Speaker 1 (00:00):
Hi everybody. I guess can't really say that anymore. It's
just me and you. Hey, buddy, Hey, Hey, what's up?

Speaker 2 (00:09):
You're asking me?

Speaker 3 (00:10):
Well?

Speaker 1 (00:10):
Who else? What I am? I would love to be
I would love to be asking. I would love to
be asking two of you. But that's not the case.

Speaker 2 (00:16):
Last night we had a spaghetti dinner with them.

Speaker 1 (00:19):
Sorry, told we ask the listener. Okay, let's wait for
the response. What's up guys? Okay, so I would assume
that I'm talking.

Speaker 2 (00:26):
So we had about twelve girls at the house. My
daughter's feel hockey team was there, so we had to
past a dinner. And what they do?

Speaker 4 (00:32):
Right?

Speaker 1 (00:32):
I love this so much.

Speaker 5 (00:34):
We were going to leave yesterday and we're chatting about work,
and you were like, yeah, I have this pasta dinner tonight.

Speaker 1 (00:39):
The girls are coming over for it. It reminded me.

Speaker 5 (00:42):
It's so reminiscent of when I was in high school
because if we were playing somebody big, like our rival.
When I played at Colleins at high school, our rival
was Haddenfield, So it wouldn't be every game, yeah, but
if we were gearing up for like a hadden Field game,
one of the moms would cook like a big dinner
for us, and we would go over and kind of
just like.

Speaker 1 (00:58):
Team bond and hang out out and I'll be around.
And I love that they still do that in these days.

Speaker 2 (01:04):
And this was because they start their playoffs tonight.

Speaker 1 (01:06):
Or today, right, so it's always something big.

Speaker 2 (01:08):
So they were definitely bonding because at one point they're
downstairs in the basement screaming, singing something. They were doing karaoke.
I think that wasn't the issue. That was I was
fine with, Yeah, this is bonding. My issue is when
they went outside to play Manhunter, which is like.

Speaker 1 (01:24):
Trust me, I know manneh. So they didn't call it
man Hunter.

Speaker 2 (01:26):
It was just Manhunt, Manhunt, Manhunter now, I guess.

Speaker 1 (01:30):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (01:30):
So they were playing that for a while and they
came inside and all of a sudden, I'm looking on
the carpet. I'm like, what is that? No, oh my god,
And then you see a trail of it going to
the other carpet. It was dog poop. We have a dog.
She pops out like they're stomped all over. But that
right into the house. So my wife last night was

(01:50):
cleaning like the carpets and it's just I'm like, oh,
my God.

Speaker 1 (01:53):
First off, you don't have no shoes policy in your house?

Speaker 2 (01:56):
Well, we do, but I don't force. I don't really
enforce because I wear my shoes around the house. And
then when we have.

Speaker 1 (02:03):
Guests, you ask for people to take their shoes off.

Speaker 2 (02:07):
But that's another thing.

Speaker 5 (02:07):
Are they your house shoes? Are they irregular? Like you
wore them here and then you're walking.

Speaker 1 (02:12):
You are no, I think what you.

Speaker 5 (02:16):
Don't wear your outside shoes around the house. Like, first
of all, base about me.

Speaker 2 (02:22):
Know this about me? I wear jeans in bed, I way,
I do all these things.

Speaker 5 (02:25):
And you have the audacity to ask others to take
their shoes off for what.

Speaker 2 (02:28):
No, I wasn't going to ask them to take off anything.
The issue is that somebody stepped in dog poop and
then brought it inside the house.

Speaker 1 (02:33):
Yeah, well you've also accidentally done it.

Speaker 2 (02:36):
I've done that something else.

Speaker 1 (02:37):
But what I'm talking about Anne able to get it out.

Speaker 2 (02:39):
She was able to get it out. She wasn't that
upside about it, but it was more so just annoyed.

Speaker 5 (02:44):
Side note that has nothing to do with that. But
does Joanne have the little green Bissel machine what she
used to clean it out?

Speaker 2 (02:51):
It's like a steamer thing and like a carpet thing.

Speaker 5 (02:53):
Because I would like to say and take the time
right now that that the green Bissel machine. It always
goes on sale for Black Friday. Let me tell you
something that that thing, that machine, I want to say,
it's like eighty or one hundred bucks. That has gotten
stains out of everything and anything in my in my home.

Speaker 1 (03:11):
Somebody suggested it to me like a year ago. We
have a white couch. Yes, how much? How much is
it retailing for me?

Speaker 2 (03:16):
It's like a hundred bucks.

Speaker 5 (03:17):
Yeah, and usually it'll go on sale for Black Friday.
If you live in a home with young kids, if
you have carpets, if you that machine is magic.

Speaker 1 (03:26):
I've never seen anything like it.

Speaker 2 (03:27):
Okay, I've been off to buy that. We don't have that.

Speaker 1 (03:29):
Yeah, that thing is crazy.

Speaker 2 (03:30):
But it did come out, so that's pretty good, I think.
As we got a fresh so.

Speaker 1 (03:33):
That Yeah, the smell of it, the.

Speaker 2 (03:36):
Smell wasn't as bad as I thought, but it definitely
has a smell.

Speaker 5 (03:39):
Yeah, So backtrack for me and know we're jumping all
over the place. What how do they play manhunt in
these days?

Speaker 2 (03:45):
Like what's their hiders and their seekers?

Speaker 1 (03:48):
Okay, so the seekers sit on the steps while the
hiders go.

Speaker 2 (03:51):
They were waiting inside the house and then they went.

Speaker 1 (03:53):
At it and they go okay.

Speaker 2 (03:54):
But then the trouble is is they go into the
orchard that's behind the house and it turned into a
massive thing. And then I'm about kids getting like eaten
by coyotes. It's hot, it's the whole thing.

Speaker 1 (04:05):
Come on inside, go back to you. Well that's good.
So we have playoffs today.

Speaker 2 (04:08):
Then we have playoffs today, So I'm going to the game.
I think the game starts are three thirty. It's somewhere
kind of far. I forget the name of the school.
So yeah, in New Hampshire, New Hampshire. Yeah, hockey. Like
last season they didn't do good at all, but this
season they've gotten a lot better.

Speaker 1 (04:21):
You gear up. Do you wear like field hockey?

Speaker 6 (04:23):
Dad?

Speaker 2 (04:23):
No, I don't. I wear a jackie because it's cold though, Yeah,
well it's fine. I mean fifty degrees with like a
little breeze. That's cold for me.

Speaker 5 (04:31):
Yeah, you know, it's crazy though. Away from poop and
the green bistle machine and all the things. Tomorrow, yeah tomorrow,
when we are doing this right now, right now, tomorrow
we are going to be in Salem at Rockefellers with
you Oh my God.

Speaker 3 (04:51):
Morning show.

Speaker 7 (04:52):
And you need to know we got you three things
you need to know on Boston's number one for hip
hop and the best throwbags have it anymore?

Speaker 8 (05:00):
Five?

Speaker 1 (05:02):
All right?

Speaker 5 (05:02):
Thursday, October twenty third, And unfortunately I don't have good
news about the Seas lost the home opener to the
Sixers by one one seventeen one sixteen, upsetting because they
had a double digit lead at one point. But I
gotta say the Sixers rookies were showing off. They played
extremely well, and Joe had a lot to say after

(05:23):
the game about it.

Speaker 2 (05:25):
You know, just a break down some of our defensive
stuff and you know, we just have.

Speaker 4 (05:28):
To be better.

Speaker 5 (05:28):
Yeah, just gonna break down some defensive stuff and we
have to be better, I mean, affectual.

Speaker 2 (05:33):
And the obvious. We need our best player back.

Speaker 5 (05:35):
Yeah, which, by the way, Wick said Wick Grossbuck said,
I'm just putting it in my brain that he is
out all season, Like that.

Speaker 1 (05:41):
Is just where I'm putting it.

Speaker 5 (05:42):
And he's like, if the time comes and he says, hey,
I want to play, then we meet up with five, six,
seven doctors.

Speaker 1 (05:47):
We talked to him, and we all make that decision.

Speaker 2 (05:51):
Is there a chance he comes back this year? Possibly?
But why rushing? Why rush?

Speaker 1 (05:56):
I couldn't agree more.

Speaker 5 (05:57):
And I know how much that that sucks to hear
as a Celtics fan, because where else do we want
him other than back out on that court.

Speaker 1 (06:03):
But what if? What if you rush it?

Speaker 5 (06:08):
Something happens like let this man get to one hundred
percent and then let.

Speaker 2 (06:12):
Him ball because this happened to you. At what point
do you start feeling like you can play versus mentally
being ready to go, because they're two different things.

Speaker 5 (06:19):
It's definitely you you feel physically ready, I think before
the mental part, Like I remember I can put myself
back on the court that first time I.

Speaker 1 (06:26):
Played after.

Speaker 5 (06:29):
Being okayed to do it, and the whole time mentally
you're just like what if I because remember it really
is as easy as just taking one step. Yeah, yeah,
it's in your head. I know a guy, I don't mind.
I shouldn't even say this. What he ruptured his achilles?
He got okayed to go play again that same exact day,

(06:52):
the first day he played again. Yeah, he ruptured the
other one. Jesus imagine that does not happen a lot, obviously,
but yeah, because.

Speaker 2 (07:00):
You have to imagine the odds of you doing one.
I'm really big, right, and then the other one.

Speaker 5 (07:04):
Yeah, and I'll never forget. He had come up to me.
I wasn't okay to play yet, but I was pushing
a sled and he was like, I just I don't
even want to watch you do that, Like I don't
even want you doing that, like he was. He was
worried about me doing it to the other, to the
other Achilles. Yeah, it's a it's a crazy injury, but
it is.

Speaker 1 (07:20):
It's a combo.

Speaker 5 (07:21):
But listen, JT's not out there done. Yeah, he's going
to be okay. Guess who might not be okay?

Speaker 1 (07:27):
Did he?

Speaker 9 (07:28):
Oh?

Speaker 5 (07:28):
Yeah, I mean, for the love of God. According to
Ditty's friend, another inmates did he had a knife put
to his neck while sleeping at the detention center in Brooklyn.
We've heard bad things about the Metropolitan Detention Center.

Speaker 1 (07:43):
Doesn't sound like a fun place to be.

Speaker 2 (07:45):
It also gives me the feeling that somebody purposely did this, right,
because you just can't get into somebody cell without leaving
the door unlocked.

Speaker 5 (07:51):
His buddy said he's not sure if did He fought
the guy off or if guards intervened, but he definitely
knows that it happened. This dude, Tarluki Finney has been
cool with did He for over thirty years. He thinks
this was a close call, more of a warning than
a real assassination attempt, like you stay in here, he said.
If the guy wanted him harmed, he would have because

(08:14):
it was easy. I mean, did he asleep? He said,
it would only take a second to cut his throat
with a weapon and kill him.

Speaker 2 (08:19):
I picture like the guy holding the thing to his
throat and saying I want this, I want that?

Speaker 1 (08:24):
Yeah? Or do this again?

Speaker 2 (08:26):
San, yeah yeah, yeah.

Speaker 1 (08:29):
We all know though.

Speaker 5 (08:30):
Did He's team has been highlighting that he's been getting
threats in there and that he's not safe in there,
and now his buddy's come. But you know that, like, listen,
you've been my buddy for a long time. You might
gas a story to help me out in my time.

Speaker 1 (08:45):
I don't know.

Speaker 2 (08:46):
I don't know, man. I feel like did He need
to do the smart thing because clearly he's a mark
because of all the money and the profile. But why
not just pay some people off? Make your life just easier?

Speaker 1 (08:55):
But I'm also with.

Speaker 5 (08:56):
You, like, this is such a high profile person that
does that, So that means what the guards were in
on this?

Speaker 1 (09:02):
How do people get pa That's.

Speaker 2 (09:04):
Not absolutely because listen, you're dealing with criminals all day long.
And I heard a podcast what a guy used to
work back there, and it's like, these guys are making
so much money just taking bribes from the prisoners and
people like outside. So the whole thing is super corrupt.

Speaker 1 (09:18):
That's crazy.

Speaker 2 (09:19):
Maybe the guy wanted to come to a freak off.

Speaker 1 (09:23):
Also, it's Thursday, tomorrow weekn Friday. Is Trumpy letting them out?

Speaker 2 (09:28):
I don't know you're here at the end of the week.

Speaker 1 (09:30):
I don't know.

Speaker 2 (09:31):
Still on the fence about that one. This fifty to
fifty chance that's gonna happen.

Speaker 5 (09:34):
We shall see, all right, Megan, thee Stallion is ready
to go. We had a brand new song coming from
her tomorrow. Obviously we'll play it for you, but we
do have a little teaser the song.

Speaker 9 (09:45):
It's called lover Girl.

Speaker 1 (09:57):
Can you guess the sample?

Speaker 4 (10:00):
No?

Speaker 1 (10:00):
I can't, sorry, totals kissing you.

Speaker 2 (10:04):
Oh, kissing you? Yeah? Okay, all right, I can.

Speaker 5 (10:08):
Feel it by the way they're saying, which we will
absolutely play this tomorrow, that she's wrapping the entire time
about Klay Thompson.

Speaker 2 (10:15):
Again. You can do that because when you break up,
you look at an idiot.

Speaker 1 (10:18):
Hey can't wait.

Speaker 5 (10:19):
That is three things you need to know for a
Thursday act over twenty third hip Hop's most haunted.

Speaker 1 (10:23):
We're hooking you up this morning. Ooh, this is a
good day for you.

Speaker 5 (10:26):
Seven to twenty, Mariah the Scientist a twenty gunna and
of course they're both two for one specials. Spooky World
Presents Nightmare in New England will be teamed up with
both of those. Will hook you up seven and twenty
Happy helloween and Show Good.

Speaker 7 (10:43):
Boston's number one for hip hop jam in ninety four
or five.

Speaker 5 (10:50):
Well, I'll never read Entertainment Weekly again. I never was
subscribed to them and I never will be.

Speaker 2 (10:58):
I mean, they were big like back in the day,
but the last few years of them had fell off,
didn't they.

Speaker 5 (11:04):
And I don't know who Brian and James are who
wrote this article, but they can't be good people. No,
there's no way, Maine, There's no way. Like they definitely
would be like cool if every puppy.

Speaker 2 (11:17):
Died here's my assumption with them. I feel like they're
on the younger end who really didn't understand the impact
of this reality show.

Speaker 5 (11:24):
Is I agree a little fun fact about me for
those of you that don't know, because you know what,
this is actually an important thing to say because we
got new people listening.

Speaker 2 (11:33):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (11:34):
I actually had a woman write.

Speaker 5 (11:35):
Me yesterday and say that she came over a couple
of weeks ago. She's been listening to the show and
she's very happy that she made the change. And I
forget that that by the way, for whatever reason, people
you know, they wrotate between shows, and so she might
not know this fun fact about me. I have been
on multiple reality TV shows, but the biggest one and

(11:57):
the one with the most notoriety is the real world,
and start getting real that.

Speaker 2 (12:03):
Was me, which I actually forget until it comes up.

Speaker 1 (12:07):
Yeah, a baby, baby were two.

Speaker 2 (12:12):
It's funny because my son and I were watching an
episode and he was asking when it was I was like, yeah,
it was that long ago, because he looked very different.

Speaker 5 (12:19):
I looked like so young, Yeah, so young. I had
like dark hair, baby face, baby. I mean, I'm almost
forty now. So if you think about it was a
whole twenty years ago, and you were in New Orleans, right,
We were in New Orleans. It was the second time
going back there because there was an OG New Orleans season,
which and we went.

Speaker 1 (12:40):
Back previously on the Real World. Like Pat, that's me,
I sound so sweet.

Speaker 2 (12:48):
Yeah, when I hear your voice on it, it doesn't
sound like it.

Speaker 5 (12:51):
No. And there's a couple of things to note about
our Real World season. We were the last OG Real
World season where it was eight strangers picked a li
than a house. After our season, they started picking eight
people and then their exes would show up or like
their enemies would. It just wasn't the original icon. We
were the We were the end of an era. We

(13:11):
were the last season to do it.

Speaker 2 (13:13):
I still remember the first one came out. It was
an experiment that nobody had done before. So when you
pick these people to live in the house, you see
but the key to it, they were people from different
walks of life exactly naturally caused some like drama within
the house. And that was the first one. And I
remember the big issue that happened was I think it
was Real World San Francisco or La where one of

(13:33):
the guys ripped the covers off the girl and she
was in her underwear and that went viral at the
time and caused this huge thing and got kicked out
of the house for pulling like just the covers off.
Now you think about what they would do. Now, that's
like nothing. And then there was another season I think
see Adam the slaps laughter in the face. Yes, this crazy,
which is wild.

Speaker 5 (13:54):
They were driving off in the cache Irene and she
thought he wanted to say something and he was like, yeah, crazy.

Speaker 2 (14:00):
Even slapped Irene and that was a major thing too.
But that show was iconic.

Speaker 1 (14:04):
I grew up on the Real World, Like I remember
watching the Real World.

Speaker 5 (14:09):
I remember being down Seattle City in New Jersey and
we were watching Vegas.

Speaker 1 (14:13):
Yes, Trischelle and Brinn and Steven and Alton.

Speaker 5 (14:18):
And I remember watching that season being like I want
to be on the show. Yeah, and my friends were like, oh, yeah,
we have to get on this show. We loved Real
World so much, like we would skip Beach time to
not miss a singular episode. Vegas was the one for
me that really stands out in my time. It's so
funny though now, like I talked to Trichell, but it's

(14:39):
at that time, Trichelle was like a massive celebrity. Celebrities. Yeah,
you know, she was on the Real World.

Speaker 2 (14:45):
I would probably say that's probably the biggest one of
all time. And when that was happening here, we would
we would give away cut the line passes to the
auditions here and people would call in non stop and
the line was massive.

Speaker 1 (14:55):
Fun fact for you.

Speaker 5 (14:56):
I have my cut the line pass because I got one,
and I have it folded in my house like it's
like my good luck charm. And I when we got
into the house and you know, us eight strangers were
chatting about how we got there and how we got
on the show and all the things at all eight
of us not only had it, but all had it
in our wallets. We all did the same thing, and

(15:17):
we thought it was like our good luck chron because
I got to cut the line and then fast forward,
I was on the Real World.

Speaker 2 (15:22):
How did you get that passed? So somebody give that
to you.

Speaker 5 (15:24):
I went on MTV dot com to watch day twenty
six video at the time, and there was like a
little thing like sign up for the Real World. They
emailed me back and they gave me, hey, there's gonna
be auditions in Boston.

Speaker 1 (15:35):
Here's the cut the line the house.

Speaker 5 (15:37):
Yeah, and it was Infanuel Hall And thank god I
had that pass because it was hundreds of people.

Speaker 2 (15:41):
Yeah, you know what. I got sent down to one
just to cover it for the radio station. It was
interesting to watch how they do the casting. They broke
people up into different groups and just had them talk
about their lives and there was one person there picking
some people out.

Speaker 5 (15:53):
By the end of it, I had probably done like
five or six two hour plus on camera interviews, got
flown out to LA and the last LA interview I
did was them telling us that were telling me that
I was going to be on it, and they were like,
how would you feel about go into New Orleans? And
I was like, oh, I would love to go to
a No, like you're going to New Orleans, You're going

(16:16):
to be on the road. I will never forget it.

Speaker 2 (16:18):
And how long were they filming for?

Speaker 5 (16:20):
Like we filmed for close to four months, like three
and a half months we lived in that house. Yeah,
and there's so many six one seven nine three one.
By the way, six one seven nine three. People always
ask me a lot of repeat questions because people have
the same ones.

Speaker 1 (16:37):
Yeah, it didn't feed us.

Speaker 5 (16:39):
When we moved into the house, it was stocked with food.
But after that, like you had to make your own way,
and they would weekly give us a stipend. But anything
you did wrong, like if you took your microphone off,
you got doced pay. If you said to them, oh,
I'm going to the gym, and they wanted to meet
you at the gym to film and you weren't to
the gym, you got doced pay. So there were it

(17:01):
was like a running joke in our house. Sometimes some
of the guys would get zero dollars for the week.

Speaker 2 (17:05):
Oh wow.

Speaker 1 (17:06):
Yeah, we were sponsored by Subway.

Speaker 2 (17:07):
Uh huh.

Speaker 1 (17:08):
I ate Subway for three and a half months straight.
I don't know how.

Speaker 5 (17:11):
I'm not dead of mercury poisoning. I was getting tuna.
I thought that was healthy, and I you know, we
would just we would figure it out. We had no money,
you know, we were just fresh out of college, and
so we would eat Subway once a day and then
hope we got some money at the end of every week.

Speaker 2 (17:27):
Your season is on Paramount Plus and I've watched episodes
one through four. I have to say, everybody else is insane,
Like you aren't crazy at all.

Speaker 5 (17:35):
Which is wild because I am in my own right
and own way. But yeah, in comparison, but some.

Speaker 2 (17:40):
Of those people are certified, like they're insane. Yeah, but
it was entertaining. It was cool to see you like
on there because I never watched before.

Speaker 5 (17:47):
And you've met You've met some of them at my wedding,
and I'm actually still friends with some of the.

Speaker 1 (17:51):
People in my house.

Speaker 2 (17:52):
What's the one that came to your wedding?

Speaker 1 (17:53):
Jimmy was at the wedding. Jack Goes Crazy, Sahara I'm still.

Speaker 5 (17:56):
Really close with. But Sahara lives in Chicago. She was
at a baby shower. We had Preston on our season.
I don't know where Preston is. I don't know what
he's doing. Ryan was like the villain of our season.
Ryan was a hairdresser in Arizona. The last I heard
that man is nuts. We lost one one of my
good friends, Ryan Knight, Eric, who is a comedian. I
don't know what Eric's doing now myself. Yeah.

Speaker 2 (18:19):
The most fascinating thing that you talk about is like
they're always filming you, so when you go to the bathroom,
when you're taking a shot, when you're having sex, like
all these things are on the whole time.

Speaker 5 (18:26):
Yeah, and when you're like think think if you're peeing,
think of a camera like over top of you, so
it would hit like your your mid thigh on so
you couldn't see anything, but there was a camera in
the bathroom.

Speaker 2 (18:36):
That's probably the most uncomfortable part. Yeah, number two, like, yeah,
being filmed.

Speaker 5 (18:40):
I also like I rooted my my one of he
Ryan Knight, passed away, but he was my roommate, so
that was another thing for me, Like I had a
guy roommate, Like we slept in the same room, like,
and he was with Jemmy, Like they hooked up, So
Jemmy and Knight would sleep in the room with me,
which is also funny.

Speaker 2 (19:00):
Another fun fact I feel we should just talk about
because it relates and people might not know. This is
like you ended up dating somebody from the realm, the
real world, right, I.

Speaker 5 (19:08):
Did the challenge from the challenge completely. Well, he was
on uh what was that on Real World San Diego?
Oh that's right, he was Yeah, yeah, so he was
on San Diego season And that's okay. That's a good
point too. After you go on the Real World, you
guys all become like this creep family. Everybody knows of
everybody because of the challenges and all these things. So
I had gone to a Real World rap party in

(19:30):
New York and that's how I met him.

Speaker 1 (19:32):
Yeah, yeah, because he was there.

Speaker 2 (19:34):
And then he moved to Boston too. That was a
whole other thing.

Speaker 1 (19:36):
He moved to Boston for me.

Speaker 2 (19:37):
Yeah, man, the long hair. I have no idea why
it actually blocked, right, I am. But he had like
a podcast where he talks about certain things from like
just from just the challenges. He breaks breaks down certain
aspects that are kind of happening.

Speaker 5 (19:53):
He would be perfect for that because he's he was
like a big time challenge competitor and he was he
was always asked to be on those things reality. Yes,
it's crazy, but this whole conversation is happening. Because Stupid
Ass Entertainment Weekly ranked all thirty three seasons of the
Real World Guys thirty three seasons.

Speaker 1 (20:17):
They put us at twenty.

Speaker 2 (20:18):
Eighth, number twenty eight.

Speaker 5 (20:21):
I mean, for the love of God, they might as
well put us at thirty three because it was a
top ten Jesus, not even.

Speaker 1 (20:28):
And when I talk to people, people say they really
liked our season.

Speaker 5 (20:32):
So I don't know where this is coming from, but yeah,
I'll read you our little blurb Season twenty four, New
Orleans twenty ten. Myself, Ryan Sahar, Eric, Jemmy Preston. Those
are the cast members. The police got involved when Leslie
and Robertson did some seriously disgusting things to each other's toothbrushes, cigarettes,
and other personal objects. So to give you a little

(20:54):
insight info there, Ryan was hated in our house, and
Preston hated him so much that he took Ryan's toothbrush.

Speaker 2 (21:02):
And he.

Speaker 5 (21:05):
Can only imagine and put it back. Ryan used the
toothbrush after it was you put it, yeah, grocery, all right, okay,
thank you. Yeah, and yeah, Ryan brushed his teeth and
he called the police, and we were so I told
you this. We were so close to Tulane University that
we weren't allowed to see the news. But I was

(21:26):
at the gym and somebody was like, you guys were ONDMZ,
like you guys are in the news. I was like, oh,
for what, And then they said the police report got out.

Speaker 1 (21:33):
Whatever.

Speaker 5 (21:33):
A bunch of students from Tulane one night came and
dumped trash bags on our front lawn and was filled
with like hundreds of toothbrushes, so we knew that people
knew about it, and it said the realness. Night, whose
romantic relationship with Carol lasted well after their season entered
the house six months into recovery from a pinkiller addiction.
He died in twenty fourteen of a mixed drug and
alcohol intoxication.

Speaker 4 (21:54):
Wow.

Speaker 2 (21:54):
Yeah, I didn't know. You can get arrested for that
toothbrush thing.

Speaker 1 (21:56):
You can't be putting people's toothbrushes up your.

Speaker 5 (22:00):
Can't do that.

Speaker 2 (22:01):
Yeah, but you know that's an angel thing that has happened, right, Yeah,
you do the tooth Qusson. You take pictures and then
you leave the pictures out like a week after.

Speaker 4 (22:07):
Yeah. Yeah.

Speaker 1 (22:08):
It sent Ryan too, because Preston was into men.

Speaker 2 (22:11):
Yeah, so a lot action.

Speaker 5 (22:14):
I mean, so anyways, twenty eight of thirty three is
a disrespect and I am calling for everyone to stop
reading entertainment.

Speaker 2 (22:21):
Who are these people? Let's just start a boycott.

Speaker 5 (22:24):
Now. Can you guess which season came in hot at
number one? I mean, I think I'll give you the
top five. I don't think there's gonna be any shock here.
I mean, you have already named a couple of them
just in us chatting about it. I mean, dull, But
let me scroll down the number one. Well, no, I'll stop,
I'll start at five. Give you guys a little bit
of suspense. I hope people some people listen to the

(22:46):
show or so better know about it. But Vegas my
favorite season season twelve, actually, but that was I came
in number five. Season two, La came in at number four.
Season eight Hawaii, number three. Hawaii was a big one.

Speaker 2 (22:59):
Hawaii was because they what was that dude's tech yes,
tech money.

Speaker 1 (23:04):
Season two was New York. We all know that was
a very popular one. And then San fran was Yeah,
that was one of the paid around the world.

Speaker 2 (23:13):
Pedro and Puck and then Puck stuck his finger on
the peanut butter and then everybody flipped out.

Speaker 1 (23:18):
Yeah, a lot of people have taken this and been
able to sorry, do some things.

Speaker 2 (23:24):
Yeah, I mean the Secretary of Transportation was on San Francisco. Yeah, yeah, yeah,
And you're doing this and.

Speaker 5 (23:31):
I'm trying one day at a time. But yeah, for
anyone that's watched our season, I would hope you would
rank us little higher than twenty eight.

Speaker 3 (23:37):
Especial Morning Show and you need to know.

Speaker 7 (23:40):
No, we got you three things you need to know
on Bustin's Number one for hip hop and the best
Throwbags You Haven't any more.

Speaker 5 (23:47):
Five Thursday, October twenty third, and unfortunately some tough news
out of the Garden. Cells lose the home opener the
Sixers by one one seventeen one sixteen. Had a double
digit lead at one point, So that's tough six Ers rookies,
we're showing off.

Speaker 1 (24:03):
Here's Joe Mizzula on the loss.

Speaker 2 (24:05):
Yeah, just a break down some of our defensive stuff,
and you know, we just have to be better.

Speaker 1 (24:09):
Yeah, I mean it's very simple. It's very Bill Belichick like,
we lost, so we just have to be better.

Speaker 2 (24:15):
Clearly doesn't sound happy, but this Outics will be fine.
Clearly don't have the best player, but they'll still do well.

Speaker 5 (24:19):
I just you know, the bottom line is, I think
people are just living in this fantasy land where they
think it's you just got to get through until Jason
Tatum's back.

Speaker 1 (24:28):
I think the other guys, first off, Jaylen Brown, Dark White,
they played well.

Speaker 5 (24:32):
I want to say they each had twenty five, but
either way, it's like you can't play every game.

Speaker 1 (24:37):
Being like, oh, but but Jason's coming back. Jason.

Speaker 5 (24:39):
It's like, we know they have to play the season
as if he is not coming back with grossback. Even
said it, He's like, listen, we have to play as
if he's out all season. Yeah, in my brain, he's
out all season. And when he says he's ready, we'll
talk to twelve hundred doctors and him and see if
that's the right time.

Speaker 1 (24:53):
But I'm with you.

Speaker 5 (24:54):
I kind of argue, maybe he does sit this season
season out as much as it would kill him.

Speaker 2 (24:58):
Let's just play on for October of twenty twenty, right,
maybe that's the expectation we Chelsea.

Speaker 5 (25:05):
They, by the way, are on the road. They're going
to travel to Madison Square Garden. They'll play the Knicks tomorrow,
and then they'll fly to Detroit to play the Pistons
on Sunday.

Speaker 1 (25:16):
All right, did he almost died in jail?

Speaker 5 (25:17):
Listen?

Speaker 1 (25:17):
This is crazy because did he could have The story
could be different? Did he could be dead?

Speaker 5 (25:23):
That's why when you hear this guy did he's friend
tell this tale? He says it was definitely a warning
because it could be worse.

Speaker 2 (25:32):
But what would the warning be about? Because I thought
we heard that they like him like behind bars.

Speaker 5 (25:37):
So, according to Ditty's friend, Charluci Finney, another inmate got
into Diddy's cell when he was asleep and held like
a shank to his knife. This guy says, if he
wanted to harm him, Sean would have been harmed. If
you know that, would have only taken a second to
cut his throat with the weapon and kill him.

Speaker 1 (25:56):
So obviously this is some type of warning.

Speaker 5 (25:57):
Remember did he still at the Metropolitan Detention in Brooklyn
and we've heard nothing but horror stories about that place.

Speaker 2 (26:03):
Yeah, I don't know. I mean, it had to have
been a thing about some cash. Had it had to
be something like that.

Speaker 5 (26:08):
This says Ditty's buddy is not sure if he fought
the guy off or if guards intervene, but he definitely
knows that it happened.

Speaker 4 (26:15):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (26:15):
Now I'm not saying that it didn't. I don't know.

Speaker 5 (26:20):
But we have had people inmates that have gotten out
that have called us and what let's use Ken for example.
Ken is a guy that was locked up in San Quentin.
Ken told us one thing about people that have been
to jail.

Speaker 2 (26:32):
That they're always hustling for something that they're they're always
trying to con you to get something back.

Speaker 5 (26:37):
So could Ditty's friend have been like, oh, I have
a story to tell. How much you're paying? Yeah, problems,
how much mone are you putting in my commissary? I
need some honeymoons when it comes down to that, That's
what it's about. Either way, we know Diddy's legal team
has made it very clear that they they feel as
if Diddy has had some seriously violent threats while he's
been in there, and we all know they're trying to
get him to Fort Dix, which supposedly in comparison to

(26:58):
the detention center in Brooklyn, is like yeah, a lap
of luxury.

Speaker 2 (27:02):
But technically he's not safe there still. I mean, they're
still criminals at the end of the day.

Speaker 5 (27:06):
Right did he's looking at four years, He's obviously going
to appeal, and I don't know, could today or tomorrow
I'd be telling you that Daddy Trump has gotten him out.

Speaker 1 (27:14):
We shall see, all right.

Speaker 5 (27:15):
Roger Goodell speaking out about Bad Bunny headlining the upcoming
Super Bowl halftime show. I feel the greater sadness to
this tale is that people actually thought Rodge was going
to be like, there's pushback.

Speaker 1 (27:28):
We're getting rid of bad Bundy. Yeah, and we have
someone new.

Speaker 5 (27:31):
Like first off, there's always pushback no matter who the
artist is. At the Super Bowl halftime show, somebody doesn't
like it. But I think it's strange that people were
actually thinking that he may have switched up.

Speaker 2 (27:43):
They also don't understand that for a performance like this,
the production starts monthing and van so now it's like
too far unless he gets hurt.

Speaker 4 (27:49):
Right.

Speaker 1 (27:50):
Here's rog at the Fall League meeting in New York.

Speaker 8 (27:53):
He's one of the leading and most popular entertainers in
the world. That's what we try to achieve. It's an
important stage for us. It's an important element to the
entertainment value.

Speaker 5 (28:05):
He even went on to say, I'm not sure we've
ever elected an artist where we didn't have blowback and
or criticism. It's pretty hard to do. For those tuning
in on game day, he says, trust me, it will.

Speaker 1 (28:17):
Be a great show.

Speaker 2 (28:18):
Yeah, like people are gonna hate, but his performance will
be really good.

Speaker 1 (28:21):
We've seen him in concert.

Speaker 5 (28:22):
I wish everybody was lucky enough to do it, because
you would one hundred percent be like, oh, this man
knows what he's doing. The Super Bowl is February eighth
at Levi Stadium, home.

Speaker 1 (28:32):
Of the forty nine ers.

Speaker 5 (28:33):
That is who's going to be in it though maybe
the Patriots real SWEE don't know, maybe Chelsea. That's three
things you can know for Thursday, Act over twenty third.
Hip Hop's Most Haunted going down right now the newly
single Mariah. The science is young Thug's not going to
be at this show, but you might be as well
as at Spooky World six one seven nine three one
one nine four five Color twenty five or how can
you have Pappy Halloween.

Speaker 2 (28:54):
Eighty four five. It's Ashley and the jam In Morning
Show and.

Speaker 7 (28:57):
It's time for another DM dilemma.

Speaker 1 (29:03):
This has never happened to us before, so we got
a DM.

Speaker 5 (29:08):
I said, it's giving both sadness and disgust, and that's
a respectful disgust that I don't know how one can
say the word discussed, but respectful.

Speaker 1 (29:16):
You'llee what I mean.

Speaker 5 (29:17):
I responded immediately to the person and asked if they
could call in. And now I'm getting the bubble, So
how do you want to play this? We start reading
the message and then they yes, Oh I can't.

Speaker 1 (29:26):
I'm late. I'm going into work. I just heard you
on the radio. I'm crying.

Speaker 5 (29:29):
I don't want to go to work like Okay, she's
literally in tears in a parking lot listening right now.

Speaker 1 (29:33):
So let's see what we can do. By the way, Del,
I know you have to go into work. Go into work.

Speaker 5 (29:37):
This entire thing will be podcasted and you can listen
to it right after the show. In fact, why don't
you send me your email. AJ can cut it up
and email it to you so you can get it
even faster. Hey, Ashley, love the show. I need help.

Speaker 1 (29:49):
I recently moved into an apartment for the first time.
Yay or so.

Speaker 5 (29:54):
I thought the previous owner had a cat as I
learned from vacuuming, and I filled a vacuum cannister with fur.
I've been here for three weeks now, moved and signed
the lease on October third. Fleas have appeared. I got
my first bite October twenty first, basically three weeks after
moving in.

Speaker 1 (30:13):
I desperately need help on how to get rid of fleas.

Speaker 5 (30:17):
If any listeners have any success getting rid of them,
or maybe you have, I'm so lost, and to be
honest with you, I've now become depressed in such a
sport short span of time, because one flea can lay
hundreds of eggs and in a few weeks the fleas can.

Speaker 1 (30:30):
Get out of control. That's what I mean, Like, I'm itchy.

Speaker 5 (30:33):
I need some advice from Massachusetts people who may have
dealt with this problem and what they did.

Speaker 1 (30:37):
Please.

Speaker 5 (30:37):
Also, guys, when you're giving me advice, please keep in
mind it is a basement apartment, so I cannot bug
bomb or use a fogger or anything like that.

Speaker 2 (30:47):
Please Ashley, Please, Okay, I've had fleas before because my
cat one time went outside brought fleas back in and
it was absolutely awful. You could see them jumping like everywhere.
It took two exterminators to come in and do the
entire house, and it was awful. But I think in
her situation, because she has a lease, it might be
some wording in there where they'll force the landlord to

(31:09):
do this and fix this problem. If not, she maybe
be able to get out of the lease.

Speaker 1 (31:14):
I that was what I was gonna say.

Speaker 5 (31:16):
Or she has a conversation and says I will leave
for X amount of time until you can get this situated. Now,
I don't know if she has another place to go again.
She's listening right now, she could write in if she's
hearing this, I don't know if she has anywhere else
to go, but if anybody has dealt with this, now,
remember guys, I know, I'm sure we have an extreminated listening.
She's in a basement, So I think that changes thing,

(31:38):
because you can't bug bomb, use a fogg or. She's saying,
obviously there's people above her, but do see what like
you feel so sad for her, but I also feel disgusted.
I'm itchy like it's not her fault either, obviously because.

Speaker 2 (31:50):
Now you feel in the bugs, like physically. But this
lasts for weeks afterwards because you just imagine that there's
still there. It's awful they've laid it.

Speaker 1 (31:57):
Yeah, this is why I test her.

Speaker 5 (32:01):
Listen six one seven nine three one one nine four
five six one seven nine three one one nine four five.
This poor girl is sitting in a parking lot at
her job, bawling, crying. I don't know if anybody's been
through this could help her, knows of an exterminator who's
dealt with this? Flees in a basement? Did I think
I always say this? But did I think on a

(32:21):
Thursday at seven thirty, we'd be helping a woman out
with fleas in her basement.

Speaker 1 (32:24):
But we're gonna do it. I can't.

Speaker 5 (32:25):
I can't have her living like this six one seven
nine three one one nine four five. If you have
dealt with something like this, let's help her.

Speaker 1 (32:33):
For the love of God.

Speaker 5 (32:34):
Wow, I did not know where this was gonna take us.
I did not know if people were gonna be able
to help this woman. But luckily for her, you guys
are always the best. So I got this DM this
morning and I read it to Santi and he was.

Speaker 1 (32:46):
Like, I I think we should do it. Oh, like,
I don't know. It's kind of it's just like it's.

Speaker 5 (32:51):
I'm itchy, but I also feel so bad for her.
Girl moves into an apartment literally just a couple of
weeks ago. She finds out that the previous owner had
a cat and rewind. Just a few days ago, she
gets her first flea bite.

Speaker 1 (33:04):
She doesn't know what to do.

Speaker 5 (33:04):
She lives in a basement. She can't bug, vombit, or
use a fog or. She is in desperate need of
some help. I asked her to come on, she said,
I can't. I'm late going into work. I'm literally sitting
here listening to you guys in tears. I'm crying.

Speaker 1 (33:16):
I need help.

Speaker 5 (33:18):
So many of you guys have either been through this
or can help in some sort of way. Kim is
in Wooster, all right, Kim, I feel so bad for
this young girl. You could tell she she probably saved up,
gets this first apartment, and now she's getting bit by fleas.

Speaker 6 (33:34):
Yeah, that's horrible. Good morning guys, Morning one. I just
wanted to say so it just she doesn't It sounds
like she doesn't have any other animals, and usually the
issue with getting rid of them is the animals keep
bringing them back in Okay, And it doesn't take any
special talksins or anything to get rid of fleas. They
die from just soap and water, and also vacuumating kills them,

(33:56):
like if you vacuum your mattress and your floors, if
you just wash everything in the washing machine and wipe
everything down with soap and water, that should kill them.
What I was thinking was, because she's in a basement apartment,
is if she's sure that it's fleas, because if there's
an issue that's like with the whole apartment, like bed
bugs or something then that could getting back down into

(34:17):
her apartment.

Speaker 1 (34:20):
I'm getting itchy and this is but you're right, we
have to confirm it. That's yeah, that's a good point, Kim.

Speaker 4 (34:29):
Yeah.

Speaker 6 (34:30):
So, like I said, I mean, if she wanted to
go over it, maybe she's thinking she needs something more
than she does. But if she just washes all of
her things in the washing machine, vacuums every surface, and
scrubs everything down with soap and water, then I mean,
if they're still coming back, I think it's a greater
issue than the slee I think you're right.

Speaker 1 (34:47):
Okay, Kim, thank you for the call.

Speaker 5 (34:48):
I'd also like to like to add in first apartment,
what better feeling, just let's erase the bugs is coming home.

Speaker 1 (34:56):
We all love that feeling.

Speaker 5 (34:57):
You come home, you take your bra off, if you
have respect for yourself, your shoes, you walk around your house.
If you're walking in your house every day and you're
like they're still here, like you're being overrun by bugs.

Speaker 1 (35:08):
That's not she said, she's starting to feel depressed. Michelle
is in peevity. Hi Michelle, Hi Asley, Hy babe.

Speaker 5 (35:16):
All right, so your cats live outside, then they obviously
come back in and they brought you a gift.

Speaker 10 (35:23):
So my mom she found cats in the woods. She
tried to rescue them, and the whole outside and inside
of our house got infested outside.

Speaker 1 (35:34):
And was like, let me good idea, bring them in.

Speaker 5 (35:36):
Well, she didn't bring them.

Speaker 10 (35:37):
She didn't actually bring them in the house. But there
was so many eggs on them and fleas on them
that they just dropped everywhere, all right, So they got
into the house. But Zodiac spray, you can get it
on Amazon. You might need more than one bottle. But
it kills the eggs. It will kill the eggs so

(35:58):
that way they don't keep, you know, hatching and coming back.
And then if you put everything in the dryer for
like forty five minutes to get it out of your clothes,
that that usually helps too.

Speaker 5 (36:09):
Wow, zodiacs. Right, all right, Michelle, thanks for the call.
No I want to take my clothes off.

Speaker 2 (36:15):
Oh okay.

Speaker 1 (36:15):
I'm Jaden is in Brookline.

Speaker 5 (36:18):
Jaden, talk to me, what do you got because she's
she's the poor girl's bawling crying, waiting to go into
work to hear suggestions.

Speaker 1 (36:25):
What are you thinking?

Speaker 4 (36:27):
Well, congratulations on the apartment. I'm sorry, that's happening to her.
My suggestion is diatonacious firstus non toxic. Okay, yes, it's
a natural, non toxic powder. Sorry, I just got a car.
It's right, aquatic organisms. It works damaging the exoskeletons with

(36:47):
the sharp bitdges and it's up friendly.

Speaker 1 (36:51):
Okay, you're giving like knowledge in this department.

Speaker 10 (36:54):
Are you?

Speaker 1 (36:54):
What do you do for work?

Speaker 4 (36:57):
I'm a mechanic. I have watched the animals and I've
been through this numerous times.

Speaker 1 (37:03):
Wow, okay, so say it again.

Speaker 4 (37:08):
Dia tamitious earth.

Speaker 1 (37:09):
Got it.

Speaker 4 (37:11):
You can get it at you can get it at
tractor supply hardware stores. It's super cheap.

Speaker 1 (37:17):
Okay, there we go. All right, I love it. Thank
you for the call. Angel Is in Lowell. Angel. We
don't have a ton of time, but you know we.

Speaker 2 (37:26):
Man, I make this quick.

Speaker 3 (37:27):
You don't worry. Coet me on, guys, check it out. Listen,
this poor girl just moved into this apartment. Right, similar
situation happened to me when I moved to my first
apartment seven years ago. Right, Okay, we end up finding
two cockroaches.

Speaker 5 (37:40):
What did I do?

Speaker 3 (37:40):
I called the landlord and I said, if these aren't
gone by the end of this week. I want my first,
last and security back. And you know, in Massachusetts, that's
about ten grand anywhere, Jess, you had exterminators and taking
care of that.

Speaker 5 (37:57):
You know what, You're right again, nobody wants their pocket
to get hurt.

Speaker 4 (38:03):
Yeah, you have so many.

Speaker 3 (38:05):
Logs in Massachusetts. She can hold her rent as long
as she puts it in a savings account and shows
that she's adding to it, and she has complete rent
by the first She don't need to pay rent until
that's taken care of, and she can't be And the
only badside is that she obviously when she goes to renew,
they're probably not gonna renew, but they can't kick her
out prelease, so she'll at least have time to find

(38:25):
a new spot. But yeah, and.

Speaker 5 (38:29):
If they do that, Angel, if they're like you, that's
so wrong, because listen, you as a landlord, you should
have got down there.

Speaker 1 (38:35):
You should have done the vacuum. Mean, you should have
had it cleaned out. You should have known that this
was happening.

Speaker 3 (38:40):
Sorry, yeah, I might have went there.

Speaker 5 (38:42):
Yeah, it's it's it's giving like tails from the correct
I don't all right, Angel, Thank you for the call.

Speaker 1 (38:48):
Thank you.

Speaker 5 (38:48):
I kind of want her to get out of there too.
But the bottom line is this, It really does seem
like this is fixable.

Speaker 2 (38:54):
I think it absolutely is. It's just a terrible situation
to be in until you can fix it. You know,
you really itchy.

Speaker 5 (39:01):
It's just because again, like there's nothing better than just

Speaker 2 (39:09):

Speaker 5 (39:13):

Speaker 1 (39:29):
