):
Right, But then we got this talk back, and I
think we can make I think we can make one exception. Hey,
let's not hate on the wildcats tearing up your ex's heart.
Speaker 16 (01:10:19):
I have a friend who's X turned out to be
a pedophile and he is now in prison, and every
year she does something with his name. I think it
was last year she had his name thrown into a
litter box and a ton of shelter cats just pooped
(01:10:41):
all over it.
Speaker 2 (01:10:42):
So you know, if your ex is a pedophile, I'll
spend this. I'll pay the fifty true for the for
the gizzards to go to the wildcat. There you go,
there's your exception. Besides that, it's sad after that we
gotta let it go.
Speaker 6 (01:10:53):
Yeah, but it's got to be a one and done.
She's talking about this every story. Come on, let it go.
And like shelter cats, why can't it just be Why
don't you have to specify? Make it worse? In the streets.
Speaker 2 (01:11:06):
There street cats for cats?
Speaker 6 (01:11:09):
Do you still have a cat?
Speaker 2 (01:11:11):
It was a cat transitioning to the new house.
Speaker 6 (01:11:13):
Snowball, not snowball. Just no, it's a few days. A
few days. It took a few days. And now she's
she's all over that thing.
Speaker 5 (01:11:20):
She runs up and down, she stays, stays in so
my last cat jazz but used to be an inny
Audi cat rip. Now all right, pet to him. That's
how he ended up doing. Uh, and now I'll snow
and now's not keep her strictly in the crib. No, yeah,
she ain't getting run over.
Speaker 6 (01:11:36):
Nobody.
Speaker 2 (01:11:37):
I think we can all admit that. It is like nobody,
Like if you gave a multiple choice DJ forren has
what animal a a dog, be a cat or see
a hamster? Nobody's voting cat.
Speaker 6 (01:11:49):
Bro I'm a cat, Dad, I love you a cat.
Speaker 5 (01:11:51):
Yeah, now that I'm settled in, I'm about to you know,
I went a little broke with this renovation. But I'm
a snack of my bread and I'm gonna get me
one of those big cats. Man, like a two thousand
dollars cat really like the size of a dog. One yeah,
the big Oh my god, how do I forget the name?
But yes, I'm gonna get one of them joints a mink.
Speaker 6 (01:12:08):
No, I a tone cat or something like that. I
forgot something like this, something like that. Oh my god,
I can't.
Speaker 3 (01:12:15):
If this man comes toon cat, Bro, the cat is.
Speaker 6 (01:12:19):
It will almost fit between you and Santy. What are
you going to do with two cat?
Speaker 9 (01:12:29):
No?
Speaker 2 (01:12:29):
No, no, that cat you're gonna die in? Then that cat?
Speaker 5 (01:12:32):
You the most independent you just you don't got to
worry about cats. Cats will do their own thing and
figure out their own way in life. A dog, you
gotta take it for a walk. You can't go to
poop in the yard. You got to pick up the
poop all. No, I don't do all that, sleep on
your face and stuff. And because they love you, Bro,
because you're trying to kill you. You're not trying to
kill you. They'll eat you when you're dead. While you're alive.
Speaker 2 (01:12:53):
You best buddies, I just Google imaged a tone cat
and you know what it is, a cartoon cat.
Speaker 1 (01:13:06):
And the jam in Morning show with DJ fourn It's
Sad Morning.
Speaker 7 (01:13:10):
Boston's number one for hip hop jam in ninety four
or five.
Speaker 2 (01:13:15):
All right, everybody that is going to do it for us?
You know, I told you guys we'd be finding out
more from.
Speaker 9 (01:13:22):
This.
Speaker 2 (01:13:23):
Just horrible, horrible. I mean we got to say accident,
we hope accident in DC last night. We are finding
out that six members of the skating club that were
on board that American Airlines flight from WHICHITA were in
fact from Boston, specifically from the Norwood area.
Speaker 6 (01:13:43):
It's like hitting home.
Speaker 2 (01:13:45):
It is home, yeah, it is. And it's just remember
it's shifted from a rescue to a recovery mission, meaning
they don't believe there are any survivors. We watched the video,
We've seen it a million times. And even if somebody
were to survive that, to vive the conditions of the
wa are I you just it's it like leaves me
(01:14:07):
a little speechless because we just do not see this.
We don't see this often. There's a theory online right
now for and I was just telling Santi from some
random pilot. But he is saying that at one point
the tower there at DCA checked in with the helicopter
and said, do you see the other aircraft and they
reported back, yes, we see the aircraft. So his opinion
(01:14:29):
is the aircraft that they saw was the other one
in the video that was taking off, that they didn't
see the aircraft that was landing. Whether that's true or not,
we will find out it couldn't.
Speaker 4 (01:14:39):
We'll get an answer, and I guess there's an element
of that that makes sense, but still somebody messed up
in procedure.
Speaker 6 (01:14:44):
Yeah, that's absolutely.
Speaker 2 (01:14:46):
I just feel a little bit weird in my stomach
knowing how close to home this is and just knowing
that somebody listening to the show today could have been
related or known somebody on that flight. So if you
are that person, we're thinking about you today. Obviously we'll
keep you updated tomorrow with what we find out, because
we were going to find out a ton more information today,
(01:15:06):
you would think, so we got you. Will keep you
posted so on shout outs.
Speaker 4 (01:15:09):
No shout outs, just thinking for all the families. Obviously,
everybody's going through like a lot, So thoughts and prayers
to you guys, DJ form.
Speaker 6 (01:15:15):
Same Ashley, we too. E's in the a m at
DJ fallign. Yeah, prayers up.
Speaker 2 (01:15:20):
I have On another note, gotten seven hundred and fifty
thousand messages from the cat community. Santi was wrong, DJ
Forarren doesn't want a tune cat, he wants a main com.
Speaker 6 (01:15:30):
Okay, but when you hear that, now you can understand
what look expensive they are? Don't they look gorgeous though?
Speaker 2 (01:15:37):
They I don't.
Speaker 3 (01:15:38):
I do not like cats I got, but they.
Speaker 2 (01:15:40):
Look nice, they look gorgeous. I just feel like if
you're getting a cat that big hit.
Speaker 6 (01:15:45):
A dog, and you can interact with the dog. You
can't interact with cats.
Speaker 5 (01:15:49):
The cat they just stare at you. They don't They
scratched and they on your feet. I don't know the
vibes cat levels. You know what time is that?
Speaker 2 (01:15:57):
Does snow sleep with you every night?
Speaker 1 (01:15:58):
Yeah?
Speaker 6 (01:15:59):
If she wants them?
Speaker 5 (01:16:00):
Okay, that's the beautiful She had one of those towers. Yes, yes,
she stays under cat table sometimes. Yeah right, I don't
know about all that. Let me tell you this, My
attic is not finished. I'm thinking of because she loves
to go out there. I'm thinking of building like a
whole little like little jungle gym.
Speaker 6 (01:16:17):
For her to.
Speaker 1 (01:16:21):
No.
Speaker 2 (01:16:22):
No, he's building a condo for the cat in the attic,
but he has the audacity to make fun of somebody
who would want their exes hard to be here? Which
one is it?
Speaker 10 (01:16:31):
All right?
Speaker 2 (01:16:31):
We will talk to everybody tomorrow again. Thoughts in prais
to everybody in Kansas and DC.
