Speaker 1 (00:02):
Dandy and the Morning Show with d J. Fourn It
saw at a Good Morning Bustin's number one for hip
hop jam In ninety four or five.
Speaker 2 (00:12):
Him everybody, good morning. It's actually in the jam In
Morning Show. Like I said, we are here. We are
in Orlando, I being inside of the Contemporary across from
the Magic Kingdom. Oh my god, but we sleep so
we're just looking at giraffes like you, like very serious.
Layla was having lunch yesterday and she was like, mommy,
(00:37):
mommy is it was like the most beautiful. She ran
to the window and she goes, there's a giraft in
mind you. I didn't believe her at that time. Yeah,
but I went out and there there was a whole
girafe right outside of our window.
Speaker 3 (00:46):
And that feeling is amazing.
Speaker 2 (00:47):
I have yet to go, but I've seen him on
the Safari Ride in their epic.
Speaker 1 (00:51):
They're magical.
Speaker 2 (00:51):
No, they're They're the best. And that's why I can't
wait to talk to you. Jenni Jing is joining us.
She is in charge of Summer of Fun over an
Animal Kingdom. I might put Everest in my top five
greatest rides of all time.
Speaker 1 (01:06):
Oh it's such a good attraction.
Speaker 3 (01:09):
I've said iconic so many times, but it's true. There
are iconic rides at each park that you must go on.
Speaker 1 (01:14):
Yes, yeah, absolutely, there's something everywhere. So you know, Animal
Kingdom has Everest, right, Epcot has Guardians of the Galaxy
cosmic Rewine, which, by the wazing, Oh my gosh, it's
so good. Have you read in it? I don't think
it's really pretty new. It's I mean within the past
couple of years.
Speaker 3 (01:34):
But like that I haven't.
Speaker 2 (01:35):
You got to put it on your list. I was
seven and a half months pregnant.
Speaker 1 (01:38):
Okay I was.
Speaker 3 (01:39):
I was not on this.
Speaker 1 (01:40):
Put it on the list. It's great you it's a
surprise song, like you just don't know which song you're
going to get. Their six different options, and so it's
so great when you get to write it, going I
love this Magic Kingdom Tiana's by You Adventure.
Speaker 3 (01:52):
We're going on it today? Okay, no, I well, first off,
how what are we going to get? Because okay, I
will I will be transparent.
Speaker 1 (02:00):
Last time I wrote it, which was like two weeks ago,
I did get a poncho because I was also wearing white.
So I was like, but sometimes people are giving them away.
As they're exiting the attraction, They're like, anybody want a poncho?
And so I just took one of theirs and it
was great. But yeah, you do get a little bit wet,
but when it's the summer here in Florida, you dry.
Speaker 3 (02:20):
Off like quickly, quickly, quickly.
Speaker 1 (02:22):
So I mean, if anyone's nervous about getting too wet,
I will say, like, you do, drive you off very fast.
What park have we not touched? Hollywood Studios?
Speaker 3 (02:31):
I hope you say what I think.
Speaker 1 (02:33):
Oh I'm nervous because what do you think I'm gonna think? Oh,
it's just like so many good okay, but if you think.
Speaker 2 (02:38):
Talk an iconic ride, Tower Terear dumb right, and it's
like you turn down Sunset and hello Tower Terror right there,
you have to.
Speaker 1 (02:45):
But I will say one that I think is making
Tower Terra run for its money. It's Star Wars.
Speaker 3 (02:56):
I don't like the fact that.
Speaker 2 (02:58):
You have to be a Star Wars fan, but you
go in there and the set pieces are up.
Speaker 1 (03:02):
The story and like how it feels so realistic. And again,
like I have an appreciation for Star Wars. I've seen
all the movies once, but I will not I do
not know a lot of the characters names.
Speaker 3 (03:13):
Yeah, but when you're writing.
Speaker 1 (03:15):
That ride, like, oh my god, just there's something about
it that makes me be like, I love Star Wars.
I don't know.
Speaker 2 (03:21):
Since we're talking to Miss Disney, I there are a
lot of people that listen to this.
Speaker 3 (03:25):
Show that have never been They've never experienced it. They
don't know.
Speaker 2 (03:29):
We try our best to kind of explain what it
feels like to wake up in the morning, you walk
down Main Street, you have your coffee in your hand,
you're looking at your kid or whether you have a
kid there or not, and you just you feel something.
Speaker 3 (03:40):
Right, how would you describe it?
Speaker 1 (03:42):
Oh my gosh, I mean, it's very hard to explain
it right. And it's like a very special feeling when
you are coming to the parks, no matter which one,
but I will say like magic ing them specifically. You know,
when you're walking down Main Street and you are with
people or even by yourself, whatever it is, and you
see Cinderella Castle for the first time, and you're like,
it's a memory that you're always going to remember.
Speaker 3 (04:05):
It's never gonna leave your mind.
Speaker 1 (04:06):
Like I remember when I brought my niece, when she
was one for the first time, and this was a
couple of years ago, and just like her reaction of
like pointing to the castle, like I remember her face distinctly,
and like that's not necessarily a feeling, but like that
moment is gonna last forever.
Speaker 3 (04:23):
I'm a Disney adult. I have gone by myself many
a time.
Speaker 2 (04:26):
Now. I have two kids, and we didn't bring the baby,
but the three year old, like seeing it through her
perspective has brought a whole new appreciation to Disney for me.
I cried yesterday multiple times. Yeah at Hollywood watching her
just so happy, so excited. There really is something to
be said for And I think another important thing, and
I won't keep you much longer, is that Disney they
listen to us. They know what we're craving. They know like,
(04:48):
for instance, like the New Villains World that's to come,
Like they care that we have these thoughts and feelings
about these characters, and they're like, well then we're gonna
We're gonna put those characters front rope right. One thing
that's upcoming for Disney that you know, somebody might not
know or expect.
Speaker 1 (05:04):
So like new things that are coming this summer specifically,
are going to be a new night time parade at
Magic Kingdom. So you know, when it is really warm
in the summer, the nights at Magic Kingdom or even
in Florida Walt Disney World, it's a great time to
spend whenever the sun kind of has gone down. So
we're really excited about a new nighttime parade. You were
just speaking of villains, So there's going to be a
(05:25):
new Villain show over at Hollywood Studios, and then also
a reimagined version of the Little Mermaid Show that was
over at Hollywood Studios as well. So amazing new things,
things that have been here for a while but are amazing.
So there's just so much to do.
Speaker 3 (05:37):
Jenny Drink, the Queen of Disney, thank you. Do you
have any Lightning Lane passes in your personal kidom?
Speaker 1 (05:43):
I wish
