not even a big coconut fant. So he has peanut
butter ones plain, and then he also has coconut ones
with sprinkled little flakes of coconut on top. And I
don't like coconut like that, but I tried them and
it offsets the peanut butter.

It's so delicious.

I think they come in a pack of like five
or six. So one time and I used to space
amount like every day and I was I had one
like left in the container and I swore my wife
threw it out. I got it. I was so mad
at her. I'm like, you threw it out with this
and well it turned out it was in the back
of the fridge. Ah, But I was like heated because

I look forward to coming in here to eat my
peanut butter ball with my protein shake. You can't the
amount of protein the protein ball, the protein shake.

meal Prep, that they're the best, you're obsessed.

Santine meal, and we we chit chatted about what ours
would be, and we were like, we don't we're not
really particular because we like all the things and everything
actually does taste good.

I say that we go whatever it is, there has
to be a protein ball included, like you.

Get our little meal whatever it is with a protein.

We just have to like okay it so yea. Once
we say they okay, I'll be up on the website.

Yeah, and I want you guys to just blow that
thing up. You're so happy you did. But his food
is really good. It's like really good. It's delicious. How
was your weekend?

It was good.

I went snowboarding on Sunday, So yesterday we left the
house maybe like at seven. We were up there until
like four o'clock.

It was a long I heard you can get sore
from that.

Yeah, I'm really sore. And not to put like calories
on it, but I burned like eight hundred calories just
like snowboarding alone. So that's how like active like it is. Yes,
so my legs are sore.

Not to put calories, but just to put it in
any perspective, like I don't want to be mean but then.

You're no, but just to like, yeah, like it's an
active thing.

Speaker 2 (02:52):
I mean, yeah, I don't care what the calories. But
I've heard like physically you can be sore from but
you don't feel it.

What really sucks is when you're forty and you fall down,
and then that's when you get really so I felt
twice because up near the top was full of ice,
and when you don't when when there's ice it's like
the warst So I hit an ice patch, slid right
right down the mountain.

That's something I just don't have any desire to do,
do you foreign Do you hear that about skiing and
falling and you're like, ooh.

N bullers thought it would be soft, but yeah no,
who falls tells me it's like you could any break
a bone doing that?

You definitely can, But I'm very like cautious. I'm not like, well,
I used to go off jumps and then I fell
on like a hurt, so I stuff with the jumps.

But yeah, like some of those tales, I saw you
out there trying to do tricks and they're super steep,
like you know, celebrity was it that got in the
Was it Gwyneth Paltrow with the whole snow skiing incident?

And that's another thing, like certain trails are meant for
the more advanced. When there are people on there who
don't belong, they mess up the flow of the whole thing.

There's gotta be like snowboarding etiquette just like there are
skiing etiquette, just.

So you're supposed to stay in your lanes and stay
to the sides and pete like, don't carve up the
entire mountain, especially on the more advanced ones, because it
solows everybody down and then you get hit.

Yeah, I would be on the bunny hills. I would
be drinking. Foreign clubs. Weekend clubs were.

Actually lit again for well now we started so yeah,
Jan is over with my Yeah, clubs are pack to
my guy.

thing you know I got, I had water in my
face drinking. But you definitely a bended because I have

with his sister, and you know what, Jaden looked unbelievable.

I was like, who's that? And then I saw the capsure.
I was like, hey, no way, that's Willow. Willow grew
up her lip.

idiotself took away from her and it was upsetting, Like
it's just stupid.

She's in a full fur jacket, so which I was like, Okay,

They start taking photos on the red car and she's
she's she's facing him now, so her her backside is
to the camera and she slowly takes the jacket off,
so now you can see her. Her shoulders are exposed,
and you can see that she is wearing a dress,
but it's a net.

Well, then all of a sudden, she completely drops the

escorted out of the Grammys because of her outfit.

In typical Beyonce fashion, she walked in thirty seconds before
she won that award. Really, she walked in, she sat
down they announced the war the award.

No there's no prior things happening for Beyonce. She knew
when that award was going to be announced. She got
there just in case she won, and it was handed
to her by Taylor Swift, which also was a major
moment because Taylor took all l's last night, the first
time ever Taylor Swift was at the Grammys.

Didn't win a single thing. Shout out to Beyonce.

kids run around, because we all know if we went

Tell that this kid had never been disciplined in the

the number four. If you pump fresh milk, it can
last before you freeze it. It can last for four
hours in the fridge.

It can last for four hours before it needs to
get back into the fridge. And if you freeze milk,
it is the best and has the most nutrients in
it by four months. After four months you can use

in it and the sugars and things like that, the
